"sacrifice, that's what we do for the people we love"
being the middle child in the winchester family...
Tumblr media
I’d imagine you being like two years younger than Dean and two years older than Sam. So like literally the middle child
Your memories of your mum are fuzzy but you can recall a few things
When Mary died you were only two so you didn’t really understand what was going on for a while.
When you all first left Lawernce you spent most of that first night in a motel room crying because you wanted your mom and your bed. (Dean had to comfort you cause John left his two toddlers and baby alone in a motel #dadoftheyear)
When you were like ten your dad told you about what he had been doing for the past eight years. You were terrified but he made you promise not to tell Sam. He also made sure you knew that it was your job to keep Sam safe.
Basically, you stopped being a child at ten.
You and your brothers were really close.
You and Dean basically trauma-bonded over hunting and also having wayyyy too much responsibility at a young age.
Out of you and Dean, you were more emotionally available so Sam tended to tell you more.
As he got older he would talk to you about getting out and stuff. While your dad and Dean were very much into hunting you and Sam were more of on the sidelines.
Sam got his love of reading from you. He’d always tell you about the books he was reading and what he was doing in class.
You’re the mediator for the family. It was always you who broke up fights. You were also able to calm your father down.
Mentioning in a passing comment that you didn’t want to hunt when you were like 15 and John flipped.
“If you don’t want to help kill the thing that killed your mom then you can get out.”
So you did. You left at 15 for 6 months.
In reality, you went to stay with Bobby but you never told your dad that.
Dean begged you to stay and would call every day. So would Sam.
Around this time Sam also started to want to leave.
“I wanna come stay with you.” You sighed leaning against the wall. The phone rested between your ear and shoulder. “You can't Sam. Dad would flip your too young.” He let out a frustrated noise but let the topic go. (for now)
Dean would also call often and beg you to come home.
“Look he didn’t mean it, alright. It was just a heat of the moment thing.”
You did eventually come back. (Bobby wasn’t happy but let you go)
Your brothers were overjoyed and you actually got an apology from your dad (shocker.)
Things were ok for a few years and then Sam got a bit older and started talking about school. He’d only talk to you about it though. It wasn’t that Dean hated the idea but he didn't understand.
One day when you were 18 and he was 16 Sam asked to talk in private. So you took him to a dinner near the motel and he told you about Stanford.
“One of my teachers thinks it's possible.” He pushed the pamphlet towards you. “I just need a signature from an adult and I know Dad won't sign it.” You quietly looked over the pamphlet for a moment. A sense of pride washed over you as well as relief. This was his way out. “Of course, I’ll sign it.”
You both kept it quiet for the next year and when his acceptance letter came in you both kept it to yourselves but you were so proud
#proud parent moment.
Though eventually, Dean found the letter.
“Did you know about this?” He asked holding up the letter. You felt your blood run cold as you grabbed the letter from him. “Yes. I did know.” You admitted. “It was me who signed the papers.” Your brother's eyes widened a look of betrayal crossed his face. “Why would you do that?” His voice began to rise as he spoke. “Because Sam deserves a future Dean.”
You two didn’t speak for a while after that. Dean got over it though.
When it came time for Sam to leave that's when all hell broke loose.
You’d never heard your dad yell so loud. He and Sam went back and forth for hours until your younger brother just walked out. You and Dean both followed him. After calming him down you went with him to the bus and said goodbye.
Dean was kinda non-plussed (inside he hated it and was worried sick). You were worried but happy that he was getting out.
When you and Dean went back to the motel John was furious. He blamed you (of course)
“This is your fault. You're the one who put all those ideas in his head and look what happened.”
Dean jumped in front of you and told him to back off.
“Sam’s his own person you can’t blame her for this!”
After this, you and Dean get closer. John starts taking more hunts alone meaning that you and Dean spend a lot of time just driving around.
You would probably class this as the first time in your life you felt truly happy. Hunting with Dean was easier and there were fewer arguments.
Sam would call u often to update you. When he told you that he’d met a girl you were so happy for him. (it really seemed he got out)
But then your dad went missing and Dean insisted on getting Sam to help.
You were glad to have both your brothers back but at the same time felt insanely guilty as you watched Sam fall back into hunting.

Home alone
One-shot
Winchester Brothers x Little sister! Reader
Masterlist
Request : Heyy, how are you doing? I was wondering if I could request for supernatural:3Maybe something where reader is Sam and Dean's little sister (13/14) and it's set on the first episode maybe. So, basically Sam leaves her home alone because he's going hunting with Dean, she finds out just in the morning because he hasn't left a note or anything and she starts to panic, but then she calls them and they calm her down? It's ok if you can't or don't take requests, I Hope you have a wonderful day! Remember to take care of yourself:3
A/N: Sorry it took a long time. I really do hope you'll like it. Maybe it won't be exactly how you expected it.
