The 1890 Victorian Berry House in Martinsburg, West Virginia has been so beautifully maintained and it was just reduced to $479K. It has 4bd. and 3ba.

It makes me happy to see a lovingly maintained historic home. She’s a Victorian Painted Lady and deserves to have lots of color and pattern. The lovely entrance has the original railing, pocket doors, is softly color coordinated.

Isn’t this a pretty sitting room? The fireplace mantel is so beautiful and I like the color they chose to paint it.

The 2nd sitting room is being used as a double office.

Cozy family room.

Love the wallpaper and paint colors on the dining room fireplace. Are those built-in shelves wonderful?

One of the baths.

The kitchen remodel is nice. The cabinets match the house.

Very nice hall- love the fancy niche, and look at the curve in the wall.

This bd. has a vestibule w/a built-in cabinet and bath.

Even though the attic is pitched, that wall and windows would make a nice room.

Look at the stone foundation of the house.

What a nice upper level porch.

Such a beautiful home.

This home 1888 Victorian in San Francisco, California is insane. The interior is perfectly preserved in the most ornate style I’ve ever seen. It’s for sale for the first time in 134 yrs. and is listed at $2.995M.

The grand entry has a carved mahogany banister w/a Beaux Arts sculpture of La Fortune newel post lamp.

This is a triple parlor for formal entertaining,

Speaking of formal entertaining, look at the variety of dishes in the dining room. (It looks kind of tight, though, to handle the guests that would fill up a triple parlor).
