But like…. once again for the people in the back. You can’t excuse Wanda’s actions in MoM by saying “but that wasn’t her, that was the influence of the Darkhold demon!!” and then turn around and brag about her huge power boost.
Cause like… that wasn’t her, that was the influence of the Darkhold demon.

How about this request? AU where instead of Sukuna being the king of curses Scarlet Witch! Reader is the queen of curses, she was sealed inside her tiara for hundreds of years and was awakened by Yuuji after he touched her tiara, story follows canon but now Yuuji is the vessel of a witch who protects him and gives him advice
( imagine Yuuji with the scarlet witch’s tiara stuck in his head 😂😭 poor him)
itadori yuuji becoming the vessel of scarlet witch! reader instead of ryomen sukuna — a jjk AU
jujutsu kaisen x reader
masterlist of the series
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
╰➤ CW(s): major spoilers for jujutsu kaisen and multiverse of madness (wanda maximoff in general), jujutsu kaisen AU, roleswap w/ ryomen sukuna or the king of curses
╰➤ PAIRING(s): platonic! jujutsu kaisen x reader
╰➤ SYNOPSIS: instead of baby fushiguro or the reader being the scarlet witch and megumi's little sibling, in this AU, you are the so-called queen of curses, the scarlet witch, who had been sealed off for hundreds of years, until you had been awakened by itadori yuuji who becomes your vessel.
Tumblr media
intro / scenario !
"you're telling me someone's keeping a special grade cursed object in a place like this?"
"correction—it's not actually a special grade cursed object. it just kind of is one, but either way, recovering it should be no problem HAHA!"
fushiguro megumi was enraged as he broke open the thermometer shed only to discover that the so-called "kind of" special grade cursed object was missing, and to be honest, he didn't understand what gojo meant. how could that said object be merely "kind of" cursed when he could sense faint traces of cursed energy?
megumi's questions about the special grade cursed object were answered when he went looking for it only to find it in the hands of highschool students, learning it from a pink-haired boy named itadori yuuji that his friends from his school's occult club had planned to unseal it.
after explaining what curses are to yuuji, megumi and yuuji hurried to where the occult club members were. a heavy pressure suddenly appeared in the atmosphere, causing goosebumps to rise on yuuji's skin as he froze.
despite megumi's warnings, yuuji still proceeded to the enter the school, bursting through the window to save his friend, who has the said cursed object, from the curse that was down the corridor.
both of them were quite stunned to see the special grade cursed object as yuuji picked it up. it was a headpiece, more specifically a tiara in deep maroon, but megumi quickly realized it wasn't cursed. it only felt cursed because of the ominous aura in beared, which was comparable to a special grade curse.
with another curse wreaking havoc in the school, this time targeting yuuji, he learns from megumi that the curse is after the tiara because of its immense energy.
"i just need cursed energy huh?"
"were you even listening to me? that tiara is not exactly a special grade cursed obje—!!"
megumi's eyes widened as he watched yuuji become motionless while holding the tiara with both hands slowly. yuuji's gaze darted towards it, as if he had fallen into a trance. in yuuji's perspective, could feel a gentle pull to it.
"itadori.. yuuji.." it was whispering to him. he could hear a serene voice from it—your voice.
[ song / background music suggestion for this next part ]
the tiara had suddenly floated into the air, much to megumi's surprise and concern. yuuji slowly reached out to it, allowing the pink-haired boy to get a better look at it. when yuuji made physical contact with it, a luminous golden glow burst from the tiara and filled his vision, nearly blinding him as the wind whipped up.
yuuji slowly lowered his arms from his eyes, finding himself staring in awe at a floating silhouette of a woman whose arms were outstretched towards him as he heard the whispers become louder.
"the scarlet witch is not born.. she is forged.. she has no coven.. or need for incantation.."
megumi rushed over to yuuji, who had collapsed to the ground and sucked in a sharp gasp of air. before megumi could ask if yuuji was alright, the ominous aura, the intense pressure from earlier, came to be.
yuuji suddenly lifted his chin, and megumi froze. the tiara had clung to yuuji, framing his face and brushing his pink hair up as his light brown eyes turned a menacing, glowing red. yuuji stood up slowly, ignoring megumi's concerns, and walked briskly towards the curse.
megumi watched in horror and in amazement as yuuji ever so gently twisted his hand, vermillion tendrils of psionic energy trailed from his fingers, balling into a sphere, and then yuuji shot it towards the curse with such expertise. and then again, and again, and again.
as those spheres of red psionic energy grew unusually large it wasn't long before he had completely exorcised the curse with his newfound immense power.
gojo satoru had arrived on cue, surprised to find the tiara stuck onto yuuji's head (or face), and that he still had control of his body despite scaring off megumi when he spoke in a voice that seemed to be mixed with an enticing, siren-like voice of a woman. yuuji did, however, end up absorbing the tiara in some way, much to megumi's dismay.
itadori yuuji and fushiguro megumi eventually learned that the aforementioned tiara is inhabiting the so-called queen of curses known as the scarlet witch.
according to gojo, the tiara and the said witch appeared miraculously hundreds of years ago. it wasn't a curse as it held no cursed energy, but the tremendous power it held was undoubtedly comparable to a special grade curse, hence why some curses dared to chase after it to consume it for power. it is also rumored and believed to have come from somewhere that isn't from their world.
"it's a wonder why the scarlet witch chose you as her vessel; many have attempted to summon and use the queen of curse's power before, but none have come close, except for you."
it begins rough with yuuji as your vessel, as you begin to manifest in the physical world in the same way that the special grade curse rika would. unfortunately, when you appeared in all your glory next to yuuji, almost translucent with glowing red eyes, you scared the shit out of nobara, megumi, and the others.
although yuuji had seen you before he was rendered unconscious by gojo as a result of the incident at school, you were quite terrifying yet mesmerizing in person, dressed in a black to dark red gradient of the scarlet witch robes, your fingertips an inky black color, your lids painted dark, sharp eyes and cheekbones as your manner oozed bloody confidence.
nonetheless, to yuuji, your [color] eyes bore sadness. loneliness and longingness even. so, despite gojo's and the higher-ups' warnings, yuuji began communicating with you, wanting to get to know you better.
"scarlet witch-san," was what yuuji would call you. you honestly find it odd how this boy, whom has now become your vessel, wasn't scared of you; he treated you with such respect.
"yes?" you asked him in reply, tilting your head to the side as you faced him.
"do you have a name? i doubt scarlet witch is your actual name," said yuuji with a smile.
you opened your mouth to speak, but immediately closed it. hundreds of years had passed, and because of what had happened in your world, and what you had done, you refused to use that name again—wanda maximoff—so you shook your head in response to him.
"hmm, can i name you then?" yuuji asked, stiffening and frantically waving his hands in the air when you furrowed your brows, "b-but only if you're okay with it, s-scarlet witch-san!"
"alright, you may give me a name," you nodded your head as your gaze softened.
yuuji's eyes shone brightly. he then held his chin thoughtfully for about a minute, only to snap his fingers as he considered one, "hmm, how about [name]? [surname] [name]?"
"[surname] [name]?" you blinked at him.
"yeah! she's a character from an anime I watch, and she looks exactly like you. you two have [color] eyes and [color] hair," yuuji explained.
"i like the sound of it.. [surname] [name].." a smile rose from your lips, which made yuuji grin even more as he saw you expressively like it.
"alright then! [surname]-san it is then!" yuuji exclaimed, fist pumping the air enthusiastically.
you said, tilting your head, "[name] is fine, yuuji."
"OK, [name]-san!" yuuji nodded with a smile.
headcanons !
╰➤ this alternate universe follows the canon jujutsu kaisen story, but unlike in the canon jujutsu kaisen world, where the king of curses is pretty much a jerk you can't count on, you, as the queen of the curses, were always there to support him.
╰➤ you would constantly give yuuji advice and comfort when he was in need, and you would not hesitate to protect him from harm.
"it wasn't your fault, yuuji."
"it's okay, i'm here for you."
"please don't blame yourself."
"listen, here's what you need to do."
╰➤ yuuji discovered you weren't as evil as you appeared as he got to know you better. you were actually quite motherly.
╰➤ you would immediately manifest and make your presence known. you would also take over yuuji's body when you see him being unable to fight or gravely injured so you could take on the said curse or enemy and heal him up.
╰➤ but, you avoid taking control of his body and would only do it when necessary. you weren't letting yourself become the same monster you were before when you learned how to dreamwalk and use the darkhold. never again.
╰➤ when yuuji faced the special grade curse together with megumi and nobara, you completely lent him your power and realized that you had made the right choice in selecting him as your vessel.
"scarlet witch, tell me, why pick itadori yuuji as your vessel?" gojo confronted you, almost in disbelief to find yuuji's supposedly battered body was completely patched up but currently, you were possessing his body.
"for centuries, i've been nothing more than the queen of curses, the scarlet witch, the one prophesied to either rule the world or destroy it," your voice overpowered yuuji's as you explained to the limitless sorcerer. as the tiara materialized on yuuji's face, his eyes glowing a menacing red color, "but the truth is, i want nothing more than solitude, especially after what i've done in the past—and then i heard his voice, what his heart desires—it's nothing like the curses or sorcerers that have dared to call me. his heart is pure. he reminds me so much of my sons."
╰➤ you also protect him from the inside. you know that scene with sukuna and mahito? yeah, replace sukuna with you. when mahito dared to enter and manipulate yuuji's soul, he was stunned to find you—the scarlet witch.
╰➤ yeah, you wrecked him up real good with your chaos magic like nothing, and strongly told him to keep out and for him to know his place.
╰➤ when yuuji accessed your memories as he gradually learned how to use your power as your vessel, he couldn't help but cry and sympathize with what you had been through.
╰➤ and even though you consider yourself as nothing more but a monster and a villain, especially with what you have done back in your world, yuuji tells you tells you otherwise :(
"i'm not a mother—i'm no longer a mother, yuuji. i'm a monster."
"that's not true, you're a mother to me."
╰➤ cue the waterworks when yuuji told you that, and after that, yuuji began openly calling you his mom because of how motherly and kind you are to him, and even to his friends, despite their fear and dislike of you at first.
╰➤ when the first-year students (megumi and nobara) realized you weren't the threat the others claimed you were, they came around. the second-year students were still wary of you, so that is still being worked on.
╰➤ gojo thinks you're really pretty, despite your appearance resembling a villainess of sorts, and may or may not have flirted with you, but he's genuinely grateful that you chose to be kind and help yuuji and the other students.
╰➤ you are extremely protective of yuuji to the point that you'd openly threaten the higher-ups or curses that dare hurt him. yuuji just reminds you so much of the sons you never got to have. you wondered what it would be like if you could keep your family. yuuji would definitely be your children's best older brother.
╰➤ yuuji doesn't say this outloud, but he sometimes dream of the dreams you have. with that, he is aware that you have nightmares about the past, about things you have done and deeply regretted. it makes him sad when he can't do much about it as it had already been done, but that doesn't change his view on you.
╰➤ you get angry whenever yuuji abuses your power to the point where he loses control, but only because you don't want him to end up like you. especially if you once messed up in your youth and ended up hurting or killing a large number of people. you do give him a hug afterwards and apologize for raising your voice.
╰➤ overall, yuuji has grown to love you and considers you to be his mother figure. yuuji would listen to and take into account your words, and he would apologize if he went too far and accidentally abused your powers.
╰➤ and you're grateful for him too :)
"[name]-san, thank you for choosing me to be your vessel," yuuji said as your translucent physical form loomed over him, your legs crisscrossed in the air.
you shook your head, smiling ever so softly down at him, "no, thank you, yuuji."
yuuji's eyes widened in confusion, "eh? what are you thanking me for?"
you planted your feet on the ground. you then trotted towards yuuji and enveloped him in your embrace, to which he felt as something ghostly cold yet comforting.
"thank you for choosing me to be your mom." was your response to him as a single tear streamed down your cheek, especially as you embraced him more tightly in your grasp.

