"Finally. Took ya long enough."

Osamu rolls his eyes when you both enter the shop. You apologetically smile and wave while uttering a greeting. "Hey, Osamu. Sorry for being late." Atsumu grins widely, simply ignoring Osamu's comment while you both move to the counter, where Osamu is working. You notice that he looks a bit tired after moving closer, the bags under his eyes proof that he probably only slept a few hours before he had to open up the shop again. Yet, he still professionally forms Onigiri with his hands, everything looking as flawless and clean as the last time you had been there.

Osamu finally looks up to you both when you reach him and suddenly raises his brows when he sees how tightly your hand is held by Atsumu's. His mouth opens slightly, as if to comment on it, but he closes it silently without saying anything before he diverts his attention back to the Onigiri in his hands, now with a small smile adorning his lips. Your face warms up and you mentally thank every deity for making Osamu the more tactful and considerate twin. You're quite certain that Atsumu would have commented on that, if he had been in Osamu's place. Such a tease.

You clear your throat and let go of Atsumu's hand, but his grip around yours is so tight that it doesn't make any visible difference. "Samu, I'm starvin'—could eat the whole menu today. Gimme that please." Atsumu points towards the filled plate in front of Osamu, who just groans as a response and rolls his eyes. "Yer only here for five seconds and I already wanna kick ya out."

You blink in surprise when Osamu simply pushes the plate towards Atsumu and then turns around to open the fridge. "I prepared somethin' for ya. Take it before I change my mind." He hands you another plate with dishes that you remember from the last time you had been there, and you hastily pull your hand out of Atsumu's death grip to take it. "That's—amazing! Thank you." Your stomach clenches at the sight of the food, and you become painfully aware of the fact that you haven't eaten anything since last night, and it's around 4 pm at this point.

"I'll make sure to tag ya in an Instagram post, Samu." Atsumu grins and places one hand at the small of your back to direct you towards a free table. "Here." He quickly places his plate on the table and moves back to the counter. "I'll get us something to drink." You smile and nod while you try to calm yourself down. Your heart starts beating faster when you think about what has just happened with him in his apartment. How he had kissed you and held you. How he was laying on top of you and grinding against you- so needily and desperate. How your hands had been buried into his hair, desperate for him to deepen the kiss—and he did.

But it all came to an end when you had moaned against his lips, the sound so breathless and lewd that your eyes shot open—and he pulled away with a curse. "God, y/n. I can't—we shouldn't—gosh, fuck. I want you so badly." You could see his clenched jaw, his flushed cheeks, and feel the hardness in his pants without a doubt. You knew he wants to go further- but the wetness between your legs was also evidence of how much you wanted him, and you were quite certain that he could feel your warmth and wetness through his pants at this point. But you knew it's not right. Not now, not so shortly after all that.

You had taken a deep breath and then untangled your legs around his body. "It's probably for the best if we stop right now." You smiled a bit strained, your body wanting nothing more but to stay here forever and let him have his way with you, but your mind told you to slow down. You didn't want to ruin this by starting something like this too soon. He had simply nodded but still leaned down to press a longing kiss against your lips. You had melted into the feeling of his lips against yours and reached out for him, only to have him grab your wrists a little clumsily while he pulled back from the kiss and pinned your hands to the bed. Your eyes widened at your vulnerable position under him—and a throb of need rushed through your body.

His eyebrows shot up and his lips curled into a smug grin at your reaction. "Oh? Ya like that? Seems like we're in for a good time then." You swore you could have exploded any second, especially if he kept looking at you like that, and you simply released a shallow huff at his words. "Yer really testin' me here, wifey." He closed his eyes for a second and then pulled back. "Imma take a quick shower and then we can grab somethin' to eat at Samu's. Is that alright with ya?" You had simply nodded, too flustered to form words, and he pecked your cheek one last time before he headed to the bathroom.

After that, you wobbly made it to the other bathroom, quickly washing your face and getting dressed again, trying to distract yourself from the fact that you were this close to giving in and begging him to sleep with you. You have never felt like this with someone else; Atsumu just elicits feelings and actions from your body that you would never have thought were possible. He's a great kisser, and judging from the way he had been grinding his hips against yours, you were quite certain that he will be equally as good in bed. Your face had heated up again at the thought of sleeping with him, and you had quickly grabbed your stuff and go back to the bedroom. You both quickly took your things and made your way towards Onigiri Miya, but not without making out heavily in the elevator.

"Here ya go." Atsumu places two drinks on the table, and you get pulled out of your thoughts. You try to look calm and composed with a smile and thank him while he takes his seat, shortly admiring him in his simple, yet very attractive outfit. A white shirt and a pair of jeans—nothing special, but when Atsumu wears it, it just looks that appealing.

"Don't worry, these are alcohol-free. I'll stop drinking for a while for sure." He scratches the back of his head bashfully, and you laugh softly. "I figured so. But aren't you training like crazy now? Isn't it bad for you to drink anyway?"

A faint pink hue covers his cheeks at your words. "True that. I'm gonna stay away from alcohol for a long time." He shakes his head and then looks away. "Can't believe it's just a few more weeks till the Olympics. Time is running but- oh, let's start with the food already. Can't wait any longer, I'm sorry." He takes an Onigiri off his plate and eagerly digs in, and you're quick to join him, amused by his cute expression while he's chewing. He must have been starving for sure.

"I feel so much better already." He grins, and you nod while you eat a spoonful of your meal, enjoying the taste of fried rice. "Me too. I love Osamu's food." Atsumu nods and pretends to think for a second and then smugly grins. "Seems like yer fallin' for all the Miya's. We're a talented family after all."

"I'm not falling for all the Miyas!" You weakly protest, but the food could definitely make you consider Osamu as a possible partner. "Just kiddin'." He chuckles but suddenly yawns while he reaches for another Onigiri. "I'll drive ya home after that. I'm way too tired for anything more." He does look exhausted now. You don't know how he manages to even hold a proper conversation in his state, his eyes closing every few seconds before he almost violently pulls them open again.

"That's okay." You smile sympathetically and reach for your drink. He got your favorite, and you feel a sudden warmth running though your body at this realization. "I'm also exhausted after last night. But uhm..." You hesitantly fish for your phone and unlock it. "Do you maybe want to give me your new number?" You feel a faint blush creeping up your cheeks, but you're too afraid that you'll forget about it later- especially when he can barely keep his eyes open. "Oh? Sure." His eyes light up, and he quickly wipes his fingers on his tissue before he takes your phone. "Here ya go. I'll make sure to text ya every day."

"You don't have to text me every day." You snort but smile at the thought of always waking up to messages of Atsumu. "I will. Don't worry." Something about the way he says that makes you believe him, and break the intense eye contact when you take the phone with slightly shaky hands and look at the screen.

Hey :) just wanted to say that you were the first manifestation blog i ever came across and you opened my eyes to this way of living. I was miserable. I was In a really shitty relationship cycle where I’d get screwed over everytime, I was unhappy in my job and not doing well financially, I had no real friends and just lacked passions and my health wasn’t doing well either. I have managed to quit smoking easily, I left behind my shitty relationship and I started working on my self concept and reconnecting with parts of myself that I lost to my relationship and trauma. I stopped worrying about friends, and relationships. I saved some money and invested it in books about philosophy and psychology. I read for hours everyday and then started meditating once a day, and eventually developed a passion for reading tarot. By this point I had become a lot happier. I became very in tune with my spiritual beliefs, and I started looking into University and courses on psychotherapy, and found one (I start in May) 💓 in this time I got a raise, and I moved houses, I was much closer to nature and started reading outside and spent my evenings watching falling stars which was frequently cause I can see every star without the light pollution now. With the extra money I started spending it entirely on myself, I got my nails done every once in awhile, facials once a month, massages- everything just started working out for me. I made two very good friends, and old friends I’d lost touch with randomly reached out, i managed to save money for a week away with one of the new friends. At this point, I had started attracting attention from my neighbour who happened to be the most attractive dude I’ve ever seen. I decided to manifest him. Literally a week of living in the wish fulfilled state, and visualising and daydreaming, I woke up to this massive spider that was next to my face and the size of my face..I guess I wasn’t very specific on the “how” this was gonna happen, but I screamed, and the hot neighbour heard me and came running in like some superhero; he found the situation hilarious and we’ve been inseparable ever since. He watches the stars with me every night (we save all our wishes) and we talk for hours on deep issues. He is so unlike the others and everything I could have asked for AND more. He is in love with my mind more than anything and that was the part of me that my past relationships always shamed me for. Because I had too much depth. Today as I write this I am having a spa day, and later he is taking me on some surprise nature adventure. I feel lucky and grateful for finding your blog. I am soon starting my own podcast with a friend and youtuber, she is an amazing life coach and has asked me to collaborate with her as our passions are the same, we are gonna promote the importance of healing wounds and how you don’t have to live a life of repeating cycles from childhood or trauma. That you will never be powerless even if it seems the world is against you. I’ll be leaving tumblr soon but wanted to thank you before I left 💓

You were just a pastry chef down near Hawks’ agency

“So, I heard you made pretty good treats here?” he asked one day, stepping up to the counter

Not a normal Tuesday anymore, huh?

“Yup! I think they’re pretty good. Anything you’re dying to try?”

“Yeah, you--” Hawks’ slapped a gloved hand over his mouth, mustering up the most apologetic look he could do

“Ha ha, I heard you were a charmer! I just didn’t expect you to be quite this forward. How about a chocolate croissant?” you blushed.

“Sure, that sounds great..”

“700 yen please!” Hawks drops the coins in your palm. You hand him the pastry and tell him to come again, to which he says he definitely will

He does, the next day, and the next, and even the one after that

Your shop is also getting more popular too, since his fans want to try and get a look see at him

“So, Hawks, how’s your hero work going?” You ask him one calm afternoon. He’s sitting at one of the booths, and you’re sweeping.

“S’aight. Spying for the league, no biggie.”

“HUH?”

“You weren’t...supposed to know that.” his eyes turn to slits and he stands, not much taller than you, but his wings make him look massive.

“Hey, hey! I’m not gonna tell anyone!” you throw your hands up. “Cross my heart and hope to die!”

“I feel the same. That day we met, and you said that, I was ready to drop everything and leave with you just to please you.”

