shocked? flabbergasted? speechless? azul is just one huge combination of those three even though they're pretty much the same thing. he's just suprised, albeit a little disturbed that your... five grown men friends—‎also your apparent 'children' have now kidnapped you as their parent and is planning to make him a step-father without his consent!

he looks at you with a blink as if to as 'what in the great seven are they talking about' meanwhile you just shrug and take a bite out of the lunch azul had just bought you, thoroughly enjoying it because come on. who wouldn’t enjoy free food? it's your right as his partner to experience getting spoiled but that doesn't mean you don't get to not like it.

judging by the casual, indifferent demeanor you display and even your unbothered face? azul can tell that this happens lots of times and at some point you had accepted it.

also the ursula comment.. he got offended on her behalf, no way the great ursula would even let that happen to her. she's the epitome of greatness! plus... he'll have your bratty child know that octopuses can regrow a limb!

god lord if anyone sees him snooping around the library on topics that typically interest teens.. or jade leaking out the fact that he sent the tweels to collect information about the five.. that makes for good blackmail according to them and he's starting to get concerned with how many material they had gotten from him.

okay maybe he can reach their expectations in ways that doesn't involve a clean record. in his defense that person had crossed a line so jade had to... remind them which line to stay behind. it's not like epel knows that the speeding ticket was just a cover up for the more concerning one and as much as jade liked to tell the tale, he supposes he'd get much more disagreement if he told the other story, so he resorted to talking about the less... severe crime.

jack in particular voices his disagreement, more so when jade had commented on craving meat while eyeing jack in a way that the buff man immediately got offended and snitched to you.

safe to say that as much as you love your concerning, tall, red flag boyfreind he's definitely gonna feel the heat from your glare. that day jade learned not to mess with jack cause despite how ironically strong the man is? apparently he's a pretty big snitch cause he always goes to you and tries to 'convince' you that even kalim makes a better lover.

jade did not like that at all. why like the excruciatingly boring sunshine of scarabia? I mean come on, over kalim and jade? who's less boring? he questions you with a particularly coy smile.

for your sake, he supposes. the five troublesome first years had gotten less treatment for him nowadays and he's made it perfectly clear that he has the capability to mess with them once again, be it in a battle of mentality, or strength. but just cause he let them off doesn't mean their off the hook yet! which is great because with the subtly implications he had made meant that jack with the quick mouth wouldn't be so quick to snitch on him.

for a guy who tortur—I mean, gave a perfectly justified punishment to a sinner jade is pretty childish and competitive to prove that he's a pretty damn good boyfriend that no one,,, absolutely no one (not even your kids lol) can mess with.

most of the sentence that ace commented about him being... shady? just went in one ear and out the other. I mean yeah, he isn't gonna blow the 'cover' but they're mafia type shit shady and he can't exactly deny what they see. and apparently what ace sees is that you need a better 'husband' and they need a better 'step-father' to which floyd replied a; "there's no one else. you're stuck with me baby shrimpies,"

floyd's grin was very ominous but when was it not? though his specific harder emphasis on 'no one' concerns you a little and you even had a moment of realization because besides that one guy who miraculously disappeared after he flirted witn you quite literally disappeared from thin air... who else approached you after that?

but just like any other MC you shrug it off :) (for the sake of the plot)

for some reason floyd believes the family thing wholly and had now squeezed himself into it—to the dismay and endless complaints from sebek. besides the obvious dislike the angry teen had out for him, floyd seems to think the opposite and even finds sebek amusing! (to the further suffering of sebek floyd had requested for him to call him dad)

sebek refused of course and explained he already had a father and simply could not!

floyd took it the wrong way and asked you if you were seeing another person 😭 I mean there's only one person 'lilia' in the school and from sebek's 'master-lilia' from their conversation it's clear that the boy was referring to whoever lilia is as his father so he tried to get jade up in it (who loved the idea of storming diasomnia but hell, even jade was wary of the nobody floyd never heard of in his life!)

^ coughs that was his jealousy speaking. in the end jade outright talked him out of it and told him that he could always spread some.. things since it always works.

out of jealousy floyd had told you that lilia sounds like a 5 year old name and is lame. jealousy may come in fire but floyd's come in grude. you just feel kinda bad for lilia lol

