Liv’s daughter gets her first migraine injection? Of course Liv does it for her cause there’s no way she can do it herself. Its really painful, but Liv comforts her afterwards and they cuddle together.

The sunlight of the morning sun filtered through the still half-closed curtains. You sat on the edge of your double bed, staring nervously at your lap as you rubbed your shaking and sweaty hands on your pajama pants. In front of you was the long box with a migraine injection that your mother had brought you from your neurologist yesterday afternoon. Your heartbeat raced in your chest as you looked at the needle and injector.
Thoughts raced through your mind, sending you into a panic as you tried to take a deep breath and gather the courage. But the needle in front of your eyes seemed so frightening, and the thought of injecting it through your stomach alone increased your fear. The thought of the pain to come during the procedure made you shudder.
A large lump had formed in your throat as you tried to keep breathing calmly. "You're not a child anymore. You can do this," you whispered to yourself, but that only seemed to make the fear grow even greater. You reached for the included instructions and read through them for the hundredth time since last night. The individual steps were illustrated with pictures and described precisely, but your hands were shaking as if you had Parkinson's and the writing on the paper blurred into a scribble. "Damned!"
Hesitantly, you decided to accept help from your mother and call her. She had offered you her support and was waiting outside in the living room in case you needed her. "Mom?" you asked into the void, looking anxiously at the door. A soft knock on it startled you as you briefly returned to your thoughts. Olivia poked her head through a crack before carefully stepping into the room and you immediately felt relieved when you felt the familiar presence. “Everything okay, my darling?”
You nodded uncertainly and looked at her with wide eyes as you patted the seat next to you. You began nervously picking at your nails, your gaze wandering between your mother and the injection. "Yeah, I'm just... trying to take this injection."
Olivia stepped closer to you, her hands clasped under her chest and already holding her glasses in one of her hands before sitting down next to you. She opened a hand invitingly and you dropped the paper into her hand. "You don't have to do this alone," she spoke softly in a whisper, pulling up her glasses to take a closer look at the injection instructions. Your doctor had already shown her how it worked and what she should pay attention to. But one thing is certain: she couldn't afford any mistakes. She didn't want to cause you pain. "I'm your mother. I'm here to help you, no matter what."
A tiny smile spread across your face and you leaned your head on her shoulder. "Thanks, it's just... the fear of the pain. Dr. Phillips suggested it could be really painful." you gulped and hugged yourself. Olivia noticed your nervousness and placed a reassuring hand on your thigh, gently running her thumb over your clothed skin before resting her cheek on the top of your head. "You've already been through so much, sweetie. You can still do this. You're so strong!"
With shaky hands, you opened the box and pulled out the injector. Your heart raced when you saw the needle in real life. Your mother immediately grabbed your hand and squeezed it gently. "Take a deep breath and breathe out. You can do it, I'm here." You nodded and watched Olivia prepare the injection with steady hands as you took deep breaths and tried to calm your nerves with a little walk around your room. "Ready?"
"Yeah. Let me get it over with," you stood in front of your mother and pulled up your shirt. You quickly closed your eyes, focusing on your breathing as you tried to control the fear. With slow, step-like movements, Olivia approached you and placed the needle on your lower abdomen. The thought of the coming pain caused goosebumps to form on your skin, but you nodded silently and she pressed the injector firmly until it clicked into place.
Under her pressure, your mother felt a moment of tension, followed by a tiny sound of pain escaping your lips as the liquid slowly flowed into your body. Tears welled up in your eyes, but she continued to hold your hand, whispering soothing words to you as she stroked the back of your hand. "A few more seconds, you're almost there."
When the injection was finished, you exhaled deeply as if a weight had been lifted from you and Olivia carefully and carefully removed the needle before dropping the injector to the side. She quickly stood up, put her arms over your shoulders and pulled you close to her. "You did it. You were incredibly brave,"
You smiled weakly at the battle you had won with yourself and hugged yourself tightly to her middle, your head pressed tightly against her chest as you let the rest of your tears fall freely. Kisses adorned the top of your head and caresses were banished to your back as Olivia slowly brought you back to bed. "How about it. I'll let Finn take charge today, you skip school and we have a cozy day in bed?"
"That sounds great, Mom. Is that really okay with you?" you asked, throwing the blanket over your body while your head rested on the pillow. She didn't say another word, took her cell phone out of her pocket and tapped furiously on the screen before turning it off and throwing it on the dresser. "More than okay, my darling."
She disappeared from your room in a flash and you heard the microwave do its work. Shortly afterwards, the smell of sweet popcorn filled the entire apartment and Olivia returned. She had squeezed back into her pajamas and lay down on the bed next to you. You continued watching your favorite show together, occasionally dozing off in your mother's gentle embrace.

I’m here for you
Tumblr media
Joe Velasco X Reader
A/N: I hope everyone enjoys this !! If you like my work please comment like and reblog it means a lot to see interactions on my work.
Y/N POV
Me and Joe had this will they wont they thing going on for a while now. You felt like the vibes were there but it was hard because he was a quiet guy.
You also were a little reserved so no one had the guts to talk to each other. But slowly by surely the two of you opened up to each other. Talking and texting every chance you got.
It had only been a couple of months and you were head over heels in love.
Lately thought he had gone through a rough patch and you were trying to be there for him without stepping on toes.
Olivia our captain was against me even talking to him. Which i personally didn’t understand.
I Mean I know what he was accused of but i think we all deserve the benefit of the doubt.
I mean just become someone decided to secretly record an interview we should all turn on him. I feel like he deserved to tell his side of the story.
I let everyone in the unit how I was feeling about the situation which was causing a lot of heat in the unit.
“Y/N what did I tell you about staying away” Captain Benson asked.
“All i did was text him to make sure he was doing that’s all” I said
“You disobeyed my orders i told you flat out no communication” She said
“I didn’t ask about the case or anything he’s my friend I ‘m not going to turn my back on him especially when he needs people now” I said in a defensive manner.
Cap just looked at me and I could tell she was trying to find the right next words to say to me.
“Listen to me I am saying this because you are a great detective and you have a great career ahead of you and you need to stay focused okay” She told me
The words she said to me kind of irritated me a little bit but i kept my composer and bit my tongue. I didn’t want to start a fight and cause more tension.
“I understand cap” was all you could muster out at the moment.
“Your dismissed the days over just go home and get some rest and think about what I said.” She said.
“Yes Ma’am thank you” I said
She put her glasses on and started pulling some papers out of her giant stack she had and started focusing on them.
Finn and Amanda both looked at me with worried look on their faces. I think when I walked out I looked a little mad and upset.
“You know she’s right you just gotta focus on you at the moment” Amanda said
Something in you broke a little and what ever you had been pushing down had worked it way up.
Because you looked over at them sitting in their desk and then spoke out
“I find that a bit ironic considering your history of dating you and Nick Aamaro and then getting pregnant by Lt Murphy who you were under by the way. Me and Velscao are friends and im finding it pretty messed up that were just supposed to turn our back on a friend” You snapped.
Finn looked surprised as hell and Amanda was taken back and not sure on what to say next. Which you didn’t even bother giving her the chance.
You quickly gathered your stuff and then headed out. In the background you heard Finn say
“Just let go and let’s go home” He said
You walked out the squad room and headed downstairs. You were to worked up to even wait for the elevator.
You ran down the stairs and then headed out the front door. The fresh air hitting you in the face made you instantly feel a little better. You just headed to the car and threw your stuff in.
You didn’t even think about going home you just began driving. You tried to clear your head to make you feel a little better. ]
Your stomach started growling and you decided to stop for some dinner. There was a local diner that Joe introduced you to.
You pulled up and got out and walked in . It was pretty quiet and you were thankful for not having to deal with people.
You sat in the booth you and Joe always sat in. You were looking at the menu but not really even paying attention.
You tried to push back frustration tears from everything going on. Suddenly a man wearing a hoodie sat across from you which scared the crap out of you
“Omg what the hell” You asked
You heard a familiar laugh and then calmed down immediately when you realized who it was.
“Joe what the hell are you doing here” You asked
You looked up at him he gave you a sad look.
“I guess i just wanted to see you”  He said
“Yeah me to but how did you know I was here” You asked
“Because I know you I figured you were just getting off of work and was probably hungry so you came here and sat in our booth” Joe said
You blushed and smiled at him knowing you so well. Or were you that predictable you thought
“How are you with everything” You asked
“It’s been hard you know having to turn on Chilli and not also you know” Joe said
“ you know what” You asked
“Not being able to talk to you. You have no idea how long I have been wanting to talk to you and see you it killed me” Joe said
“It’s not fair that Cap thinks she can just dictate our personal lives you know I missed you to a lot I have been wanting to see you It killed me too not beng able to see you” You told him.
“I don’t want to bring you down with me” Joe said
“You wouldn’t do that I’m here for everything the good and the bad” You said grabbing his hand.
He took your hand and looked up at you and smiled and gave your hand a squeeze.
“I’m here for you always” you said to him
“I know and that’s the problem he said
Your face kind of dropped and it was hard not to feel hurt.
Joe noticed your face and took his other hand and grabbed your free one and squeezed both of them together.
“It’s not like that i don’t wanna drag you down with me I love you to much” He said
You gave him a surprised look followed by a smile
“You love me” You questioned
He laughed a little bit.
