Eddie is a poker, even as a kid he always poked things. After doing he would make a “boop” sound.

It takes everything inside of his being to not do it to Steve when they get together. It’s probably the stupidest thing that he gets upset about but it just makes him feel good and he didn’t know why. One day while Steve is talking Eddie just stares at his arm, the urge became strong over him and he just did it. Eddie pokes Steve’s arm in the middle of the conversation and he even makes the sound effect afterwards leaving Steve confused. Eddie tried apologizing immediately after but Steve stopped him. Steve thought it was a cute little quirk that he had and he wasn’t going to stop him from doing it, he even encouraged it!

It was just the cutest thing to Steve and it put into perspective how Eddie sees him. Eddie was comfortable enough to truly be himself with Steve. Whenever they are in public and Eddie feels that urge but he tries to resist doing it Steve is the one who does it first then Eddie would follow right after. Only they understood what was happening and they were going to keep it that way.

i firmly believe that jake shows his love and affection through touch. like he’s not good with expressing himself emotionally so he makes sure to show it through touching you any chance he gets.

younger jake is lot more goofy and talkative but he’s still very touchy with you. even when you aren’t as affectionate at first somehow you slowly get used to it until you find yourself yearning for his hands on you.

jake comes up behind you as you are sharpening your spear, wrapping his arms tightly around your waist.

“what is it now?” you try grumbling but couldn’t fight the growing smile on your lips

he buried his face in the crook of your neck, “i just missed you is all.”

“we saw each other this morning, jake.”

“and i still missed you.”

despite you whatever you say, you don’t want him to let you go. and he usually never does unless he absolutely has to go.

i feel like when he’s super protective, it shows with how he touches you too.

like when the rda is threatening to attack the forest, jake is searching for you through the chaos and destruction. and he finds you, leading the children and women away from the damage. when you all get to safety, jake is checking for any injuries on your body even when it’s clear there is none.

“are you okay? are you hurt at all?”

“jake, jake, calm down!” you place your hand on his chest to find his heart rapidly beating underneath. “if anything you have more cuts than i do!”

he knows you can handle yourself and he can always count on that. but still, sometimes it doesn’t hurt to check ya know?

but when you initiate touch, he’s all putty in your hands. you know you have him wrapped around your finger right?

when you hold his face in your hands, he instantly melts and keeps your hands there. when you kiss him you can feel the smile on his lips and the small groans. when you tug on his hair, he wants to ravage you right then and there.

i saw an "approximate ages of hetalia characters" post a week or so ago and i just realized.

the viking age was in around 700-1000A.D.

norway, denmark, and peesumably sweden were supposedly around their preteens/early teens around the kalmer union.

denmark DEFINITELY remembers being a Viking

Drool clings to the black plastic, the tiniest of indentions decorating the cheaply made horns as Silver happily teethes on his newfound toy.

The initial anger that Malleus thought would swell indignantly within every inch of his regal posture at discovering the impudent creature with Lilia's precious gift crammed in his mouth sputters out into a pitiful pile of embers as the child removes the toy from being drowned in spit to point gleefully at Malleus himself and babble some kind of arcane nonsense, clearly making the connection to the elegant horns atop his very head.

"Yes, yes, you're very clever indeed, little one," he murmurs with no small amount of weariness, settling himself on the floor beside the happily gurgling boy in a flourish of dark robes. With a restrained sense of castle doctrine, Malleus carefully extricates the sopping plastic cover from Silver's beaming smile, swallowing back a grimace as he attempts to clean both the sticky toy and his fingers against the silken fabric of his sleeves as it beeps weakly in protest.

"It is lucky that you have the protection of your father, child," he states solemnly, fixing the boy with an expression known to make even the oldest members of his Grandmother's court tremble in their finery. "You've committed such an egregious crime, trespassing on that which belongs to your prince. How do you plead your case?"

Silver's innocent laughter is answer enough as he reaches for the fae without a trace of fear, and Malleus finds himself indulging with an ease unknown as he situates the child comfortably in his lap, tapping a nail gently against the side of the boy's nose. "Guilty as charged, hm? Then as reparations for the suffering you've put Dragon-kun through, you shall assist me in his feeding time. Pay attention now, this is your most sacred duty . . ."

You know how Ms Ji's cooking is horrendous but Yohan and Elijah (and I assume Isaac?) ate it all without complaining for what seems to be years. If she was the one to raise Yohan, that means she's been cooking in that house since he was a baby. I'm wondering then, why would Kang Jisang keep a housekeeper that can barely cook ? And apparently not say anything because to the day Gaon tries her cooking, she's not sure why the kangs stopped eating it ?

Either 1) Jisang liked her food 2) had some form of ageusia/didnt care for the taste of food, maybe as a self flagellation method idk. 3) Ms Ji's cooking wasn't always like that !

I'm thinking that maybe it was normal, nothing amazing about it but decent enough, until a bit before jisang's death or after the church fire. Elijah mentions that she's obsessed with adding healthy ingredients everywhere even if it does not match the dishes she's making. I wonder if Ms Ji does it with the intention to promote healing or something like it, especially once Elijah loses the ability to walk and Yohan has second to third degree burns on his back. Would also sort of explain why they don't dare tell her anything about it, because she was trying so hard and they didnt want to hurt her feelings by telling her upfront that the food wasnt edible..

the headcanon that North makes herself pretty for Markus throughout the game has bothered me so bad. You can headcanon this if you want to, but to me it seems rather odd.

North doesn't always need to revolve around a man. She can make herself pretty for herself.

To me, she just wants to change her outfit and other things to embrace herself. To embrace her past. Yes, Markus did give her hope I'm not denying that, but my interpretation of her constantly changing herself (hair, nails, make up, clothes) is just to embrace herself and her last outfit really shows that. Markus just gave her the push she needed by saying that she has to know where she comes from to know who she is.

Overall a woman doesn't need to "make herself pretty" for a man. She can do it for herself! It's okay! Let north be a character on her own abeg 😭
