Affection: How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?

Klaus wants to have you in his arms 100% of the time. Kisses to your forehead or the top of your head are constant and he always verbalises how much he adores you. He loves you and is not afraid to tell you constantly. Sometimes his affection gets too much, he just never wants to let you go and he gets upset/annoyed when you try to pull away.

Blood: How messy are they willing to get?

Klaus will slaughter any being on the planet for his love. Heads missing and hearts torn. He will take someone disrespecting you and definitely not harming you. Siblings will be daggered if they dare to lay a hand on you. Nobody gets too close or hands are missing.

Cruelty: How would he treat you once abducted?

Klaus just wants you to love him back. If you struggle too much he’s going to get angry. He will be locking you up, possibly leaving you without food and other necessities. He doesn’t take your disrespect lightly and his mood swings don’t help. He can say nasty things and threaten your family/friends.

Darling: Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling’s will?

He may force you into a hug, often after hysterically screaming and crying at him he will just lock you in his hold no matter how much you kick and punch until eventually you collapse threw exhaustion and have to seek comfort in him.

He will also force feed you if you refuse to eat.

He will not ever force any kind of sexual activity on you. Over his many years of life he has never needed to force somebody into sex and he will not stoop that low. He respects that you don’t feel comfortable enough with him yet and will wait but still persuade.

Exposed: How much of his heart does he bare? How vulnerable is he?

Well if you’re abducted and held in his house without access to the outside world he may aswell be open with you. Besides you’re there because he loves you and you should both be reliant on eachother yes? He is happy to share his feelings and offer you his heart.

Fight: How would he feel if you fought back?

He gets pissed off, he doesn’t understand why you can’t see that he is trying to protect you. Why don’t you get it? He is doing everything for you, he feeds you, clothes you, cares for you, what could you possibly not want?

Game: Is this a game to him? How much would they enjoy watching you try to escape?

Sometimes depending on his mood he’ll allow you to try and escape. Let you make it all the way to the front door before he grabs you, a reminder that no matter how hard you try, he will always hold the power.

Hell: What would be your worst experience with him?

You had managed to get out of the room, you had begged a hybrid to help you and he did, he took your hand and began leading you out. Klaus caught you, tore the hybrid apart in front of you and screamed at you for daring to touch another man. He made you clean up the mans blood before dragging you back to the room and shoving you into the shower. Your clothes were still on but covered in the hybrids blood, your hands shaking and tears streaming while Klaus began stripping you down. He scrubbed at your skin, your arms red raw from how harsh he washed at them because he had saw another make being link his arm with yours.

Ideals: What kind of future does he have in mind for/with you?

He wants to keep you locked away forever, to be his little secret. He likes the idea of being a family with you, the thought of you being pregnant with his child was unexplainable, he just loved it.

He wants you to love him back and to be happy and accepting of your position.

Jealousy: Does he get jealous? Does he lash out or find a way to cope?

Uhm… yeah he definitely lashes out. Objects are thrown and smashed, threats are aimed. Blood is spilled. And then at the end of the day he has you covered in his marks and wrapped in his arms, his nose in your neck to breath in your scent.

Kisses: How often does he kiss you? What are they like?

One minute he’s soft and gentle, small kisses pressed all over your face, hands, arms, shoulders, anywhere.

Others it’s more passionate as he slowly explores your mouth, his hands in your hair and a small moan leaving his lips

And the theres the possessive side which is always hungry for more and aggressively holds you in place while his tongue is down your throat.

Love letters: How would he go about courting or approaching you?

Flowers, jewellery, love notes, paintings, poems, anything to get your attention. Money is thrown at you and affection is poured down you. He tries to be his sweetest and get you believe he’s kind and loving.

Mask: Are his true colors drastically different from the way he acts around everyone else?

Sometimes yeah. He can be sensitive and soft, gentle touches and declarations of love. Kisses and cuddles, sentimental gifts and dates arranged.

And then he’s jealous and on a rampage. You’ve hurt his feeling so you’re cowering in the corner while he expresses how much he hates you (even though it’s painfully obvious he’s lying)

Naughty: How would he punish you?

As much as you want him to leave you alone, once he actually does you find yourself feeling as though you’re crazy. Having nobody to talk to for days while locked in a room with mo windows and nothing to do as he’s taken away your books and your pens. Having little to no food and the bathroom door locked leaves you begging for him to come back. He need’s you to understand that you need him to survive.

Oppression: How many rights would he take away from you?

Can’t see friends or family ever. Don’t leave w room. Limitations on food and water if you’ve tried to escape. Having to ask to use the bathroom because last time you were in there you tried to use the razor to to stab him.

At least he always has the heating system or air-con system in place. He doesn’t want you ill or in pain and he doesn’t want to find you freezing to death or passed out from the heat. And he would never make you sleep on the floor, he always makes sure your bedding is clean and mattress is comfortable enough.

Patience: How patient is he with you?

Varies each day. Gotta depend on what he’s been doing that day, who’s already pissed him off.

Sometimes he’s trying his best to be understanding and to listen to what you have to say, he tries to answer any questions you have and try to make some compromises to make you happier

But sometimes he will just storm out in frustration

Quit: If you were to die, leave, or successfully escape, would he ever be able to move on?

He’d have witches left right and centre, trying to bring you back to life of find you from where you are. He kills anyone who cant find a way and falls into a spiral of depression

Regret: Would he ever feel guilty about abducting you? Would he ever let you go?

He does feel guilty, especially when he sees you trying really hard to be accepting and willing to his advances and the situation you are in. When he looks down to see you curled into his chest asleep with a smudge of paint from where he gave you a art lesson earlier, makes him wish he never kidnapped you and just developed a normal relationship with you.

But he could never let you go, perhaps you’d get more freedom or accessibility but he can never fully let you go.

Stigma: What brought about this side of him (childhood, curiosity, etc)?

I mean his childhood was kinda shit no? His ‘father’ literally hunted him for a millennia. The paranoia, abandonment issues and trust issues just don’t do well for him. This is the only way he can feel sure and safe in a relationship fully.

Tears: How does he feel about seeing you scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

He would begin to feel guilty, his heart would hurt and he would want to comfort you. If you accept his comfort then he is kind and will hold you gently in his arms trying to make you feel better, he’ll give you anything he can and bring you snacks and gifts

If you push him away and continue to yell at him he’ll feel the need to hell back and become defensive.

Unique: Would he do anything different from the classic yandere?

Sometimes-like on special occasions-he’ll put a blind fold on you and take you somewhere outside, normally to a meadow out and away from everywhere else but still, outside. And he’ll walk you around to see the things you missed. But you must always be blindfolded so that you don’t see the way to the front door.

Vice: What weakness can exploit in order to escape?

Acting as though you are grateful and in love with him, tricking him with his own feelings so that you can make a run for it.

Wit’s end: Would he ever hurt their you?

Not intentionally. He may accidentally throw something a little too close to you, the shards bouncing off of the walls and cutting into your skin but he stops immediately after, apologising and feeding you his blood, making sure you aren’t bleeding or in pain. Once he grabbed you far too tight to keep you still, he nearly threw up seeing the dark bruises he had caused on your arms while tears slipped down your face.

Xoanon: How much would he revere or worship you? To what length would he go to win you over?

He will push to the ends of the earth to have you love him, to have you willingly give yourself to him and not push him away. He would give his heart and soul.

Yearn: How long does he pine after you before he snaps?

Klaus isn’t particularly patient. He tried his very best, he really did. He managed to keep up his courting for months but he just couldn’t handle it anymore when he saw another mans hand on you and he knew the only way to have you, keep you safe and protected was to have you under his roof, under his watch and at arms length all the time.

Zenith: Would he ever break you?

There is a possibility that eventually you won’t be able to take it anymore, tears never stopping as you attempt to stop the pain. He has to coax you to put away the weapon, not to harm yourself or him. He’s gentle and tries his hardest to bring you back to a better place, his guilt eating at him seeing the life draining from your eyes

“I just wanted you to love me, I didn’t want this for you, for us. Please understand, i want you safe, unharmed. We can still be together, I’ll take you somewhere else okay? New house in a new place? Please sweetheart, just calm down okay?”

Metropolis Atlanta Backstory: Jon + Martha Kent

Titling this Metropolis even though it takes place in Smallville which in this AU is in Mississippi, tagging things is hard.

Warnings: Child Abuse, referenced racism and bullying, ableism, mental health issues, systemic injustice, PTSD, mouth injury, sexual harassment, referenced homophobia and antisemitism

Jon’s father was in the military and definitely brought it home with him. When Jon got in trouble he was made to walk laps around the yard in the cold without getting dinner or do push ups or plow the field and tend to the animals all by himself. He generally got punished with exercise or manual labour, a lot of the time losing dinner “privileges” as well.

The house was constantly tense because Jon’s father’s anger was an unstoppable force and Jon’s will was an immovable object. Jon’s mother was quiet and never stepped in because she felt, or rather was taught to feel, that it wasn’t her place.

Jon started getting into trouble on purpose, getting arrested in public because everyone knew who his father was and it mad his father livid to be embarrassed like that, everyone knowing that he couldn’t control his son, everyone knowing he was unable to break a child.

Martha’s family was split up by social services when she was four. She had an older brother and a younger sister who she was never able to track down again. They were taken away because their mom’s job didn’t pay enough and she couldn’t feed them properly, she wasn’t abusive at all, she was just poor. Being in the foster care system and enduring the trauma of being separated in the first place caused Martha to develop a lot of “behavioural problems” which were really PTSD and anxiety.

Jon and Martha ended up at the same military school when they were 13 and 12. It was a few months before they even met. Jon during this time was occasionally flirting around with two other boys in his dorms. He’s under the impression that every man has at least a little attraction to other men and neither Clark or Martha has corrected him on this. Jon not being quite straight definitely made things easier when Clark came out.

Jon was prone to getting into fights and he got into one over Martha. Being a dark skinned Black girl made bullying bad enough but she also has vitiligo in her hands which earned some addition teasing. Jon was taking on a guy that pulled on Martha’s hair a lot, they weren’t particularly close then but he had a habit of finding excuses to punch someone, Jon won but he got one of his molars knocked out in the process. Jon gave it to Martha and she thought it was gross so she snuck it into his room, he thought that was rude so he snuck it back into her pocket and they kept sneaking it to eachother until they graduated.

Jon wrapped the old tooth in wire and made a ring out of it, he didn’t expect Martha to actually wear it, it was more about the thought. He proposed when they were 19 and 18. They eloped and moved to Jackson Mississippi for a while, which is only a few hours from Smallville but in comparison it felt like another world. Jon meant to get a real ring eventually but nothing would ever be as special as that tooth so he never got around to it and Martha doesn’t mind.

Martha is a very talented singer, especially at yodeling. She was pursuing a country music career for a while. She did make a record with about a dozen copies that are still on people’s shelves or now around thrift shops in Smallville, and of course Clark has one.

Jon was still getting in a lot of fights around this time, being bruised and tasting blood was just familiar at this point, almost comforting. He’d adopted an attitude that you had to hit others before they hit you, that was the only way he knew how to solve problems with anyone who wasn’t Martha. He didn’t want children for that reason because he didn’t want that anger around a kid. His parents died around this time and he inherited the house but he didn’t go back to Smallville.

Martha had nightmares about having kids and them being taken away, those stopped after Jon got a vasectomy. Martha was going to get her tubes tied but Jon insisted that she was busy with her singing and he had more time to recover from surgery than she did, though he worked a factory job at this time and definitely did not have more free time than Martha. Both of them liked kids and did in a way want them. During the “traditional” time where couples have children they both felt they were not mentally in a place where they could give a child what they needed so they made peace with it and moved on.

Martha was meeting with the representative of a record label and he got handsy with her. She decided she didn’t want to pursue music anymore in that moment. After she told Jon about it he went to the guy’s house and beat him into a coma that lasted for a few days. Martha told him, though she appreciated how he always wanted to defend her, she couldn’t stay around if he kept going like he was because he was either going to end up dead or in jail for killing someone else. They moved back to Smallville after that and Jon started thinking about his feelings instead of hitting things about them.