My eyes slowly opened as the birds sang softly near my window. I began to wipe the fatigue from my eyes as I sat up in bed. I had the weirdest dream last night. One where Dean entered the flat by a window and took Sam with him to find dad. It surely meant that I missed my dad and my brother after four years without seeing them. And Sam barely mentioning them nowadays didn’t help. As the drowsiness of sleep faded, I became aware of my surroundings and noticed that the apartment was eerily quiet this morning. This silence could only indicate two things: either it was very early, or I slept in. By the window, I could see that the sun was already up. I then decided to check my alarm to finally know what time it was. It was 8 AM. At least, I didn’t oversleep. Stretching my legs, I got up and made my way to the kitchen. Passing by the living room, I noticed that everything has been left untouched since yesterday. The coffee table was still covered in books and notebooks as well as various uncorked markers left haphazardly here and there. It was curious, since Sam was pretty much the tidy type, unlike Dean and I. I definitely won’t miss the opportunity to remind him that for once I was not the one leaving a mess behind.
But weirder, when I arrived in the kitchen I saw various cups and plates left on the table and the sink. Sam and Jess would never leave such a mess behind them. But they were probably still drunk from last night. “Sam? Jess?” I finally called. The silence was deafening. I thought for a second that maybe one of them was in the bathroom. So I came to the bathroom door and knocked softly. “Sam? Jess? Are you in there?” But again, complete silence was the only answer I got. There wasn’t even a water noise or the sound of someone brushing their teeth. There was only one room left, Sam and Jess’s. Maybe they were the ones oversleeping? I finally came to their room’s door. As I approached, I immediately noticed the absence of snoring noise. I then knocked on the door. I was once again met with utter silence. Frustration was slowly building in me. So I slowly opened the door and said “I’m coming inside! If I catch you doing something unsuitable for my innocent eyes, I won't be the most embarrassed!”. But, once the door was opened, I only saw a neatly made bed and an empty room.
I let out a rather loud sigh as I closed the door behind me. Maybe they went to the grocery store, or the library? I refuse to think about anything worse. But they would never leave me without at least a little note somewhere. So,  I made my way back to the kitchen to check the fridge to see if they left me a note. But there wasn’t anything in the fridge door or anywhere else. My heartbeat increased with each passing second. Panic was overtaking me and the worst case scenarios ran in my mind. What if something happened to them? What if our old ‘lifestyle’ finally caught up to us? Anxiety was slowly overwhelming me. But I tried to reassure myself and immediately thought about the table next to the door. I practically ran like a maniac toward it, in hope of finding something. But my hopes were crushed when I didn’t find a single note on the little notepad.
My last option was the phone. Thankfully, the little red light was flickering, indicating that someone had left a message. I pushed the button and silently prayed. But when I played the voicemail, I noticed that there wasn’t any message coming from Sam or Jess. I tried to call Jess and Sam right away. But I managed to get voicemail for both of them. “Sam, please! At least tell me you’re okay. I’m anxious. Please call me back soon!” I was really having trouble breathing. I let myself slide down the wall behind me and ended up sitting on the cold wooden floor. The flood of scary thoughts came back to torment me.
I always knew what lurked in the dark. Dad had made sure of it since I was little. Hell, he practically handed me a dagger when I told him I was afraid of monsters under my bed. Thankfully, Dean and Sam always made me feel safe. Even if I was only their half-sister, Dean and Sam were always there with me and never ostracized me for not having the same mother. If anything happened to them, I didn’t know what I would do. When Sam left for Stanford, he took me with him, leaving Dean and dad behind. They were always on my mind and I missed them everyday, especially Dean. He raised me more than dad ever did. I often had nightmares where something bad happened to them. What if it already happened and Sam was the next to die? What if…? My fear overwhelmed me and clouded my mind with the most horrific visions of my family’s corpses.
My thoughts were suddenly interrupted by the phone ringing. Without even thinking, I jumped and threw myself on the phone. “Y/N?” His voice made my heart jump. “Sam?! Where are you? Are you okay? Where’s Jess?” I blurted out in haste, almost out of breath. “Easy, Y/N. Everything’s okay. Jess is at the library. She probably forgot to tell you, sorry. She’ll come back soon. I’m…” There was another male voice interrupting him. I recognized it right away. “Dean?! Oh my god, Dean! I’m so glad to hear your voice. I missed you so much.” I practically screamed on the phone. I heard a bit of bickering when Dean took the phone.”Happy to hear your voice too, sis. I miss you too.” I could hear the smile in his voice. I never felt more relieved in my life. But suddenly, I realized that if these two were together, it meant that something bad happened. “What happened?”, I asked anxiously. There was a bit of silence before Dean replied “Well, dad didn’t come back from one of his hunts. So I came to your apartment last night to get Sam’s ass in the car and try to find dad.” So, I heard them last night. I thought that it was a dream.