The time is now

So I know a lot of y’all have prob been in the manifestation and/or shifting community for a hot minute, most of us a year or more. (Trust me, I’ve been in the shifting community for 3 years and the Law of Assumption community for 2 years, 3 if you count the horrible yet canon event of Law of Attraction 💀). So it’s been a while and I know how you feel. Don’t worry, you’re not alone. But at one point or another, you need to get out of the victim mindset and own up to why you haven’t manifested your desires, entered the void state, or shifted after a year or more of having a plethora of knowledge at your disposal. I’m applying this to myself as well, so don’t think I’m attacking anyone or being hypocritical. But in all seriousness, when is the last time you really tried? Be honest. And I don’t mean when’s the last time you said affirmations here and there for a few days and didn’t persist or live in the end for a substantial amount of time. Or that time you “thought” about shifting right before you rolled over and went to sleep without setting so much as an intention. But here’s the thing, I’m not telling you to try harder or do more, not in the slightest, because shifting and manifesting and entering the void state is supposed to be simple and easy if you accept that fact and let it. No, the advice and wake up call I’m trying to give is, put in a little more effort, have an INTENTION, and stop being lazy. Like seriously. Aren’t you TIRED???? Aren’t you done living this bullshit life and circumstances and not having your manifestations you dreamed so hard for? Aren’t you tired of not shifting and living in your dream desired reality doing whatever the hell you want?? Aren’t you tired of not waking up in the void state and waking up to the same lifestyle? Aren’t you sick of it? Then do something about it. We are almost done with 2023. 2024 is right around the corner. No way we’re letting YET ANOTHER year pass us by without accomplishing what we’ve been trying to do, and what we came here to do. Enough is enough. You are manifesting your dream life, you are shifting, and you are waking up in the void state or all of the above if you’re like me. I don’t care what you have to do. I’m so tired of y’all not living your dream lives like in what universe do you think that’s okay or acceptable bc it’s not. I know for some of you it’s been so long you don’t see the point and it’s hard to stay disciplined or motivated. So in the comments section anyone that needs to be kicked in gear daily until you get your shit needs to comment and I want all of you to hold yourselves accountable. Someone commented they want to shift to their Hogwarts DR? Okay, remind them every single day to shift and not stop until they do, and let that serve as a reminder to you as well. Ofc if you need to take breaks you always should do that, but if you’re in the right frame of mind to keep going and not stop, do it. The time is now. No more procrastinating. No more “I’ll wake up in the void tomorrow” no bitch DO IT TODAY. Goddamn it. This is your LIFE we’re talking about not a game and you think it’s okay to postpone your desires for another minute??! Hell no. Get off your ass and do what you need to do. Hold yourself accountable to the best of your abilities. Stop complaining about it bc all that time you used to complain could’ve been used to affirm or focus on your shifting or void state self concept, whatever steps it may be to lead you closer to your end goal. I know you’re tired and drained fucking trust me I know how hard the journey has been, but maybe it wouldn’t have been so hard if we had just buckled down from the start and done what we needed to do and figured out what worked best for us and stopped listening to people that are close minded with limiting ass beliefs. So from this point on, starting IMMEDIATELY, you are not going to waste another day. Haven’t tried to shift in over a year and a half like me? (I took a “shifting break” in May 2022💀), or however long it’s been?

Idc, looks like tonight’s your night and every single night after until you fucking shift. Haven’t tried to enter or wake up in the void state for a hot minute? (I stopped in July bc it was low key ruining my mental health the way I was obsessing over it). Oh, cool, looks like you and I are attempting tonight no ifs ands or buts. NONE. Consider this a challenge. It’s called “Get your desires before 2024” if you’re manifesting, “Tap in the void state before 2024” if you’re trying to enter the void state and manifest your dream life that way, or “Reality shift before 2024” if you’re shifting. It’s early November and if we really persist the entire time this is more than achievable. So, the only rules for this is to either in the comments section of this post or in your own separate post you’re going to document your journey from here on out and update once you’ve finally done it. Every single day (unless ofc like I said you need a break or life happens and you for whatever reason can’t, I get it shit happens lol). I’ll even be doing it with you, so stay tuned for that. No more over consuming info you already fucking know. Use all your free time you possible can or just utilize night time wisely if you only do shit before bed. We’re done. We’re getting our shit. And if you don’t participate I will personally come over and beat your ass bc YOU DESERVE TO LIVE YOUR DREAM LIFE not daydream about it, not sit around wising and hoping for it but actually fucking living it. And idc what I have to do to get the message across. So with that being said, do the “challenge” or however you want to view it and I love you and you got this. 💕

okay so with all these set photos coming out and these arguments between byler, and mileven, i think it’s time we start focusing on MIKE WHEELER.

people think that he is some b!tchy dude who is mean to his friends but people always forget that he has trauma too. but see, his trauma isn’t exactly from the upsidedown itself like wills, els or max. his comes from everyday struggles and i am here to speak my truth about that.

let’s not forget how heartbroken that kid was when his BEST friend will disappeared. I mean we’ve all seen that one scene where dustin and lucas are arguing and he’s in the middle look so depressed. for a whole week, he’s looking for will. this guy tried to 💀 himself. yeah yeah he did it for dustin, and im sure that’s part of it but for his teeth? they were baby teeth too. but he lost el, had a big fight with lucas, his best friend is still missing, and is living on one ounce of hope that will is alive after seeing his “dead” body dragged out of the water.

he grows a connection with el, then loses el. on the positive side, he did get his best friend back, but that doesn’t change the trauma we went through. but how can he express that trauma? i mean, his best friend is suffering from bullying and the side effects of coming back to life all year. how pathetic would it look to him if he started going, “when you went missing, i went through hell.” not to mention he couldn’t talk abt that to his mom or sister because barb didn’t come back. nancy has to deal with losing her best friend. at least mike got his back. that’s all that is going through his mind.

when el comes back, he can’t talk about the depression he went through after knowing what it felt like to lose will, and then to lose el for a whole year. she’s got all this trauma from the upsidedown and the lab. once again, he would look stupid if he started talking about his depression.

then his best friend and girlfriend move away to the other side of the country. cleary that destroyed him. i mean he prob thought that he would have will and el his whole life. will, who he has known for like what a decadeish? is gone. can he mourn, be sad, tell his friends that his two favourite people gone is killing jim from the inside? no! and why? because max just watched her step brother die. (i’m not a big fan of that arc cause he was literally so abusive). anyways max is going through it, thinking about what she could’ve done, isolating herself from lucas and the party. he once again probably would feel selfish if he were to mention that in front of his friends.

eddie was his friend too. cleary, he looked up to him in some shape or form. but he knows that dustin was closer AND had to watch him die. mike, wasn’t there for yet. he’s probably going through it too, knowing that someone he cared for is gone. does he even know that eddies dead yet? (pre s5 time skip). but dustin had to watch him die so it feels like him mourning would be more pathetic cause at least he wasn’t there. he can’t be as sad as everyone else when max his in the hospital bc he isn’t close enough like everyone else. that’s one of his best friends girlfriend, he has if way worse.

