Definition:When a female character is extremely interesting and a super good person with very cool skills that're essential to the plot and has a male love interest who is as enamored is with her as she is him but she is written in a way that heavily mirrors irl autistic girls instead of pick mes so she is insulted rentlessly by the fandom for 'weird','creepy','desperate','useless','fake' and even sexually degraded even if she's canonically underaged because failing at 'performing' girlhood 'correctly' is seen by society as deserving of violent humiliation or 'not an actual real kind of woman and was just made up by incels'

YANDERE TODOMOMO HEADCANNONS

They were already dating by the time they met you. They though you were like everyone else, just a regular classmate of theirs, however, they had no idea how WRONG they were

To be precise, you were actually kinda hard to ignore, the way your eyes lit and sparkled when people talked about your favorite thing, the way your dazzling smile could make a person see stars, the way your innocence shone through and the determination you always had to help people out no matter what was what attracted them to you. How could you expect BOTH of them NOT to fall INSANELY in love with you?

However, they were scared and nervous to ask you out since they thought that you might find them weird and creepy and so, they kept themselves satisfied by stalking you or 'keeping a close eye on you so nothing bad happens to you' and admired you from far

As much as they find your will and iron determination too cute and adorable, they just PRAY and hope that you won't want to become a pro hero in the future since they're really worried about you getting hurt. One time, you had a really nasty gash on your arm after a villain attack and after that, Momo started sniffling and crying saying how she'd be devastated if something bad happened to you while Todoroki looked like he was going to someone's funeral. Let's just say that if they weren't clingy then, they MOST CERTAINLY WILL BE now

They know their feelings are crazy, but they're so madly in love with you they can't ignore them. So if you find a mysterious love letter in your locker or small gifts for you here and there, that's no doubt Todoroki and Momo since they're rich kids and all, they just LOVE showing you how much they love you by yeeting presents in your locker (Anonymously, of course)

On a scale on 1-10, to you, they'll just be a solid 2 or 2.5 since you're their divine angel sent from the heavens itself for them to WORSHIP!! They have a GOD DAMN WAREHOUSE filled with all your favorite stuff and before you ask how the hell they managed to pull THAT off, as stated before, they're rich kids and so they have all the required resources and necessities for you to be satisfied

They will get INSANELY jealous and be fuming with rage, envy and jealousy when they see you talking or laughing or smiling at someone else. They have the emotional range of a GALAXY when it comes to you. How DARE that filthy annoying pesky scumbag be right NEXT to you!? Oh gods.... he was TOUCHING you!! He PATTED your SHOULDER!!! Well, this is gonna drive 'em insane over the edge and they'll be plotting murder, that's for sure. Satan spawns

When you get kidnapped, they'll understand how you feel and they'll be sympathetic. They might kidnap you if they think you're not capable of taking care of yourself and with proper planning, they're gonna keep you under their care. You guys in a mood for surprises? Well, you're gonna get a HUGE one now.....

Endeavour will find out about the obsession his youngest son and his girlfriend have for you and he's gonna actually ENCOURAGE IT, believe it or not (ENDATRASHHHHH I'm coming for ya) and GET THIS!!!: HE'S gonna be the one who's going to make sure you have everything you want and he'll install high tech level security systems around the place you guys are at

Momo will worship TF outta you. She dresses you up in all sorts of fancy clothing, makes you eat overly rich food till you're gonna be BEGGING her to stop but she insists on treating you like royalty. Every touch is gonna feel like paradise and heaven for her. And she just wants to take good care of her darling little angel, and provide you with comfort and the BEST of the BEST!

Shoto's intentions towards you can be a bit....unpredictable. Momo might be a gullible yandere, ask for something, you get it. Shoto on the other tends to keep a close eye on you, suspicious whether you would be upto something and always makes sure to see what you're doing. His calculating look analyzes your every move before you can even act upon them

When it comes to punishments, Shoto ain't gonna take it easy on you. He wants to freeze and burn you mildly of course as a reminder that you belong ONLY to THEM and no one else but Momo will intervene and stop him and calm him down. At the very least, your punishment might be having your favorite things taken away from you but they just can't hurt you at all. They DON'T WANT to. Momo will NEVER EVER let Todoroki lay a hand on you and treat you wrong though it might take a while to gain back both of their trust