“But, why didn’t you take me with you?” I asked and I knew that hurt was evident in my voice when I heard him sigh. “Listen Y/N, we didn’t want you involved in this. You finally have a normal life and we couldn't take it away from you just like that. It’s just another hunt involving what we think is a kind of ghost. It’s basically milk run for us. Soon, I’ll drive Sam back and you’ll keep living your life as if nothing happened.” “A normal life?! Are you kidding? I still sleep with a dagger under my pillow, just in case.” I heard Dean taking a deep breath. He was probably looking for a witty comeback , as always. But before he could answer, I heard Sam. “Y/N, we’re really sorry. But we didn’t know whether it was dangerous or not. We can’t risk losing our baby sis. Dean and I are going to be careful and I promise we’ll be back soon.” “We? Dean will join us?” I asked, hopeful. There was a bit of silence before I heard Dean reply “Well, we’ll see kiddo. It’s up to Sammy.” I heard Sam protesting at the nickname. “I just want to have my brothers with me.” I said, my voice cracking a bit. “I know, sweetheart.”, said Dean in a breath. “It’s a matter of days, I promise. We’ll find that bitch’s corpse, salt and burn it. We’ll be with you in no time.” He said in a reassuring tone. I smiled a little, but it didn’t reach my eyes. “What about dad?” I finally asked. “He can’t be that far. Don’t worry.”, said Sam. “Also, I’m sorry I didn’t leave a note. I didn't have the time.”, he added. “It’s okay, don’t worry about it. Just promise me you’ll both be careful and come back safe.” “We promise.”, they said in unison. “And please, update me whenever you can. I love you, goofs.” I heard them laugh. “Okay. We love you too, sis. See you soon.”, said Dean. And they hung up the phone.
I fell back on the floor, half relieved and half anxious. Trouble was definitely on the way, but at least, they were okay. I just had to wait for their next call. A sudden noise made me jump. To my relief, it was Jess. “Hey, Y/N! Sorry I didn’t tell you I was going to the library. But I figured that you would forgive me if I came back with your favorite pie.”, she said while shaking a bag. I got up and hugged her. She hugged me back while laughing a little “Wow. I know you love pie but not at this point.” She didn't know how  happy I was to see her.
 Timeskip
Fire, fire everywhere. Jess was on the ceiling, burning and bleeding. I couldn’t do anything to help her. Dean had to grab both Sam and I before fire could attain us. Her face, her cries for help, it was replaying in my mind endlessly. I would never be able to forget it.
Dean sat me on the curb, in the midst of the chaos around us. “Y/N, are you okay?”, he asked with a concerned voice. I vaguely nodded my head, still in shock. I couldn't even cry. I threw a glance at Sam. He was devastated. He was crying hard while clinging to me as if he was afraid I would disappear. They finally both took me in their arms. I missed that. But it was sad to have to wait for such a tragedy to finally have my brothers with me. After a moment, Dean sighed and  said “ I guess you’ll have to come with us, now.” And in no time, I was on the backseat of the Impala while Dean was driving to our next destination.

a little mini series for you, I hope you like!
Tumblr media
All my life, the only thing I ever wanted was to be noticed.
I wanted my parents to notice when I had done well on a test that was hard for me.
I wanted my friends to notice when I was quiet or felt out of the loop.
I desperately wanted that cute guy in my biology class to notice that I had spent the entire semester taking detailed notes just so I could help him study.
I just wanted someone, anyone to notice me.
It was never me though.
It was always my older brother Jared.
It was like he always had to one up me.
Nothing was ever mine.
For example, whenever I would ace a test, Jared would somehow be offered some prestigious award for academics.
He hung out with all the popular guys, and the girls practically threw themselves at him.
It was like he didn’t even have to try.
It's only gotten worse since he'd landed a starring role on the new hit show Supernatural.
Jared didn't know if they would even make it past the first season, but the show was an instant success. It catapulted him to stardom. Girls from all over the world were crazed about my brother.
It kind of grossed me out.
I had to admit, I was getting a lot of recognition now too, but it was always (y/n) Padalecki, sister of Jared, and never just (y/n).
I mean I love my brother to death, he's the best, but sometimes it would feel nice not to be so, so invisible.
I stretched my muscles with a sigh.
I had finally landed in Canada.
I was going to be visiting Jared for awhile, while they filmed season two of supernatural. I missed him like crazy.
I was also taking a much needed break from fashion school in New York.
"Moose!" I squealed, spotting the top of my brother's head.
I could hear Jared groan from across the airport. I chuckled as he hated being called Moose.
I pushed through the crowd of people, finally seeing my brothers dorky face.
He rolled his eyes before pulling me in to a bone crushing hug.
"I missed you moose." I said as I squeezed him.
"I missed you too brat." Jared laughs.
He lets me go, setting me back on my feet.
"come on, Jensen's waiting for us back at our house." Jared said grabbing my bag.
"wait you and Jensen are living together?" I asked, my cheeks tinting with a blush.
"yeah, we decided to just rent a place together this season, it'll be easier, is that okay?"
"mmhmm." I nodded not trusting my voice to formulate an actual answer.
Jensen Ackles.
my brother's crazy hot co-star.
and according to him, best friend, besides me of course.
I met Jensen before they started filming season one.
Jared and Jensen went on "bonding" trips together, I guess to make playing brother's more believable. I had been invited on a few. Of course I was always pushed to wayside, but I didn't mind.
It gave me the opportunity to gawk at the eye candy that is Jensen Ackles.
He wasn't just hot though.
He was more complex then that.
He was kind, he was funny, he was easy to get along with.
and I was completely crushing on him.
It didn’t matter though.
It wasn't like he noticed me.
I was completely off his radar.
"how's design school?" Jared asked breaking the silence.
"I just needed a break I guess. It's a cutthroat industry, and I don't know if I'm cut out for it." I admitted.
"what of course you are, you're insanely talented! I mean why do think I always call you before award shows? I trust you to make sure I don't look like a dork!" Jared laughed.