[ author's notes ! hello everyone, chu here :) thank you so much for reading until the very end. hope you enjoyed it. tbh, it's been a while since i've written for an alternate version of our beloved scarlet witch! baby fushiguro! reader.
tbh, this one made me real sad because even though i like sukuna (aside from gojo and toji that is), he's a menace. 💀
plus, our poor yuuji-bby as already been through so much !!
with this alternate version of the scarlet witch! baby fushiguro! reader we know and love, yuuji's not so lonely anymore. not only is he the vessel for you, the "queen of curses", who cares very much about him, he sees you as his mom !! something that a certain person failed to be 😒😒😒
also just to clarify, i based off the reader's background to mcu! wanda maximoff, particularly the aftermath of multiverse of madness, the main reason you're known as the queen of the curses becauses centuries ago, after the multiverse of madness incident back at your world, you fled and transported to the world of jjk wherein some stuff happened, hence why you became known as the queen of curses, but you ended up getting sealed off in your tiara ]

JONATHAN AND GN!READER AND THEIR ANTICS !!!!!!!
Antics w/ Jonathan and Reader!
I did a similar post yesterday!! (Linked at the end, hopefully, I'm mobile and sometimes tumblr can be weird)
I'm so so sorry it took my so long to get this request <\\3 I was trying to come up with new ideas so it could be different than the other ask <\3, which I highly recommend checking out! Imma be real I'm not totally confident in how this one turned out so that second post can be like an extra/make up <\3
I wasnt sure if you wanted this to be platonic or have them dating so!! It's mostly written as vague in that department!!
Tumblr media
Jonathan doesn't strike me as the person who goes out and does things a lot
Just. Wake up, work, home, sleep, repeat.. he'll sometimes send texts to friends and family to schedule a lunch here and there but
That's about it, hes not very social
So a lot of these antics are really going to be made through you making the plans; with the shenanigans really being unplanned byproducts
Honestly I can totally see Jonathan starting shit with someone, be it accident or on purpose, prompting both of yall having to hightail it out of the area
Reminds me of that part from one of the diary of a wimpy kid movies, where greg n rodrick do that fake puke prank on the guy and have to make a run for it
Actually I can totally see yall subtly being menaces and fucking with people
Maybe not a fake puke prank persay but
Yk?
No crime stuff; I only really see that becoming a thing after he becomes Spot! Both from how he worded his whole "turning to a life of crime" thing and the fact he just
Lacks the experience and confidence
Moving on
Maybe it's just my "let's get silly with the writing" part of me, or it's my need for chaos (arguably the same thing), but
I feel like
Somehow, you guys would accidentally probably maybe kinda sorta
Wreak havoc in ways spot could only dream of (before doing the whole. Bouncing across the multiverse thing)
Yall could probably start the day wanting to go to some food truck and
End it by spending a night in jail
Neither of you are allowed anywhere near food trucks after that /j
No but serious note, Jonathan is basically a hermit, he doesnt like leaving his apartment unless he has to; people are just, so
Eeuuughchk!
So when you two hang out it's either his place or yours
But that's not to say it isnt fun!
Hes got normal stuff people have in their homes, like board games and consoles
And also science doohickies
Yeah people have that in their houses, that's a normal thing
Ngl if you give him any ideas for machines or whatnot hes totally going to give it a try
See previous post with a trans s/o, he would make the transgenderinator if you asked him to
Well now hes just turning into doof
Ykw
I feel like he'd take you to alchemax to show off stuff but like
If you asked nicely
How can he say no to that face?
And also he has no backbone
That's not to say you would pressure him, though! Because that's not cool, dont pressure people. But like, he would cave in the way of "I know it's not that serious and I know they'll probably understand if I say no, but I don't want to ever risk disappointing them ever in my life, so I'm gonna say yes!" Kind of way
He just like me frfr
And this is assuming you even know about alchemax
Which personally, unless you're in some way associated with it, I'm p sure be would have a strong boundary to keep you out of it
This is really just turning into a general ramble <\3
Anyways
I dont have many ideas since I struggle with general hcs like this but!! Yeah!! Definitely recommend the linked post for a better more cohesive (?) List of ideas and hcs!! This post kinda
Made me realize I dont have many hcs for Jonathan outside of making his personality a smart pathetic science man
Gotta fix that , give him some hobbies n stuff in the future
Link to a similar post!

Error (Knit)
Gender: Cis-Woman
Pronouns: She/Her
Sexuality: Omnisexual
Height: 5’9
Age: 25
Likes: She likes to knit, Jumping, Hanging out with Blue, Making fun of Cross, Being very silly
Dislikes: Coffee, Lack of communication, Ink
Phobias: Autophobia (Fear of Abandonment)
Weapons/Powers: Strings
Backstory: She had a pretty average life in terms of financial stuff. She has still gone through Error’s entire charade of horrific events, stopping at her love with Blue (she only sees him via performances) She ends up finding a random partner who treats her like shit, who eventually leaves after more horrific toxicity & gives her abandonment issues. She believes that her lover leaving her and every other bad thing that has happened to her are the worst possible things that could ever happen. Nothing else could be worse, so in return, she acts really happy and upbeat. In an almost unnerving way. She thinks her life is perfect now, and that nothing could taint it. Not anymore. She’s a huge fan of Blue and often watches his ice skating performances, she also visits his mansion often (she can pick locks). She thinks he is the coolest person ever, a bit irritable, but very exciting to be around. Having met Cross only a few times, her attachment to him grows rather quickly, so she offers up a shared apartment. He takes it, a dysfunctional relationship happens, he moves out to give her some time, in which she does better herself. After she becomes a bit more stable, she and Cross end up becoming friends. The news about Dream and Nightmare wreaking havoc in multiple worlds spreads across the multiverse and then the quest to stop them begins. She’s there for fun, excitement, and to fight for her teammates.
Relationships: She meets Blue first, but as a fan through his ice skating performances. He is so cool, to her at least. Then there’s Cross. She likes to make fun of him, and they often have their moments of bickering. It isn’t easy to see, but she does make an effort to care about him, and he also does so with her. She doesn’t like Ink very much, despite having similar personalities. There can only be one type shit. She’s relatively chill with Nightmare, but he’s constantly annoyed with her constant banter. Dream refuses to make connections. She is not exempt from that.

