4. Lazy Kiss + Sarnesto? :3

Yo, @mygardenofmuses! I know this is rather short, but I’ll write this precious ship with as much love as possible XD

Minor note: This takes places post-Convergence: TATD so there might be minor spoilers here and there but don’t worry, it’s nothing major!

The day started out innocently enough. An hour after committing a robbery from a random bank in Miracle City and escaping from those pesky Nicktoons that were on their metaphorical tails, the villainous duo were finally able to let out a breath of relief when Django of the Dead and his partner, Black Cuervo, appeared to wreck havoc and distract the heroes from chasing them.

When they reached one of Sartana’s hideouts, they quickly covered up any traces of their stolen goods. It didn’t take long for their adrenaline to go out and eventually collapsing on the sofa together.

Ernesto inhaled deeply, basking in the comforting scent of his beloved who was snuggling in the crook of his bony neck. Resting his head against the sofa pillow behind them as he shifted his body to a more comfortable position for both him and Sartana, he sighed and mumbled contently in incoherent yet satisfied tone.

Sartana raised her head, scarlet rubies gleaming with amusement as she gazed at him, “What was that, my dear?”

The skeletal musician coughed, the soul markings on his skull flushed a vivid red, “-oh. Um. I would not mind being in this position all day, my love.”

The villainous necromancer smirked, her expression bemused and affectionate, “The feeling is mutual, that is…” Her smile turned coy, “If you want go more than that.”

Ernesto tilted his head with a wide grin, his expression reminiscent of an excited puppy, “I am all for that! However…” He then grimaced and sigh, his smile now strained and tired, “I’m still a bit sore from our latest robbery.”

Sartana’s vivid red eyes widened, sympathy flashing on her face as she tenderly caressed her beloved’s face and cooed, “Oh no, was it too much?” She looked away and snorted to herself derisively, “Why am I such an idiot, I shouldn’t have pushed you too hard when we were running away-”

Ernesto gently grasped her hand, quickly cutting her off from her rant of self-deprecation. As much as he relished the warmth of his girlfriend’s concern for him, Ernesto hates it when Sartana drives all that internal criticism onto herself when really, it’s his own fault that he let himself tire too fast while on the run.

The love that he felt for her, the love that she reciprocates; Ernesto would not let his beloved do that to herself.

“It’s fine, my love,” Ernesto gushed, learning forward to give Sartana two pecks on her blushing cheeks, “I just needed the rest, that’s all!”

Sartana sighed as she snuggled onto the crook of Ernesto’s neck once more, “If you say so…”

After several minutes of being in a loving embrace, the necromancer raised her head and tilted her head curiously at Ernesto.

Brows furrowed, she says, “I don’t why, but I feel that something awful might happen. And I trust my intuition very well.”

Ernesto lazily planted a kiss on her lips, one that she reciprocated with equal passion.

When they separated, the disgraced musician raised his eyebrow bemusedly at Sartana, “What could possibly ruin our time?”

Sartana inhaled deeply, taking in the scent of her beloved as she conceded, “Oh, I supposed I’m just paranoid.”

*SMASH*

Debris fell alongside El Tigre through the ceiling, the vessel of the Great Tiger grunting as his body impacted the ruined floor. None the worse for wear, the tiger-themed superhero groaned as he slowly rose up and rubbed his head.

Opening his green eyes, he immediately stiffened when he noticed the tell-tale signs of a hideout owned by Sartana of the Dead. Suspicious, he scanned his surroundings until his wary gaze fell upon Sartana and Ernesto sprawled together on the sofa.

Sartana sputtered incoherently, Ernesto stared back blankly and El Tigre could only gawk with his mouth agape at what seems to be a very intimate situation unfolding before him.

There was a moment of awkward silence.

“Holy crap!!!” a familiar voice of a teenage boy yelped in horror.

Three heads swerved up to see Django’s head peeking down from the hole, his expression wide-eyed and abashed. Another three heads were seen poking out as well, belonging to Danny Phantom and Agent Kitty Katswell with varying degrees of pure and utter mortification on their faces.

Somewhere in the sky above them, XJ-9 and Black Cuervo continued to trade barbs and shots in their aerial dogfight; blissfully unaware of the impending disaster going on.

“Sorry, nana!” Django cried out, his tone apologetic, “I thought I send El Tigre flying at another place. I-uh, I’ll send them away!”

Sartana was frighteningly silent for bit, before her blank face twisted into an wrathful snarl as she summoned her magic guitar with her hands.

“Oh, don’t worry, my grandson. Whoever dares to interrupt my precious bonding time with my beloved will pay,” Sartana of the Dead growled with gritted teeth.

Django wisely pulled his head back outside.

El Tigre gulped nervously with wide fearful eyes while Phantom sheepishly rubbed the back of his neck as he laughed uncomfortably, “So, um… We should probably get Ma-El Tigre out of there while we still can, right?”

Agent Katswell nodded her head gravely, “And we have to do it quickly because otherwise…” The anthro cat narrowed her eyes at the necromancer, whose death magic began to spark dangerously around her.

Phantom inhaled deeply, before going invisible and quickly grabbed El Tigre out of the room with Agent Katswell in tow

“DON’T YOU DARE RUN AWAY FROM ME!!!”

Ernesto could only stare as he shakes his head at the sheer insanity of the situation, feeling so out of his depth while watching his beloved gave chase to the Nicktoons and taking the battle between heroes and villains outside the hideout.

Beneath the feelings of incredulity, however, was the pure pride and love he felt for Sartana. Even in her raging form, she was still the epitome of beauty and strength in his eyes.

‘That’s my woman,’ Ernesto grinned dumbly to himself.

chapter 1 ~ First Step

Sunmmary : Series written by me, it shows up that the reader (me) was being very introvert and a male hater too (aka insecure around them) ..but sometimes things change when you start recognizing the truth and enjoying it happily ! no matter what !