Only, you don’t tell him, so while you’re on your flight, he’s sleeping in class and you’re awake doing a crossword and he’s looking for u in the dreamscape like --where they at lmao

He comes home from work to see you sitting on his door mat

But a good silence...you think. Honestly hard to tell.

Soon enough, he grabs your arm and runs his fingers over his initials

“Touya Todoroki, it’s a great name,” you parrot back to him softly

Life in the Fire Nation had been hard during the last years, but it seemed to be even harder inside the palace. You felt so out of place there and even though you were happy that Fire Lord Ozai was gone, being married to his son wasn’t perfect either. He wasn’t a bad person, everyone could see that, but for some reason, he was very distant with you. Well, distant was an understatement, he barely talked to you and whenever he did, he was always cold. It had been a little over a month since your marriage, so you were still hopeful that things could change, but at the same time, you were tired of the situation. Still, you always tried to exchange conversations with him, hoping he would eventually warm up to you, but it seemed to be useless.

With every passing day, you convinced yourself that it just wasn’t worth it, no matter how much you wanted it to work. In the first week, everything was a little awkward, but you thought it was only because you’d just met. However, during the second week, you realized that he didn’t really like you. You were both at some sort of party and, of course, you were together, but you barely even talked to each other, and at the end of the night, he informed you that all your belongings had been moved from the guest room to your new permanent room. You thought it was weird how he’d worded that phrase, but you didn’t pay much attention since you were sure you two would share a room, but you were wrong. The new room was beautiful, but the fact that he didn’t want you near him made you feel a little sad. Of course, you understood, you were complete strangers even though you were married, so you didn’t say anything about it.

The last two weeks were the same, you shared a few words with each other and you were by his side most of the time pretending to be a happy couple, but it was all fake. You wanted to be happy with him and you wanted to feel welcomed, but it just wasn’t the case. Loving him seemed distant for you, maybe you’d never do, but you wanted to at least be friends with him, and he had a completely different mindset. Once you understood that, it seemed logical to be realistic and acknowledge that probably things would never be the way you wanted to, you had to accept that; and so you did. You started to become a little more distant and less cheerful than usual and at first, he didn’t really notice, but after a few days, he realized you were acting differently. He didn’t think much of it, though, and things remained that way since then.

Zuko had a meeting that morning and one of your friends told you that they were going to visit you, so you were almost done getting ready when one of the guards told you that your friend had arrived. During your time at the palace, you’d had enough time to wander around, and the minute you saw the turtle duck pond, you fell in love with it, so that’s where you and your visitor were meeting. The minute you saw them you wrapped your arms around their neck and then you both sat on the ground. You talked for a few minutes, trying to catch up after what felt like an eternity and having breakfast when suddenly he asked how were things were with your husband.

“It’s a bit complicated,” you stated. Your friend looked at you a bit confused so you kept talking. “I swear, I’ve tried everything to make him like me, but he just seems to hate me. I don’t know, I miss my friends and my family and I don’t feel very welcomed here, you know?”

“Have you told him how you feel?”

“No, Lee. Of course, I haven’t.” You said almost in a whisper. “We haven’t talked much but I already feel that we won’t be happy together,” you said with sadness in your voice while letting out a sigh. “I thought that maybe we could at least be close friends but he clearly doesn’t want that. If I could go back in time, I would’ve begged my family to break the engagement and stop me from marrying him,” you admitted with tears in your eyes. You didn’t want to feel like that, but you couldn’t help it.

You wiped the tears out of your face and realized there was some bread left, so you got closer to the fountain and started feeding the turtle ducks. Your friend joined you and a few moments later, it was time for them to leave. You said goodbye and you were surprised when you saw Zuko a few meters away from you. What you didn’t know though, was that he’d been there for quite a while already. He wasn’t spying on you, but he couldn’t help it when he heard you two talking about him, so he stayed.

When he heard what you said, he just couldn’t believe it, and he realized that he hadn’t been treating you well. There was no real explanation for his behavior, but he knew it wasn’t right. Additionally, the moment he truly became aware of his mistake was when he saw you feeding the turtle ducks and you reminded him of Ursa. He hated himself for making you feel so bad, and he couldn’t help but think that he was acting the same way his father probably acted towards his mother. He was repeating the past, the same past he always tried to run away from. You said goodbye to your friend and suddenly he saw you approaching him and remembered why he was looking for you in the first place.

“Did you hear anything?” You asked worriedly.

“No, I didn’t, (Y/N). I was looking for you and got here just now,” he lied.

“Did something happen?” Your voice was calm but at the same time very monotone and he could tell he’d messed up.

“Yeah, well, nothing bad but I came here to tell you that we’re having lunch with our guests from the Earth Kingdom in a few hours.” He was a bit nervous and if you’d had been paying attention to him, you would’ve realized.

“Oh, okay. Is there something else you wanted to say?”

“No, that’s all, (Y/N).” It was a bit weird hearing your name coming out of his mouth, especially since your interactions with him were practically nonexistent and he rarely said your name, but you didn’t really care anymore.

“Then I’ll just go. I’ll meet you later by your room if you want to,” and you started walking away but he stopped you, grabbing your hand. “What?” You asked, very confused, and even tired of everything. “Do you need anything else?”

“No, I don’t… But maybe-.”

“Then, if you don’t mind, I’ll be waiting in my room until lunch, Your Majesty,” you interrupted him. You quickly turned around and started walking towards your room, not giving him any time to stop you again. He stood there for a while, thinking about everything that had led to that moment and realized that, maybe, he had already lost you.

High School Star Musical/ Starmyu Event – 10/08/2017 Evening

Uwaaa. It’s been quite a long time since my last seiyuu event. I’ve only been attending GRANRODEO lives these past months (but that’s not bad at all!). Anyway, this fan report is quite late, because of work and stuff, but ofc I need to make this post for the record, and for my feelings. Also, thanks to fans who gave tweet reports that helped me remember more things.

As usual, I used the seiyuu’s nicknames for convenience. Loooong report under the cut!

Honestly, I am not very much into Starmyu so I actually do not remember everyone’s names. I also do not know all the seiyuu. But don’t get me wrong, I like the anime as the story about working hard for dreams is just so close to heart. But the main reason why I decided to go to this event is because of the precious baby I’m protecting against the world, Hosoya Yoshimasa. Hosoyan is baaaaaaaaaaackkkkk!!!! I need to welcome him back so I wanted to show my support literally so I badly, really wanted to be there.

And I’m so glad I did. The event turned out to be more fun than I thought as I loved the characters and the seiyuu more.

Introduction

The cast first appeared in the following order:

Ancient, Kao Council, Team Sazanami and Yuzuriha, Team Hiragi, Team Otori

Team Otori gathered at the center to make the Stardust pose OMG!!!

Anyway, I would just like to give special mention to Tori-san’s live speaking in Yuzuriha way. His accent is really entertaining. Also, Kensho as Nayuki OMG seeing and hearing it live is just soooo cute; I’m not even a fan of Nayuki and Kensho but I really liked it! Another one I found cute was Noburin! I’ve always loved his voice as Haikyuu’s Noya and his real voice is actually close to that anyway, so it’s really refreshing to see and hear him as Tatsumi.

Also, SuwaJun called out the boys in the audience, with his Otori-senpai voice and tone, and surprisingly there were a good number of boys in the crowd who responded well. He then also called out the girls and was ofc answered with a loud yeyyyyy.

Game Corner

The cast was divided into two teams, A and B, with members decided through drawing lots.

The game was basically guessing who is the person standing behind you as the guesser wears Tengenji’s eye mask (lol so cute).

SuwaJun and Tori-san took the MC roles in this part so the players were the remaining 16 cast.

Team A first sat on their respective chairs as they put their eye masks on. Team B then went behind them to attach their names on the stand behind Team A members. They were free to choose to whom they want to attach it.

The guessing team then asks one question so they can get hints on who the person is. However, a voice changer is used on the answerer so they cannot guess based on their voices.

They asked interesting out-of-this-world questions that I do not know how they managed to get hints from such. The ones that I got left in my memory were:

Guesser Uchida: If you would carry me, would it be bridal style or piggyback style? Umehara: My hips would ache if I carry you bridal style, so piggyback, but anyway lose weight first!

((Ume-san was so harsh really lol))

Guesser Okiayu: Regarding date plans, what’s a good word to ask a girl out on a date? Kensho: Ahmmm… Okiayu: In a cool way so don’t say “ahmmmm”! Kensho: On the 17th… are you free?

((Kensho was so cute damn it, acting like he’s shy))

Guesser Noburin: What’s your favorite Gundam? Hosoyan: Barbatos

((Take note that most of the seiyuu present has been a cast in the Gundam series, so you can get the hint based on the answer. Hosoyan played a character in Gundam Iron-blooded Orphans where Barbatos is the main mobile suit))

Zakki was next to guess then he asked the same thing Hoshi: Strike Freedom!

((Hoshi-san played as Kira Yamato in Gundam SEED where he piloted Strike Freedom))

Guesser Maenu: What do you think about Maeno Tomoaki? KENN: He’s not always honest, he’s bad-mouthed, but I like him.

((The whole venue screams KYAAAAAAAAA))

Team A got 50 points in total, 5/8 correct answers.

Next is Team B.

Guesser Hosoyan: This is a serious question. Which do you prefer, a do-S or do-M girl? Noburin: I usually prefer do-S but sometimes I would also like a do-M

((What is up with this “serious” question Hosoyan???))

Guesser Umehara: What’s the weakest part of your body? Zakki didn’t answer first as he consulted with Tori-san regarding his answer. Zakki: Ahmmm… the left… Tori-san touched/poked Zakki’s left chest/nipple. Zakki shyly laughs as he steps backward. SuwaJun: Okay. It’s his left nipple, right?

((LOL I was laughing so hard Zakki please why are you like that!!))

Guesser Hoshi: What’s the kind of relationship you have with me? Hanae: Ahmmm… 15 years ago I was an entrance examinee for high school. On the other hand, (laughs uncontrollably), I can’t say anything more than that! SuwaJun: (repeats Hanae’s answer) So on the other hand 15 years ago ufufufufufu he can’t say anything more

((So basically Hanae-san was implying about the difference in their ages lol))

Guesser KENN: What do you think about me? Maenu: This ikemen! But I like him.

