(name) didn’t think it’d be this easy to adjust to being a new pro hero in japan. (name’s) outstanding quirk and good looks made him quickly rise to the top 10 heroes. all of this made him very nervous, he barely started, and he’s already at the top! how exciting! and such a young age to start as a pro hero, at age 20.

it was truly an honor to fight alongside other heroes, especially the heroes that he grew up watching fighting and saving japan from reckless villains. endeavor and all might was the biggest inspiration for him to be a hero, and now fighting alongside them was thrilling.

(name) was surprised how easily was to get along with the other heroes, especially with endeavor. they were super friendly! a little too friendly if you ask me! (name) didn’t think they were so affectionate from behind the camera. they would give out heartwarming compliments and suddenly would get touchy.

(name) didn’t mind it at first, they were his idols after all, but it started to get a bit unsettling. they would stare at (name) for too long, they would touch him inappropriately, some would be there near him when he didn’t want them to be, and would glare at anyone who would stare or would be too close to (name).

all of this was too much for (name), it was kind at first, but this was too much kindness. (name) thought if being a pro hero wasn’t as enjoyable as it sound, or looks to be. was all of this worth it to be a hero?

ೀ 🍨 ‧ ˚ 🎀 ⊹˚. ♡

“there you have it folks! (name) (last name), known as flower maiden has protected the civilians of (random district name) from a violent thief! such an amazing hero!”, a woman news reporter gushed with a hint of blush on her cheeks from watching the handsome hero capture a thug.

the thief hung upside down, trying to wiggle out of the grasp of (name’s) quirk. thick vines were securely wrapped around the thug’s buddy, who threw curses at the young hero. it fell deaf onto (name’s) ears as he dusted off the filth that plastered onto him. (name) glanced at his adoring fans, and adorable children who admire him deeply.

“he’s so awesome!”

“papa! mama! i want to be like him when i’m a hero!”

“he’s so beautiful!”

“he’s way out of my league..”

“such a goddess!”

those compliments made (name) feel giddy. he loves his devoted fans very much. he chuckled, his eyes closed, smiling widely as he waved at the crowd. imaginary arrows shot at their hearts as their faces turned bright red from his tender smile. there was a particular retired hero in the crowd, witnessing the whole show.

it was all might. he watched how (name) defeated the criminal with such ease. it made him fall in love with (name) even more. he scooted through the crowd, trying to get close to (name) as soon as possible. “(name)!”, all might call out in the crowd. (name) halted his movements as his smile faded away, he looked at the crowd, trying to find the source.

(name) smile quickly came back as his eyes lit up when he saw all might push through the crowd with a smile. it was heartbreaking when all might retired when (name) transformed into a hero, he couldn’t battle with one of his idols, but was happy, at least he was making one of his fellow colleagues proud.

“greetings all might!”, (name) laughed. all night came up to (name) very quickly, (name) didn’t even notice. suddenly, (name) eyes widen slightly and lets out a cute yelp as all might surprisingly lift (name) onto his shoulders.

it surprised (name) since all might wasn’t as strong anymore, and he was scrawny and physically weak. (name’s) rear sat on all might’s shoulder as his arm wrapped around (name’s) legs, making sure he wouldn’t accidentally slip out of his grasp.

all might face the crowd, still holding onto (name). all might do his iconic smile as his eyes were shut. the crowd went wild, fans were gushing at the sight of the heroes getting along. (name) didn’t mind as his eyes shut closed, and smiled warmly.

all might felt overjoyed as he get to touch (name). the crowd died down as some people wandered away from the area. the crook was apprehended by officers, and he was quickly taken away. much to all might’s dismay, he softly held onto (name’s) hips and gently set him down on his feet.

(name) appreciated the nice gesture. he hasn’t gotten used to pro heroes being close friends, with the soft touching of his peers, makes him feel happy. “so all might! to what do i owe the pleasure?”, (name) exclaimed with a smile afterward. all might’s face turned completely red from what he was going to ask him.

all might avoid (name’s) gaze while playing with his fingers. “w-well, young midoriya and i will be going out for l-lunch to celebrate his quirk training. maybe y-you’ll like to j-join us?”, all might stuttered, he cringed from hearing himself stutter like that.

