“STOP RIKI THAT TICKLES!” she laughed loudly trying to catch her breath. ten seconds ago, her boyfriend, riki, had just swept her off her feet and suddenly carried her, bridal style.

riki was playing with her, he smiled cheekily as his girlfriend tried to fight back. tried to convince him to let her go and put her down, “naaaah… maybe later.” riki chuckled evilly, he then asked her for a kiss on his cheek. “here pleaaase love.” he poked his cheek.

“come on baby” he landed her on the counter, still pleading for a kiss. getting mildly impatient.

she sighed, rolling her eyes, giving in and kissing him on the cheek. “happy now?” she smiled, “uhm.. maybe here.” he pointed on his other cheek, still having that evil grin slapped onto his face.

his girlfriend obeyed and kissed him again, “noooo! I meant here baby.” he pointed on his forehead this time. “riki make up your mind!” she whined wanting to get down from the counter, so she attempted to go down.

quickly, riki swiftly held her waist and didn’t let go. “don’t leave when you still haven’t given my kiss yet girl.” he gave her a frown and cute little puppy eyes, she gulped as if she got hypnotized from his eyes.

“fine.” she kissed his forehead and expected him to let her go. “are you good now?”

riki didn’t say anything, just a cute little smile on his face. “riki?” she waited for his response, still didn’t know what he would do next.

he then kissed her on the lips.

she gasped in shock, she didn’t expect he would be so straightforward and just kiss her like that. the kiss lasted a whopping 30 seconds until she had pulled away to catch her breath. “are you wearing the cherry lipstick I gave you? babe, when I kiss you you taste really—”

“riki! you are still a kid don’t say that.”

“what but you do—”

“I get it, I get it.” she smiled gently, “thank you love.” this time, she was convinced he would let her go. “hey hey hey… where do you think your going pretty girl?” riki turned around quickly when she had successfully got down.

“your still mine beautiful girl! come over here!” he chuckled evilly before chasing her down.

“RIKI STOP CHASING ME!”

“pretty girl~~ come over here pretty girl !!”

You were in the living room scrolling through your phone in complete silence, soon ruined by the screams of your boyfriend who was playing some games in your shared room.

'He lost again' you thought, he only gets this mad whenever he loses so there is no other option really. Curiosity got the best of you so you decide to check on him just to see what made him scream like that, and also to spend some time together why not.

As you were approaching the room you could hear his voice at the other side of the door, saying things like 'how did i not see him he was right there ugh' and so on.

Opening the door slowly you were welcomed by the sign of your boyfriend sitting on his gaming chair leaning back, his hands behind his head and his eyes closed. He was also wearing gray sweatpants and one of his white tank tops. His headphones fell around his neck as soon as he heard the door open, looking directly at where you were standing.

He smiles sweetly at you, mouthing a 'come here' while patting one of his thighs. You didn't waste a second coming closer to him and sitting on his lap right after, both of his hands now resting on your thighs drawing small circles.

— 'What were you playing ?'. you said looking at his computer screen. After explaining everything to you an idea crossed his mind. — 'Babe let's make a bet, if you win a round i would clean the house for a month but if you lose you have to play with me at least once a week'. he looked so proud of his idea and actually the game seems pretty easy, a bit of help at home won't hurt either so why not. You nodded your head, taking the mouse in your hand and putting the other one on the keyboard.

You were doing pretty good actually, better than he would ever imagine considering this was the first time you played. But Riki couldn't let you win, he didn't want to clean the house at all so he took matters into his own hands and decided on distracting you, just a tiny bit.

Your concentration was anywhere to be found as soon as you felt a pair of lips kissing down your neck, his hands that were once on your things were now on your hips. You started to move around, feeling nervous and a bit ticklish because of your boyfriend's actions.

In a blink of an eye his computer screen lit up with a sign that said GAME OVER with red big letters. — 'Hey that's not fair Riki ' you said, crossing your arms and pouting after turning back to him.

He let out a chuckle, his deep voice echoed in the room, finding your reaction adorable. Giving you a quick peck on your pouty lips he said — 'Well i'm free this saturday so we can play something together, we made a bet remember'.

Hi ynnie, today was the award show that we’ve been looking forward to. Our first award show after making our relationship public. I’ve been hurting a lot more this week knowing today was coming up, it didn’t feel very good.

It was weird walking into the venue and seeing your members without you, they looked empty. Everyone could tell that they weren’t well, there was this evident wall between them all.

You guys were always praised as being extremely close, labeled as a found family. It hurt knowing they were missing you just as much as me, how much your departure hurt everyone.

They all sat there in silence, avoiding eye contact with everyone and just fiddling with themselves. The fans weren’t the same either, but what they created for you was beautiful.

