This Trans Day of Visibility, please remember your hyperinvisible transmasc siblings and recognize that their invisibility is a problem, not a privilege. Everyone deserves to be seen and respected for who they are and to have their voices heard. Uplift those whose identities are chronically erased, including but not limited to the transmasculine community. Spotlight transmascs of color and those with other intersecting marginalized identities. There is so much more transmasc art, history, and media representation than you know about. happy trans day of visibility! i am intersex, transmasculine, genderqueer & genderfluid. i have been on testosterone HRT for 9 years now. it has taken me a long time to figure out who i am, going from coming out as genderqueer to trying for years to pass as cishet man due to pressure from my friends.
I've come back around and realized I'm much happier as a genderqueer person who experiences a multitude of gendered experiences. i enjoy playing with gender as opposed to hiding from it, and i want to let that show instead of trying to blend into the crowd.
happy tdov, i hope that you find yourself in a situation where you can be visibly yourself as well.

Happy TDOV!
When I first realized I was trans, I never thought I would make it past 18. I'm now going to be turning 25 this year, almost a year into my first-ever full-time job (another thing I never thought was possible). While my physical and mental health haven't been great, I'm glad and thankful every day of my choice to transition and live with myself as I truly am. And I'm glad to show people that two-spirit people and LGBT Muslims exist and can live happy lives. Shout out and love to my fellow two-spirit folks and my fellow trans Muslims, any future with us in it is a bright one 🧡🏳️⚧️
