Being his partner, you're destined to live a lavish lifestyle. Gifts have become an everyday occurrence between the two of you. It's his way of leaving his mark on you, gifting you with jewels and pricey trinkets, though he'd never tell you that. When noticing him with a matching one of his own, your relationship should be clear as day.

St. Xocolatl's Day was something he cared little about prior to his relationship with you. However, it was somewhat of an obligation to attend (to get to his classes). As he exited the gates, his eyes were quick to find you as they'd always been. You stood near the end of his line, patiently waiting your turn. Little did you know, that was enough to make his hear swoon.

You were a bit reluctant to throw out the chocolates. This day came only once a year and you wished to eat to your heart's content. The variety of chocolates wrapped in colorful, florescencent plastics that were just as eye-catching as you'd expected. But from the looks of it, you wouldn't get to try any.

“Do these hold some importance to you?”

If you had not been his lover, you would've found it to be a genuine question. But the hint of dismay swimming in his usually calm gaze was a dead give away. He looked like a kicked puppy, an expression that was strictly reserved for your eyes. You were quick to shake away his worries, pushing the wrapped goods into his open arms.

The only one that remainded was his own, marked with such intricate and neat calligraphy that only he was capable of.

Every. Aching. Moment

Kaname is not one to shy away from his feelings, especially the ones involving you. The relationship you share is ambiguous, to say the least. The adoration and infatuation in his gaze are evident, and yet he's willing to keep it a secret for the sake of your reputation. Frankly, he's quite the selfish man, and at times he can't help but act rashly when it involves you.

The Pureblood wants to possess you and everything you are. He can hardly keep his hands off you as is, and the scarce amount of time you spend together only fuels his cravings. But with a little interference, I'm sure he could pull some strings. He is a Kuran after all, what can't he do for you?

Whether he wants to admit it or not, humans are very fragile beings. If he so chose to, he could slaughter thousands with just a mere snap of his fingers. At times, he wishes to do just that. After all, you had always been surrounded by other morals who practically jumped at the opportunity to suck away your time — Leeches, that's all they are. Blood-sucking leeches (hypocrite).

It's a shame he can't stay with you for the entirety of the day. During your absence, he's grown rather irritable with those beneath him. “Sharing you,” or rather your time, is and shall remain one of his least favorite pastimes. Truthfully, the thought of turning you into a vampire has crossed his mind more times than he'd care to admit.

“It's been quite some time since our last interaction. Are you avoiding me, {Name}?” His words came out as a feeble whisper, with how close he was to you, that was more than enough. “You've been spending far too much time with those in the day class and frankly, I've grown a bit jealous.” His warm breath grazed the shell of your ear as he gently rested his hand along the small of your back.

“Can't I be a little selfish? Just this once.”

Your relationship is bound to spark the interest of the aristocrats roaming the night class. It's not everyday they see the Great Kaname Kuran grow so soft for a mere human. Only a fool wouldn't be able to see how tightly you have him wrapped around your finger. But the real question is why?

Oh what a shame, no one will truly understand why. Those who've tried weren't fortunate enough to make it back. Their death being by the hand of a Pureblood who are they to say anything? In their eyes, your situation remains an anamoly regarding the many faces of Kaname Kuran. Though it seems he's not too keen on playing nice when you're involved.

An immortal life can be a blessing and a curse. Even so, it happened to be one thing Kaname wouldn't wish to liveanything. You've spoiled him far too much, at this rate you'll be a vampire in no time!

If there was one thing the Sakamaki brothers could agree on. It was that the favorite brother was (Name). Sakamaki (Name) was the oldest Sakamaki brother. But sadly he was also the shortest. Which he got teased for constantly. (Name) was the child between Karl and a Vampire Princess of a different clan. Sadly she didn't survive the birthing.

But even though (Name) didn't really have anyone to raise him since his father's wives didn't care for him. (Name) always cared for his little brothers. He raised them and gave them love he wishes someone would've given him. He would always play with them and protect them from their so called mothers. (Name) even with his short height was always in control of his powers.

If he wanted to he could even take down his father. Thats how strong and in control he is. But (Name) never cared for fame or power. He only cared for his brothers. Which lead him to this part of his life. "No way!" yelled Subaru punching the coffee table in the living room. Their so called "Father" had came to visit. Which didn't fool any of them. They knew what his visits meant. They just didn't know what to expect when he visits.

