CONTENT

Fluff, comfort, gender neutral reader, comforting you after having a bad few days, reader having mental health troubles, yes this was self indulgent shit's been hard LMAO

You were ranting to your lovely boyfriend after he asked you “what’s wrong baby?” and you immediately started bawling. All your pent up stress and emotion finally flowing out with your tears. You’ve been holed up in your room for a few days either working or sleeping, unable to even find the time or energy to shower. As you finish telling him about your troubles, your insecurities, etc. with a stuffy nose and puffy eyes you tell him “I don’t know what to do. I’m so tired…” His heart aches for you, and he responds with what feels right.

OKKOTSU YUTA, Yoshino Junpei

Cups your face with his hands to look into your eyes and say “I love you, no matter what, I love you. No matter if you think you’re doing a bad job, no matter if you hate yourself, I love you. I always will.” He spends the rest of the night helping you clean up and plan out your week all while giving lots of kisses.

NANAMI KENTO, ITADORI YUJI, MUTA KOKICHI

Holds you close with a hug and rubs your back, speaking quietly “let it out baby, you’ve been doing so amazing. You’re here, alive, taking care of yourself and your body. That’s all you ever needed to do.” He runs both of you a bath to help you relax and you talk about how you’ll tackle the next few days of work/school.

FUSHIGURO MEGUMI, GETO SUGURU, KAMO CHOSO, KAMO NORITOSHI

Gives you your water bottle to take a sip, hands you tissues, and caresses your cheek. Tells you “you’re doing amazing despite everything you have going on baby. I love you, let’s rest tonight and I’ll help you with anything you need to get done tomorrow. We can sit together and do work.” You agree with his plan and after cleaning up, you cuddle until you fall asleep.

GOJO SATORU, TOGE INUMAKI (but he uses sign language/text)

Pulls out his phone and orders you your favorite order from your favorite fast food place, not even having to ask you what it is. “I love you, and you need to eat. You work so hard, relax tonight and we’ll get back to it tomorrow. Let’s shower while we wait for the food, I’ll wash your back for you.” He reassures you with his hands in the air “no funny business.”

RYOMEN SUKUNA, FUSHIGURO TOJI, Aoi Todo

Holds you and kisses your forehead, you breathe in his scent and he says “let it out.” His warmth and familiar smell make you ugly cry into his shoulder. He holds you for as long as you need and tells you he loves you while occasionally kissing you. He helps you schedule your week before bed and makes you breakfast the next morning.

! PIECE BEGINS UNDERNEATH THE CUT !

You were not exactly known to have a friendly face or an approachable person – avoided by many in most social settings thanks to the deep furrow of your brow and the frown that curls the corners of your mouth downward. Though you could be doing something as simple as thinking about what to prepare for dinner that night, your exterior displayed a deep anger for any and all that surrounded you.

You had built up walls that were borderline impenetrable … that is … until he steps into your life.

YUUTA OKKOTSU

Like many, at first, Yuuta was intimidated by you. You carried yourself in such a way that made it seem as if you were uninterested in everyone around you – which included him when he first transferred to Jujutsu Tech.

Even Gojo seemed hesitant to introduce you, gesturing to you quickly with a wave of his hand before doing his absolute best to change the subject without it being noticed by you, Yuuta, or any of the other second-years.

One of the first things that Yuuta notices about you is the thin scars that line your arms, little stories of the missions that you had been on and reminders of the curses that you had defeated.

In truth, your appearance only adds to the mysterious, intimidating persona that you seemed to have adopted — one that deeply scared others and continuously drove them away from you.

Initially, it seems like the only person that you tolerate is Maki, considering that she’s the only one that you show a sliver of emotion to. She’s the only one that you offer a soft smile to, the only one that you regard without that sharpened ice in your voice, the only one that you really showed that you were … well … human.

The other second-years had your favor as well; Yuuta quite enjoyed watching you train with Panda or playfully argue with Inumaki. He just wished that he had the courage to do what they did — which essentially was just talking to you.

