I was rereading Deeper into the Woods and wanted to ask what ever happened to Cyledr afterwards. Did he ever recover from what Gwyn did to him or did he just die?

Even though he was barely a mentioned character in fae tales, I often think of him.

Hi anon!

Cyledr went mad, and he died mad. He never had any decent quality of life again and he lived kind of as a non-fae until he died.

I'm not sure how he died. He either willed it as soon as he was old enough, or he killed himself. It was an immensely cruel, mind-destroying thing that Gwyn vindictively did to Cyledr, and the thing is, I don't think Gwyn thinks much about Cyledr going forward really. It's just one more thing in his big list of things that he knows make him a not very good person, that he doesn't often lose sleep over.

Not to jinx it but I'm surprised I haven't gone into psychosis tbh 🥲

My car is STILL in the shop from the deer accident so I have been paying probably almost $2000 now for a rental car to get to work

Work just TOOK ME OFF THE SCHEDULE bc I haven't completed a training in time (long fucking story) and there's a chance I might not be able to go back to work until August 8th :')

We had to put one of our rabbits down and one of my rats has a fast growing tumor and is too old for surgery (and I'm too damn broke anyways)

Our landlord keeps ENTERING OUR HOUSE WITH NO WARNING OR NOTICE WHILE WE ARE SLEEPING

The A/C, garbage disposal, and dishwasher are broken, and we have an extremely stubborn fruit fly infestation, and are currently in the midst of a heat waveeee

Work has been cracking the fuck down on a bunch of rules that I feel horrible enforcing and hate and they make no sense

Had a God Awful edible experience which I know is my fault but to be fair I WAS NOT WARNED ABOUT DOSAGES

Am on a lower dose of my AP to boot

And that's JUST the stuff I feel comfortable sharing on here. There is even more Stressful Awful Stuff that has happened just in the past month/week!!!