((The whole venue screams again KYAAAAAAAAA))

Guesser Okiayu: What song do you sing when you take a bath? Yoshitsugu-san also consulted Tori-san first before answering. Then he hums a melody as his answer. SuwaJun: It seems like a very sad song.

Team B only got 3/8 correct answers. So Team A won! Anyway, Okiayu-san’s answer after hearing Yoshitsugu-san’s sad hum was, “I want to hug this person right now.”

Live Drama Voice Acting

The drama was basically about a contest (I’m sorry I missed the main word about what kind it is), but they were divided into teams of four.

The first part was about Hoshitani, Nayuki, Tsukigami, Shuu, and Tengenji talking about it. They were looking for other members to join Tsukigami and Nayuki and they found Tatsumi and Eigo.

The scene cuts to Eigo waking up sleeping Tatsumi.

Eigo: Ne, Tatsumi, wake up Tatsumi: Give me five more hours…

Eigo talks about the beauty of things when Tatsumi wakes up but Tatsumi says that those truly beautiful are things he can feel even when he’s asleep.

Then they started to sing ZOMG I didn’t expect that they would have a live performance WAIT OMG

Noburin and Uchida-kun sang The ELEGANCE.

Team Otori appeared after, astounded by the two.

Tengenji: Amazing. Do you do that (singing) every morning?

So Tatsumi and Eigo ended up joining Tsukigami and Nayuki in the team. They then performed Aozora SEASONS.

So on the day of the contest…

Toraishi and Inumine were the MCs of the contest.

Ancient and Kao council were on the same team together.

Tsukigami, Nayuki, Tatsumi, and Eigo were a team.

Hoshitani and Shuu were just part of the audience.

Well Tatsumi and Eigo were supposed to join, but they got into an unexpected affair on the day of the contest so they called saying they can’t go.

“Unexpected” affair being a sudden wedding.

Tengenji: A sudden wedding? What the hell is that?

So they had to make a way to fill up the members however the names cannot be changed so Tengenji and Ugawa ended up pretending to be Eigo and Tatsumi, respectively. This was really funny OMG esp with Tengenji because you know his usual way of speaking sounds proud and impolite, but he has to restrain and speak calmly and politely like Eigo. He would tend to speak in his usual way, then Ugawa would subtly remind him, “ne, Eigo?” To which he would respond, “So-sou desu ne, Tatsumi.”

((This live drama part really assured me that Hosoyan is already really okay. He spoke many lines and his role was more complicated than the others. You see, he was acting in the acting. I’m so proud of you Hosoyanby!))

At first, only the two teams were originally part of the contest, but right before it began, the other team made a sudden appearance as Ageha, Hachiya, Kitahara, and Nanjo performed Storytellers.

((OMG if you didn’t know, Zakki is my ultimate husband in another world (being Nanase Haruka) so hearing him sing live for the first time is just too much for my heart. T.T He sounds pretty much the same in recorded and in live. Good voice Zakki huhuhu))

So they then joined the contest.

Anyway, KENN as Toraishi was providing a lot of fan service, with his “koneko-chan” calls, winks, and kisses. Srsly KENN is so ikemen tho huhuhu

At first, Ageha thought that Hoshitani was part of the contest so he lost his will to join when he found out that Hoshitani is just watching.

The MCs then explained that the questions would be about Uozumi and Haruto, and that the prize of the winner is Uozumi and Haruto’s sign. With that, Ageha’s determination to join went back in a flash.

Ancient and Kao got the first question right about Haruto’s favorite sports being team sports since he’s not good in anything that doesn’t involve music.

Tsukigami team then got the second one about Uozumi’s favorite food being cold food. Nayuki cited an incident when Uozumi didn’t want his curry heated before eating.

Ageha has been giving really adorable reactions with gasps and short comments, expressing his worry and excitement in getting the prize. When the second question turned out to be about Uozumi, he coldly answered with, “I don’t know.”

The third question turned out to be the last, and so Nanjo and Kitahara started complaining that they haven’t gotten a point yet, and their extra performance earlier would be worthless if they don’t even get a point. They also added that if they happen to get the point, no one would be declared a winner as the teams would all be tied. So they suggested that the last question be worth ten thousand points. The MCs then agreed after they got the audience to chant “ten thousand points!”

Ancient and Kao ended up getting the point about Haruto. Anyway, for some reason (I forgot or I just didn’t understand) their team got disqualified. That made the Tsukigami team the winner with one point, but then the others complained that they should also be disqualified for the pretending Tengenji and Ugawa. So in the end, because the two other teams got disqualified, the remaining team won though they didn’t have any points! Ageha was so happy and with his loveable reaction, I believe everyone in the venue also got happy for him T.T

VTR parts in between

VTR clips were played in between segments. The characters appeared in their chibi forms, grouped together for free talk.

Some things I remember:

The Hardy group (Tengenji, Hachiya, Inumine, Todo, Chigira) used to eat together during audition break times. They would also casually teach one another. They teased Tengenji that they’re glad that he has gotten more friends. Ofc, tsundere Tengenji refuses to accept that he already calls them as friends. He also said that Todo and Chigira have other business today so they can’t attend the event. So apparently, he contacted them.

Inumine: As expected of Tengenji! Tengenji: Be-betsuni! I’m just doing it as the leader of the Hardy group… I’m not doing it for your sake, okay!

Hoshitani, Tsukigami, Shuu, and Toraishi were talking about their Middle School days. Hoshitani claimed that he wasn’t popular with girls at that time, but he had many friends who are girls. They would give him snacks, make bentos for him, and come to cheer for him in club events.

Tsukigami, Shuu, Toraishi: So he was just dense…

Apparently, Hoshitani was pretty popular lol

Ageha, Nayuki, And Ugawa were put together. Nayuki said that their combination is kind of weird and they wondered what they have in common.

Ageha: Ah! I found our common feature! Nayuki, Ugawa: What is it? Ageha: We’re all small (in height). *awkward laughing from the two* Ugawa: Well, that’s true but… Ageha: That’s fine, we’ll still get to grow taller Nayuki: Is Ageha’s family tall? Ageha: Yes Nayuki: I see. My family is generally small Ugawa: Mine is relatively normal, but recently since I’ve always been with Inumine, when I came home last time I think my family has gotten smaller Ugawa: My ideal height is Kuga’s Nayuki: Since I don’t grow muscle that much, my ideal build would be Yuzuriha-senpai’s. Ageha’s would of course be, Haruto-san’s height, right? Ageha: 187 cm… Ah, I still have to grow 23 more centimeters.

Last Greeting

The cast then went back on stage now dressed in the Shadow and Lights Event shirt. It’s Hoshitani’s birthday on the 10th so they brought out a cake (see picture below!). They then said their words of goodbye one by one.

Maenu said that in the future, he would want to hold an event like this again, but hopefully with Hirakawa Daisuke-san and the other seiyuu as well.

((Aww Maenu so sweet T.T))

It was Arthur-san’s fourth performance of the day, as he was also in the musical and then in the noon event. But he said he got the energy to go on from the fans, and he feels that he can still go on for another performance.

((Srsly, otsukare-sama Arthur-san! You’re so adorable huhu. I can feel your love for Starmyu. Thank you!!!))

SuwaJun sang a few lines, earning KYAAAAAAAAAA from the crowd, as he wished to hold another event in the future.

Ume-san has ofc used his signature line, “guilty”, in every chance he got in the event, so ofc he ended the night with that. KYAAAAAAA

KENN/Toraishi: If we’re talking about stars, then it is here *points to self* *winks* *flying kiss* fangirls died* Okitsu-san repeats the same line with ever-energetic Inumine! Uchida-kun/Eigo: If we’re talking about stars, then it is here *gestures hand to Noburin/Tatsumi* Noburin/Tatsumi: Hi. I’m the star.

((KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAA HAHAHA I officially declare Tatsumi x Eigo as canon because these two have been teasing flirting from the start, in the VTR, in the drama parts OMG. I did not even notice them in the anime but I’m telling you their seiyuus are the captains of this ship so I’m really happy for the shippers of this fandom!))

Ok. That flow of goodbye greetings was really entertaining. Lol. Anyway, Hanae ended the greetings, with, “I don’t know of a way to give up on my dream!”

Awwww. Then they ended the night as the whole cast performed Gift.

As soon as the music started, SuwaJun came to Hanae’s side, putting his arm over Hanae’s shoulder. That was such a lovely sight! Otori-senpai and Hoshitani!!!!!!!!! T.T

Okay, so I’m a huge fan of Hosoyan’s singing voice (I have a whole blog post dedicated to that here) so I was really delighted when we got live performances earlier as I assumed that I would finally get to hear Hosoyan sing live later. So everyone actually sang in Gift, however, Hosoyan didn’t sing with the mic. Lol what. He was just smiling and waving his hands, singing in some parts, but all the time he was pointing the mic to the audience. Somehow, I came to the conclusion that due to medical conditions, maybe he cannot sing that much yet. I’m really worried, but Hosoyan still looked so happy. He was the only one who walked around the whole stage, going far to the right and left sides as he continued waving to the audience. Ok now I want to cry

In the end, team Otori with Otori-senpai gathered in the center, Hosoyan being late as he was busy waving on the left side of the stage, but then they put him in the center as they all put their arms over their shoulders. BEAUTIFUL.BEAUTIFUL. Welcome back Hosoyan!!!!!!!!

Uwaaaaaa. I didn’t really expect to enjoy the event this much as again I’m not that attached to Starmyu unlike the other seiyuu events I’ve attended. But then I found myself laughing all throughout the event. I really had a good time. But the most important thing to me is that I got to see Hosoyan. This isn’t the first time as I saw him in the BSD event last February, but seeing him in this event carries SO much meaning after his hiatus. He’s well, he’s fine, he’s okay. I literally had tears in my eyes when he appeared in the beginning. He has repeatedly said that he’s gonna take good care of his health during the intro and final greetings assuring the fans. He may not be 100% yet but what matters most is that he’s back, doing the things he loves. I also felt that his waving around the stage was like him saying, “I missed you! Please be assured that I’m okay now!”

Anyway, though waiting until 2019 is kinda hard, we got an OVA coming soon! I’m really happy that the story of our boys continues! Uwaaaa Starmyu gets to have a third season! Isn’t that amazing?