It’s only really with Panda’s pushing that Yuuta eventually builds up enough courage to approach you, hesitantly asking if you’d wanted to spar with him (Maki was preoccupied with Inumaki). Shockingly, you smiled softly at him and accepted.

The rest was, quite literally, history.

Little by little, Yuuta makes his way over the walls that you had built up around your heart, soft eyes and gentle smile worming its way into your life without any intent of ever leaving.

He begins to realize that the way you acted with him was a complete 180 to how you acted around others. You regarded him with a soft tone, you touched him with gentle palms, you cooed sweet praises to him and hugged him tightly on those cold nights.

You may be a force to be reckoned with out on the field, but to Yuuta? You were the soft-spoken girl that he devoted his entire heart to.

SATORU GOJO

At first, Gojo doesn’t want to think that he finds you intimidating. He tries to be nonchalant when he sees you standing beside Nanami, but you don’t miss the way that his eyes flicker around the room — desperately trying to look anywhere but where you stand.

His gaze is drawn to your scars almost immediately, slightly impressed at the fact that you do very little to hide them. In any other case, he would say that you were proud of them (at least, that’s what he thought).

But, ever the confident man, Gojo does eventually decide to approach you (literally the second that Nanami leaves the room). He tries to crack a joke or two, hoping that you would break and that maybe you would crack a smile. You don’t … and he physically deflates.

That does very little to actually deter him though. Actually, he makes it his personal mission to make his way over the walls that you’ve so obviously put up around your heart. While everyone else would find his actions downright annoying, you find them oddly endearing.

It’s rare that someone takes such an interest in you, considering that the aura you radiated was really anything but initially friendly. To see Gojo try so hard to capture your attention … well, it only makes you that much more interested in just why he was so dead set on you.

Eventually, Gojo finally finds it in himself to properly ask you out — in his very own Satoru Gojo way. A bouquet of overpriced roses, a night at a resturant with pricing that could probably pay your mortgage, and a sweet walk that ended with Gojo hopelessly devoting himself to you.

He adores the change in your personality — how you can easily switch from sternly speaking to your students to mumbling to him as if he were the only thing in your world that mattered.

But that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t also love the firm persona you take on when you’re, for example, out for a day together.

He adores you … always and forever.

KOKICHI MUTA

Unlike the others, Kokichi isn’t immediately put off by your appearance. If anything, he’s intrigued by it. In a way, you remind him of himself; kept to yourself and separated from others — it makes him want to interact with you right at that moment.

He won’t ever admit it to your face, but the first time that he did end up speaking to you, he was quite literally shaking under your gaze. You were just so damn assertive.

At first, you come off as very bothered by Kokichi – but he quickly learns that it's the complete opposite. Just because you were this scarred, unapproachable individual didn't make you any less human than Kokichi himself.

Slowly but surely, he makes his way over those walls that you had built up around your heart, opening you up and revealing that softened persona that lay hidden underneath it all. The sweet-eyed, soft-spoken girl who really wanted nothing more than to love and be loved in return.

Upon coming to that realization, Kokichi finds himself gentler with you – just like you were with him. His words are soft-spoken and truthful, his actions performed out of the kindness of his heart rather than if the situation called for it.

All in all, Kokichi feels a sense of protectiveness over you once you finally open yourself up to him. You were being vulnerable with him in a way that you simply weren't around others. And he was going to protect that vulnerability, no matter what it took.

NORITOSHI KAMO

Out of all the previously mentioned characters, Noritoshi is the one who minds the least about your appearance. If anything, he finds himself relating to you — considering that many don’t approach him as well for various reasons.

And so because of that, he approaches you with as much confidence as he could muster, striking up a conversation with you and regarding you just as softly and respectfully as he would anyone else.

You’re caught off guard by him at first, though slowly but surely, you and Noritoshi constantly seek the other out.

