You never really know the true impact you have on those around you. You never know how much someone needed that smile you gave them. You never know how much your kindness turned someone's entire life around. You never know how much someone needed that long hug or deep talk. So don't wait to be kind. NOURISHING

You've got to take care of yourself. And not just once in a while or only when you realize how desperately you need it, but every single day. Taking care of yourself doesn't have to mean fancy baths or face masks. It doesn't have to mean traveling far or turning your whole life upside down. It certainly can, but everyone is different. Truly taking care of yourself simply means nourishing your mind, body, and spirit in ways that work for you. It means finding a balance within your every day life that allows you to do the things you love and feel at peace. It means nourishing yourself within to be able to take on the world out there.

I started focusing on building my future rather than reliving my past. I began forgiving myself for things that brought me guilt or shame. I realized I couldn't continue living past moments over and over those moments were far behind me now. I began healing the wounds, of others and myself. I journalized, a lot. and I journaled even more. I started getting to know myself, deeply, authentically. I couldn't keep asking myself who I was, whom I wanted to become, I needed to find out, so I did. I started building my boundaries. I realized it's okay to let others be wrong about you and that it wastes a lot of energy trying to prove yourself to people who don't want to see your worth. I began forgiving myself and others. I made more time for making my soul happy. I stopped being afraid of being alone. I began valuing my energy and my time. I began noticing the difference between others' expectations of me and my own and aimed to make myself proud. I realized that I would rather stand alone in my power and creativity a lot quieter. I realized people didn't value me, forcing me to fit myself into a mold that was never me. I became kinder to myself, I started honoring my dreams. I began loving who I was and whom I was becoming. and even when I felt lost, that's when I knew I was on the right path.