Life has been driving me in a lot of strange situations, after I finished my first year in high school, I have exerted all of my possible efforts for my midterms and the finals too, i was feeling more than conscious about my studies, whenever i missed a note or just one important line, i could not surpass it until i memorized it well, so i had to keep all of my brain and the revisions altogether in one place at the same time, which had a very negative impact on my mental thinking, not to be a psycho but, this complicated year got me anxious and so depressed, like my life depended only on these tests and those hours that should not be wasted on useless stuff, I literally didn’t know how i survived all of this, thank god vacation had come, which was actually wasted normally, doing nothing, that’s it, there was nothing new or just like a little thing that would light up my life through all this dullness, no trips, no zoos or theme parks were in my vacation list, although i wish i could do all of that, but living so miserably, so that’s why my time during vacation was just like an empty bottle in the middle of a harsh desert, in case of socializing i was an extreme introvert, as i didn’t have much friends, or i had none, leaving me in a hole of overthinking about heavenly things like a blessing place, or a dream that was going to overlap with my reality, in the middle of all this i pictured myself having ..just eight nice friends and also my girlfriend, who were the only thing that helped me hold my patience all the time, i don’t get to meet them often, because they had to fly to korea for their special family events, but at the same time i always feel proud of the nine of them, i loved to feel warm and sweet to them ..i just love them unconditionally ..

Not less that three months of empty vacation and i started my second year in high school where the number of subjects in my schedule has decreased,but they were very full in all their meanings, i felt a little bit relieved, as the world has changed a lot, but the school hasn’t changed yet, where the same mean young bullies were still there hoping for some anger and jealousy time, they were all hating me and making fun of me because i was a little bit chubby, meaning that i didn’t have that beautiful woman body that all people love to stick to, and especially because I hated males, I hated them very much that I could be friends with all the women in the world without any help from the men, I hated them, all of this happened after I broke up with two exes, first an ex boyfriend named Jack who was very violent and the second is an ex girlfriend named Amy who was king of revenge lover and she got into it really much that she made me get involved in it, I cut my sight from them because they were always deceiving me all the time, but fast not at least I got to know my best nine sweeties of all the time where one of them confessed her love to me and I couldn't handle it, it was all when she first joined the cheerleader group, they were so judge-y whenever a girl not from them comes to say just hello to them, but this sweetheart was aware of their behaviours towards me, I mean she was so nice, so nice that she advised them for what they need to be whilst talking to anyone, she came to me when i was in front of my locker checking out about our days, she was also smooth and goofy that we always tend to meet everyday this year..

"Are you sure this is the same page??" I asked running along the school hall, no one paid attention to me, I was panting like a dog, my old friend since childhood, Kitty, saw me and helped me with the question, "I don't know, I'm not sure about this tho .." she answered with a concerned face, putting her hands in her jacket pockets, couldn't smile, I got disappointed, "Oh oh, I remembered, ..yes this is the same page, I remembered that cursive headline above and that small underline here !!" She startled me, I shocked like electricity when she talked, she was characterized by her surprising way of talking, I smiled widely at her sentence, and we started to notice some definitions on the page, then we headed to our lockers, Jihyo saw me with my old school friend, "Hi there!" She greeted us, we greeted her in response, "I didn't know you had a childhood friend, y/n !" I was contemplating at her words, "Yeah, I didn't know she moved here to this school too, ...Kitty, this Jihyo, ..Jihyo, this is Kitty.." i got them both recognizing each other, they both greeted each other smiles shown on their faces, but I put on a fake smile at their handshake, I frowned a bit, she didn’t even realize that I wasn’t so surprised to meet kitty, my old problematic friend, we always tortured each other from time to time, and we come back together like nothing happened between the both of us, she might have met Jihyo before, but our minds tend to remove her instead, ‘’Oh by the way i got the full mark in biology test last year !!’’ Kitty finally started talking in this awkward silence, ‘’Oh my god, congratulations !!’’ Jihyo cheered as she did a little clapping dance, ‘’Hurray, Katswell, well done!’’ I sang with low voice in jealousy, ‘’No not you, I told you that before, Jihyo hadn’t known about my success yet,..’’ Kitty said with a smirk, I rolled my eyes in annoyance and Jihyo didn’t know how to react but to laugh at my reaction instead, as she winked at me so that I laughed too, ‘’Aw y/n, looks like you didn’t miss me, but i missed you too’’ she said with a baby voice, I nodded a yes while I was looking at the floor, ‘’Oh wait, I gotta go to the class, unfortunately we are not in the same class, y/n, see ya !’’ we waved right back at each other.

