hehe ellie simply refuses to sit in the cart seat. if aaron's in her line of vision, she must be with him, end of story. you'll put her in the seat anyway, to see if she'll actually choose to stay put, but every time: she's trying to wiggle out or she's holding out her arms for aaron to pick her up 🥹🥹🥹🥹
ellie's hoisted on his side, aaron's using one hand to grab items and toss them in the cart, showing/telling her what the food is, or what meal it's going to be apart of; "you see this? this is tomato sauce, and it goes with spaghetti. but don't tell your grandpa dave, this isn't the authentic stuff🤨" 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😭😭😭😭😭 and omg you know how cereals sometimes have certain characters on the box? ellie happens to see her favorite show, and is adamant it's bought. she's pointing at it and getting a bit whiny. aaron will take it off the shelf and she holds onto it for the rest of the shopping trip, wants to hold it in the car too 😭 the only problem though, she wants it for the character on the box 😭 say it's some fruity berry cereal, it's given to her at breakfast the next morning, and she detests it. refuses to eat it, jack doesn't like it either, so you and aaron eat it so it doesn't go to waste, although the two of you don't enjoy it either 😭 come the next shopping trip, ellie sees it and wants it again, and aaron's all, "but honey you didn't like it😭"
or when ellie's learning to walk/finally has gotten the hang of it, she holds aaron's hand and waddles down the aisle 🥰🥹😭 (depending on the aisle too, not near any jars or glass containers) she's grabbing anything off the shelf she can reach. aaron's just following her, putting things back 😭💞💓💕
and jack 🥹 hehe he can barely see over the shopping cart, but he's at that age where he wants to do everything himself 😭 he tries to push it as much as he can, but can't, which is where you come in 😭 hehe he's in front of you as you push the cart, standing on the lower level compartment and getting a free ride 🥹 but jack's sooo helpful when shopping, and wants to be 🥹 you and aaron tell him what to grab, are very inclusive when it comes to picking out dinners/snacks/special treats. like with ellie being young and in constant need of attention, it's a small way to make him feel special 🥹🫶🏻 if ellie's in the shopping cart seat - and not happy about it - jack's distracting and entertaining her too 🥹💓🫶🏻

I wasn't gonna say anything but well lol first of all, fyi, I’m a BLACK person and some things are really bothering me rn. I'll just say smth: It’s good that WNBA has so many new fans rn. But I also know that many white ppl are watching now bc of some players and that’s fine. I’m not judging cause that’s normal.
I hope you guys know that WNBA is mostly made up of black women too. The WNBA has a history, politics and a lot of activism. That won’t change. I was thinking abt some stuff I’ve been reading lately on twitter, tumblr and ESPECIALLY on tiktok.
I saw a video on tiktok about Nika and her teammate? Saying “save/free her”. And bro. That’s not a joke. It’s always a black player and a white girl who you guys love (and this is NOT a post against Nika since I love her too). Thank god I’m not seeing nothing about aces and kate, but once some ppl think that something weird is happening, then we will see the same thing. White ppl always want to demonize black players. And that’s racism.
Ofc you can disagree with some behaviors, that’s what life is about! But there have been a LOT of speeches in the past few days where Chicago Sky players are as predators and violents. And they’re black people. Like??? You can’t just go around saying that black ppl are violent when this sport is about THAT lol this discourse is extremely racist. You guys see a black woman fighting with a white woman and the first you do is portray the white girl as a poor girl? tf is that man. It’s a fucking sport. They don’t hate each other???? lol its RIVALRY on the court Lmfao pls be frrrrrr. It’s just trash talk. It’s just sport. They DONT hate each other off the court. Leave them alone.

