Thinking about a precolonial parhu suited for labourers
more loose around the joints whilst still keeping modesty, with discreet strings that allow the sleeves to be rolled up and secured for messy work
belt sash is sturdier, longer for enough allowance to be wrapped around the shoulder (acts as a pouch for tools)
depending on the work, some people may have different charms that correspond to certain prayers/permissions.
for example, a carpenter might have anklets that pray for sturdy footing on roofs, or bracelets that ask permission from the forest to cut down trees for wood.
all the same, most parhus have fish-themed embroidery to honour the sea.
(parhu is town-by-train's traditional attire)