Glancing back at Jihyo, I shocked in fright as I didn’t know that her other girls were right behind her, ‘’OH MY GOSH’’ I got startled, they all smiled and laughed at my reaction, ‘’Hey girls, you shouldn’t have stuck to my back like a glue !’’ Jihyo said directing her words towards them with a blank face, ‘’it’s okay Ji, that’s what friends do together, right girls?’’, i asked with a hype, trying to calm a nerve, they all nodded in agreement, ‘’See, Jihyo? you were right, we always make her day !’’ Sana said with a happy yell, ‘’Please y/n, I don’t want you to be too much on yourself, that will not help you to eat !’’ Jeongyeon replied putting two notebooks inside the locker replacing them with a sandwich and handed it to me after she saw that my lunch box contained nothing but an apple juice box and two toasts, I soften my face at her offer, she drew a smile on my face ‘’Thanks Jeongie .., but you know I have been trying to shrink myself.., it sucks having such a strange difference that bothers some people..’’ , the 3mix widened their eyes in surprise, ‘’Oh come on , she was telling you not to be hard on yourself !!’’ Nayeon said frowning, ‘’Oh no don’t tell me that y/n is going still on that harsh diet ..’’ Sana sighed in discomfort, leaning her head from Jihyo’s back, ‘’Please don’t let go of these cute chubs !’’ Mina said hovering her arms from behind me in a back hug, ‘’I’m really confused, I mean ..I wear the same goddamn uncomfortable outfits every single season and they never fit me’’ I sighed in exhaust, ‘’But why didn’t you get new clothes ??’’ Jihyo asked with a confused face when she closed her locker, ‘’Two shirts and two pants are the only thing I bought the whole vacation and you know they are not my type because I rarely go out ..’’ I answered with a little broken laugh when Mina let go off her back hug, ‘’Babe, next time you want to wear something new and simple just try to come by our house, where some of my comfy sweaters are waiting for you ..okay?’’ she said with a quiet voice and a soft smile, she walked forward to me and cupped my cheeks, we were a few inches apart between our lips, ‘’okay !’’ i said after I bit my bottom lip, she smiled and gave me a small peck on my lips and we giggled.., not caring if someone judged or anything ..,‘’Wait a minute ..where’s Momo ?’’ Nayeon asked with a confused look, ‘’She told me she was going to the cafeteria to ask about the new foods in lunch time’’ Sana replied staring at the end of the hallway, ‘’Really?? it’s still 8:30..′’ Mina scoffed before she picked her stuff from the locker, me and Jihyo were hugging for like ten minutes, and we could feel them judging because that’s what we still know in our hearts, it was something like habit to embrace each other’s existence ‘’Wait, I haven’t seen Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu today ! where are they ??’’ I asked in surprise, ‘’They decided to spend this year with their families..didn’t they tell you?’’ Jihyo said tangling her fingers with mine, ‘’WHAT ! I thought they were going on a road trip !..’’ Nayeon yelled in the middle of us, she yelled that Jeongyeon almost hit top of her head against her locker ‘’GOD, who told you that ??’’ she yelled back, ‘’Tzuyu told me ..’’ Nayeon said crossing her arms against her chest, ‘’Liar !’’ Jeongyeon whispered in her breath while patting her top of her head, ‘’What !!!??! Tzuyu lied to me ?!?!’’ Nayeon said with a frown and wide eyes, as long as we start discussion about high school and stuff, we cackled and gossiped a lot, then a shaking scream was flowing through our ears “HEYYYY!!!!”

The scream was coming from the end of the hallway where there were the library, school clinic and the cafeteria, of course it was Momo, she came along with her scream, dancing while heading to the group happily, “Hey girls,guess wh- .. Y/N !!” she sprinted into my arms to hug me, I wrapped my hands around her tightly, I could feel her giggle vibrating throughout my body, I loved Momo and she loved me so much, that she always come to Jihyo to stick the song “I love Morga more than you do, Leader!” in her mind, you can say that she missed me so much and I missed her too, “y/n, it’s been a long time since we hugged !” she said with a squeaky voice still having her arms wrapped around my waist after she kissed my cheeks, “HEY ! I haven’t hugged her too” Sana screeched in a dorky way reaching her head of her locker before she closed it, she came into the hug with her bright eye smile which needed a camera to be shot, they both wrapped their arms around me more tightly that my waist was going to vanish, but honestly their hugs were very warm, seriously if I were to be freezing the whole day, I would order like millions of their soft hugs, “Guess what y/n...I reserved a lot for lunch! for all of us !” Momo whispered in my right ear, “Guess what y/n...Momo is gonna eat it all ..” Sana whispered in my left ear, I shivered at their whispers against my skin, “Y’all please I can’t brea-..” I groaned before they let go of me, smirking away, Jihyo pouted at what they did to me, patting on me as if they damaged me or something, holding me away to her locker, “Please look how jealous she is !” Jeongyeon said with a loud laugh, making fun of her pouty face, but Jihyo didn’t mind it at all, she laughed at herself too, “Y’all please, let’s go to the class, poor Mina has been judging all of you for minutes ...” Nayeon scoffed and let out a sarcastic laugh, after the bell had rung we walked along the hallway in a queue heading to the class holding notebooks and little notes for the first day together in the new year ..

Later that morning, I had classes with the girls, it felt so quiet as the new lesson was a little awkward, I felt as if the start was a little complicated, but who knows? ..maybe the start is strange but the rest will be okay !, I still realize that the same seven boys who were with us in our class last year, are still in the same class with us this year, I didn’t want to get along with any of them since i hated all boys there, maybe all girls have flirted with them but I still don’t find it hot as they see till now, I walked with Jihyo along the school hall heading to the cafeteria together after we had known that the girls competed us on who will be the first to get there, we flashed that ‘whatever’ look on our faces, we glanced and pointed to the new doors, halls and clubs..Holding each others’ hands , rubbing our digits against our palms, smiling to our faces, eye contacts..ugh it felt like spending time with an angel, teenagers were shuffling in different directions across the hallway , until a strange guy in a black hoodie and blue jeans, having his yellow cap upwards to allow little hair of him on his forehead, he was walking towards us, papers in his hands and a pen sticking to them, he was smiling widely, ‘’Jihyo, there is someone coming to us’’ I whispered to Jihyo as if he was going to rush to us,’’Don’t worry, we gonna deal with this ‘’ Jihyo reassured before she returned back her smile, ‘’Hello there! nice to meet you!’’ he said keeping his smile, and tugging the papers against his chest ‘’My name is Hoseok!’’ putting his hand out for a handshake ,’’Nice to meet you too!’’ Jihyo smiled, going for the handshake excitedly , ‘’I’m Jihyo’’ she said before glancing at me who was smiling awkwardly at nothing, ‘’..and this is my friend y/n !’’ , i gave a little hand wave before she looked back at him with a giggle,’’Oh, uhm.. I’m sorry if I disturbed you too, but we are looking for new members for our dance club! we have like zero in our club, but we need like ..five people, what do you say?’’ he asked with a chuckle ,’’We can participate , what do you think, y/n?’’ she asked turning her face to me with a small smile, ‘’I don’t know, I’m not good at dancing..’’ I said with a low tone, ‘’Don’t worry my friend I’m the captain of the dancing team, I can teach you!’’ he preached with his head tilting, ‘’No,I mean..I just.. I do not feel like dancing ‘’ I said avoiding eye contact..