Random DCMK Things: If Gosho Boys Were a Boy Band-Saguru’s Profile

As I’ve said in my previous “If Gosho Boys were a Boy Band” blogs, Hakuba would be the leader of the Gosho Boys because out of all the boys, he is the most mature, most calm and most composed. I mean, do you see how prim and proper he is?

As a detective, if you remember the DC episode where Hakuba and Heiji did a detective showdown with other detectives, you would notice that Hakuba’s very organized with coming up with his deductions. Other than that, he is very calm unlike Heiji who’s way more aggressive than he is. Well, this gave me the impression that Hakuba’s personality just screams leader. IDK how I should further explain it.

As a leader, Hakuba would bring order to the chaos Kaito, Shinichi and Heiji, all together are. Out of all the Gosho Boy’s Hakuba seems to be the most behaved. XD

Hakuba is very particular with the managers and the staffs orders, especially during performances. He is very strict about the steps and the blocking during live performances because he doesn’t want to cause trouble to the people behind the set. Hakuba’s a big hater of ad-libs because he disrupts the pre-organized original plans. He often gets into trouble with the other members because they can be really spontaneous with their stage performances, especially Heiji and Kaito. Though the boys could make it work, Hakuba still isn’t a fan of their spur-of-the-moment ad-libs and feels that they could be a bit too much (ESPECIALLY KAITO), to the point of upstaging the other members.

With this being said, Hakuba may come across as a bossy leader, but really, he’s just doing his best and following Manager Haibara’s orders. XD Other than that, Hakuba feels the need to be more authoritative of the boys, given the fact that things could be chaotic with all of them around, together in one room. He’s just doing his duties and he’s so good at it.

As a leader, Hakuba would be like Super Junior’s Leeteuk. They kinda have the same hairstyle too, but that is not the only reason why they could be similar. For those of you who may not know, Super Junior consists of 15 members (Well, used to. Some members already left. T.T). They debuted with 13 members and if you add the two members from their subgroup, Super Junior-M they make up of fifteen. Anyway, Leeteuk, as their leader takes care of all these boys (now, men). And can you imagine just how he could do that? *slow clapping* And with Hakuba and the Gosho Boys, the situation would be just the same. I mean, yeah, they are only four boys but they are four chaotic boys (Hakuba, not so much but Kaito + Heiji +Shinichi? That’s a riot.). Just think about how Hakuba would try to take care of all these guys. I think it would be really interesting. XD

Look at Leeteuk right here? Isn’t he cute? He’s just like staring at the toddler with ease and thinking, “Hey, kid. I take care of 14 boys. So, I could handle you just fine.”

I could imagine Hakuba being like:

“Btch pls. As if Kuroba isn’t enough to drive me insane. You had to add Kudo and Hattori too. But, okay. Yeah. I can do this.” *stretches his limbs*

Hakuba, together with Shinichi would be the one promoting the group internationally. Since Hakuba flies from Japan and England all the time. This is possible. Shinichi on the other hand, would be promoting in America ‘coz he has a lot of connections there. Anyway, Hakuba has a good grasp on the English language and as the leader, he’s mostly assigned to be the one talking a lot during interviews. So, promoting outside the country is also part of his job.

Hakuba would also be the one composing most of the Gosho Boy’s songs together with Shinichi. I’m not quite sure if Hakuba does play some instruments in the canon verse, but yeah I honestly think he does and is good at it. Plus, he is also a Sherlock Holmes fan and he might’ve took lessons in playing the violin because of that. It’s not impossible. Hakuba’s pretty financially stable too. :)

As the leader, Hakuba’s would be a little underrated. Even if he honestly is just as talented as the other boys. In most kpop groups, I feel that a lot of leaders are actually brought out of the spotlight, mostly out shined by the main visual, main vocal, main dancer etc. Usually on photo shoots, the leaders are always on the far end of the side. IDK why. But yeah, even if it is like that, Hakuba would really shine in his own way, without even trying so much because he is great at what he does.

Hakuba would be as much of a great singer as Kaito is. Like if he isn’t the leader, he could be the boy band’s main vocal. (Sorry Kaito. hahahaha). With this being said, Hakuba and Kaito have a subgroup ballad duo because their voice blend together so well.

Hakuba has the least problems with Shinichi and works well with him, especially with playing instruments and composing songs together. They think alike.

Hakuba would often clash with Heiji a lot coz both of them could be really authoritative, but when he’s tired, Heiji usually takes over especially when Kaito and Shinichi are causing a ruckus and Hakuba has basically given up on even giving a fuck with the shit KaiShin is doing. In these cases, Hakuba is really grateful towards Heiji.

Hakuba would most likely be the member to get a lot of endorsement deals from foreign countries. IDK, Hakuba has that model feels. I mean, can we all just admire how fabulous he is?

Hakuba’s very much the most polite among the Gosho Boys. After concerts or stage performances he would never forget to give the audience good bow and a lot of thank yous.

With this being said, when Gosho Boy’s wins an award, Hakuba would have a speech and a long list of people to thank because he is so polite and he gives credit where credit is due.

Hakuba would be a great leader. Even if he is strict he would still have a soft side. He would be deny it a lot but he loves having the boys around and he is as much as a dork as they are.

Hakuba wouldn’t let the Gosho Boys disband ever. As a leader, he strongly holds on to his boys.

Hakuba would be really supportive of the boys in their solo careers and the boys would be the same toward him as well.

Hakuba would also be doing hosting jobs in music shows and variety shows from time to time, because why not?

Hakuba would be featured in a lot of music videos of other artists, because he’s great in acting too.

Fangirls love Hakuba a lot even if he would seem underrated at times.

There would be dating rumors about Aoko and Hakuba because in an interview, Hakuba would openly say that Aoko of the Gosho Girls is his ideal type and that he had a crush on her. But as soon as rumors about them surface, Hakuba would be denying them and confess that he has got over her and is dating Gosho Girl’s Akako. (LOL huhuhu I kinda ship them huhuhu)

Omg! Sorry this took so long! I planned to do this on Hakuba Saguru’s birthday ‘coz he’s an August baby like me, but I got pre-occupied with family gatherings (because my grandfather’s birthday is also in august) and I was also looking for a job that month and other than that, I was also participating in Detective Conan Week 2017, I was also busy writing my KazuHei fics. Plus, the hype over the ShinRan Bomb. In short, I was a busy busy bee and not to mention, insanely distracted. Anyway, I hope you guys liked this series and I hope I gave a lot of love to Hakuba, since @ladygoldstein mentioned that he is pretty underrated. T.T.

Murder at Stark Manor: Peter Parker X Reader

PART 1 of2

Midtown High Students have come to participate in Liz’s live action role play. The reader wants to confess her feelings for Peter but knows about his crush on Liz. No one actually dies, it’s ok :)

Word Count: 1.8k (OMG I’M SORRY T.T)

It was the middle of the beautiful month of April, and around this time a grand party was about to be announced by the popular Liz Toomes. It was an annual gathering, only certain students were invited to partake in this year’s party. For it would be a party to die for.

“What do you think her party theme is this year?” Y/F/N Y/L/N asked her best friend as they walked through the crowded halls of Midtown High. Peter Parker looked down at her and shrugged, reaching his locker. Y/N picked at her army green sweater as she leaned against the locker next to Peter’s. She took a moment to admire the spider boy, he was perfect, his hair, his body, even his fingers as they graced the lock.

Upon opening the locker, a white envelope fell out, making a soft noise as it collided with the ground. The light brown haired male was oblivious to the envelope as he continued to stuff his books in his messy locker. “You dropped something,” Y/N told him. Peter looked down and gasped, picking up the envelope.

“Do you know what this is?” he asked her excitedly, pointing at the red wax seal. Y/N shook her head, although, in reality, she knew what it was. And frankly, she was afraid, this was Liz trying to get Peter to be hers “Read the initials! LT! It’s an invite to the biggest party of the year,” he nearly squealed. Y/N put her pointer finger up to her lips to silence the overly excited boy. Everyone was aware of the crush Peter has had on Liz since forever grade. Peter sighed to calm himself down, this is too exciting.

“I’m going to open it,” he said as he broke the seal and hurriedly took the thick and shiny invitation:

Y/N rolled her eyes, of course, Liz would pull out all the stops for her parties. Boddy Manor was the old mansion upstate, recently bought by an unknown owner. A party to die for? So cliché, she thought as she looked over at the invitation in Peter’s hand. If this was a cartoon, Y/N’s skin would be turning green, but she would never admit it. “I’m going to class, don’t drown in your own drool,” she laughed as she walked off for class. Peter wiped the bead of drool of his chin and wiped it on his dark blue jeans.

The grumpy girl stood in front of her gray locker and slowly started to turn the numbers on her small lock. Suddenly a shadow appeared behind her, she breathed in, slightly cringing at the overwhelming smell of Marc Jacobs perfume. Y/N ran her hand through her choppy neck length hair before turning around to look at the girl.

Behind her was none other than Liz Toomes holding out a white envelope exactly the same as Peter’s. Liz’s frosty pink lips turned up into a knowing smile as she looked down at Y/N’s unimpressed facial expression.

“This is for you,” she spoke. Y/N hesitantly reached out and took the envelope from her manicured hands.

“Uh, thanks, Liz,” Y/N said in disbelief, why would she give her an invitation? Y/N studied the indecipherable look on the taller girl’s face. What has possessed the daughter of Satan? What kind of trick was she trying to play on her… or Peter? Liz broke the eye contact and took a step back. It was no secret that you and Liz didn't like each other, especially since you were both competing for Peter's attention

“Anything for you Y/N! Remember don’t be late,” Liz said, flipping her long curly dark hair over her shoulder and walking away. Y/N didn’t bother reading the invitation, I’m only going because Peter is, she reminded herself, shoving the envelope into her bag.

The evening had come, the grand party was about to take place. The sun had started to set and the air had become cooler. From the other side of the street, Y/N stood there and watched the other people standing on the porch, dressed appropriately for the occasion. She tugged on her sparkly lavender drop waist dress and sighed deeply.

She took clumsy steps with her high heels, slowly managing to walk across the wet street. Glancing up at the large door, Y/N took her place next to Peter. “Y/N! You got invited,” Peter whispered as he draped his arm around her shoulders. As they chill of the night settled in Y/N leaned into his embrace, observing those around her. He looked amazing in his black tux and thick red tie.