(name) never heard all might stutter like that, he thought he sounded silly, resulting him to chuckle. “gosh, i would be honored but unfortunately, i have to get some work done in my agency! maybe next time!” (name) reassured, his eyes closed as he scratched his neck nervously. he would be delighted to have lunch with all might if he wasn’t so busy.

all might smile dropped as his eyes widened from shock, he was upset. this was his chance to get even closer to (name), even get him in bed but his stupid hero work was getting in the way. “i-i understand..”, all might mutter. “but let me at least drive you there!”, all might insist, his face flushed as his eyes lit up from thinking about dropping (name) off at his agency.

that sounded romantic to him! (name) blinked, head tipped to the side. his eyes shut as he thought about it, it’ll be nice since he wouldn’t have to walk to the agency. (name) smiled as his arm rested on his hip, “that’ll be nice!”, (name) beamed.

the ride to the agency was silent, but it was a comfortable silence. (name) stared right out the window, watching the passing vehicles, and buildings while all might was driving the vehicles, not taking his eyes off the road. (name) gently closed his eyes as he sighed softly.

“god, you have no idea how amazing you are”, all might purred. (name) eyes shot open, he stared at the road ahead of him, what was all might talking about. “pardon me?”, (name) questioned.

“all i’m saying (name) is that you’re so intelligent, strong, and so adorable!” all might gush, his face blushing as he placed one of his hands on (name’s) thigh as the other was gripping onto the steering wheel. (name’s) eyes widened as he flinched. all might start rubbing up, and down on (name’s) thigh, (name) forced a smile while sweating bullets.

(name) started trembling, what was this man doing, and what was he saying? he was talking nonsense. why was he saying all of this now? was it that they were both alone together? whatever it is, (name) did not want all might’s hand caress touching.

“i-i don’t know what to say all might..”, (name) muttered as he continued to stare ahead, he did not know what to say, but all might did. “i love you so much (name), you have no idea to what limits i’d go to prove that to you”, he dreamily sighed as he hand slowly crept more upwards to (name’s) privates.

luckily, luck was on (name’s) side. he quickly hopped off the car when the car halted in front of (name’s) agency, and shut the door shut. (name’s eyes were still wide, he was fighting back tears, his brows drew together as his breathing was shaky and weak. he couldn’t believe what had happened.

as (name) was about to head inside his agency, he halted when he heard the passenger window roll down. “i’ll give you a call to schedule our lunch together!”, all might shout inside the car with excitement in his voice. (name) turned his head to the side, eyes shut, he forced another smile as he nodded.

“s-sure thing! i’ll be waiting!”, (name) stuttered nervously through his white teeth. all might smirk at (name’s) response, did (name) really mean that? did he? the passenger door’s window rolled up. (name) heard the car start, and the next thing you know, the car drove away into the busy streets, leaving (name) there in his own thoughts.

such a weird man..

All Might

The sweetness with which Toshinori kisses you doesn’t change whether he’s in his All Might form or not. He always holds you close, gently brushes your jaw with his thumb, and makes you feel more important than the world.

A faint taste of iron lingers whenever he kisses you; a bittersweet reminder of all he has sacrificed in the name of keeping everybody safe. You must never mention it to him – aware he would feel awful about it, no matter how much you reassure him.

He always pulls you closer for a second more, holding you just long enough to cement this moment in his memory. There’s not a second spent with you that he ever wants to forget.

Your favourite kisses with him are in areas you’ve never expected. The top of buildings, on the edge of cliffs, and things like that. He thought he’d outgrown such showboating but he can’t resist the chance to impress you.

Eraserhead

When Shota kisses you properly, you’re never able to predict it. He brushes your cheek, gently holds your jaw as he captures your attention for a few seconds of the day.

You can recognise the taste of coffee on his lips, no matter what time of the day it is. It’s something you can tease him about for ages and he’ll never acknowledge it with more than a small smile of acknowledgement.