I know I hated to talk to boys, but his kindness and his smile got me into the hole of shame, I didn’t know how to react or talk, Maybe it is the first time meeting some guy nice like him, I was in between shy and shocked, I really hoped no one was looking at me and at my cold behavior, couple of seconds have passed by and all students were hurrying to the cafeteria , ‘’Hey, maybe we can both think about it later?” Jihyo finally released her words, “Of course, no problem!’’ Hoseok’s words woke me up from my internal silence and waved back at us while directing to the cafeteria which we went to quickly,the cafeteria was wide and fresh, large tables surrounded by colorful chairs, the smell of bacon and cheese was weaving across the place, everyone was having their lunch, some were eating and gossiping and some were preparing their papers, we finally found our table which my girls chose for lunch,”Looks like you two lost, but.. just forget it” Jeongyeon sighed before she took a sip of her coffee, “Hey,don’t tell anyone,but here is your lunch I’ve packed for you!” Nayeon hissed as she passed Jihyo’s lunch behind her right arm wanting to hide it, in order not to be realized by others but only her, “What?” Jihyo replied in confusion, Nayeon leaned closer to Jihyo so she could whisper in her ear “You know they love to steal some bites from each other..’’ she smirked, “Nayeon,you are making her think dirty-..” Mina cut Nayeon’s words, “..each others’ lunches “ Nayeon raised her voice a little, plus giving Mina a smirk and a dark glare, Jihyo rolled her eyes in exhaust returning them to look at me lowering my face down in shame eating my toast in silence, swallowing hard, “Do you want a drink, babe?” she asked me quietly, I nodded my head ’no’ before she patted on my back and rubbed it in circles which could warm me, she got closer and rested her cheek against my shoulder, I thought she was going to chit chat with me about the club dance thing, but no, she didn’t make a big deal out of it, ‘’You still sad ?’’ she whispered next to me, ‘’What ? no, I’m not,..shame on me.’’ I mumbled, ‘’No, why?’’, ‘’It’s just ..I shouldn’t have treated him like this cold.’’ , ‘’But you were so nice, with little fact that you couldn’t put on a smile, I can consider your words were just normal.’’ , ‘’I just thought I embarassed someone..’’ ,‘’No, sweetie, it’s fine, although this is the first time i see you treat some guy like this...quiet’’ she got her last words before Kitty startled me with her voice again, as she hissed my name behind me, Jihyo didn’t notice her, but it was me who did anyways, we both shook in surprise, feeling annoyed at what she did, ‘’MORGA, GOOD NEWS !!’’

Visual Aid: 107 Danny Phantom Facts

So I did this again.

(It’s what keeps me occupied when my husband’s asleep and the tablet pen is charging~)

((This one was barely longer than the 10 Years Later, Part 2, but it took all day for some reason...))

Let’s get this thing started~

Hey everybody, Butch Hartman here. I am so excited today because I'm teaming up with Channel Frederator today to talk about my show, Danny Phantom. Can give you the inside scoop.

You guys remember the fandom? Are you kind of curious about the show? Well, relax, we've got something for everybody here as we talk about the 107 facts about Danny Phantom.

For example, did you know that the 2005 Michael Jackson trial was actually features on Vlad's TV on one episode? It's there.

107 Facts: Danny Phantom.

001 Danny Phantom was created by me, Butch Hartman, after I had previously worked on the Fairly Odd Parents with Nickelodeon.

002 When making the show, I drew a lot of inspiration from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Ghostbusters.

003 The title Danny Phantom was inspired by the titles of 1960's cartoons like Jonny Quest. More specifically, I wanted to create a title with a real first name, followed by a last name that was also kind of an action word. Some of these alternative action words were "Danny Thunder" "Danny Lightning" and "Danny Power". "Danny Phantom" was the name I went with cause I thought it sounded the coolest.

004 Some of the alternative first names I had for our hero included "Billy Phantom", "Kenny Phantom", "Jackie Phantom", and "Davey Phantom". I think you'll agree they don't quite have the same ring as "Danny Phantom" does.

005 I came up with the concept for the show Danny Phantom while driving a moving van from Las Vegas to Los Angeles with my mother. Unfortunately, she was more fascinated by the sight of a desert tortoise, than the birth of a new, awesome Nicktoon.

006 Before settling on a superhero show, one of my first concepts for Danny Phantom was a bit more in the main Ghostbusters. It was called Danny Phantom and the Specter Detectors, and it would have focused on a powerless Danny and his friends hunting down ghosts, using an array of ghostbusters-like gadgets.

007 Danny Phantom was pitched to Nickelodeon executives over dinner. Execs treated me after they ordered more episodes of Fairly Odd Parents, and they happened to ask me if I had any more ideas for TV shows. And, yes, being treated to nice dinners is definitely an appreciated perk.

008 There's some early concept art of Danny showing a surprising design. I originally drew him with the Superman-type body, which was basically a lot of unrealistic buff muscles. I reverted to the slimmer design when I decided it's be more interesting to portray Danny as a fourteen-year-old kid.

009 I decided Danny should be fourteen years old because that age is kind of a bridge between childhood and adulthood. It's more of a period of self-discovery which certainly fits the theme of Danny learning to live and control his ghostly abilities.

010 Danny's skinnier, final design, was the collaborative effort of character designers Steven Silver, Shannon Tyndall, and - surprise - me.

011 Unlike many other cartoon characters, Danny has five fingers. Take that Timmy Turner.

012 You may notice that when Danny goes ghost, only his hair turns white and his eyebrows stay black. They're actually meant to be white as well, but we all thought the white brows made Danny look like an old man so we, uh, kept 'em.

013 Sam and Danny were originally meant to share a psychic connection, so one would know where the other one was at all times. But I scrapped this to keep things simple. Only Danny was finally to have the superpowers.