people forget that will and el weren’t the only ones bullied!! (dustin and lucas are also forgotten, that’s a post for later!). he was bullied his whole life too. he almost died because he was bullied. bullying, especially at a young age will affect you. i’m not excusing any of his fights he’s had with el or will, but apart of trauma and not getting help for it, means you are going to act as what you hate the most.

even the unrelated upsidedown stuff makes him look pathetic. his dad is there physically, but not emotionally. that would put a toll on anyone, having a dad that is never trying to bond or connect with you. but can he say anything about that? wills dad abuses him, dustin doesn’t have one and max had hers replaced with an abusive stepfather.

his whole life, he felt like his trauma want important enough because everyone has it worse than him. i am not shaming any other characters for their trauma, their traumas are just as important. what im trying to prove is that he isn’t some butthole teenager. he is a teenager who feels alone and keeps his feelings hidden until they explode.

plus, if you are a byler fan or a queer mike truther, you can add on to the fact that he probably hates himself for being some different weird losers who wants to be with his best friend, a man. that probably breaks all rules he grew up with.

add all these things tgt, and you get a very emotionally drained teenager who needs help.

(all the kids need therapy, srsly, why is max the only one in therapy. each kid has gone through sm, im not dissing them or ignoring their trauma, everyone’s trauma is equally important and ill make another post about each character in the future).

i really hope they talk about his trauma and depression, this dude has gone through and yet feels like it’s not important enough.

If I rewrote the last part of Honkai (with the self-imposed rule of keeping the lore/endgoal relatively intact, my thoughts would be different if I’m allowed to do anything tbh) I would add an arc between ER/EE and the moon arc.

We deserved a proper WS arc. Instead of Suddenly, Stigma Is Done, we could’ve had a build up to make us suspect not everything is at it seems. Get Mei to breathe, cope with losing THIRTEEN friends to a Herrscher, and re-evaluate what she’s doing in WS— her leaving in the epilogue and Kevin going yeah you can go xoxo was anti-climactic as hell, I feel so blueballed 💀.

So basically (and keep in mind I’m making this up as I go, it’s a first draft type of idea)

First off I hate the last two acts of EE so I’m throwing those out. Reconstructing Elysia doesn’t magically revive anyone, it basically just gives Mei admin power over ER as its heir (you know? what they intended for her. No because of you the player bullshit. It’s all because of Mei, it’s always been HER arc.)

Mei fights HoC herself, complete with the FCs fighting by her sides as signet hallucinations and symbolism of “they finally were allowed to fight all together through her”. Mei pins down HoC, sees the FC hallucinations all smiling at her, telling her to do it, they were happy to have met her, they bless her etc… and Mei deletes ER herself. Her enemy and her friends melt away, destroyed permanently. The epilogue is Mei finding passed out but intact Klein and picking her up, and Kevin showing up at the exit but remains stoic (taking Klein from her?). We can even keep the bit of why he didn’t step in, but nothing about STIGMA or quitting.

After that we get to see some Mei downtime in WS, she gets a visit— Raven learns what happened with ER from her, they get to mourn and reminisce about the people they both knew properly before moving on with the plot.

WS hides its plans from Mei, which she starts suspecting, and she gets sent in a mission that lets her actually CLASH with the good guys— maybe with Fu Hua, to give her some much needed screentime? It could be interesting as well to have them ACTUALLY TALK, and to show how things have or haven’t changed after Mei got to hang out with a much younger Hua. Hua tries to get her to defect but Mei refuses, saying she still needs answers— and Hua admits her memory has too many holes for her to give her what she wants. Only WS, MOTH’s heir, has the answers.

Also, Mei mentions the Realm, confusing Hua, and Mei realizes she forgot that. It hurts. She shuts up because it’s gone, and she feels guilty for taking Hua’s chance to meet her dead friends again away. Kevin doing it was such an an afterthought in canon it was dumb.

We get some scenes of the main gang as well, Kiana keeping up with Durandal’s training, since I don’t have the CCP to worry about have Bronya and Seele secretly wonder if Durandal has a crush on Kiana because she’s acting so weird. (the truth is stranger than fiction, girls). Some clashes between SS and AE now that they have to work together, which Theresa tries to manage. Since I said I’m keeping the lore mostly intact, have Bronya and Seele bring up Bronya’s harsh childhood and talk about what they know of their biological parents. Dark Seele admits she only started waking up regularly when Seele was at the orphanage so she actually has zero idea. They talk about Cocolia and Sin a bit as well, where they stand with them etc.

Meanwhile! After that mission, Mei gets called out for not doing her job right because she was soft on her old friends, and she starts thinking about leaving for good soon. She interacts with a Gray Serpent, who is cryptic as usual but commands her for being their most promising agent despite her soft heart. She briefly bumps into Hare (the real one) and gets a weird feeling from her, thinking she looks a bit like Kiana, and she basically exudes depression. I want her to also have a talk with Jackal, and mentioning Mobius (maybe she assumed Klein would try to find work in a familiar setting but she’s not there, she’s already on the moon preparing things) just so we can close ER ch2’s plot thread of Jackal causing Mobius to go stir-crazy by saying they never found the real Mobius in reality.

Some time passes, more regular gang shenanigans that starts foreshadowing the moon plot and AE’s plans to deal with Finality (like Kiana asking about the battleship onscreen instead of just telling us she did later). The events for them can be jumbled around a bit, it’s just to avoid them getting completely sidelined and get the more secondary characters some scenes to shine in.

Back to Mei. She’s already gone through the database, ER is a bust, she’s missing her final answer because of HoC’s bullshit— but Hua was right, there’s still someone at WS who can give her answers. She’s been mulling it over and she’s going to do it today.

