And you probably COULD convince poros that red things are just faster, but you would have to convince all the poros of this.
Essentially, my canon is that poros create a sort of 'reality paradigm' around themselves; this is much stronger where there are more poros. But by virtue of them being 1/3rd innocence, poros believing something makes it true to some extent.
One poro believing a thing doesn't make it true besides Riceball. A fluft of poros believing something likely makes it sorta true sometimes, usually only around poros.
All the poros believing a thing makes is universally true. There are very few things that all poros believe, obviously. For one, no one would hurt a poro. Thus, no one is trying to hurt a poro. Thus, no one can, because this would require them wanting to hurt a poro, which is impossible. For reference, in League's own canon, they articulated that even when someone tried to eat a poro, having somehow turned it into a steak of some kind, said poro then regenerated inside of them. The poro was fine, but they were very not.
See also: Braum is friend of poros. Present tense. Braum is therefore now an always present being; his title as friend of poros is official. I'm pretty sure that puts him on the same plane as an ascended.
But also, things like darkin hate poros, because poros are immune to their effects. Things like void creatures fear poros, because poros naturally repel void energies. And well, there's a reason why the harrowing doesn't come to the Freljord, because poros are immune to its corruption and possess this power of theirs so strongly it makes Thresh into a kind being.
Thresh, the League universe's greatest sadist... cannot help but be nice to poros. Such is the power of poros all believing a thing.
Luckily, it is very hard to convince poros of many things, as they are innocent sheep puffs.
But if the poros do collectively believe things, I'm not sure Aurelion Sol could oppose that...

If they like melee, then probably a combat style that favors a bit more of mobility but still has raw power (Ex: Bloodseeker and Ember Spirit in DOTA 2)

Poros cannot read or write! So a newspaper wouldn’t be much good for poros.
But if it was a newspaper for non-poros about poro politics... Well poros do not really have much of a political system to speak of in my canon ideas.
Obviously there is the Poro King! But my view is that the poros got the idea of what a ‘king’ is based on Trundle and Tryndamere; a ‘king’ is ‘the most x of x.’ Ergo, a troll king is the most troll-esque of trolls, a human king is the most human-y human!
Which means he must be the biggest, and also have a crown. And probably a cape. And maybe boots? Probably a mustache.
But the Poro King is the most poro-y poro. Is biggest! Most snuggly! Filled with the most love!
But it’s unclear the poro king does anything kingly. Or that the poros understand what a government is. It’s not needed for poros!
That said, I do imagine that the poros have gatherings if they feel they need to answer some question. A poro moot, basically! Which is a lot like an Ent moot, and probably takes just as long, because poros are easily distracted, and poros are not deep thinkers for the most part.
So you’d have no developments for months, only to find out the poros decided that snuggles were needed, and the original question has all been but forgotten by them.

Eternal Frost: The Doomed Love of Tryndamere and Ashe
Ashe and Tryndamere were once deeply in love. They ruled the frozen lands of Freljord together, side by side, as king and queen. They fought for their people, for their love, for their kingdom. But as the years went by, Tryndamere became more and more obsessed with power. He started neglecting Ashe, spending more time with his army than with her. Ashe tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't listen.
One night, Tryndamere left to fight a war without telling Ashe. It was a trap, and he was captured and killed. When Ashe found out, she was devastated. She mourned for her love, for her king, for her best friend. She tried to rule alone, but the grief was too much for her to bear. She eventually succumbed to the cold, harsh reality of Freljord, and passed away quietly, alone in her chambers. The kingdom mourned the loss of their beloved queen, but no one knew the true depth of her heartbreak. Ashe and Tryndamere's love story had ended tragically, leaving behind only memories and a bitter taste of what could have been.
Ashe and Tryndamere's story is one of love and loss, of the dangers of obsession and the consequences of neglect. Their love was once pure and strong, but it was ultimately destroyed by Tryndamere's desire for power. The tragedy of their story is a reminder of the fragility of love and the importance of cherishing those we hold dear. Ashe's inability to rule alone shows the importance of having a support system, and Tryndamere's fate serves as a warning against the dangers of unchecked ambition.
