Chia seeds are high in #fiber #protein #potassium #manganese #magnesium #zinc and #omegafattyacids Ingredients • 1 cup plant-based milk • 4 tbsp chia seeds • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 1/2 tsp of apple pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves) • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1/2 cup berries Instructions 1. Pour the chia seeds into a mason jar and mix with the milk, spice, vanilla and syrup. 2. Put the lid on, shake well and refrigerate for at least an hour. 3. Serve with berries and cinnamon.