“I’m being serious” you said pouting
“I know me to I’m trying to tell you I love you. Like more than friends you know and I don’t wanna be the reason your career goes up in flames” He said
“Listen here Joe Velscao” you said
“Oh my whole government name it’s serious” Joe said smiling
“Shut the hell up and listen I love you so much and you are the best part of me and I am a better person and detective because of you know and I know it’s only been a couple of month but when you know you know and I just know” You said rambling towards the end.
Joe leaped towards you and kissed you hard. You kissed him back and you were both smiling in each other’s faces.
The kiss broke and he sat down.
“Listen Y/N i love you so much and like you said when you know you know and I do feel that way about you which is why I wanna protect you” Joe said
“I’m here i’m a big girl we are going to figure this out together but you gotta tell me the truth that stuff you said in the tapes was it true” You asked
“Yeah it is but to a point i’m clean I never touched drugs ever but with the dad and son Chilli covered my ass and I owe that to him to help and try and cover his” Joe said
“I know you feel like that but you also know what ever is going on in the past you gotta close the wound and it should be on your time not anyones else’s okay but you know what the right thing to do is” You said
“I know I know your right and i know what i gotta do i just don’t the accusations and the rush to judgement” Joe said
“I get that and I agree that’s not fair to you and you shouldn’t have to prove who you are after all the hard work you been doing. But this is where we are so you need to go and sit down and talk to Oliva and be honest with everything and let the cards fall where they do” You said
“Yeah you're probably right and I know it’s just hard actually doing it” Joe said
“I will go in with you tomorrow okay i got you. You won’t go in there alone.” You said
“Thank you” Joe said squeezing my hand
“Now let’s eat I’m hungry that’s the whole reason why i’m here” You said laughing
“Yes Ma’am” Joe said
The waitress came back over and the two of you ordered. Of course she knew what you were getting because it was the same old thing.
“So uh after this little confession is this considered a date” You asked
Joe’s face lit up red and he looked up at you and smiled.
“Nah trust me you deserve a much better place than this for our first official date” He said
“Oh you don’t know what you just walked yourself into. Because i am going to take you to the most expensive restaurant i can in New York” You said laughing
“Oh you the person who orders the most basic food ever you wouldn’t even eat the nice food so good luck with that” Joe said laughing
“Don’t worry about me” You said smirking.
You both couldn’t contain your laughter of that. Joe really loosened up and relaxed and you both dropped the work conversation after that. T
alking about everything from your favorite shows you would watch together.
The food came out just a little bit later and you both shoved your faces with food. It was either really good or you were really hungry.
The rest of the night you both laughed and talked. You also couldn’t help but wonder how Liv was going to take you defying her orders but that didn’t matter right now.
Because there is no one else you would rather be with than Joe. Nothing could keep the two of you apart from each other.
No matter what happed the two of you would always be there for each other

Faithie’s Fic Finding Corner:
Ok y’all I need help…
So I was reading this Sonny fic, but my phone decided to glitch and close out on it. Now I can’t find it anywhere at all and it driving me mad. So basically Sonny and reader were partners and they were going to ask someone questions. As they were walking to the persons place the reader looked upset so naturally started to try and figure out why. When the reader got annoyed with him asking her she admits she went on a crappy tinder date…
That’s as far as I got and now I can’t find it, so can someone and I mean anyone help me find it? If you can I’d really appreciate it.

✯✯✯✯
“I like you so much, I wish you were more than just my intern.”
“Well, those arrangements can be made.”
You enjoyed being a detective, but you wanted more. You followed in Sonny’s footsteps for as long as you could imagine and now it was your time to shine. You and Sonny had been partners for about 4 years when he announced he was applying to law school. You were there for Sonny when he got his acceptance letter, and when he had mentioned before his acceptance that he was applying to Fordham night school to become an ADA, it had become a surprise to you because you were actually looking at that school, among many others in the area. A few years after Sonny finished law school, you got one of the best news of your life.
“Sonny, you need to come over ASAP.” You said over the phone.
“Why, are you okay?”
“I just have something here that I’d like you to witness.”
“Okay, I’ll be there in 20.”
When Sonny came over, the both of you curled up on your living room couch staring at your laptop.
“I got an email from Fordham.”
The clock ticked slow from the time you opened up the email to the time you clicked on the link to log into the portal.
“Is that what I think that is?” Sonny said.
After you logged in there was another thing you had to click on in order for you to see your application status. Then, a whole bunch of confetti popped up on your screen.
“OH MY GOSH I GOT IN!” You screamed.
You and Sonny screamed and laughed for a few moments, living in the moment. You got accepted into law school!
“I’m so proud of you Y/N. You deserve it.” Sonny said, pulling you into a hug.
“Aww thank you.” You beamed. “And look at you, thriving as an ADA already. If anything I’m proud of you!”
Sonny also had a wide smile on his face. “It’s no easy thing, so thank you. These accomplishments deserve a little celebration, dont’cha think?”
“Oh yea,” You agreed.
And with that, your life changed.
•••
Fast forward a few months, you went through orientation and all those get to know you stuff and you were now taking your official classes. Sonny on the other hand was doing great as an ADA and you were extremely happy for him. Juggling law school and working as a detective, not to mention you got promoted, was something you were learning to handle one day at a time. You didn’t know how Sonny did it.
Throughout the semester, Sonny occasionally popped by to check on and see how everything was going, and he even helped you with some of the classes that he previously took. When you had your spare time on the job you went to visit Sonny to see how he was handling Hadid and the cases he had to work with. On the days he had to work late to prep for trial, you were reluctant to leave him, you were curious about this aspect of being an ADA. He gave you advice and other words of wisdom that you kept with you throughout your time in law school.
A year and a half passed by and Sonny was taking off with his career and you were still in school, doing everything you could to get high grades in your classes. On top of that, dealing with all the changes Manhattan SVU was going through was taking a toll as well. It was about that time for you to start gaining experience. Sonny let you sit in cases, live cases, in the courtroom, as you took notes on his techniques, just as he did when he learned from Rafael.
“You know, you might as well be an ADA now with all these cases you’ve sat in with me.”
“Not yet, Counselor. Give it about two more years. For now, I’ll be your little intern.”
That brought a smile to Sonny’s face. “Intern, huh?”
“Yeah.”
“If you’re serious about it, I can make arrangements with the DA… it can be your part time.”
Your eyes widened. “Sonny…”
“I know, I know. You don’t have to act on it right away, I just want the best for you. I didn’t get the chance to do this, but I want you to have it.”
You didn’t know what to say, so you hugged Sonny.
“Thank you. Seriously, for everything.”
“Of course. Anything for my partner.”
•••
After many conversations with the DA’s office, the bureau chief, and even Benson, you got your official position as ADA Sonny Carisi’s intern. Part time internship kind of situation. It was needed as one of the requirements for one of the classes you were taking so it fit.
Your days consisted of looking over some of the cases Sonny had on his docket, taking notes for your own practice, as well as observing during cases. You did get paired with other ADA’s on the eighth floor, but you always drew yourself towards Sonny.
•••
One night, you were in Sonny’s office looking over a case with him when he decided it was best for the both of you to have a nightcap.
“Hey, you’ve been taking notes on that case file for a while. Unwind with me.”
You looked up and saw Sonny pull out a bottle of wine and glass cups. You watched him pop the bottle open and pour the red liquid in both of the cups. He handed one of them to you, hoping you would accept it. You sighed, plopping the case file on the table. Taking the glass with a smile on your face, you followed Sonny to the couch he had in his office.
“You know, I don’t think I ever told you this, but it’s beautiful how dedicated you are to becoming an ADA.”
“Aww, you think so?”
“Yes.”
“I appreciate it a lot. I think a part of it was also your doing. You inspired me to go further in my career. Further helping victims of all walks of life that don’t have a voice of their own, victims that want to be free from the shackles of their toxic situations, victims that are tired of their bodies being used forcefully for sexual desires.”
“Maybe I did inspire you. You’ve really been a great advocate for everyone that walked through those precinct doors and it shows.”
“Cheers to that.” You smiled, raising your glass.
Sonny clinked his glass with yours and smiled. “Cheers.”
“I’m glad you’re my intern.”
You raised an eyebrow, setting your glass down. “Oh?”
“Yeah. I get to spend more time with you, for starters.”
“Mmm, yeah, I miss you at SVU sometimes. It’s not the same without you.”
Sonny nodded. “I get that.”
There was a moment of silence between the two of you, just completely comfortable silence and long looks.
“I like you so much, I wish you were more than just my intern.” Sonny admitted to break the silence.
You were startled at first, but then a smile crept on your face as soon as you knew what he meant.
“Well, those arrangements can be made.” You whispered. You took one more sip of your wine and scooted closer to Sonny.
“Oh yea?” He said in a hushed tone, moving closer to you as well. At this point, the both of your thighs were touching each other. You felt a major spark between you and him. You were feeling a certain type of way and it wasn’t from the alcohol.
“Yea.” You whispered.
Sonny gently took your face in his hand and kissed you.
After the kiss, the both of you were smiling, holding each other’s faces in hands and touching foreheads.
“I want more,” you said. “That was beautiful.”
“Beautiful indeed, my little intern.”

