Benjimen "Ben" Tennison, one of the ones that I actually have a fair amount of head cannons for.

Not Mogai stiff: Autistic/ ADHD, generally uses his ego as a defense mechanism, actually has a hard time knowing what he did to fuck up and needs things fully spelled out for him (my au version of him is toned down/ leans more to AF and not UA's regression, and gives him way worse mental health issues that I won't get into here since AU vs headcannons)

Mogai: Demi-boi/ Gender fluid, is other kin (OV universe he is kinned with Feedback, hence using his form so often, my current AU is just Alien kin with his closest kin being XLR8 due to being able to function better with that body. But is bonded with all the types of aliens and aliens in general shifting his form as a shape changer)

They are also bisexual/ romantic

im back from my 2 day absence and to say sorry heres some mlp headcanons

rarity and applejack are asexual lovers (thank you @ethaaan22 for this) and rarity watches while applejack bucks her apples and she swoons over applejacks ability and strength (applejack carries her home when she’s sad)

trixie and starlight glimmer are sapphic HEAVY ROMANTIC asexual lovers and trixie preforms tricks for starlight and starlight watches in awe and claps for her

pinkie pie has a crush on applejack but the feelings are not reciprocated but she’s still happy for them so she still throws parties for their anniversaries and she’s also omniromantic asexual

twilight is biromantic asexual and is happily single but admires the beauty of other ponies

shining armor straight but accepts his sister and loves her with all his heart

fluttershy is tfem and aroace, she doesnt really like anybody that way and prefers spending time with her critter friends instead.

rainbow dash is a tmasc gay and educates others on things like therianthropy and otherhearted people because xe ximself is an otherhearted person and his otherheartype is a german shepherd and a red fox, cause dash is loyal and playful and experiences those behaviours in a way different from therianthropy. xe also has a cat copinglink and use he/xe/dash pronouns

i didnt really get into rarity and applejack headcanons so

rarity lesbian asexual, makes dresses for applejack

applejack is also a lesbian asexual who makes pies and apple relates sweets for rarity to eat while she works and she also helps rarity by modeling her dresses for her

I just realized I don't have an intro post

Hello!

You can call me Falcon or Ren! I'm dragonkin, harpykin, werewolfkin, rendogkin, and blood elfkin (from Warcraft.) I'm also dinohearted and possibly indominus rex-hearted (if that's the term?)

I use mirror pronouns as well as scale/scaleself, feather/featherself, and fel/felself. Most of my neopronouns tend to relate to my kintypes or hearttypes.

I am a minor! I don't mind interacting or talking with people older than me but please keep that in mind.

My ask box is always open! I love talking about alterhumanity as well as alterhuman headcanons for anything I'm interested in! If we happen to share an interest I'd love to talk about it!

I mostly reblog otherkin and otherhearted posts here but there might be the occasional reblog of one of my hyperfixations and special interests, though I keep those mostly to my main (with the exception of something that involves one of my kintypes)

I have a blog that's for general writing, mostly stuff like fanfic (@shatteredblueflame) however I tend not to talk a whole lot about alterhuman stuff there besides the occasional mention in tags which I also tend to reblog from there to here with the same tags.

hi, i crave your wisdom and advice- is it ok if my copinglink is like. really different from the source character? for example, in the canon if it i should be a full human without immunity(zombie apocalypse stuff), but to me im winged/not human (sometimes?! it's really weird I'm still figuring it out) and immune and also like. trans and stuff and other identities. is it ok if im that different from canon??

and also is it ok to be a character but different versions?? for example im sorta vibin with canon character and a version from a fic i really got connected to. is this ok? (if any terminology im using is wrong please let me know, im learning and i dont want to get things wrong and stuff haha /gen)

Both these things are valid and normal!

Differing from the source can happen with any alterhuman identity (alterhuman being an umbrella term for all kinds of "other than normal human" identity types: otherlink, otherhearted, otherkin, plural, etc). Conforming 100% to canon is actually pretty limiting when you think about it. Depending on your linktype you might be lucky and it's a very fleshed out character with a lot of canon content for it, but what if it's an obscure side character? If you want to stick to canon in the obscure case, there's not much you can use without adding to it yourself, expanding the canon with headcanon. Now, headcanon can allign with canon instead of contradicting it, but there's no reason not to contradict it/change things if that's what better vibes with you! Linking is about taking on an identity that benefits you in some way and feels comfortable, and if you feel more comfortable with an AU version of a character than the canon version, then hell yeah AU we go. I have a couple of links that vary from canon. Tl,dr: Perfectly valid!

Yes absolutely that's okay, you can be more than one version of a character! And linking from fics is normal too ^u^ The only thing to watch out for is that if you talk to the author to be considerate that not everyone is familiar with otherlinking and some artists might be uncomfortable hearing that you identify with/as their work. Doesn't mean you're not allowed to link it if they're uncomfortable per se - that's a bit of a tricky subject. If they find out you link their version of a character and they tell you they don't like that, you have the option of making an OC based of their fic instead. Or you link it quietly without them hearing about it again. That's smth you need to decide on based on how comfortable you are with knowing you're doing something the creator disapproves of. Tl,dr: Also super valid!

Hey, in response to Twilight Sparkle and the current ask game it's... a lil complicated?

In-character, I see myself and the other Vocaloids (and other vocal synths as well) as like AI? We all lived in this lil virtual computer world that's pretty close to the real world, but all of us were also coded to be distinct species beyond AI as well? For example, most of us (including myself) were programmed as humans, but there are a few exceptions! Let me list off everything I know off the top of my head, because it's interesting!

There's a lot of robots. For example, there's Piko, Miki, I think SeeU was one, and a few others?

The PowerFX Family are all some sort of monster. Sweet Ann and Big Al are Frankenstein's-monster type things, Oliver's a ghost, Hio's a vampire, I think Ruby was just a normal human who happened to be a witch, Aurum was a demon, and I forgot what Audine was, but I think she's like some sheep-person-creature thing?

I'm not exactly sure what Mizki (Vy1) and Yuuma (Vy2) are, but all I know is that they can turn into a paper fan and a kodachi sword respectively, like the things on their irl box art.

Everything that's considered "canon" is still there too, I think. Lapis and Merli are faeries, Tianyi's an angel, Lumi's a jellyfish-goddess thing, Hime and Mikoto are "plum blossom spirits" (whatever that means idk), Avanna's an elf, and so on and so forth.

Sorry for the long list! I really really really like sharing stuff about my in-character world!!! (I guess that's what I'm gonna call it for now because I'm still not sure if for a hearttype it would be my canon or just headcanons or what lmao)