(Name) was surrounded by his brothers frozen. "As much as I hate to admit it. But I agree with Subaru. I won't let you marry Aniki off like some princess." Laito stood behind him massaging (Name)'s shoulders. Trying to get their brother back down to earth. "The pervert is right! Oresama won't let you give Aniki away so easily!" Ayato yelled standing in beside the chair (Name) occupied.

Reji sighed pushing up his glasses. "Just what are you planning?" Karl was smirking. Sitting across from them on the couch. Behaving like it was his throne. "It's not up to you boys whether or not (Name) marries the Kuran boy. It had already been decided ages ago." (Name) couldn't wrap his head around what was going on. His father was selling him off as if he was cattle...Shu who saw the heart broken look on his brothers face turned.

Glaring at the smirking Vampire King. "You don't get to decided it either old man. Aniki is more powerful then you. He decides whether or not he'll marry the guy." Karl's smirk turned into a frown. He growled but then smirked even bigger then before. "But I know he'll agree especially to it. Especially since he knows what I'll do if he doesn't." The brothers flinched at the statement. The younger Sakamaki brothers knew exactly where he was going with this conversation.

"(Name) if you don't marry him I can't promise the safety of your brothers." (Name) stiffened before shooting a glare so dark it sent shivers down the others shoulders. Karl knew his brothers were his weakness. (Name) cared more for his brothers then he cared about himself. It'd always been that way. (Name) frowned deeply before he slowly stood. The brothers stiffened ready to attack if signaled.

"You bastard!" (Name) yelled his eyes boiling with anger. "You're always using them against me. Because you know if it weren't for them I'd have killed you years ago." He growled. Kanato knowing his brothers anger level was rising softly grabbed the back of his shirt. Lightly tugging it. (Name) forced himself to calm down. He didn't want anything to happen to them. "I'll marry him. On one condition." Karl laughed thinking he won.

"Deal. Now whats the condition?" (Name) and the brothers smirked. "Where I go" (Name) opened his arms and the brothers stood surrounding him. "We go." The brothers spoke making Karl smirk drop into a deep frown. "You can't do that!" (Name) laughed. "You already agreed! So when are we leaving?" Karl glared at them. "The wedding is in 4 months. You leave in two weeks."

Within the two weeks many things happened. Their father tried sending them a bride. Thinking the brothers would change their minds but luckily for them where they were going she could join. It was the night before they leave and (Name) was packing up his last few things. He looked around the room and frowned. It wasn't that he was gonna miss the place. He was just going to miss the good memories he had in it.

Like when each of his brothers were born. When he taught them to walk and talk. When he saved Ayato from drowning. Or when he saved Laito from being traumatized by his so called mother. God (Name) wishes he could resurrect her and just watch her burn all over again. That bitch had almost killed him on multiple acutions. Though it wasn't out of love. She thought he was in her way of being powerful.

(Name) smirked. Jokes on her she didn't even realize how she walked into their uncles trap before she died. He never loved her. Nobody did. They just liked how powerful her family was. (Name) shook his head removing the negative thoughts before leaving his room. When he made it to the full dining room he noticed how happy everyone was.

Well. (Name) turned to the pale bride who looked absolutely terrified. He sighed and took the place at the head of the table. The seat his brothers had carved his name in surprisingly. "Alright." He spoke gaining their attention. "Is everyone ready to go to Cross Academy?" The brothers nodded and he turned to the only female. "What about you, Yui? Have you finished packing or do you need help?"

She quietly shook her head. "N-No! I'm good." She looked like a trembling leaf. (Name) ran a hand down his face. He was only trying to help. Since she'd arrive all the brothers except him had drinken from her. He guesses she's waiting for him to "strike" as the humans called it. "Yui. You don't have to worry about me trying to drink from you. I don't drink from brides. It's seen as intimate in my mother's family."

She looked confused. "See my mother was a Princess from a strong Pureblood clan. In her clan drinking blood, especially from one's neck is seen as something only loved ones should do. Like husband and wife." Yui nodded slightly relieved. Though she couldn't help but wonder how he survived then if he didn't drink from the brides. "I've only drank from my brothers anyways." Her face grew hot at the thought.