Mei confronts Kevin one on one (yes she booked a formal meeting). Mei knows him well now; she has his signet too, she spent time together with his sim, and she realizes that after everything she can try and force the answers out of him, since she’s now proven herself. What is Honkai? What is the Will? What really happened to Elysia? What is he hiding?

Kevin is reminded of Dr.MEI, contemplating how utterly different they are despite looking alike— and he actually starts talking. I’m gonna think harder about the exact content but for now here’s what I think he says.

First he tells Mei about the samsara they’re in, and how she’s got Dr.MEI’s spot in this samsara, emphasizing that each iteration is different but starts on the same basis, much like how Mei and MEI’s lives took radically different turns and they became extremely different people, despite being born with the same face under similar circumstances.

Mei shook (1) but she remembers that one eyes closed photo she saw of MEI, and how they indeed looked alike.

After Kevin reveals how Finality turns back time, he broaches that this is their last cycle, their last chance, because Elysia broke Fate and they traded passing down extra knowledge and strength to the embers of the new civilisation against Humanity getting more tries to survive Honkai, so they’re not going to be able to bunker down and try again with their civilisation revived.

Mei asks how Elysia managed it, and I’m gonna change her death back to what it was built up to be because I don’t like what we got. Elysia was a Herrscher the entire time, infiltrated MOTH and revealed herself as the 13th, becoming the common enemy of Humanity. Five of her closest friends came to fight her off— Kevin, Eden, Vill-V, Aponia and Mobius.

(I’m confident they only removed Mobius because they couldn’t give her a green flower, which is stupid. She was stated to have been there in earlier ER convos.)

From this point on, the tale becomes Kevin’s memory projection, so Mei gets to watch it play out.

Elysia ran away from the base after a very public “eruption”, and they believed maybe it was a sliver of sanity left in her before she completely lost it— but soon she would come back because after the three last cities got nuked there was virtually no human left to kill besides MOTH staff. So they had to strike first.

There’s an epic fight where Elysia seems to have completely lost her mind and they finally manage to pin her down— and Mobius reveals to Elysia they came to capture her alive, claiming it’s for her experiments on a live Herrscher but it’s pretty obvious it’s because they’re all completely worn out emotionally and they just want their friend back.

Elysia is shocked, because she has been acting this whole time hoping that she would be able to restore Humanity’s confidence and unity when they beat her without horribly cruel collateral, in preparation for HoFin who she can feel is going to descend extremely soon— and she was also going to use this to return to the Cocoon to give the humans a chance to survive.

This makes her break character and they realize she’s ACTUALLY for good conscious and has been acting and they’re not too happy about that, feeling she’s betrayed them, and she spills the beans.

She reveals she’s not the 13th, but the Herrscher of Origin who has been walking among humans before the Herrscher of Reason even descended. She joined MOTH so Humanity wouldn’t lose too early, hoping that, given some extra help and time from her, they’d surpass Finality.

Elysia apologizes for picking RIN as a Herrscher, wondering if Sakura would forgive her, expressing grief about finding someone compatible enough with Honkai not to go crazy, only for her to die and then take Sakura and so many humans with her. It turns out she’s been sporadically intentionally influencing the Cocoon, hoping that it would bring a more optimal outcome— but picking a MOTH Soldier didn’t work, splitting the core into 1000 pieces to make it easier on the human mind to utilize didn’t work, making the Herrscher an anti-energy type was a complete and utter disaster…Despite the relative success of the MANTIS program, the Honkai’s embrace never led to coexistence.

In her eyes, every Herrscher’s violence is a “choice” of humanity, instincts amplified by Honkai’s embrace (so like what happened to RIN in the end), as much as the response to fight them was… and here they are.

This little italics conversation that they changed occurs.

They question whether everything about Elysia was a lie, but she denies it, saying that she (and by extension, the Honkai) loves each and every one of them sincerely, and that she always wanted to create a paradise for Humanity, even if she never really was worthy of being called a human.

Mobius is big mad— telling her that she’s just as human as any of them, she laughs and hides her pain and plays pranks and loves others, and all she did was betray both herself and them by “letting nature take its course”.

Surprisingly Elysia says she’s right. The Honkai is arrogant to play with Humanity’s fate like this, even out of love, and as an extension of it she made the same choice… but it was never fair. Humanity should write its own story, and evolve in the ways they like, not the ways the Honkai wants.

And so Elysia tells them she’ll do what she should have done a long time ago, and returns to the cocoon, rearranging the stars and breaking Fate.

It’s the end of the memory, and Mei is stunned and a bit emotional (even here you can’t escape watching Elysia die multiple times, sorry). She asks Kevin what exactly, then, is Honkai.

“You heard her didn’t you? You got to know her. You already know.”

“It’s that love of hers. What we know as “Honkai” is her embrace.”

I just finished ACOFAF believe y’all think RueHob is toxic? Is it perfect? No but y’all placing all the blame on RUE. Saying that they only love this idea of Hob is crazy

Some things I want to touch (To my understanding this is what I perceived)

Rue didn’t choose to serve the court of wonder like it was some planned decision. Rue was an orphan who was kidnapped and forced to stay in the fae relem no? I think it makes sense for Rue to take the place next of the ppl who raised them.

So Oscar/Rue took the love at first sight route. Doesn’t inherently make it selfish, unreasonable, or shallow. I’ve heard plenty of stories of ppl getting together within days/weeks/months of meeting each other. Some people feel differently

Just because Rue lived in a place of lavish doesn’t mean they can’t be sad. Idk maybe it hit me more personally bc I saw it as yk yt parents non-black kid adoption. Rue being an OwlBear just trying to fit in in the society around them. We always say money doesn’t buy happiness why can’t this apply to Rue?