Into, Across and Beyond! Scripting: Prime Encounter
This scene was co-written with @mcgamejolter. The scene is also based on this animation by DedGrafic.
During Cosmic Discoveries, OMT!Tails was thrown into the Prime Sonic universe by Lost Memory Sonic and knocked out from the impact. A few moments later, Sonic Prime/Modern Sonic showed up, seeing the alternate version of his best bud lying on the floor.
Modern Sonic: Huh? What's up with the blue shoes? Yo, Tails!
As he knelt down to have a closer look, another portal opened behind him, prompting him to leap out of the way as LM!Sonic showed up.
LM!Sonic: Urgh... You could've just stayed out of my business, Prower, and you managed to screw up even THAT.
He held OMT!Tails up by his ankle.
LM!Sonic: You should never have become the hero of your world. You're a mistake, child.
OMT!Tails (in a daze): Uh... Mom, I don't wanna go to school today... I've got a headache...
LM!Sonic: You're an abomination, a danger to others AND to yourself.
On cue, Sonic Prime sped right through him, moving OMT!Tails to a safe position before going back to confront his alternate self.
Sonic Prime: Hey, man. If you're part of Eggman's new army of creepy eyes, you'd better hit the hay if you know what's-!
LM!Sonic promptly bashed him out of the way.
LM!Sonic: SILENCE!
Once Sonic Prime impacted with a tree, his hands were quickly restrained via energy spheres.
LM!Sonic: To think you're the "Prime" version of myself. Disgusting... You once fragmented this reality, creating wars between dimensions and threatening thousands of lives. There's not much difference between you and this two-tailed freak; you're both ticking time bombs that could wreak havoc on reality.
Sonic Prime: Oh, brother. I found someone even grumpier than Shadow. Hey, what's up with you beefing about the whole Shatterverse incident that happened a while ago?!
Shadow Prime arrived on the scene.
Shadow Prime: Well, to be fair, he's right.
Sonic Prime: Hey, wow!
Shadow Prime (to LM!Sonic): However, that still doesn't justify why you've come here. So I suggest you leave now!
Tumblr media
LM!Sonic glared at Shadow Prime hatefully, seeing ANY Shadow being his big berserk button.
LM!Sonic: Get out of my way! That sorry excuse of a sidekick is coming with me!
Shadow Prime: So it's the kid you want, huh?
Sonic Prime: Hey, now. I don't want another Nine situation, so I hope you're not thinking about giving Tails to red eyes over there-!
Right then and there, Shadow Prime charged at LM!Sonic as they engaged in combat.
Sonic Prime (genuinely surprised): Huh. I'm... I'm actually surprised.
As the fight went on, OMT!Tails wearily woke up, noticing Sonic Prime restrained.
OMT!Tails: Oh? Hang on! I'll get you down from there.
He disabled the spheres, letting Sonic come back down to terra-firma.
Sonic Prime: Thanks, dude! So... alternate universes... Tell me about it.
OMT!Tails: You know, I remember seeing you a few months back. Weren't you being chased by that robot that wanted the Paradox Prism?
Sonic Prime: Metal X? Yeah, that would be me.
OMT!Tails gasped in awe, his thoughts ultimately confirmed.
OMT!Tails: So you ARE Prime Sonic!
Tumblr media
Sonic Prime: The one and only! Fastest thing alive with no-one to serve except the wind that flows free! What more can I ask for than the freedom to go wherever I want! Well... Except, it's clean-up duty again. Someone's gotta fix the mess Baldy McNosehair did.
OMT!Tails: Heh, figures. So, will Shadow be alright trying to fight off that psychopath on his own?
Sonic Prime: Shadow? Oh, please! He's fought a giant lizard and an alien god trying to destroy humanity. What else could some edgy-looking version of myself possibly do?
OMT!Tails: I mean, there's all sorts of variations of you out there, several of which have got this huge Society aiming to keep the wider multiverse safe!
Sonic Prime: So I've heard. I gotta admit, it's really weird seeing hedgehogs that look like me but with different-coloured fur across those multiversal stretches. Speaking of that... is it me, or was that a version of Nine I saw the other day?
OMT!Tails: It sure was!
Sonic Prime: So, where do you plan to go from here? Besides obviously running from that psycho.
OMT!Tails: Well, I've still got some more work to be doing with my own multiversal team once I get moving again.
On cue, LM!Sonic was kicked close to the two.
LM!Sonic: H-How is he so strong...?! This isn't fair! He should've fallen by now!
And fittingly, Shadow Prime kicked him right in the face.
Tumblr media
Shadow Prime: Leave now, freak, unless you want me to kick your ass a second time.
Sonic Prime: (to Shadow) Nice work, Shadow! (to OMT!Tails) See? Told ya he could beat him no problem!
OMT!Tails: Heh, sweet!
LM!Sonic got up, frustrated.
LM!Sonic: You weren't even giving it your all! Urgh, Maria would be so ashamed of-.
OMT!Tails: Woah woah woah WOAH! Haven't you even researched the golden rule related to Shadows?
LM!Sonic: Enlighten me, "genius".
OMT!Tails: Do. NOT. Mention. Maria. Out loud. When Shadow is in proximity!
Shadow Prime cracked his knuckles, not at all chuffed with this version of Sonic speaking foul of Maria.
Shadow Prime: So unless you're looking for a death wish, leave our world... and never come back!
LM!Sonic: Fine, then! (to OMT!Tails) But this isn't over, fox! I'll get you yet!
LM!Sonic made his retreat through another portal.
Sonic Prime: Aaaand we'll never see him again.
Shadow Prime: You'd better get back to wherever you came from, Tails. We're not looking to get involved in whatever situation this is.
OMT!Tails: Yeah, that's a good call.
OMT!Tails prepared to leave.
OMT!Tails: Oh, yeah. Before I go, if it at least helps you feel a little better, Shadow, there's always at least one universe where she's alright. Well, see you both around!
OMT!Tails left, Shadow Prime being left to process Tails's words.
Tumblr media
Shadow Prime: You know... I prefer him over Nine any day.
Sonic Prime: Oh, come on! Nine wasn't that bad either!
The two began running off.
Shadow Prime: Yeah, but at least this Tails didn't try to kill us.
Sonic Prime: Uuurgh! You're never gonna live that down, are you?
Shadow Prime: Nope.
Sonic Prime: You know what? I shouldn't have asked.