I Hate You
Nick Amaro x Reader Oneshot
WC: 1091
A/N: Self Indulge fic. I like winter but damn it’s cold this year! The snow and chemicals are leaving me a mess and my floors a mess and I’d rather not deal with it at all. Only thing to make it better would be Nick. Enjoy! Please let me know what you think with likes/comments/reblogs whatever.
It was another blustery and frigid cold day in NYC as you stepped out of your building only to be met with a large puddle of melted snow so deep it got into your ankle boot soaking your socks and growl in frustration.
“Son of a bitch.” You continued to grumble.
You had grown tired of the New York winters long ago after Nick had moved off to California leaving you both in a long distance relationship but you without someone to share the house with, share a romantic stroll in Central Park through the snow with, or a cuddle on the sofa with. Now it’s just dull, grey, and incredibly cold…and currently very wet and annoying.
Looking to your watch you didn’t even have time to go back upstairs to change your sock and shoes or you’d be late for work.
Olivia had called and told you to be at the prescient promptly at eight so there was no time to hesitate.
Heading off you walked on, your boot sloshing and freezing before someone drove too close to the curb in the drain and splashed a mix of chemicals and slushy snow all over you taking your breath away at the blast of cold.
“F-fu-fuck.” You stuttered and gasped before turning and flipping your middle finger at the driver.
Finally arriving at the prescient, soaked, frozen and a sloshing boot, you put your case down at your desk with a huff and yanked off your scarf and jacket before spying Olivia coming over.
“You’re two minutes late.” She teased, not that she cared about two minutes.
“I had some trouble, okay?” You replied sharply, not really meaning to but you were throughly annoyed.
“Woah…alright. I can take a hint. I just thought you’d like to know we caught your perp you’ve been chasing. He’s in two.” Olivia tilted her head towards the room.
“Thanks Liv.” You said with an apologetic tone before rushing off towards the interrogation room not even bothering to take care of your boot or anything yet.
Opening the door you quickly walked in.
“Couldn’t hide forever…” you started before you looked up and straight to Nick’s hazelnut eyes. “N-Nick…”
“You’re right, I couldn’t stay hidden forever.” He flashed his famous smirk before opening his arms and you began to tear up coming to him, flinging yourself into his chest and burying your face into his neck taking a deep shuttering breath.
“I h-hate you.” You mumbled as tears dropped to his shoulder and he chuckled.
“What? Hey…hey what did I do? Hermosa why do you hate me and why are you crying huh?” He pulled you back just enough to cup your face gently in your hands, glancing over your face with concern.
“Because here you are…sun kissed skin, glowing even more than usual and you get to go home to Southern California while I get to stay here in crumby freaking New York City with forty more years of winter.” You took a deep breath and gathered yourself.
Nick laughed before leaning in and capturing your lips in a tender kiss. “I missed you…I actually came here to spend the week with you but I have a better idea.” You furrowed your brows wondering just what your boyfriend could be up to.
“You’re soaked mi amor.” He purred as he got a look at you. “Come on, you’re going home and changing then we’re going to cuddle and get you thawed out.” He flashed his knee weakening smile.
Later after arriving back at your place you had curled up with Nick and some cocoa under a cozy blanket.
“So I wanted to ask you something baby.” Nick asked softly breaking the comfortable silence.
“Yeah? You didn’t come across the country to sit with me under a blanket did you?” You hummed cuddling into his side feeling his lips press a kiss to your head.
“Mm no, not exactly but it’s a nice benefit. I get to warm my baby up.” He hummed wrapping his arm around you bringing you closer if it were possible. “I came to ask if you’d consider moving in with me.” He asked hesitantly, worried he’d be rejected. It wasn’t often something worked out for Nick Amaro and he had hoped after three years together and a year of long distance that this relationship worked out, that you’d live with him, move across the country with him.
You turned sat up a bit, looking to him, eyes searching his for any hint that he could be joking but found none. “Y-you’re….you're serious?”
“I…I mean…well yeah I was hoping so.” He said with a little waver in his voice worried he pressed too fast. “You hate winter. I miss you so much. Like really miss you. I want you to be with me and the kids. They miss you too. There’s nothing like having you in bed beside me every night and waking up with you in the morning. The sun shining on your hair and how cute you look with your mouth open and a little bit of drool.” He chuckled when you shoved him.
“I don’t drool, Amaro!” You shot back.
“You do! I can’t help it. I wipe it off with my thumb and you mumble before snuggling to my chest. It’s the most precious thing.” He laughed but looked over you with the most loving tender smile. “Amor…hermosa, I miss you so fucking much. Please? Will you come to California with me?”
You never thought about leaving NYC for real, but the opportunity never had presented itself, well never a real opportunity. It wasn’t an opportunity for Nick to come back to live here, his family and career had him there now and he loved it but the only piece missing was you. He just needed you.
You hated winter, if you wanted to see snow it wasn’t that far to go and see it to play for a day or two and ski but you wouldn’t have to deal with it daily, endlessly.
“Yes. Yes I’d love to. There’s nothing else I’d love to do more.” You cuddled back to Nick but kissed him deeply as he held your face and kept his forehead close.
“I love you so much. I can’t wait to have you with me daily again. To start our lives together in a whole new chapter.” He smirked against your lips knowing he had an even bigger question in store for you once you had moved in and settled in California with him.

Olivia Benson X Daughter reader
Summary: Y/N Benson is attacked on her way home, her Mum is not happy and Elliot is pissed.
TW: almost SA, description of almost rape, not much only the first part.
Third person pov...
14 year old Y/N Benson was on her way home from school, texting her friends as she walked, her bag on her back, she was heading to the station to meet her Mum so they could go home together.
As she walked she walked past a white man mid 20s, The instant she did she felt his eyes on her, it heightened her anxiety but she kept on walking, slowly she got out her phone from her pocket and began tapping on it.
The man then pushed himself away from the wall and began following the teen, he was tall, kept his head down.
Y/N looked behind her every few seconds while tapping on her phone.
She was planning to text her Mum and tell her what was happening, as she did she began quicker, she heard the man walk faster to catch up with her.
The H/C girl taps her Mums contact and begins typing, they had a code word for incidents like this.
"Hey there" comes voice from behind the girl scaring her. She turns quickly and hides her phone, the teen looks up it was the guy following her.
She stared at the man, not saying a word. This made the man angry, Y/N saw grit his teeth slightly, she then inches away slightly from him.
The guy keeps a friendly smile on his face as he looks at the young girl. "Sorry for scaring ya. Just wanted to ask if you could tell me where the library is?" He asks the girl, Y/N doesnt relax her legs tense she was ready to run if the guy posed as a threat.
She looks at the time on her phone her message to her Mum still open. Once seeing the time she looks back up. "Sorry can't help you" she says to the man unapologetic.
She turns to run but her wrist is grabbed, the mans grip was hard and it was painful. Y/N tried to wretch her arm away but it only made the grip on her wrist tighten, he was twisting her wrist a way it shouldn't go.
Tears at the corner of her eyes she tried to yell for help but one look from the guy said 'you scream and I break it' so she kept her mouth shut, with her hand gone she uses her other to try and text behind her back.
The guy sees this and grabs her phone, eyes in horror Y/N watches as he smashes her phone, struggling in his arms Y/N tries to wriggle away but isn't able to, she is then dragged into an alleyway.
She teenager tries to drag her feet but he is to strong, Tears in her eyes Y/Ns back is forced up again the wall, she begins scratching at the man, his hands , face anywhere she could reach. The guy takes it and pins her wrists to the wall.
He then slaps her face. "Stop struggling bitch! Or this will hurt" he yells at her, the teen freezes in fear, cheek turning a nasty red.
Smirking he begins trailing his free hand to her chest unbuttoning her school shirt, she looked away from him as he kept touching her, "Mummy" she cries quietly.
Thinking of her mum gave her the strength to open her eyes, she starts to stare, the creep looks up at her smirk gone at the new found fury in her eyes.
'Show no fear' she thinks, as she continues staring into his eyes. Luckily he let's go of her wrists, taking the chance Y/N swings her leg back and kicks him in thr groin.
"Fuck! You little bitch!" He yells holding his area, Y/N quickly rips out of his grasp, grabbing her bag she hits him one last time before running out of the alleyway not stopping until she got to the station.
Olivia was sat at her desk, her daughter was late. Looking at the clock again she became even more worried. Y/N should've been there 20 minutes ago.
Elliot waves at his partner from across the table. "Liv? Hello? Liv!" Liv shake sher head ans turns to Elliot. "Sorry El" she tells him.
Elliot shakes his head. "It'll right, are you okay?" He asks her, Olivia goes to answer but us cut off by something behind Elliot.
Face of horror, she stands from her desk and walks around Elliot towards the entrance, standing at the doors was a young girl, school shirt unbuttoned, shirt ruffled, bag barely hanging onto her shoudler, her face was a bright red turning purple.
"Y/N, baby what happened to you?" Before anyone knew it the young girl collapsed in a fit of sobs falling to her knees, Olivia bent to catch her in her arms. The girl only sobbed harder as she clung to the woman.
Liv tried to comfort her but was unsuccessful, eventually they were able to move the two into a room. Olivia sat with her daughter curled up on her lap still holding onto her neck.
Olivia rubbed her hand up and down
Y/Ns back, the girl was clearly traumatized, the team were worried.
"Y/N baby, you gotta tell me whats happened okay" she tells the girl, Y/N had calmed down alot since she was in her mother's arms.