"well I hate to break it to you moose, but you always look like a dork, the clothes aren't going to help you." I smirked, earning a punch to the arm.
"ugh thanks to you the entire supernatural cast calls me moose now!" Jared groans.
"well if the shoe fits." I shrugged earning another punch to the arm.
"I could always call you gigantor, if you like that better." I added pushing my brother's buttons.
"I think we'll stick with moose."
Jared pulls in to a condominium.
It's beautiful, fit for celebrities I guess.
"wow, living the high life I see." I said as my eyes traveled around the luxurious condo.
"It's definitely crazy."
I gazed at my brother, seeing his shoulders slumped over.
I can't imagine how he was feeling.
I mean his life basically changed overnight. He can't go out now without girls flocking him. He has no privacy.
I know he won’t let it show, but I could tell the pressure that comes along with his new found fame gets to him sometimes.
I walked over to my brother wrapping my arms around his tall frame, squeezing him again.
"I'm really glad you're here brat, it's kind of nice to have some sense of normalcy." Jared said running a hand through my hair.
"hate you." I whispered with a smile.
"hate you too." Jared smirked.
I stepped away from Jared, just as the door flung open revealing Jensen.
"is that baby moose I hear out here? "
I swallowed harshly as he came over wrapping his arms around me in a hug. I felt the blood rush to my cheeks and I hugged him back, nonchalantly taking in his sweet scent.
"Hi J." I said quietly.
Jensen stepped back, letting his eyes rake over me. I couldn't help but shrink under his gaze.
It was intimidating.
I took this time to stare at him too.
He's different.
His muscles were more defined now, signifying he'd been working out for the role.
His hair was still short but messy.
He had a very light stubble on his face that made his jawline more defined.
He looked good.
Better than good.
He looked sexy.
I heard Jared clear his throat loudly, making me tear my eyes away from Jensen. A heat spread throughout my body.
I wondered what Jensen was thinking.
"Jensen and I have a meeting with the director, I'll uh help you take your things in and then you can get settled while we're gone." Jared said.
I nodded my head as Jared grabbed my bag from the trunk, taking it inside.
"it's nice to see you baby moose." Jensen said offering me a cheeky smile before getting in the car.
I bit my lip, hiding the blush that spread to my cheeks. I followed Jared in to the house, which was even more extravagant on the inside.
"I guess it pays to be famous." I said spinning around to get a complete view.
"I'm not famous, just lucky." Jared laughed.
"yeah that's why a fangirl followed me around in the grocery store the other day, asking me a million questions about you."
"wait that actually happens?" Jared laughed.
"more times than I would care to admit." I said joining in Jared's laughter.
our laughter died down, a comfortable silence settling in between us.
"uh your room is upstairs, the third door on the right, next to Jensen's, you sure you're going to be okay here?" Jared asked handing me my duffle bag.
"I think I'll manage."
"I'll be back soon."
Jared placed a kiss on my forehead, before going out to join Jensen in the car. I watched them drive away before going to find my room.
Jensen
Jared got in the car giving me a stern look.
"what?" I asked innocently.
"don't what me, dude that's my sister." Jared growled.
"I have no idea what you're talking about." I smirked.
"just keep your eyes away from my sister."
"I wasn't even looking." I laughed as I pulled out of the drive way heading over to the studio.
I was looking though.
She was different.
She looked different.
Her hair was longer.
She definitely grew in to her body.
She was no longer the lanky girl I had come to know.
I would be lying if I said my eyes didn't linger on her now defined chest.
She looked good.
Better than good.
She looked beautiful.
Fuck.
I shouldn't be thinking like this.
I mean this was my best friend's sister.
I know Jared would kill me if he knew I was thinking this way.
I better stop.
I didn’t want to though.
"hello, earth to Jensen." Jared said waving a hand in front of my face.
"sorry man, what did you say?"
"I asked if you were coming."
I looked up seeing we were in the parking lot of the studio.
I wasn't sure when we arrived, or how we arrived in one piece considering I wasn't paying attention.
"uh yeah sorry, just thinking about this meeting." I lied smoothly.
I just hope I can focus enough so I don't lose my job.
Reader
I finally settled in, unpacking my things and familiarizing myself with the layout of the house. It's been over two hours and the boys still aren't home.
I heard my stomach rumble.
I was starving.
I walked down to the kitchen, opening the fridge. I saw some ham and cheese.
Oh gosh a sandwich sounds good right now. I looked around in the cabinets, looking for the bread.
I finally found it, high up on a shelf.
Moose.
He needs to learn that not everyone is as freakishly tall as he is.
I stood on my tiptoes reaching for it, but alas I didn't get the height genes that Jared had. I huffed blowing a piece of hair from my face. I stood on my tiptoes trying again.
I heard a chuckle from behind me, causing me to snap my head back.
"need some help there baby moose?"
I blushed a deep red as Jensen came up behind me, reaching the bread with ease.
I could feel the heat radiating from his body just from the proximity.
I wondered what it would be like to be this close to him in a heated moment.
I let my imagination run wild for a moment before realizing he still lingered behind me.
He cleared his throat before stepping away.
I let out a shaky breath I didn't know I was holding.
"thanks." I whispered shyly.