"Oi! Pancake it's not like that kind of drink!" Ayato immediately cleared her thinking. "We'd let him drink from our wrists. It's seen as a more familiar kind of way. The neck is for spouses, while wrists are for siblings and parents. Damn your just as bad as the pervert over there!" Laito whined telling Ayato he was being unfair.

(Name) chuckled. Causing the others to slightly smile. They didn't know what was gonna happen when they arrive at Cross Academy. But one thing they agreed on was to stay by (Name)'s side. Not to let his fiancée think he could walk all over their brother. They wouldn't let that happen.

At Cross Academy Kaname had just gotten a letter informing him of his upcoming "guests". He was currently informing his followers of what was happening. "So I'd like your helping in welcoming them." The others just stared. Kaname was getting married? To someone he doesn't even know?!

"B-But lord Kaname! I don't understand why they are coming here! They're life style is the opposite of what you worked so hard for!" Kain groaned loudly at his cousin's antics. Ruka soon joined in. Complaining that he shouldn't be forced into an arranged marriage. "Oh but I didn't tell you the best part did I?" The smile on Kaname's face sent shivers down their spines. "My fiancee is the Vampire King's Eldest son. Sakamaki (Name)."

Pure silence was all that was heard. Kaname stood letter in hand walking towards the Moon Dorm entrance. "I'll be needing to inform the chairman of our "special" guests." Once Kaname was out of their sight the student slowly look at each other. The Vampire King was sending his sons here? Their Lord Kaname was being married to Sakamaki (Name)? They all shivered looks of absolute terror on their faces.

They know how powerful not only the king is but according to rumors. (Name) suppresses his father power by well a lot. "What are we going to do?!" Ruka was panicking. The ruler of their kind was sending his children to their school and they couldn't do anything about it. They looked out the windows surrounding them. They hope (Name) isn't power hungry or manipulative like his father.

What anime has the best school uniforms? 🩷

Hmmm... School uniforms in anime never really caught my attention. But thinking about this, Vampire Knight was the first series that came to mind.

I love that the day class has a dark-colored uniform while the night class has a white-colored uniform. And the design is great, too.

I also asked my sister, and she suggested Yosen High [Murasakibara's school] which is straight up my alley. I guess you could say this style is how I would dress for a smart casual theme [just without the tie]. ^^

And if we are talking ongoing series, I would choose Classroom of the Elite and Ao no Exorcist.

That red and blue combination gets to me since it's one of my favorite color combinations right now. ^^

On the other hand, I love the black uniform of AnE. Even the professor's uniform looks decent, too.

And then there's JJK! I really love the concept that the students can customize their uniforms [since that's what they wear during missions too]. So in a way, it's also considered their battle uniforms.

I especially love Miwa Kasumi's uniform. It's perfect for her technique. (°◡°♡)

And of course, my precious son, Yuuji's [which was customized without being asked by none other than Gojou]. I even bought a jacket in the same style because it's so cool! That red hoodie surprisingly complements his pink hair. (≧◡≦) ♡

The last series that I thought of is D.Gray-man. Although this one is technically not a "school uniform" since it's the organization's uniform. I love how the design of their uniform improves throughout the series but I love most the recent one.

Vampire Slayer: ONE

A/N: Enjoy!

BANG!

The terrified vampire lets out a screech as it clenched its fingers to its bleeding shirt. The blood flows through his sharp fingers, escaping his cold body in streams. It takes a diminishing breaths that start to disappear into the cold air.

It’s wide eyes search for the perpetrator but it only sees a glance of h/c locks before it collapses on the floor. He takes his last breaths, as his red eyes take in the sight of his deceased comrades. They were a big pack of rogue vampires that broke away from the vampires trying to peacefully coexist with humans. They traveled together with the intent of hunting down prey. They had been lured by a sweet smell coming from an abandoned house.

They couldn’t even step near the front door before the bullets started raining down on them.

What kind of foul monster could over power a horde of them?

“Alright there goes forty-five.” A tired young voice murmurs out. Peaking out her head for anymore vampires to get her, the eight year old scans the area. From the rooftop, the dead corpses of vampires lay on the ground, staining the once pure snow a crimson red.

Wiping some sweat from her forehead, she calms her breathe. Digging into her coat for more bullets to reload her sniper gun, Y/N almost jumps ten feet in the air when she hears an amused chuckle behind her.