The love Rue wanted was romantic love. They may have had the love of the people, court, Wuvy, etc but it wasn’t the love they WANTED. Is Rue not allowed to want love? Love that is of kissing and holding and not making face and contracts?

It’s almost like the Bloom is made to make connections of any kind 💀 Again I don’t understand why it’s wrong for Rue to want to love somebody/love them. Rue didn’t force Hob to fall in love. Rue didn’t feed him a love potion or pushed him till he breaks.

I feel like we are a being harsh on Rue for being more emotional/dramatic but at the end of the day this is a dnd game. These characters actions rely on the descriptions provided by the player. If they add in a sigh here or a tears in the eyes there I don’t think it’s fair to fully put that on the character without the context of performance.

Wuvy Wuvy Wuvy. I love Wuvy but it’s clear that their relationship was platonic .l. I think Rue has felt that everything Wuvy has done (sort of) was due to responsibility of position/duty. Ofc Wuvy denies that but we don’t know how long Rue felt this way. I don’t think we see any evidence that says Rue told Wuvy to To change herself and make herself smaller I think Wuvy did that out of the love of her heart. If I had to take a major guess I would assume Rue made these changes to themselves first and Wuvy followed so that they wouldn’t be alone. While Wuvy may follow Rue command her actions are of her own. Did Rue do Wuvy wrong from time to time. Yes!

To imply that Rue is selfishly satisfying this hunger through Hob is crazy to me. I feel like y’all are babying this man. Hob was major and was set to be married. At the end it was Hob who went after Rue not the other way around. If he wanted to he could’ve atleast cleared the air with Rue then continue his duties. No one told him to hold on to Rue token. No one told him to dance with Rue. No one made him give Rue his badge. No one forced him to quit. He decided those things bc of his own heart not Rues.

Ig my question is if Rue only loves Hob bc of what he “represents” (like this idolization I suppose) why does Hob love Rue. He had his court, his honor, his goblins. A big chunk was Hob being to loyal to his court.

P.S The thing with the goblin court was f’ed up. Just makes Rue flawed not horrible.

TLDR: I’m more trying to fight I’m just RueHob number one defender. I’m not digging on anyone or being like “I’m right you’re wrong”. I’m just expressing my feelings after being on an 8 episode rollercoaster

I don’t really think it’s accurate but at least the first part meats the first part is what I’m talking about.

Sam really needs to listen. It wasn’t fair for Colby because it was supposed to be both of yours big moment, but I don’t think it’s right to judge Sam especially because it was something he needed to find out too. He could’ve just woke up Colby and at least let him know, especially for safety since no one else was awake during that time and something could’ve happened. Colby was mad and he had every right to be, also because Sam casually mentioned it while they went to the basement. 🤦🏻‍♀️ But they communicated in a healthy way so that’s something at least. (I’m actually glad to see that because now we know what they do when they fight and it’s even more of a reason to love them) yea show us how it’s done! Some thing we all need to learn from.

We all know Colby is some kind connection because he feels energy sometimes, but can we talk about how twice Sam has done the Estes method he started shaking. I don’t know if it’s a connection per say, but it’s definitely weird. He felt like something was pushing him down, and the last time he felt he couldn’t even move. (I felt like Colby was still mad from the prior conversation because when he said “what were you doing” I was like 👀 I’m glad he realized to take him out of it at least, because I couldn’t even see him shaking on camera) I might be over analyzing why I think Colby said that too but anyways.

I don’t mind Larray and Bella. I don’t think it added anything to the video like some have said, but overall it wasn’t horrible.

I still am sticking to my box theory with Cody and Satori. I don’t think they’re horrible people but I also think they are lying up a storm. I feel somehow sound can be manipulated to sound closer and further away, and a lot of the sounds comes from Cody’s area..

Sam and Colby tried the method and it didn’t work except for what they heard at the very last moment. I kinda wished it worked for them but I figured. 😕

The camera equipment not working was kinda freaky I won’t lie. The fact it does this a lot even with their batteries being full. Also who or what was coming up the stairs?? I feel it could be the 4th tour guide or Zach, but how Colby responded on Twitter says otherwise. I guess the spirit just wanted to make an appearance in the video.

I’m rewatching clips as I do this to remember (which is how this got deleted to begin with 🤦🏻‍♀️). Anyways, someone just posted a clip and you can see something outside the window when Colby is standing by the window, either about to go into the well or when they finished the Estes method idk.

Somewhat of an Ep 2 review because I didn’t do it

Believe: Josh getting touched because he wasn’t even moving, the scrapping noise, the door opening.

Not believe: Satori and Cody, the one small door opening on its own. Do the owners/caregivers just stay there or something? I can’t say anything about this house if they are just chilling in a random room while S&C investigate. I think they stay in a different house but I also don’t know for sure.

I’m on the fence about the noises again I wish I could know the truth.

OKAY but this has been bothering me, too! I only watched this season once but this is what I’ve been deliberating since.

With Gomez, she was upset that her parents had a secret murder under their belt, and considering Tyler killed Rowan, the cop guy, Ms Kinbott, etc, her trying to get the monster behind bars was also confusing (since she had no problem putting Xavier in jail and essentially ruining his life by giving him a prior offense lol.)

But I think it boils down to truth and justice.

She hospitalized Pugsley’s bullies only after they did something to him. Surely she knew there were people picking on him, and if she really wanted to, she could’ve done something prior to the physical abuse. But she didn’t. The bullies moved first, and she simply responded. (But of course she enjoys getting payback, I mean, it’s Wednesday Addams we’re talking about here LOL.)