Jon mostly made money selling stuff he grew on the farm, or animals/animal products like milk and wool, or stuff he made since he’s good at woodworking. Martha still sings at county fairs and such, she sews Halloween costumes for a lot of the neighbourhood kids. Despite not having a child enrolled for many years she did a lot of costuming for the school plays. They were happier than either of them expected to be, especially since they got a lot of flack when they were young about not having kids, they didn’t regret their choices despite people’s warnings.

Around their 50s they found Clark and things got happier but complicated. Martha’s nightmares about having a child ripped away from her started again. Especially when Clark’s powers started manifesting. She was afraid the state would use the difficulties it caused at school as a way to take him from her.

When Clark went off to be Superman Martha lost days of sleep as now the nightmares weren’t just about him getting taken away but being killed. She obviously couldn’t tell everything but she started going to therapy about the intense anxiety she had and that helped a bit. She never told Clark how much him leaving affected her.

Jon had never been able to look up to or even get along with anyone that was stronger than him until Clark. He found it very ironic having to tell his son he couldn’t fight back when he got hit at school. There were quite a few days where Clark would come home dirty and with his clothes ripped but of course not a bruise on him. He got taken out for ice cream a lot and got extra presents at special occasions during these years to at least try and make up for it.

There was a rough patch in Clark’s relationship with Jon and Martha after he was told where he came from. He was very secretive when weird things started happening to him because Martha and Jon always talked about how good he was so he felt like he shouldn’t have any problems, especially problems like seeing people’s insides and hearing conversations from down the street.

If it was any other people they probably wouldn’t have held together but things settled eventually.

Both Jon and Martha believe there’s some kind of god but they don’t really follow any specific Christianity, especially after finding Clark and their understanding of the universe being flipped upside down. They went to church sometimes, more when Clark was younger, mostly because there’s people there they’ve known for years and years. They went less and less when some of the people there were passive aggressive about Clark dating Bruce. They stopped going completely after Martha shared she was learning how to make kosher meals for when Bruce visited and got some looks that made her feel she didn’t want to be around those people anymore.

They’re in their 70s now and still happy but definitely feel a lot of worry for Clark and Bruce and Lois. Martha calls Lois pretty often cause she knows Lois will tell on Clark if he isn’t taking care of himself.

Though Jon can come off stoic and antisocial, those close to him know he’s very much a “class clown” and he can be quite funny.

“Look I dont really know how to say this but, if I were you, I would be careful around Druig. Theres a very dark side to him, hun. I wouldn’t want you to end up like her” with every word he said, the more your head spun. “Why are you alluding to the fact that he had something to do with this Ikaris, what are you trying to tell me and stop with the riddles. Just tell me straight up” frustrated at him now, “ Y/n..Druig killed Makkari to be with you. They werent just friend, no, they were in love for thousands of years until he met you. Makkari was obviously pissed that he switched up on her like that, so they got into a nasty argument. He ended up loosing control, and melted her brain, killing her instantly” he explained, watching your body tense up at the shocking news. “No..thats not..no” not knowing what to say, “youre lying” putting your hands on his forearms, shaking him, “tell me youre lying” feeling a knot in your throat. “Im sorry, precious. Im so sorry, but you had to know” his arms bringing your unresponsive body closer to his, hand rubbing your back as your eyes watered. He pressed you more to him, loving the feel of your body on his.

“What the fuck are you doing” Druigs voice rang behind you, making you peel away from him immediately. Your eye lashes wet, tears starting to roll down, didn’t take long for him to put two and two together, “what did you say” he walked towards Ikaris, making you get in between him, “The truth..he told me the truth. How could you lie to me..I can’t believe you kil-” , “I DIDNT” he yelled,eyes now fixated on you. “Go to our room right now..quietly and done get out” he demanded, forcing you to do so, eyes golden. Unwillingly, your body carried you through the house and up to his room. You just stood there really digesting what Ikaris had said, almost not believing it but at the same time it all made sense. He never spoke about his ex and when you finally got him to talk he simply said that she disappeared.

“You’re pathetic Ikaris. She’ll never believe you. You just can’t stand the fact that she’s mine and not yours” Druig spat, holding himself back from ripping his head off. “I assure you she does believe me but this isn’t about me or you, it’s about her. She deserves to know what kind of animal she’s with, she’ll eventually learn that she’s better off with someone who can protect her, not threaten her existence. I won’t let you do that to her” his own eyes glowing, threatening him. Druig broke out into laughter, “poor Ikaris, always to the rescue. Someday that’ll get you killed..but you’ll know when that day is near.” he smirked before leaving him. Ikaris wasn’t scared of Druig, although he did fear what he could do to you.

Druigs heart was broken when he saw your crying form in bed, oh how he wished to see inside your mind but he at least owed you the decency of giving it some privacy. “Why would you lie to me about this..I can’t believe you killed someone because of me” sniffing as you caught your own tears, hunched down. “Y/n baby.. it wasn’t like that” his hands extending to grab your own but you pulled away, “no, don’t touch me” you whispered. “Please don’t be like this. What Ikaris said is true but that’s not the whole story princess.She threatened to hurt you love,I couldn’t let that happen. As soon as you felt them,you pulled away, standing up and stepping away from him. “Theres no excuse in the world to kill someone Druig, you of all people should know that. I have to go”. As you grabbed your bag, he came up to you and yanked it from your hand, throwing it across the room.

“Listen to me very carefully, you’re not leaving this fucking room until I explain everything to you. Go back to bed, I don’t want to have to make you” he threatened flashing his eyes gold. The audacity of this man, “Are you serious right now? I don’t want to be near you right now. I’m going home” trying to step to the side, he grabbed your arm and pulled you back onto the bed. “I don’t give a fuck, stay there and listen to me, or what do you want me to tie you down and force you too?” A smirk now tugging at his lips. Your mouth opened slightly, a little taken back at his choice of words. “Look Druig, you need to calm down. Itll be better if do..I need some time alone and I’m sure you do too.” Lowering your tone, hoping this would deescalate the situation. Druig smiled, as he crawled onto bed, suddenly taking your lips in his own, his hands bringing you closer to him, holding you tight as he deepened the kiss, “I don’t want to calm down, y/n..I want to be mad. pls elaborate on how fanart affects perceptions of characters I am Fascinated

Hello!! Yes, and before I begin, I want to make it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that I’m a hypocrite and I do everything I’m discussing below, but that doesn’t mean I can’t discuss it lmao

Fanart/fanfiction is one of the many ways people connect with characters and stories. I am a fan artist and fanfic writer. So of course the way people connect and relate to things differ from person to person. That’s the joy of it and I’m not exempt from drawing and writing ooc things — its part of the fun! Its one of the points of fanart. Also what is ooc differs from person to person based on their beautiful and unique perspective, which I also understand and part of what makes fancreations so great!!!!!

But to put jokes aside for a moment, if every character can, say, wear cat ears, intended character design becomes less about design and more about personal preference. What about the character becomes special if all the characters do and wear the same things? I think its part of why so many people mistake designs for other characters, because if everyone is hot, dresses funky, and is around the same age, then whats the point?

Visual character design and informational character design coexist, they are part of each other. They enhance eachtother, and feed off eachother. Podcast fanart is particularly awesome because you’re basically given a personality and their profession and you get to create a design based around it. I see incredible designs, comics, jokes and illustrations on the daily! I especially enjoy fan art that deals within the confines of what a character has been presented originally as the most. How your character looks usually conveys something about their personality/story. That’s the way visual information works, even if its fanart and people know who the character is already!

So what I mean, when I say Jon Sims wouldn’t wear cat ears to work, is that, no he 100% would not given his written disposition and where he works. So naturally, when you’re constantly seeing fanart of characters that is just indulgent depictions (again, i do this too) i think it begins to alter the narrative of a character and can either enhance OR take away some key charactersitics of what makes that character unique.

Cecil Palmer (wtnv) lives in a funky weird ass town that exists out of time itself, is immortal, and describes normal attire as furry pants and honeycomb hats. He’s got no lock on whats ‘normal reality’. He’s more likely to dress fucking whack. Cat ears? Canonically yeah, but also probably yeah.

Jon Sims (tma) made a career out of researching things that traumatized him as a child. Maybe he has a slouched posture from the way he leans over his desk to work. Maybe he wears punk band tees as undershirts as a small rebellion, because he never felt ready for his role as Head Archivist and all the formal attire it forces him into. Maybe he’s very thin because he overworks and smokes too much, etc. He’s tying to convey some type of respect in a position he doesn’t feel qualified for, i’d say he probably wouldn’t wear cat ears (Again we’re putting jokes aside for a moment here).

However, the joy of fanart is that I get to see AND draw Jon Sims in cat ears. I get introduced to ideas and designs for shows/characters I never would have thought of that fundamentally work and are so good and cherished by their creator! The downfall of fanart, is that i sometimes see so much of fanart that doesn’t capitalize on the unique and fascinating things briefly touched upon in the original content that build up the very idea of said character. And that feels like a loss and a disconnect to me!

I do think when you begin to alter a piece of work/ character so much to the point of the character not being recognizable, you should just make your own character! I think people shouldn’t engage with a piece of media JUST to make fanart/fanfic to the point where the original content is unrecognizable. Yes, work is let loose into the ether and however people decide to interact with it is up to them, but there IS something to be said about an intended purpose/story/character that the creator wanted you to hear and interact with. That’s SO important.

(I also think there is a problem, for SOME REASON, of people not reblogging other peoples Oc’s and original content, which is bad and needs to stop! If u wanna support artists, If you like the art, reblog it and like it! even if you don’t know what it is! support creators in all facets!! creators respond to that demand in this social capitalistic system we’re stuck in. So ofc fanart gets more likes, interaction, Etc. and sometimes Its Frustrating! This is a whole other post though lol)

Will I stop drawing Jon with cat ears? No, because it’s fun! Does fanart effect the way characters are perceived, both positively and negatively? Yes! Both of these conversations can and should exist, I think! Is this sprung from a post abt cat ears? yes! because life is a mystery.

so now, putting jokes back on the table, jon wouldn’t wear cat ears to his office job because he’s a coward.

contains - fluff, teeny bit of angst, just platonic because YEAH, fem!reader, implied strong reader, reader has mommy issues (definitely not projecting), reader had a friendship with akane and looked up to her like an older sister

you and hajime go way back since you were kids. you two met in an interesting way but not necessarily in a good one.

you were walking to the nearest park to get out of your crazy house because your mom kept screaming at you over the littlest thing again. you forgot to wash the dishes (you didn’t necessarily forget that’s for sure). you stopped once you saw a boy around your age getting beaten up by some older kids. his hand gripped tightly on what looked like a school bag and protected it like his life depended on it.

it didn’t matter anymore because you had just knocked out both of the bullies in no time without a thought— almost as if it was normal to you. when you looked at the boy, he had blood going down from his forehead to his cheek, heavily panting and on the verge of passing out. he’s not the fighting type, huh. luckily you had a towel wrapped around your neck since you had just gotten out of the shower when you walked out your house, you weren’t gonna spend much time at the park anyways

you kneeled down and wiped the dripping blood off his face and noticed a bigger figure running towards you both. it was.. a girl?