During your group's performance the entire room was lit up. I think every person in the crowd had your guys’ light sticks, it made me really happy to see that even after life you’re still so loved.

I saw a lot of artists crying during your groups performance, crying even harder when your members didn’t sing your parts. I wish I could say I did good today, but I don’t think I did.

I cried a lot, the cameras seemed to be glued to me after our relationship was revealed, even more after you left. I wish you were here to see all the support that everyone left for us, many people were extremely happy for our relationship, or what it was.

I’m really tired lately, it’s been harder to keep going without you. I try to call you as much as I can, it’s always the first and last thing I do while I’m awake.

The hyungs found out about our calls this morning. For some reason I felt like they were going to judge me, to tell me to let you go and move on. But they did the opposite.

They asked me if they could talk with you, if they could tell you about how their lives have been going. They all miss you so much, we have your photo picture framed on the living room wall.

I even saw Jungwon hyung wearing your sweater, the second he saw me he came over and hugged me. We cried together, I think we both needed it. Instead of going out for dinner to celebrate we came back to our dorm, we even invited your members.

We all came together and ate your favourite food, obviously prepared by Jay and Asa noona. I genuinely felt happy, I think we all did. For the first time in a while we didn’t spend dinner in silence, and there weren't any tears this time! Well sad tears, I think Jaerin cried while she was laughing at Jia for choking on a piece of rice.

I thought it was funny until the deja vu came tumbling in, my mind blanked as a memory popped up. It was our first date, you remember don’t you? When you choked on a piece of rice?

I see you in everything, even in little things. Anyways I can hear Sunghoon hyung yelling at me to let him have a turn with you, he’s so annoying.

We miss you so much, I miss you so much. I love you, my star.

He was standing on your doorstep at the first time you saw him. A 6'1 feet pale-skinned guy with long blond hair that was wearing a white t-shirt wrapped in an unbuttoned beige shirt greeted you with a bright smile, then walked past you into your brother’s room.

Honestly, there was nothing special about the random guy named Riki —or rather you called it your brother’s bestfriend— that come to see your brother in your house. You could swear, you thought it was none of your business right at the moment you saw him. You have friends, and so your brother. That’s why it must have nothing to do with you and Riki, said your brain cells.

But as time goes by, you and Riki often met in unexpected places. You turned out to join the same club at your university, you’re in the same major, and you both even took the same class. You’re sure, before you saw him on your doorstep you must have met at any corner of your university, considering the same activities you had.

But the question is, how could you just realize his existence after he was standing on your doorstep? You feel like you’ve never met him before.

Yeah, you feel.

You sighed, then shook your head to signal your brain cells to stop thinking about that —

“Y/N!”

Speak of the devil! Why’s he always around you all over the place these days? — no, seems like he’s tailing you when he got bored and has nothing to do.

you turned toward the door direction. There’s him standing on the doorstep with his beloved beige bag slung over his shoulder and a varsity jacket slung over his arm.

again, mentioned of a doorstep.

You were thinking about him being on your doorstep a few minutes ago and here he is, standing on this room doorstep like déjà vu.

“Do you have any idea how many rooms I’ve peeked to find you?” he walked over and sat down on a chair next to you.

“No.” you returned your attention to your phone, continued scrolling endlessly on Twitter as if you gave him a signal that You’re not interested to hear what he’s going to say. Despite the fact, you were hiding your nervousness because it wasn’t even a minute after you stopped thinking about him, he suddenly appeared!

“Five!!” his yelps made you look at him — with a look of disbelief on your face — for a moment. You knew it would be around 3 to 5 but his reaction is always too much like he just peeked into a dozen rooms in this building.

“Ugh, you’re so dramatic.”

“Whatever, I’m tired.” he rested his head on the desk and faced you—which made you try to breathe deeply as your heart started beating faster than usual at the thought of his pretty features face staring at you.

You ignored him for minutes to calm your self down, pulled down your phone notification bar and pressed the play button on Spotify. A song named Eyes Off You by an American-Canadian band called PRETTYMUCH played in its second chorus.

I just can’t take my eyes off of you~

You sighed, they’re right. You can’t take your eyes off of him right now. How pathetic, Y/N.

You couldn’t help but follow him to lay your head on the desk to admire how attractive he is right now. His eyes are now closed, of course, but you know he doesn’t fall asleep that quickly.

“Hey, are you gonna sleep here?” you asked out of nowhere and deeply regret what you said when he opens his eyes.

He hummed, “As long as you’re still here, then yes. Any question before I fall asleep?”

You think, probably you blushed as well right now. The fact that he caught you staring at him made you shy and embarrassed at once. But who cares? it’s already happened!

“How was your day?” you asked with a soft tone as if you let him to thinks anything of you in that embarrassed case and pretended that it was a normal thing for you.