Aftercare with them is like paradise. They'll smother you with lots of love and treat you like a newfound puppy and take care of you like you're glass

When it comes to dealing with rivals and other enemies who want to steal you away from them , your 'protectors', they are a SOLID 100000000/10 and that people is a FACT! Seriously, whoever tries anything with you is just BEGGING them for a death wish and since they're pro heroes, they're gonna make their death look like some sort of accident after they're done torturing them. Lol, they make Sangwoo and Hitler look like Barney the Dinosaur when it comes to murder

They're manipulative, controlling and possessive of you. Will constantly bicker as to where to take you out on dates after you finally develop Stockholm Syndrome

Favorite thing: How genuine he is. He's very straightforward about what he thinks and wants, which leads to a lot of comedic or heartfelt moments! He's trying his best 🥺❤️

Favorite line: I have to choose?! I love the secret love child line but it's already overused lol, so here's a different fav of mine:

And then he goes on to offer Izuku his noodles and wasabi and stuff to make him feel better. My HEART 😭❤️ (this scene makes me tear up every time)

brOTP (fav platonic relationship): hmmm it was hard to choose between TodoDeku and TodoBaku, but I think I'm going to have to go with TodoDeku. Their friendship is just so very precious!!

OTP (fav ship): TodoMomo!! (note: this is my OTP for Todoroki, but not for Momo. My OTP for Momo is BakuMomo, but that's a story for another post 😅) They work so well together, and I think they balance each other out. Momo is insecure sometimes, but Shouto brings out the best in her, and together they're a formidable team.

nOTP (ship that I cannot stand): I don't really have a Shouto ship that I am strongly against, actually (note: obviously, I hate all pro-ships with Shouto.)

Random headcanon: After spending so much time with Izuku and seeing his Hero Analysis books, Shouto ends up keeping his own book with all his conspiracy theories. There are a LOT of secret love children from pro heroes out there, and he's gonna find them all!

BNHA Fic Recs: Family/Friendship Feels

The Todoroki siblings all come together for Christmas for the first time in years when they hear that Endeavor will be out of town during the break. Very painful, but also the most realistic depiction of estranged siblings that clearly love each other, but don't know how to act around each other. Fantastically written, and it's told from Natsuo's perspective, which is a refreshing take on this genre of Todoroki family recovery fics.

Touya and Fuyumi are twins and get body-swapped and learn about the lives they've developed since being separated and grow closer as a result. Fucking hysterical, great characterization of Fuyumi specifically, and surprisingly sweet and sad when it wants to be.

journey to the past by aloneintherain

When Izuku's classmates are pro heroes, they time travel back to when Izuku was little and save him from villain attacks repeatedly over the course of his life. This is heartbreakingly sweet. It shows all of Izuku's baggage and loneliness while simultaneously giving us the best friend bonding that is Pro Hero Class A playing with baby Deku. It's like getting an ice cream after getting decked in the nose.

Confusion by bortzy

Todoroki and Kirishima bonding over being gay. That's kind of it, but it's cute. I like Kirishima and Todoroki being friends. It's just uncomplicated friend stuff.

Movin' Out by momojirounation

Todoroki and Yaoyorozu not knowing how to function so they ask their partners for help. Very cute and funny, I love platonic Todomomo, and also they're both autistic, which is just--yes.

Izuku has chronic pain on account of being the human embodiment of poor impulse control, so Dadzawa steps in and helps him deal with it. It's just nice. It's just nice seeing people treating Izuku well. It's vicarious catharsis.

If We're Being Honest by thequeenofwhump

Class 1A is hit with a truth quirk that causes them to spout "fucking word vomit" for almost a month, and because no one can lie, all the couples get together in, like, the first chapter, and it's great. It's hilarious, especially the internal narration of the characters, and there's a lot of really good friendship moments between everyone involved, and I do mean everyone. It's not just the usual angst-ridden characters like Todoroki and Bakugou. I have a whole review typed up for this bad boy, but I'd say it's worth a read.

Imperceptible by lunarecrypt

A Hagakure-centric fic was something I did not know I needed, but now I'm glad I have it. Hagakure needs stealth advice from Todoroki, and she finds out the barest bones of his backstory and why he is the way he is. I always love fics about less popular characters, and I especially love them when they're told from the perspective of an underappreciated character. I really like Hagakure, and I wish there was more available content about her.