“hajime-kun! what happened here?!” she panicked as she checked your surroundings

“worse or not this is still definitely something! even i cant beat someone up, and i’m way older than you!” she chuckled

“well it’s not like you have the heart to do something like that, akane-san,” the boy comments

“hahah you’re right, you’re right. anyways we should get going now— the sun is gonna set very soon, and you should get home as well. is your house nearby? we can walk you if you’d like,”

even ‘til this day you still don’t know why you didn’t decline her offer. was it because she was nice? it didn’t matter anymore, because if you had declined, you wouldn’t get to meet such amazing people.

it’s been a few months after meeting hajime and akane, and you had also met akane’s younger brother who was your age— seishu! you four would often hang out, whether it was at the inui home or at hajime’s house. getting to know them was pretty fun, and very interesting because a certain someone had a crush on akane.

it was definitely not seishu because they’re siblings and that’s just weird, definitely not you because akane had reminded you of your older sister who was almost never in your life, so that only left one choice— hajime.

his crush on her was so painfully obvious that you couldn’t stand seeing him try to impress her every now and then. he even ditched his glasses and bought contacts just for her to compliment him! he’s whipped huh..

one day you decided to help him out a little with his crush. it was another day of your usual hang outs except this time it was at your local mall! akane’s birthday was coming up and you three had collectively agreed to take her to the mall and see if she would see anything she’d like. turns out she was eyeing some platforms with red on the bottoms, and you took notice.

seishu dragged her to go to the food court with him because he was “hungry” so you and hajime took the chance to buy the heels. you were both now at the cash register, waiting for the register person

“i don’t understand you,” you began

“i don’t understand why you like her so much. i mean— i get that’s she’s amazing and nice and pretty and all but.. there’s another reason why you like her. something must’ve happened for you to be so attached to her so what is it?” you meant no harm with this question whatsoever. you were simply curious and that’s all.

before he answered, he smiled to himself and looked back at you

“she’s the only one that makes me feel not under pressure all the time. she’s the one who constantly reminds me that i shouldn’t be so independent and that i should always ask for help.” as you took a breath in to reply, he stopped you

“before you say anything, i know. i know she doesn’t like me. i know she’s just being nice. but there’s nothing wrong with a one-sided crush right?” he grins

even though he was beaming with a smile in front of you, you knew. you knew this wasn’t how he truly felt. you knew that deep down he was hurt but it was understandable. after all, he was just a kid wasn’t he? you saw right through him.

it was a shame after what happened the next couple of weeks after that conversation. it all happened so fast and none of you were prepared for it. you weren’t prepared for the incident that had happened to akane. a few days before it occurred, koko proudly told you that he was planning to confess and you were way against it.

“huh?! but i need to get this off my chest, y/n! i don’t care if she rejects me or not!”

“haji, i have a bad feeling about this.. i’m serious. you know how i always get bad feelings and they turn out to be true!”

he groaned and scooted far from where he was originally sitting which was right next to you. you sigh and got up to sit down next to him and laid your head on his shoulder so he wouldn’t escape

“i just don’t want you to get your hopes up, that’s all.” deep down you knew the truth. akane wasn’t interested in boys one bit despite all the confessions she had received almost every week.

“fine. you have a point. but im still going with this,”

all you could do was do nothing but let him. oh how you wished you protested more, because in return all he got was a huge burden on his shoulders.

“please ma’am, just please tell me what room akane inui and seishu inui are in,” you shouted as tears were rolling down on your cheeks. “107, right down the hall and take a left ‘hon”

you bowed and quickly made your way into the room. as you burst the door open, your eyes immediately go on seishu who looked so sad to the point where he didn’t even bother to look up at you. you hug him with a feeling of relief flowing in your body, but soon that feeling was gone when you asked where akane was.

you stood outside the door, not knowing why your feet couldn’t move. what’s wrong, y/n? her voice rang your ears. go on, don’t worry i’ll be right here next to you and if you get scared, just hold my hand! right. that was the time you were at a “haunted” house together and you were scared to go in. why are you being reminded of this right now?

you gulped and slowly opened the doorknob and found a crying boy in front of you, hands grabbing on the sheets with his head on the edge of the bed. you couldn’t do anything. all you could do was sit next to him with your head resting on his shoulder while you were crying.

a few years after that, you both acted as if nothing had happened. not because you wanted to forget akane, but because you knew akane would’ve wanted you both to continue living on without her.

despite not dating, you two would always have couple tendencies like feeding food to eachother or hugging often but you’re just THAT close to the point you can probably kiss without feeling any romantic attraction whatsoever

you couldn’t hang out with him as much anymore because of all the gang related things he’s doing. to make it up to you, he knocks on your window late at night and sleeps over most of the time. you talk to him about the usual— have you been eating? you should get more rest. and so on.

you were the one who got him to start wearing eyeliner! at first he just looked at you with a confused face when you handed him it as his present, but then you explained that if he wants to go fully dedicated to the black dragons, the wings of the eyeliner would represent the wings of the dragon. he didn’t wear it at first, all he did was ruffle your hair and said he’d think about it— and he kept his word! so now he’s the iconic money-making genius that wears eyeliner.

after all that’s happened between you two, there isn’t a single awkward moment you share. you know those friends who bring up an adult related topic out of completely nowhere? you two were those friends.

“i was walking by an alley and i heard a girl getting fucked,” he says while chewing the piece of gum you handed to him

“..and??”

“i’ve never walked away so fast in my life.”

there are days where you’re sad but, of course, you don’t tell him. in fact you don’t need to tell him because he’ll know when you’re upset.

he doesn’t show it much, but he cares for you more than you think he does. overprotective and can’t help but show it at times, but don’t worry! he’s doing it because he loves you. remembers the littlest things you talk about and are interested in. he’s also constantly on the lookout so that you don’t get hurt or even worse.

when he’s the one who’s upset, you immediately know. he’s quieter than usual, zoning out a lot and just not paying attention to what you’re saying to him, almost like he’s in his own little world. before you initiate a conversation, you play with his hair so he’ll feel comfortable as a way for you to convince him to tell you what’s wrong.

even though it happened such a long time ago, he still thinks about her. you cant blame him, you do too! if you were to describe your best friend with one sentence, the first thing that would pop up in your head was weak little boy. not weak as in physically weak, but weak as in mentally weak. he can’t help but get emotional when it comes to her, which is understandable.

“it’s not your fault, hajime. she left you with no proper closure, and now you’re carrying guilt and burden on your shoulders. anyone would feel the same or even worse in your position.”

he didn’t respond but he doesn’t need to. all that matters to him is that you’re next to him, comforting him with your kind words like you always do. you both have some differences which caused a few arguments, but in the end you would still be best friends.

speaking of arguments, you argue either over the dumbest things ever or over serious topics. one time you got mad at him because he was beating you in a video game and his smug expression was not helping at all. you kicked him out of your house because you were just THAT frustrated. you felt guilty so you decided to walk to his house and apologize but stopped once you saw a certain figure trying to climb up to your window.

in the start of the serious argument, it was completely something different than what you were yelling at each other about now.

he showed up at your house with your favorite boba and snacks. you demanded him to put those down.

“hajime. food— no. MONEY cant keep me happy forever, and that also applies to you!”

“then what else am i supposed to do?!” his voice started getting weak. he was never the type to argue because he’d always get emotional.

“what am i other than a money-making genius? other than a wallet?”

“i cant do anything about my situation, y/n. nothing. because that’s all i am. just a stupid wallet for everyone to use.” he says about to walk away until you grab his sleeve to stop him.

“that’s not even true. you’re so much more than that, hajime. i’m sorry.. i’m so sorry.” you were crying into his chest and he couldn’t help but cry with you.

he spoils you 100%, no doubt. there was a point in life where you would always decline but you had just gotten so used to the offer that you got tired of fighting back. i mean, how could you? he was so willing and eager and most importantly HAPPY to do this for you.

hajime cant drive motorcycles and you constantly tease him about it, which he just responds to you by squeezing your cheeks together so you could shut up. the bad thing about this is that you guys always have to walk or go on a bus to the specific place you’re going to which is pretty tiring at times. although that doesn’t matter because what matters is that you both have each other.

back to the overprotective part.. you got called by this boy to meet him at the rooftop by the end of school and you already knew what was about to go down because of your shoujo manga reading sessions. the first thing you did was call hajime and he immediately got there to warn you about what you were gonna get yourself into.

“don’t you already have someone you like??”

“uh.. no?”

“i couldve sworn you liked that ‘tora dude..”

“keep your mouth shut!”

“…so you’re gonna reject him right?”

and you did! nicely, of course. hajime advised you should make come off as mean so he wouldn’t bother you again but you just ignored him and pretended like you didn’t hear anything.

being his best friend contains some ups and downs, but that’s the point of true friendships— it’ll never be perfect.

Yes I’m here to offer domestic dialucibarb. No I havnt gotten any further on the Young Dialuci au. What you gonna do?

This is just 1.9k of unapologetic soft idiots in love

•The three of them are like your typical old married couple, except with wings and horns and oh dear, they’re arguing over who has to get up to make more tea

•Barb and Lucifer lovingly bicker a LOT, much to Diavolo’s amusement. It will be over the most trivial things that neither of them really care about either, they just enjoy trying to one up eachother verbally. Lucifer once threatened to throw Barbatos out a window, absolutely not meaning it, but Barb taunted him, telling him he probably couldn’t even pick him up, he’s so skinny and all he ever does is paper work and there’s no way he’d ever hurt him, never mind have the physical strength required. Lucifer absolutely decides he’s going to take it personally and lunges, picking Barbatos clean off the floor, bridal style, triumphant smirk lighting up his face, only to immediately realise that Barb has wrapped his arms around his neck to make sure he doesn’t fall. They’re both immediately far too flustered to do anything after that, just staring at eachother in shock, remaining there for what feels like hours until Diavolo walks in and coos at them, taking hundreds of pictures whilst the pair get impossibly more red. The image ends up Diavolo’s Home Screen, and don’t be fooled, he treasures all images of his boyfriends, especially together, but this one, he thinks, will always be a favourite

•They’re all sappy in their own ways, but mostly Diavolo, he is shameless. He will talk about ‘his darling boyfriends’ at any given opportunity, and more. Whilst it’s rather sweet to see him so passionate and so happy in love, it gets rather inconvenient in meetings when everyone just wants to go home. The brothers are particularly upset by this as whilst the gossip about Lucifers love life was fun at first, they’re rather bored of hearing how cute Lucifer is he wakes up, and they’re still a little scared of what Barbatos might do if they end up hearing too much. And that’s not all, Dia loves tropey dates that he read about in books and imagined going on with the two of them before they got together, his favourite being picnics, which he adores. He and Barbatos will spend hours in the kitchen preparing a sweet lunch date for Lucifer (by which Barb does all the preparations and Diavolo provides ‘moral support’ in the form of kisses and trying to steal bits of food only to get caught everytime and punished with more kisses- needles to say this is not an effective punishment to persuade him to stop)

•Barbatos relaxes a lot more when he’s off the clock, even having gently bullied Diavolo into making HIM tea, even if it’s not as good, after all, he’s been working all day and he’s tired. When they first got together he always felt guilty asking anything of Diavolo, feeling that it was an imbalance to their dynamic, but he quickly comes to see that Diavolo loves the chance to try to do things for him, even if they aren’t nearly as efficient or well done. Diavolo just wants to look after his boys like they do him and this usually comes in the form of serving them cute biscuits he found and hid until that moment just to see them smile

•Lucifer gets stressed easily and puts up a near flawless front of professionalism and dedication to his work, however Barb has spent decades doing the same and is always the first to tell when Luci needs to take a break. Whilst Barb has strict ‘off the clock‘ hours, Lucifer has tried to bring paper work to bed multiple times, frustrating the other two to no end. Despite that, Lucifer has gotten a lot better at taking care of himself ever since he realised how happy it made his partners, and it’s not like he minds spending more time with them, infact subtly asking lucifer if he wants couch cuddles is the fastest way to get him to leave his work, the man is tired and desperately craves affection, not that he likes to admit it, but they all know