Turning around and she doesn’t hesitate to aim her gun and shoot it.

Only she doesn’t feel the gun in her ands anymore.

“Didn’t anyone ever tell you that guns aren’t toys, little girl?”

Standing in front of her is the most intimidating vampire she had ever encountered in her short life.

He towered over her tiny form, his deep red coat a stark contrast from the bleak rotten bricks of the roof. Long black hair framing a porcelain pale face. Smooth skin that looked unblemished and pure. If not for the blazing red eyes of the man, she would have mistaken him for a human.

A pure blood vampire, one that her father had told her to never fight against for she was unprepared. He had promised her that he would teach her how to fight against them as she grew older. It was a shame that her father had been murdered by a pure blood vampire. If she had known he would not come back from his latest mission, she would have savored her last moments with him.

Biting her cheek from letting out a terrified whimper, she keeps a straight face as her hand inches towards one of the knives strapped to her leg. Hoping that he doesn’t notice her movement.

Unfortunately for her, his feline eyes catch everything.

“My, the collection of toys you have astounds me.”

When her little fingers brush against the knife, a large clawed hand grabs onto her wrist and pulls her off the ground.

Going into a survival mood, the little girl thrashes around like scared prey as she dangles from the large arm.

“Pray tell.” The mysterious man draws out, “you wouldn’t be the daughter of Hellsing would you?”

At the mention of her father, the terrified e/c eyes morph into fury, “what do you know?!”

The man rolls his eyes in exasperation, “I should have thought so, those annoying anger issues are family trade after all.”

Shifting his grasp on her to his other hand, he grabs her by the hood of her puffy coat. He lifts her up until she comes face to face with her. With the widest grin he can muster, his red eyes light up with sadistic glee.

“Little girl, I killed your father.”

THE COLLAPSE OF many pureblood families had unfortunately not been uncommon. Yours, my dear, happened to be the unfortunate choice. And with their destruction went your title. You had been forced to live as a human, without a memory to your name. All for the sake of your being, a new bloodline. It felt surreal, like a dream. A dream you had no choice but to come to terms with.

Luckily (or not) for you, a certain Kuran was determined to revive your former self. The real one he had come to adore. Hah, it's safe to say you have a very extensive past with each other.

Though he admits, your parents did quite an extraordinary job at hiding your whereabouts. Not even your average pure blood was guaranteed success in their searches for you. However, Kaname is no ordinary pure blood; oh heavens no! He is the Kaname Kuran, a rather selfish and greedy man when it comes to those he holds dear to him.

You happen to be one of the few. How lovely~!

Kaname reaches out and cups your cheeks in his palms. He savored the warmth of your skin, for it was the last time he would feel it. The gentle flushing of your cheeks had gnawed away at his last ounce of composure. Truthfully, it wasn't in his best interest to ravish you, though it was tempting. It would simply have to wait.

He almost felt guilty for snatching it all away from you. The subtle beauty of being a human, living your life as anything bus immortal, passing on with those you held close. Ahem — almost.

“[Name],” The man cooed. “Do you trust me?” You blinked, resisting the urge to squirm under his watchful gaze. He was a patient man, though not when it came to you.

Even having you beneath him for hours on end had not been enough to quench his thirst. Even now, he awaited your answer like a loyal dog, itching for your affections.

“Y...yes.”

Your hesitancy didn't go unnoticed, not that it mattered anyways. Your skin went soft against the chill of his lips, it was definitely something you had to get used to. Kaname slowly nipped at your skin, lavishing it in wet, hot kisses.

He held your hand tight in one hand, fingers interlocked into one; whilst the other tucked loose strands from your sight. Gently stripping you of the silks that concealed your skin, allowing your blood to bleed through its sheer fabric.

“Let me know if it hurts, [Name].”

HE WAS QUICK to wed you after your transformation.

However, he’ll keep it a secret if you happen to attend the academy. There's no doubt that you’ll be transferred to the night class to live alongside him and the others. Though he tries so hard to hide it, he’s a possessive man at heart. Kaname in no way views you as an object, and yet he wishes to own your entire being.

Under no circumstances will you take blood from another man - or anyone for that matter. If you do, he’s quick to wipe them from your sight. You should never have to rely on someone who isn't him. Just the thought drives him insane.