With Gomez, I think she was already fed up with her parents (or, what she perceived them as,) since she felt pressure from Morticia to follow her footsteps and Gomez just accepts that. So the fact that they kept this high school secret from her probably made her feel betrayed in a way (I mean, it’s clear she has a great relationship with her parents. Anyone would feel gutted if their loved one hid stuff from them, right?) Also, she knows her parents by now to some extent (past the assumptions she made about Morticia wanting her to be her carbon copy lol;) she knew from the getgo that her father is not capable of committing murders all willynilly. That whole situation seems to boil down to truth and justice.

That caused her to feel suspicious of the police force and their integrity. There’s a rampant monster on the loose and they’re taking their sweet time trying to… preserve their reputation? Not to mention the support of pilgrimage when they’re notorious for being colonizers, lol. Also, she received a prophecy of her burning the school and fighting a pilgrim. She had to get to the bottom of that, because it included her. She knew the adults around her were unreliable (and wouldn’t listen to her anyway,) so she did the dirty work herself, even if it got her in trouble. Whoever the monster was, it was targeting innocent people and her. She was a target, too. Her brother’s bullies weren’t innocent. Her father must’ve been innocent. The police force isn’t innocent. Her principal isn’t innocent. She thought Xavier wasn’t innocent, until proven otherwise, and now Tyler (under Laurel’s abuse,) isn’t innocent.

Wednesday isn’t above murder, or torture, or death, and she embraces that. She knows that those terms are seen as inherently negative to other people, but she views those things as natural as sunlight and therefore embraces that. So maybe her response to Tyler admitting that he was a bully to Xavier was tone deaf, but I think it was more her way of telling Tyler that she sympathizes with him. She understands that humans aren’t perfect and do mean things sometimes. That she herself is not above doing bad things to people. Tyler showed regret and that’s something Wednesday respected. It’s confusing, but I think it ultimately comes down to Wednesday wanting truth and authenticity. Transparency and righteousness.

I’m sure there was something that I missed that makes Wednesday look like a major hypocrite, and of course we can't ignore her hubris, but I mean… at least she's not a runner? 💀

So yeah, that's what I observed on my first watch. If anyone has anything to add, by all means! But the TL;DR is that I don't think Wednesday has a problem with murder itself but with the intentions behind it. Context is important to her.

Was cc3 THAT BAD 💀

I mean, no? I think that it read easier than the first two books, and there were a few moments that I enjoyed…but the longer it was the lower my rating went personally.

I don’t know why I can’t get on board! Probably because Bryce as a character does not resonate with me.

Gonna put some stuff under a cut while I rant just in case so beware, kinda major spoilers below

All of these thoughts are my personal opinions obviously and I’m not judging those who love the cc series :)

I think SJM tries to make Bryce relate to a younger audience so half of the things that Bryce says/does to me are so cringey. And this could just be because of the modern setting, which I also don’t love, but like come on.

But like. To have no one die? The classic main character death only to be brought to life in one page? Fucking played out, who wasn’t expecting it at this point.

For all of her friends to conveniently become heads of houses or primes or super important rulers right as they’re about to go to war? Totally not cheesy.

I do enjoy some of the characters for sure, which is why I write for them, it’s the story that I don’t care for.

Like fucking SPACE?! That literally ruined the entire book when I read that line I was so disappointed. They killed two asteri and there wasn’t any other way besides putting them into a black hole that could’ve saved anyone?

Anyone being able to wear Nestas Mask? And put it on and off with ease when she struggles to do so? That was annoying too.

The convenience of any solution to any problem in this book…like blows my mind. You spent 1200 pages creating this world and every solution is readily available? I can’t.

Why bring the Harpy back only to kill her off in two paragraphs? Why weren’t Fury and Juniper in the books more? What the fuck is sunball? Why did they leave Baxian babysitting Avallen even after the war is over?! Bryce basically said yup, it’s all done imma go disband the Fae and live my life you all can figure it out? She only goes back there when she hears the Pegasus’ are back? Poor baxian honestly.

I hate the technology. I rlly do. The mech-suits? Stupid. The omega-boats? Why are they called that? I didn’t see a purpose for half of the things it just seemed fillery to me.

And this all happens in the span of one week…yeah okay. It felt like Bryce was in that cave with az and nest for three weeks of my life.

I just think the book is unnecessarily long. SJM loves to repeat herself 7-8 times, same sentences verbatim (because there’s 800 characters we have to get on the same page). If she cut out repeating these long ass histories the book would be a third of the length it is now. And I loved KoA but that book had better thought and planning put into it.

Lol it’s 5am and I’m ranting about CC3 ☠️ okay I’m done for now ily 💙

Top 10 TVD Characters I Love

This is fact, because I can never be wrong in MY OPINION!!!

(This list is also subject to change)

1. Bonnie Bennett

Self explanatory. She’s the baddest bitch and a powerful bitch. I love this girl and I will stand by this girl. Plus she’s black, and we gotta stick together.

2. Damon Salvatore

Let’s not act surprise. He’s my man. I will ALWAYS defend him (even though I will always admit he’s done some terrible shit). But that’s still baby boy. I connect with Damon more than anyone on the show tbh. Simply because we share the same trauma (trust issues, abandonment issues…). And we have the same humor. And I love how he’s not afraid to be the bad guy when needed and he says what needs to be said, no matter who’s feelings get hurt. Brutal honesty. Love him.

3. Katherine Pierce

Listen, listen. She’s just a bad bitch, idk what y’all want me to say. Her aesthetic is just good! Shes a survivor which is something that we look up to in some degree. And I have to give props to her for never turning off her humanity. Although I hated how they gave her that obsessed with Stefan storyline in S5, like girl, stand up!

