"A big part of why this was shut down is the exact same reason as to what makes it great, and one of the most unique attractions of any disney park- The more mature theming, shown off with X-S Tech's blatant greed, hubris and downright maliciousness, and the overstimulating *horror* seen in the main teleportation chamber? I don't think we'll ever find in a newer ride again. Not to mention, the "deco tech" visual style found throughout is one of the coolest aesthetic blends I've ever seen!! And if all of that doesn't get you... Skippy will. Cutest animatronic this side of the galaxy, with a wonderful voice to boot. He's even got not one, not three, but Five different plush variants you could take home!! big, small, smaller, backpack or fanny pack- it's your choice :] "

The fact that Doctor Who didn’t negate how important Donnas friendship is to the doctor. She’s home to him. If the meta crisis didn’t happen she never would have left and now that she had a family it was so clear she was torn between never wanting to let the Doctor go because she loves him and is worried for him and her clear love for her daughter and now she gets to have both. The doctor called his daughter his niece. He lives in their house he’s Donnas brother and soulmate and they are growing old together (along with probably joining unit and taking the tardis out for joyrides they pretend are smoke breaks)

doc moving away from thomasville after being rejected from the racing scene after his big crash and trying to find his purpose in life again. Deciding to pursue a career as a doctor of internal combustion and going to school for it to distract from his racing past. Only his repression leads to him seeing a döppleganger of himself everywhere especially in the night, except in his old flashy “fabulous hudson hornet” paintjob, while also seeming to have a black and white film filter on him. It torments him, psychologically, emotionally, and physically. All the while, an obsessive stalker that a little less than happy that he now is on his new path pursues him every day, watching from the shadows, waiting for the right time to attack.

Being Idia shroud balloon this is not my usual content but I wanted to ask the wider twst community:

For context, we have a LOT of merch spanning over all/most of the dorms and are constantly buying in new things for our personal collection; and for space reasons I'd like to downsize anything we're not displaying/particularly attached to (or have too many duplicates of). It is all in good second/third hand or new condition and we have experience shipping international.

I have considered selling items individually; but we own too much to have it be worth our time taking inventory AND listing it all one by one especially with a good ammount of it being pins, keychains, plushies, and other smaller items. Feel free to leave suggestions <//3 thank you everyone!

So I remember a post that I think you had about the assassin ancestor reborn in the modern day as animals and I want to see the Frye twins reborn as rooks eivor as a raven Edward a jackdaw that teams up with his fluffy cat son and Desmond being a Disney princess

Here’s the “Desmond’s ancestors gets reborn into the future as animals” idea me and @saberamane had https://www.tumblr.com/teecupangel/719043682766077952/how-about-a-reverse-of-animal-desmond-in-the-past with Altaïr as the eagle, Ezio as the bear and Ratonhnhaké:ton as the wolf (that Desmond keeps telling people is a dog even when he knew that he was a wolf). The other ancestors: Aquilus as a dog who stayed on the Farm to help Desmond escape, Haytham as a pure white fluffy cat and Edward was either a fish or a jackdaw (so we’re picking Jackdaw for this).

Other than them, I suggested the following:

Shay as a crow because of Morrígan’s primary ‘forms’

Arno as a sea otter because he shares his birthday with Rosa the Sea Otter XD

Jacob and Evie I thought of as corgis as a reference to Desmond the Dog but making them rooks would be fun. Or maybe… to mess with them. Jacob gets turned into a corgi but Evie gets turned into a rook so we have Jacob complaining that it’s not fair that Evie is the rook when the Rooks is his thing! XD

Bayek as a ram as a reference to how Amun is usually symbolized by the ram-headed sphinx.

Aya as the kind of snake she got the venom she gave to Cleopatra.

Kassandra I was going for goat because Adrestia gave goat’s milk to Zeus when he was a baby and… also… it would be funny if she thought she was being punished for the whole eye on the goat’s awss incident XD

Eivor is a raven that looks exactly like the default skin of Sýnin.

Additional ideas!

Aveline could mean ‘little bird’ so maybe some sort of small bird like a humming bird?

Adéwalé as a panther or a lion, maybe?

Nikolai as a sable.

Arbaaz as a barasingha.

Shao Jun as a red panda? Or a Chinese mountain cat?

Basim as a persian squirrel that Eivor can just grab with her beak and fly away XD

If we want Desmond to be a Disney Princess before the end of AC3, we can have them start showing up when Desmond is already in Turin. They got in the Grand Temple and Shaun is freaking out because he knows this is all Desmond’s fault but he can’t find a way to confirm it!

Cars 2 Headcanon 5

Leland was never killed. He was found out on the oil rigs after the lemon’s operation had been shut down and each willing participant had been detained. But unfortunately for Leland, the rescue party had arrived very late. There was no kindness shown towards him at any juncture of his stay on the oil platforms, and all manners of atrocities had been performed on him. He was not in a good way. Immediate hospitalisation was required and no one was sure if he was going to make the trip.

Finn was informed of what had happened and he couldn’t believe it. He went to Leland’s side and never left it once, remaining as close as he could for as long as he could. He never wanted to let him out of his sight ever again.

Leland's recovery was incredibly slow and it would never be a full recovery considering the extent of the damage done to him. And he would never be able to work again. So Finn and Leland made an executive decision together. They got married and retired to a large home in the British countryside, a dream they had been holding onto since they were young. And finally, it had become a reality. Despite the damage, Leland is incredibly happy to this day as he gets to live out the rest of his life beside the one he loves the most.

Lots of Doctor Who people today seem to think that if you need therapy and have an identical twin, your twin can go to therapy instead and this somehow magically makes you happy.

Yes, that is what I got from the episode. I mean, we didn’t see an older 14 come back like the Watcher to merge with his younger self. We saw someone starfish into two people, one of whom is magically less angsty. That’s great, but I don’t understand how 14 going to Sunday brunch is supposed to causally affect 15. On some level that was presumably RTD’s intent, but it’s not explained in the episode (in that regard, the leaks actually made more sense!). It just seems like trying to have it both ways - make the next Doctor less angsty, while also not wanting to make the specials themselves about the Doctor healing.