He rarely lingers for long, often moving onto something else so you won’t be able to see the true effect you have on him. The soft smile you manage to draw out even on his worst days. He has to be careful not to let anybody know exactly where his greatest weakness lies.

On the extremely rare occasion, only in moments of deep emotion, will he kiss you in the company of others. It’s never anything particularly sweeping but there’s passion there unlike much else.

Hawks

Keigo kisses like it’s a game. He tilts your head toward him and pecks your lips a few times, not giving you a proper kiss until you initiate out of impatience. It gives him an opportunity to tease you and he never passes up on that.

There’s a scent he always wears – something fresh and reminiscent of a winter morning. It permeates through his kisses and makes the memories of his lips almost unforgettable.

His wings wrap around you whenever he kisses you. It’s unintentional, a subconscious way of making sure you’re truly at his side. The feathers often tickle your face due to this.

The best kisses with him come not when he’s showing off or fluttering around you. Instead, they come around in dark rooms when he feels unwatched and the only thing he has to focus on is you.

Endeavour

Enji’s kisses are surprisingly slow and deliberate but not at all lacking in the fiery control he maintains in all aspects of life. He holds you at the waist, pressing you fully against him.

His kisses taste of lingering ash, flavored like the warmth of a fireplace in the evening. There’s something about them that warms you from the inside out with even the smallest peck.

If he has his flames burning, he’s wearied of giving you any form of affection but on the off chance you manage to sneak a kiss, you may find out why. When lost in emotion with you, the fire he controls burns a little out of his careful hold.

Some days way heavier on him than others and these are the moments when his kisses turn a little more desperate, the hold he has on you grows needy and he never wants to let you go.

Hawks: If you put a milkshake in one yard and crack open a cold one in another yard, which yard would the boys go to?

All Might: Schrödinger's boys.

Miruko: FUCK!

Present Mic: What about cracking open a cold milkshake?

Nighteye: As we all know, the milkshake brings the boys to the yard. The presence of the boys is a prerequisite for the cracking open of a cold one, but cold ones do not have any inherent boy-attracting abilities. Milkshakes, however, do.

Nighteye: All else being equal, the boys would proceed to the milkshake yard. While it is possible to announce the presence of cold ones in the hope of attracting some boys, the pull of the milkshake is much more powerful by comparison.

Nighteye: Mind you, all of this nonsense hinges on whether or not the boys are back in town.

Dumb confession: DadTorino is so underrated, like yeah Torino sucks at it but I want someone being a Dad for Toshinori, he needs a family!

dad torino has the potential to be so good because at least prior to that terrible third year at u.a., the dynamic could be toshinori bullying/conning gran torino into letting him take liberties (like riding his shoulders or skipping paperwork), and gran torino acting grouchy but wanting nana's successor to like him (presumably he's the funny man in a comedy duo).

toshinori: so when did your hair go gray?

gran torino: the day I met your 'oshishou.'

You Getting Injured Headcanons

Characters: All Might, Endeavour, Edgeshot, Aizawa, Hawks

All Might

How Toshinori initially reacts to you being hurt is very dependent on whether or not he is currently working as All Might. He hates it but he knows he cannot show you extra concern while his façade is up. Not if it could bring even more danger to you in the future.

He panics in a way he’s very rarely felt before. His eternal smile becomes incredibly difficult to maintain as he tries to focus on the moment and how he can best help. He struggles not to just pick you up and hold you close.

He worries about the worst-case scenarios for the longest time, even as you begin on the road to recovery. Once you’re healed, the fear still lingers with him as a constant reminder.

You’ll have him at your side almost constantly while you’re getting better and he’s very willing to do whatever you need. He’s at your service and overprotective in the way he makes sure you stay comfortable.

Eraserhead

Aizawa’s seen many of his close friends and allies hurt before. He’s dealt with countless situations just like this one but nothing ever compares to what he feels when he realises you’ve been injured.

