Who's ready for thirds?
Fanmade: May 18, 2022
Fanmade: May 25, 2023
Official: September 12, 2023
I honestly would have been with just Shrek and Shrek 2 as the only Shrek movies on the 4K format, but I don't mind the inevitably of the rest of the Shrek movies arriving on 4K for the entire fanbase and format collectors.
When I first came across the official artwork to Shrek the Third's 4K cover posted by Shrek History on Twitter, I thought it was pretty lackluster as they used a render of Puss from the first Puss in Boots which I could tell from his hat; I were to make the cover, I would have gone with adding Artie next to Shrek since he was one of the main characters of the movie.
Ogre-all inclusion, Another Paramount-released DreamWorks title under Universal with DTS:X and not Dolby Atmos, I'll gripe yet be happy for the fans.

i knew this day would come, but i didn’t expect it to be this soon…
try and buy (at least your favorites) physical media, kids. why? so companies won’t just take the movie, book, series, or game away from you out of the blue without a refund.

Plenty of movie pick-ups this week!!
We got our 4K copy of SISU this week it
arrived in the mail. We had to order it
from the States being they weren't selling
it here all you could get was regular blu-ray
or DVD so I had to order the 4K
We also picked up the
The Fast and the Furious - 20th Anniversary Limited Edition Steelbook
also which was a really good price and it will replace
my original DVD
also we picked up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) on 4K
also and this one will replace my original Blu-ray copy
and the main reason for getting the 4K version is becasue
I have Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows
on 4K so I wanted to pair it with that, so we could
have both on the same format.
and as always we picked up the newest DC animated movie
Justice League: Warworld on regular Blu-ray of course.
so I can say I was happy with all the movies this week
for sure.

The fairly tale continues on 4K!
Fanmade: October 31, 2020
Official: November 22, 2022
It's official: Shrek 2 will be coming to 4K on November 22, 2022. I really thought it was gonna come on its 20th anniversary like the first Shrek.
And if didn't notice, Shrek and Fiona are shown the same way like in the 2018 DVD. and Blu-ray reprints of Shrek 2 by Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. And they're shown in a white background like Shrek and Donkey were on the 4K case of Shrek.

'DC League of Super-Pets' Movie and 4K/Blu-ray Review
‘DC League of Super-Pets’ Movie and 4K/Blu-ray Review
The following review was written by Ultimate Rabbit correspondent, Tony Farinella.
“DC League of Super-Pets” is a film which, on paper, sounded like it would be an enjoyable and entertaining animated film for families to enjoy on a rainy day. I was especially drawn to the cast of the film, which features such actors as Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Kate McKinnon, John Krasinski, Natasha Lyonne,…

Since today is the 20th anniversary of Cartoon Network’s first theatrical movie under Warner Bros. Feature Animation, “The Powerpuff Girls Movie”, here’s a couple drawings I made years ago for what I believe Warner Bros. Home Entertainment should consider doing.
“The Powerpuff Girls Movie“ should be re-released in theaters in both 2D and Digital/RealD 3D formats. If you want to, it’s possible to also have it play in IMAX and 4DX theaters. Like its initial theatrical release back in 2002, the “Dexter’s Laboratory” episode, “Chicken Scratch” would play before the movie, but now remastered for 3D showings (it can still be available in 2D screenings too).
And unlike the original cut, the extended edition would be shown in theaters only. It’s basically the movie with all four deleted scenes inserted back into the movie. The deleted scenes were already in their finished state to begin with, so it would make sense to put them all back into the movie.
For the home media releases, both versions of the movie are available on one disc. The special features, however, will vary depending on what you own. I designed these home media covers myself, so here’s what I think the menus of each version would offer.
MENU SETUP (DVD, Blu-Ray, and Ultra HD Blu-Ray versions)

FONT USED FOR THE “EXTENDED EDITION” BYLINE: Franklin Gothic Demi Cond (It was literally the closest I could find, as I felt that font was often used during each opening sequence for each episode of “The Powerpuff Girls”.)