4. Elijah Mikaelson (on TVD)

Honestly, I have no idea why I ranked Elijah this high. All I know is that whenever he’s on screen, I giggle a little bit.

5. Klaus Mikaelson (TVD)

Same with Klaus tbh. Klaus annoys me but I also wanna be friends with him (*cough* with benefits *cough*). Everyone loves a tortured soul, am I right?

6. Elena Gilbert

Don’t come from me. I love Elena and she’s literally not so bad that everyone makes her out to be. I especially loved her from S1-3.

7. Rebekah Mikaelson

Another bad bitch.

8. Lexi

I actually almost forgot about Lexi. But she would be in the top three if she didn’t die so damn soon. She could’ve added such a good dynamic with the main characters. Such wasted potential.

9. Rose

Another wasted potential. I loved her and Damon’s relationship, and it added a bit more maturity to show in my opinion. Idk, loved her.

10. Caroline Forbes

Now… I have a hate/love relationship with Caroline. But more love than hate. I just… simply don’t agree with her personality 💀. I just know if she was real, me and her would NOT get along. Caroline just has a very nosy, judgmental and loudly opinionated personality that I just don’t fw. But I know she does this because of love and because of how much she loves her friends. And she can be adorable. She’s annoying but in a tolerable-cute-annoying way. Like a sibling.

knight terrors nightwing: i didn’t hate it!

compared to dicks writing in his solo as of late, i was very excited to see a fresh voice writing nightwing, even in a miniseries. becky cloonan delivered a story that to me was a mixed bag. structurally, especially compared to the other knight terrors titles, it was very solid (someone needs to show these bitches at least 1 psychorror film cause what even is this event 💀). but content wise it was a let down.

spoilers ahead!

cloonan’s transitions between dream and “reality” within the nightmare are very well done. she plays with surrealism and the concept of the mind in some entertaining ways. she has really grown as a writer in the past year or two and this issue shows off some of her more diverse skills.

now onto everyone’s favorite part aka me complaining 🥰🥰🥰

the whole drama is that oh no nightwing killed batman now he has to be sent to arkham 😱 but in the most boring way possible. you could’ve inserted any other batkid and it would’ve been the same story. what would’ve been more dick-esque is batman or anyone else dying because dick failed to save them. that’s dicks thing- he fears being a failure. some receipts ⬇️

that would’ve been a much more compelling conflict to me and an actual nightmare situation for dick. it also would’ve been a nice contrast with bruce’s knight terrors story (yes i know they probably weren’t able to communicate about the stories but bruce’s was hella predictable like cmon).

nightwing failed to save batman from dying and in the process is taken in because they think he killed him. dick pleads his innocence but he might as well killed bruce. he failed. it’s just as bad if not worse.

but instead we get dick getting sexually harassed within the first four pages which 😁👍 is just so great. it could’ve been a moment for some commentary on his history of sa and how dick fears objectification but it’s just brushed past and used as a cheap, tactless shot. especially by using zsasz. the issue would’ve been much better if it had just been left out.

then there’s all the other plot points where it’s like, this could be referencing dicks publication history or it could just be a coincidence ie: the choices of arkham experimentation and pyg as antagonists. you can’t tell which because they aren’t expounded upon. there’s an opportunity to do so but it’s wasted to use the same cards always used. like let john and mary rest godamm. pick any other moment of tragedy in dicks life. and the whole evil scary asylum bit is sooo dated in general and really overused in dc. like again, get another plot device. we’ve had numerous events surrounding this! i believe in you dc! it’s 2023 we can move on.

the bit at the end with babs was just another example of her being a prop in dicks story. boring and sexist.

but jonathan!! yippee!! look at him :)))

literally my favorite part. i love him in this artstyle.

okay, now we’re getting into the part where i’m not on team steve! whereas ari tends to be a jerk in public around reader and soft in private, steve is the polar opposite!! i feel like the addition of steve in wg just brings more dimension to college fuckboys, cuz when you think about it, it really narrows down to two types: a) the beast from beauty and the beast and b) hans from frozen (i can’t believe i was able to bring disney into my logic but if it works, so be it!) in summary, steve’s demeanor just switches like night and day cuz when he’s in his own territory, in his room, where he doesn’t have to put on a show for anyone, he can shed the mask and let his true nature show (and mayhaps he doesn’t care whether or not reader has a say in that… for all we know, if kira never intervened, nothing or no one would’ve stopped steve 🚩🚩🚩)

i’m just gonna say that wanda could be a friend… i don’t think she’d be a good one though… i could understand the occasional blindness of being dick-whipped (especially when you’re seeing someone like CURTIS) but even as a college student who just wants to have fun and live in the moment, she could’ve done more for reader :/ in fact, sharon has been a much better friend to y/n despite wanda already given that role! WHO got us ice after the basketball incident⁉️ SHARON‼️ and wasn’t wanda sitting RIGHT BESIDE US??? also, i’m not digging the whole dick-shame wanda gives us when we tell her we hooked up with ari 😒 first off, if YEW🫵🏼 didn’t abandon us at the party, then fed us bull saying you tried to reach out to us, we didn’t need to take an uber with steve!!! lowkey, ari incorrectly addressing wanda by the wrong name is starting to be justified…