Terrible Twos by PotterheadAvengerDemigod

Midoriya is hit with a Quirk that de-ages him back to when he's four years old, and since Bakugou is the only person he knows and remembers, Bakugou has to babysit him. Tooth-rottingly adorable and features Bakugou struggling not to swear in the presence of innocent baby Deku, lest his friends hit him over the head with a rolled up newspaper. It's great, fucking love it.

Kirishima gets sick of Midoriya and Todoroki's pining, so he decides to flirt with Todoroki in an attempt to not-so-subtly force Midoriya to confess by taking advantage of Midoriya's competitive streak. The characterization is really solid and features teenagers being teenagers, with all the hell that is high school put on full display. I just love it when class 1A is depicted as just the most Gen Z kids to ever exist. This fic is almost literally every conversation I've overheard or been apart of in homework group study sessions. It's great.

(Honestly, just go read everything by this author).

bff (brother friend forever) by carolinaa

A collection of snapshots showing Iida and Uraraka's friendship, where they're really just bratty siblings that love each other just so much. As always with this author, great writing style, fantastic characterization, and hit me in the fucking feels.

(Seriously. Read everything by this author. Especially if you want good Erasermic and Todo-family fics).

TODOMOMO MOMENTS

MANGA

027: Todoroki choosing Momo for his team, or Momo choosing Todoroki´s team

029: Todoroki asking Momo to prepare the defense for the cavalry fight

045: Momo compliments Todoroki for the good grades, looking unsure of herself

060: Todoroki confused when he hears Momo being unsure about the practical exam.

060-063: Aizawa pairs Momo and Todoroki together as he feels she is unsure of herself and she compares herself to Todoroki. She follows Todoroki´s lead, which ends up with Todoroki getting captured by Aizawa. She has doubted herself up till this moment, but when Todoroki finds out that she had a plan all along, he realizes that he had taken the lead when she had been perfectly capable to.

063: Todoroki tells Momo he voted for her and he has trust in her plan, because he trusts her

063-064: Momo enacts her plan, Todoroki follows it. They ultimately win and Momo´s confidence is restored, Todoroki thanks her.

085: Momo decides to follow Todoroki and Kirishima´ plan to save Bakugou, but she tells them she is taking a similar role to Iida, to check on them

085: Todoroki confused about why Momo would want to buy costumes when she could make them with her quirk, and he seems doubtful about her explanation

091: They enact their part of the plan together, at Kamino and run from the scene

099: Momo calls Todoroki the class´ most capable student

114: Momo and Deku are sad that Todoroki did not pass the license exam

188: Momo acts supportive and worried when Endeavor is fighting the Nomu and Todoroki is watching the fight

198: Todoroki seems to think Momo already has a plan against Kendo

200: Todoroki explains that Momo´s specialty is rising to the challenge

201: After Momo´s defeat, Todoroki says that he really hopes she doesn´t lose heart over the fight

298: Kirishima, Mina and Momo are at Todoroki´s bed when he wakes up after the war. This is the first time we see Momo after finding out about Todoroki´s childhood.

Todoroki and Bakugou are bickering. Momo reminds them that if they don´t take the training properly, then what kind of class is that supposed to be. Todoroki is surprised

OVA03: Make It! Do-or-Die Survival Training

When the class is divided in two teams, Momo announces that she looks forward to working with Todoroki and Tokoyami

Todoroki wonders who could have had the plan to switch on the lights again. Someone surely had told Kaminari to do that- he says that the only people who can do that are Deku, Momo or Bakugou

ANIME EXTRAS AND FILLER

The anime (license exam) adds a scene where Momo wonders what Todoroki or Iida or Deku would do

In season 5, Momo is among the students who congratulate Bakugou and specifically Todoroki for getting his license exam

MOVIES

Movie 1: Two Heroes

During the hostage crisis, when Momo agrees with Iida about running/hiding, Todoroki reminds their friends that they are also trying to be pros and they should act like heroes. Momo replies that it is complicated

Todoroki sends Iida, Momo and Deku to the top of the tower with his quirk, while he stays to face the villains. Momo calls for him