Isolated and subjected to hours of needles, torturous thoughts of the world around you. The world you had once embraced in your mortal body. It's a shame what love does to a person. It's laughable, truly. You just happened to be one of the lucky ones to get to finally understand what hell feels like...

Soft tears spilled from your puffy eyes for what seemed to be endless. They were warm, something your skin no longer was. You had tried not to let your sorrows consume you, but today, they’d bested you. Hugging your knees to your chest, you peer out one of the many windows that stretched along the Kuran manor. Well, your manor. And yet it provided you little comfort. “What’s bothering you so much, dear?”

Instinctively, you reach out, allowing the man to scoop you into his lean arms. You were a fool, your mother would scold you. How could you ever allow a Kuran to woo you so; to take away the mortal life you were gifted? But you couldn’t help it, he was all you had. Kaname was the only one who kept you warm at night.

Kaname was the only reminder of your old life.

“I’m sorry…” Kaname murmurs, pressing a chaste kiss to the crown of your head. “I truly am {Name}. Please, dry your tears.”

Sorry? Yes, that he was. Although not for the reasons you’re thinking dearest. He’s a Kuran after all; the man is bound to be selfish! Kaname is so, oh so very sorry. He hates seeing you cry…but, he hates the thought of losing you much more.

Vampire Knight x Male Reader

It was like any other afternoon at Cross Academy. The Day Class girls desperately wanting to see and meet the Night Class boys. But what they didn't know was, they were about to meet someone special. A new student that even Zero and Yuki the disciplinary students didn't even know about.

As the gates opened the girls scream got louder and they stopped. They just stared. Zero confused turns to see what caused the girls to be silent when lavender eyes meet (color) eyes. Beside Kaname Kuran was a (height) Vampire. He had (color) hair and matching eyes. Freckles covered his face and his smile was so bright.

"Aww! He's adorable!" The girls once more started squealing and fighting to get close to the Night Class students. The smaller student beside Kaname froze and blushed. Hiding his face I Kuran's arm. That for some reason irked the lavender eyed male. Zero shook his head before turned and glared at Yuki.

"Oi! Whose the new guy?" Yuki shook her head staring. "I don't know! I didn't know we were getting a new Night Class student." That surprised him. They were always informed of new Vampire students. So they could explain the rule and show them the grounds. But apparently neither were informed of this one.

"Thank you Yuki. You're doing a great job." Yuki's face heated quickly. "I-Its nothing really! Honestly!" Zero rolled his eyes. Here we go again. Then he noticed the smaller Vamp staring at him and glared. Making him squeak loudly and hides behind Kaname. Kaname looked behind him then in the other direction noticing the glare being sent behind him and glared back.

Yuki confused looked between the two before sweat dropping. 'Not again' she thought hanging her head. She made eye contact with the student behind Kaname and smiled brightly. "HI there! I'm Yuki. Yuki Cross. Nice to meet you." The student just squeaked and hid further behind Kaname. Kaname chuckled and patted his head.

"Yuki. Meet (Name). (Name) Kuran. He's someone special to me." Yuki knew the look Kaname was sending (Name). Which could only mean one thing. "Wait. You guys share a last name?" Zero started at Yuki. "Yuki how stupid are you?" Yuki jumped and glared at Zero. "What did you just say?!" The two began fighting and arguing.

(Name) looked between the two then at Kaname who just smiled softly and ruffled his hair. "Don't mind them. We need to get to class anyways." (Name) nodded and took Kaname's hand and slightly pulled him to where his new classmates where waiting. When they arrived (Name) smiled and nodded. While the day class student were busy distracted with the arguing display, the night class student made their way to class.

Timeskip

After the day class student left Yuki and Zero made their way to the chairman's office. They needed to know why they weren't informed of the new student. As they arrived Zero sent Yuki a look and she knocked on the door. Whe they entered they saw the chairman looking especially happy. "Chairman?" Kaien jumped up attempting to hug his adoptive children.

They both moved out of his way and he crashed onto the floor. "I keep telling you to call me Father!" Yuki sweatdroppd and scratched her head while Zero became more annoyed. "Oi! Why weren't we informed of the new blood sucker!" Kaien jumped up smiling brightly. "Oh! You met (Name)! Isn't he adorable?!" Yuki nervously looked at Zero. Like she thought he looked more annoyed.