lou!! how was it? how are you feeling!!
HIIIIII! omg idk where to begin.
i’ve been spending the last four days with Anitra @allwaswell16 and it’s been absolutely amazing! we got to see lots of cool stuff for the first time together, or for the second time in some cases. sometimes it shows when you’ve known a person online for seven years or so bc it’s so easy when it comes to hang out “in real life” 🥹
so anyway, we had been so lucky with mexico city’s traffic for the first two days (even on friday which was also pay day), but yesterday we got to experience the real chaos (and the scam that has become uber), so we couldn’t get there by the time doors opened and we missed Giant Rocks and the special merch for mexico city (Anitra got us merch anyway and we’re twining), but i was mostly sad abt missing my chance to finally meet An @lemelous (we’re going to meet soon so it’s fine but also it would’ve made my night way better that it already was!)
before the show, we got to trade some friendship bracelets and we got the material for the fan projects!
i got to meet in person my friend Fer @fforever-dreaming alongside with Mery @fuchsiasea (who i’m going to see very soon too!) and her sister. we only had a little time to talk but it was definitely one of the parts i was looking forward the most and a highlight of the night.
SO THE SHOW. it’s going to sound cliché but it’s an experience that you have to live it to understand it. that moment when the playlist pre-show suddenly stops and you see the stage is all ready, and then a couple of minutes after the lights go off and you know it’s starting??? priceless! i screamed a lot when Louis came out on stage and i just couldn’t really process it that i was finally seeing him after two long years!!! (which i know it’s a privilege itself bc there’s ppl who haven’t seen him).
when it finally clicked to me that he was there, i noticed the shirt which i LOVED! he looks so beautiful in polo shirts and especially that colour! (i especially loved that it was red bc it’s one of our national colours too).
it felt like it was a song after the other with no breaks. idk how the ppl watching the live-streaming felt but it went too fast! and there were so many emotions in the air! i screamed, i sang, i jumped, i participated in the projects, i teared up a bit during certain parts, I LAUGHED he’s so funny and so grateful for everything, that i just wanted to put him in a pocket and take him with me lol.
i couldn’t tell you which songs i enjoyed the most bc honestly i loved them all. i’m not a person who watches livestreams from fans, and even sometimes the videos i watch them with no audio just to see if i can make gifs from them lol so everything was a surprise for me and i loved it! i didn’t notice we were missing a song until almost at the very end but personally i didn’t need it bc he gave us so much of him already. i definitely wanted to listen to bigger than me bc it was my most listened to song in 2022 and i didn’t want to miss it. but like i said, i loved all the songs, the chats, the projects!!!
a quick parenthesis abt the projects. so originally there were three: sibwawc, walls, and saturdays. what you saw on the videos going around and the kmm project wasn’t talked abt (as far as i know, maybe i’m wrong), but we did it last year (thanks to the chilean fans of course) so i guess everyone knew that part was coming and just did it. like it looked so coordinated but it wasn’t planned (again, as far as i know) before hand. i obviously couldn’t see the rainbow lights from my section bc we were holding the same colour but when i saw the video and i saw that it worked, i loved it. and i guess you’ve seen the video where the crowd screamed “for every question why, you were my because” and it shows the crowd? we formed the mexican flag there. for saturdays i also think the project worked? i haven’t seen videos but if i’m honest i wanted to film that song for my friend who couldn’t be there so i did the project for half the song lol
the fireworks and confetti after silver tongues were so cool! i wasn’t expecting them so i was filming the whole stage and not really zooming on him? so when the fireworks showed up i felt like a child! it was just pure and genuine happiness in that moment.
lately i’ve been enjoying concerts more than when i was younger, idk why, but i scream more and jump more, and just live in the moment. and this concert even if i felt it was too short, it was still one of the best experiences ever!! i love Louis so much and i love my friends! 🫶🏻

he's a lot of things you know... a scumbag... a jackass.. and for all the fights you get into over his loud mouth he is always kind of paying attention to you. he gets you the good weed, and his house always has the snacks you like (though he insists he just picked whatever no matter what) and when he can't keep up the facade - he'll act his usual self which is crass and off-putting and deliberately irritating
no one really gets why you and him are such a thing. why you can't leave him alone when he bugs you so much - but he really does just care in these very small and pointless ways that make u want to be around him despite all the other bullshit.
the whole shaving pr fiasco happens and oliver comes to tell you about it. he doesn't even really fuck you, you just kind of hang-out. he makes a one-off joke about keeping it just for you - it's not the same eating your pussy without giving you some rugburn. and you laugh and you're a little too close to him and brush his face and he kinda stops and goes "you really do like it though, right?"
its a little surprising but you nod and say yeah and he seems to like. almost visbly relax. his throat bobs and he hums, pleased and goes "i knew you did," but you kind of want to ask if that's true. does he really care that much about how u feel on how he looks? did that ever matter to him? it's not like he's not hot. he knows he's hot.
(oliver does not bother telling you that he indeed keeps the facial hair after a long night where you told him he's unfuckable without it. he also does not mention that sometimes, when you sleep against his chest - you push your face up and rub against him in a way he likes. he keeps these things to himself constantly)
ovulation week when ur schedule lines up.... u are not seeing daylight. he purposely wears his tight ass compression shirts and sweats and makes u paw at him like a cat in heat and then bullies you a bit before fucking you about it bc he's so nice. i need to go lay down.