“Tired. But I’m doing just fine. Thanks for asking,” he smiled and his eyes pinched up become two tiny, “How about yours? Seems like you have a bad day.”

“Yeah, I’m—“

the sound of footsteps interrupted, causing you to get up immediately and pretend to clean your desk which is actually not dirty. You can hear this dude —that you just stared at— giggling as he follows you to get up.

When the sound of that footsteps is gone, you tried to glance outside the door. A head of a familiar guy popped there. As you guessed, he is Jungwon, your brother. You knew it’s going to be him because he once asked where are you a moment before his friend entered this empty classroom.

“Oh great, you’re here too, Riki. I was just about to ask Y/N about you.”

the moment you saw your brother walked towards you and Riki, you were thinking about what Riki said, “Seems like you have a bad day.”

Yes, you have a bad day for thinking that you might have a crush on your brother’s bestfriend that supposed to be off-limit.

a/n : i literally loved that prompt sm, it has so many different possibilities. i hope you enjoy reading this, lmk how i did🤍

It didn’t come as a shock to everyone when they witnessed Lee Heeseung, their school's beloved student president, enter the dance without a date on his arm.

Every day since the morning their student council announced the dance up until the day before the scheduled date they’ve all watched with crushed hope as student after student got coldly rejected.

It seemed that no one was able to catch the heart of their president, or at least that’s what they thought until today.

Heeseung was well aware of all the eyes on him, a queasy feeling replacing his original confidence. Their beady eyes brought a sense of dread over him, he always felt like he had to act a specific way under their watchful gazes.

Heeseung tried to distract himself with his glass of sparkling water in front of him, watching as the liquid rocked back and forth as he tilted the glass.

He was so unfocused to the point where he didn’t hear the hesitant footsteps sounding towards him, unaware of the shy smile situated on your face.

“Can I have this dance?” Heeseung’s head snapped up at your familiar voice, butterflies fluttering around his stomach as your eyes connected.

Yn Ln, the woman who Heeseung’s had his eyes set on since elementary school. Since early on he’s been hooked on the way your eyes sparkled whenever you’d get excited, always imagining the way they’d look with his reflection shining back.

He noticed the way you’d wrap your arms around your friends' elbows, resting your head against their shoulders as you animatedly gushed about your newest obsession (right now it’s peach kasugai gummies).

He’d create a world where you’d treat him the way way, where you’d greet him with a small innocent hug and he melted into your embrace.

But he’d never expect you to be the one to come up to him, not when he’d always seen you as someone extremely untouchable.

So you couldn’t blame Heeseung for his red cheeks, nor for his cute stuttering when he rapidly nodded his head at your words.

He felt the world pause as he held you in his arms, the soft music playing creating the perfect, almost serene scene. The spotlight seemed to shine down on you at the perfect time, just in time to catch the love-filled smile you shot toward Heeseung.

Cupid's arrow shot directly into his chest, erupting into a million red hearts as they scattered across his entire body.

“You’re so beautiful.” Heeseung didn’t recognize his voice, way too soft to belong to him. He’d never spoken in that tone before, one that reminded him of the way he’d always imagined you speaking to him.

“Thank you, Heeseung. You’re even prettier” To you, he was the prettiest person you’ve ever seen. His pretty smile that always kissed his face whenever he teased his friends, a smile graced by the angels.

You were almost envious of the way he stood out from everyone, his heart on his sleeves as he excused himself from the crowd of students to assist an old lady crossing the intersection.

You knew he’d come alone, his friends always teasing him a little too loud whenever you stood close to them. It was hard not to hear their loud voices, especially not when Sunghoon would whistle towards Heeseung after you looked toward them.

You felt Heeseung’s eyes on you whenever he thought you weren’t paying attention, the way he’d stare at you for minutes with no interruption.

It was too bad that he never noticed your equally returned attention until this moment, but this moment would soon become your favourite one.

“I really adore you” You confidently told him, purposefully getting close enough to feel his heart race. “I want nothing more than to be yours” Heeseung thought he was about to pass out, he was too scared to say anything just in case he suddenly woke up from this heavenly dream.

“Can I call you mine?” Heeseung nodded a bit too fast, whiplash hitting him straight away. You laughed as he staggered in place, eyes closed as his world spun.

“Oh no, I’m waking up.” Your amused smile grew as Heeseung whispered to himself, his expression morphing into one that perfectly expressed his inner turmoil.

“You’re not dreaming, silly. If you were dreaming I wouldn’t be able to do this” You placed a small kiss on his cheek, your lipstick transferring onto the surface as you parted.

It was at that exact moment when it became apparent to everyone in the room, that you were the one Lee Heeseung wanted to bring to the dance all along.