"you know for a baby moose, you aren't all that tall." Jensen smirked.
"yeah, no Jar stole all those genes." I said causing him to chuckle.
"well baby moose I will gladly reach the bread for you anytime." Jensen said making me blush harder.
I'm sure I looked like an idiot from how bad I was blushing over his words.
"uh is Jared back?" I managed to choke out.
"uh not yet, they needed him to shoot a promo for the new season, he asked me to come check on you." Jensen said sitting down at the kitchen island.
I rolled my eyes at his protectiveness.
I was twenty two now.
I didn't need a babysitter.
"Jared still thinks I need a babysitter." I spoke as I took out two pieces of bread starting to make a sandwich.
"he's just worried about you."
"I can handle myself."
"I have no doubt about that." Jensen said.
I snuck a glance at him, accidentally meeting his eyes. He wore a smirk on his plump lips that got my heart racing.
"I have to, I mean now that you two are like major celebrities." I laughed.
"okay, hang on I was major celebrity before supernatural." Jensen joked.
I rolled my eyes throwing my cheese wrapper at him.
He dodged it with ease laughing at my antics.
"of course how I could I forget your starring role on Dawson's Creek."
"I don't know because I definitely made season six of that show." Jensen laughed.
“I never watched it.” I shrugged.
Okay that wasn’t exactly the truth.
I did watch it.
I watched it for him.
“well we’ll definitely have to change that.” Jensen said getting up from the island.
I let my eyes linger on his form as it retreated up the stairs.
I was hopeless.
I was completely hooked on someone I would never have.
I sighed sitting down and digging in to my sandwich. I didn’t realize how hungry I was.
I heard the door open, seeing Jared walk in.
He sat down beside me taking the other half of my sandwich.
“I made that for me you ass!” I whined hitting his chest.
“yeah out of my fridge!”
I rolled my eyes.
He had a point.
“how was your meeting?” I asked as we ate.
“really good, we’re all excited for filming to start.”
I wondered what it would be like to be on camera. I definitely didn’t have a face or body for film.
“actually there’s this party tomorrow, for the cast, kind of like a kick off to the new season, do you want to come with me?” Jared asked.
I was never a big fan of parties.
Jared always tried to get me to go to high school parties but it was never my thing.
“I guess, but just for you.” I said booping his nose.
I finished my sandwich, making sure to clean up after myself.
“I’m uh going to head to bed early, I’m exhausted from the flight.” I said giving Jared a hug.
I jogged up the steps towards my room. I felt the heat radiating from the bathroom as I passed it.
I could see the door was slightly cracked.
I peaked in seeing Jensen in only a towel.
He was wiping the condensation off the mirror.
I couldn’t stop my eyes from traveling over his toned chest and back.
I swallowed the lump in my throat as I stared.
I would give anything to be able to run my hands down his body.
I bit my lip, forcing my body to move away from the door before I was caught staring.
I crashed on to the bed, letting my thoughts linger on the gorgeous man.
I wondered what his lips tasted like.
I wondered how it would feel to have his hands caressing my body as we kissed.
I wondered how his body would feel on top of mine.
I choked back a moan as I thought about him in such an intimate way.
A loud knock on my door tore me away from my thoughts.
I quickly sat up, I could feel just how flushed I was.
“uh come in.” I squeaked.
I was surprised when Jensen came in setting a laptop on my bed. I gave him a confused look as he typed away.
“Dawson’s Creek season six.” He smiled turning the laptop towards me.
I laughed as I brought the laptop to my lap.
“I’ll leave you to it.” Jensen said walking towards the door.
“aren’t you going to watch it with me?” I asked slightly disappointed.
“oh no, I never watch myself on tv, but make sure you pay attention cause I’m going to quiz you tomorrow.” He said.
I rolled my eyes at his antics.
“Goodnight Jensen.”
“Goodnight baby moose.”
I hit play, even though I had already seen every episode he was in.
I watched anyways.
I watched until I couldn’t keep my eyes open.
I watched until I fell into a deep slumber, plagued by dreams of a man I know I would never have.
I woke up to a light pounding on my door. It was bright out, but still appeared to be early morning.
Jared strode in wearing running gear.
It was nice to see he still took his morning runs.
It was something that always made him feel at peace, helped with his anxiety.
“ugh what time is it?” I groaned throwing a pillow over my head to block out the sun.
“five am, come on a run with me.” Jared beamed.
“Jared normal people don’t go for runs at five in the morning.”
“good thing you’re far from normal.” Jared joked pulling the pillow away from my face.
“I don’t want to go for a run, I want to sleep.” I pouted.
“pretty please, for me?”
I glanced up at Jared to see him giving me the puppy dog eyes.
Damn.
He knows I can’t say no to his puppy dog eyes.
“you better get me an extra large cup of coffee after this.” I groaned throwing my legs over the side of the bed.
I threw on some workout clothes, making my way downstairs. I was surprised to see Jensen standing in the kitchen in workout gear.
Fuck.
I was uncoordinated, and the last thing I wanted to do was run in front of Jensen.
“you managed to get baby moose to come, impressive.” Jensen smirked.
I rolled my eyes grabbing a bottle of water.
“I uh hope you didn’t stay awake too long watching your new favorite show.” Jensen said laughing.
