Feral ADA’s vs SVU Detectives
This times it’s not ADA vs Detectives it’s what should have happened when Casey was called before the Bar, because something Judge Donnelly said really pissed me off,
“No one if falling on their sword for you.”
Wrong.
I know that the Detectives maybe weren’t as close with Casey as they were each other but they were definitely the ‘Your my brother/sister and I’d do anything to protect you type’
Cregan would have put his own job on the line if necessary he’d adopted Casey like the rest of the squad and he’d have gone to bat for her the same way he would his squad.
Liv would have fought, tooth and nail, she would have pulled every one of Casey’s convictions, gotten letter from the victims she helped.
Elliot would have confronted Liz Donnelley before helping Liv create a file in Casey’s achievements.
Munch and Fin would have helped, and both would have done their damn best to get across to the bar that they need Casey and that aside from Alex Cabot Casey was the only ADA they’d listen to.
And Alex, damn Alex would have pulled every favour possible, she would have fallen on her own badge and sword for her. She’d bring up the fact Casey had put away the people that had tried to kill her, and in the end she’d somewhat threaten them that if they did censure her instead of suspend she’d fight it, even if Casey wouldn’t.
So Liz you’re wrong they would all fall on their sword and shield for Casey, she simply never gave them the chance to.

Tender, Loving Care (Casey Novak x Reader)
Fluff- This was anonymously requested, but I can't find the request, so I'm going off my memory honestly. The request was something along the lines of the reader and Casey having a shower/bath together and it was requested to be fluff. That's all I can remember I'm sorry, so I will just have to wing it.

The week's cases had taken a toll on Casey, the stress of them making her body tense and stiff.
As soon as she opened the door, she hung up her coat and dropped her bag and keys on the side table. You realised straight away that there was something wrong with her, her perfectly shaped brows furrowed to meet in the middle. A subtle frown settled on her lips, making your eyes fill with worry for your girlfriend.
"Hi, Case." You cautiously walked over to her, your hands reaching for hers to guide her to the sofa, pulling her head into your lap and stroking her hair between your fingers.
"H-Hey baby." You mumbled back.
Your fingers working in her hair drew out the tears cascading down her face, soaking the joggers you were wearing. You let the sobs shake from her now frail body before pulling her up to look in her eyes.
"Do you want to talk about it?" You questioned.
"Not yet, I'm not ready." She confessed, looking away from your concerned glare.
"Okay, Case. Is there anything I can do?"
She pulled you up by the wrist, dragging you off to the bathroom.
"I want to have a bath, both of us. Please." Her puppy dog eyes pleaded with you to agree.
You reached behind her to turn on the tap, the warm water filling the room with steam.
You helped Casey out of her pantsuit that she wore to court today, placing them into the wash basket at the other end of the bathroom.
You made sure that the water wasn't too warm before guiding her into the water, you not far behind after you'd stripped your clothes too.
You slipped into the bath behind Casey, her lolling back to lean on her shoulder. Her fingers tapped and danced across the surface of the water, your dancing across her smooth skin, making her chuckle at the tickling sensation burning at her skin.
She looked up at you, her eyes gazing down at your lips as you leant down to place a delicate kiss on her lips and then one to her nose.
You giggled as you kissed all over her face until you nipped at her earlobe, whispering sweet little nothings to her.
"I love you Y/N, so much."
"I love you more, Case."
After your bath, you both dried off and got into bed, Casey residing as the small spoon tonight, before laying her head on your chest, falling asleep as soon as she got comfortable.
"Thank you, Y/N."

Calex Headcanons
Alex loves to read, it’s one of her favourite pass times when she’s not drowning in case files. And although she might seem like the completely innocent romance with a happy ending type of woman she reads some of the filthiest books.
I’m talking books like, Queen Takes Roses, Credence, Den of Vipers etc… And she does it all with a straight face, to the point you’d think she was reading one of her law textbooks if not for the front cover.
Casey hasn’t quite grasped it until she was at home bored, and she picked up the book Alex was currently reading from the coffee table.
Alex enters their apartment as Casey finishes the last chapter and she freezes when she sees her girlfriend very seriously reading a book that’s basically just word porn.
When Casey looks up and sees her she’s just got this shit eating grin on her face, “I didn’t realise you were so kinky Cabot.”
Alex goes beet read, and they both learn something that night, like handcuffs can be used for more than just arresting perps and Casey’s a lot stronger than Alex realised.

