oh to be a middle class lady in the 19th century who has nothing to do all day but have time to think about her romantic afflictions and her beloved

Been looking at the romantic era clothing, 1820s-1850. It was a period surrounding the appreciation of nature, holding emotion over reason and being in tune w your senses
Not good views of women obviously
However this dress is specifically 1830s inspired, I thought she’d just look really cute w the big dress and sleeves

Percy Shelley at the end of a letter to Lord Byron. London, 17 January 1817:
“I have no other news to tell you, my dear Lord Byron, unless you think this is news: that I often talk, and oftener think, of you; and that, though I have not seen you for six months, I still feel the burden of my own insignificance and impotence; as they must ever forbid my interest in your welfare from being put to the proof. Adieu.
Faithfully yours,
P. B. Shelley.”

Currently obsessing over the romantic period. They hated logic and reason as much as I. There is not a single logical thought in this head of mine, im pure emotion and belief. Argueing with me will have you implode with anger.

chopin's prelude no. 4 in e minor
thinking about how the left hand is steady but low and slowly becomes lower in pitch as if it's deteriorating and falling down the keyboard while the right hand is like a bell tolling, steady and unchanging UNTIL THE STRETTO CLIMAX SECTION WHERE THE RIGHT HAND SOARS AND THE PIANO IS FORTE AND SUDDENLY ITS LIKE THUNDER IS BOOMING AND YOU CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE but then all is quiet again as if you learn not to speak of it and go back to the status quo and you play as if you're burning away.. UGH i love chopin

OKEJ MAM BARDZO CHAOTYCZNĄ WIZJE
album muzyczny coś pomiędzy taylor swift, hozierem, laną del rey i markiem grechutą