Standing across from the pair where the other players, Ned, of course, was invited but stayed far away from the group...he was really into this. He blew his pipe, and out came bubbles, Peter let out a laugh and nudged Y/N to look. On the other side of Ned was Michelle Jones Liz’s best friend, her nose in a book, Scratching her hand which was in a dreadfully itchy white lace glove.

And of course, there was the girl of the hour, Liz with her green dress and brown faux fur coat. She was the best dressed there, twirling her pearl necklace as she talked to Michelle.

The guests waited anxiously for the opening of the doors, but finally, they had opened to reveal the maid character, Peter's eyes opened wide as he recognized her as Wanda “Welcome, welcome! Ms. Toomes and Mr. Stark welcome you all to this live action game of Clue at the Boddy Manor!” Mr. Stark? Peter whipped his head around to the street to see the billionaire standing there with his velvet lounge outfit, his hands nicely tucked in the large pockets. With Pepper Potts on his arm, wearing a skin tight red dress and hair in classic curls.

“Actually my dear, it's now Stark Manor,” he corrected with his fake accent. He was the buyer of the old mansion? Wanda rolled her eyes “ Our rules state that you must act in character and stick to your character descriptions,” She told them, stepping aside to let them into the entry way. Peter let Y/N go in front of him as he stopped to talk to Tony.

“M-Mr Stark? How did you know about this?” he asked.

“That Liz girl has good bribery skills. I don't like her,” he muttered in a hushed tone. “Listen, kid, just enjoy and ask Y/N out ok, she's better,” he winked and gave Peter a firm pat on the back before walking into the mansion.

The room was barely lit, setting off a creepy vibe within the younger patrons. The maid walked and stood behind two large glass bowls with pieces of paper “Please come forth and select a paper, this will be your character description, one is for the gentleman and the other is for the girls,” she told them. Liz tossed her hair over her shoulder and walked up to the bowl twirling her hand inside before pulling one out with two fingers.

“Heiress to a large fortune, newly engaged to the heir of the large hotel in Manhattan,” she read aloud, smirking. Y/N rolled her eyes in annoyance. Michelle followed her lead and picked from the bowl.

“Daughter of the wealthy business man, heavily sheltered. Bite me” she spat, walking back to Liz. Ned walked up to the bowl and stuck his hand inside the bowl for the men’s side.

“Ah, the business partner to the CEO, choice,” he laughed in victory, taking his place back in the group. And so it went on the other patrons found out their places in the game, Peter was to be “married” to Liz, Y/N was ironically the best friend to the heir of the hotel. Tony was naturally was cast as the CEO, while Pepper played the wife of Tony.

The guests walked into the living room for drinks, Y/N stood in the corner as she watched Peter sit on the couch in between Liz and Michelle, hamming it up. She furrowed eyes as her painted nails tapped the glass in annoyance.Tony took the last sip of his drink, noticing it was empty he left the room, to grab another bottle of champagne.

Minutes have passed, the same old record had played over and over, the sound had become nauseating. Suddenly the record player stopped and the lights went out. Everyone gasped. “Y/N!” Peter yelled, his spidey senses going wild. Jumping from the couch to find Y/N.

“I’m ok,” she said, looking around in complete darkness, trying to search for her friend. Peter followed her voice and slowly made his way over to her, bumping into the edge of the coffee table with his shin. He let out a groan bending down to grip in throbbing shin.

There was a sound, a bottle had broken in the other room and it earned everyone’s attention. “What was that?” Michelle shouted out, starting to get scared. The room was silent once again, the sounds of their heartbeats were the only things to be heard. Until the lights flickered back on and the maid rushed into the room, crying hysterically with blood all over her delicate hands.

“Someone killed my Master,” she cried, falling to the floor. Ned rushed over and sat beside her “What happened to my friend?” he asked, staying in character. The maid slowly stood up and walked the guests into the kitchen.

There on the floor was Tony lying on the ground, with blood covering his upper torso. Pepper pushed her way up to the front “Tony,” she sobbed, pulling out a handkerchief out of her dress, wiping her eyes. She leaned her head against Liz’s shoulder, who hesitantly tapped her shoulder in comfort.

“I came in after cleaning the master bedroom and he was found dead… one of you did it,” the maid’s demeanor changed. There were no more tears, she was angry, and everyone could tell.

“She has great acting,” Peter whispered to Y/N. She nudged his side, making him laugh and look at the crime scene.

“On the table behind me, there are envelopes for each of you. They contain a magnifying glass, a notepad, fingerprint dusting equipment and a map to the house. We will check in every hour… you have 3 hours to find out which one of you killed Tony Stark. I wish all of you good luck,” She informed before beginning to break down and cry over his body with a white sheet.

“Do you think Liz wants to pair up with me?” Peter asked.

“I don’t know,” Y/N looked over at Liz who was already arm and arm with Michelle, “I think she may have a partner already.” Peter looked at the pair that just left and pouted. Y/N looked at him in disbelief, they had been best friends since 1st grade and this is what she gets? She’s his second choice. I’m his second choice, this is ridiculous, she thought as she grabbed her packet off the table. If only he could see how much she loved him.

Sequoia Camping Trip 2017

August 23 - August 25, 2017

Daniel invited Christiana, me, and his best friend, Frank, to go camping for two nights and three days in Sequoia.

Wednesday, August 23, 2017

We dropped Dena off at Union Station at 5:30 in the morning, and slept from 6:30 to 7:30, until Daniel and Frank arrived at Christiana’s (an hour later than planned due to traffic D:). After hours of driving, we first stopped by the General Sherman Tree (the largest tree in the world :O) and took some pictures (the tree was so big, we had to take the pic using the panorama mode but up and down and not left to right lol).

Then, we finally arrived at Lodgepole in Sequoia. While we were unpacking, we noticed some thundering sounds and gray clouds above the mountain to the right of us… And less than an hour later, when we were seated around the not-yet-lit campfire, we noticed the clouds drawing nearer and nearer. Then, Daniel screamed as he felt the first drop, which made us get up and start shoving everything inside our tent, bear box, and car. So we spent the next hour and a half of rain in our tent resting, and playing Bananagrams and Monopoly Deal. It was actually a pretty nice experience listening to the rain fall on our tent hehe.

Once the rain stopped, we went outside to prep our gogi partyyy (samgyupsal and chadol). We were actually supposed to have the gogi party on our last night at Sequoia, but we realized the meat would spoil unless we get a bunch of ice for the entire day while we were out hiking the next day. So good thing Daniel and Frank thought about that. :) So the guys ended up cooking the meat and serving us hoho. That was very nice of them. :)

After dinner, we ended our night with some campfire time, making s'mores and conversations. Christiana even made a molarmellow #직업병 HAHA

Christiana and I woke up to a campfire and a breakfast already prepared by the guys, who woke up an hour in advance (thank you!!). Then, we got ready to go hiking! We found a parking spot super easily and started the hike up the Hump Trail.

Omg. This trail was hard af. It took us three hours just to go up. And on the way, the guys (who know their way around here) kept saying, “We’re almost there!” Turns out, we were "almost there" TWO hours later ! -o- lol

But wow I’ve never seen this much plants in one place. It was so beautifulll.

This pic was taken on the way down, but it was so shady because there were so many tall trees.

We took many many needed breaks on the way up because it was exhausting. Thankfully, I didn’t feel like I was going to faint (how I usually feel when I go hiking). BUT I was very very tired (heart racing and out of breath).

But the view once we got there was amazing. The pictures don’t do justice, but man… It was so so so pretty.

After taking the beauty in and lots and lots of pictures, we made our way down towards the lake.

Here, we (the guys lol) put the fishing gear together to try to catch some fish! Sadly, my fishing line kept getting tangled, and at the end of the day, Christiana and I did not catch one fish… D: Daniel and Frank, on the other hand, caught a whole bunch… no fair… We didn’t eat the fish we caught or anything though. The guys just released them back into the water. One of the fish that Frank tried to release actually turned into a sad story:

So he caught a fish and then removed the hook to throw it back into the lake. So he chucked it towards the water, and then BAM! it slams into a huge boulder and lands in the dirt… So by this time, we were all O.O / :O, and Frank makes his way down to the dirt where the fish landed, picks it back up, and actually throws it into the water this time. And then… the poor thing just floated back up to the surface… T.T So sad. :(

So yeah… After some fishing, we made chicken sandwiches and PB&J for lunch and then tried to fish some more.

Then, around 3:30, we headed down the mountain after taking this picture.

We took the Watchtower Trail going down because Daniel and Frank knew that this trail had a crazy view (like going down, there was a crazy view). A good chunk of the top half of the mountain, we were walking on a ledge. O.O

This was preeeetty thrilling. hoho

Poor Christiana and Daniel were getting pretty nervous. ><

So while going down this scary part of the mountain, we came across this cliff-looking thing that one of Daniel and Frank’s friend supposedly climbed up.

So Frank wanted to try it himself too, and I decided to follow because when will I ever climb up to the end of a cliff, you know? But Daniel and Christiana decided to stay behind and take pictures of us once we reach the edge of the cliff. Unfortunately, the thing was impossible to climb up because the path was extremely narrow and too risky try to go passed that tree sticking up in the middle of the ledge. So we just sat as close to the cliff thing as possible and snapped a pic there. haha

So the place Frank and I were sitting on was actually not too scary because it was wide and had places for us to sit. So Daniel and Christiana joined us! :D Look at us livin’ life on the edge. hehe

After spending a lot of time taking pictures going down the mountain, we continued our way back down the mountain, through the foresty part again. This time, I think we only took two to three breaks because it was so much easier going down. But towards the end, we were very very tired for we had a looong day… When we had around thirty minutes left, Daniel shouted, “Car!” as in, “We’re almost there because I see the parking lot!” But when we approached it, it turned out to be a huge white boulder…! L O L. It was so sad but so funny haha. So eventually, we reached the bottom of the mountain two and a half hours after we left the lake (so this includes our two breaks and the many many picture breaks we took lol).

For dinner, we each had two hot dogs: one pineapple sausage and one spicy sausage. We even added grilled onions and garlic from the gogi party. It was a good thing we had the gogi party the night before because we were super tired. The hot dogs were so much simpler to make and eat haha.