An Unexpected Plan
PAIRING: loki laufeyson x reader
POWERS: none
WC: 2.6
SUMMARY: As a S.H.I.E.L.D agent, it was safe to say that you had seen a lot of strange things in your day. Glowing cubes from space, aliens and planetary-scale Armageddons were considered just another day at the office. However, the opening of the multiverse means infinite possibilities, including some that you’d never expect.
WARNINGS: possibly ooc Loki? (this is my first time writing him.)
AUTHOR’S NOTE: So this is based off the post-credit scene in Ant Man: Quantumania for the sneak peek of the Loki series s2. I actually have s1 written on Wattpad with an OC (called Everybody Wants to Rule the World if you want to check it out!), but since Tumblr likes x reader more, I took out the oc. This was an idea I’ve had since I watched s1 so I finally just decided to write a one-shot of it. It may not be accurate to the rest of s2 once it’s released since I just made up some stuff around the 3-second clip that we got.
As a S.H.I.E.L.D agent, it was safe to say that you had seen a lot of strange things in your day. From glowing space cubes of unknown origin to aliens trying to take over New York, the realm of what you considered impossible had broadened over the years. Your considerably high rank as a field agent had allowed you to experience some of these things first hand, which was both a blessing and a curse. It was more so the latter now as you’d been tasked with keeping the notorious trickster God of mischief from living up to his name. Luckily, you were well-equipped for the job— and more than just in the weapons department; you had the uncanny ability to see through lies. (This proved to be exceptionally helpful in an organization whose secrets had secrets.)
However, it was only after more than a decade of service that you were finally thinking that maybe you had bitten off more than you could chew. The God of Mischief had certainly earned his title; in an unforeseen turn of events, he’d gotten his hands on the Tesseract a second time and, before he could whisk himself away to who-knew-where to wreak more havoc, you’d latched onto his arm at the last second to join him for the spin as well. (At least nobody could ever say that you weren’t dedicated to your work.) After that, things had taken a turn for the worse and you’d both been taken to a mysterious time agency and had narrowly escaped death. (Well, maybe death was still on the table— your inevitable end had just been postponed.)
Needless to say, you and Loki hadn’t started out as the best of friends. When you weren’t trying to kill each other (verbally, at least), you glared at one another in sulky silences. But, as they say, trauma draws people together. Somewhere along the line between the end of the world and multiple variations of yourselves, you’d become something akin to. . . acquaintances? Allies? Not necessarily friends, but bonded by enough strange events to have a tentative trust with each other. You were almost certain that Loki wanted more from your relationship, but you hadn’t really forgiven him for what he’d done in New York and besides— whoever heard of a mortal and a God getting a good ending?
Now, however, none of that really seemed to matter; being displaced from your timeline certainly held a bigger threat than whatever was going on between the two of you. After your world-shattering revelation that the statue in the TVA’s library was no longer of three space lizards, but Kang himself you scrambled for answers and solutions. In a desperate attempt to understand the new situation you were in, you’d gotten the new-Mobius’ help of locating (a) Kang in this present timeline, which happened to be in the Victorian Era.
Although the three of you were hidden in shadows in the back of the theater where Kang’s presentation was taking place, your instincts were on high alert. The past few days? (Months?) had taught you that nothing was as it seemed. Even if Kang was currently pretending that he hadn’t seen your little group, you knew not to underestimate him. Every muscle in your body was tense, ready to flee the theater at a moment’s notice if necessary. If you were less of an agent and more of a civilian, you might have even grabbed Loki’s hand— which was only inches from yours in the cramped space— as an expression of the fear that you currently felt. (While you were a seasoned veteran and had seen much in your day, any sane person who knew what Kang was capable of would be scared of him.) Loki seemed to share your trepidation as his eyes never left the enigmatic presenter.
Mobius spoke in a whisper from the God’s other side: “you made him sound like this terrifying figure!”
Neither you nor Loki took your attention away from the man at the front of the room as you replied in sync, “he is.”
As if he’d heard your quiet conversation, Kang’s— in this timeline called Victor— gaze snapped to where you were standing. Although his expression didn’t change and he continued to speak to the crowd, you felt an icy wash of fear trickle down your spine. Instinctively, your weight shifted forward to your toes as you prepared to flee, knowing it wouldn’t be good if Kang or any of his variations caught you as he surely intended to.
You exchanged a glance with Loki, almost one of the same mind after you’d experienced meeting He Who Remains the first time. For Mobius’ benefit, the God breathed out: “run.”
You didn’t need to be told twice; the three of you (after some prompting to get the TVA agent moving) pushed your way as calmly— but also hurriedly— as possible through the crowd to reach the doors. While there wasn’t anyone visibly chasing after you yet, you knew better than to be fooled by the appearance of peace. Once you’d reached the busy London street, you exchanged a look with the men. Not wanting to waste anymore time, you gave one word of warning: “if we get split up, good luck.”
Then, you broke into the fastest run you could considering the crowds of people, animals and carts that went about their daily business. (How nice it would be to not be aware of the multiverse, time travel, interdimensional threats. . . but you consoled yourself that you’d probably become too bored with such a quiet life.) Unsurprisingly, Loki was able to keep pace with you pretty easily— considering he was a God who had to match your extensive training— but Mobius seemed to struggle, especially with dodging obstacles. That was fine, though (as mean as that sounded), since Kang wasn’t after him.
As you ran at a (mostly) steady pace through the winding London streets, cries and shouts began to sound from behind you— it seemed that Kang and his variants were giving the chase. You blocked out the sounds as you focused on running; one foot in front of the other, arms swinging, bent, by your sides, breaths even: in, out, in, out. You ran as you’d been trained to do: for your life. You were so focused on staying ahead of the Kangs that you even lost track of your “running partner” as Loki seemed to fall out of your peripheral vision.
You rounded a corner, and then another, and then— a hand reached out to grab your arm. If given the choice between fight or flight, your always chose the former; you reacted instantly, kicking out with your feet as you attempted to put your attacker in a headlock to take them down.
It was only after a couple seconds of struggling (why wouldn’t this peasant man go down? Didn’t they eat a diet of potatoes and gruel?), you finally registered the man’s protests: “whoa, hey! It’s me— it’s me!”
You let go to eye him suspiciously. In a flash of green, Loki’s familiar form appeared and you let out a sigh of relief which (as it usually was when it came to him) was quickly followed by irritation. “Okay, what the hell? I know you’re the fricken’ God of Mischief and all, but is now really a time to pull tricks?”
“It’s not a trick,” he reassured you. “Well, perhaps it is, in a sense— we can disguise ourselves and blend in, get them off our tail.”
The disguise of a peasant man returned, complete with grubby clothes and matted hair. You curled your lips in disgust. “Far cry from being an Asgardian prince, huh?” you mocked him. “And besides, there’s two flaws to that brilliant plan: one, what about me? I don’t have magic, so pulling me aside to tell me this is just a waste of time. And second, I’m pretty sure Kang the Conqueror can see through something this. . . elementary.”
The peasant man scowled at you, displeased by your jabs. “This is genius, first of all. Before you go touting that you know all about magic, mortal, I can share illusions. Doesn’t your super-secret special agent school teach you self-preservation, or are you willing to take the chance and outrun an impossible amount of Kangs?”
You pursed your lips, weighing your options. As much as you hated to admit it, Loki was right; taking a chance on him was probably better then depending on your running abilities. (Although, to be fair, you were a pretty good runner.) You matched his annoyed expression and crossed your arms against your chest. “Fine, we’ll do it your way— but for the record, my father taught me self-preservation.”
The God smirked at you in that irritating way of his and extended his arm towards you. “Take my hand.”
You watched him skeptically for a moment, remembering how he’d openly admitted to flirting with you in the hours before you’d confronted the Void. As you hesitated— your fatal flaw— you listened for your pursuers and heard faint shouts from their rough interactions with the common people. They were still some distance away, but not comfortable enough to completely forego Loki’s plan. You sighed and— with as much distain as you could muster— took the God’s hand.
There wasn’t anything immediately different about your appearance; when you looked down, you could still see your now-worn combat gear and dusty boots. However, when you looked over at the man next to you, you no longer saw a peasant man; Loki was back to being his infuriating (ahem, handsome) self. You frowned in confusion as you lifted your hand, turning it back and forth to try and see the difference.
“You don’t see the illusion when you’re in it,” he explained with an impossible amount of smugness. “I can assure you, however, that we look as much the same as the rest of this doldrum crowd.”
You gave him a curt nod. “Fine,” you said again. “Let’s try to get out of here, shall we?”
They made their way back onto the main street, looking just the same as the rest of the passers-by. To the rest of the common people, they merely looked like a peasant couple holding hands, out for a nice stroll. Speaking of— “shouldn’t we run?” you asked, looking over your shoulder. Although you couldn’t see the Kangs because of the crush of people, you knew they were there.
“That would draw attention to us,” Loki replied evenly, keeping the steady pace. “All parts of the illusion must be convincing for it to work.”
So, as much as all of your instincts screamed at you to run, you forced yourself to match his steps. Thankfully, the busy city was too noisy to have conversation, otherwise you might have strangled Loki right on the street. (Okay, maybe you weren’t at each other’s throats as often anymore, but he still annoyed the hell out of you.)
It happened suddenly: one moment, you were walking along with Loki at a brisk pace, and the next a man with a golden pharaoh’s headdress appeared next to them. His dark, intense eyes swept the area as he mercilessly pushed carts and people out of his way. Your grip on Loki’s hand tightened in warning, causing the God to look down at you. You jerked your head to the dark-skinned man dressed in gold. His eyes followed your motion and widened before he quickly looked away. Neither of you spoke since the illusion wouldn’t disguise your voice, but your pace picked up slightly.
The next few minutes were very tense as you waited to see if Loki’s illusions would work. It seemed as if the Kang in the Egyptian-styled clothes was tailing you. Loki knew that his magic could only do so much; to the well-trained eye, a very faint glimmer of green could still be seen. They needed to make their illusion even more believable; to do something so out of the ordinary— something that was entirely ordinary, actually— that it would convince even the keenest of observers (which surely Kang was.)
The idea came to him in an instant, causing his chest to fill with warmth. While this would certainly not be his first kiss, it would be his first kiss with you. (And, if he were being uncharacteristically honest, it might be his only chance.) Loki glanced at the Agent out of the corner of his eye, knowing how poorly such a proposal would be received. But, this was a viable suggestion to get the Kangs away from them. So, he tugged the woman next to him to a stop.
You turned to look at the God with an irritated expression. “Need a break, do you?”
Loki was looking down at you intently, his emerald gaze holding yours. Perhaps for the first time, he ignored your dig. “Kiss me.”
Not sure if you heard him right, you stared at him with wide eyes. “What?”
“Kiss me,” he repeated, a little more urgently. He glanced up at the Egyptian Kang who still lingered nearby. He lowered his voice as he hastily explained, “he suspects us. No one looks twice at two people kissing.”
“You’re cra— mmph,” your furious retort was cut off as he placed his lips on yours.
Again, your first impulse was to run, but this time for a different reason. It had been a long time since you’d kissed anyone— since your last love had ended in disaster. You’d vowed to never let anyone this close again after that, but here you were, allowing the God of Mischief to kiss you on a busy street. People brushed past you and jostled you, but Loki’s hands lightly held your arms, keeping you in place. You still had half a mind to push him away and ask what the hell was he thinking, but the other half of your thoughts registered how. . . good of a kisser he was.
You supposed that over a thousand years of practice certainly had its benefits. His lips were soft but insistent on yours, there was just enough tongue movement to make your stomach swoop (the traitor) and although you would deny it if asked, you could feel the electricity zip through you from the action. Just as your shock wore off enough to really kiss him back, Loki pulled away, his gaze flicking over your head to watch the crowd.
“He’s gone,” the God said with relief. Once he’d assessed that the danger had passed, he looked down at you with a smirk. “For someone who claims to hate me so much, I expected you to slap me instead of kiss me.”
You glared at him, any semblance of warmth that had come from the kiss disappearing as quickly as mist in the sun. “That can still be arranged.”
He gave you a shit-eating grin and wrapped an arm around your shoulders. “Come on, Agent. Tell me you didn’t enjoy that.”
You shoved his arm away and turned to resume your path through the crowd, your head held high. “I didn’t. Let’s go find Mobius. Hopefully he hasn’t gotten trampled by a stray horse or something.”
Since you’d already refocused on the mission at hand, you missed the way the God’s smug expression faltered slightly at your stout rejection. It only lasted for a fraction of a second before he quickly recovered and hurried to catch up with you. Grabbing your wrist, he added, “we should still keep our disguises up, just in case.”

Errortale: a summary.
...
It took some repetitive efforts. Frequent reminders. But he was receptive to the attention and truly does have exclusive access to some indispensable informants from... beyond.
"Errortale," as they call phenomena like him, could be a subtype of outcode in its own right.
There is a place like the Omega Timeline. A somewhere that's nowhere, with no features of its own but endless expanses of white except for what you bring yourself, no entrances or exits except for those who already know the way.
What sets this antivoid apart from the Omega Timeline is... the effect it has on anyone who, by some unfortunate glitch or botched cheat, gets stranded in it. Time behaves differently there, so it is difficult to say how long it takes, but staying there too long there eventually causes some kind of data corruption.
It begins with restlessness. Then, somehow, it causes the affected to develop involuntary clairaudience. (Note: It was not found that this "divination," for lack of a better term, could be attributed to hallucinations, plurality or a hivemind between others affected due to how "the voices" are capable of knowing/perceiving things the listener(s) could not, and the presentation of this condition does not align with ▢▢▢▢▢▢.)
This is, as far as we know, the point of no return before it is irreversible, as the effects begin to accelerate. The appearance of "ERROR" alerts over their bodies. Memory loss. Personality changes. Mental instability. Glitch artifacts. Colors changing and inverting. The final stage seems to be the development of completely new magic– which first presents after extreme distress and may leave a permanent pattern on their bodies– exclusive interactions with the antivoid, such as using it as displays or portals to different times and places across the multiverse, and a compulsion to return to it and resume isolation.
(Note: data corruption seems to plateau past this point. Hypothesis: failed data conversion?)
This happened to...
...
He'd been testing his abilities. He was warned it was risky. It was true, and something did happen. ▢▢▢▢▢▢▢▢▢▢
...By the time he could escape the antivoid, he barely remembered his own his name. And when he did escape, he didn't know he'd gone to not just the wrong timeline, but the wrong universe. He tried to reintegrate as if he'd gone back to his underground days of back-and-forth knock-knock jokes with Toriel. But when he discovered he'd landed in a Tale where all monsterkind were ghosts... he had a violent breakdown, and his eyesockets filled with blue strings that fell like tears and left stains on his face.
And then Spectertale was torn apart.
Perhaps it's because of this revelation's impact on him, or perhaps it's because of which Sans he used to be and what thoughts filled his skull when he was corrupted. But ever since this incident, he has been driven to do the same thing over and over again: find deviations from the Alpha Timeline and analyze the extent of these deviations before deleting them.
But it is as Core!Frisk has said: for every iteration destroyed, a duplicate iteration is also spared due to how intersecting timelines behave.
Of course, this does not stop "Error!Sans" from using his strings to puppeteer people by their SOULs, or steal people from their timelines to kill immediately, to hold hostage or to keep their SOULS as trophies. He has especially done this to Frisks to prevent them from Resetting after he wreaks havoc... just like... like...
like what almost happened in... Aftertale.
... ... ...
At some point. I saw this. They didn't see me but I saw that when... when Error!Sans... when he went to a common Underswap variant, he took his alternate self hostage after using the strings to pit him against his brother.
...He couldn't remember the details, but the voices did. The stolen Sans nicknamed "Blueberry" tried to appease Error!Sans, to get his guard down, learn more about him. And he did learn about Error!Sans' affection for Undernovela as if it were a TV show, about his escape from the antivoid, about Spectertale. "Blueberry" hoped to escape, yes, but he also hoped to get Error!Sans the help he needed, thus reducing the threat he would continue to pose. And Error did begin to trust the alternate from Underswap, but "Blueberry" tipped his hand and lost what little control he had over the situation. Error didn't kill him, but he left him in the antivoid. And Error came back too late.
...
"Blueberror" was (justifiably) angry, but would ultimately let go of Error before his outrage similarly caused permanent damage to his mental state. He would instead offer his services to the Frisk in charge of the Omega Timeline, employing his "starry" powers and even letting an uncorrupted version of himself take his place so his timeline's Papyrus wouldn't be alone. He is unstable, but he is not dangerous like Error. And especially not like Error!Undyne.
Error is not as proactive as he claims, but Error!Undyne had been looking for... me? Yes. That's right. she was looking for... me. And she and an Error!Papyrus with her who could hold SOULS hostage in bubbles... they had an uneasy agreement with Core!Frisk not to interfere with each other. But Errors can be set off by upsetting revelations, and that's all it can take to drive them to indefinite vengeance.
...There was a chance encounter between her and Error!Sans when he was wearing glasses. They couldn't have been my current frames, but... but that... that was... that was what she saw them as... and from that moment on, there would be no calming her. Blueberror was able to find and convince... Error... to face off against her, if only he already held contempt for her. They were able to deal with Error!Undyne together, though Error!Papyrus had been lost track of, and the alliance between Error and Blueberror broke off soon afterward as... as Error... ...as 🅶🅴🅽🅾 vanished again.
...Blueberror came back to the Omega Timeline, and has been staying here ever since then.
...
I will have to gather my thoughts on this.
I have to... I have to... I have to...
...I...