“It was alright, Pacey is definitely my favorite character.” I shot back walking past him towards the door where Jared was waiting.
“and what about CJ?”
“I mean he was alright in the beginning I guess, turned in to kind of a dick.”
“oh yeah how so?”
“I mean he did sleep with Audrey even though he knew Jen was in to him, kind of a dick move.” I shrugged.
Jensen huffed rolling his eyes.
“I didn’t write the script.” Jensen shrugged.
“It might’ve been better if you did.” I said, giving him one last glance before starting to jog.
I jogged at a steady pace, close behind Jared and Jensen.
I was smaller then both of them, so I took smaller strides.
I have to admit I did feel at peace.
I enjoyed the gentle morning canadian breeze nipping at my cheeks.
I was taking in all the beautiful sights around me.
I liked it here.
It seemed like we weren’t jogging for long before we were stopping at a little coffee shop.
“I believe I owe you an extra large cup of coffee.” Jared said glancing at me.
“I believe you are correct.”
“I’ll be right back, you want anything J?” Jared asked turning towards Jensen.
“nah man I’m alright.”
Jared nodded at us before disappearing inside the coffee shop.
It was silent as I stared at the quiet street, the town not quite awake yet.
“did you really hate CJ?” Jensen spoke making me glance at him.
“I think hate is a strong word, more thoroughly disliked him.” I laughed.
Jensen furrowed his eyebrows as I chuckled.
Was this bothering him?
“I like the guy who plays him better.” I spoke, not thinking about how it sounded.
I felt my cheeks heat up as I realized what I just said.
“oh well good.” Jensen responded, rubbing his neck nervously.
I was about to respond when Jensen grabbed my arm pulling me to his chest.
“Careful!” he shrieked as the coffee shop door flung open, almost smacking me in the face.
I swallowed nervously as he stared down at me, our bodies pressed together.
It felt even better than I had imagined.
“thanks for that.” I whispered tearing my eyes away from his.
I felt as if my heart would jump out of my chest at any moment from how fast it was beating.
I could feel his eyes lingering on me.
Jensen carefully tucked a piece of hair behind my ear that had fallen from my ponytail.
I shivered at his touch, feeling as if my body was suddenly engulfed in flames.
It felt good to be touched by him.
It felt heavenly.
I quickly jumped away from him, hearing Jared’s voice reappearing.
“what’s going on?” Jared asked looking between me and Jensen.
“uh baby moose is as clumsy as you say.” Jensen smirked, causing Jared to laugh.
I rolled my eyes taking my coffee from Jared.
I walked back to the condo as Jensen and Jared jogged ahead.
I was taking time to sip my coffee.
I was taking time to control my racing heart.
what in the world happened back there?
I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming.
Ouch.
Okay that hurt.
and I’m not dreaming.
I bit my lip trying to fight the smile that made it’s way to my face.
I have no idea what that was.
but I liked it.
I liked it a lot.
I made it back to the condo, being informed that the boys had to go to the studio to shoot more promos for the new season, and that they’d be back to get me for the party tonight. I gave them a wave, crashing on to the couch from exhaustion.
I remember now why I don’t run at five in the morning.
I grabbed a blanket off the couch, curling up to catch a few more hours of sleep.
I woke up around noon, sleeping later than I would’ve liked.
I got up making myself some breakfast.
I passed the time watching more Dawson’s Creek.
It wasn’t like I had anything else to do.
It was starting to get later, I needed to get ready for this party.
I grabbed a simple mini dress throwing it on.
I glanced at my reflection in the mirror.
I didn’t completely hate what I saw.
I didn’t love it either.
I wasn’t anything exceptional.
It was no wonder I was so invisible.
I heard the boys come back home, stomping up the stairs like a herd of elephants.
I put a light coat of makeup on, before brushing through my hair.
I heard my door opening, making me glance over.
Jared stood there in a button up and some jeans.
“you look beautiful.” Jared smiled.
“thanks moose, you look, well very moose like.” I laughed as Jared gave me an annoyed look.
“come on brat, it’s time to go.” Jared said rolling his eyes.
I grabbed my purse, following him down the stairs. Jensen stood there waiting, wearing an outfit similar to Jared’s.
He looked handsome.
He looked flawless.
I could feel his eyes linger on me as I descended the staircase.
“ready to go?” Jensen asked looking at me and Jared.
I nodded my head nervously.
I didn’t like parties.
I would suffer through this one for Jared.
and maybe a little bit to be with Jensen.
I played with the hem of my dress as Jensen drove. It was a silent car ride, nobody bothering to make conversation.
I sighed as Jensen pulled up to the studio.
I hesitantly got out, already overwhelmed with the number of cars in the parking lot.
I could feel the nerves taking over my body making it shake slightly.
I felt a hand on my shoulder making me relax a little.
“it’s going to be okay, just stick with me.” Jared said offering a smile.
I gave him a forced one, following him and Jensen inside.
Jensen disappeared immediately when we got in, going to hug various cast and crew members.
I have to admit I got a little jealous watching him hug multiple women.
It wasn’t like I had a right to be.
Jensen looked right through me.
I just had to accept that.
“I want you to meet Jim.” Jared said grabbing my hand and pulling me to an older gentleman.