Outside Elliot is pacing, he was worried about Y/N. He'd never seen her so upset before it scared him.
Inside Y/N pulled away from her Mums shoudler, sniffling she told her. Olivia was shocked, she was worried and she was pissed. "Baby, I'm so sorry that happened to you, I swear to god I will catch that bastard" she reassured the teen.
Eventually Y/N passed out from all her crying, Liv gave her a change of clothes a mix of her tshirt and Elliots sweatpants. The teen was currently asleep in the cots in the lockeroom.
Liv sits at her desk frozen as if in a trace, after what her daughter told her she didn't know what to think. As she sat El walked over to her.
"Liv, hey did Y/N tell you what happened?" He asks her, Liv shakes herself awake, the tears in her eyes scare Elliot, he kneels on the floor infront of her holding her hand gently.
"Liv-Ss-she told me she was almost raped" she cries, Elliot pulls her into a hug. If he didn't he would've smashed his fit into the table. "W-what" his throat dry.
Once Y/N was awake she gave them a description of the man who attacked her, she told them everything she rememberd she could never forget the way his hands felt or his piercing gaze.
Days later they caught the guy, attacking another young girl, before hand cuffing him Elliot and Liv managed to get a few good hits in for Y/N, all the team managed to get revenge for Y/N, Fin slammed him extra hard into the table in the interrogation room.
Munch made fun of the guy and told all his insecurities, Casey tore into him during his trail so bad he instantly pleaded guilty and got sent to prison for 20 years.
After that Liv made sure Y/N never walked home by herself again, always either with a friend or member of SVU. Y/N eventually recovered from the ordeal.
The end!
A rather angsty one hope you liked it, sorry for the wait, also for any grammar and Spelling mistakes.
Requests are open!

Exhaustion and Affection
Sonny Carisi x Fem! Reader

“Of course. You need a decent meal that isn’t just a cup of coffee.”
Tumblr media
Sonny hadn’t meant to fall asleep. Sonny was tired.
He felt the fatigue all the way to his bones as he shuffled to the front door of your apartment. The travel from his office to home had felt like an eternity, and sometimes with New York City traffic, it might as well have been. Sonny had the weekend off (technically – but there was always the chance of the infamous Olivia Benson phone call), and he was desperate for it. The past few weeks had been long for the esteemed counselor. He was strung out and spread thin with work, and he just didn’t have much juice left to give.
He had shed his blazer before he had even left his office for the night, and his tie had been loosened on the cab ride home. His hair that was usually neat and styled was wrecked on his head from his hand running through it throughout the day. He had officially clocked out until Monday morning (or unless prompted sooner).
Sonny felt a rush of relief when his feet landed at the mat in front of your apartment door. That was his signal that he had indeed made it, and his weekend off had officially begun. He reached for your spare key that you had gifted to him in his briefcase. Sonny felt like he never spent any time at his own apartment anymore.
He rummaged through papers and files before recognizing the cold brass on his fingertips. The key was rather worn for a spare, but it wasn’t surprising considering he used it practically every day. He put the key in the lock and turned it, alarmed when the click didn’t sound. There was hardly any real panic of a response because this was a regular occurrence.
Sonny scoffed under his breath, tossing the key back into his case and opening the already unlocked door. He entered your apartment, which offered warmth from the cool October air outside. He then noticed a certain smell, one of his favorite smells, that brought an audible rumble to his empty stomach. He closed the door (being sure to lock it behind him), and set his belongings by the front door. He followed the heavenly smell into the kitchen, and he was presented with a sight that nearly catapulted his heart out of his chest.
He saw you standing over your well-used stainless steel pot that was reserved for any and all pasta dishes that you knew how to make. He saw a separate pot with a lid over it, which he knew good and well was a tomato sauce. He knew the smell of good pasta, and he especially knew the smell of one of his mother’s recipes.
He noticed that you were still in your own work clothes, which let him know that you hadn’t been home very long yourself. The clicks of Sonny’s shoes hitting the tile caught your attention, and you turned around to greet him.
You gave him a happy hello, but he decided to get the hard business out of the way first.
“Sweetheart, you gotta start locking the door….even when you’re home.” Sonny warned, and this was not the first time that he had done so.
“Ah. I forgot. I need to start leaving a note on the inside of the door to remind me until I get in the habit,” You shrugged. “But even then I’d probably forget to look at it.”
“I know this is a well-secured building and all. And I know your neighbors are clean but-”
“-you never know.” You finished his sentence, and he couldn’t help but grin.
“Yeah. Exactly.”
Sonny’s concern came from a good place. He had seen too many horrific things to not notice the small things that could potentially put you at risk to the evil of the outside world. It only made sense that he was so concerned.
“Now. How about a proper greeting?” You smirked. “Hi.”
“Hey, doll.” He laughed.
“You’re home somewhat early.” You noted, glancing at the clock that read 7:30 p.m. on the dot.
“I couldn’t take it anymore. There wasn’t anything that couldn’t wait until next week,” Sonny groaned. “Besides, I have the weekend off so why not start early?”
“Mm. Agreed.” You elbowed his side playfully, and he continued to peer over you as you stirred the spaghetti noodles.
“What are you making?” He asked.
“Carbonara. Nothing special,” You shrugged. “I just figured a simple dinner for tonight would be best. If you want something else, I can order takeout for you.”
“No, no. Carbonara is perfect,” He kissed your temple. “Smells great.”
Sonny really was hungry. It seemed that he had fallen into the ways of a real New York criminal prosecutor by skipping meals in order to get more done. He hadn’t eaten since breakfast that morning, and he had used the last of that energy long ago.
“I hope it tastes okay too. This is only the third time I’ve tried your Ma’s recipe.” You chuckled.
“It was delicious last time. Dare I say that it was….better.” He whispered the last word just below the shell of your ear, and your face ran hot.
“Dominick!” You gasped. “That is nearly blasphemous.”
He laughed a genuine, hearty laugh that brought some life back into his tired body.
“All I’m sayin’ is that my mother has taught you well.” He snickered. “You need help finishing up?”
“I don’t think so. Do you want to get washed up?” You suggested.
“You read my mind,” He joked. “Be right back.”
Sonny left the kitchen and took slow steps to the bedroom. He removed his shoes before stepping on the carpet, setting them next to the dresser so they would be out of the way. His socked feet felt better after being released from the confinement of Sonny’s leather work shoes. They had served him well, but no matter how much he wore them, they still weren’t the most comfortable shoes in the world.
Sonny’s blazer and tie were officially abandoned on the bed, and he’d be sure to take his jacket to be dry cleaned. He removed his belt and unbuttoned his shirt, stripping his clothes to prepare to change into something more comfortable. He was more than happy to change into a t-shirt and sweats, and he was even more glad that he didn’t have to wear his usual business professional attire until Monday morning.
Sonny padded into the bathroom, stopping at the sink and turning it on. He lathered his hands with soap, noticing how tired he visibly looked in the mirror. He knew that he had been working hard the last several weeks, so he wasn’t shocked that it had caught up with him. He rinsed his hands and splashed cold water on his face to wake himself up. All he wanted was a good meal and a night of leisure. God knows he needed it.
Sonny returned to the main area of the apartment, his excitement peaking when he saw that you had already plated dinner for him and were just finishing setting the table. Sonny sometimes felt guilty when you doted over him like this. He didn’t feel like he deserved it most of the time, but it made him only adore you more than he already did.
“You’re too good,” Sonny gushed, walking over to you for a quick kiss. “Thanks, doll.”
“Of course. You need a decent meal that isn’t just a cup of coffee.” You told him.
You were always on Sonny’s case about eating legitimate meals every day. You didn’t like when he came home late every day after skipping lunch. And even then Sonny usually only settled on a measly dinner.
The two of you sat across from each other at your dining room table. Sonny never complained, but he was far too tall for the small table. You had been meaning to search for one that didn’t cause his knees to be pressed up against the bottom of it. Sonny couldn’t have cared less though because he was only focused on the plate of pasta that was screaming his name.
Sonny barely even waited for you to sit before he began to dig in. Sonny was usually very polite and well-mannered at the table, but with the way he was slurping down his noodles – you would’ve thought he’d never been taught dinner table manners. He was chewing through the heat and hardly even chewing before he swallowed.
“Sonny, honey!” You stopped him from literally choking himself to death. “It’s not going anywhere, and I assure you I’m not going to take it from you.”
Sonny paused to actually chew his current mouthful and took a moment to compose himself before he spoke again.
“Sorry,” He chuckled, a little embarrassed. “I’m even hungrier than I thought.”
“There’s plenty more. Promise,” You caressed the calf of his leg with your foot from under the table. “How is it by the way?”
“Incredible. As expected,” He smiled. “Best meal I’ve had all week.”
“How would you feel if I told you that I have a coconut cream pie for afterwards?”
Sonny’s fork his hit plate with a clink, and his eyes went wide with surprise.
“You’re lying.” He gawked.
“I swear. I didn’t make it though. I bought it on my way home.” You admitted.
Sonny went quiet for a second. His eyes squinted in thought as he racked his brain.
“Did I miss something? Not our anniversary, not my birthday, not your birthday….” He listed off.
“Not at all,” You giggled. “I was saving it for tomorrow since I knew for sure you’d be here for dinner….but since you’re here now, I don’t see why we can’t have it tonight and tomorrow.”
