hello i am neurodivergent and i apply it (project??) onto alot of characters but often i dont share these thoughts bc unfortunately as much as we may hope they dont tend to get received well among the wider audience bc ppl dont want their faves being "weird" but i feel like i see myself as someone who is neurodivergent in a lot of these characters so it is interesting to see when allistic/neurotypical ppl make the same observations!!

i will say that these 2 situations are the ones that have exhausted me the most when it comes to topics on here, which does further my point about how i can be bitter when topics get more aggressive. im not sure if i should take this as an issue with myself, or whether to show that being nasty to myself and others in my inbox just helps nobody. lets go with both!

starting with example 1, i felt like i made it pretty clear that i had my own interpretation of the comment, i think i even said as much within my reply. i will admit though i dont really have any sort of fondness for kea and their previous sexualization of terra adopts did leave a bad taste in my mouth regarding them. regardless, i think the reason i gave og anon so much slack is because of the (in my opinion) unbalanced response to it in the first reply. i think that there should be some more disconnect when it comes to critiquing a person ideas as opposed to the person themselves; what i mean by that is you can say “that comment you made or that idea you hold is misogynistic” without making aggressive assumptions as the person replying did. i think that maybe it makes it my fault for not being clearer that assumptions like that arent welcome here, or maybe its more my fault for having a very specific expectation of how people should interact. either way

example 2 i think has a bit of a shorter explanation, this specific ask set me off about the whole situation, since i agree it really shouldnt have gone on as long as it did. but as ive stated many times before i prefer to post everything in my inbox just to be more trustworthy as a mod and i was expecting that ppl could just let the topic die on its own. the assumptions thing was also happening here, and with the arguing going on it just pissed me off. i will say about the specific “die in a fire comment” that wasnt me so much saying that anons were claiming stuff like that, but rather me being hyperbolic in explaining my stance. i can be really hyperbolic on here when it comes to jokes and i can realize sometimes it isnt the most obvious thing, but thats my way of communicating for when im not being the most serious. with that specific situation, i was getting really annoyed that people were winding down to slapfighting, and if i presented the opposing anons as crazy or not really having a leg to stand on, thats my bad. i can see where both sides are coming from, it was just at that point in the argument i really just wanted it to be done and i maintain the stance that it really wasnt any of our business

Oh don’t even get me STARTED on the mask mandates coming down. Both my parents are immunocompromised and I have asthma so it’s hard for us to do anything. The only person that kinda has a life is my sister, but she’s still pretty safe and I’m glad she can hang out with some people. But it’s ridiculous because if/when another variant takes over the US, people are gonna be sooooo surprised as to how it happened (as if lack of masks and testing and distancing aren’t exactly why). I’m still in shock when I see people in public without a mask! Ever since March 2020, I either have dreams that I’m in a public place without a mask and I know somethings off, or I’m the only one with a mask and I’m getting yelled at. I’m in grad school and I literally had a dream last night that I was back in high school getting made fun of at lunch for being the only one wearing a mask in class, and then I spent the rest of the dream wondering how I’m gonna go home to my parents who are at risk 🙃 idk how to explain to people that no, I’m not insane, and that maybe trying not to get a deadly and/or disabling disease considering how our country handles healthcare and disabilities actually makes ME the smart person, and not Jake and Chad over there “living their lives” aka being human incubators for disease! (And obviously there are ppl who have to go into work and be exposed, but no one over those companies are trying to protect their workers either!) Maybe, just maybe, I would like to not get it at all and losing a little bit of my freedom to protect myself and others is cool with me. All of those 5 things I mentioned, even tho some are small things....they got mostly negative responses from yeolmaes and bbhls who are not cbkist dont they? 2) this is a little complicated to explain, but first of all, the black community has a bit of an issue when it comes to biracial people, especially those who are white passing. while its true they have a privilege due to their ability to pass as white and colorism and texturism within the community, they quite literally arent white because whiteness is defined by the absence of race, by ""purity"" and appearance based discrimination is only one aspect of blackness. even besides that, i feel like being asked to reject a part of your identity and history in order to succeed within society might do shit to you mentally even if you are privileged for being able to make that decision at all lol. theres a large segment of the black community who believe that we need to be more protective of blackness as an identity ("we've moved past the era of the one drop rule" we literally havent but okay) and like, i get that, no one wants another rachel dolezal, but we cant gatekeep ourselves out of our own community. its called generational trauma for a reason.

however, theres also this like. weird cultural phenomenon, wherein we often see black people with white mothers actin some typa way. its not universal, but theres just like this rule of thumb where biracial and especially white passing people with white mothers have this very "black friend that said its okay" energy. again not everyone is like this but white womanhood carries this very subtle and psychological brand of racism, so if your mother never actually confronted her racism (like these girls who chase black dudes in a fetishy way, or she thinks because she has black kids or is in a relationship with a black man shes not racist) i think it has a negative impact on their relationship to their blackness. however, thats a pretty big assumption, and i dont think halsey or pete have done anything to indicate that particular trap (the contrary with halsey from what i know of her) compared to like doja cat.

and 3) again petes mom is black. like i get being nervous about him specifically but hes like that cuz he grew up upper middle class not cuz his moms white.