There’s a level of logic he forces himself to maintain on the battlefield but this is one of the few moments where he comes very close to losing it. All he can focus on is making sure you’re safe – no matter what it takes.

It surprises everybody but you’re most likely to get into a fight directly after you’ve been stabilized. When he learns that you’re alright and not knocking on death’s door, all those emotions that he’s been suppressing are going to explode out at everybody, including you.

He apologizes about half-way through this argument when he realises that you’re not the one he’s angry at. This is when you see how he truly feels; when he tucks you against his chest and falls asleep like that.

Hawks

As much as Keigo thinks he’s prepared for the day you inevitably get hurt by some villain (your relationship isn’t very secret), none of his previous rationalizations matter when it actually happens.

He’s incredibly professional so he doesn’t show his panic visually but internally, he’s an absolute hurricane of stress. He focuses on getting you to help first before dealing with the rest of the situation because he knows he needs you somewhere safe above everything else.

He holds you close for many days afterwards and, though he doesn’t voice his fears, he makes it obvious in the way his wings are always wrapped around your shoulders like a shield.

As the days pass, you can expect more teasing about the situation but he’s still very helpful if you need him to be. Just be prepared for him asking for some payment in the form of kisses.

Endeavour

Enji is furious about every aspect of the situation. Angry at you for not being careful enough, angry at the villain for daring to do anything to you, but most of all, angry at himself for not being there to protect you.

You can see his temper flare in the heat of his flames and the slight break in his carefully controlled quirk. His focus will be on dealing with the situation first and then getting you to help. He doesn’t want to split his attention and wind up with you worse off because the villain gets around his defenses again.

He’s horribly, awfully silent when you get home from the hospital. The tension around both of you is uncomfortable and he’s not going to do anything to break it for at least a day. Not until he stops feeling strangely guilty.

He’s helpful in ways you wouldn’t even notice at first and helps without being asked to. He won’t baby you though and he’s very dedicated to helping you heal the fastest you can, no matter what it takes.

Edgeshot

Shinya doesn’t react visually or emotionally to you getting injured. He won’t let himself until he knows the situation has been handled and both of you are safe enough to allow for the distraction.

He’s going to move you to a safe spot, make sure that your injuries aren’t fatal, and then turn his full thoughts onto the villain. If his attacks are more vicious than usual… well, nobody would call him out on it.

You can expect to see him at your side every day you wake up for the next two weeks. Even if he normally rises before you, when you’re injured, he’s going to make sure he’s there for whatever you need.

He keeps in contact with at least two doctors to make sure you’re healing in the best way possible and uses his own expertise whenever he can. Even his job can take a slight backseat to you during this time and he’ll take an official break to ensure you’re alright.

MHA x Reader, Ideal Types (Pro-heros)

ideal types drabble, fluff,

(Aizawa, AllMight, Fatgum)

Note: I will admit I approached it differently than I have with the other's ideal types. As people can grow at any age, the heroes have solidified their identity, and while personal growth will happen, I don't believe it would be as dramatic as it is when I write for students.

I will be adding Hawks sometime in the future, but I need to finish the latest seasons so that I can avoid spoilers in my research. Would you all be interested if I did either demon slayer or love languages next? should I do a Haikyuu part 2?

Aizawa:

Aizawa needs someone who's driven. Now one initial assumption would be to push Aizawa forward but I honestly believe that Aizawa is already highly motivated himself so it'll be a relief to him on a personal level. Aizawa isn't a softy-worded man, I honestly think he'll need someone who can roll with it. I don't think he'd care about appearances like Best Jeanest, or even All Might, (after showing how he resents All Might). I think he could genuinely wind up with someone who's silly, a cutie, or a cat lover, I don't think those would be dealbreakers, but they cannot be helpless. As He's said to Deku, I don't think He'd be at peace with someone who's a liability in battle. that said, I think Aizawa would be a great partner.