014 Danny was originally gonna have a pet owl named Spooky that would be able to track ghosts. I scrapped the concept as Harry Potter rapidly gained popularity. I didn't want his series to be constantly compared to the boy wizard.

015 I wanted to give Danny a really cool ghost motorcycle to use as his primary means of transportation, but then I realized that giving a motorcycle was pointless because, you know, he can fly really fast.

016 The father-son duo of Jack and Danny Fenton are a reference to Jack and Danny Torrance from The Shining, which explains why Jack Fenton constantly accuses his children of being ghosts.

017 I gave Danny an older sibling because, unlike Timmy Turner, I felt that Jazz Fenton would make Danny feel less in control at home and give him somebody to contend with. I thought this lack of control would make Danny's experience with his superpowers all the more satisfying for him.

018 Jazz Fenton was named after a character in John Byrne's 1990's comic book Next Men. I always thought the name Jazz was cool.

019 Tucker Foley's name is a combination of actor and comedian Chris Tucker and Eddie Murphy's character from Beverly Hills Cop, Axel Foley.

020 Danny's teacher, Mr. Lancer, is named after a family restaurant in Burbank called, you guessed it, Lancer's.

021 Vlad Masters was originally going to be a vampire, but Nickelodeon execs thought making him a Vampire could lead to some pretty violent territory and I thought that too. So he was changed into a ghost.

022 A remnant of this scrapped concept can be found in his villain name "Vlad Plasmius". Plasma is found in blood which, you know, vampires kind of have a thirst for.

023 I refer to Vlad Masters as Danny Phantom's Lex Luthor. Like Luthor, Vlad uses his wealth to exert his power, or at least some of it. He also has a personal connection to Danny that gives him the upper hand in most scenarios.

024 Danny's love interest, Paulina Sanchez, is a parallel to Superman's love interest, Lois Lane. Both characters have no romantic interest in the protagonist because they have a crush on the protagonist's superhero alter ego. Lois loves Superman, but not Clark Kent, and Paulina loves Danny Phantom, but not Danny Fenton. Paulina: But you still have no shot with me Oh, the cruel irony.

025 Danny's ghost sense is identical to Spiderman's spider sense. Both senses alert their respective heroes whenever danger is nearby.

026 The parallels of Spiderman don't end there. Dash Baxter is a parallel to Peter Parker's football playing bully, Flash Thompson. Not only do Flash and Dash bully the protagonists of their universes, but they idolize the protagonist's superhero alter ego without realizing the hero is actually the person they bully. Their names both words that describe their quick movement and rhyme with each other.

027 The ghosts of Danny Phantom's world aren't the spirits of the deceased as ghosts tend to be in pop culture. Instead, they're monsters from another dimension. We call them ghosts because it's easier to say and it's more appealing than saying monsters from another dimension.

028 Danny's hometown, Amity Park, is a tribute to the settings of a few famous horror stories. Amityville, Long Island is the location of the famous haunted house known as the Amityville Horror. But Amity Park is also named after Amity Island, the location of the book and Steven Spielberg film Jaws.

029 Danny's high school, Casper High, is named after Casper the Friendly Ghost. Hey, if we hadn't added all these paranormal references, you may have forgotten the show is about ghosts.

030 Quite a few key members from the Fairly Odd Parents had a hand in making Danny Phantom, including writer Steve Marmel and art director Bob Boyle.

031 One of the major differences working on the Fairly Odd Parents and Danny Phantom was the latter series' more serial format containing everything from character arcs to recurring story lines. Danny Phantom embraces storytelling angle by making the episodes 22 minutes long as opposed to Fairly Odd Parents whose 22 minute run time consisted of 2 eleven minute episodes.

032 One of the most challenging aspects of creating a superhero show like Danny Phantom, was giving all the superhero tropes a unique and interesting twist. We wanted to keep the series fresh an unique.

033 I originally wanted to cast a fourteen year old boy for the role of Danny, but I couldn't find anybody that sounded heroic enough. That heroic voice I searched for was ultimately provided by David Kaufman. Before playing Danny, Kaufman broke into the realm of voice acting when he played Marty McFly in Back tot he Future: The Animated Series.

034 David Kaufman kept his audition for Danny as a CD in his car that he would listen to towards the beginning of the show whenever he drove to the studio to record. He did this to remember what Danny sounded like in order to immerse himself into the character efficiently.

035 I wasn't the only one Kaufman's performance left a deep impression on. His daughter, Grace, calls him Daddy Phantom.

036 Sam Manson is played by actress Grey Griffin. I basically made an effort to include her in every show I created back then. Thus far, she's played Vicky in the Fairly Odd Parents and Kitty Katswell from T.U.F.F. Puppy.

037 Tucker isn't the first loyal friend Ricky D'Shon Collins has played. Before hunting ghosts with Danny, he helped TJ Detweiler keep balance and order on the playground as Vince LaSalle in Disney's Recess.

038 Maddie Fenton's voice actress, Kath Soucie, has essentially crafted a career out of voicing cartoon mothers. She played Dexter's mom in Dexter's Laboratory, Betty DeVille in Rugrats and Miriam Pataki in Hey Arnold.

039 Danny's father, Jack, is played by legendary voice actor Rob Paulson, who's played iconic roles like Yakko Warner, Pinky, Carl Weiser, Experiment 625, Donatello in the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Raphael in the old one, and way too many more to mention here.

040 Although Mr. Lancer is far from hardcore, his voice actor, Ron Perlman, has played quite a few characters throughout his career that redefined the word, He played Hellboy in the Guillermo del Toro films of the same name and he voices Slade Wilson, also known as Deathstroke, on Teen Titans, as well as the Lich in Adventure Time.

041 Valerie Grey was originally played by Grey DeLisle for the episode My Brother's Keeper before renowned voice actress Cree Summer was chosen to take over the role. If her name doesn't sound familiar, you've probably heard her voice as Penny on Inspector Gadget or maybe even as Susie Carmicheal on Rugrats.

