i miss my honors sequence from last year :/
#study of french culture and history literature analysis art analysis argumentative writing and debates etc etc we had it all…#also like. the fact that half of it was live action historical roleplaying IM SORRY IT WAS FUN#we had so many inside jokes#personal#the honors chronicles#tbh starting an english minor next semester is looking more tempting by the minute. but i refuse to indulge the idea until i speak w both#my major’s advisor and the english advisor#bc at this point in time i don’t even know if it’s possible let alone a good idea#well no scratch that. i KNOW it’s not a good idea but i don’t know if it’s smth im willing to take the risk/consequences for anyway#i have appointments for next week#i scheduled them back to back though which was probably a bad idea bc i have a lot to go over w the engineering advisor and it’s only a half#hour slot 😕 hm#the english chronicles

#it’s been a year and a half#I had a partner last summer and Ive been seeing a girl I really like#somehow I still can’t get over my ex even though she still treats me like crap#like why???#i know we still live together#but she still treated me like crap when she gets stressed#she still does this and sdoesnt make amends#why do I just wish we could fix it still?#I always just wanted to fix it#I wanted to be there for her when she was sad#I wanted to be the thing that made her feel better#but she just always find a way to be mad at me#like something bad happened at work; how am I the bad guy#we were friends for so long#we had so many inside jokes#so many shared experiences through school#when we go places we would learn everything together#and had such wonderful discussions because we had the same professors#we had so many plans

being too terminally online on this website has a lot of downsides, but what isn’t one is when you see a joke being pretty funny, and then, at some point, either hours or years later, you see a joke about this joke, and then closely afterward another one, and then it takes like one hour for this joke to suddenly become Tumblr Big Meme, and because you were online the entire time you saw how it went from normal joke to website-wide joke and it’s hysterical. I love it here.
#on twitter the only thing i can find this way is drama it's exhausting#in here? vanilla extract. Just read Dead Inside by Chandler Morrison, absolutely wild book, honestly loved it, surprisingly funny for what it's about. It's pretty short, I read it in one sitting in just a couple hours, and there's a lot put into it. I really liked how the author characterized the main duo, they're really just wild asshole people. I loved how much of a dick the narrator is, genuinely awful person, but still very entertaining with his annoying observations. Also the cover art is really beautiful, I love it. Generally great book, wouldn't recommend