Thomas Hewitt x nonbinary!Reader with a new pet
Wiping the sweat from his brow with the back of his hand and trudging up the stairs, your partner Tommy appears from the basement, finally finished with his messy day job and ready to shower, change, groan and fall face first into the bed in that order.
He doesn’t make it much further than a few steps into the living room before you practically tackle him, throwing your arms around his chest, unable to actually reach his neck due to his height. Tommy can tell that something has you more excited than normal as you rock back and forth on your feet.
“How’s it going big guy?! Get all your stuff finished down there?” You beam at him, wide toothy smile on display
Your partner nods a quick yes before plonking his head on top of yours like a large clingy dog. You stand like this for a while, breathing each-other in and having some well deserved skin to skin after a busy day on the farm. Pulling away much to Tommys displeasure you place a quick kiss on his knuckles to placate him for the time being.
“How about you go get cleaned up and I might just have a surprise for you..”
Tommy visibly perks at this, suddenly a man on a mission, he’s up the stairs before you can even blink.
Ah.
If only he knew it wasn’t one of ‘those surprises’
“Y/n come get this damn thing! Before I ring its fucking neck!” Hoyt screams from down the hallway. That would be your cue to leave.
Speed walking down the hallway you enter the dining room and a stifle a laugh behind your hand. On Hoyt’s lap lays Tommy’s surprise. Well more a treat for yourself that’s going to become part of his daily life too, but he doesn’t have to know that. Sitting is maybe an understatement, more flapping its wings and consequently slapping your uncle in law (?) in the face repeatedly.
With an awkward cough you come to his rescue, briskly walking over and lifting the feathered assailant into your arms, petting over its chest to try calm it.
“Shit I’m so sorry! I promise this is the last time you ever have to hold em if you don’t wanna!”
“It better fucking be” he deadpans, spitting out a chicken feather.
Grinning you move the pair of you (you and the chicken) to the living room, slumping down into the chair and positioning said chicken comfortably in your lap, waiting for Tommy to return.
Heavy thumping signals his arrival, excited footsteps move quickly in your direction and your handsome partner comes into view. Before he can even get a grunt out you’re thrusting the chicken into his face.
“Surprise!!!!!” You scream, pushing the chicken into his face, not really leaving any room for him to see in your excitement. Fumbling for a moment he takes the avian in hand and holds it at arm length, looking over it carefully before flickering his gaze between the two of you quizzically.
“Her name is Millie!! Isn’t she the cutest!” You almost scream.
He pauses for a moment, slowly nodding again and patting his large hand over Millie’s head. You’d always been a strange thing, catching Tommy’s eye since the start. floating outside of the gender boundaries without a care in the world, at this point with all the stunts you’ve pulled since beginning your relationship the chicken isn’t as big of a surprise as it should be.
“She’s lovely..is she staying here?” Tommy signs, a little confused but overall pretty taken by the chicken.
“Yeah! Is that ok? She was so attached to me every time I went to feed them and the other chickens kept picking on her” you pause, frowning.
“So I thought maybe we could keep her as an indoor pet?” You say, hope plastered on your face. How could he say no to that? He’d do anything to make you smile, even if that meant rooming with a farm animal apparently.
“I’m happy to take care of her, just keep her out of the kitchen, mama won’t like the mess” he signs, nuzzling his nose into the chickens soft feathers.
Months later down the line and it’s like Millie has always been a part of the family, she even has a fancy little cushion in the corner of the living room to lounge on when the family is watching tv.
True to your word she is kept out of the kitchen, Luda wasn’t too thrilled with the idea of keeping a farm animal inside but with all the other uh..unsanitary things that go on in this house it wasn’t like she had a leg to stand on, besides, Millie makes a great lap warmer when Luda crochets.
A handful of times you’ve even caught her nestled down on Hoyt’s chest, rumbling happily as he drunkenly snores open- mouthed on the sofa on a warm evening.
Some mornings you’re rudely awakened by impatient pecking at the wooden door, small holes in the grain as evidence of that. Millie is very particular about her food and refuses to wait, her and Tommy have that in common.

question: do ppl ACTUALLY say things they don’t mean when they’re angry? or is that just an excuse after letting something true slip? i wouldn’t ever say something i don’t mean in anger, so the concept confuses me.

the mh comics open up such an interesting narrative for our few surviving characters. to them, what happened in the videos was real, but to everyone else its a cool creative web series. when all of that is viewed as fiction, fans have a freedom to speculate about and invade the lives and privacy of real people. and that would be so uncomfortable and terrifying. imagine someone irl having headcanons about YOU. writing fan fiction about you and your real friends. assuming things about you PUBLICLY ! IN MASS!
wouldnt it be so cool to see a character grapple with that in like a self-reflective way? fans asking questions the muse is too afraid to ask themselves. of course, theyre the only person the answer matters to.
#like wouldnt it be so strange not only to see the terrible things that happened to u have a FANBASE#but also people wondering about the intricacies of your personal life (they view you as a character and have no idea it was real)#and youre disgusted and afraid of prying eyes#but at the same time#you never think about yourself much anyways (too painful) and realize you might HAVE TO if ur gonna be okay with what happened#spoilers um this is about. jam.#tim never took the time to deconstruct how he felt in the moment because he was trying not to die#even if he concludes he harbored some feelings (like people online suspect) what would he even do with that?#he can never go back and change it. but he can say it to himself. its something for him that nobody else NEEDS to know#but now he can understand himself a little better n form new connections#its like a culmination of my hatred for some fans NEED for things to be canon when its much more fun to leave stuff open-ended#and also my love for media adressing this in a way that actually says something abt the way we consume it#yall seen the craig and tweek episode of south park? yeah.