Sonny was overwhelmed with love. It wasn’t that you didn’t shower him with affection like this often, but it definitely made it extra special considering he had been so rundown recently. Sonny was happy as could be sitting at that tiny dining room table, enjoying your food, and catching up with you. Sonny had missed seeing you and spending time with you — and it always reminded him how work could drag him away from you.
Once dinner was finished, and your chilled pie was being served, Sonny felt completely at ease. He had absolutely nothing to do until Monday morning, and he wasn’t even sure what to do himself.
“How’s the paperwork coming along?” You asked, scraping the last of the sweet cream from your dessert plate.
Sonny couldn’t help but groan.
“Babe, if you don’t mind, let’s not talk shop tonight,” He chuckled. “Please.”
Sonny’s request hadn’t been an irritated one. If anything, he was amused. He was usually more than willing to talk about work with you (considering that it was a great opportunity for him to vent to someone who could understand), but tonight he wanted to get as far away from it as possible. He was passionate about his work, but even then he could only take so much.
“I’m sorry,” You laughed. “Just a habit. Do you want more?” You asked, standing to retrieve his empty plate.
Sonny stood from his own chair, refusing to let you clean up alone.
“No, love. I’m good,” He kissed the crown of your head. “Thank you.”
Sonny helped you with the dishes, washing and drying and putting away to leave the kitchen clean for the night. Cleaning up with Sonny usually took double the time that it should’ve because he had a tendency to get distracted. You found it rather amusing because that was just how Sonny was. When the dishes were cleaned and stored away, Sonny pulled you into his chest for a kiss.
“You’re the best. You know that?” He hummed.
“I’ve been told a time or two.” You smiled against his lips.
Now that you were looking at him up close, you could see just how weary he looked. The lasting effects of stress were clear on his face.
“You’re tired.” You pointed out, burying a hand in his graying hair to scratch at his scalp.
“Very,” He nodded, his voice gone groggy. “How about a movie?” He kissed you again.
“Sure. Can you stay awake for it?” You asked.
“Very funny. ‘Course I can.”
Sonny had meant it. He wanted nothing more than to snuggle up with you on the couch under a blanket and spend the rest of the night doing nothing in particular. Sonny felt like he had been stuck at his desk or in the courtroom for weeks. Your apartment felt like the safest place on Earth to him right now. Sonny smiled lazily when you took his hand, prompting him to follow you into the living room. Sonny crashed on the couch, the plush pillows were a celebration to his tired muscles. He needed the rest.
“I’m going to change. How about you pick?” You suggested, offering the TV remote to him.
“Sure. Don’t be long.” He winked.
You tottered off to the bedroom to change into your own lounging attire, leaving Sonny in the silence of your living room. Sonny stared at the black screen of the television. The remote remained still in his hand. He hardly even had the energy to lift his thumb to hit the power button. It seemed ridiculous, but the thought of scrolling through Netflix to find a movie just seemed like too much work to him.
Sonny was sunken into the cushions, nearly being swallowed by the sofa as he stared at nothing. It was so quiet in the room. So still. So peaceful. He heard you rummaging around in the bedroom, but it was like white noise to him. Before he knew it, his eyelids were growing heavy, and his breathing was reaching a slower pace. Images of the last few weeks danced around in his head. The fast pace of his career had suddenly come to a stop, and he was basking in relief. Sonny had come home to a happy girlfriend who had fed him and taken care of him in his exhausted state. He had never felt more loved. And that was the best feeling to dream about.
When you returned to the living room clad in your most comfortable clothes, you weren’t surprised to see Sonny snoozing. You had a feeling that he wouldn’t have made it long once collapsing on the couch. He worked hard to pursue his passion, and that was something you never got in the way of. It wasn’t surprising that his work caught up to him at times. If anything, it was a reminder of how hard he worked.
It didn’t bother you in the slightest. Sonny needed the sleep.
After all, you knew that he hadn’t meant to fall asleep.

Trapped together (Part 1)
I haven’t written anything in over a year, but apparently this is the time of year I get inspired! However, one of my 2023 goals is to finally write out some of the ideas I’ve had for a while. I will continue to post very sporadically, but please let me know if you would like to be tagged when I do (I believe @plaidbooks asked to be tagged on a past post).
This fic fills the Blizzard square for StoriesofSvu’s 2022 Holiday Bingo @storiesofsvu . It’s my first 2-part fic, and I hope to have the finale uploaded in 1-2 days.
Pairing: Mike Dodds x Reader
Trigger warnings for a brief mention of serial killer in the “set-up” to the story (skip the 1st paragraph if you’d like to avoid it!)
************
It had been a busy two weeks of intense investigation by the Manhattan SVU squad on the hunt of what your team now believed to be a prolific serial killer who traced victims new to the city back to their rural hometowns to attack someone in their families. Today, you and Sergeant Dodds had needed to travel through a West Virginia mountain pass following a lead based on a victim who had run away from her small West Virginia community. Her cousin had suffered a mysterious hunting accident only 5 days after her death in the city.
However, when leaving the small county morgue, the local Sheriff informed you and Sergeant Dodds of an impending blizzard and that the mountain pass was unsafe to travel through and would only get worse throughout the night. You both tried to explain you were used to driving in New York winters, but he convinced you both that it wasn’t worth the risk. Instead, the Sheriff directed you to the only motel in a two hour radius where you and Dodds would have to wait out the storm until the roads cleared enough to return to NYC.
It was a small, desolate, dingy highway motel that looked like it usually saw its own clientele of shady individuals. The owner directed you and the Sarg to the only room left that held one queen-sized bed. Everyone who had been traveling through the area had descended upon the hotel in an effort to ride out the storm, and the owner told you both how lucky you were to arrive in time to get the last room.
You and Dodds shared a look. It was one of discomfort and hesitation. There may have also been some mortification on your part with some added on bubble-guts related to your secret penchant for reading “there was only one bed” romance books. There was no way that situation was actually happening to you in your actual real life. With Mike Dodds. The most beautiful man you had ever seen. Also the nicest.
“Are you absolutely certain there are no other rooms?” asked Dodds. The motel owner again confirmed that there was the one queen bed which we could take or leave. “What about any roll-away cots?”
The hotel owner let out the phlegmatic laugh of a 30-pack year smoker. “Where do you think you are, son? This ain’t no fancy place, which is clearer than day to anyone who ain’t blind. Ain’t you some detective? Sheriff Lonnie called ahead and near ordered me to hold the room for you two.”
You stepped in before your sergeant risked offending the only person standing between an unlucky situation and a worse situation. “Then could we at least get some extra towels and blankets, please? As many extra blankets as you have,” you asserted, with your hand on your gun hip to get the point across. You didn’t trust the ancient-looking powerlines outside to be capable of keeping even the small hotel warm and lit. The owner came back a few minutes later, shoved a stack of towels and blankets into your arms, and shut the door behind him.
You turned around and found Dodds with his hand on his head, clearly thinking hard about something. You watched him for a moment before he noticed you watching. Then, with resolution, he grabbed a blanket from the pile and grabbed a pillow off the bed and headed towards the door.
“What are you doing, Sergeant?”
“I’m going to sleep in the car tonight.”
“Are you insane?” you spluttered.
“I’ve slept in worse places than a car.”
“During an Appalachian mountain blizzard? Do you have any idea how cold it’s about to get outside? People die in these kind of conditions, Sergeant.”
“I’ll keep the engine running.”
“The gas won’t last that long and I doubt the car battery will be able to make it through the storm, either, without dying or the engine line freezing.” You knew nothing about cars, but that sounded right.
He leaned with his head against the door and mumbled something you couldn’t understand.
“Pardon?”
With a big sigh he turned around, “I don’t want to make you uncomfortable.”
“I’m not uncomfortable.” This was all uncomfortable, of course you were uncomfortable. “Are you uncomfortable, Sergeant?”
He hesitated, “a little.”
“Would you be uncomfortable if it was Carisi here with you instead?”
He barked out a laugh and ran his hand through his hair. “I would be, although I’m not sure if I’d be more or less so.”
“I personally think I’d be more uncomfortable with Carisi. He strikes me as the type of sleepover guest who keeps everyone else up all night talking then drools all over your mom’s guest pillows.” You both laughed uncomfortably before you continued, “We’ve had too long of a day for worrying about making one another uncomfortable after an already long week trying to find our perp and getting an idea of the extent of how many victims he even has. I’m tired and we’re both grown. We’ve worked together long enough that we can sleep in the same room without it being weird, can’t we?”
“You’re right, I’m sorry. I didn’t want to make things even more uncomfortable. I just want you to know I respect you and your comfort.” Your heart did a weird somersault before he continued, “and your role as one of my detectives.” Oh. Right. You were going to have to remind yourself to be professional. It’s not like you had the biggest crush of your life on your own Sergeant. That would be career suicide and a recipe for an embarrassing situation that you didn’t have the social grace to handle.
“Of course I know that, that would never be in question, Sir.” There. See? Super professional. Professional was your middle name. “Now, I’m going to try to shower the morgue germs off.”
You carried all of the towels into the bathroom with you. You closed the door behind you and made a face in the mirror after catching a whiff of the moldy air. This was the grossest motel you had ever been in. It had probably been built in the 60s and seemed to have the original brown and mustard carpet, curtains, bedding, possibly even the same towels. You weren’t sure if you wanted to inspect the bed to rule-out bedbugs or if you were afraid to look. It’s not like you could do anything about it.
