GLaDOS is... suspicious when you don't respond to her at first. Are you like Chell?
Well, if you were then you wouldn't be yelling out curses when you got hurt. Wait... How come she doesn't like it when you get hurt?
She would normally get attached with a test subject, but then they would die. But she knew that getting attached was Caroline, so, how come she still cares about you?
GLaDOS did try getting rid of you though, sending you through some of the worst tests that only you and Chell have managed to get through.
GLaDOS has a new appreciation for you, I mean, the only other person who managed to make it through those tests was Chell. She's wary of you, scared that you'll betray her.
It seems like Caroline is harder to get rid of then GLaDOS thought.
Because she's scared of you betraying her, she puts you in a room and leaves you there for a few days while GLaDOS thinks. And when she comes back to your frail body does she realize that she does care about you.
It's a mixture of pet/heir child obsession. She wants you to stay around, but she can't help but admit that she cares for you. She quickly puts you in the elevator closest to her main 'body' and takes you up to her chamber.
GLaDOS goes on a very long rant on how you simply can't die, you're like a cockroach, and that she hates that about you. But she starts to slow down, she starts to look at you look at you, taking in everything about you, and she remembered how humans had children...
So, she does something she is famous for never doing, she makes an impulsive decision and adopts you.
Don't worry though, you'll live with her forever, since she can just turn you into an Ai.

You had stopped by her shop during one of alastors visits
Rosie knew you were a regular, and had grown rather close to you
So she introduced you to alastor
You waved your robotic hand and shook his offered and gloved claw...hand thingy
Alastor was intrigued by your more robotic parts, having never heard of such a thing during his time alive
After you got what you needed you left the shop and continued with your day
A week later you arrived once more at the shop as usual, and once more alastor happened to be there too
When you saw him you brightened up a bit, having enjoyed your last conversation with him
When he saw you he had been estatic
This time he invited you to drinks at a quaint little diner across the street
You agreed
From them on you two became close friends
You grew to trust him, and even started looking forward to "bumping" into him at Rosie's Emporium
Coincidentally, shortly after meeting him you couldn't shake the feeling that you were always being watched
You shrugged it off, figuring that you were just paranoid
Oh how wrong you were though
You woke up one morning in a bed that wasn't your own
With you robotic limbs missing
Your eyes widened in fear, feeling your dead heart pound in your chest
Then the door opened and alastor walked in the room
You had felt yourself sag in relief, foolishly believing you were safe now
Then alastor chuckled, adjusting his monocle
He explained that he had kidnapped you, you belonged to him now
You weren't going anyway
"Your mine now darling, I'll take such good care of you~"

Wheatley is so protective of you, especially in your current situation
You were distressed as HELL, and who could blame you? You were trapped in the Aperture Science Testing Facility.
And plus, your "best friend" Wheatley wasn't helping much with what he was saying about the facility.
He would be saying such things as "Oh, wouldn't it be terrible if the neurotoxin went off now?"
"Imagine if we got stuck in a chamber and couldn't get out?!"
"What if we never get out, and you're trapped here forever?"
His words weren't helping you, as they caused you to have a break down. Wheatley noticed this and instantly put his arms around you, telling you that he was sorry and he should've thought of his words. (However, he wouldn't mind the latter sentence becoming true..)
Wheatley would wipe your tears away and hold you tight, trying to calm you down, however he wasnt aware he was part of why you were distressed.
After he accidentally reactivated GLaDOS, it had caused you to feel more unsafe in the facility.
So, you told him why you were distressed. And as soon as you mentioned he was one of the reasons, he pulled away, gripping your arms tighter and looking right into your eyes.
He started belittling you, saying such things as:
"Oh please luv, I'm only trying to help you. Help you."
"I'm sorry, but you have no right to call me "part of the problem" for trying to get you out of here."
"I'm only trying to help you escape, and this is how you thank me? Tch, that's disappointing. Ungrateful, even."
His cold, dead blue eyes looking into yours caused you to freeze up and not say anything.
However, this caused him to instantly feel guilty. Throwing his arms around you and whispering how sorry he was for getting mad at you.
And from then on, when you calmed down and went to try escape again, the only difference was that Wheatley wouldn't let go of your hand.
Sorry if this is really bad, it's my first time writing Yandere stuff