He admires your ability to switch between being stoic and cold to soft and sweet. How around others you wore an expression as cold as the harshest winter, but the moment that you heard the lull of his voice, you were turning to him with a gentle smile.

Noritoshi admires your scars actually, spending many nights just laying at your side with his fingertips dragging over the raised skin. He’ll hum a quiet song for the both of you, holding you and simply moving his fingers along your arm or leg.

Another thing that Noritoshi adores about you is the way you whisper to him during your time spent together — how you lower and soften your voice when speaking to him. He smiles gently at you when he notices, then holding your face and decorating your face with little kisses.

He doesn't mind your switch from soft to stoic, he knows that it's just what you're used to and it's become the norm for you. To him, you're still his lover, his absolute everything -- no matter what persona you decide to put on for the day.

The pain of being in love, when he isn't.

When you first saw him, it was as if the world had gained vibrance. Every color bloomed around him and when your eyes met, your heart bloomed too.

You'd find yourself trying to pluck the courage to speak. Speak to him. Find anything to say, a greeting, ask about his day. He'd reply with a smile and then hurry away to join his friends. You were left alone, blushing and smiling after him, wondering when he'll say 'Hi' back.

You had chosen the longer route so many times now, because you knew it'd cross with his usual route or his classroom. You'd keep your eyes and ears wide open, maybe you would hear his voice - his cackling laughter somewhere in the distance or just a glimpse of the top of his head among a sea of students. You'd go so many days without seeing him that you'd start worrying, only to see his shadow somewhere the next day.

You kept up with his social media. He was your most searched account. You'd stare at his pictures and wonder, when will you ever appear on his feed, hands intertwined, with some cheesy lovey caption - his friends teasing him about it. You wondered when he'd create a highlight story all about you. You wondered when your chats would be full of stickers and heart emojis and "I love yous" As it lay now, you stared at the empty chat window you shared with him, never having the courage to send the first text.

You'd never dare to ask him out alone so you'd come up with group plans. He would surely come if it was with a group right? But still. Still, some part of you wanted him to be only with you. Just once. Just once, so you could feel his being all by yourself. You wanted him to be only yours so bad. Yet, his eyes always seemed to look past you and beyond you. Group or alone.

When life got busier and you stopped seeing him around for months, you'd find him one fine day - same hair, same face, same smile. Maybe be grew slightly taller? Slightly buffer? You couldn't contain your happiness. He must want to know what you've been up to. He will probably sit down and talk. That's what he'd do right?

Yet, he chooses to be on his merry way after a simple nod as a greeting.

The pain of being in love was precisely that he wasn't.

Producer’s Notice: Intellectual/philosophical discussions is one of my personal favorite acts of intimacy. Also, thank you everyone for the overwhelming support from Part 1. As promised, here’s the second part of heart-fluttering acts of intimacy.

Kasumi Miwa ➵ Linking arms. The playful leap in your step while you drag each other in all directions. It’s the tight lock of your arms, anchoring each other from getting lost and bumping into someone else. It’s the tangled limbs and mindless babbling you two do, along with the occasional tripping. Kokichi Muuta ➵ Talking about the future. The thin walls that separate you two don’t stop you from talking to each other. It’s the constant reassurance of being with each other, thinking about the uncertainties of what the future holds. Kokichi shares his future visions under a gruff tone, underlying desperation and hope as you tap onto the wall, in an attempt to comfort him. You also share your hopes and dreams with him in the picture, nothing too odd but it makes Kokichi’s thoughts spiral whenever he thinks about a future with you.

Mai Zen’in ➵ Sharing secrets. It’s the hushed whispers underneath the warm blankets. A silent permission, along with the ghost touches of Momo’s hand to your pinkie—a signal for you to link your pinkie with hers. The strolls you take seem to take longer than usual, but the company was comforting, as well as the silence that fell upon the two of you with the occasional sways of your hand, pinkies still linked.