You know I don’t have a problem with the relics in theory but maybe they should have been naturally displaced items from the…(I forgot the name) “Wonderland”. I think one of the worst things in the course of the story was the introduction of the god brothers. Not looking forward to the team saying a whole speech between the four of them being holier than thou with the deities. Also the Maidens shouldn’t exist. Not without some true purpose cause semblances are already plenty strong and better
I feel that, anon, and I personally hate how none of this fits together now. RWBY keeps adding more worldbuilding that just complicates an already underdeveloped world:
Characters have aura that protects them/heals them from physical harm. At first it seems like everyone's got that - and they technically do - but it needs to be unlocked to work and after showing that once around episode 3, it's never relevant again.
Aura is distinct from Semblances, special powers that let you do cool things by controlling some natural force.
This is distinct from Dust which is substance that also lets you do cool things by controlling some natural force.
Not everyone has a semblance and not everyone has access to Dust. What determines - from an individual and class perspective - who gets what? Not important.
Oh, also one semblance is randomly inherited, but no one cares to unpack that.
Oh, also, also one semblance is randomly The Worst Thing Ever, but no one cares to unpack that either.
Semblances can also evolve! This will happen at random points and will only be tied to the narrative structure in the loosest sense.
Now, semblances can evolve again... maybe. If you're Ruby, anyway.
All of this is how Remnant naturally functions. It's a magical world.
Sike! Actually there's real magic and it's distinct from Semblance magic because... uh. Idek anymore.
Four women are able to wield real magic because a singular magic user gave humanity that ability generations ago.
He got that ability by being a part of Humanity 1.0. Why did the Gods drastically change the skills humanity had access to the second time around? Unclear.
Oh yeah, there are Gods too with their own shapeshifting/creation magic, completely unlike the magic they gave to people.
They did, however, give four random, real-real magic objects to help ("help") one guy with the worst group project in existence.
So at least we've got this settled then, yeah? For however messy everything else is, the Gods are the top dogs who dispense real-magic/semblance-magic to everyone else.
Sikex2! They're actually from another world that functions completely differently from the one they created. They're the product of a third type of magic, which is even more convoluted than what Remnant's got because it functions under Wonderland logic -- AKA, no logic at all.
This includes the real top dog (for now): a Blacksmith/tree lady we meet for a grand total of 10-ish minutes, making miniature people and letting go off into the multiverse to wreak havoc.
That's too much worldbuilding with too little development! Once upon a time a nonsense world birthed two super powered beings who decided they wanted to be Gods. They go off and create a group of people with magic distinct from their own. Then they wiped them out, creating a second group with another distinct magic structure (that supposedly isn't really magic), but remnants of the first group remain. So the world is now populated by everything from "I'm an NPC with nothing going for me" to "I have a super power" to "I have super powers, but not the cool individualized kind" to "I have the real magic super powers" to "I'm a device from a literal alternate reality" and all of it is mushed together without rhyme or reason so that fights are impossible to get invested in now due to the lack of consistency. Are you fighting another normal super powered person? A weaker version of that without a Semblance? A god-like being wielding real magic? A transforming cat possessing the most powerful character on screen? The answers don't matter because Ruby is going to win regardless by swinging her Normal Fighter Weapon around.
Meanwhile, I miss when wielding Crescent Rose was actually SUPER impressive against the grimm, rather than a "How are you even winning nowadays?" puzzlement against the new backdrop of elite forces and magic and godhood.

Gaster UT66's bio
Tumblr media
Name: Wingding Gaster Codename: UT66 Age: yes   Birthday: 6/17/XX    Pronouns: He/They Species:  Monster, Skeleton  Height: 5'11"
Long ago. Deep in the multiverse. A darkness stirred.
An eldritch, extradimensional entity suddenly appeared, and began wreaking havoc across the multiverse. With the power to decay practically anything, it destroyed entire timelines left and right.
The only survivors of its attacks were a small group of Gasters, and an even smaller group of humans some of the Gasters had saved. Together, this group of refugees sought to stop The Noir once and for all.
They approached Gaster, the 66th Gaster from an Undertale timeline, about their plan to bait The Noir to attacking his timeline and ambushing them to seal them away and stop their rampage.
They succeeded, but too late to save everyone, leaving Sans and Gaster the only survivors from the timeline. Now codenamed UT66, Gaster took the role as soft leader of the Gaster Gang, and Mono's primary guardian.
UT66 and the Gasters followed Mono after he accepted CORE!Frisk's offer to live in the Omega Timeline, where they live with him to this day.
Side notes + Other refs:
- Only speaks in Windings, which most people can't understand. As such, he usually uses ASL to communicate with most people that aren't Mono or the Gaster Gang.
Tumblr media
- Likes reading (favorite books to read are sci-fi novels). - They technically don't have a physical body, it's more a mental projection of sorts. As such, they can actively choose to be visible or not, and also walk through walls. - Acts as the closest thing to a leader the Gaster Gang has.
The format of this bio is based off of @ut-poppy-askblog, run by @fmsdraws.

This week saw the release of yet another episode of "My Adventures with Superman", and as always I wanted to share my thoughts on it. These past two episodes have really been getting weirder and adapting some of the more 'out there' elements of superhero comics. Feels strange since the first few episodes seem to promise a more grounded tone and yet in this episode Mr Mxyzptlk, the mischievous fifth dimensional imp, is introduced to this universe, we find out that this universe is part of (sigh) a multiverse, and that there are other versions of Superman and Lois running around in those universes. It's a wild direction for the show to take, however I do think the episode itself is a bit stronger than the previous one, though I do have some quibbles.
Tumblr media
So with that let's jump into episode 7 of "My Adventures with Superman" (spoilers to follow) :
- Superman takes Lois and Jimmy to his spaceship and fortress (?) in Smallville to let them learn a little bit more about him. I find it interesting that so far, Superman still doesn't seem too curious about where he came from and what he is. Heck, Jimmy and Lois are more interested in that than Clark himself. Maybe I'm reading too deep into that, but this does remind me of "Superman Smashes the Klan" - in that comic, Superman is reluctant to really engage with his alien origins because they're a strong reminder of how different and unique he is from ordinary people, and his character arc revolves around him eventually accepting his unique alien nature.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
MAWS's version of the character is also self conscious about his alien nature, and this episode reminds us of that. Could this show be building up to a similar character arc for Superman ? I certainly hope so, because I loved that character arc in that comic.
- It was hilarious to see both Clark and Lois fret over the date that they were supposed to have in this episode. So far, this show is tearing apart the notion that Superman is "unrelatable" with its dorky and endearing take on the character. I also appreciate that Lois is trying to find out more about Superman's origins because she wants to help him. It's just a sweet moment.
- So this episode introduces Mxyzptlk, and the idea of the multiverse, AND the idea that there are other versions of Lois Lanes patrolling the multiverse. This episode runs at a break neck speed, and I have to wonder if non-comic fans were able to keep up with it considering how "out there" these elements are. Although I guess even casual fans are familiar with the concept of the multiverse thanks to movies like 'Into the Spider-Verse', 'Dr Strange : the Multiverse of Madness' and 'Everything Everywhere All at Once'.
- I was super hyped about this episode because I heard that it was going to introduce Mxyzptlk who is one of my favorite Superman antagonists.
Tumblr media
For those of you that don't know, Mxyzptlk is a Fifth-dimensional magical being who has the power to alter reality itself and often uses those abilities to wreak havoc whenever he comes across Superman. You can think of him as a more powerful version of Loki from the Marvel Universe. His powers are seemingly limitless and there is absolutely nothing that Superman can do to physically harm him. The only way to defeat him is by getting him to say his own name backwards, which will banish him back to his own dimension for an extended period of time.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Luckily, while Mxyzptlk is all-powerful, he is also super gullible, which makes it easy for Superman to trick him and defeat him over and over again. He's just one of those comic book characters that so charming and fun, and I'm happy to say that this show has an excellent take on him. He's fun, he's funny, he can come across as a dangerous threat in one scene, only to turn into a total goofball in the next scene. He's great and I especially love the idea that Mxyzptlk has come across different versions of Superman and Lois. This means that Mxyzptlk can run circles around the characters because he seems to know more about them than they do about themselves. It almost feels like Mxyzptlk is a twisted self-insert for the audience, especially for those who have seen different Superman adaptations and are excited to compare and contrast those versions with this cartoon.
- While I loved the show's take on Mxyzptlk, I have to say, I'm not thrilled about the multiverse aspect of this episode. I think a lot of people are getting tired of multiverse stories in general, and I definitely fall in that camp. Why do so many stories feel the need to establish a multiverse in the first place ? What ever happened to stories that could be self-contained and stand on its own merits ? Why does everything need to be connected to everything ? It doesn't help that multiverse stories often end up pandering to the audience with cheap nostalgia and fanservice. Spider-Man: No Way Home is the perfect example of this where the entire plot of the movie is just an excuse to drop in as many references and call backs to previous Spider-Man movies as possible. Thankfully, this episode of 'MAWS' keeps the nostalgia pandering to a minimum, though I still rolled my eyes at the references to the Fleischer and DCAU Superman. Those stories just feel less special when they're all connected in a grand multiverse. I also have to criticize the entire 'council of Lois Lanes' plot since it seems a little derivative of the main plot of 'Across the Spider-Verse'. Overall, I would have preferred it if they just cut that entire plot element out entirely and just had Mxyzptlk as the sole antagonist. You can still play with the idea of him being a dimension hopper, but the multiverse trope can be downplayed and limited only to his character.
- While I may have some gripes about this episode, it's still pretty good in how it handles the characters. I love how active Lois is in this episode, she's constantly moving the plot along, standing up for Superman when she needs to and working with him and Jimmy to take down Mxyzptlk while also evading the other Lois Lanes. This episode ends up sealing the deal when it comes to the Clark and Lois romance as the two finally share a kiss, and its a cute moment.
- This episode ends on a cliffhanger with Lois finding out that there are other versions of Superman in other universes, and unfortunately a lot of those Supermen appear to be evil. I griped about the multiverse aspect of this episode, but it seems like this show is using it to tackle the "evil Superman" trope that has become so popular in the past few years, and honestly - if this show ends up giving a giant middle finger to that tired old trope, I will take back all of my complaints.
So that's the seventh episode of 'My Adventures with Superman'. Despite my complaints, I still liked it and am excited to see more of it. I think I am going to skip the episode next week since I've heard that it's a two-parter and I would rather watch it in its entirety in the following week instead of watching it one episode at the time. It seems like the next few episodes will pay off all the plot threads that the show has set up, and I cannot wait to see how that turns out.