042 Valerie isn't the only one that's had a change in her voice. Dani, that's Dani with an I, was voiced with two different actresses through the series. She was played by AnnaSophia Robb in her debut episode Kindred Spirits. The role was then taken over by Krista Swan in the episode D-Stabilized, which was Dani's second and final speaking appearance.

043 Tara Strong plays two of the show's recurring villains: Ember McLain and Penelope Spectra. This is definitely not the first time I've worked with her. You probably know her best as Timmy Turner in the Fairly Odd Parents, which proves she can effectively play both the hero and the villain.

044 Every celebrity guest in the show was cast as a ghost, similar to how celebrity guests would play villains on the 1960's Batman series starring Adam West and Burt Ward. Some of these celebrities include Particia Heaton from Everybody Loves Raymond as the Lunch Lady, and Matthew St. Patrick from Six Feet Under as Skulker, and Will Arnett from Arrested Development as the Ghost Writer, and Martin Mull as Vlad Plasmius.

045 These celebrity voice actors typically played their ghosts for a limited time before different voice actors took their roles. Sometimes as soon as the ghost's second appearance. Series Kath Soucie took over the role of the Lunch Lady and Kevin Michael Richardson became Skulker.

046 Tucker's dad, Maurice Foley, is voiced by Phil Lamarr who voices Hermes Conrad on Futurama and Samruai Jack on Samurai Jack.

047 Mark Hamill plays Undergrowth. He's, of course, best known for playing Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, but also as countless voice acting credits, including the Joker and Fire Lord Ozai.

048 The ghost child Youngblood was played by actor Taylor Lautner when he was just nine years old. Lautner would later be featured in everybody's favorite love story Twilight. Wait, who wrote that? Do I have to say that?

049 Danny's ultimate enemy, Dark Danny, is played by Oscar-nominated acting legend Eric Roberts. His impressive resume includes everything from the Dark Knight to the Cable Guy.

050 The first recording session for Danny Phantom took place on November 21, 2002, about a year and a half before the show premiered. The first episode to be recorded was also the first episode to air: Mystery Meat.

051 In fact, Danny Phantom premiered on April 3, 2004, right after Nickelodeon's annual Kid's Choice Awards.

052 Unlike many other animated shows, the cast of Danny Phantom recorded their dialogue in the same room together. David Kaufman described the experience as something akin to a stage play.

055 The theme song we hear today wasn't the only one recorded for the show. An alternate version got so far into production that an alternate opening sequence was storyboarded all the way around it. The alternate song sounds very similar to the final product with different lyrics that focus more on explaining Danny's abilities.

056 The theme song was changed because Nickelodeon wanted it to tell Danny's origin story. This way, new views wouldn't feel alienated when watching the show for the first time no matter what episode they started out with.

057 Luckily, changing the lyrics wasn't an overly complicated, make-10-calls, logistical nightmare since I wrote the lyrics of the theme song. Both of them actually.

058 I based the show's theme song after the song The Invisible Man by Queen, one of my favorite bands.

059 One thing I learned from working on the Danny Phantom theme song is that your first idea isn't always your best idea, and to never stop pushing yourself until you've made something truly awesome. You're welcome for that halfway through burst of inspiration.

060 I also co wrote another fan favorite song Remember, performed by Ember in the episode Fanning the Flames, which also happens to be my third favorite episode. Yes, my third favorite. I am very, very specific.

061 Danny Phantom was the first show to be produced by my very own company, Billionfold Inc. which was co-founded with my wife. Billionfold comes from a biblical term, hundredfold.

062 A single episode of Danny Phantom took approximately 10 months to produce, stretching all the way from pre-production to post.

063 While the pre-production phase took place in Burbank, California, Danny Phantom's animation was done by a Korean animation studio called Rough Draft. Rough Draft's resume includes work done on other animated classics like Futurama, The Simpsons, and SpongeBob SquarePants.

064 The individual villains found within Danny Phantom's rogues gallery was based on ideas that I had. Ember McLane stemmed from a pitch regarding an episode about music fads, and the effects they have on teenagers. The Lunch Lady was generated from my very astute knowledge that students tend to hate school prepared lunched.

065 Vlad is a Green Bay Packers fanatic because Danny Phantom's story write, Steve Marmel is a cheesehead himself. We nearly got sued for this, but luckily Marmel was smart enough to make the team colors of the Danny Phantom Packers gold and green instead of green and gold.

066 One scrapped running gag Marmel wanted to incorporate was that Vlad's home would be blown up after every encounter he had with Danny, but this recurring joke was mainly lost in editing.

067 Had the series gone on, Danielle would have been taken in by the Fentons, effectively becoming the younger sister of Danny and Jazz.

068 Technus was intended to have another upgrade, Technus 3.0, in the episode Identity Crisis. The design was scrapped after we decided the upgrade didn't really fit anywhere in the episode's story.

069 The addition of Danny Phantom's logo later in the series was the suggestion of Nickelodeon executives, who thought he needed a symbol akin to heroes like Batman, Superman, and Spiderman. But perhaps more honest reason was because the execs wanted to make the hero more marketable.

070 Danny officially became 99.99% marketable in the season 2 episode, Memory Blank, in which Sam gives him his D logo.

071 The series score was composed by Guy Moon, who is also responsible for the music heard in the Fairly Odd Parents.

072 When Guy Moon and I met to discuss a soundtrack of an episode, I would usually sing over the episode in progress to give Moon an idea of how I wanted the music to sound. Moon would bring a camera to these sessions and record my, admittedly, unskilled singing to remember my instructions.

073 Not everyone can become a half ghost, half human. If Sam or Tucker had gotten caught int the middle of the Fenton's malfunctioning Ghost Portal, it would have likely killed them.

074 Wulf is fluent in Esperanto, a language created in 1887 by Dr. Ludwik Lejzer Zamenhof, perhaps better known by his pseudonym of Doktoro Esperanto. Esperanto was created in the hope of replacing every language in the world as the one universal language. Judging by the fact that this video is in English, you can probably guess how that plan worked out.

