ok bc you asked, for both autistic!house and autistic!thirteen: who else knows about their (self?)diagnosis (any ducklings, wilson, cuddy, etc.)? and how did they find out?

I think they'd both keep it pretty quiet for a while just because neither one of them is fond of sharing lots or personal stuff, so it would probably be a need to know basis. Of course Wilson 100% knows about House, and Cuddy probably would too (and I adore Cuddy, but it probably slips her mind every once in a while because she's so busy and has a million things on her mind). I think both of them sort of notice it in House and put it together on their own. Wilson definitely has talked with House about it at least once, and then Wilson talked to Cuddy about it when it was relevant (something a la lines in the sand carpet stuff probably LOL).

House is the first one to peg it in Thirteen, and so of course she then learns about him being autistic too (he tells her). I think it would stay between the two of them for a while. Kutner and Thirteen probably both have the neurodivergent-radar going off for each other, but aren't completely certain what the other one has (and at some point they probably end up talking about it and it's just like that spiderman pointing meme LOL). So I think Kutner would be the first fellow to know about both House and Thirteen being autistic because of that. After that, it's probably Foreman. I don't know if Thirteen would ever say in words to him 'I am/I think I am autistic', but as they get closer and closer, I think she would very slowly explain some of her struggles/'quirks' and ask for support every once in a while. As for Taub... I don't think Taub ever gets explicitly told, but he sees House and Thirteen's similarities and picks up on it for sure.

So, tl;dr, I think (at least at first/in the beginning of Thirteen figuring everything out and unmasking), the only people who are explicitly told about House are Wilson, Cuddy, Thirteen, and eventually Kutner; and for Thirteen, just House and Kutner, and sort of Foreman.

Spider Queen (i need a name for her) and LBD (i also need a name for her) wake up first and get the table ready and then in comes Erlang and SWK beating the shit out of each other with pillows and sandals and then they all sit down comfortably at the breakfast table. And then SQ goes, “We have to do chores today,” and SWK and Erlang instantly start fighting over who’s the better brother as they make the chores list into a competition