Spider-Gabe write up...
Mostly for ref since I don't think I'll ever be writing a whole fic of this.
So the first year of Spider-Man is going great for Gabriel. He has a difficult relationship with his mother and his brother, Miguel, is weird and distant since he started working at Alchemax as the head of the bio-engineering genetics lab. However, after spending the last 12 months running circles around Alchemax and the Public Eye, somebody new is put in charge of catching Spider-Man - Dr. Miguel O'Hara, under the orders of Tyler Stone.
Miguel, being much smarter than most of the morons at Alchemax who were trying to catch Spider-Man gets a lot closer, but ultimately keeps getting foiled and occasionally humiliated by Spider-Man. His brother, Gabriel, keeps trying to talk him into leaving Alchemax and lecturing him about it, which doesn't really convince Miguel so much as annoy him and further drive a wedge between them.
And Spider-Man is even more annoying and all the quips and jokes from this Creamsicle-Suit Asshole are started to make Miguel kinda twitchy and lose sleep from the stress - After enough failures, the board gives Miguel an ultimatum to "motivate" him - either you catch Spider-Man or we're turning YOU over to the genetic experiments team as a test subject, because if you're not useful to us like this, you'll be useful in another way. So his options are "catch Spider-Man" or "Become a brainwashed mutate thrall to Alchemax" or "Get turned into a pile of goo if the mutation experiment fails".
And so, with his life on the line and having nothing else left because he's not talking to his brother and his fiancee left him over his increasing obsession with catching Spider-Man, Miguel becomes even more erratic and violent in his methods to catch Spider-Man finally culminating in some incident that leads to the destruction of somewhere downtown.
When he's dragged before the Alchemax board, even Tyler Stone can't talk them out of the punishment and they let Aaron Delgado and his goons drag Miguel away.
Then blah blah lab explosion, talons, fangs, red eyes, you know. Miguel jumps from the building and doesn't catch himself. He has lost everything, his family, his livelihood and his basic humanity.
Gabriel takes it hard. He blames himself for not being able to save his brother, for not being able to talk him into leaving Alchemax, for not telling him that he was Spider-Man and for taunting and humiliating Miguel for fun every step of the way, because it definitely didn't help his sanity.
Gabriel has no idea his brother survived.
Miguel awakens downtown, disgusted to have awaken as a monster. He stumbles around downtown and, finally being confronted with what Alchemax has done to the people here and the consequences of his own actions, he stays to wreak havoc on Alchemax and drive their presence out of Downtown entirely. They wanted a Corporate Raider? Well they fucking got one.
Gabriel never really recovers from losing his brother. He inherits Miguel's apartment and LYLA, since Miguel was in good enough standing as an employee at the time of his "death" to be able to will his living space to a non-Alchemax employee.
With LYLA, Gabriel builds a device to allow multiversal travel. At some point, he finds a universe where he CAN save Miguel - he finds that this universe's Gabriel died some time ago and so, (explaining the situation with some wild lie) stays with him and his daughter and it's all great. Until it isn't.
He couldn't save his brother.

Miguel + A, B, I, J? 👀
Tumblr media
A: Aftercare | What is their aftercare like after a heavy round of tickling?
I like to think that he’d be very gentle and quietly sweet, holding you close and murmuring compliments or light playful insults lol
I don’t think he’d be over the top with taking care of you but he’d definitely watch you closely to see what you need so he can act accordingly
If he was tickling someone as a punishment for something, I feel like he’d keep up a faux annoyed act afterwards while making sure they were good at the same time lolol ruffling their hair while grumbling about how annoying they are but he’s not meeting their eyes bc he’s a little embarrassed haha
B: Bondage | How do they react to bondage, do they enjoy it and if yes, what is their favorite pose?
At first Miguel doesn’t see the appeal of bondage “dealing with so many spidermen and their faulty web shooters will do that to a guy” but once he tries it with someone he trusts, I think he would enjoy it! It’d take him a long time to relax into it, but once he does I think the vulnerability would be sort of relieving. He’s so used to shouldering the constant control and pressure required to run the spider society, so having no choice but to give in and let someone else take the reins could be cathartic for him ❤️
As for what pose, I don’t think he’d have a preference really. Probably just something comfortable that keeps his claws away from both his ler and the binds so he can’t accidentally free himself afshsjdks
I: Interrogation | How well would they handle a tickle interrogation?
He could hold out 😤
It would fucking suck because he’s really sensitive LMAO but he’s got a lot of stamina and endurance and he’s as stubborn as a mule
Though, with enough time, effort, and patience, I think you could break him~ enough to make him beg and plead at least. If you were asking for information that would hurt or compromise his friends or other people, he’d just suffer and take it :,)
J: Joy | Their absolute favorite thing about tickling?
He’d like being able to just let go for once orz
He can growl and squirm and hiss out threats all he wants but there comes a point where he just has to accept it and give in. He’s always on high alert, ready to take action at a moment’s notice or planning which action to take next, so even though he’d never admit it, he likes the break tickling gives his mind. After all, there’s no way to think about the multiverse collapsing with your hands wreaking havoc on his thighs 😘

fionna and cake e6 spoilers + thoughts on the endgame for this series
firstly, on ice prince: i think it's good for simon's development that he got to see this. but it could also be very bad if he doesn't allow himself to ruminate on it. ice prince spends most of the episode making simon feel like shit, because ice prince apparently conquered the madness of the crown out of sheer force of will, will that simon apparently lacked. and ice prince is living the life, having everything simon wishes he could have - the benefits of the crown with none of the downsides.
except, that's a lie. it's only until the very end of the episode is it revealed that he was actually broadcasting the madness of the crown into bubblegum, showing that this ideal cannot exist. the fun magical simon everyone claims to want is a falsehood. you cannot have the magic without the sadness and the madness.
what i find very curious about this universe is that it seems to run very similar to ooo. all the candy subjects are present, albeit mutilated by bubblegum's crown-influenced mind, and we even see a young ice marcy with the same axe bass ooo marcy has. so the simon of this universe had to have gone down nearly the exact same path as ooo simon, with a few exceptions:
he somehow had the thought to beam the madness away from him, implying he had help or some level of cognition or malice ooo ice king never had.
he and marcy are no longer on speaking terms (why recreate a person if you can just talk to them).
he's not obsessed with betty.
the last one of these is the one that stands out the most. the (outwardly) most functional simon we've seen so far does not care about betty. she died and he got over it. which leads me to my main thought about the ending of this series:
i don't think simon and betty should end up together.
their story is very much one of cycles, a loop of loss and finding and being lost again. simon has been grieving betty for decades, given how much finn's aged, yet simon never seemed to get out of the third and fourth stages of grief - he's cycling between depression and bargaining and seems to have been for a while. this is definitely not helped by being a normal man in a world full of magic when that magic can't even bring back the person he wants.
and if he does find her in the other multiverses, it wouldn't last. either she wouldn't be "his betty", or he'd become an anomaly just like fionna and cake, and would end up wreaking havoc anyway. he needs to accept that the woman he loves is gone. even if he somehow made his way to golbetty, betty's wish in the AT finale was to keep simon safe. golbetty is NOT safe, that's why she left so quickly during that battle. if he approaches her, there is no guarantee that she'll stay put. she could even boot him back to ooo.
much like his desire to get the crown and be magical again, his desire to find betty is founded on the falsehood that everything will be fine if he just has this one thing.
now, granted, this doesn't mean i wouldn't like to see him try. he is so dedicated to this line of thought that it's very likely he could end up regressing into ice king if they do manage to find a crown. that's the point of this kind of narrative, seeing the protagonist struggle and fail before eventually coming to the final realization. it's a story of grief and addiction, and those are never linear things. we still have four episodes left, and a lot could happen.
which, to that point, i think the marceline episode is going to be in the next batch, either e7 or e8. i am fairly confident this will be a world where either a) simon did not find the crown and died in the bombing, b) simon briefly spent time with marcy but died in an attack, or c) simon left marcy earlier and she ended up falling in with the vampires. her manner of dress in the trailer and promo image seems to suggest that this is a marcy who was either raised by her father and proudly wears the crown of vampire queen, or was raised by the vampires who were killing humans after the bombs. i believe this could only happen under those three circumstances.
this is going to be especially important for simon's development on two fronts. firstly, it shows that simon's time as himself was worth something. marceline is much better off having had his help during the years right after the bombing. even though he left in the end, what he did to help her prevented her from becoming whatever she is in this upcoming episode. and, secondly, it's a reminder that the marcy back at ooo is still someone he can talk to. just because she has a girlfriend/wife now doesn't mean that he's unwelcome in her life. it's the classic depression isolation, and maybe this realization will get him to break out of it somewhat.
also for future episodes, betty shows up in the trailer, and i'm willing to bet(ty) that this is going to be either e9 or e8, depending on how long simon's going to sit on this interaction and process it. i can see it being in the next batch if e9 and e10 are going to be the climax and resolution, but i can also see this betty scene happening in e9 and pushing him into regression and a mental spiral in e10, which is mostly him having a horrible time and the world of fionna and cake shaking up as a whole.
it's snowing over there now. maybe they get some earthquakes as foreshadowing to the breakdown simon's about to have. truly, who knows? we just gotta wait. but it will be interesting either way, i think.