With a sigh you started shrugging out of your suit. When you were stripped down to your undies, you made a decision. You filled the sink with soapy water and scrubbed your undergarments. Then you took the time to stand with the mini hairdryer attached to the wall to dry them off. You could put up with a lot of things, roach motel included, but you weren’t going to sleep in anything less than fresh drawers. Then you took a quick hot shower and scrubbed yourself dry with a scratchy towel before staring at yourself in the mirror and thinking about the sleeping arrangements.
You really didn’t want to sleep in your suit pants after traipsing through the rural crime scene and a morgue, but you also didn’t want to make your already uncomfortable boss more uncomfortable. You were very grateful that you threw on a t-shirt under your blouse that morning. Still, it barely reached the top of your thighs and your lacey underwear were quite visible. You left the t-shirt on, wrapped a towel around your waist for the walk to the bed, and stepped outside of the now-steamy bathroom and walked, with pretend confidence, towards the bed.
With your head held high and eyes aimed on your destination you strode further into the room…and tripped right over your sergeant who was laying on the floor. You caught yourself after falling on your knees and looked behind you with a look of exasperation.
“WHAT are you doing?” you yelled at the same time apologies were spilling out of his mouth and he was trying to help you up. At some point the towel had fallen off from around your waist so you jumped up the distance between the floor and the bed and quickly pulled the covers over you.
“I’m so sorry, I was trying to find the cleanest part of the carpet to sleep on. I assumed you would see me?”
“No I didn’t see you Sergeant, why would I expect to see you on the floor? Why are you on that disgusting floor? Do you know what kind of things get trapped in a 60 year old rundown motel carpet? Please get up!”
“I thought it would be better if I slept on the floor. I told you I’ve slept in worse places,” he smiled sheepishly and made no move to get up from the floor.
“Sergeant, am I more repugnant than that filthy floor?”
His eyes grew wide as saucers, “Y/N, no!! Of course not! How could you think that?”
“I think that because you continue to sit on the floor.”
He stood up and looked lost. “I….where am I supposed to sleep if not in the car and not on the floor?”
You stared in confusion at his confusion. “Sergeant, in the bed. Next to me. Surely that’s better than a car in a blizzard or a motel room floor?” He turned red from his neck to the tips of his ears. He seemed at a loss for words.
“If it would make you more comfortable, we can pile a bunch of these extra pillows and towels in between our sleeping bodies. You know, so that I do not mistakenly accost you in the night.”
“I never! I never thought…” he stammered.
“Of course not. I’m teasing you, mostly, but I certainly don’t expect you to sleep on the floor and considering where we are I would prefer you did not.” You piled up two extra blankets lengthwise in the middle of the bed. When he remained standing where he was, you shrugged, laid down, and turned over on your side. You really were tired and this was a mentally exhausting case. You didn’t have the energy to spend anymore time coaxing your sergeant into a somewhat comfortable sleeping arrangement nor to convince him that you could both behave like adults. You heard him shuffle into the bathroom and you heard the water start. You pulled the blankets tighter around you. The wind howled outside and despite the old heating system being turned up to its highest number, the room felt very cold. You pulled your knees up to your chest hoping to conserve heat.
You must have been close to dozing off because what felt like only a few minutes later you felt the far side of the bed dip and heard the lamp click off. The bed moved a little as Dodds tried to get comfortable. You weren’t sure if you should say goodnight or continue looking like you were asleep, so you decided to stay as you were. Part of your decision came from the fact that you were so cold, you couldn’t bare the thought of uncoiling from your fetal position. As you started feeling heavier with sleep, you wondered if you had been shivering because you felt another blanket being placed over you. A hand very lightly squeezed your shoulder as you heard a whispered “Goodnight, Detective” before falling fully into sleep.

Authors note: Your wish shall be my command. I hope you like the little twist, I don't know what came over me 😂
Olivia Benson stood in your empty hospital room and let her gaze wander around it. The silence was deafening as she tried to find any clue that could help her find you and bring you back to her. She knew she had no time to waste - you were in far too much danger, and it was her duty as a captain and your friend to save you.
With a determined look, Olivia began to systematically search the room. She opened drawers, checked closets, and inspected every inch of the room, looking for anything that might give her clues to your whereabouts. But the more she searched, the more it became clear to her that this escape couldn't have just happened spontaneously.
There were no signs that you had acted alone. The way you left the hospital without telling her suggested that you must have had help leaving. But who would be interested in supporting you? Who would have a motive to hide you from Olivia, the other team members and investigators?
Olivia sighed in frustration as she asked herself these questions. It was obvious that she needed more information to solve these mysteries. But where should she start? Who could help her shed light on the darkness other than her and Elliot's team?
Suddenly her eyes fell on the pillow, which had something sticking out of its cover and zipper that didn't seem to belong there. Heart pounding, Olivia walked up to it and pulled it out. The finely folded, yellow note was opened and a handwritten message was discovered that immediately caught her eye. Below there was an unknown number.
"They'll never find you. Trust me, I know how to disappear. - A friend,"
A friend? Who could that be? Olivia looked at the message skeptically. There were few people you would consider a friend, and none of them seemed to have a motive to hide you from the police. From her own team. From Olivia. It had to be someone else, someone Olivia didn't know or underestimated.
She suddenly realized that she couldn't limit her search to just the obvious suspects. There was someone out there who helped you go into hiding, and she had to find out who it was in order to take you into custody and protect you on her own.
With a firm resolve in her heart and a hint of anger, she put the note in her pocket and left the hospital room. Her mind was spinning wildly as she wondered who could be behind your escape. But one thing was certain: she would not allow someone for whom she had deep feelings and sought protection to fall into the hands of a violent persecutor once more and the news had given her a new perspective, even though she knew that alone wasn't enough to find out the truth. With quick steps she made her way to her car that would bring her back to the precinct, where she could retreat in her office to think about her next steps.
On the way, she took out her cell phone and dialed her sergeant's number, her long-time partner and friend. He was an experienced detective. He was the best when it came to helping her, and now she needed it more than ever. The phone rang twice before Finn answered.
"Finn, I need you," Olivia said without further ado. "Y/n escaped from the hospital and I believe she got help. Request all the video recordings from the last week, especially the ward where y/n was in and the entrance, and go through them with Kat,“
"Of course, Liv, I'm on my way to speak to her doctors and nursing staff." he answered immediately and Olivia could hear the promise in his voice, but she also knew that Finn knew how serious the situation was regarding of you.
"Keep me updated if you discover anything new. I'm heading back to the precinct." With those words she hung up and continued on her way, her thoughts swirling around the message and the phone number on the note. Who was this "friend" who helped you escape? And why? The answers to these questions would be the key to finding you and protecting you from further harm.
When she reached her office, Olivia closed the door behind her and took a moment to breathe in deeply while collecting her thoughts. Then she sat down at her desk, starting to spread the piece of paper out in front of her and studied the note, hoping to find anything in the handwriting that might help her identify the mysterious friend. There had to be someone close to you, someone who knew how to hide and who had an interest in protecting you.
But the answers seemed to slip through her fingers. She couldn't make a connection between you and any suspect who would have had a motive to hide you. It was frustrating and discouraging, but Olivia didn't let it stop her.
As her thoughts wandered, her eyes fell on a photo that was on her desk. It was a picture of you and her, taken at the brunettes police graduation a few months prior. Olivia stared at the picture and a thoughts flashed through her mind.
"No this can not be." She whispered, but the thought didn't leave her. It was unlikely, but not impossible. What if you were helped to escape because you knew someone who was a police officer or another detective? Someone who had access to sensitive information and various ways to disappear?
Olivia shook her head to dispel the ridiculous idea. It couldn't be someone from her own ranks. But the thought wouldn't let her go. She had to find out if there was a connection between you and a police officer. If there was probably even someone on the hospital video footage. It was a risky hypothesis, but she felt like she was on the right track.
With a sigh, she stood up and prepared to continue her search for answers, walking back outside to task Amanda with tracking the number on the piece of paper and your phone, finding out who it belonged to and where you were. Olivia wouldn't rest until you were back with her, and she wouldn't let anyone stop her. It was a vow of revenge, and she would keep it, no matter the cost.
ᕚ---ᕘ
You stumbled through the crowded city streets, your heart pounding wildly in your chest while every step was accompanied by a sharp pain that emanated from your side, where the deep but already stitched wound had become infected after the procedure. You were breathing heavily, your lungs burning with exertion and pain. Your steps were hurried and uncoordinated as you tried to orient yourself and find a safe place. The people of the city whirled past you, the sound of the crowd ringing in your ears. But despite the hustle and bustle around you, you felt lonely, lost and afraid.
With every step you took, the fear inside you grew. You were alone, hurt, and on the run from a man who would stop at nothing to find you. Every movement and push made you flinch as you tried to hide from your ex-husband's eyes.
The streets of Manhattan were a maze of alleys and deserted squares, and you felt like a rat in a trap. You didn't know where to go. Your head was spinning with fear and panic, and you forced yourself to stay calm even though your mind was wandering.
Suddenly a thought flashed into your mind - the note with the number that a nurse at the hospital had passed to you from someone who could help you. With shaking hands, you fumbled for your gym bag and searched for your cell phone, which you had turned off to avoid being located.