And the rest of the night was just cleaning up and more eating. We had the campfire going again, and we ate some corn, goguma, and s’mores.

Friday, August 25, 2017

The next morning, I got up at 6:30 because it was cold + I was uncomfortable sleeping on the ground + I was paranoid about leaking since my time of the freaking month started Wednesday night in Sequoia -_-. So I washed up and everything and just waited on the bench outside because I didn’t want to wake the guys up since they were sleeping towards the side of the door. Then around 8:30, I hear the tent zipper unzip, followed by a loudass fart. Of course, it’s Daniel, who has been ripping farts with no shame the entire trip lmao. So he started a fire as soon as he woke up, and the first thing I ate that morning was a giant marshmallowwww hoho.

So once everyone woke up, we ate the leftovers for breakfast and packed the car. We then walked over to a lake across the street from our campsite. That was pretty niceee.

By the time it was time for us to check out, we finished up our games of horseshoe and made sure everything was in the car.

On the way down, we stopped by Moro Rock and some more giant trees.

Turns out this Moro “Rock” was a 20-minute climb up. -_- lol Man… my legs were burning…

They should seriously rename it as Moro Mountain… This is a pic I took of Moro “Rock” on the way home:

But in the end, the view was amazinggg haha

After we made our way back down from Moro “Rock,” we visited some more giant trees.

Twas a very very fun and exciting camping trip! Although I was disappointed that I didn’t see any bears or catch any fish, it was exciting since there was a lot of firsts for me - first time camping (not glamping lol), first time learning how to cast a fishing rod, first time playing horseshoe, first time hiking for three hours and not feeling like fainting, and first time seeing and admiring the beauty of nature (trees, mountains, sky FULL of stars, sight and sound of lakes/streams), I never realized how much I loved the beauty of nature. I always thought trees were trees and mountains were mountains, but mannn. Nature is so beautiful! lol

Thanks Daniel for planning and inviting me to this awesome camping trip to Sequoiaaaa.

N - Best shift experience?

Hmmm~ Any time I have a real strong feeling of them, a strong connection, and someone - like a spirit - is preening them. :3

I’d have to go with my boyfriend for sure since he knows how to massage the physical muscles of the back AND preen the astral wings in such a way that it somehow erases all the aches in my back instantly and doesn’t mess up my astral feathers the way every other human masseuse inevitably does. So it feels really goddamn good and relaxing, along with getting rid of all the itching that tends to happen if my feathers are disheveled against my back

(Yo, y'all are astral not physical! Why I still feel that itching all the same?!)

P - How did you use your wings to your advantage?

O.O Do you mean as astral wings in THIS life, or just overall back at home?

Because if you mean back at home, I mean they conferred the kind of advantage that two arms free to grab things and having opposable thumbs and wrists made for throwing have given all of humanity an advantage here. Aka, a huge amount of advantage that is so easy to just take for granted every day, especially in a society made specifically for those who have this advantage. (Except arms can’t get you into the sky and keep you there for as long as you want, whenever you want. Extra points for wings in that regards. ;D)

So yeah, expressions, touching/feeling, preening, protection, display, indication direction, gestures, mapping out the air currents around me, awesome gorgeous natural decoration, giving and receiving comfort, allowing me to escape into the air whenever I want, or to not worry about falls and heights at all, and just be a natural extension of my body that’s perfectly in tune with everything else. Most of all, they’re a huge part of my personal identity and how I relate to myself and think of myself and of my life. In a way, they are an extension of who I am as a person, of my soul and spirit.

For here in this life? Well I can’t use them to steady me or correct my balance sadly. Nor to fly with, nor to be seen or felt by any human around me (except for maybe my boyfriend and twin). Ummm… what would be an actual advantage is being able to write flying scenes very convincingly in my book because I know so well how it feels and what it’s like from my memories. :3 I adore flying so much I had to make the plot of my first book of my childhood memories from my home world focus ON flying. ;3 *bounces and flaps wings*

Q - Rate your wings 1-10 (10 being the best, pssst, they’re all 10s!!!)

Of course they are, because I specifically designed them to be my most favorite wings of all time, gorgeous and living works of art that always bring a smile to my face when I see them, and to work exactly as I want them to in flight no matter what I’m doing.

Perfectly crafted to fit my unique flying style, love of swimming, artist eye, unique and expressive character, favorite colors, and just the general way I love to live my life day-to-day. Even when most other angels of my home world retract their wings (so they don’t get in the way), I say “fuck that!” and have mine out all the goddamn time, just in a space-saving form so I don’t accidentally sit on me flight feathers ya hear?

My ref pics always have my wings in a space-saving form where the flight feathers go to like my hips, just above my butt there, at the longest. :3 Easiest for sitting down or lounging. XD For actual flight, I’d make them go to their full size again and take off.

R - Do you remember anyone else’s wings significantly?

*grins* I think it ironic and fitting that this question is labeled “R” when I remember my husband’s wings the most and HIS name starts with an “R” too!

Btw he’s demonkin in this life and part-angel, part-demon (along with feline, dragon, and other things) back in our home world. :D And yes he has feathered wings, from the tengu and angel sides of him.

He’s my boyfriend in this lifetime, and my husband and mate back at home. So I remember his wings PERFECTLY. A vague sort of sensory image that is more like visualizing an orange in your mind, without actually seeing an orange, but still knowing it well all the same.)

It’s just a gorgeous dark, almost black color – I say almost black because of all the purty iridescence there. X3 I love each and every color shade of the iridescence, how subtle it is. Especially how if I gently take the tip of his flight feather or wrist of his wing and turn it left and right near a light source, that most of the light seems to sink into the feather itself and disappear in a gorgeous deep and soothing void, while some escape and shimmer along the surface of each feather like tiny little rainbows that just can’t quite escape the force of gravity from the cool black holes of each feather.

The overall wing shapes are that of a raven’s wings (since he loves the birds, ravens, as much as I love dark blue - i.e. to the point we fucking named ourselves after our individual obsessions!) and have notches at the tips (mine do too) for easier soaring. He doesn’t use his wings that much, but I always enjoy it when he does bring them out. His also aren’t waterproof so he keeps complaining about the wet a lot, poor dude. LOL!

Even now, I always sleep better if he brings out his astral wings to cover us like a blanket while in bed together. I can feel it subtly if his wings stroke mine and he feels it in return.

…Gawds I love the memory of the silky soft feel of each of his feathers, the sight of the gorgeous colors of his wings, the graceful and strong shape of the wings over all, and I swear sometimes I might almost remember the smell of them but then the memory goes away again and I’m sad. T.T

I do remember the soft ruffle that each of his wingbeats would cause when flying in the air, but I know he is a quiet flyer compared to most younger people. I’m an utterly silent flyer myself, apparently from my memories and what others say, so it would make sense that I could still pick up the sound of his wingbeats even then.

I’ve um *blushes purple* rhapsodized about his wings a lot haven’t I? I’ll stop the rambling here. ^////^

Goblin in Review: The Kisses

As specially requested by @mynameishassie Here’s a review/reaction of all the kisses between Shin and Eun-Tak in Goblin. Just to play around cause I have nothing better to do.

Ahh... good ol’ memories. The very first kiss between Shin and Eun-Tak in episode 6... a kiss so pure, innocent, and naive that all the snowflakes started floating upwards. What is gravity? Apparently it doesn’t work in the presence of these two sweethearts. So what makes this kiss important being their first kiss? Well this kiss set the stage for Shin to start thinking about life instead of dying. This kiss was initiated by Eun-Tak not because she necessarily loved him at the time, but because she didn’t know the consequences of Shin’s sword and what love really encompasses. This kiss compared to their last kiss is totally different in terms of romance and their mutual feelings. Shin was still only learning what it meant to be in love and Eun-Tak was still only desiring love. This is seen in their body language as Eun-Tak was struggling to stay on her tiptoes to hesitantly peck him and Shin’s shoulders were completely slumped forwards in utter dumbstruck. A perfect way to get our silly couple rolling. Despite this kiss being not hot and sexy, I appreciate this kiss as I love Shin’s reaction to Eun-Tak kissing him... to think this supposedly “weak” and “defenseless” girl can easily make this 939 yo Goblin confused and break down his defenses. But I desperately needed more than this kiss.

Now this was a proper “first kiss” of them being an official couple; what better way than for Shin to redeem himself by initiating the kiss while Eun-Tak asked for it in episode 10. The setting was perfect for our silly couple: fun date in a tent while drinking soju, a kick-ass entertaining performance, and a sweet and happy kiss shared between the two. This kiss was literally the definition of happiness as their kiss even has it��s own Sun shining a random light of unknown origin. It was quite hot of Shin to grab her face so gently as he kissed her and then Eun-Tak stole another kiss right afterwards. This made me love Eun-Tak more as she’s not afraid to ask for kisses... I understand why, lol. Just look at who her boyfriend is. I do like this kiss a lot, as said by Eun-Tak herself, “It’s perfect.” It was the perfect kiss to show how they mutually love each other after coming to an agreement that they will both fight to be together as compared to episode 4′s kiss. I wasn’t expecting anything hotter or sexier since our couple finally got together after jumping the hurdle of Eun-Tak finding out the truth behind Shin’s sword. But still, I needed more! lmao

The cute photo booth kiss. That’s all that really needs to be said about this kiss, lol. It was a cute and off-guard peck that Eun-Tak gave to Shin which left him flustered and giggling like a little girl. >.< The funny thing is that Eun-Tak had pure intentions while it left Shin thinking about (most likely) not so pure thoughts ... this girl can literally kill Shin on the spot whether she removes his sword or not, lmao. I just can’t get over how Shin caught himself using “tiny” and “small” in the same sentence! And then he proceeded to say he wants to come here every day, lmfao. This entire scene in episode 12 is adorable and especially how pure Eun-Tak’s intentions were to 1) get a picture with him and 2) give him an excuse to see his sister. Of course, it wasn’t enough to satisfy my fangirl desires and I was desperately hoping... praying... for a kiss that would exceed my expectations.