Fatgum:

I think Fatgum would enjoy a partner with a lot of integrity. Fatgum always strives to do what he finds just and has a very difficult time waiting for long drawn-out plans. I don't think he'd enjoy someone who stubbornly procrastinates, but he'd love to help motivate them. I think he sees potential in his partner, not only as a hero but as a wonderful person. I honestly don't think it would matter to him if they struggled with illness or any disabilities, I don't even think he'd care if his partner was quirkless. Overall I think he's on the level of Mirio in positivity and I think He'd be a wonderful partner.

All Might:

This one was hard for me, but I think All Might would admire someone who's emotionally mature. Hear me out, All Might has worked his entire life to be the pillar of hope to the people. I think he would enjoy someone grounded and sweet. That pressure must get to him, and I think after he retires he'll find someone who really believes that he's just as special in small-might form. I think he'd crave mutual safety and someone to listen to, someone he doesn't have to smile for. If he found that in a partner, I think He'd be the happiest person in the world.

Hawks (to be added as soon as I finish season 5 or 6)

Pro-Heroes - Dates With Them

(includes - shota aizawa/eraserhead, toshinori yagi/all might, hizashi yamada/present mic, nemuri kayama/midnight, keigo takami/hawks)

warnings - none

luckily, shota didn’t tend to get recognized very much out in public, so you guys felt pretty comfortable going out wherever you wanted

shota wasn’t up for anything too wild, so you guys agreed on a small coffee date

you quickly noticed he definitely put more effort into his appearance when he walked into the coffee shop

his hair was up into a man-bun and…did he shave? he didn’t have his capture scarf, either

he brushed it off when you asked, not seeming like he cared to explain himself

he got a large black coffee, which didn’t surprise you at all

you two had to share a couch since the rest of the shop was full

he very smoothly was able to sling an arm around the back of you, and you both sat and chatted about work, happily enjoying each other’s company

toshinori definitely likes the simple side of things, and isn’t a fan of grand ol’ activities

he decided on a picnic in one of his favorite parks, figuring a nice lunch on a beautiful day would be just right

you hadn’t expected the previous number one hero to have such a way with food

your jaw had dropped on the red and white checkered blanket with all sorts of food carefully arranged, two pillows there as well

sandwiches, fruits, dessert was all there

(the cutest was a plate of strawberries made into a heart, with a bowl of chocolate for dipping in the middle)

a pink blush remained on toshinori’s face the whole afternoon, the two of you holding hands and reveling in the beautiful sunny weather

you know hizashi, he’s loud and proud

he got you tickets to a concert!

you were a little nervous, knowing concerts could get pretty wild, but hizashi reassured you with the fact he would handle it if things went awry

he made sure you two had plenty of water just in case! it surprised you how prepared he was

the band was astonishingly amazing at what they did, and you very much did enjoy the music you were hearing (especially since hizashi picked one of your favorite groups)

when it got to be too much, hizashi immediately took notice and slipped a pair of headphones over your ears with an uncharacteristically soft smile, taking your hand and continuing to jam

you squeezed his hand and continued having one of the best times of your life

spa day, of course!!

nemuri takes you to the best spa/salon she knows, and since she is a pro, there’s a nice discount

she knows everything when it comes to self care

she also pays for the best package there is, wanting you to fully relax

you were pleasantly surprised! it was a bit hard finding any time to relax other than a hot bath or some extra sleep

nemuri of course made sure you weren’t too uncomfortable with anything, knowing it may be a bit overwhelming

when everything was over and done with, you both returned to her abode for some nice beauty sleep together

it was difficult having peace in public when your boyfriend was hawks

the hero public safety commission didn’t even want hawks dating you, reluctantly allowing him to have this personal relationship

thus, dates were scarce

but hawks was absolutely determined to spend some time with you out in nature instead of cooped up inside a house

after knocking on your bedroom window and getting you out of bed and dressed, he held you in his arms and flew straight to the city

you were dazzled by the city lights, and even more impressed when he took you to the roof of the safety commission

there was a whole dinner date set up, with candles, roses and everything

the two of you had a wonderful, romantic dinner with the lights of the city shining beneath you

he made sure that the night ended with you back in your comfy bed, but with him also in it
