Anyways, so we all know that Chilchuck probably doesn’t have the healthiest relationship with food? Right?

I don’t think he has an eating disorder but more so disordered eating- that hellish middle space, right? I mean “maintaining his body weight at an acceptable level” really sticks out to me

So picture this- my man retires, he doesn’t need to control his weight anymore, no worry about setting off or anything, but he realizes that the unhealthy habits he’s developed over he past ten years are harder to break than he thought

I’ve already touched on this but I can go into greater detail (AND I WILL):

Crowley is a bitch ass liar and God of Simps, you CANNOT tell me he didn’t set nearly everything up in 1941 to have the most memorable date with his angel. He saves Azi at the church and says “lift home?” Where do they go next??? Not the bookshop. Dastardly demon had ZERO intention of bringing Aziraphale straight home after the church. He takes Aziraphale to the theater, which he know he loves. You will NOT convince me that he picked up that massive suitcase of smashed liquor and didn’t notice the contents were destroyed? He didn’t hear the broken glass? He displays it to Mrs. H and let’s himself be chewed out instead of playing it off. He could’ve easily been like, “Sorry Mrs. H, I’ve got more in the trunk, be right back”, leave the room with the suitcase, miracle the liquor to be fixed and come back. Nope. He let himself stand there like a helpless puppy while Mrs. H went on a rant. I’d also bet my kneecaps that the magician for the show that night was arrested through a bit of ✨demonic intervention✨. And again, I WILL NOT BE PERSUADED OTHERWISE that Crowley didn’t influence Mrs. H to let Aziraphale perform. Because there is NOT A CHANCE ON GODS GREEN EARTH that that cantankerous woman saw this random man pull out a hanky and wave it around talking about “pReStiDigiTatiOn” and by her own volition went “yes this man is a perfect replacement, he is clearly an expert”. Then later at the bookshop he’s all “thanks for getting me off the hook ☺️👉🏻👈🏻” like Crowley 100% liked being the damsel in distress this time. I swear this little snake was making everything as convoluted as possible just to keep the night going. He sits down, legs in different time zones, and opens his jacket, performing what I call a Victorian strip tease, his eyes peering over his shades while he praises his angel. Grumpy little demon unable to hide his smile while his Aziraphale commits acts of great silliness. I KNOW he felt on top of the world until his goofy angel asked him to shoot him in the face. 🥲

i tried for a well thought out post. instead you get this mess that i’m begging you not to twist:

the outraged cries of “cliques” are people being actual friends with each other. the people complaining about certain blogs or creators being on pedestals are usually the same people putting them there. i’m not one to belittle feelings - i understand where the upset is coming from. i even understand my place in it! but at the end of the day, we’re working ourselves up over what? notes? followers? hits on a fic? things based on luck and timing??

i can only speak for myself, but i work a full time job and i’m hard scheduled 45 hours a week. all of my free time goes towards fic writing, because that’s For Me and that’s what’s important for my mental health, and even then, i am usually too exhausted to do that. i would love to read fic and interact more! my to-read list is a mile long! it is just genuinely hard for me to find the time. i prioritize my friends because they are my friends — real, actual people i know beyond tumblr mutualship, who i talk to about more than just fic writing — and even then i am late getting around to it. i’m not saying this as a “woe is me, my life is hard” moment, but moreso trying to offer a perspective that is not even being thought of. and i get it, no one wants to hear it, because you’re frustrated, and being vocal about frustration feels nice (i know, bc here i am)!!

someone is going to come for my throat for making this post as a “big author” and “part of the clique we’re all vagueing” and maybe it’s juuuuust me but like. if you’re that unhappy, log off. if seeing a friend group you’re not part of interacting makes you unhappy, log off. if seeing the engagement other people get on their posts or fic or art makes you unhappy, log off. you cannot force people to interact with you or your creative work, and aggressively posting about it when they don’t is not inviting them to. i am begging you to stop having expectations of people you do not know, because at the end of the day, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment.

I wonder how would RoD Kazuichi and Mikan would get along...

Okay so this actually gave me quite a lot of thoughts lol, for starters I think they do mostly get along okay, at least for remnants. It helps that these two didn’t really have any predetermined relationships going in, like I don’t think they were too close in class or interacted all that much.

As remnants however it’s a whole other story. Because like, Kazuichi gets hurt a lot. Be it from the future foundation, another remnant, or his own inventions backfiring, there’s pretty much always something going wrong. And because Kazuichi was in charge of some pretty vital things like the killing game executions and the pollution machines, it’s important he stays in working condition, which means someone has to come and treat his wounds, and that of course is Mikan.

Mikan likes the visits because she loves taking care of everyone, especially as remnants because haha these super strong global terrorists still need her to come fix their boo boo's. Kazuichi isn’t as much of a fan since being healthy is for lame hope filled losers and like, pain is really really good for despair. But the check ups were ordered by Junko originally so he can’t do more than grumble about it lol.

I think they probably gossip about the others a lot, and maybe work of fun bio weapons together too lol. Lowkey they’ve got such potential as a remnant duo. I have thoughts for how they’d go together in a non despair setting but that’s another time lol

tumblr algorithm stop feeding me takes that this show is just a silly goofy comedy that shouldn’t include death or that Izzy is the token disabled elder queer on the show where an actual disabled elder queer is literally the romantic lead or that Lucius and Pete being called “mateys” is diluting their gayness because it’s not “husbands” or that it’s sexist that Zheng lost her fleet and later prioritized her love for a man or that Ed is Izzy’s abuser because we conveniently forgot all of season 1 or that trauma is never followed through with because sometimes actions are used instead of words or that Ed learned nothing because the inn was apparently a whim as if he hasn’t been obsessing over retirement from day 1 I swear did we even watch the same show?? I literally feel like I’m in backwards land?

I have a really novel concept for y’all complaining about character’s arcs not being fully resolved or healed and that’s called there is supposed to be another season of this show

I also have another really novel concept as to why every single character did not have a one on one trauma apology session and so much time was spent on Ed and Stede and that is because this is literally the Ed and Stede show and also sometimes parallels are meant to be inferred and extrapolated because that is what efficient storytelling does instead of spoonfeeding you

And my most novel concept of all as to why some beloved characters had less screen time is because Max is a massive jerk and cut the budget

Y’all this wasn’t personal and maybe this show was never about Izzy maybe the show called our flag means death is actually about death maybe sad does not equal homophobic letdown maybe the brown gay character introduced as the love interest from day 1 gets to outlive the angry white guy that had a redemption arc after actively bullying and trying to break up every gay couple for a season I don’t know what to tell you just can you please let non-white people have this arc for once without assuming it’s an attack on you I’m BEGGING y’all