I have a lot of muses all spread out on different blogs so, if I can’t choose one of your muses, I’m going to send in a meme for each of your muses. Out of my three primary roleplay blogs, there are four side roleplay blogs. Four of the muses being time lords and every regeneration - incarnation - is a muse of their own. Over at @themadvigilantist​ have 339 V muses, 89 Vin muses, 3 villains; sideblog @tardis500​ has 6 tardis oc muses, here, which is also a sideblog, I have 8 ocs, 12 canonical characters, 52 televised/comic/audio parody portrayals of the doctor. At @pennybraddock​, i have only 1 oc muse. At @drbabygirl​, i have 1 oc, and 4 canon characters. At @thebadtimewolf​, I have a singular time lord main muse with 15 human alternate versions of herself and one angel entity with @nosewitch​ being one singular side blog. Altogether, i have 533 muses, possibly more if I miscounted (or if the doctor ends up getting more that I missed then well shit, i’ll add them later as muses too. So, if you are someone that don’t want a spam of asks your way or thought I would just pick one muse out of your many, you are dead wrong on that and I might not be the blog for you. I’ll slap in a new muse left and right and then think I’m done only to add 20 more out of excitement just to forget about them later on. When I say I am excited to rp with you, I’m excited to throw a small village at every single muse you got unless you pick one first.

I am a very graphic and dark writer with the occasional smut (depending on the blog/muse), that does not censor or tone down their muse but, there are some limits. Just about all of my rp blogs deal with some very heavy subject material, which I tend to write out in great detail. This means you might come across descriptions of scenarios, that are very dark, graphic, disturbing or just drawn out as something that my muse realistically, no one would give/expect that kind of reaction towards in general. However, I have a limit and no, it’s not because it makes me unconfortable writing it, I just get...stuck. Okay, for example with my villain/neutral muses, I can’t write rape. I’ll write with someone that can write that particular subject but, I can’t write it myself because I don’t know how. Murder? You betcha and with detail. Torture? You got it and with trauma. Destroy an entire solar system while making the character feel wracked with guilt over the deaths of billions? Yeah, I can do that with detail on how it affected everyone else on a visual. Rape? Nope, nothing, same goes if you random anons want to just worse stuff, I can’t write it. Don’t know how, won’t know how. Now, that being said, I will never condone any of those behaviors that I describe but, if I can’t write it? Then pick something else. I can tag appropriately but, if my partner don’t tell me to cut to the next day or do fade-to-black in their following response, I’m going to describe that. Why I say depending on the muse is this: some of my muses are into fearplay/edgeplay but, the level where they were probably the reason some of their ‘interests’ are called risk-accepted consensual kinks which, for muses that are vile or evil, y’all gonna have to um, explain it that what you’re doing to them is not a dubcon situation but, a no-dont-get-off-on-this situation-this-is-my-scare-tactic. if you don’t, it’s gonna get real uncensored morticia/gomez real quick and you don’t want it. Other muses on the other hand will actually be scared so, choose (out of the collective 533+ muses) wisely. I’ll give you a list of who is in to what real quick, just ask/im me and i’ll find a generator that show just how much/little they’ll be into a thing.

I use either memes, open starters, greeters as an ice breaker but, also aiming to pre-established starters. So, I tend to make general starter for those that recently follow me in a way that anyone could respond to. I’m not shy to plotting but, for the most part, I’m just testing the waters. We can also im each other, send each other asks or whathaveyou. A jumping board that I might respond to one of your open starters or make a thread out of an answered post that you or I had sent to the other.

I don’t know how to godmod but, if you do it ...don’t be surprised that the muse is gonna fight back?? I only say this because I can’t write physical fight scenes with anyone because I’m so shit at those that I can now say that I have been accused of godmodding (2) twice in the span of a decade on this site by two ppl who (hopefully) live somewhere with free healthcare. Everytime I respond to how my character would counter an attack, there’s always that one person with their muse - that they are clearly in a fight scene - that only I get accused of godmodding out of nowhere. Despite when I look back at my responses on how I word things and I don’t see it (I still don’t. Is there an editor I can ask to look over and what I should reword here??) and the accuser fails to tell me to reword what sentence/paragraph to fix it where it’s not that. HELP ME SEE WHAT YOU SEE?? INSTEAD OF JUMPING TO THAT ACCUSATION WITH NO EXPLANATION WHEN A THREAD DON’T GO YOUR WAY??