Now we’re talking... this kiss swept me off my feet when Shin turned back to give her such a desperate, passionate, and engraving kiss before his imminent death. THIS WAS THE KISS WE WERE ALL WAITING FOR 13 EPISODES LATER!!! Just look at this beauty! Till this day... I love this kiss so damn much, it’s the kiss of the century. Just look at how Shin cupped her face as he kissed her with such a passion knowing that he might disappear forever. Look at Eun-Tak unable to say or do anything as she just closed her eyes in compliance... worried why he would suddenly kiss her like that. It was the perfect hot and passionate kiss to show how our couple loves each other and wants to be together. THEIR CHEMISTRY WAS OFF THE CHARTS! OMO! The only that that disappointed me about this kiss was how they DIDN’T FULLY CLOSE-UP FILM IT! Like why you gonna film a friggin hot kiss but not show us the whole thing close up??? Ugh... That was the good stuff there. >.> Despite my love for this kiss, I was praying that an even better kiss would happen once she was 29 yo.

This kiss was sooo good... a slightly melancholic kiss that was filled with feels as Shin immediately embraced a frantic Eun-Tak into a kiss as she finally remembered him. All I can say is that this kiss was so good from the angle it was filmed, from how it focused on Shin’s hand tightening on her, and to how both Eun-Tak and Shin’s eyes were filled with so much pain, sadness, and longing for each other. I started ballin like a baby cause they needed to be in each other’s arms and I was so happy when she finally remembered him! Ugh... To think this all happened in episode 15... T.T But this wasn’t the kiss I was waiting for... there was something else I needed to see from the episode 14 preview.

Just look at how Shin launched at her... but at the same time Shin is such a gentleman as he stopped to make sure she was okay with it.. OF COURSE she would reply back enthusiastically! BUT I DIED WHEN SHE JUMPED AND WRAPPED HER LEGS AROUND HIM! OMG! AND FOR THE LOVE OF ALL MAKE OUTS, when Shin started planting kisses on her face and she was smiling from enjoying his touch... that was the sexiest thing I’ve ever seen!!! BUT DAMNIT! WHO THE FUCK CUTS IN THE MIDDLE OF GONG YOO AND KIM GO EUN’S KISSES??? WHY WOULD YOU DEPRIVE US OF THESE TWO WONDERFULLY AMAZING KISSERS??? WHY COULDN’T YOU SHOW US THE WHOLE DAMN THING??? Seriously, the only issue I have with this kiss is that they abruptly cut the kiss at the GOOD part. They could have gradually transitioned out of the scene instead of just cutting in the middle of the kiss; they had plenty of time to add 30 more seconds -- oh for goodness sakes, I would’ve been glad to see another hour. PLUS, WHY WOULD YOU NOT SHOW SOMETHING YOU TEASED US IN THE FUCKIN PREVIEW??? Two lovers who defied time, God, death, and were finally together would NOT just simply call it a night after sharing a passionate kiss on the couch AFTER staying together overnight in fuckin luxurious hotel (with probably a huge ass bed)... just saying. ┻━┻ ︵ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ︵ ┻━┻

And that’s all folks... I can’t really say that I’m completely satisfied since I love Shintak so much... It makes me sad that Gong Yoo and Kim Go Eun will probably never costar together again since it’s rare for people to costar together a second time. WHAT A SHAME! YOU HAVE TWO AMAZING KISSERS COSTAR TOGETHER AND THAT’S IT? Like I would have been okay if they didn’t show any skin... just some more steamy moments between the two because their love is so fuckin tragic that they deserve some more lovey dovey couple scenes. Ugh... just because I’m a salty grandma, friggin 15 age rating ruined it! At least the kisses got better and better and we got a few Gong Yoo certified kisses in Goblin. T.T

(Oh god it’s been so long since my last post OTL sorry guys... and since Sooyeon is such a personal favourite I’m so PRESSURED to write this post well OMG)

WARNING: LONG POST + there will be an abundance of the repetition and variations of the words “cute” and “adorable” XD

I am back with my second installment of my series of meta for the main female characters of the drama Hwarang!!! Giving you all the goodness of female characters who break stereotypes and steal hearts!!! ;) This time, it’s my personal favourite female character of them all, the one and only... Kim Sooyeon!!! (I love this gif so much omg thank you op <3)

I have to admit, at first I was REALLY critical and judgemental of Sooyeon’s character (IM SO SORRY BB OTL) because we were only given the information that she’s friends with Aro and that she’s the younger sister to playboy Sooho and love interest of cool guy Banryu at the start of the drama. My mind immediately conjured up the mental image of the stereotypical nice daughter from a rich family, quiet, elegant, well-mannered, boring, background material. BUT OH MAN SHE SURPRISED ME

She’s the VERY EPITOME of bubbly, cute and endearing /heart eyes/ She can be very manly, shy, playful,funny, lovey-dovey, daring, petty, romantic, relatable, ALL AT ONCE!! She’s a very multi-faceted personality that draws us in and keep us hooked, not just for her love line with Banryu, but everything that she does <3 <3 (get ready for the onslaught of gifs coming right up!!!)

Ah~ the legendary first meeting of the two love birds ^~^ LOOK AT THAT CHEEKY LOOK OF PURE SATISFACTION ON HER CUTE FACE WHEN SHE SQUEEZED HIS BUTT, and not to mention how her expression froze as Banryu turned around XD this shows how much she’s not a pushover and that she would get back and seek revenge on her brother whenever she gets the chance ;3 i guess Sooyeon is a very HANDS ON person ;)))) (pls get used to my bad jokes, i won’t change anymore hehe) I still remember her adorable squeak when she retracted her hands in light speed and hugged herself XD not to mention how her first reaction in panic was to slap Banryu and immediately regret it (ah so cute)

and after she used a FUCKING VASE to knock her furious brother Sooho out cold and hanging off a fence, she fuzzed over Banryu’s face where she slapped instead of caring about her brother XD we could all SEE THE AMOUNT OF WORRY IN HER FACE UGH AND BANRYU IS SO IN LOVE HAHAHAHA

After that whole fiasco and Sooho losing his memory of that night (no thanks to Sooyeon and her trusty vase ;)) she was even nice enough to write to Banryu to make sure her brother didn’t get angry and cause trouble. (ISN’T THAT LIKE THE NICEST THING EVER??? if it was me I’d just lay low and maybe disappear out of shame :’)) she got a infamous reputation around town as “the girl who got her chest molested” but she still worried about Banryu (getting killed by her brother) more than herself XD

This scene is getting on my nerves on HOW CUTE IT IS UGH~ Sooyeon actually shows up to the night club- I mean Okta to look for her lover boy /swoons/ (and not to mention with that gift of red wine which was expensive AF) judging by the way we see her barge into Sooho’s rented room and walking back out, we could see that she’s basically trying to find Banryu by walking into every occupied room to try her luck XD if that’s not the most badass, daring thing that someone could do, I don’t know what qualifies @~@ she finally finds a fuming Banryu and pulls him aside (I have no idea how she has the guts to pull him when he looks like he could murder somebody ;_;) the two lovebirds were enjoying some(miniscule) alone time when KIM SOOHO BARGES IN AND LANDS A PUNCH ON BANRYU’S FACE (he finally remembered that night Sooyeon apparently got molested (molested somebody hehe))

The funny thing about the next thing that happened is that we see Sooyeon getting shocked by the sudden attack, but it doesn’t stop there. Second by second just by the look on her face we could tell she’s getting angrier and angrier, until she just makes a split second decision to sacrifice her expensive gift and just use the heavy wine bottle to hit her brother on the back of his head (again). Even funnier, she just lets go of the bottle until it hits the ground with a clear resounding breaking sound (she’s so cool how to be her omg) she then pulls Banryu up and just walks over her brother’s unconscious body with Banryu XD

MAN I hold this conversation SO DEAR TO MY HEART <3 <3 it’s just so precious and protective of Sooyeon seriously

“If my brother does anything to Banryu you have to tell me right away!” said Sooyeon in a grave and serious tone. “Even if I do tell you, what are you gonna do about it?” Aro questioned. “Then I will, oh I tell you what, climb over this wall and end my brother~” Sooyeon answered, aggressively gesturing a neck-slice, “you’re dead Kim Sooho, I’m not gonna stand here and do nothing.” her eyes glinting murderously. Shocked by the words, Aro asked, “Are you really the Sooyeon that I know??” Sooyeon fired back confidently, “I protect my man.”

OMG I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS CONVERSATION UGH it’s this conversation and what Sooyeon had expressed here that made me fall deeply in love with this character /sobs/ why is she so precious

Ah, this makes me think of the sweet times being with siblings XD this can’t get more real than a real sibling relationship, and I applaud the producers for including this amazingly realistic interaction between these two :3

Yes, they fight. Yes, they get really physically brutal with each other. But Sooyeon finally told(screamed) her brother the truth and stopped the situation from worsening. ^~^ She’s really honest, I’ll give her that. She clarified everything and left no detail out, even the part about grabbing Banryu’s butt. Owning up to something like that needs a lot of guts, even towards a family member.

Oh and how could I forget the amount of trust she puts in her crush??? She’s courageous and adorable and all, but she does get blinded by love sometimes (a LOT of the time XD) But judging by the limited contact that she could get with Banryu in that ancient time period, and how they started off getting to know each other by letters, it’s quite easy to understand why she isn’t weary of what Banryu is doing in the Hwarang house.

Up until the most recent episodes, she still did not show any sign of fearing their opposing family backgrounds, and that is simultaneously a good thing and also a bad thing. The relationship can blossom under the ignorance of threats, but when the problem really emerges to break them apart, it’ll result in serious heartbreak.

THIS SCENE BROKE MY HEART UGH. Sooyeon was waiting outside Banryu’s house, excitedly adjusting her hair trying to look good in front of him (LOOK AT HOW CUTE SHE IS), but Banryu just walked past her. She was SO IN SHOCK and started crying, and I STARTED CRYING TOO I AM SO WEAK FOR HER MY POOR BABY... T.T

Even when her brother tried to get back at Banryu for making her cry, she didn’t let him go after Banryu. If she was sassy enough she could just let Banryu get beaten up, but she didn’t, and held on to her brother as strongly as she could even while she was crying her heart out...