It's Fictional Throwdown Friday!
This Week's Fighters....
Aradia Megido vs The Handmaiden!
Conditions:
No Restrictions. God-Tier Aradia.
Scenario:
While having fun breaking the multiverse with her newfound freedom, Aradia decides to see if she's become more powerful than her Ancestor.
Analysis: Aradia
Time. The endless circle that drives all of creation forward. The primordial Aspect of inevitability and fate. Things are born. They live. They die. Time is a spirograph, made up of endless cycles. A complex machine that creates a spectacular explosion when its cycles are undone.
Aradia Megido was once a cog in this machine. A slave to inevitability. It's machniations changed her from a cheery girm with terrifying hobbies, into an apathetic servant. A Maid whose only interest was serving Time.
Aradia first died as a result of a gruesome cycle of revenge. After Vriska Serket tossed Aradia's close friend Tavros off of a cliff, Aradia got even by plaguing Serket with the ghosts of her pervious victims. In reply, Vriska mind controlled Aradia's boyfriend Sollux and had him vaporize her entirely.
This brutal demise, as well as the prophecies of an inevitable apocalypse that her ghost friends shared with her, evaporated Aradia's once cheery demeanor, turning her into a cold, emotionless cynic who soulless obeyed Time's every whim so that the timeline could be preserved. Her resurrection into a robot did little to help her disposition, especially since the guy that built the body tried to program her into falling in love with him, which soured any positive feelings she could have had for her new body.
When Aradia and all her friends were given the opportunity to become Gods of the new universe, thanks to a magically game called SGRUB, Time and Fate had to ruin that for her too, as Aradia had to actively keep her friends from becoming God-Tier and manipulate the whole game from the background just to keep the rules of fate from declaring her timeline void and wiping her from existence. There was an upside to this situation though, aside from the cool Time powers. Aradia was given an opportunity to hand Vriska her smug, manipulative ass, which was doubtlessly cathartic.
It wasn't until Aradia died... again, that she got given a new perspective on life. Because her dream self happened to die on her Quest Bed, Aradia was revived as a fully realized Maid of Time. A literal God of Time. She was done being Time's puppet and she was tired of bowing to Fate's whims. Aradia was free, truly alive for the first time in her life, and she was going to see just how much havoc she could wreak on the timeline.
Even before becoming a God, Aradia was easily one of the most powerful Players in the entire game. Capable of manipulating time to an extent, Aradiabot could summon hundreds of herself at will from all across the timeline, making her a giant walking army. Scaling off of Dave's capabilities, she should potentially be capable of creating billions of time clones, as Dave was able to create enough time clones to create and manage a planet wide corporation staffed entirely by himself. Even after becoming a God herself, Vriska freely admitted that she was no match for Aradiabot, which takes some doing on Serket's part, given her ego.
As a God-Tier, Aradia's powers are magnified greatly. Not only is she now able to stop time at her leisure, but she's capable of competing even with First Guardians, or those fused with them. These God-like, nigh-omniscient beings are tasked with protecting their assigned planet so that the Players who will be born on it can one day play SBURB and create the next universe. To this end, they are directly linked to the First Sun, providing them with an immeasurable amount of power.
Case in point, Doc Scratch was once caught between two exploding universes and was completely... unscrathed (ba-dum-tish)... well, not counting his severed leg, but that's from a prior injury, not the blast. Moreover, universes in Homestuck are noted to contain infinite timelines and possibilities within them, making them more akin to infinitely sized multiverses. And Aradia is shown to generally be comparable to such beings. Not only is she able to hold back Bec Noir with her time stop, but she should comparable to Dave Strider, a fellow Time Player God-Tier with several of the same abilities, who could hold off both Bec Noir and Peregrine Mendicant, albiet temporarily.
Hell, the fact that she can react to Bec at all speaks wonders for her spead. Scaling off of a God-Tiered Rose Lalonde, Bec should be fast enough to travel along the entire surface of the Green Sun, which is the size of several universes. Being able to traverse an infinite amount of distance like this in a finite amount of time would grant most God-Tiers an infinite amount of speed, but even discounting that, being able to move in the Furthest Ring like that at all is crazy. The Furthest Ring is a higher dimensional location where time and space function nonlinearly. In order to move through space, you must also move through time in that same direction. This is why Aradia was needed to push the meteor into the Furthest Ring, moving would be completely impossible in it otherwise. Imagine being so fast, you can move a certain direction through time. Imagine moving so fast, you win a race one second before it started. That's how fast Homestuck God-Tiers would have to be to move through the Furthest Ring at all.
This just makes Aradia's Time Stop more impressive by extension. She can Time Stop people who can move Faster Than Time. Well... kinda. Aradia herself admitted that she can't keep Bec frozen forever and that she would eventually die if she didn't get out of her predicament. So, she timed the moment she let Bec go just right so that she would collide with him the split second his body became a portal to the Green Sun. This shows that she has a keen tactical mind even without Fate pulling her strings.
And finally, she gets all the benefits that regular God-Tiers and Players do. Including a Hammerspace video game inventory, a leveling system that insures she gets stronger just by doing random things, and conditional immortality that protects her from aging and dying so long as her Death isn't Heroic or Just. Meaning, so long as she didn't die whilst doing something Heroic or something that means her death was justified, she will come back from anything short of complete existence erasure on the very conceptual level or if the clock meant to decide her fate is broken. She's also a master with the whip, but given everything else about her, she hardly needs it.
Time is the Aspect of inevitability. That's why it's inevitable that this Time Player will easily kick your fucking ass.
Analysis: The Demoness
Death. The end that awaits us all. It is the invariable variable. It comes inevitably, but we never know at what moment. We can never know what day we will live and what day we will die.
If only one good thing could be said about Damara Megido's life, it's that she avoided this omnipresent uncertainty. She knew exactly when she would die.
Years after troll kind had been rendered extinct and the planet of Alternia had been reduced to a lifeless husk, a single meteor landed on its mysterious green moon. Alternia's First Guardian, Doc Scratch, had redirected the meteor to his doorstep, away from the dead world, and took in the girl riding it as his own daughter. In a different, slightly better life, this girl would be known to her friends as Damara Megido. In this life, she was known to Doc Scratch only as The Handmaiden.
Scratch informed her of her destiny. When the time came, the Handmaiden would die in combat at the hands of Her Imperious Condescension, the Empress of Trollkind, and her duties as Scratch's and Lord English's servant would be overtaken by the Empress. Until then, she would serve her masters loyally all her life and manipulate history to Scratch's will. Beaten into submission and cursed with immortality, she would have no choice but to obey.
Using her latent powers as the Witch of Time, the Handmaiden would manipulate key moments in Alternian history all her life, slowly turning the Troll species into a violent race of genocidal conquerors that would spread their legacy across the galaxy. She would manipulate time across key moments in Alternian, time traveling to wherever and whenever she was needed. For instance, it is implied that she monitored the MSPA Reader during their journeys across Alternia, rewinding time whenever they died or made a decision that would not forward Scratch's goals. She may have even been the one to keep the Soleil Twins trapped in their mansion, rewinding them back to before they left every time they entered the tall grass. For millions of years, the atrocities she would commit in her master's name would earn her the title of the Demoness, the herald of Death that corrupted Alternia into the hellscape it is now. Feared by all trollkind.
She carries two needles as weapons, the legends say, tied to string so they can slaughter from a distance like blades on a whip. Her mastery of time in the eyes of a mere mortal appeared absolute. It was enough to make her a threat to even the most powerful trolls. Including the Empress herself.
The Demoness knew she would die against the Condescension before the fight even began. But she still gave her a better fight then any mortal ever had before. The Condescension can hold her ground against multiple God-Tiers simultaneously, in both strength and speed. The fact that there was a contest at all speaks for her reputation as death incarnate among troll kind.
But, alas, death comes for us all. The Handmaiden died amd the Empress took her place as Lord English's newest servant. The tragedy of this Damara's life would be forgotten by all except for those who hurt her. She was, as so many Time bound are, doomed to her role in the cycle of inevitability.
Throwdown Theme:
youtube
Throwdown Breakdown:
Figuring this matchup out was very.... time consuming.
Eyyyyyy.
I will give post Scratch Damara her dues. Being able to contend in any extent with Her Imperious Condescension in a one on one fight would likely grant her a stat advantage in strength and speed. Aradia may be a God-Tier, but the HIC can fight off several of those simultaneously. And while Aradia has more screentime using her powers, Damara's subtle use of them keeping the Reader alive and on track implies both a high level of creativity and a use of Time abilities Aradia has not demonstrated. Namely, the Demoness can rewind time while Aradia seemingly can't.
That being said, Aradia has answers for this. Her ability to contend with Lord English, despite him being both laughably stronger and having a level of time manipulation that utterly dwarfs hers shows that Aradia can contend despite the Handmaiden's two big advantages.
It would be interesting to see how their specific time powers would bounce off each other. Both of them can time travel, but only Aradia has shown to do it to create an army of herself. The Handmaiden can rewind time to undo that, but Aradia can freeze her in time to prevent her from doing that. But, given the extent of the Handmaiden's own abilities and her nature as a *Witch* of Time, she may very well be able to replicate both those tricks regardless. However, I feel like that argument relies on the assumption that the Time powers of a mortal can match those of a fully realized God-Tier of the same Aspect. At best, Aradia has an edge for time stop keeping Damara in check while she overwhelms her with Time Clones. At worst, it's a tie due to them having the same powers.
I think Aradia's biggest advantage here is experience. Sure, the Handmaiden has been manipulating history for much longer, millions of years even, but she did so in a setting where only three people could ever potentially threaten her. And when she did fight one of those people, she died. Aradia has much more experience in actually fighting people her size and she's shown to employ clever tactics against them. For example, disappearing through the portal in Jack's body when Bec's powers briefly turn his body into one or riding Lord English around like a bull with her whip to keep him distracted and unable to crush her during the final battle.
It's tricky, because it's difficult to say whether Damara is getting hamstrung by her own limitations here or just her own lack of screen time, but I think there's enough here for me to confidently give my verdict.
While it can be argued that Damara could potentially match Aradia's Time powers with her own due to the way her Classpect functions (IE. Being a Witch of Time, one who changes time for themselves), Aradia actually being a full on God-Tier gives me reason to believe she'd likely have more and better time powers, even when accounting for implications and limited screen time. This, combined with Aradia's own superior combat experience, would likely allow her to overcome her Ancestor's stat advantage.
It's fitting that in a fight between Time Players, the next generation is the one that survives.
This Throwdown's Winner is...

