Day 4 of waking up at 5 am: I woke up at 5:30 am, yay! They told us class would be a bit late, so I slept for half an hour more. I did drink cold water in the morning, so I was able to stay productive.

Tutored for 2 hours

Practiced 3 chapters of math

Attended my sibling’s high school play

So if you ever have to wake up early in the morning, drink cold water, wash your face and start your work. But you need to sleep early for this to work, sleeping at 2 am and waking up at 5 am is not worth it.

Hey I'm Delight. I need some advice on studying. I'm currently a highschool student and I'm trying to focus on my school and get Good grades.My average is 70% and I know I can get higher. How do I start studying at home everyday because when I try to I start panicking on which subjects I need to study.

Hi Delight!

I’ve also been on the same phase. So what i did, i break down my study sessions. I always start with the easiest topic or the subject which will have the first exam/quiz/recitation. Followed by the next easiest down to the most complicated topics. I also used forest app so i can concentrate, focus more and prevent myself from using my phone. Well, studying at home is more convenient for me. I just shut myself in my room and start studying no matter how much i’m not in the mood. Sometimes you gotta force yourself to study cos it’s risky to depend on your motivation. Having a list of “to-study” and being able to tick them off can give you satisfaction which will stimulate your brain and made you study even more. Most importantly, you need to pray and rest. Just set a standard for yourself that will make you happy and if you didn’t met that expection, just be better the next time. Remember that you still have life outside the school. Breath, relax and grind again.

9.25.17 | 2/5 of my uni bio notes update

These are queued by the way, took a bunch of pics, and will post them little by little as uni goes. I finished my chem and calc online assignments (those are worth marks) so happily got 95.5% and 98.8%, respectively.

Day 2 of waking up at 5 am: I didn’t get up until 9 am, cause the class was cancelled for today. I couldn’t sleep till 2 am cause of stress, so I’m hoping tonight I’ll actually get some sleep. If I can keep myself active and figure out solutions to my stress, it helps me stay calmer. I do have class tomorrow, so let’s see how it goes.

Tutored for 4 hours

Worked out for 20 minutes

Sorted through my tumblr - it’s kinda hard to manage queued posts through their app

Journaled for an hour cause I was really stressed. I don’t normally maintain a diary, I just write out my thoughts in my bujo and find ways to fix it.

Studied Gaseous states in chem. I personally struggle with the chapter a lot, so I had to motivate myself with chocolates.

hello everyone! how are you all have been? my january is suprisingly better than what i was expecting. i am also happy to be able to post two contents for this month, yey to slowly-getting-back-in-here.

and now here i share with you my very chill afternoon with iced coffee, lofi music on laptop, and journal spread in brown theme. i've been wanting to post some lecture notes but i guess it'll come next month as i will study immunology for the coming days! i got motivated bec of my friend who asked me about her assignment (which sort of related to immuno) and i'm happy that i got to answer all of her questions perfectly. seems like my brain still got my back, self five.

so that's it for now everyone. and before i finally end this, i just wanted you to know that i'm so proud of you— for trying, for surviving, and for giving your all despite of not having the recognition it deserves. keep safe studynerds. always wear your mask when going out, drink water, and stay healthy!

Hey guys! My name is Kate. Last month, after busy searching on youtube for some tips about productivity, studying, organizing and even making a bujo, it somehow became my daily routine to watch videos about school and studying. Believe it or not, I became so obsessed about it. Then it was last week when I decided to head over to tumblr to look for more and there, I discovered the studyblr community. I was so fascinated about it and it really helped me during my finals exam last week because I suddenly was motivated to study (tbh, I’m too lazy to study sometimes) and I even start going out with my friends in a cafe to study.

So you see, I’ve been hanging around here on tumblr (again) for a while now because of it, following some other studyblrs, liking their posts, etc. until I decided to make my own studyblr. Even though it’s a bit late for me to discover this to help myself get through this semester, I’m still very happy that I get to know this kind of community.

About me

I’m 18 years old and will turn to 19 this coming November

I’m from the Philippines (Any Filipino studyblrs here?)

I’m a 3rd year Pharmacy student and currently fighting for the sake of my future lol