Muta Kokichi

♡ All Muta wants is to have a connection with someone, he wants to be able to go out and spend time with his friends, he wants to live a life without regrets. Everyday with you is quite literally going to be spent like it's his last, he treasures every moment with you and engraves every detail into his mind. He remembers everything you tell him about yourself and sometimes knows you better than you think he does.

♡ Everything feels so surreal to him that he clings onto every touch, he’s on the clingier side when it comes to you. He can’t help it, it's just a force of habit for him to lace his fingers with yours or hook your arm through his, he just prefers to be close to you. Loves cuddling, trace over his scar and he swears all the stress leaves his body. Can’t pick between big or little spoon because he wants to hold you but he also likes being held.

♡ Even though he likes physical contact he isn’t one for PDA, it makes him uncomfortable to be all touchy with someone in a public space. The most he’ll do is hold your hand but if you try to initiate something more he gets all flustered and feels as if everyones watching him heat up.

♡ Takes you everywhere and anywhere, there's so much he wants to see and do. Prepare to be sneaking out in the middle of the night or waking up at ungodly hours because he found a new area he wants to check out. On missions he prefers ones that include a lot of traveling, he packs your bags and his so the two of you can leave a day earlier to go sightseeing.

♡ His phone is filled to the brim with photos of the two of you and runs out of storage so fast. Muta has one of those clear cases and keeps a polaroid of you inside of it, he can stare at the back of his phone for ages, absolutely adores that photo. When the two of you go on dates he’d rather carry around his polaroid than his phone because nothing irritates him more than getting a text when he’s trying to spend time with you.

♡ Really enjoys little moments with you like brushing your teeth side by side or taking turns drying each other's hair, loves the domesticity of it. Could tell you he loves you a million times a day but he gets so bashful that the words come out jumbled, he’s better at expressing himself through touch than words since he's still fairly new to the whole dating thing.

♡ Gives you his hoodies and takes your hair ties in return, definitely the type to get the two of you matching things like shoes or bracelets. Has one pair of earbuds that he always shares with you and has a playlist filled with your favorite songs for different occasions. Made you a cd once and keeps it in his car so when he drags you on roadtrips the two of you can listen to it.

♡ The best gift giver, he always gets you something practical and something indulgent. Got the two of you matching stuffed bears that hold hands, and yes, they are named after the both of you. Also gifted you one of those mini backpacks with a keychain of your favorite character dangling from the side.

it was well. it was going well - too well, to tell you truthfully.

it was going so well that as if though that mai's & momo's enthusiasm to accompany miwa to an afternoon session of shopping was going to be cancelled.

& it did.

''dearest knight'' kokichi was took aback as the entitled hohe prinzessin's exquisite diamond eyes started to wobble.

surprise & agitation; was but the emotions that swallowed kokichi .

kokichi's a gentleman that constantly seeks to assist people in need - of course , he reacted like that.

thought miwa as she looked shyly at the stuttering man .

"that's not true!" protested kokichi "that's not true at all! people do like you!"

though , as unfortunate as it is - the sorcerer's desperate expressions of reassurance was left unheard as miwa proceeded to prop her arms on the table .

she's in an event! a literal dating event! a literal dating event in where people in relationships attend to - & in valentine's day with kokichi, no less .

how else do kokichi expect her to act like?

"im literally useless!"

"that's not true!"

miwa's wobbling eyes widened at the seemingly unfamiliar voice.

oh, goodness. was it one of the event's staff?

the sobbing sorcerer looked up at where the unfamiliar voice was & as surprising as it is - it was actually kokichi.

well , to be precise - it was kokichi carrying a stuffed teddy that covered his face, purposely mumbling in an unbearably high voice in order to pretend it was the teddy communicating with miwa.

absolutely adorable.

"he h-has a-always did!" kokichi, again, combusts in a fit of stutters as his embarrassed eyes gestures onto the stuffed teddy at miwa's back.

miwa soon proceeded to get the little stuffed teddy & followed kokichi & covered her face with it, pretending that it was the teddy communicating & not her.

