I was watching luca as I do at least once a week and during this watch I decided to really focus on the eyes and overall expressions and I noticed a scene that I've completely just overlooked every single time apparantly

In this scene luca's grandma is telling him about how alberto convinced Gulia's mom to let him stay while he's at Genova and the way he turned around and just stared at alberto with this sort of aw and just love-struck look on his face absolutely killed me. Plus it was like this for like 5 seconds straight.

Also just enjoy more of them looking at eachother in the following scenes :)

Literally always assumed that Indiana Jones and Han Solo are both bi, like ever since being a child and watching those movies on my aunt’s old TV recorded VHS tapes from the 80’s I lowkey assumed that was canon.

First cry of the year was when I got in trouble for sitting on the counter at work (my store just closed down so I’m at a new location of the same company) but there’s nowhere else to sit so I had to tell my new boss that I need to be able to sit down because I have dizzy spells but the only place to do so is in our tiny lobby and then I got onto for not helping with stuff (even though I said I would “in just a sec” and then someone else offered to do it instead) so then I’m crying and violently shaking while in the middle of our lobby (that is half occupied), sweeping while sitting down because I need to contribute but if I can feel the blood pooling in my legs and if I don’t sit down I’m going to implode

#not my coworkers fault because they didn’t know and then I made it worse for myself #but still a crappy situation #it’s okay tho because I have a funny conversation about queercoded movies with another coworker before I left so it ended on a high note

So my da isn't a big Scorsese fan but there is ONE exception and that is Goncharov. I didn't even realise that it was a film of his when I saw it because I was like 15 and it was a shitty old VHS my dad has. Some parts are literally so damaged I've never seen the dressing room scene :(

I should rewatch it but also idk what version to pick and that memory of watching that old probably pirated version my dad got back then was so fun I don't want to change that image
