Have we reached the end of the #oil war?

There was a time when the seven oil sisters ruled the world, but where were the seven oil sisters who later became the eight oil sisters? If you google it, you can see a big difference between the old seven sisters companies and today’s Seven sisters. These new companies are just traders and suppliers, not Kings of oil!

From the beginning of the industrial revolution increasing need for oil, the West was always trying to control the #energy market as identically as they took over the #financial and #monetarypolicy of the world.

The oil sisters were mainly American and British. To have enough oil to power his naval fleet, #churchill did almost everything to have a sufficient share of #persian oil.

But simultaneously, when oil countries were trying to reduce the share of oil in their economy, the West made all its efforts to reduce dependence on #middleeast oil.

In the past, the mediation of the government and the oil companies led to the president’s action.

Today, the Arab Six-Day War, the closing of the #suezcanal , or even Iraq’s attack on #kuwait no longer worry America and England as before. The oil companies are no longer the undisputed rulers in the internal politics of these countries, as in the past.

Now the United States has #shale oil in its hands, and the northern oil reserves are enough for England. Oil independence may be one of the reasons for #brexit , to isolate Europe in need of energy even more.

The few countries that extract oil in Europe live a #socialist life, showing the West’s absolute control over their oil revenues. Perhaps they are happy that their investments in western banks are converted into #bonds and receive annual #interest .

Today, America and England have complete superiority over the world. They are changing the political and economic balance of the world more and more.

England, which returned Hong Kong to #china , built a new Hong Kong named #dubai to provide the same services they expected from a business hub.

The United States has had a military presence in the region for many years, paying the cost of training and equipping forces and #maneuvers from the pockets of the Sheikhs.

In the meantime, by starting a war in #ukraine , Putin promoted the West’s policies.

The war between Russia and Ukraine raised the energy price for #europe so that the cost of extracting gas from shale oil is now #affordable for the #unitedstates .

I kinda regret not becoming a dream/dteam stan sooner,, like I knew who dream was since that pewdiepie seed thing in 2019 and I watched his earliest videos but then I lowkey forgot about him (mainly because I was extremely hyperfixated on bts). I officially joined the fandom and actively started liking him again on the day of the face reveal because I thought he was super cute lmao,, BUT yeah I feel like the fandom was much more alive and fun back in like 2020 and I'm so sad I never got to experience that feeling and there's SO much hate and I feel like a lot of people are dropping dteam and and UGGGH (sorry I had to dump my thoughts somewhere)