075 The episode titled Shades of Grey is obviously a play on Valerie's last name, but the title could have a much deeper meaning. The term "shades of grey" refers to an unclear position on the scale of good to evil, usually somewhere in between. This certainly applies to Valerie, as she doesn't necessarily fight ghosts for good or evil. but for her own personal reasons.

076 During Shades of Grey, Danny names the ghost dog Cujo. Cujo's also the name of a horror novel by Stephen King about a dog bitten by a rabid bat, which turns the dog into a cold-blooded killer.

077 The green glowing, double bladed melee weapon Maddie uses to slay the legion of Vlad's monsters in Maternal Instincts is practically identical to Darth Maul's double bladed lightsaber in Star Wars Episode One, save for the red color.

078 Because I know everyone loves multiple Episode One references, the the title of the second season's 9th episode The Fenton Menace is obviously a play on the title of everybody's favorite Star Wars film, the Phantom Menace. Yes. Everybody's favorite Star Wars film.

079 To continue the Star Wars nods, the Danny Phantom universe has its own line of popular toys called Space Wars featuring characters that resemble Chewbacca and R2D2.

080 Some of the computers in the Danny Phantom world have pears in the back of them which you probably guess was a nod to Apple computers. Timmy's dad in Fairly Odd Parents has the same symbol on his laptop.

081 Save for the creepy pictures of Maddie, the programs and icons on both Danny and Vlad's computers are exactly the same, in the exact same order.

082 Skulker's hunt for Valerie and Danny in Life Lessons closely resembles the plot of Richard Connell's famous short story "The Most Dangerous Game". Much like the story, Skulker kidnaps two very skilled humans on his property for the sole purpose of hunting what he considers to be the most challenging prey out there, or, the most dangerous game.

083 Mr. Lancer spouts the titles of books in place of shouting swear words. Some of these exclamations include The Great Gatsby, Chicken Soup for the Soul, and Moby Dick, which is about as close as we'll be getting to colorful language on a Nicktoon, except for maybe Ren and Stimpy, or Rocko, or SpongeBob. We're slick here at Nickelodeon.

084 In the episode What You Want, Paulina transforms into a popular anime cat names Sayonara Pussycat, who resembles the character Hello Kitty. But Sayonara is actually a rather dramatic and final sounding word for "goodbye" in Japanese.

085 In Teacher of the Year, all 13 levels that Tucker shows Technus are based on the eight worlds from the 1990 NES classic Super Marion Bros. 3. The level 0 glitch is a reference to the infamous Minus world from the original Super Mario Bros.

086 Before sending Danny into the Ghost Zone in the episode Prisoners of Love, Tucker can be seen playing Space Invaders on his PDA.

087 Valerie Grey lives on 461 Elm Street, an obvious reference to the classic horror film A Nightmare on Elm Street. She'd probably stand more of a chance against Freddy Krueger than the other kids in the Street as well.

088 Johnny 13 and Kitty's voice actors, William Baldwin and China Phillips, are a married couple in real life. The knot has been securely tied since 1995. Way before they were cast.

089 In Fanning the Flames, Danny quips "Do you take requests? How about Beat It." in addition to telling Ember to hit the road, Danny's referencing Michael Jackson's classic song Beat It. Good one, Danny. And good one, me.

090 Michael Jackson makes a more obvious cameo in the episode Infinite Realms where he's seen in at his 2005 trial while Vlad is flipping through channels.

091 When we see Tucker's report card in What You Want, we learn that Tucker is not only highly proficient in computers, but sewing as well. If Danny ever needs a suit redesign, he who he can call. Not the Ghostbusters, they'll likely kill him. He should call Tucker.

092 The Groovy Gang and Scaredy Cat from The Million Dollar Ghost are an unsubtle jab at Mystery Inc and Scooby-Doo. An additional fact fact for you guys, I actually worked for Hanna-Barbera, the animation studio that created Scooby-Doo.

093 The secret government organization dedicated to eliminating paranormal entities known as the Guys in White are obviously a parallel to the Men in Black who essentially do the same thing but with evil extraterrestrials.

094 I've gone on record saying the reason Danny is not shirtless when he's at the water park is because he gets sunburned very easily.

095 We can all infer that Sam has good taste in films. For instance, a poster for Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange can be seen in her room.

096 In Memory Blank, Sam wants to see Trinity of Doom, a movie starring Femalien, the female version of Alien that’s a Predator, not a Xenomorph, you uncultured swine!, Terminatra, the female Terminator, and Nightmerica, the female version of Freddy Krueger. I'd still go see that.

097 Danny has a birthmark that's shaped like the state of Florida.

100 The cross referencing continued over into the Fairly Odd Parents, too. In Poulter Geeks, a wanted poster for Danny Phantom can be seen in the ghost hunting basement of Timmy's parents.

101 Or you guys could be thinking about this all wrong, and Danny could just be a fictional hero. In the Fairly Odd Parents Crash Nebula special, Danny can be seen on the back cover of a comic book. The truth is out there.

1.Do you believe in second chances? I believe in them, but my trust is a difficult thing to win back if I remember why you lost it in the first place.

Considering my love for both Jenny and Kitty, I've recently wondered what would happened if there was ever a fusion of Jenny and Kitty together. She'd probably be a robot-cat hybrid, or simply a Kitty Katswell look-alike with a white fur coat and long blue hair (Hopefully wearing the same outfit Kitty wears), but I digress.

Sure drawing this wasn’t easy, but now Kitty Katswell is 100% invincible when she wears this outfit, making it difficult for her to get hurt because of Dudley’s antics. Aside from invulnerability, she also possesses super strength, super speed (while running or flying), laser vision, x-ray vision, ice breath, and can breath underwater and in Space. And best of all, Kitty can fly just like Dudley in his Superboy shirt.

Jenny, looks like you’ve got some competition.