Casey is affectionate when you both are alone. However, she very rarely showed any PDA whilst out or at work due to her being very wary of her job and your safety too.
B- Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)
Casey would make the most amazing best friend. She's supportive and caring, and she makes as much time for you as she possibly can. However, you understand that her job is really busy and hectic, but sometimes you do miss your best friend. Your friendship started when you both were assigned a case to make up when you enrolled in Harvard Law School. You both worked together and ended up meeting up a few times for coffee dates, and then they led to drinks at bars, and then before you knew it, you were sharing nights together in your room.
C- Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
Casey loves cuddling you, howvere she is more prone to doing it after a tough day at work. She can start to feel separated from you as she spends a lot of her time at her office or the precinct, so when she feels lonely, this is the best solution. She usually likes to cuddle you from behind, her arms wrapping around your waist, pulling you close to her.
D- Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)
Casey wasn't good at domestic chores due to the little time she spent at her apartment. After she met you and you moved in together, she put in more effort with these chores, and you both agreed that you would cook and she would clean, although you occasionally switched these roles. Casey has wanted nothing more than to settle down, yet her job has put a lot of pressure on all relationships and friendships that she has previously made, and she was desperate to find someone who would

Casey would have enough dignity to break up with her partner. However she wouldn't sugar-coat it, she'd tell it them exactly how she was feeling and why, although deep down she'd still feel bad about it.

Casey is definitely nervous about committing to someone due to her being her in the past, however when she fell in love with you, she couldn't imagine being apart from you. Despite her being nervous to commit, she fell in love with you so fast, she could barely keep up with the butterflies fluttering through the stomach at the thought of a future with you.
G- Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
Casey is gentle with you both physically and emotionally all the time, but when you're upset, she's so gentle that you can barely feel her grip on you, yet you know that you're safe with her.
H- Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
Casey isn't always the biggest fan of hugs as she doesn't like to draw too much attention to herself. However, she believes that there's nothing better than a hug when either of you has had a bad day.
I- I Love You (How fast do they say the L-word?)
Casey knows that she loves you quite soon into your relationship, however she's too afraid to tell you, so she kept it a secret for a while. When your 4 month anniversary came up, she couldn't keep her feelings to herself anymore, so she blurted out all of her emotions is a huge ramble, and was more than relieved when you admitted you loved her back and had done for so long, even when you were both just friends.
J- Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they're jealous?)
Casey isn't jealous of people chatting you up unless it's someone she rivals with. However, if you flirt or give a certain look back, she'll be quick to become jealous and will always remind you who you belong to and why.
K- Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
A lot of kisses with Casey are small and fast when she's at work or out in public, however in private and at home, her kisses are slow, romantic and full of love and passion.
L- Little ones (How are they around children?)
At first, Casey is really shy and awkward around kids, not wanting to scare them or anything. However, she's actually really good with them, and she doesn't even realise it.
M- Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
You don't usually spend mornings with Casey as she's already been called to work by the time you get up. When she leaves for work, she always plays a few kisses across your face, mumbling how much she loves you and that she can't wait to come home to you later.
N- Night (How are nights spent with them?)
Because of her job, she can either come home early or really late, so you make the most of the time you have together. You always make sure she has a good meal to look forward to after work and you put Netflix on, knowing she'll likely want to binge watch something before she gets in bed and wraps you up in her arms.
O- Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)
Casey doesn't immediately start opening up to you because she's afraid to be too vulnerable. However, when she does open up to you, it's all in a jumbled rant, tears glazing her eyes as she rambles on about her past and what happened with Charlie.
P- Patience (How easily angered are they?)
Casey is a very placid person usually. However, when she's had a tough and stressful case, she can become very snappy and temperamental with her emotions.
Q- Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
Casey remembers every little thing that you tell how about yourself. She's amazing at surprise you with things that even you forgot that you had told her. However, she is terrible at remember dates and plans that you have with each other when going out. You always have to remind her that you have something coming up or else you'd be stood up.
R- Remember (What is their favourite moment in your relationship?)
Casey's favourite moment from your relationship is definitely your first kiss, and she could never forget the way your lips gently connected, the passion coursing through her veins as she pulled you closer, caressing your face with one hand whilst the other hand encased you own.
S- Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)
Casey is the most protective one in the relationship because she has the most confidence out of you, too. If you feel scared or anxious, she grips your hand, drawing circles with her thumb, whilst her other hand circles your lower back, holding you close to her body, making you feel grounded and safe with her.
T- Try (How much effort would they put into dates, gifts, anniversaries, and everyday tasks?)
Casey puts in a lot of effort with dates when she actually remembers the dates of them. She always surprises you with a small weekend getaway for anniversaries and your favourite restaurant reservations on your birthday.
U- Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)
One of Casey's biggest bad habits is her language because she swears like a sailor, especially when she is stressed or annoyed.
V- Varsity (How concerned are they with their looks?)
She always makes sure that she looks presentable to her standards. However, you always think she looks stunning, even when she comes home, putting on her joggers and tank top, her hair shoved in a messy bun.
W- Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)
Even if she doesn't realise it, she wouldn't be able to cope without you being there to welcome her home and to relax with after a long week at work. Her word would definitely be a lot more empty and quiet compared to what it is now.

She loves dragging you baseball and softball matches, enjoying a cool beer and hotdogs in the summer sun.
