faux headcanons/observations cause i looked way too deep into a character xd

cw: abuse mention (nothing graphic)

under a readmore cause of spoilers for the end of the game

TL;DR: i think that faux is just a guy whos too chained by his roots and couldnt escape so he took it out on everyone around him in the absolutely worst way possible

Long version: i personally feel like faux has a LOT of unspoken issues, which is kind of hinted at in some dialogue/cutscenes

this entire conversation really felt like he had to uphold a perfect image so he wouldnt (couldnt) tarnish his fathers reputation. he had to do what it took to survive, even if it meant throwing his fellow writers under the bus. his perception on being a writer starts to warp and change because of this, turning into what he is now. also immediately being put into a machine he didnt have time to cope with anything, his anger just got worse. (i think that the death of Berlage was his doing as a way of having control, as he probably felt that he couldnt escape his roots and his ties to the police.)

i do find it interesting that he starts stuttering and panicking, which to me felt like a last ditch attempt to be accepted and understood in some form.

this line really stood out to me, as they are (assumed to be) similar in age. i think that maybe he went through abuse (presumably by his father), so that he views his body as aged.

i think that he really did trust felix, and felix became an anchor for him; in a very unhealthy way. when felix left to go solo, he felt that his stability went with it and was betrayed and angry. so he took it out on him in the worst way he could.

he didnt want to be left behind again, to be abandoned by his crew, so he tried to make it so he was the only one left. so there wasnt anyone around that could betray him.

time for half asleep headcannon time!!

Okay so it might have been very obvious over recent posts, but luka and len are absolute besties. Like everyone is friends but len and luka r besties. Luka in general is a nice person to be around, so is len (when he's not in a bad mood lols).

Anyways they both are specific in their feelings and know what they want. Good at communicating (i could never lols). Anyways you will never catch these two mad at eachother, because miscommunications almost never happen. Its probably the end of the world when they fight/j.

They r very honest with eachother, they like talking to eachother about stuff. Len doesn't do the "well im 1 year and a month older" type thing w luka like rin does. Eaugh where is this going errrr

Anyways len wont hesitate to ask luka "hey, why are you always talking about miku". Same goes 4 luka towards len. "I get that y'all are friends and all but why do most of your conversation starters have to do something w kaito". Augh they r so friends fr prove. Me. Wrong.

Coworker gave me a home depot bucket full of acorn weevil larvae, maggots and other assorted grubs in some black organic slop

if that was him trying to woo me it worked(joking)

Its interesting looking at old photos of a house I don't fully remember. Maybe I could take a guess at which one of my past homes it was, but the interior is almost completely alien. Except for all the objects and furniture I can pick out in the background, things I still have around me today. So I know it's mine, know it's me there.

And then there's lots of people I don't know, but some I do, and some I think I might know. Were they my best friends? Just acquaintances from school? I don't remember them at all. What would that make me think back then? Knowing I'd forget? Even when looking at them for the first time almost 30 years later?

Also I think I was having a Pokemon themed birthday party in these and that's pretty cool 😎

Anybody want to come over and translate this compilation of 2000s testament fics to me in real time like a bedtime story

well its almost 5:30 am and I’m feeling accomplished af, changed my AO3 username & icon, made a new pinterest account to make boards for the new IF characters, and finally have picrews of all the IF ROs!

i hope everyone who watches videos in public without headphones drops their phone into a puddle and when they go to pick it up they accidentally step too far into said puddle so their shoes and socks get all wet and when theyre worrying about that they drop their phone again and this time the screen cracks

I’ve caught up with my plot outline in CS and now I’m having the writer problem of staring at a blank page trying to plan out where to go next

#I have a lot of general plot points that have to go SOMEWHERE so for the last while i just shove one in whenever #im at a bit of a loss at what to put next so long as it kinda fits #we passed 15k words btw!!#but yeah none of the scenes really fit in right now #having ideas as i type this so ill just use one of them mhsdfh but i really need to sit and outline like another two chapters or so #just so i dont catch up and i know i have enough content to keep going #karmas clown moments #delete later maybe #edit: finished the outline for chapter 4 and its gonna be longer than the rest ;u; sorry #need to make a very very rough timeline so i know when to start throwing in bits of plot for uh #whats eventually going to happen dshsf