•Barbatos has a strange fondness for human conspiracy documentaries, and Diavolo is prone to believing an awful lot of them. Barb loves to tell Diavolo that they’re real, convincing him that ‘Yes all birds are spies darling, is that not common knowledge?‘ or ‘The human realm has underground lizard people, didn’t you know love? The do all of Earth’s admin work, someone has to‘ This leads to an awful lot of misunderstandings that usually Lucifer clears up. He pretends to be annoyed but when he walks into the front room to see his Barb lying on top of Diavolo, enthusiastically telling him that there’s aliens in Area 51 whilst Diavolo stares back, mouth open in shock, he doesn’t stop them, just presses a kiss to each of their foreheads and goes to make hot chocolates for everyone and brings blankets back with him, making a note of whatever it is that Dia is about to believe so that he can make sure that damage control can be done ahead of time. (He finds it cute when Diavolo tries to tell his brothers about it, Mammon falling hook line and sinker for each one. The others are more sceptical until Diavolo says that Barbatos told him, at which point they just end up confused, surely Barbatos wouldn’t lie to Lord Diavolo? (He would if it was funny))

•When Lucifer moved out, Levi sent him an old console under the guise that it was for Diavolo, who had expressed an interest in learning to play various games. Dia absolutely loves it, and lucifer really is very competitive.. the two of them can be found trying to distract the other whilst playing mariokart, resorting to pushing, biting and even a few instances of manifesting wings to try block the others view of the screen. As soon as one of them has as good as lost they’ll switch to just making the others game as hard as possible. There’s nothing raunchy about the wrestling match that breaks out as a result, Barb has decided it’s a good form of physical therapy for them both and just records them. He has a file of ‚blackmail‘ that they all know he will never use, it’s mostly just a folder of cute but embarrassing pictures and videos of Luci and Diavolo. (Diavolo has Barb send him everything, he loves to watch it back)

•None of them are particularly ‘flamboyant‘ although Diavolos love for human world festivals has landed them at various pride festivals before. Lucifer was mostly confused seeing as sexuality isn’t an issue in the Devildom, neither is ‘polyamory’, a concept he’d never spared much thought to. Diavolo is delighted to see Humans celebrating love and feeds off the positivity (he also gets hit on a lot, but after spending just ten seconds with him it’s obvious he’s already madly in love and that there’s no separating him from the slightly alarmed looking men loitering behind him that he proudly calls his boyfriends). Barbatos is constantly trying not to get lost, it’s busy and he ends up having to hold on to someone at all times. It’s not his fault, he can’t use magic here and there’s no other way to combat the crowds, Lucifer stop smirking he isn’t short it’s just that you’re both bloody giants, Lucifer you’re encouraging Diavolo, p l e a s e. Dia loves it though because it gives him an excuse to cling to his boyfriends all day and people will randomly tell him how lucky he is, he absolutely agrees

•Both Barbatos and Lucifer have threatened Diavolo with bodily harm at some point after they’ve been woken up by one of his stray limbs in the night. The two of them sleep quite comfortably next to eachother, occasionally with an arm or leg over the other, but no matter how Diavolo falls asleep he ends up in a dreadfully confusing position that no one really wants to question. Unfortunately he also tends to gravitate towards the heat of the others too, making them easy targets Diavolo’s heavy limbs. He’s always sure to apologise when he finds out in the morning, even if he finds their grumpy faces quite amusing. He won’t laugh out loud though because one time Barb was so disgruntled when he woke up that he bit the hand that was smothering his face and Diavolo ended up having to have his hand bandaged in the middle of the night. Needless to say that Lucifer was both confused and concerned when he woke up (and a little proud, he’s extra nice to Barbatos all day, who feels a little guilty about it, even if Diavolo was ok)

•Diavolo and Barb will wind lucifer up deliberately, and whilst he is entirely aware what’s happening, he indulges them. Diavolo will convince the brothers to try some kind of scheme that they wouldn’t be able to pull off without him, but makes sure it’s never taken too far, and Barbatos will egg Lucifer on as soon as he finds out about whatever minor inconvenience has befallen him. He won’t admit it, but it makes Lucifer incredibly happy to see his brothers take such a shine to his partners, and whilst he wishes they’d have a little more trust in Barbatos, Barb assures him that he isn’t upset and that it can be used to spook the brothers a little. There will be weekly ‚family meals‘ which always seem a great idea before hand, he somewhat misses living with his brothers after all, but always result in him going home with a headache. He’s grown used to the loving and (mostly) calm presence of his beloved, so seeing his brothers hurling both insults and occasionally food or assorted table wear at eachother, has a tendency to infuriate him. (He hasn’t realised that they act up more when he’s there)

•Dia Is obsessed with matching couples things and is constantly trying to find things for the three of them, but due to lower supply, they end up being so much tackier and non sensical. Barbatos genuinely despises them, but opts to say nothing because of how happy Diavolo is. Lucifer knows this and whilst he isn’t exactly a fan either, he indulges Dia just to tease Barb. (They do all have matching keychains tho, with different charms. Diavolos has a little teacup and a feather, Lucifers has a crown and a cake and Barbatos‘ has a pickle and a peacock. He was the one who got them to make up for all the hideous ideas Diavolo had, and delighted in seeing Diavolos pouty face when he realised what Barb had chosen. He did end up also adding a golden heart tho, somewhat pacifying Diavolo)

•Whilst it’s usually Diavolo who initiates longer cuddles, Barb likes to wrap his arms around his lovers from behind, pressing his forehead into their shoulder blades. He finds is comforting to be so close whilst allowing the other to continue with whatever they were doing before. Before leaving he will stretch to place a kiss on the back of their neck, a silent reminder of his love. Most of the time Barbatos is very quiet, opting to watch, and it’s only when he’s relaxed that he becomes chatty. Both Luci and Dia recognise this and can’t help but feel special whenever Barbatos is particularly talkative, and Barb is grateful that they don’t ask questions and love him for who he is

•Lucifer absolutely initiates the most ‚traditional‘ kisses, he’s proud of his partners and wants everyone to know that they’re his. He’s also a bit of a traditional romanticist when given the chance, leaving bouquets of various flowers, with the meanings for each attached on a handwritten card, a line of poetry and an elaborate signature. If he ever gets given flowers back he melts a little and keeps them on his desk as long as possible, before pressing the best looking ones. He has notebooks just filled with pressed flowers that he treasures. He doesn’t know that Diavolo and Barbatos both know about the notebooks and is convinced he’s slick

•Some nights the three of them will get drunk together and spend hours giggling and pressing kisses to eachothers faces and feeding them fancy chocolates. They half lay half sit on a slightly too small couch that they never replace for a more suitably sized one. Diavolo will slowly reach across to brush Lucifers fringe out of his eyes before gently caressing his face and pulling him in for a long slow kiss that tastes of expensive demonus and the orange sweets that Diavolo keeps on his desk. Barbatos is more than content to sit and watch his two gorgeous boyfriends kiss for a few minutes before they both turn their attention to him and decorate his face with kisses, across his cheeks and forehead, straying down to his chin and up to his eyelids, trying to convey all their love for eachother in adoring looks and heads pressed into necks

JIKOOK BE CONCEPT- EXTENDED ANALYSIS

ANON: Hey Goldy, so I want to ask, what makes you look at one moment and decide the tension in there is nothing but then in another moment you claim Jikook are having issues? I ask because of the conclusions you drew on the photoshoot video when you said they were fighting but in two other instances where we can all clearly see that the mood between Jikook is tense like Jimin's mood in the Be Concept Clip and the other interview you have said it's nothing. I don't mean this in a disrespectful way, I just want to understand your thought process if you can walk me through it. It's ok if you don't respond. I love your posts regardless. Keep it up.

I think I try my best as much as possible to share my thought process on why I reach certain conclusions and in instances where I do not have much time to delve deeper into a conversation I state an NB indicating I would be talking further about that particular topic later on?

I think the first thing I can point out to you right off the bat in regards to your question is that we may most likely be having different understandings of tension as pertains to shipping simply because we ship Jikook in different ways.

Again, I do not mean to say my perspective is superior or that someone else's is inferior. I'm just saying we may be having different views on the topic based on the differences in our shipping styles.

To me tension is not just a sense or feeling or mood. It is one of the metrics I employ in assessing whether or not a ship is real- stay with me.

In my experience, while people may be good at hiding a relationship, they can never hide the intimacy of the relationship or the stress of keeping that relationship a secret. Secrets are stressful to keep and they leave stress trails in their wake. It's as simple as that. If any ship is real in BTS you will see its stress marks.

It's not easy standing there, watching your man's nipples being played with, or having another man grope your intimate partner for entertainment purposes while you stand there smiling for the cameras- you can smile, but it's going to be fake.

It's not easy hearing how your man sneaks into another man's shower to watch him bathe and compliment the size of his dick.

It's not easy hearing how you can't stand next to your man in a line up while another person takes that position even if it's just for work.

It's not easy pretending not to love your man, while watching everyone else love on him. It's not easy being told what you can do and not do with your partner much less by your own peers.

It's not easy hiding your love and affection for the person you love, holding yourself back from kissing them, or hugging them or doing any of the intimate stuff you are so used to doing with them- not when you have to be around them all the time.

It's not easy having cameras shoved in your face during your alone, private time with your man, when you are watching them on giant screens and they are right there next to you but you can't hold them- please listen to JK's demo Delcacomania which he released on his birthday last year and you will understand why he cried when JM flew from Paris to see him on his birthday. I cried too.

My point is, it's really not easy keeping a relationship a secret within the same work space as your partner. It's not as easy as other shippers make it seem. That shit is stressful and stress begets tensions and tensions begets conflicts- especially if there are other people attached to the parties in the relationship.

A secret gets heavy before it gets easy but you can never erase the stress that comes with hiding that secret especially not in a group as diverse in personalities as BTS. There are bound to be clashes, there are bound to be slip ups- moments where the fourth wall is breached and many others.

Stress is usually one of the first indicators of people keeping anything a secret. I've been called toxic for this, but I pay a lot of attention to conflicts and tensions within the group dynamics regardless of the degree of that tension because that conflict to me is a sign of stress.

I can tell you for a fact, any ship that is kumbaya in BTS is not real. Any ship whose existence doesn't stress out the group dynamics is a ship made in Disney heading for Never-land. Conflict and tension is a sign of stress and stress is a sign of keeping secrets.

That's not to say every single tension within the group, between Jikook or any other ship is as a result of them keeping that ship a secret. I think we can rule out all forms of contrived tensions at this point- you know which ones I'm talking about. Ain't no damn person up in there tryna steal nobody's man in BTS. The fuck?! Lmho.

Then there are those tensions that are as a result of mood swings, bad hair days, a call being delayed, a missed period- what? some of them have girlfriends, cough cough. Yea, Don't mind me.

Tension could be caused by anything really and so I think it's not enough to point out tensions but you have to try and ascertain the cause and effect of that tension to see if that tension is as a result of the stress that comes with keeping Jikook a secret or whether it is rather causing stress or going to cause a stress in their relationship dynamics-

C'mon, now y'all know if Jimin should thirst over another man that that is going cause a lot of stress not just for JK but the group as well because Jikook's mood affects them too.

Jimlous and Jeonlous are also signs of the stress that comes with keeping Jikook's relationship a secret. Let's be honest, if they were out all of those wouldn't be happening. People wouldn't cross their boundaries as much as they do.

From my perspective, both of Jikook are constantly reacting, poorly might I add, to their relationship being a secret. It seems to me they both hate what they have to do to keep eachother a secret within the group.

Jimin keeps JK a secret by acting as if he is available and JK keeps Jimin a secret by acting as if he doesn't want him- cold, nonchalant, and the way I see them I think it drives them both crazy. Lol.

Jimin doesn't want to come out but he doesn't want to be kept a secret either. He just wants to be in that glass closet whereas JK seems to want to be out or completely hidden- he is not about that middle ground life, I feel. But that doesn't mean he doesn't make compromises especially where Jm is concerned.

Jimin is very conscious and highly judgmental of himself and I think he projects a bit of that into their relationship dynamics. As such he is constantly worrying about feedback, about how their relationship is affecting the group's dynamics.

You see this in the way he runs to JK upon the least complaints by any member about JK. Like when Jin complained about JK not choosing his bag over JM's, or when RM complained about JK buying a birthday present for only JM and not the others.