Two Heroes - extra chapter (translated here)

Momo is eating as much as she can at the barbecue, and Todoroki is surprised she is that hungry

NOVELS

Novel 03

Ch2: Todoroki has some difficulties with one of Hatsume's babies. He thinks what would Iida would do, and then he thinks what would Momo do as she can keep a level head and come up with good plans

Ch3: Todoroki brings a game that he had in his room and Momo comments that she never expected him to have such a thing

Novel 06

Ch2: A girl from another class gives Class1a's girls chocolate for a mysterious "Prince Charming of Class 1A". They have no idea who that is. Hagakure suggests Todoroki and Momo says that it is a strong possibility.

Ch2: It's implied that Momo was the one to explain to Todoroki what San Valentine was and that it was a festivity dedicated to giving chocolate to your friends. When Todoroki gives some chocolate to Deku and Iida, Momo and the others find it very endearing.

DRAMA CD season 1

Volume 3

Momo and Todoroki go to a festival together, alongside with uraraka and Invisible Girl. Todoroki asks Momo to go with him, and Momo seems surprised.

Momo asks Todoroki if he likes the festival, as he seems annoyed, and he replies in a neutral way. He says that he decided to come just because he has never been before, as this is something families do. Momo seems happy, and Shouto decides to go home

Before he leaves the fireworks start and they stay to watch them a bit. Momo says that maybe she is not family, but she is a friend of Todoroki, just like the rest of Class 1A.

DRAMA CD season 3

Volume 3

(During Kamino) Momo suggests to go in the Don Quihote department store to find clothes, and Shouto comments that she is a little bit too excited about this. She says that a department store is like playing a game while shopping and Todoroki comments "That sounds annoying".

Momo wants to see the next floors and Todoroki seems hesitant and annoyed. He is not sure Iida and Momo's choice of clothes is okay, so he decides to ask Kirishima what the latest trends are

Momo and Iida are excitedly yelling about how happy they are in the store because eveything is so cheap. Todoroki reminds them that they are there to save Bakugou

you and fuyumi both met when you were doing hero work and she was dropping off lunch for her younger brother, shouto todoroki.

you and shouto both worked at the same hero agency, sometimes working together on missions and making small talk by discussing your lives outside of being a pro-hero.

as soon as you saw fuyumi for the first time, you could almost have called it ‘love at first sight’

fuyumi has a completely different personality to shouto, which shocked you a bit, but as soon as she introduced herself to you, you could see the resemblance between them, mostly their hair colour.

you and fuyumi exchanged numbers as her excuse was that she wanted to meet more of shouto’s coworkers but she really just wanted your number in her phone.

you both texted each other at least everyday whenever you were on break of your hero work duty.

you were surprised to say the least when she asked you on a date with her a few months later, but you couldn’t deny that you liked her also.

your first date included a picnic date, where she had cooked everything herself, all inclusive to your food choices and hers combined.

you both continued to go on dates for a while, you both trying your hardest to work around your busy schedule, until she asked you out.

you said yes (i mean why would you say no) and you both ended up dating.

the first few stages of your dating life included her visiting you at work to give you lunch (bc her excuse was that you and shouto were both working at the same place so she might aswell give you lunch aswell when she really just wanted to see you)

and also late night video calls for the times when you had to go to another country for work, she missed you a lot when you were away but loved the fact that she was able to fall asleep to your voice

around a year after you both dating, she wanted you to meet endeavour, honestly you had heard so many negative things from shouto about endeavour that you didn’t know how to feel about the guy

you had also seen endeavour a few times as he stormed into the agency to ‘check up on’ shouto (this included him being kicked out at least every time)

but you tried to contain a positive mindset as you were happy in your relationship with fuyumi so you agreed to the dinner she set in place with her family and now you.

you met natsuo first who you would say was the one who helped to calm your nerves the most, but it still didn’t help when you had come face-to-face with him

fuyumi introduced you to endeavour and after the series of questions that he asks about your ‘plans’ with fuyumi for the future, he approved of you

you were pretty happy to have had endeavour’s approval and most of the negative things you have heard from shouto disappeared, but shouto’s glare on endeavour stayed for the rest of the evening

you both moved in with each other a few months later to make everything easier (where fuyumi really just wanted to see you more)