I made sure to act super polite as I met various cast and crew members that I hadn’t met the first season.
I felt like Jared’s shadow as he made his way around the room. I didn’t know anyone really except for Jensen and Jeffery Dean Morgan.
I had already talked to Jeff for a little so now I had nothing else to do except following Jared around like a lost puppy dog.
It was exhausting listening to conversations I didn’t really care about.
I needed some air.
I quietly slipped out the door, not that anyone would notice I was gone.
Jared was too busy basking in the limelight.
I was happy for him, don’t get me wrong, it’s just hard to be in his shadow sometimes.
I sighed looking around the studio parking lot. A bunch of trailers sat on the lot, with names of cast members etched on the doors. I found the one that said Jared Padalecki, and took a seat on the steps.
It was a beautiful night out.
It was quiet.
I took a deep breath blowing it out of my nose in a huff.
“you know the parties inside right?”
I jumped as Jensen’s voice took me by surprise.
“geez Jensen I never noticed how observant you were.” I joked rolling my eyes at him.
“not a fan of parties huh?”
“uh not really, they were always sort of Jared’s thing.” I answered with a shrug.
“yeah they’re not so much my thing either, too many people.” Jensen said.
I nodded my head, an awkward silence falling between us.
“uh do you want to see my trailer?” Jensen asked.
I felt the all too familiar heat creep up my spine.
“uh okay.” I whispered, flushed.
Jensen extended his hand pulling me to my feet.
It turns out his trailer was right beside Jared’s. He opened the door allowing me to step in.
It had his wardrobe for Dean in it, a small couch, a mini fridge, and a bathroom. I let my fingers graze over his costumes, observing a few articles closely.
“It’s nice.” I smiled plopping on the couch.
It was rather comfy for a small sofa.
“perks of being like a major celebrity.” Jensen smirked, quoting me from yesterday.
Jensen sat down beside me, our bodies just inches from each other due to the small size of the sofa.
“I’m uh glad you’re here baby moose, Jared’s a lot happier when you are.” Jensen said giving me a smile.
“I’m glad I’m here too.”
It was quiet, another awkward silence falling between us.
“we should probably head back inside, people are going to wonder where we are.” Jensen said standing up.
I stood up too.
“wondering where you are maybe, in case you haven’t noticed I’m pretty good at being invisible.” I said with a slight frown.
“well I can see you.”

Masterlist
Daddy: Put some nice clothes on and pack a bag, we're going on a date tonight.
You couldn't help but choke on a sob as you read your phone. Your brain was hurting from crying so much. You tried desperately to understand Dean's anger and frustration with you.
You quickly got dressed after Dean left you alone in the motel room, wondering if you'd see him again later in the night or if he'd distract himself with a girl that wasn't you. It hurt to think about the latter.
You didn't understand why Dean was so upset with you or why he was upset with himself, it just didn't make any sense. What you were doing wasn't wrong. What was wrong with showing Dean how much you loved him?
Although it's true that you had never done anything like that with Dean before, you never would have taken it further if it weren't for that night of your first party.
He kissed you first. He used you first. He pleasured himself above your body before you had even thought to make an advance on him. Why was Dean suddenly changing his mind, and why was he calling it wrong?
You couldn't help but feel like Dean was lying to you because he felt guilty for some unknown reason.
Dean had told you that what you were doing with John was wrong, even what you were doing with Sammy. But you knew deep down that neither Sam nor your father had never hurt you before and that they never would.
Why would Dean ever suggest that anything was amiss?
You snapped out of your thoughts and picked at the skin on your hands, looking up as you heard the motel door open.
You had hoped to see Dean, to ask him all of your millions of questions, but Sam walked through the door. Sam's face dropped as he saw you sitting on the bed crying and immediately made his way over to you.
"Did Dean tell you?" Sam asked and you furrowed your eyebrows, growing confused.
You slowly nodded your head, sniffling, and Sam took a seat on the bed next to you. How would Sam already know what Dean 'told' you and what was there to tell? You had already assumed that Dean was lying.
"I'm sorry, Y/N. I'm really really sorry. I just- I figured you knew already and that you were okay with it." Sam put a hand on your shoulder reassuringly and you tried your best to hide your confusion.
Already knew what?
Was Dean really being serious? Was what you were doing with Sam and John actually wrong? It still wasn't clicking in your brain, and you found yourself needing to know more.
"I wish you would have told me sooner," You suggested, hoping to pry some more information out of Sam.
"I thought Dad had told you, honestly, I did. I never would have let you come on to me if I knew," Sam gave you a half smile as the tears continued to flow down your face.
It still didn't make sense. John was the one who taught you everything about life, and now Sam and Dean were both telling you that he had kept a huge secret from you. John would never keep a secret from you. You were sure of it.
"I still don't get it, Sammy," You sighed, frowning as you looked over at him. "What's so wrong about it? It's just love. Daddy says it's normal."
"Dad lied to you," Sam stated simply, not expounding as your face turned to shock.
Why would John ever lie to you? It just wasn't in his nature. You knew he loved you more than anything.
"What's wrong with it?" You asked again and Sam's lip trembled before he bit it to keep it still. "Is it because I did it with you too? Daddy says he's the only man I can trust enough."