Or when RM complained about JK showing a song he had written to JM first before showing it to him in a VLive- now they didn't mention who they were talking about exactly but I knew from the moment JM started reciting Jikook's go to response for whenever they are called out for constantly being together, the whole 'we just so happened to be together in that moment,' that they were talking about JK. I don't know, I could be wrong.

JM is constantly trying to mitigate Jungkook's tendencies for exclusivity in their relationship especially where it conflicts with the groups interest even though that exclusivity and preferential treatment feeds directly into his love language.

It's that kumbaya in him I keep talking about. He would sacrifice their happiness for the groups. In my opinion.

But JK aint about that life. His entire philosophy is to pursue personal happiness first. So often, you would see him weaponizing their relationship secret against JM- trying to out him and shit. which in turn, ends up causing their relationship a ton of stress.

The best illustration I can give for this is when JK posted Ending Scene in early parts of 2019 and people started speculating Jikook had broken up because it was a break up song. JM immediately responded to that post with two posts, one about the Calico cat or something and the other pointing out how that song was just a cover. Jimin hates it when JK does something to create the impression that they are not together especially when they are together.

But at the same time, he would take a step back from their relationship, ask for space to try and nurture his other relationships with friends and family when he feels JK coming on too strong on him- like Jimin what do you actually want! You drive me nuts!

What I'm trying to say is that when you point out that JM looks tensed, you should be able to explain why you think he looks tensed.

And if you think his tension goes to the root of their relationship, then you should be able to predict the consequences of that tension too. Lol.

For me, I filter their tensions through their established patterns of behavior, their personalities and the actions that arise from their personalities- listen, the Maknae line can be very melancholic for no reason sometimes. Not sure what goes on but boy can they brood!

You have to consider all these things.

Tensions are obvious, obviously. Or maybe not. Most of them are quite easy to spot. Some not so much. They do go undetected if you are not hyper focused on them in certain moments when they happen or aren't aware of the context or subtext behind such moments.

Perspective is everything. We all don't have the same perspective. But no one holds the truth when it comes to Jikook. We can only speculate in a way that holds meaning to us.

Take for example Jimin and Jin's call during Jimin's VLive in March this year. There are a fraction of shippers who do not believe that that call was intercepted by JK at all simply because they do not see the subtext of that moment. Why would JK do that and not just reveal his identity, they ask. A valid point.

Then there are those who see JK interrupting that call as plausible because they believe they can differentiate between JK and Jin's call voice. Equally valid point.

Then there's me, who think yes that was JK's voice but goes further to try and anwer the questions raised by the first group as that, JK was pushing the boundaries both with JM and Bighit for barring him from doing a live with JM.

As such, I believe that call was an act of rebellion on his part to be allowed to Jikook with his man on the VApp. All that protest would then lead to a pivotal moment of him and JM having their VLive but under heavy surveillance. Lol.

Actions have consequences whether good or bad. Whether positive or negative. It's the cause and effect principle. Every effect has a predictable cause and every action has a specific and predictable effect.

If a moment of tension is created between them that is substantial, it is going to produce a subsequent substantial reaction. Law of Newton- I can't make this shit up. Lmho.

Another moment of this nature for me would be the VMin's unit interview filmed in February/March and released in June during Festa.

Now, if you were following the tensions between V and JK around that period, the context and subtext of that Interview would be easily apparent to you- V was just shading JK left right left. Bless him.

All that random flirting with Jimin- JM lost his Mochi cheeks, his pinky has grown were just code for JM is a grown ass man now so stop being possessive over him.

I have said Jikook have been asserting themselves against eachother this year following the lows of late 2019 and especially around that time period.

For Jimin, that self assertion takes the form of checking JK's over possessiveness over him as that is a huge cause of tensions within the group throughout the years and something that I feel really bothered JM in the later half of 2019 and early half of 2020.

Why does it bother him when he used to be the one enabling that shit in JK? The members, keep up. Lol but not just the members. Remember I said earlier how, Jikook had come under heavy scrutiny with May 2019 to June this year. JM I feel wanted to keep things really on the low but JK- sigh.

Believe it or not, JK dumb whipped ass exposes Jikook more than JM does in their relationship. In the very least his possessiveness and chest puffing when anyone breathes near JM is one of the biggest tells.

We all know Tae is one of the members that have openly pointed out his displeasure with JK keeping JM to himself, cutting him off from his friends and all. Now we all know also that Jimin's pinky is a huge deal to JK. The moment he saw VMin comparing pinkies that's when he began screwing with us for real! Lmho.

JK made a big deal about JM's pinky and also seemed to have a thing for JM's Mochi cheeks too, calling him his Mochi and shit right in front of Tae's salad. Listen, TAE KNOWS. He knows!

So I found it interesting, how those parts of JM were specifically the things that V felt had changed about Jimin- I mean go back and look at Tae's facial expressions and smirk when he started talking about that. Lmho.

Then Jimin clapped back with that whole pinky line from their song Friends, pointing out how contradictory Tae was being. Lol.

To me that has always been one aspect of Tae and JK's ship dynamics that I enjoy so much. Tae is constantly teasing and shading JK and it's so subtle yet passive aggressive sometimes. you might miss it if you don't understand the context of him saying certain things in certain moments.

He don't spare JM sometimes either. Chileee. You never know with this man. Lol.

I mean did y'all catch his jab at JK during Festa when JK brought up the rain fight and he said, yea but that was a long time ago though- give it a rest. When I tell you, this man knew JK was trying to one up him over the whole dumpling fight thingy he had with JM. Lmho.

Then in that dynamite MV reaction VLive when JK and JM tried to eye fuck through the viewfinder? Let's not look into the camera he says so eloquently then side eyes JK- I LOVE THIS MAN!!! Please stay on their necks for me. They play too much! Lmho.

JK's possessiveness over JM is one of the causes of tension within the group I feel and JK have said his hyungs try to teach him not to be so possessive. Tae, RM and Suga to me are those hyungs who keep him in check the most, most times.

All that being said, just because there is tension present between them in a given moment doesn't necessarily mean it's as a result of a conflict between them as I have explained in past posts.

The inverse of this is similarly true. Truth is we can never know these things for sure. We can only speculate.

And personally, as I keep pointing out I have my own metrics for assessing these kinds of things. I get it wrong sometimes and when I do, I simply adjust my metrics and keep it pushing.

It's my own customized metrics, the lens through which I filter their interactions and make sense of their moments and It works for me. Isn't that what having an opinion is about?

I find, some of their interactions or moments follow an established pattern of behavior from their past moments and so it's much easier to call those.

For instance, you don't need a six foot page analysis to identify Jimlous or Jeonlous when you see it. You don't need a crystal ball to tell you when JK nibbles on Jimin's ear that Jimin is nervous. They did that in 2018, they did that in 2019, they've done that in 2020- to me that's become a pattern and when I see JK anywhere near Jimin's ear depending on the setting I will conclude JM is nervous and JK is trying to comfort him.

All that would be left for me to determine then is why Jimin is nervous at all in that moment and if I find he has no reason to be nervous in that instant my next assumption then would be that Jeon Jungkook is horny. I'm not kidding. Jk scares me. Lol.

Don't mind me.

He could be horny or he could be touchy, or he could be just expressing his affections through skinship. All of that is valid so I would employ an elimination approach?

I would rule out Jikook sexual foreplay in instances like that based on whether or not JK's gesture was a mission given to him by the staff based on Jimin's reaction to that gesture- He seemed pretty disappointed when he learned that JK bopping his nose was just a mission.

At times too I test out theories.

Yes, Jimin is an extrovert but does he freeze out JK when he is being an extrovert? He doesn't. We have seen him grabbing the Jeon titties in behind the scenes photoshoot, we have seen JK shove his butt in JM's dick face, we have seen 50 shades of JK grab JM's neck and dip his hand down his neck into his chest region to warm himself up. We have seen Jikook at behind the scenes photo shoots countless times. They gravitate towards eachother.

So if he is being his extrovert self with every body but JK, and JK is orbiting him but not interacting with him as they have done in the past then honestly I don't need my crystal ball to assume something is up between them. Why? Because Jikook's interactions behind the scenes aren't susceptible to false conditionings as compared to the intentional, exaggerated versions of their interactions on camera which sometimes can be laced with fanservice.

Jikook is not fanservice. Most of their behind cameras are moments of them breaching the forth wall. Like JM walking into JK's room without noticing there were cameras in the room. Their mood in there was not a performance and wasn't intended for the cameras and yet they were still close. Them taking a picture at the back of the track was equally that- unintended for the cameras.

What I'm saying is, we have seen Jikook when they are working on camera and when they are not working on camera and that mood in that behind the scenes photoshoot video doesn't fit either description of Jikook in those settings to me regardless of whether I know them personally or not.

What that moment fits into for me is a pattern of behavior that has been consistent with Jikook over the years. And I know people box JM into this whole extrovert personality but as I've said I don't believe anyone is completely extroverted or introverted.

JM to me has a certain degree of introvertedness in him and I've talked about this. He seems to have a bit of an avoidant personality too where he recoils into himself or shut people out in certain moments like how he says he drinks alone and becomes much quieter when he feels stressed out.

He doesn't open up as much about his problems it seems, he bottles it all up untill it eats him up- I'm glad he says when gets like that JK notices his mood and often comes around to do something that makes him laugh. Jimin does same for JK when he is feeling anxious- Please, Jikook is real ok?

So stop telling lies. Lol.

I think this avoidant personality becomes more prominent in moments when he fights or argues with people.

In Manila it was that moment where he noticed JK staring at him and so be moved his seat back to avoid JK's gaze. In VMin dumpling fight, it was him going out to drink with Suga after the fight- classic avoidant behavior. In Yoonmin it was him asking Suga not to touch him when Suga put his hand on his back even though Suga was sat right next to him.

In 2017- was it the behind scenes photoshoot for the billiard pool games? We saw JM literally running away from JK. Lol. He literally side-eyed the fuck out of JK, yeeted himself away from JK the moment he finished posing for the cameras. In that OT7 footage where V was playing with JK's hair, again, he yeeted himself out of there real quick at the end of filming- dude literally said deuces bitches. Lol.

And in the Jin birthday VLive 2019, he pulled away instinctively when JK's knee touched his. In all these instances, JM was keeping up the facade. Smiling and interacting like his normal slytherin/ honorary hufflepuff self but his instinctual reactions is what gave him away. In my opinion.

To me that is a pattern of behavior on JM's part. When he is angry or mad st someone- he avoids them. And it's harder if he has to be within the same space with such person.... I'll circle back to this.

All the times since 2015 when he's been 'mad' at JK he's done just that- Akekeking with everyone else, amplifying his extrovertedness, latching on to his 'clutches' within the group, all the while keeping JK at bay while stealing glances at him to see his reaction at the same time.

And when he notices how that's affecting JK- he literally smirks in satisfaction. Meet evil chim everyone- And I say this with love, he is vindictive as fuck. I mean this is the same person who didnt hesitate to kill Army in a game just for disobeying him- allegedly. Same person who said he would whoop his bandmates except of course for JK and force them to bow at his feet if he was ruler. Did y'all see Tae turning to check JM's reaction when JK made fun of his singing in run? Did you see his passive aggressive reaction to JK after that clowning?

Listen, we all should be scared of Park Jimin. He is sweet and all but fuck with him... I dare you. PJMs are gonna revoke my PJM membership are they not? Oh God! Lol

JK is similar to JM in this regard. He avoids when he is angry or edgy. Try touching him in that state and he is pulling away. He did it with Tae in the Dynamite MV behind scenes where Tae tried to touch him and he pulled away and the whole not wanting to hold hands with Tae at the KBS interview thingy- it actually broke my heart watching that bit. JK. Sigh. Will post and delete the Taekook video I am talking about as soon as I post this- out of respect for their shippers.