"...really?"

"yep!"

"... you're so funny, kokichi!"

kokichi was determined to keep on the act but was unable to as miwa bursts into muffled giggles.

"you're welcome."

"..."

"happy valentines, your highnesss."

Nobara Kugisaki : Nobara is explicitly straight forward when it comes to expressing opinions, advices and in general , talking. She's gonna be extremely careful not to hurt you therefore she'll be quite picky with her wording. She might take you out to accompany her in shopping and she'll softly exclaim,"I like you,y/n." She would call out your name because in that way she feels acknowledged to herself.

Maki Zenin : Maki is reserved, subtly expressive when it comes to the tenderness of feelings. Although she'll be fine without expressing her emotions to you but she's not good at hiding just as much she thinks she is. She'll immediately apologize if you feel obligated to answer. She'll be a bit nervous before exclaiming,"I - I think I - I really really like you."

Mai Zenin : Mai sure has a hard time understanding herself as well as her emotions towards everyone except her sister. But as soon as she realises her unwavering feelings towards you, she wouldn't waste any time to express herself because she knows it'll be buried in her heart if she doesn't do it now. She'll come running right into your arms shouting at the top of her voice that she's into you.

Miwa Kasumi : Miwa is sweet, innocent girl just like the glimmering morning dew. She won't even realise that she just confessed. She'll casually talk to you about various things and in a mere flicking moment she'll spill,"that's why I like you so much". And oh my, it would be an absolute menace when she realises what she just did.

Kokichi Muta aka Mechamaru : Mechamaru doesn't think highly of humans in general; call it jealousy or hatred he always observes the world with fleeting eyes as if in the next moment everything is gonna fade away. He'll never let you know about his feelings towards you and he doesn't even try to hide it. He'll always be there by your side, waiting; waiting for the perfect time…

Noritoshi Kamo : Kamo would be super embarrassed when he'll realise his feelings towards you. He just can't swallow his emotions and act like nothing happened. So,he definitely needs to say it out loud. He'll be like,"I just realised that I really like you and hurried to tell you that because-" stop him right there before he drowns in the pool of self-loathing.

Yuuta Okkotsu : Yuuta is the kindest when it comes to such excruciating emotions. He is so full of kindness that people might label it as cruel. He's fully aware of that fact therefore he'll boldly state ,"It's not like i need an answer but I've to just say it once,so - y/n , I'm direly in love with you" he'll let out a deep breath and leave you to not to be an intruder to your personal space.

Aoi Todo : Todo will stand on the rooftop screaming,"I've fallen in love with you,y/n". What do you expect? He's loud yet bold due to which he won't be thinking twice before expressing. He just came to know he found his type of woman which isn't Takada-Chan; how could he not fancy a wide range of audience!

Megumi Fushiguro : Fushiguro couldn't care less about himself and his feelings however he's extremely cautious when it comes to you,be it a random study talk or a personal issue he'll always be at your aid. He isn't very hopeful about such emotions like love, trust, affection but he'll try his best to express without making you uncomfortable. He'll be very subtle and indirect about it as in,"I'll say it just once,y/n that … I'll be always there for you, even if the world turns against you"

Itadori Yuuji : Yuuji is super embarrassed about the fact that he has to confess yet not about the fact he likes you; like he has to tell someone otherwise he's gonna explode with those overwhelming emotions. He will brush it up with his childlike behaviour but when he'll finally say what he feels, he'll be like,"so, I like you but I want you to know that even if you don't like me back, I'll love for both of us,So,stay with me ; please"

Inumaki Toge : Inumaki is very swift and not at all embarrassed about it. He'll constantly linger around you, keep up his talk with you and when the whole world is busy he'll just whisper into your ears,"I like you,y/n" And if you turn around you'll only notice him zipping up his jacket and staring at you ,at your lips, your body movements. He's great at reading people so you neither can't escape his eyes nor his sneaky move he came up with for his confession.