NOW that we’ve gotten more clues regarding ari and steve’s history, i came up with this theory: ari and steve were friends in high school, maybe they grew up together and were besties for life? eventually, when college began for kira (my memory’s fuzzy but if i’m right, ari and steve are seniors and reader is a freshman so kira could be in-between, maybe just a year older than y/n), kira chose to go to st. andrew’s instead of st. jude’s (either steve also went to st. andrew’s up until before the events of wg or went to st. jude’s the whole time, i think it could work any way) and steve got ari to promise to take care of kira. again, there are a couple potential scenarios for this! for certain, at any point in time, kira must’ve harboured feelings for ari, but how ari handled that information could either be: a) his time at college turned him into the fuckboy that he is and kira was one of his former side-chicks, b) ari genuinely had feelings for kira too but college turned him into a fuckboy and he lost himself, taking her for granted, or c) it was all a misunderstanding, ari didn’t mean to lead kira on and kira was setting herself up for heartbreak because she was too shy to be communicative with ari 🫢 regardless of each scenario, it ends up with kira being absolutely shattered and heartbroken by the end of her freshman year, steve finds out about this and depending on which college he went to he either a) transferred from st. andrew’s to st. jude’s the following year and kira transfers too (but remains super scarred by her history with ari that she has extreme difficulty allowing herself social interaction again at the risk of further humiliation, hence the remote classes) and steve vows he gets revenge on ari, b) devotes the rest of his time at st. jude’s to besting ari and steve wants his sister’s heartbreak to bite ari in the ass TENFOLD, or c) STEVE BEATS UP ARI, CAUSING HIM TO GET EXPELLED FROM ANDREWS AND LEAVING HIM NO CHOICE BUT TO TRANSFER TO JUDES😶 even though reader is definitely not a stranger to the rogers’ household, i still don’t think it’s enough to vouch that steve wants anything genuine with y/n—like, come AWN, did we not just see that steve had his eyes on her EARLIER from the night of the party⁉️ mans is sus, and i don’t wike it 😒 (additionally, steve is praised at st. jude’s for being the misunderstood hero that was looking out for his sister, furthering ari’s rep of being this cocky st. andrew’s fuckboy—either ari is actually self-aware and is scared to shoo away reader for good if got her hands on the whole story, or he’s actually unsure of the events himself and genuinely can’t give her a sound story on the hatred between him and steve)

You’re so right, bestie – Ari for the life of himself cannot come to terms with his own feelings! He’s just so hell bent on being this macho fuckboy that isn’t affected by an girl ever and that’s why he felt the need to stay with Sharon! I know a lot of people are like “WHYYYY is he with Sharon there must be an underlying reason” but I’ve addressed this before and literally NOPE. He is still with Sharon (or was… depending on if he’s telling the truth that he broke up with her) anyways, he still is/was with Sharon bc he is a fuckboy and he can be! Simple as that. But anyways yes, Ari was so close to slipping!!! AHHH I FOUND IT SO CUTE N FUN TO WRITE THAT PART HEHE. But yeah, you /get/ Ari and his stubborn fratboy mindset which I love!

I love these comparisons to Disney hehe. And truly, I believe this chapter showed us that fuckboys come in different types lmao. But hmm, I find the theory of Steve showing “his true colours” in his bedroom interesting… Were those really his true colours or was he distracted by something that led to a mood change? What exactly is the true Steve? Is charming and nice Steve not also the true Steve? Bc I feel like he can be both! If that makes sense lol.

The voices of the masses have spoken to those sources on this turn of events, but I cannot fix the past. Our only hope is that the recording sources for these events… which your viewers know as the “developers”… will listen to the people that play their game.

🚂 Run with [Lollipop Cookie 🧸] in these areas to make [Case Notes 📝] appear more often than with anyone else. After you collect 400 [Case Notes 📝] in one round, the appearance of these notes will decrease significantly. The counter will reset after somebody has been detained and heavily interrogated based on majority accusations.

🔎 These notes will not be valid after a Chapter of the investigation ends, essentially resetting your counter back to zero.

🔎 You never know what they’re up to, Meringue. You just never do. Keep your eyes peeled, they’ve had a notorious reputation for making complicated cases.

Investigate

🔎 Once you’ve gathered enough [Case Notes 📝], use them to interrogate the suspects by clicking on the Cookie you want to question, then confirm your questioning by clicking on the question. Each new testimony will cost you 10 [Case Notes 📝], but you can review them at any time. They will provide their testimonies to the provided questions… but beware. Five of them are guilty, and they may very much lie on the stand or provide a contradictory statement that sells themselves or another culprit out.

🚂 Accumulate every testimony in one round, and we’ll reward you with a special gift. Remember: you can still interrogate Cookies you’ve detained.

🧸 In the meantime, you’ll get special S-grade blueprints for upgrading me, [Gentlemouse], and the [Starry Aeroplane] to level 7!

Accuse & Detain Suspects

🔎 Once your suspicions about a particular suspect have been confirmed to you, click the big “SUSPECT!” button on the lower-right to cast your accusation and record your vote.

🚂 You can change your mind at any time, but you’ll be on a 10-second cooldown between accusations so we can safely process your vote. Casting your first vote in a round will give you a little bonus reward for free, such as Magic Powder. Once the round ends, the Cookie you have highlighted as your vote is locked in. The three suspects with the most votes will be marked as the “Top 3” suspects.

💙 The one with the most votes will be detained and interrogated to determine their guilt or innocence, and the role they played on the night in question. Once a guilty suspect has been detained, everybody will receive 100 Crystals 💎 immediately after confirming the guilty verdict. After the investigation has concluded, everyone that locked in an accusation for a Guilty Cookie will receive 100 Rainbow Cubes 🌈 for each culprit accused.

🔎 Find and detain a culprit to uncover part of the truth. If an innocent gets detained, [Someone (?)] will share their thoughts to point people towards another culprit. It most likely can’t be Roguefort because of their standing within the lineup, however.

🔎 As the investigation goes on, you can track the ongoings of the investigation’s current chapter. In each round, you can replay the prologue, review the Cookie you accused that round, and review the background of the Cookie detained that round.