SPIDERSONA LORE BC I FELL DOWN THE HOLE AND HAVE GONE TOO DEEP AND I LOVE IT AND I WANNA WRITE AND DRAW ABOUT IT ALL THE TIME‼️‼️
I’ve been working on this concept for like two days because I am really silly and this is my hyperfixation. I really am thinking about writing about this as a y/n thing tho
Name: Sofia (it’s me ! )
Age: 20 years old
Spider-Man alias: idk yet I haven’t figured it out
Spiderverse alias: The Second Anomaly.”
Home dimension: 2803
Spiderverse Lore backstory:
When rifts in the multiverse opened to pull different variations of Spider-Man to Miles’s home dimension, a rift also opened up in Sofia’s home dimension, which is similar to dimension 1218. The interaction between Miles’s home dimension 1610 and her home dimension 2803 caused a catastrophic temporal rift that attempted to pull her into miles’ dimension, but failed. This resulted in her physical and temporal being becoming unstable. She constantly phases in and out of time, experiencing disjointed memories and struggled to maintain a stable existence. Her presence in her dimension began to cause temporal disturbances and paradoxes, ultimately causing her to become the second known anomaly in the multiverse.
Sofia's temporal instability poses a challenge to maintaining canon events across the multiverse. Her phasing in and out of time could inadvertently create disruptions and deviations from the established timeline, potentially leading to butterfly effects and altering the course of important events.
Recognizing the risk that Sofia’s presence could pose to the stability of her home dimension, Miguel O’Hara sensed the disturbance and intervened by removing Sofia from her home dimension. He kept brought her to his universe so that he could study her condition in a controlled environment and find a solution to stabilize her condition to prevent further disruptions. Sofia essentially becomes the first ever anomaly studied under the spider society.
Miguel creates a temporal stabilizer bracelet for Sofia that needs to undergo personalized calibration based on Sofia’s unique temporal signature. Miguel has to personally fine tune the device to her specific temporal patterns and fluctuations, as her temporal flux can get glitchy as time goes on.
Due to the nature of her temporal flux, sofia is no longer allowed to return to her home dimension. She remains at Miguel’s dimension so that he can continue studying her molecular structure with the intention of figuring out a way to return her to her normal condition and use that to fix the aftermath of anomalies that wreak havoc in other dimensions within the multiverse.
Sofia's temporal instability poses a challenge to maintaining canon events across the multiverse. Her phasing in and out of time could inadvertently create disruptions and deviations from the established timeline, potentially leading to butterfly effects and altering the course of important events.
——
Despite the accommodations that Miguel implemented, sofia still struggles with the effects of the temporal rift.
Along with her temporal instability, Sofia also experiences physical disruptions. Her body phases in and out of existence, sometimes causing her to become intangible or partially transparent. This instability leads to a constant feeling of unease, as she can never fully trust her own physical presence. It also makes basic tasks challenging, as she struggles to interact with objects or even maintain her balance when phasing in and out of time.
Occasionally, and only under overwhelming circumstances, Sofia phases through time itself. She does not do it physically, but in a mental manner as though she is experiencing an echo. Sofia's phasing in and out of time leads to fragmented memories. She experiences events from her past, present, and future all at once, making it challenging to differentiate between what has already happened and what is yet to come.
——
Accommodations to her spidersuit that help Sofia control the effects of the temporal rift that have taken place on her body:
Time-Aware AI Assistant:
Sofia’s suit integrates an artificial intelligence system with time awareness capabilities. This AI he,so her and Miguel monitor her temporal state, providing real time analysis of her phasing patterns, predictions incoming temporal fluxes, and offering recommendations on stabilizing techniques.
Her suit is also equipped with a temporal synchronization module that establishes a temporary link between her temporal state and the dimension that she enters. The module analyzes the time flow and chronology of the dimension she is in and recalibrates Sofia’s own temporal patterns to match. The synchronization allows her to temporarily synchronize her existence with the dimension so that she does not experience disruptive phasing effects.

How about I talk abt Dos a little since I so rarely do despite the fact I think of him often.
So, I've identified him as being from "glitchfell", but tbth I should really...change that. And just identify him as Glitched!Fell Papyrus or something, since his AU was actually destroyed a while ago. (Or maybe I can think up an alternate version where is wasn't destroyed but just super fucked up, which would actually be neat wait hold on I'll do that-)
Anyway. It was actually Dos that destroyed it! Entirely unintentionally but eh, whadya gunna do about it right? /j Gaster seriously messed up in the process of trying to make him, and when he shattered, permanently fractured Dos' code, which makes him, well, glitchy! Due to that, the DT, and part of his soul being attached to the void, it's near impossible for him to die or be killed despite how messed up he is, so inevitably, during a severe episode of destabilization when he was about tween-age, he tore a hole in his AU as he was violently glitched from it, which caused its immediate collapse shortly after.
The glitches are exacerbated by stress – the more unstable he is mentally, the more he is physically. So once he came to in a different Fell type AU, in a lot of pain and disorientation, it wasn't long before he glitched again. Thankfully, he doesn't usually collapse entire verses like his own, since his own code isn't part of the whole, but still, he can damage a universes code if the glitch is severe enough.
The following years were rough, since he usually found himself in Fell verses as his code most closely aligned with theirs and made the connection easier. He couldn't develop any bonds as he'd usually wind up glitching out of the verse soon anyway, on top of how difficult it generally is to forge good ones in a Fell universe in the first place. He bounced around a lot, slowing as he got older and gained better control of himself and his emotional state. But still, his soul was too unstable to ever fully control via just free will.
From that point, his story can split off into several different iterations I've explored. The most explored one is where he gets captured by a character called "The Collector" who seeks out strange or unique beings across the multiverse to keep or sell/rent. He’s absolutely abhorrent, and if he exists in a story then so does "The Council" (the guys Void works with), so at least he’s not just wreaking havoc willy nilly, but still. He’s incredibly smart and capable and somehow manages to always slip between fingers, so they've never caught him.
In that iteration, Dos is one of his favored "pieces", so he only rents him, even going as far as doing his own experiments to see what makes him tick. Due to the fact he travels outside proper universes via pocket dimensions, the constant changing of hands (and a glitch proof collar), and a cocktail of drugs to keep him relaxed enough not to damage himself too much, Dos can't escape, willingly or not.
Although, by that point, he doesn't. He’s hurt a great number of monsters and universes because of his inability to control the glitching, so despite how horrid the living conditions are, he thinks it's better that way, where he can't accidentally hurt anyone anymore.
Again, in this iteration, usually he's eventually freed, amongst a group of a few other "pieces", by members or allies of the council, including none other than Void himself. Sometimes depending on what I'm vibing with, they've met before, but sometimes they haven't, which can determine how long it takes for Dos to accept their help.
Thankfully, they've got quite a number of smart cookies on their team, and can eventually make a device and medication that Dos can take to help manage his glitching. That, on top of shuffling every so often between a few different AUs, keeps him from having serious episodes.
Those are the implications at the end of that Patch and Void fic btw!! That version of HT is one of the first verses Void asks to "provide a safe space" for Dos during recovery.
Speaking of, Void can also manually negate Dos' episodes, which is what leads to their eventual partnership! By that point, he’s become quite a good friend to Dos, and helped him a lot both physically and mentally. It also helps Dos recover to help Void help others, on top of learning more practical, common skills he never had the chance to before since he was so young when everything got so out of control.
All in all, he’s sooo messed up, but with time, he reorients quite well! He’s a big sweetie, even if he’s also kind of tsundere abt it ahdjjskskf
And for some reason, I associate him strongly with otters the end <3