Here's my example of which fictional characters I'd like to have in my life in no particular order. Most of them are my personal favorites. I don't think I'll even have enough hashtags to list, but here are the characters shown in each window, and why they matter to me. Jenny and Kitty are the first two for obvious reasons.

THE OTHER 48 FAVORITE CHARACTERS I LIKE

Pinkie Pie ("My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic") = She's the reason I got into the spirit of "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" in the first place. I would hug her (when she's standing on two legs), bake with her, sing with her, and maybe cuddle with her every night like a plush toy.

Fluttershy ("My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic") = She's soft inside and out, and like with Pinkie, I would hug her like I would with Pinkie Pie. She can also remove whatever bugs come into my house.

Minuette ("My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic") = She's a friendly dentist, at least, according to what I heard from the fandom. I would hug her too.

Izzy Moonbow ("My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic 2: A New Generation") = She's almost like a successor to Pinkie Pie.

Penny Ling ("Littlest Pet Shop") = Same reasons as Fluttershy, but I would also cuddle with her at night too like a little teddy bear (she is a panda bear after all).

Yoshi ("Super Mario") = For a time, I used to like playing as Mario in games like the "Mario Party" and "Mario Kart" series, but later I started to like playing as Yoshi more, even to this day.

Spyro the Dragon ("Spyro the Dragon") = I haven't played too many of his games, but I have 1 and 3 for PS1, "A Hero's Tail" for PlayStation 2 (even though I didn't complete it), and even the "Reignited Trilogy". I'm hoping and praying Spyro will get a theatrical film one day by Universal, Illumination, and DreamWorks Animation.

May ("Pokemon Advanced") = If I ever wanted to have a "Pokemon" adventure of my own, she could be my travel companion.

Lincoln Loud ("The Loud House") = I relate to Lincoln very easily, even as an adult. He's also interested in what I too would be into like movies and gaming (maybe even superhero comics). I would hug him and shake his hand if I could.

Leni Loud ("The Loud House") = She's my second favorite "Loud House" character. Out of all of Lincoln's sisters, she's the nicest one in my eyes. She may not be the smartest of the house, but she's got a lot of heart, which is important. Like Lincoln, I would shake her hand and hug her. I might even show her my drawings of her. If I'm lucky, she might take a liking to some of them and recreate those outfits I drew of her.

Lisa Loud ("The Loud House") = Lisa reminds me of Dexter from "Dexter's Laboratory". I would hug her, shake her hand, and maybe suggest ideas for inventions that could help her.

Carlota Casagrande ("The Loud House"/"The Casagrandes") = Carlota is a lot like Leni, only smarter and has a broader sense of fashion. I'd hug her and shake her hand like I would with the others.

SpongeBob SquarePants ("SpongeBob SquarePants")

Timmy Turner ("The Fairly OddParents") = Same reasons as Lincoln.

Phineas Flynn-Fletcher ("Phineas and Ferb") = He and Ferb make my life a little more creative.

Dexter ("Dexter's Laboratory")

Dr. Nora Wakeman ("My Life as a Teenage Robot") = I feel like I should thank her for creating Jenny. And if nothing else, I would like to be her son-in-law if she'll let me.

Blossom ("The Powerpuff Girls")

Bubbles ("The Powerpuff Girls")

Buttercup ("The Powerpuff Girls") = Fun fact, back then, Buttercup used to be my favorite character when "The Powerpuff Girls" was still new. When I revisited this show on Netflix, I started liking Blossom and Bubbles more. Nowadays, I like all three of them.

Zatanna ("DC Super Hero Girls (2019)")

Lazlo ("Camp Lazlo")

Vambre Warrior ("Mighty Magiswords") = I'd like her to train me on how to use magiswords. The one's I'd like to use involve hypnotizing my enemies and allowing me to fly.

Daffy Duck ("Looney Tunes") = Daffy has always been my favorite "Looney Tunes" character, and he still is.

Kirby ("Kirby") = I liked playing as him in "Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards" and of course, the "Super Smash Bros." games.

Fairy Godmother ("Cinderella") = While I technically like the mice a lot more, I could use a bit of magic from Fairy Godmother any day. I'd also like her to make me a tuxedo that'll last until midnight, just like Cinderella's iconic dress.

Grandmother Willow ("Pocahontas")

Bugs Bunny ("Looney Tunes")

Lola Bunny ("Looney Tunes") = If she were real, she could always be my coach to help keep me in shape. I'm not a basketball player like her, but I don't have an issue with exercising.

Tikal the Echidna ("Sonic the Hedgehog") = Probably the most underrated female character in the "Sonic" series. While exclusive to the "Adventure" series, Tikal to me is the most sympathetic and nicest echidna Sonic ever met. I'd like to explore the Chao Gardens with her one day. And if I ever get thirsty, her boyfriend, Chaos could keep me parched with the water from his body.

Sonic the Hedgehog ("Sonic the Hedgehog")

Vivian ("Paper Mario and the Thousand-Year Door") = Despite being a ghost, she's friendly (almost like Casper). If I ever get cold, she can use her fire abilities to keep me warm, just so long as she doesn't burn my house down on accident.

Rainbow Dash ("My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic")

Donald Duck ("Mickey Mouse") = He's my favorite character from the "Mickey Mouse" cartoons. I relate to him easily.

Sora ("Kingdom Hearts") = I'd like to visit various Disney worlds with him, Donald, and Goofy. I'd also like to have my own keyblade for a weapon. This way I can perform fire, blizzard, and lightning attacks.

Goofy ("Mickey Mouse")

Jiminy Cricket ("Pinocchio") = I'd want him to steer me in the right direction if I ever get conflicted. I can't whistle, but I can trust Jiminy if he were my conscience.

Remy ("Ratatouille") = Like Remy, I too can have a good sense of cooking.

Flik ("A Bug's Life")

Sheriff Woody ("Toy Story")

Mike Wazowski ("Monsters Inc.)

Lightning McQueen ("Cars")

Baymax ("Big Hero 6")
