Finally home. ♡
I'm back on my 3dn0s bs too and it feels so good. I'll get that thìgh gªp this year I swear.
Tbh me wanting to drop the weight is not that much about aesthetics/appearances. Don't get me wrong, it's a big part of it, but the biggest part for me is to finally have a body that is comfortable to live in.
No more thighs rubbing together and being painful. No more sweating like a pìg. No more rolls when I sit down making my skirt/trousers cut into my stomach. No more knee pain. No more snoring.
And once I'm back at a healthy BMI I can start dancing again.
It's maybe weird but I use pictures of myself when I was at my ugw as thīngsp0.
Right now, I'm doing high res and exercise 10 minutes a day. It's not much but I'm too heavy at the moment to do high impact workouts without hurting my knees.
My plan is:
- workout whenever possible (even 5 extra little minutes helps) to build my stamina
- do high res during the weekend when I'm with other people to be inconspicuous
- do omad & liquid fast during the week/at work so that I'm busy during the day and can focus on something else than food while still having dinner when I'm with other people to, again, not seem suspicious.
I fasted for 12 hours yesterday btw!! It's not much but it was rather easy! I'm glad I'm building tolerance to it faster than anticipated. Tomorrow I'll fast longer!!
The honeymoon phase is still going strong ahaha. 🍯🌙✨