Oh man. This was when it was announced that Banryu was going to go along with the others to protect Princess Sookmyung. Sooyeon was so worried about Banryu’s safety. Meeting Aro at their usual place (the short wall where they both put up ladders to talk to each other XD), she cried and cried, saying how Banryu could make such a decision without talking to her about it first :( the funny thing about it is that Aro’s going as well but Sooyeon wasn’t worried about her at all XD

Then Sooyeon wiped away her tears and made a grave decision. She wants to give Banryu a snip of her hair for him to remember her by. Why is it serious and not creepy at all? Because in the olden days, in Chinese culture (it extends to Japanese and Korean culture but maybe not completely on details) it is a token of serious commitment in a relationship, where the woman gives the man her hair as a sign that she would wait for him to return from their separation. But the fact that Sooyeon still decided to give him such an important token when all of them know how serious it meant, really shows how determined she was to wait for Banryu.

THIS SCENE IS SO CUTE AAARGH!!! Sooyeon actually wraps up a cut section of her beautiful hair in an elegant pouch and handed it to Banryu before he leaves for the escort mission, and how she worriedly asks if it was burdensome makes me go “aawwww”~ I can still see the slight awkwardness between the two of them though, the kind of awkwardness when you like each other a lot but aren’t well acquainted enough that you could be comfortable in front of them yet.

AND YOU KNOW WHAT MY LITTLE DARLING BABY WENT AND DID?? SHE KISSED HER LOVER BOY ON THE CHEEK THAT’S WHAT!!! ASDFLJALS;DFL;

I REALLY love how she took the first step in most of the stuff they encountered, the first fateful meeting (butt grab), the first letter she wrote him, the first gift (liquor, which didn’t really become a gift but rather a weapon), THE FIRST KISS /screams/ and Banryu finally gets the guts to pull her in for a real kiss /swoons/ AND THAT KISS IS THE REALLY SMALL AMOUNT OF TIMES I’VE ACTUALLY SEEN GOOD KISSING IN A KOREAN DRAMA OMG most of the time the female leads would just pause there and stare with their enormous eyes in shock through the whole kiss XD

and that wraps it up until the things that happened up until episode 14 (I think I’ll make another post on Sooyeon when the series ends, since I love her so much XD)

Ah seriously I spent half a day typing this XD (if it adds up the days this has been in my drafts, I think it’ll be over a week), but I love Sooyeon so much this post deserves nothing less than PERFECTION <3 <3 (jk I know it’s not perfect, there’s SO MUCH MORE TO TALK ABOUT ON HER PERSONALITY) somehow I wish that there’ll be a spin-off series that has Sooyeon as the main character, but I kinda know that it’s not possible... (I can still dream can’t I? /sobs/)

p.s.: I have no idea when the next parts will be up (for Princess Sookmyung and Queen Jiso), since I take REALLY LONG to type up each post T~T but thank you for reading!!! Love Hwarang with me!!!

The fan report I thought I couldn’t write - because it was so hard to put these feelings into words. But still wrote anyway, for recording purposes. As in my previous GR report (March mini live), this may not be arranged in order. And warning: a very Kiiyan-centric post.

I’m relatively new to the GR fandom, though I met Kiiyan from UtaPri and has been a fan of his singing voice from the first time I heard it. This is actually my first time to attend a GR full live so yeah feelings, feelings, and feelings. This is my 4th time to watch and hear Kiiyan sing live though, and among those, his voice was in the best condition this time.

I was already expecting Pierrot Dancin’ to be the first song plus it’s no longer my first time to hear it live anyway, but no, I was not prepared at all for Kiiyan’s voice. The acapella intro was SO devastatingly good that my heart jumped out of my chest. I wasn’t able to yell cheers and get pumped up with everyone because I stood there as if I was struck by a lightning lol. It.was.that.good. But later on as the song progressed and the music joined Kiiyan, I think the performance was a bit off - except for today’s intro, it was better the last time I heard it.

But aside from Pierrot Dancin’, I think everything else was good.

TRASH CANDY - Oh this song will always be special to me as this was the first GR song I heard live, thanks to the Bungou Stray Dogs event. And I LOVE BSD, and Kiiyan reminds me so much of Chuuya that I can see Chuuya singing this song. I love them both so so much T.T

The stretch (idk what to call it) for the last word in ナミダバナ (知れ-Shire) was magnificently done receiving cheers from the crowd.

Everyone, including the crowd, did better in FAT SHAPER and Fake lover’s true heart today than the first time. Oh both songs was a blast!

Really good vocals for HARD DRIVING MIDNIGHT OMG

The Other Self - another GR song close to my heart.

This lyrics strikes me personally that I actually quoted it in a speech contest I joined back at school. And hearing it live straight from Kiiyan for the first time, so you expect tears from me. Yes, Kiiyan, no matter how harsh life is, I’ll do my best. Thank you.

終わらぬ夢 - THIS. THIS. THIS. This is one of my personal favorites in the latest album and have been wishing badly to hear this live. So when I learned that Kiiyan sang this in the Hokkaido tour, I said I’m gonna die when this moment comes. Now what. I just can’t describe. It was astoundingly beautiful. Kiiyan how could you sound just the same or even better live? I apologize to the people beside me but I did my best to control my overwhelming emotions. I cried more when Kiiyan sang the line, “dakara nakanaide” lol

Glorious Days and BIG SUN sound so good live! I REALLY loved the live version more than the CD. Kiiyan forgot some lyrics in BIG SUN’s chorus though. He just sang “tenenenen.” LOL KIIYAN PLEASE

Darlin’ - NO PLACE LIKE A STAGE - カナリヤ - modern strange cowboy - This was a very exhaustingly fun line-up. Crowd participation at its best. But can I just say that I love Darlin’ so much yayyyy

UNDER THE SKY - THIS. THIS. You know Kiiyan’s voice is always beautiful but slow songs like this really kill me. Again he sang this REALLY well. Oh please I’m running out of adjectives. I badly wanted to shout “I love you too” after he said the last line, “I love you.”

Once & Forever - Y.W.F. - Encore. Everyone was already so wild at this point. Can this not end please. I just want to jump and bang my head all night.

Can Do - Ending the night with this made me reflect as this is where everything for me began. I met GRANRODEO from Kuroko no Basuke, and so basically Can Do is the first GR song I learned. It will forever hold a special place in my heart. This was the last song so I just went all out yelling, jumping, singing, dancing, everything.

It’s been 3 weeks since the Hokkaido live, which was the first leg of the tour. And so they said it felt like the first day again. e-zuka said that he was nervous and joked the crowd not to look at him as he wants to focus.

e-zuka teased Kiiyan about crying in the Utapri Live. Introducing the next song, Kiiyan suddenly spoke in a cool voice that caught e-zuka’s attention. He said, “I thought you already left that good voice and the tears in Seibu Dome.” Kiiyan got embarrassed and replied that what was circulating on the internet about him was a lie (just like what he said in his tweet lol). He told us to watch the Blu-ray when it arrives, and see that he had that scene cut out! Oh tsun-tsun Kiiyan kawaii

They talked about the fact that drummer Shin has not revealed his age yet to the public, but they do know it. e-zuka hints that Shin actually came from school with a ランドセル on his back. (You know the big backpack that Japanese grade school kids use). Kiiyan laughs saying, “That’d make him Shin-chan!”

Kiiyan talked about the rainy season and the coming of summer. e-zuka then sang and played Happy birthday with his guitar. (Kiiyan’s birthday’s coming up yay!) Speaking of birthdays, they asked if anyone in the crowd was celebrating her birthday today, and there were actually some. They greeted them and thanked that they were able to come even if it’s their birthday. Incidentally, there was also a couple who was celebrating their wedding anniversary. Kiiyan also mentioned that today also happened to be Johnny Depp’s birthday. e-zuka then thanked everyone and introduced himself as Johnny Depp.

They mentioned that there are still a few tickets left for the additional Osaka tour in August. They said that they also mentioned this in the Hokkaido tour, so why are there still tickets left even after 3 weeks?? Lol I always find it cute when Kiiyan awkwardly self-promotes. Kiiyan said that on the contrary, it was apparently difficult to get tickets for the “Yama no Hi (lit. Mountain Day)” live, and he wondered why. Lol. It just happened to fall on “Taniyama no Hi (Taniyama’s Day”) and I’m so bitter I’m one of those who has not gotten one tho I got Aug 10 but still huhu

Kiiyan’s MC was interrupted at some point when sweat kept on flowing into his eyes. He then wiped his face with a towel. I just want to mention this because it was cute lol

When they announced that G7 will be held in Okinawa, Takita-san asked if he will be coming along too. Kiiyan said of course because he and e-zuka can’t do it by themselves. Takita-san said that he has actually not been to Okinawa which gained an “EEEEEHHHHHH?” from the crowd. Takita-san asked why they are making such EH reaction, “Is it that bad (that I haven’t gone to Okinawa)??”

When Kiiyan announced that there’s only one song left, he received a sad “EEEEHHH” from the crowd. Kiiyan grunted, “Why are you looking so dissatisfied? I just said that I’ll still be singing!” Lol Kiiyan we’re so satisfied but we just did not want this to end

Kiiyan said that it was so fun that they do not want the live to end. The crowd suggested to start over again. e-zuka enthusiastically responded, “Let’s do this again together!” as he pointed out that live performances are done by them and the audience together.

Wew. Wew. I don’t know how many times I’ve said this but still, I’m saying this again - that Kiiyan’s singing voice is the most beautiful sound I have ever heard. While listening there live, my thoughts were like, “Everyone should listen to this! It’s too unfortunate that some people do not know about Kiiyan.” No single word exists or not even an essay can suffice to describe Kiiyan’s voice. But even so, as a fan I admit that Kiiyan’s singing is actually far from perfect. I mean voice quality and singing ability are two different things. Moreover, I actually had hesitations before as it seemed that Kiiyan sounds better in CD than in live. But no, I have really affirmed today that he can sound pretty much the same whether recorded or live. Or that he can actually sound better in live. Damn I heard him sing 21 songs this time okay. Sure there were glitches at some parts of the song, but I want it raw and I’m embracing all his imperfections. I was torn between keeping my eyes open to watch him or closing my eyes so I can listen to his voice more intently. I really love watching Kiiyan as I can feel his love for music, singing, and performing. Because that’s one of the most valuable things, right? That the performer himself is having fun with what he’s doing.

It was a very, very fun and gratifying night; but more importantly it was a night full of admiration and gratitude. And I thank God again for bringing Kiiyan and GRANRODEO into my life. See you next live! ❤