JK does the same to JM too sometimes when JM irritates him. Manila and also around On promo when they had that Alex Almanto whatever unit shoot- they were all having fun, there's a cut and suddenly he is pulling away when JM holds him, does the lip thingy, and glares at JM. He turns away to look at Hobi, which I just think he was trying to hide his expression from the camera lol- JM almost burst out into laughter and I nearly peed myself watching that bit- JK can be very petty sometimes. Lmho

He did the same in this controversial photoshoot. He was mad at both JM and Namjoon which explains the part he was dragging his feet when he was walking away from JM. It wasn't because he was waiting for Jimin. He was avoiding Namjoon who was walking ahead of him. In my opinion. And the part he stood with Jin and RM- JM did something hilarious JK giggled a little but turned immediately to Namjoon and when he noticed RM laughing too he stopped laughing. Then he did that thing were he put the fear of God in RM when RM stood close to JM. JK was so angry he forgot his manners when he bumped into Jin in that moment and again, like always. He looked away to avoid the scenery.

Now I don't know what had gone on there but I'm still trying to reconstruct that moment to figure it out. All I know is something went on involving those three and may be Tae too as I have pointed out in previous posts.

JM was mad at JK, JK was mildly mad at JM but heavily mad at RM.

All these things I've mentioned are patterns of behavior that have repeated over the years from my delusional point of view of Jikook's interactions and of their interactions as against the group dynamics.

Circling back to the Be concept clip and JM's mood in there, I gotta ask. Do you think Jimin's mood was as a result of the stress of keeping their relationship a secret in that moment?

It wasn't to me. Even after looking away from JK he went back to looking at JK again. When their eyes met he smiled a little. Whatever was going on with him had nothing to do with JK or their relationship. If it did, he would have been much more hostile than that and frankly JK wouldn't be sat there cheesing the way he was doing in that instance. His butt would have been on fire.

JM seemed- serene and peaceful to me. I actually enjoy him most in his moments of quiet like these.

RM's reaction to that Jikook moment however is an indication of stress to me. He seemed excited, probably wanted to play with his Jiminie but when he noticed JM had looked away his instincts was to check JK's reaction. Not anybody else, JK.

When he noticed JK was smiling at JM he dropped his hands and seemed a bit deflated. That deflation right there is one of the signs of the stress I'm talking about.

RM isn't just the leader he is their friend. Like V his bond with JM suffers from time to time due to our elephant in the room. I am often fascinated by RM and JM's friendship dynamics and would definitely love to have conversation about their dynamics.

I don’t really take requests anymore, because I’ve mostly lost my passion for writing after the last few months, but honestly, sure, I’ll try. Sorry if those are not the boys you were hoping for 💔

Slashers (Brahms, Billy Lenz, Jason) with an actress s/o.

Brahms (Big Screen - Horror):

It was a bizarre thing, the way you met, most of all. After what happened with Greta his house was set for sale and Brahms was getting ready for the worst - rotting in this mansion alone after starving to death. He had no way to reclaim the property - after all, Brahms Heelshire was considered dead for ages now and with his parents’ suicide, the family’s fortune was gone as well. There was really no hope for him, it was a matter of days, weeks, months at best. You can only survive on rotting leftovers and attic rats for so long, but luckily a week was all that he needed for a young woman to come visit his old house, alongside a home agent.

The moment she stepped in his eyes were glued to her, following the best that he could inside the old mansion’s walls. He saw her smile at the old furniture, smiled himself when she started adoring the library and when she sat down on the bed upstairs, looking around hopefully, he could barely contain his breath of relief, knowing that she was in love with the place. And so, with the papers signed the very next day, he had a new hope enter his life. A beautiful woman named [Y/N] [L/N].

This time - he told himself - he would take things slower, he’d be more careful. No stealing clothes, no misplacing things, no heavy walking in the attic at night. The news about the “murder” in the house were still fresh and he knew that it would make any new resident suspicious, even if the body was never found.

Brahms wanted to be careful, but unfortunately hunger didn’t make things easy. Climbing the walls was harder with his muscles fading, he’d stumble ever so often, getting dizzy and his breathing became louder as his usual activities would become more and more straining with what little food he was getting. The girl started getting wary and called the police more than once, but they couldn’t find anything, he still had enough knowledge of the house to disappear when he needed to.

He put the doll out for a while, hoping she would fall for it, like Greta did, believing that it was haunted, but she only picked it up once, letting a small smile grow on her face, then put it down, never to touch it again. Something seemed off ever since then. She’d walk around a bit more relaxed, take longer making breakfast and left more on the plate, as if she was leaving it for him, but who knew, really. It wasn’t that hard to get the food, since most of the days she’d be gone, usually right after a call on her personal phone from someone she addressed extremely politely. An Employer, from what Brahms could tell. He didn’t like it when she was gone, but in his current state there was nothing he could do about it. She was the only reason he was still alive, after all.

And he was grateful for it. To the point where he’d seek out precious item in the house, leaving it in places he knew she’d look. Pearls and diamonds from his mother’s jewelry box. Old porcelain figurines, anything to show her that the “spirit” inside the house was not wishing her any harm and she seemed to be more than pleased with them.

Then one day she seemed very upset, almost out of nowhere, just came back to the house like that, then quickly broke down in tears and through the crack in one of the walls he could see a tear in her shirt, almost as if somebody tried to tear it open. He didn’t like that. Not one bit. And soon enough he managed to connect the dots, with her phone calls concerning a “man that attacked her” and the weird hooded character that was stalking outside the mansion. Well, he didn’t stalk there for too long. The Stalker was much smaller than him, it was so easy to pin him to the ground and choke the lights out of him, in a grip that bruised and left very little for the man in the struggling department. It was over, quickly and almost completely without any noise. A good job, if Brahms were the type to praise himself.

He was about to dispose of the corpse, but a click and a swish stopped him, as the back door opened rather quickly and his beautiful, terrified [y/n] stepped out of the house, looking around scared, with a kitchen knife in one hand and her phone in the other, flashing a light... right at Brahms and his new victim.

For a moment time stopped as they both looked at eachother, her eyes wide in shock - face losing all color from fear, and him in his porcelain mask, with bloody scratches on his forearms from the stalker’s futile struggles. He was the first to move, rising slowly, carefully, putting his hands up, trying to shrink his arms in a failed attempt to make himself seem smaller, but from the way her body trembled he could tell that it wasn’t working, so with a gulp and an ache in his throat he spoke to her: “P-please, don’t panic. Please.” His voice was cracking between his childish illusion and his real voice, terrified, but assertive. “Who-- Who the hell--?” she tried to speak, backing off slowly as he stepped forward, trying to get closer. “He was-- That man was watching you, he-- you were attacked and he--” he tried explaining, not knowing how to form his words without admitting that he’s been stalking her as well, just... with much less violent intent. “You’re that think, right? You’re the one who’s been leaving me things, right? WHO ARE YOU?” she yelled, coming back into the house and almost closing the back door, but Brahms’ hand caught it fast enough to pull it back, coming in after her, making the girl yelp at the sheer force he possesed, even being as malnourished as he was. “Brahms... my name’s Brahms, please, don’t run. I don’t want to have to hurt you.”

And with that you two connected, learning about eachother, about what happened to Brahms and why he hid from you, a tale tragic enough for you to trust him and give him a proper home, even if feeding him was an absolute nightmare in the beginning, as he was starving, literally.

He quickly learned that you’re a horror actress, a real-life “scream queen”, but you and your manager were fighting for a bigger role - as a killer, not the one constantly having to run from the killer. It was going to be amazing, something to finally turn your career around and the filming was going WONDERFUL so far, but the stress WAS getting to you, so when he first started leaving you gifts, you were kind of happy that some weird spirit in this house was trying to cheer you up. Little did you know that in reality it was just a very smelly wall man, with a huge crush on you. Life is surprising like that.

♥ Brahms will be extremely supportive of your career, as he saw that all this time when you’d leave, you’d always come back, so he wasn’t as anxious about you running away as he’d usually be.

♥ Being a horror actress helps not freak out with him always sneaking up on you (unintentional as it might be). It’s a real life saver.

♥ Once your movie comes out, he might be excited enough to go out to the theater and watch it with you. You assure him that his mask won’t be a problem, since a lot of horror nerds dress up for new movie screenings.

♥ If you ask him, he’ll be more than happy to rehearse with you and act some scenes out, but if there’s any romance in the script, expect to have to sit down with him for a very, VERY long talk about how screen romance is just a job and there are no real emotions involved.

♥ He’ll beg you to watch EVERY single thing you’ve ever been in. Yes, even the commercials.

Billy (Big Screen):

There are not a lot of consistent thoughts that pop into Billy’s head, but the moment he saw you, there was one and a very clear one at that - “I know her.”

And yes, he did, even if the memory was hazy. He remembered a little girl on his mother’s TV screen, during Christmas, sitting on the floor with the dumbest, cutest smile, unpacking her presents as her mom and dad watched. He remembered how beautiful that girl seemed to him and how jealous he felt seeing her this happy. The boy pouted then, something he didn’t do often, as well as huffing in anger, but not loud enough for him mom to hear him, no, he was supposed to be a good boy and stay upstairs, but the music from the TV and that beautiful voice of this girl lead him downstairs, to peek at the snowy screen, adoring that creature.

But this girl was a bit different. Sure, he would still recognize her beautiful eyes and that hair that he loved so much, but she was bigger. Not a girl anymore, no, a woman, a stunning, gorgeous woman that his whole body burned for from the moment he saw her. A bold, burning emotion running through his body - “Mine. Mine, MINE!” and that was something you couldn’t really run from, he wouldn’t let you.

One night, one murder, then two, a man and a girl and then you were faced with a man who was willing to do ANYTHING to keep you. Thankfully, you were smart enough to make compromise with him, knowing that if you even tried to call the police (again, that is, and the first time made him very, VERY angry), he’d make sure that you’re his forever.

Part of it could’ve been Stockholm Syndrome, but Billy quickly grew on you. Bold, loud, perverted, but also passionate and caring, as long as you wouldn’t overstep your boundaries with him. Every day he’d appear out of nowhere and just linger close to you, wanting to touch you, but not doing that, clearly afraid you would run. You weren’t something he wanted to play with, no, you were his person, the only person he didn’t want to hurt and when the impulses came, he’d run off to contain them. The wailing let you know how hard was he trying, just so he wouldn’t lose your beauty, his precious Christmas Angel. His gorgeous [y/n].

He was a mess, but a beautiful one to you, adoring every part of your body, every part of you, listening, learning, absorbing all of you as well as he could and the gifts he would leave at your bedroom door ever so often proved just how good of a listener he really was. The new book that you wanted, a dress almost the same as you had described to him, baskets of your favorite fruit... anything you’d ask for and he wished you’d ask for more, but you were too concerned about where his gifts are coming from to give him more ideas. Especially since that one sunhat you wanted came with a splatter of blood on the blue ribbon...

Either way, you were happy with your new “housemate” and you gladly stayed.

♥ Billy will get anxious whenever you have to leave to film anything. Expect messy calls from him every half an hour or so, probably less and if you don’t answer even one of them, the next one will be even more frantic than the other ones. He’ll cling to you like hell every time you come back home.

♥ He found a dress that looked a bit like the one you’ve worn as a child to that one Christmas movie. He asked you to wear it for him and sit down, then smile at him. You never saw a man pop a boner as fast as he did when you did that.

♥ This man will literally worship you and you know that when he swears he’d kill for you, he means it. When you mention that you’ve starred in other movies, his eyes pretty much started sparkling with joy. Congratulations, your movies are his new hyperfixiation.

♥ NEVER show him any kissing or sex scenes in your movies. Just don’t. He won’t be able to comprehend that they were done in the past or that they mean nothing. Seeing them would break his heart.

♥ Once he realizes you have your own camera he asks if you could star in your own movie... Located wholly in your bedroom, on your bed, with him pounding your pretty litte cu--

♥ Biggest fan ever, but don’t take him outside for any meet & greets, because it WILL turn into a bloodbath.