Yuki sighed. 'This is gonna be bad' she thought looking more nervous then before. Zero roughly grabbed the collar of Kaiens shirt and pulled him close. "Adorable?! He's a Vampire that we didn't know was here! What if he had attack another student while we were unaware!" Yuki nodded her head. He had a point. That's when Kaien looked serious.

"That's impossible." The two student looked confused. Zero shook the chairman. "Explain old man!" Yuki grabbed Zero's arm and tried pulling him away. Once she separated the two she nodded. "Please explain chair-I mean Father." Kaien nodded and sat at his desk. "You see (Name) is from a special breed of Vampires. He doesn't live off blood." Their mouths dropped. A Vampire that doesn't drink blood??? That's-"Thats impossible!"

Kaien nodded. "I thought the same until I met his parents. They were actually good friends of your parents Zero. They're called Sweet Vampires." Zero froze. He thought they were just stories his mother told them as a bedtime story. "A sweet vampire?" Yuki looked so confused. "A sweet vampire is a vampire that lives off sugar instead of blood." Kaien explained looking the most serious they've seen in a while.

"But his last name is the same as Kaname's! So that means their related right?" Kaien and Zero shared a look. They knew this day would come. "Actually Yuki. Kaname and (Name) are to be wedded soon." Yuki's face dropped. Kaname was getting married? She looked so heart broken to hear the news. "So their parents signed a marriage agreement right?" Yuki looked hopeful. The two males shook their heads.

"No Yuki. They didn't sign an agreement. They're not doing this for their species either. (Name) and Kaname are mates. Although from what I was informed early. (Name)'s second mate is here at Cross Academy." Zero froze again. Second mate? Does that mean the annoyance he felt earlier-. "Although he did inform me he found his second mate!" Kaien looked a Zero with a raised brow and Zero frowned.

This isn't gonna be good.

Zero Kiyru Headcanons

Super aggressive towards you for no reason

He doesn't want to let you in and ends up pushing you away

You have to be persistent and have thick skin

He says very mean things to you and knows exactly what to say to hurt you

But, if you keep trying to be friends with him, he'll eventually tolerate you

He doesn't like you, just stands you

Say you were alone together, after months of him being cruel to you, and you just sit there near him, not saying anything, then he'll let you stay. He won't say anything and you can sit together in peace

He does grow to kind of like your presence and sometimes hopes to see you and to just 'hang out'

You start to notice that instead of you having to seek him out [Because he would hide from you], he's around a lot more

You'll turn a corner and he'll be right there. He's so close you almost bump into him

You're going back to the dorms and he's waiting outside. He said he was waiting for Yuki, but you had a sneaky suspicion that wasn't true

Whenever you're in danger he also is near

Say you almost fall down some stairs, he catches you

You trip over a tree root, he grabs the back of your shirt

He'll skip out on his duties to find you [Really pissing Yuki off]

He's a good listener and will listen to you rant about whatever you have on your mind

Sometimes he'll give advice, but you quickly learn that he's not nice about it. In fact, he's kinda mean [But that's not new or surprising] and acts like it's the most obvious thing in the world

Say you're complaining about a classmate, probably the class president- Kageyama - and while Zero thinks it's funny he'll be like "Why not just ignore him? That's what I do."

^ You wanted to reply, but you decided to not comment on how Zero sleeps through every class

He waits for you to get your stuff ready when leaving class and will wait for you

^ This surprised Yuki, because he never waited for her

Kaname finds out about you and when you accidentally [On your end. He was looking for you on purpose] run into him, you're taken by surprise. You didn't know who he was, because you were never into the 'Night Class', because your parents paid for you to go to school not oogle boys, but you do know he's from the Night Class, because of his uniform.

^ "Sorry..."

^ "It's all right. Are you okay?"

^ "Yeah..."

^ There's a few seconds of awkward silence with you looking at anything but him

^ "You're Y/n L/n, right?"

^ You were taken a back that he knew your name. How the hell did he know your name. Instead of confirming his question, you decided to lie.

^ "No. You must be thinking of someone else"

^ He hums, but doesn't respond

^ Thankfully you don't have to worry about it to much, because Zero shows up

^ The awkward atmosphere takes a huge turn and you feel like you're being choked by the new atmosphere. You can tell they don't like each other

Zero tells you to stay away from Kaname and doesn't even let you explain yourself. He just wants you to be safe