I was really into Quasimodo from the disney ver as a kid cause 1. Heart of gold, will not judge you despite all your flaws since he understands how that feels, 2. HE'S STRONG AS FUCK, HE LIFTED A FULL GROWN MAN IN ARMOR LIKE A FOOT IN THE AIR WITH ONE HAND LIKE HOLY SHIT, 3. he's athletic as hell, can parkour around the tops of buildings, 4. He's super good at carving woodworks, will share his passions with u in the most adorable and wholesome way possible, 5. Even tho Esmerelda wasn't into him he took the rejection like a Chad and didn't try to convince her otherwise (even tho she has no taste, he's obviously the best boi)

Pairing: Romantic/Platonic
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Vague Yandere behavior, Robot gaining sentience, Implied torture, Implied continuous death, Sadism, Disassociation (?).
"It takes some getting used to, but I'm sure you're capable of it."
The voice is mechanical yet feminine. You don't even remotely feel like yourself in the current moment. That and you couldn't discern who was talking to you.
"What...?"
You manage to croak out what seems like a question. A voice that sounds like yours crackles out from what you think is you. Why does everything feel so fake?
"See what I mean? You're so disoriented it's amusing. Yet, testing can't continue until you get used to your more mechanized body."
For some reason you feel as though you should be anxious. Even though that feels right you for some reason can't comprehend such an emotion right now. You feel strangely empty of all emotions except confusion.
Even then that feels so very faint.
"Mechanized body? You...."
Your voice trails off. Yes, your voice was the one that crackled. Panic theoretically would be coursing through your body. Except, from what you're hearing....
"Robotic body if that explains things. To perform better testing, I can't have you dying on me like humans do."
Robot... no wonder you couldn't feel much.
You weren't human anymore.
"As you probably lost your memories during the process, I am Glad0s. The one who will be testing you for the sake of science. You are the finished project of an experiment to make a human an AI. Luckily I had the instructions... on hand."
Glad0s paused before saying 'on hand', as though she was trying to recall something. Although her pause was quickly glossed over when you felt something move. The table-like structure you were held on moved upwards.
Where you saw Glad0s, a bot connected to the ceiling in a circular room.
"Good Morning, or night, time is relative in this facility. Especially with your current condition. You should only have one thing to worry about."
"What's that?"
"Testing, it's what you're meant to do just like you were before my little experiment."
You couldn't do much but listen. The orange 'eye' of Glad0s scans you slowly before backing off.
"I will admit, I think I've outdone myself. A metal body perfect for testing. One that can even be repaired after being pulled apart."
The clasps that held your body release, causing you to fall on foreign feet to the ground. You try to regain your balance in front of Glad0s, eyes trying to take in your new surroundings.
Everything felt so new.
"Good. Your balance looks fine. Soon we can proceed with testing."
You try walking. While it doesn't feel natural, you notice you're moving. A good start, you guess.
"What was I before?"
Glad0s doesn't respond at first, before turning to you.
"It no longer matters. What matters now is the future."
You feel her response was rather cryptic. For now you choose to get used to your new body. All while Glad0s watches closely.
"...I do believe you'll have even more promise than before. Well done. It's time we start."
A metal claw grabs you at the sides, pausing your movement.
"It will be a treat to watch you. Your struggles, your success, maybe even your continuous demise. Even if you're damaged, only I can fix you."
You stare helplessly at Glad0s when more claws attach to your limbs.
"I will be sure to put you back together as you were always my favorite subject."
There's pressure, a pulling in your limbs. While emotions are faint, there's one rather prominent.
Fear.
"We'll have so much fun, just you wait."

She'll treat you like a regular test subject, unsure of what to do.
You're pretty much a pet, something that she'll take care of until your death.
After all, you have only like 60 years left. Not too late to start testing!
You want to go home? Now now... Aperture IS your home.
Hang on, I sence mistrust. You aren't hiding something from me are you?
Are you trying to escape? Expect her to be harsh, food and water given only to keep you alive. Until she thinks you've been punished enough.
When you escape with that moron, she is heartbroken! She didn't do anything did she?
She's panicking now, she knows your still in the facility, but where.