Jason (Theater):

It was a very faint memory for him, one of the very few ones from his childhood that stood up a bit more, even now, years later. A memory of a young woman, singing on the theater scene in her songbird voice. It was mesmerizing and a once-in-a-lifetime thing for a poor kid like him. His mother just found the tickets at random and used them, even though she knew how dangerous that could’ve been.

Those times were long past him and that girl was definitely either an old woman now or dead, but on this particular night something brought this memory forward, a songbird-like voice, singing a peaceful song, surrounded by other voices. A girl at a campfire with her friends, singing for them as another person played the guitar. An angel sent just for him to soothe his ragefull soul.

That one night nobody got killed, but a soul was lost either way.

All you remembered was a loud noise in front of your noise, then silence that let you fall asleep. What seemed like hours later you woke up in an old cabin, cuddled up to someone’s chest and when you looked up a hockey mask stared right back at you, making you shriek and faint. When you came to you were resting on a moldy bed, dizzy, nauseous and with a hulking figure waiting for you to wake up in the corner of the room, guarding you like a sentinel. Congratulations, you’ve been kidnapped by The Crystal Lake legend himself - Jason Voorhees, because for once he looked at someone and got convinced that you were in fact an Angel, sent to him by his mother to protect.

♥ I’m sorry to say, but being under Jason’s protection means that you’re most likely never leaving the forest again or not for a very long time. He’s not a man that trust others easily and while he knows an angel wouldn’t betray him, he’s not convinced that the others won’t hurt you instead.

♥ He’ll take care of you - fixing up the cabin, hunting for you, even cooking. He’ll make sure you’re never unhappy because you’re lacking something, even if it’s technology, he’ll manage to get it for you over time. You’re still forbidden from coming anywhere close to the campers that come ever so often. They’re dangerous.

♥ When you tell him that you work in musical theater, he will communicate to you that he wants to hear you sing. He’ll gladly watch you perform the whole play by yourself if you’ll be in the mood for that.

♥ Once he realizes you live not that far away, he might let you go on the promise that you’ll come back. If not he will hunt you back and you don’t want that to happen... After all - an angel wouldn’t break a promise and if you’re not an angel... you’re as good as dead.

♥ He’ll love you whole, as long as you don’t betray him.

♥ If you find him a huge hooded jacket and cologne strong enough to mask his smell, you may be able to convince him to come down from the forest to watch you in a play. It’ll be a hard sell, though.

What would u do if u could change anything about anything in the series?

I’m gonna assume you’re talking about Hero’s Of Olympus, since I want to talk about it. Let’s start with the relationship each of the 7 had with one another/character dynamics.

Percy. We know who he is, we’ve met him before, we’ve lived through his adventure with him. He’s a shithead, we love this about him, but he’s also kind and loving. Percy would’ve made an effort to get along with everyone, to be friends and goof off to help everyone feel better. Which is why all of this shit Rick created with Jason being his Roman counter part and them being rivals, the two “macho men fighting for power to lead the pack” makes NO goddamn sense. And quite frankly smells HEAVY of toxic masculinity the entire series could’ve gone without. They would’ve been friends. Maybe not the best of friends because Jason has Leo but they would’ve been those two dumb jock friends and that narrative bettween them would’ve made the story so much more fun and interesting than pitting them against eachother.

Annabeth. The trope Rick created with Annabeth being a know it all, smartest person in the group is a disservice to her character and makes her shallow. She’s the daughter of a goddess of wisdom, wisdom recognizes intelligence when it sees it, and the fact that all Annabeth thought about Leo during the entire book was that he was annoying is VERY dumb. They could’ve had a really good friendship, two nerds playing off of one another’s intellect to create things that could benefit everyone on their journey. Or even Leo just convincing her to help him make stupid shit like a toaster that can toast eight pieces of bread at once. I would change how rigid Annabeth is, loosen her up just a little bit and make her friendship with Leo the type of thing where they constantly feed off of one another.

Piper. Her entire character arc revolved around being beautiful, being Native American, and Jason. Firstly, we’d have to throw away all the stereotypes and general horrible things that Mr. Rick Ross (read: Rick) did to her character. Like the whole feathers in her hair thing. There are better way to incorporate Piper being Native American, there were so many missed opportunities to intertwine Greek mythology and Native American beliefs. Secondly, in order to get rid of the. Frankly, shit, way Piper dealt with beauty is to first address the way the Aphrodite cabin as been treated through the entirety of the PJO universe. Instead of writing Aphrodite children like frilly little things that can’t stand to get their hands dirty and Piper being “not like other girls uwu”, I would’ve written them as deceptivly beautiful. Deceptive in the fact that no one expects them to be strong, cruel, to be able to hold their own. Knights you mistake for damsels in distress, and before you realize you’re wrong they’ve already defeated you. You can be strong and feminine, and femininity isn’t the only way to be beautiful, so I would’ve explored that too. And Pipers arc on beauty would’ve been different in the sense that she realizes she doesn’t have to like pink and glitter in order to be beautiful, and that even if she did like those things, that’s okay. Let girls be feminine without demonizing them for it.

Hazel. God Hazel was done so dirty. First, she’s thirteen, so no Frazle shit, jot that one down. Her and Frank being really good friends would’ve been so much better and allowed her to grow as a person without throwing her into some serious romantic relationship so young with someone so much older. I would’ve written Hazel as very cautious, specifically around her white friends. She comes from the 40’s of course she wouldn’t be buddy buddy with them immediately, and I think that would be a valid concept for the books to explore. And besides, her realizing later on that things really are different and times really have changed would be such a heartwarming thing to experience. Her breaking out of her shell and leaving that shit behind her to be unapologetically her. Actually exploring the racism and prejudice in the world instead of ignoring it and erasing the experiences of black people and black youth in this world is problematic and we won’t be doing that here smh. I wouldn’t make it the core of her character because that’s wack but it also wouldn’t be something that’s just never talked about. That being said, I would’ve made her relationship with Leo SO GREAT. They could’ve been dumbasses together running around the ship playing stupid games like hide and seek. Once again, instead of that romance shit, I would’ve built their friendship. Let the girl have fun, she’s 13 for gods sake.

Jason. The essence of his character was to be Percy Jackson’s Roman counterpart, which IS WACK. It made him VERY boring and one sided, so away with that! The Jason I had hopes for and wanted to see was, in simple words, a blond Himbo Jock!!! He loves his found family (Piper, Leo, and later the rest of the seven) and he PROTECT!! He and Percy would get in mock fights and wrestle sometimes because Percy says something very stupid and Jason simultaneously wants to laugh and shake him and he and Leo have the type of friendship where even the last few barriers come down and they are unapologetically themselves with one another. Jason learning that he doesn’t have to be a grown up and that he doesn’t have to have such a rigid sense of responsibility and that it’s okay to have fun sometimes, things Leo and Percy teach him. He grows into himself and realizes that he’s not JUST a son of Jupiter, and he doesn’t have to be a leader all the time. It’s okay to let go of the reins, and be stupid.

Frank. Rick made him... so forgettable. Firstly, the fatphobic blessing of Mars shit. We can hit next on that shit: the blessing of Mars but Frank goes from chubby to chubby with muscle because believe it or not a lot of fat people have muscles!! The arch with him wanting to be a child of Apollo is VERY interesting and something that should’ve been played up more within his arc until he realized he didn’t have to prove to anyone how manly he is, that you don’t HAVE to be aggressive and manly to be a child of Mars. Once again: Rick was on some toxic masculinity shit. Frank being okay with being a big teddy bear is enough for me. Also fuck the burning stick of life things stop putting a time limit on teenagers lives that’s bullshit. His relationship his Hazel was rushed and shallow, and quite frankly (ha) they should’ve just been friends.

Last but not least: Leo. Leo’s relationships with EVERYONE could’ve been better. He was treated as the comic relief, an annoyance, someone everyone could barely stand to be around, and instead of bettering his relationships with everyone Rick thought killing him off and then bringing him back with a love interest was the best thing to do. He was the treated as an emotional whipping board and then gave his life to save everyone on some sacrificial lamb shit which is a fucking cop out. In my head, Leo would’ve remained single, he would’ve felt like an outcast in the beginning, yes, but his friends would have actually noticed and reminded him that they value him as a person. I would’ve also built Leo’s arc so that he realizes the only validation he needs from anyone is himself, and that he wasn’t responsible for his mother’s death. I would’ve also written him realizing he has a support system amongst his friends, and he doesn’t need to overexert himself trying to fit because he’s already one of them. Leo has an inferiority complex and that was the core of him sacrificing himself, he felt like, if anyone, it would be him. He felt that he wasn’t as important as any of the other 7. He wouldn’t have died so other people could live, his life would’ve mattered to everyone including himself.

Hii! Can I please have hcs of the bucci gang and trish with a s/o who’s a new gang member who’s very naive and a past member of la squadra? Basically bruno adopted her now that she was all alone. Oh and if you don’t do trish with them could you replace fugo with her? Thank you!

- Bruno would, as expected, be extremely cautious and EVEN more protective towards her to the point where the rest of the gang would be lowkey rolling their eyes at his over the top behavior at times. Sure, the man himself realizes that he can be just a tad bit too motherly, but it’s just that he loves her too much and the fact that she’s so gullible just makes him want to keep her far from harm’s way, yknow? That obviously doesn’t mean that Bruno does not trust her abilities, after all she’s STILL a gang member. However he feels responsible for her safety (as he does with the rest of the squad) and will do all in his power to at least keep a close eye on her whenever she’s out on a mission and such. Bruno will keep her at his side at all times, training and looking out for her constantly, the man merely chuckling at her puffed cheeks and cute little annoyed expression whenever she tells him that he “fusses over her too much”. But s/o knows all too well that the man means well and that he’ll even move mountains for her.

- Giorno would, as well, be hella overprotective of his s/o, only that he’d be just a little more lowkey compared to Bruno. And by that I mean he’s going to be mostly watching over her from the shadows and won’t step in or tell her anything unless it was a serious case or her safety was compromised. That being said, the main thing that Gio would be concerned over would be her naive demeanour, even if at the same time he admires her childlike innocence and overflowing kindness. To him she’s like a breath of fresh mountain air, her carefree attitude nothing less of a cure to all the suffering and death that constantly surrounds the man on a daily basis. Sure he DOES worry that some bad guy is going to take advantage of her naivety someday, and that’s exactly why he always makes sure that she’s able to defend and stand up for herself if the situation calls for it.

- Abbacchio is probably the one who’ll have the least patience in the beginning since, in his opinion, gullible and naive people have it coming. He may not have been too fond of her at first, and yet her kind and easygoing demeanour grew on him overtime, and here we a r e. No matter how nonchalant he tries to be, we all know that Abba is a deadass softie for his airhead s/o and will even sacrifice his own life for her, even if he still pretends to not care about her constantly teasing him for being “such a grandpa”, and yet the constant blush on the brooding man’s face tells s/o otherwise. The mere fact that he’s oh so often fussing over s/o’s safety and jumps in to protect her whenever a fight breaks out speaks louder than a thousand words about how much Abbacchio truly cares about her. Deep down he really does love just how “childish” and carefree she is, her constant affection being the best distraction in days where the sky is grayer than usual.

- Mista is head over fucking heels for her, no doubt about it. He fell for s/o the second he saw her feeding stray animals and helping poor people on the street, and we don’t talk about the time she dared him to chase her around the house just because she was wielding the last slice of pizza, the 2 of them causing a big ass commotion and breaking one of Bruno’s favorite plates in the process. Name a more iconic duo tbh bc these two radiate almost the same energy, and we all know that Mista is sure to fall for someone free spirited who can find humor in any situation and see the bright side. He won’t be as fussy as the rest of them because he knows that even if she’s pretty naive she can still kick ass, but be certain that if anyone ever dared to mess with her Mista is going to kick some MAJOR ass bitch. On another note, the man also lowkey enjoys “teaching” her how to be more intimidating at times just to clown her (and Abbacchio bc he loves giving him as the prime example of big and scary intimidating grandpa that only ever comes out of his crypt of a room to get food) in the process, Mista simply f e e d i n g off of her reactions.