"They'll never find you. Trust me, I know how to disappear. - A friend," you went over the sentence you had memorized for the hundred time this week. A friend. The words seemed like a last ray of hope in the darkness, a spark of hope in the midst of despair. You didn't know who this friend was, but you knew you had to trust them if you wanted to survive.
With your heart pounding, you typed in your cell phone password and typed a message to the number. Your fingers trembled and flew over the keys as you made your request, desperate. "I need your help. Where should I go?"
Meanwhile, you had leaned against a wall, away from the world, to take a short break. Heavy and fast footsteps echoed behind you and you turned around in shock, anxiously waiting for an answer. Your heart was beating so loud you thought it would jump out of your ears. But it was just an older man running past without noticing you. You breathed a sigh of relief, but the fear didn't go away. You didn't feel safe.
It didn't take long for an answer to come. A simple instruction, concise and precise. "Come to the old pizzeria at the harbor in an hour. We'll pick you up there. But throw away your cell phone before you come. We can't be found."
You swallowed hard as you read the message. It was a risky move, but you had no choice. You had to trust this person if you wanted to have any chance of not being found by your ex-husband or dying from the infection that was spreading through your body.
With a determined nod, you threw the phone into the nearby restaurant bin and forced your tired and shaky legs to walk towards the harbor, a bone-chilling pain coursing through your body as you tripped over an objext lying around, and you gritted your teeth to keep from screaming. The streets were still crowded and seemed to stretch on forever. You saw a potential danger in every person and fear was on your mind, but you knew that you had no time for doubts now.
With one last desperate look over your shoulder, you placed the hood of your hoodie over your head and continued on your way, willing to pay any price to save yourself. You didn't know what the future would hold, but you knew you would fight until your last breath.
Forty-five minutes later you arrived at the designated location at the harbor, your heart racing with excitement and fear. With shaking hands, you pushed against the heavy doors of the restaurant, which slowly opened with a creaking sound, the metal handle feeling cold in your warm, sweaty hands as your view slid freely onto the inner workings of the pizzeria. Here you should meet the person you know.
A rush of smells greeted you as you slowly stepped over the threshold - the sweet smell of spices, the savory smell of grilled meat and the tantalizing aroma of freshly brewed coffee. It smelled of hunger and thirst, of life and movement.
You looked around, your eyes slowly adjusting to the yellowish and strong light as you searched for the familiar figure you were supposed to meet here. But the restaurant was full of strange faces crowding the narrow aisles and sitting at the tables, and you couldn't make out the person you were expecting.
Even the slight forward movement as you fought your way through the maze, searching for a familiar face had unleashed a shockwave of blinding, feverish pain that lanced upward. The source of the fire, on the left, above the hip, under the costal arch. You looked down at yourself for a moment, running your shaky fingers over the area where you could now feel a bulge. The bump under your sweater was covered with a bandage, but you knew you needed enough painkillers and antibiotics as soon as possible. Frantically, you searched for a familiar face, but the more you searched, the more you feared that you were wrong, that no one was here to help you. A trap.
But as you felt a gentle touch on your shoulder and you spun around with care, never in a million years could you have thought that you would run into this exact person. A shiver ran down your spine as the realization hit you.
“Alex,” you whispered, your voice barely more than a breath. Alexandra Cabot, the former prosecutor, the person who worked with the SVU for many years before she disappeared herself, was here to help you. It was a surprising revelation that almost took your breath away.
The blonde nodded, her face marked with happiness. She took a step closer to you, her eyes full of compassion. "Yes, yes. It's me," she said softly, her voice firm and soothing, her lips warm and inviting in a smile of relief while your eyes widened in surprise and realization.
You were speechless with astonishment. "We have to act quickly. Come, I will take you to a safe place where you can also be provided with the necessary emergency medicine."
You nodded silently, your throat dry with relief and gratitude. You couldn't believe was here to help you. After all the years she was in hiding and she was considered dead, you never thought you would ever see her again.
“How did you know-” you asked, taking a deep breath, blocking out the pain. You felt her eyes on you as you got into a dark SUV, which got driven by one of her protectors. "It was all over the news. The critical condition of a detective with your photo, that it was your ex-husband's fault, the injuries you sustained as a result. The police tried to keep most of it secret to protect your privacy, but some things were still leaked and I didn't know what else to do.“
You nodded again, a feeling of relief washing over you. You knew the road ahead would be long and difficult while your team did everything possible to find your ex-husband and you could finally return to Olivia. But until then, you were safe by Alex's side and Olivia was safer with you gone.

I Choose You Everyday
Tumblr media
Requested By a Anon !!
I really hope you like it ! I’m sorry it took so long for me to finish it. I also didn’t know of any Indian names so I used a generic name so I hope that’s okay.
Joe Velsasco X Indian Reader
Hi , I was wondering if you could please  do Joe Velasco imagine with an Indian American reader ( civilian reader around 26 to 27  ) , where he has feelings for the reader and loves to get to know about her culture . The reader has feelings for him as well . She invites him and the rest of the SVU squad  to a Diwali party her parents are hosting .  Her parents like him , how ever there’s one problem , her family friend keeps trying to set her up with their Indian  American son , who is a quantitative analyst at Goldman Sachs . Joe kind of gets  insecure because he knows he doesn’t earn nearly close enough to what that guy gets . He is starting to think maybe that guy is better fit for her , which ends up with the reader and him getting in to an argument about it .
I Choose you Everyday
Working as a Journalist was a dream. Always chasing a good story and being able to write was a passion. It also meant you worked along the police a lot.
You worked alongside a lot of cops. Some were kind and some were nice. You did a lot of work with the SVU unit. Oliva and the rest of the team were really nice.
Meeting Joe was the best thing that ever happened to you. He was so kind and sweet and always treated you good.
He was a little over protective but you didn’t mind. The two of you meant through mutual friends.
He also showed a lot of interest in your culture. Always asking questions and participating in cultural activities with you.
You were friends but it always seemed like a little more than that to you. But you were worried he didn’t feel the same thing. It also wasn’t that things were a little more complicated than that.
Family friends kept trying to push you and their son together. The main things were the cultural reasons.
That you should be with someone of the same background. But that’s where you thought different.
It never even mattered to you. As long as they treated you good it never mattered where they came from.
Like with Joe, it was love at first sight for the two of you. Those eyes and that smiled pulled you in everytime.
You always tried to find the best time to tell him how you felt. But it never seemed like it was right.
You never wanted to ruin the friendship between the two of you. Also the embarrassment of being turned down was to much to bare.
Your parent’s always encouraged you though. They always said it was best being honest and open. That just being scared of something doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it.
So when Diwali came along and your parents were hosting their annual party they thought it would be a good idea to invite him and the whole squad over to the party.
With Joe always been interested in the event so you knew he would come no problem. And inviting the rest of the squad could seem like a good time.
Heading into work you decided to ask him. You were going to be spending a lot of time at SVU today.  There was a big case unfolding and you were getting first bite at it.
You dressed up a little more cute today than usual and then made your way in. The precinct was busy today and there were patrolmen and detectives running all over the squad room.
You tried looking around for a familiar face but then someone basically body slammed into you.
“Whoa watch where you're going” You yelled.
“Hey im sorry” That smooth voice you recognised so well asked you.
You could feel the blush in your face heating up
“Hey Joe sorry I uh I’m sorry I didn’t see you there” You stuttered   out feeling caught off guard.
“No worries what’s up what brings you by” Joe asked
“Captain Benson said she had a story that she needed to hit the papers by end of day” You said
“Yeah cool let me take you to her” Joe said
The two of you headed into that direction and it was pretty silent the way down. You could tell he was stressed out and tired.
Capt benson was in her office on the phone. When she saw the two of you she waved for you both to come in and Joe shut the door behind him.
“Yeah uh thanks gotta go” Benson said into the phone as she hung up.
“Hey thanks for coming in Y/N i need your help with something” She said
“Of course anything for you guys how can I help” You asked
“Were working on a case with a big name celebrity and right now we only got witness” Oliva said
“And your hoping if I release the story that more people will come forward” You said
“Exactly I’ll give you everything we got you can work here. If that is of course okay with you” Oliva asked
“Of course thank you” You said
“No thank you” Oliva said
Joe walked you out and showed you to where you would be working. The paperwork and everything was already there.
“So uh if you need anything I’m here you know where my desk is” Joe said
“I do thank you”  You said smiling.
He gave you a sweet smile back and then left. You started working, It was a lot to do your research. Then began writing it. You couldn’t just start writing without knowing anything.
It took you a while to sort out everything. Going through all the victims and making sure every detail was perfect. You didn’t realize hours had passed you by.
There was a knock on the door and you looked up and saw Joe smiling at you with a pizza
“Figured you would be hungry and you can’t go wrong with pizza” Joe said
He sat down next to you and you moved all the papers to make room to eat. He opened up the box and started passing out the food.
“Your just so sweet and kind” You went off
“Shut up you only like me because I bring you food” Joe said
“I mean of course” You said laughing.
“So hows the piece coming along” Joe asked
“It’s coming along good I am almost done it should hit the news channel prime time” You said
“Good this rat bastard deserves to be taken down.” Joe said
“I agree I hope more women come forward” You said
“Enough about time shop talk what’s going on with you It’s been a while sense we talked about anything” Joe asked
“Good uh I’ve been meaning to ask you my parents are having their traditional Diwali party and wanted to know if you and the squad would want to come it’s a huge party and a big deal” You asked.