- Fugo probably really vibed with her the second she joined the gang tbh. Although he isn’t “naive” per se, some things still get to him and can convince him to do brash decisions at times and so for the first time he felt as if someone TRULY understood him. Therefore, it’s no wonder that these 2 (albeit kinda awkwardly at first) ended up confessing to eachother eventually. Now Fugo is quite the anxious fussy type and will always be either clinging to her arm or just...tagging along whenever s/o leaves to run errands bc he’d hate for her to be fooled or worse: attacked by an enemy. However he still makes sure to give s/o space and a l w a y s tells her that she can always call him for backup if anything happens. S/o especially enjoys teasing Fugo for being so fussy and affectionate/clingy with her and only her, something that makes our tsundere boi right here flush and huff and puff whenever it happens.

- Narancia is probably the chillest bc have you seen the boi?? If Mista and Fugo instantly vibed w her, Nara over here thought that he had legit found his soulmate the instant he met her. He immediately fell for her carefree and easygoing attitude and honestly? Her naive persona only made him want to care for her even more, because truth be told he saw a bit of his younger self in her. Hell, even now one could argue that Nara is still a bit “naive” but he learned the hard way that he had to work on that tendency as he joined the mafia. That’s exactly why he’d always try telling s/o not to trust anyone and be aware of her surroundings, the worried man throwing his arms around her afterwards and telling her just how much he loves her and how he’d do anything in his power to protect her at all times. On another note, Narancia is always trying to make s/o forget about the hardships of the life they’re living, the man attempting to shield s/o from as much pain and horror as he can by making her laugh and spending time with her on a daily basis. I mean, a young girl that was flung into the mafia just like that because of a series of unfortunate events and probably some familial issues as well? Big fat kin. due to my desire to not completely fail all my classes this year i made myself slow down significantly while listening to this season, and the fact that the other person i'm listening along with had to catch up. We've managed to convert several other people to start listening and its pretty great.

ep 81: what does it even mean to be chosen by one of them? And if he was chosen by the eye. we know Gertrude wasnt? Because she cut the eyes out of the magazines?

ep 82: elias lmao. I understand why people like him so much bahshdhdk i thought he was gonna snitch on Jon but he didnt so he's fine. Ok but how do we think he knew all that stuff. Idk probably just institute connections. I love the fact that the recorder just wants to record stuff randomly bjahsjdhd. Elias feels a lot like Michael in the sense that he knows more than he should and talks in a way that implies he just wants to wait and see how things play out for his own benefit. I understand him knowing the things that happened but his description of her emotions implies something paranormal. Maybe he's connected to one of the entities. Which one I cannot guess.

ep 83: did a file get delivered randomly to the place he's staying at? Probably elias lmao. He thinks the mannequin is related to the stranger. Idk I would believe it.

It seems like (from jon's conversation with jude perry) that the desolation and the eye are kinda at odds with eachother? like i guess not directly but it seems like they dont really vibe? so how could be with both. Cuz if he has the heat powers and shit then we know he's an avatar of the desolation. but then why does he have so much eye imagery. also he got burned intentionally? like jude did when she went on her monologue about the feeling of burning? but then why did he wear the eye pendant. it stops him from being burned all the way which seems like he's not fully accepting the fire or whatever.

well take a guess. its sam and max....the reason i think sam and max are so charming and like. they just drag people in is because individually theyre great characters but theyre definitely better together, very much a set piece (do not separate) and i feel like in a mainly comedy series that sam and max is its easy to write best friend characters who kind of miss the mark of “these characters are BELIEVEABLE as best friends” like...ok i need to give credit to brain waves where they are due what triggered this line of thought was listening to dear dimwitty (a ducktales podcast hosted by two friends of mine its great btw you should listen to it) and monty (one of the hosts) was talking about how he enjoys it when characters laugh at each other (his examples were a bit in the dt episode they were discussing where dewey i think laughed at a joke louie told in the bg of a scene, and also the crew in star trek....i dont remember which one it was the one with data and geordi i think and he just talked about how its nice to watch because you can really feel like the crew are really friends with eachother through small details in the show like how they have a game night and thigns like that)! like in sitcom series like friends those guys..are not even friends..which is fine the characters dont have to be deep and have fleshed out relationships in a sitcom but just for an example...ive gone on a bit of a tangent but all that talk while i was listening made me go “hey!! thats why i like sam and max!!” (you see? all that talking was related to my point and not just advertising my friends podcast) even though comedy is the main factor in the sam and max series what really ties it all together is the relationship between the two titular characters...and i truly truly believe sam and max wouldnt be nearly as good and funny as it is if sam and max werent written so well as two individuals who genuinely and whole heartedly care about each other. Theyre best friends and theres no question about it! and its not even written in a way where in chapter one a narrator has to say “this is a story about two best friends” you just have to fuckin LOOK at them for a minute to see, and their office especially which is usually the starting place for each series (its where we first meet sam and max in both the cartoon and games and i BELIEVE the comics...somewhere in the real early ones?) Like they have photos of themselves and eachother plastered all over the walls, they have family photos and pictures of themselves together as children, you see maxs doodles everywhere in the office, he scratched his name into sams desk, its a very LIVED IN if not NASTY space that tells you right away “ok these guys have known eachother for years”, dialogue really helps push this too (now im mostly referencing the games) like sam commenting “i bought this punching bag for max.”, “hey max whered you put this”, “hey max did you feed hubert”, etc etc, when looking at the photos they reminisce, their banter with eachother is just. VERY believable as best friends talking. especially when its sprinkled in with dialogue of them just casually chatting. Most of the time when you talk to max he just says something funny or gives a hint or whatever but sometimes theres dialogue where they just talk to eachother and its like “oh no punchline. they just wanted to chat. ok <3″ and its just very sweet. the “whats your favorite color max?” “orange!” “hey mine too! after all these years theres still so much we dont know about eachother :)” dialogue comes to mind...it made me smile...I think whats also sweet is that sam and max are very OPENLY affectionate with eachother! Sam calls max cute a LOT theyre very touchy feely with eachother, sam is constantly holding onto or touching max, max compliments sam a lot...they tease eachother and max clocks sam to wake him up every morning and sam loves to throw him out the window but well. thats how they show affection <3 also how when sam and max are separated theyre so blatantly miserable and especially sam is super overly worried about max every time something happens to him LOL and i think THESE moments hit all the better because of their well written friendship! its why the rare serious moment in sam and max works and doesnt feel out of place. its because you already know so hard that sam and max love eachother (and like, only each other theyre pretty self centered and dont give much of a fuck about anyone else) so like you as the viewer will be like “oh no! max got kidnapped again! sam is gonna be worried sick!!” and then he is. Because the public already knows how much they care about each other...its not a secret...you cant hide it....i KNOW you care the max

Sanders sides mimecraft/YouTuber au

Some basic info is missing but they all have roughly the same age/subscribers and stuff

Patton:

Collects EVERY animal and names them all . 'Teams up' with people a lot. Mainly makes funny and casual irl games and vlogs. He can only really play mc well and never uses cheats ("not the honest or hardworking thing to do!") Always has a MASSIVE Base (mainly houses for his animals and farms so he can feed them all) either dies every five minutes or never dies there's no in-between (the more upset he is the more he dies normally) has a new hair colour every month (definitely virgil's doing) has a subscriber farm/ garden and puts atleast 2 people in it each episode

Swears like sailor when playing so he has really edited and almost never livestreams when playing minecraft he does do lots of qna/ irl games on livestreams and sometimes convinces one of the others to join. Has a "not PG" playlist of collabs where he has a few swears and dirty jokes (normally from the others). Travels a lot and always has a bag of sweets (vegan and everything free so anyone can eat them) incase he meets any fans when out. Has and will spend hours collecting things for his friends if he hears them complain about how they can't find any insert item here or need a certain amount of it but can't get it. He has a "drop off hut" at their spawn where everyone but him has a chest and he'll leave whatever they need for them to pick up and occasionally he'll leave sweet notes in them too if he knows they're having a bad day. Doesn't make serious videos often but will always speak out on other social media about current events (blm, lgbt shiz etc) and give his support and thoughts on it there are some issues he doesn't talk about for personal reasons tho.

Basic info... 22..... vvv gay....... totally not crushing on remus..... trans dude..... about 3/4 mil followers.

Logan:

Has a good sized Base and is focused on efficency and survival. Almost always streaming or filming. Has 2 pets à series (max.) And the rest if the farm animals are definitely not pets (most have names and he refuses to kill them). Is practically a god by episode 5 so most of the time he does stupid challenges and makes shops and trades/ helps the others. He only ever blogs for events (vidcon/comicon) most of the time his camera is stolen by either remus, patton or Roman and they'll make sure to get all the funny and embarrassing moments on film. Logan always réalisés two videos for each event eg : video one: "Vidcon 2020 day 2" video two: " Vidcon 2020 day 2 patton's cut" (where all the shenanigans and weird shit is posted).

He's always a sarcastic mum (so normal ) and loves to watch the playful banter and whenever any of the viewers see it he'll be spammed with edits and art for the next month or two. Of course he goes through everything he's tagged in and makes sure to like and comment. Because it's logan everyone still simps for him and he posts photos a lot and lots of group photos from when they all meet up and shiz and most of the comments are people drooling over him.

Roman asks his subscribers every series for a theme (pirates, Princes, mediaval, fairies etc) each series which he has to stick to

Lots of people think he has tattoos he sometimes tries to cover when really it's doodles that were done in sharpie and still haven't come off.

Makes so many vlogs and is always doing something new and interesting.

Has the most extra and intricate bases and all kinds of weird pets and he changes his skin for each series.

Remus:

No one remembers adding him to the servers or anything but he's just there.

Normally shares a base with patton or is super close to it and basically has a house with a lava moat and a basement abd that's it. So many swears and dirty jokes. Lots of random short vlogs that he has in a playlist that's called 'why I love these dumbasses'. Constantly flirts with patton and when they start dating publicly they do all kinds of tags and have a mc world together where everyone thinks they'll be sweet and wholesome but most of it is them killing eachother for the fun of it which everyone is mad for.

Remus always challenges patton to find a super rare pet (jokes on you remus patton has every pet in the game by episode 5) for filler videos where they don't know what to do. Remus does lots of trolling and making traps/ death houses videos and mainly plays on servers or plays other games (mainly horror). Always ends up pissing someone on the server off and starting a war (they all know it's all in good fun) and spends wayyyyy too long working on different pranks for different people (He once made logan's house neon pink by hand)

Janus is pretty normal and will play with mods so he can get reptiles as pets. Is barely ever on servers and will barely play on them if he's part of one. He does lots of one off challenges / games with the others. Doesn't post anything but gaming vids and only ever does voice-over and no cam for a long time and is shipped with everyone he had every social media but only posts about upcoming videos and events. Lowest subs of the group as he doesn't do it for the income (unlike most of the others) and just does it because the others convinced him. He keeps his home life secret until he accidentally turned up in the background of one of Remy's videos and everyone went mad with theories and he came out and explained it all so after tgat he occasionally posts vlogs for big events but that's it. He lives with emile and remy in a 2 bed apartment (they were previously roomates) and has his own room which is really an office with a spare bed in it.

Virgil :

Mainly does series on his own or speed running /parkour. He's weirdly good at building so he has a series where he builds houses for his friends. He does a mixture of art and gaming videos when he does collab with the others it's always one off games against eachother (bedwars parkour etc) he almost always wins (his only real competiton is logan) and stays silent most the time and only really throws around insults.

Remy (+emile)

Lifestyle and challenge blogs doesn't game but he has tried a few times on janus' channel (so has emile) he has a playlist of mental health videos made by emile (He's still a therapist but he wanted a way to help people further so he does these with remy) and occasionally does makeup / fashion videos and is a super super popular channel so his bfs (janus and emile) don't really need to work but they like to contribute.