“Yeah of course when it is sounds like a lot of fun I’ll let everyone else know but I’ll def be there” Joe said smiling at you.
“I can’t wait it’s always a lot fun” You said smiling.
The two of you finished your meals and talked about everything just catching up. It was nice to be able to see him again.
Joe had gotten called away back to work and you took the time to finish your piece. You left a copy on Oliva’s desk so she could have first look. Then you went ahead and sent it your bosses.
Joe texted you later in the evening that everyone was down to come and that they were excited.
About two weeks had passed sense then and things for the party were in full swing.
Everything looked so beautiful everywhere. Lights and so many colors and traditional food. It really was a dream.
It was finally the night and the nerves were getting stronger and the butterflies in your stomach was in full swing.
Everyone was getting busy getting everything together. You always wore your traditional clothing.
It always made you feel powerful and beautiful whenever you wrote it. Your whole family and friends were attending.
But you only cared about seeing one person. Although on the other hand you were hoping not to run into Mike and his family.
They always pushed the two of you being together and it always irked you. You were perfectly capable of making your own choices.
You finished putting the final touches on and damn you looked good if you must say so yourself.
You headed out and of course in you typical fashion you were running a few minutes late. Well a few minutes late in your opinion others would say much longer.
When you got there you scanned the room looking for Joe.  But of course Mike and his parents got to you first.
“Y/N hey how are you” Mike asked
“Good how are you doing today” You asked trying to be polite
“So how’s the boyfriend situation going” He asked
“Same as always you know” You said
You looked up and made eye contact with Joe and he looked at you and had a weird look on his face. He kind of looked upset.
He just shook his head and walked away. Mike was rambling about something that you had zoned out.
“You know what I mean” Mike said
“Yeah sure but uh enjoy the party but I have to run actually” You said walking away.
You ran all over the whole place looking for him and saw him out their sulking. You ran out and it was a little cold out there.
“Hey what are you doing out here” You asked
“Nothing, just wanted some space.” Joe said
“Dont do that don’t shut me out” You said
‘I don’t belong here” Joe said
“Don’t say that of course you do I want you here my family wants you here” You said.
“What about Mike he want me here to” Joe asked
You gave him a confused look
“Is that what your mad about Mike because his family is friends with mine so of course there here” You said
“Come on Y/n how do you truly expect me to compete with this guy” Joe said
“I’m not expecting you to there isn’t even a competition” You said
“I know who he is I know he works at Goldman Sachs I know he is loaded he’s probably better for you than me” Joe said
“You think I am shallow that I care about money because I don’t” You said upset
“I’m sorry I don’t mean it like it i just mean all things considered he seems like the better choice” Joe said
“Well are things considered he is not the better for me you are and I love you” You said
“I love you to Y/N I do” Joe said
“ I choose you today and everyday because you are kind and smart and funny and the best person for me” You said
“You are so beautiful and everything I could have ever wanted” Joe said
He walked over and kissed you and you kissed him back. It made you a little weak in the knees and you melted.
When you two pulled apart you looked at him and smiled.
“Now let’s go back in and enjoy this wonderful party” You said
“Yes Ma’am” Joe said.
You walked back in hand and hand. You saw the squad and walked over and they smiled at you.
“I see were holding hands” Amanda said
“It’s about damn time” Finn said
“Were just happy for you two and a wonderful party Y/N so beautiful thank you for the invite” Olivia said.
“Thank you for coming and celebrating with us it really means a lot” You said.
The rest of the night was filled with lots of dancing and special traditions. It really was the best party of all time.

a/n: this was definitely something different as i don’t write for rita calhoun. still enjoyed writing! i hope you enjoy anon, so sorry this took so long!
law and order svu masterlist! ✯ taglist!
✯✯✯✯
You loved going to all of Rita’s court cases. The way she cross-examined suspects and her overall demeanor in the courtroom was impeccable. Just like Sonny, you were interested in being an attorney, but while he was getting his tips from Rafael, you were getting yours from Rita.
Time well spent.
You would write down everything Rita told you because you knew it would come in handy one day, whether you anticipated it or not.
On top of that, you wrote down the things you observed during trials. How she delivered her opening and closing statements, how she called objections, how she handled cross, and so much more. You genuinely loved everything about her.
It was safe to say you were a tad bit obsessed with her.
Things started to change as your relationship with Rita became more than professional.
Rita would ask you if you wanted to grab drinks with her, and you would say yes. During those outings, the two of you were intoxicated just enough to shamelessly flirt with each other, but it was in a cute, innocent way. Of course you loved it, but it pained you a bit when you sobered up that she may not have actually meant what she said and did.
The going out for drinks started to become a part of the two of y’all’s routine, and it even escalated to dinner “dates” at one point.
“You’ve been dressing up a lot more lately. Someone you’re trying to impress?” Your friend asked you one night when you were getting ready at their place to spend another night out with Rita.
“No, let’s not put it that way.”
“Okay… but if you get laid, please fill me in on the deets. And be safe.”
You smiled, responding with a thank you.
All while secretly hoping you were gonna get laid.
•••
When you walked in the restaurant and laid eyes on the one and only, you could tell she was stunned. In a good way of course.
“Y/N, you look amazing.” Rita commented when you got closer to her.
“And you as well.” You smiled back.
You sat down across from her and it was just like old times within a few short moments. Chatting about anything that came to mind and sipping on martinis while waiting for the food to arrive.
The energy was the same even when the food came. Towards the end, when it was time for the bill, you felt a sudden urge to release your burrowed emotions.
“I think I might be in love with you.” You blurted out.
Rita turned a few shades of red and smiled. “In love with me?”
“I admire a lot of things about you.”
Suddenly, Rita’s hand met yours and shock waves went through your body. Her hand was soft and dainty, and it was the best feeling ever.
“How about you show me how much you might be in love with me?” Rita asked.
Oh.
A grin crept up on your face. “And how exactly would you like me to do that?”
“Well, let me pay the bill, and i’ll show you exactly how I want the rest of the night to go.”

Girlfriends Day <3
Nick Amaro X FEM! Reader
A/N: Happy Girlfriends day, everyone! Enjoy this oneshot that was written by a single person!
Tumblr media
You were getting ready for your date with your boyfriend, Nick. Since it was August 1st, national girlfriend day, He wanted to take you out and do something special for you. You were getting your shoes on when you heard a knock at your apartment door. You grabbed the door and saw Nick standing there with a bouquet of flowers.
“Hey! These are for you,” he said with a smile.
He handed you the bouquet. “These are beautiful! Thank you.” You invited him in as you put the flowers into a vase.
“Are you ready to go eat?”
You walked over to him and kissed his cheek.
“I’m ready!”
He took your hand and walked you out to his car.
“Happy national girlfriend day,” He said opening the car door for you, being a gentleman.
On the drive to the restaurant, it was pretty silent. You guys had been dating for a  over a year now and had met his daughter, Zara.  When you arrived at the restaurant, there wasn’t any open parking spots. So Nick parked a few blocks away and kept profusely apologizing for making you walk but you kept insisting that it was okay and it wasn’t that far of a walk. When you were about to enter the place,  you could already tell that the wait was going to be over an hour. There were many groups people waiting outside of the restaurant but you went in anyway hoping that the wait wouldn’t be as long.
“How many,” The hostess asked.
“Two, please.”
“Okay but there is going to be around a 2 and a half hour wait.” The hostess looked up at the both of you before taking your names.
Nick looked at you,”We can just go somewhere else,” you said giving him a smile.
After going to three more fancier restaurants and not getting less than an hour wait, he just drove around the city trying to find other places to eat.
“I’m sorry it’s my fault. I should’ve made reservations,” he said sounding sorry. He looked at you with puppy eyes.
“No it’s not your fault! I wouldn’t even care if we were to get fast food! I don’t care as long as i’m with you,” You insisted. Nick was driving past McDonalds when you told him to pull into the McDonalds parking lot. “Let’s just eat here. We could grab Zara something too.” You smiled at him and kissed his cheek.
“I love you.”
You both got out of the car and went into the McDonalds ordering your food. It was kind of funny seeing two people dressed up nice eating and basically having a date at McDonalds. When you both got your food, you sat at a table. You let out a small, quiet laugh.
Nick looked up at you from eating his burger. “What?” Your laugh made him smile.
“It’s just funny that this is where we ended up. It was probably for the best though. You also hav ketchup on you nose.” You leaned forward and wiped it off with a napkin.
“Thank you,” He said smiling at you and blushing.
When you got back to Nicks, you saw Zara with her babysitter. When she spotted you, she ran over to you and hugged your leg. Nick paid the baby-sitter and she left; Leaving you, Nick, and Zara alone. You gave Zara her McDonalds and she decided that she wanted to have a princess tea party while she ate her McDonalds kids meal. You,Nick, and Zara sat at a kids table in her room. Zara had gave you and Nick tiaras and feather boas which were super itchy but anything for Zara. It started getting passed Zaras bedtime so Nick had you put her to bed as he started getting ready for bed. When you went into Nicks bedroom, you saw candles lit and a few rose peddles on the bed. Nick came up from behind you and tapped your shoulder before getting down on one knee.
“Will you marry me?”