"Dad's sick, Y/N. He manipulated you into thinking it was okay to do those things with him when it's not, you're not supposed to do that stuff with your family." Sam tried his best to explain and you tried your best to understand.
"Why not?" You pried and Sam sighed before taking a long moment to think.
"He's supposed to take care of you: Feed you, shelter you, buy you clothes. He's not supposed to want sex from you and you're not supposed to want sex with him. No father should want to have sex with his daughter. It's incest." Sam continued to explain and you shook your head, trying your best to understand.
"Then why did you let me come on to you?" You asked and Sam scrubbed his face with his palm whilst taking a deep inhale.
"I thought you didn't care about right or wrong. I thought you knew we weren't supposed to do those things together, but you still wanted to." Sam frowned and you followed suit.
"But I did want to do those things with you," You mentioned quietly, tears streaming down your face.
"But you didn't understand how wrong it was," Sam held your hand but you yanked it out of his grasp.
"I don't get it, Sammy. I'm really trying," You sniffled to yourself, feeling your eyes well with even more tears.
"It's okay, Y/N. You didn't know, and Dean and I are going to make sure Dad gets what he deserves, okay? We're not going to let him hurt you anymore." Sam said and you furrowed your eyebrows as you grew even more confused.
"He wasn't hurting me, Sam. He must have just forgotten to tell me," You shook your head, trying to fit all the pieces together.
"No, he didn't tell you on purpose so that you would want to have sex with him. He was abusing you."
"Why would he do that?" You sobbed.
John was the one man on Earth who you were supposed to trust. Even more than you were meant to trust Sam and Dean. The pieces weren't fitting together.
"Because he's sick in the head. And I guess I am too. It's not natural. I'm just happy that Dean found out before it went any further." Sam half-smiled again and you looked down at your lap, a strange sense of shame attached to your conscious.
You felt embarrassed that you were so easily taken advantage of. You felt embarrassed that you didn't know. But above all, you felt angry.
You weren't sure if you were angry with yourself for not knowing that it was 'wrong', if you were angry because Sam and Dean suddenly had a change of heart and it made you feel unwanted, or if you were angry because John had never mentioned it to you.
John had taught you everything there was to know about life. He taught you how to bathe, how to shoot a gun, and how to cook breakfast.
John did everything you thought a good father did- you thought that being a good father also included sex with their daughter.
It hurt your heart to know that he was only using you.
"Does that mean we can't do it together anymore?" You asked, hoping Sam would give you the answer that you wanted.
"I don't know, Y/N," Sam flattened his lips, looking sadder by the second. "I just know that Dad needs to pay for what he's done to you. He is the reason all of this is happening. It's not your fault."
"But what if I don't want to stop?" You asked.
You didn't want to lose the relationship that you had with each of your family members. You didn't want John to pay, you wanted to continue loving him in the only way you knew how.
"Then, that's up to you. I don't know if I can go on knowing the things I know now. It makes me feel sick." Sam frowned, looking down at his lap.
"Oh," Was all that came out as your heart tore into a million pieces.
beep boop beep boop
Your anxiety only rose as the date with John went on further because you knew what would follow afterward.
Sam had fallen asleep early and your father had asked you to meet him outside before the both of you left. A part of you felt guilty for not telling Sam where you were going, but you knew that Sam would not have been okay with it.
As much as how Sam felt about the situation was completely valid and you desperately wanted to let Sam protect you from John, the thought of your father's disappointment was more dominant.
You managed to make conversation at dinner and you found yourself falling into your ways. Your heart had longed for this night for so long that it felt wrong to not see it through until the end.
In addition to your longing for this night, you still loved your father more than anyone in the world. Now more confused than ever, you battled internally between asking John for the truth and giving in to your own desires.
As John kissed your neck, sprawled over the top of you, you couldn't stop replaying your interaction with Dean earlier.
Was Dean lying to you? You tried your best to come up with alternate explanations for his behavior but nothing ever made sense. Was he just jealous? Did he want you all to himself? Did he figure out that he didn't want you in that way after he fingered you?
The only thing that seemed to make sense, in addition to your conversation with Sam, was that Dean was telling the truth. It was eating at you as you began to feel slightly disgusted by John's large body on top of yours.
"How are you feeling, baby?" John smiled as he came up for air, pushing the hair out of your face.
"Good," You lied, giving him a small smile.
"Good," John chuckled in return, placing his lips on yours for a slow, lingering kiss.
You found it hard to kiss him back as a million more questions popped into your head.
Was it bad that you wanted to stop? Would you disappoint John? And what would he do in response?
You didn't want to know the answer to any of those questions so you stayed silent as John took his shirt off.
"Get undressed for me, darling," John didn't seem to pick up on your uneasiness.
You hesitated for a moment, watching as John began to take his pants off, but ultimately decided to sit up and take your shirt off.
John looked back at you smirking, and you felt chills run down your spine. You decided to stop undressing as you waited for John to notice how uncomfortable you felt.
"Need help?" John asked, slowly walking toward you.
John yanked your ankles, your back hitting the bed as he slid you toward the end. His hand then traveled up your legs, dipping underneath your skirt to rest on your thighs.
"Daddy?" You asked timidly.
"Yes, baby?" He responded, pulling your panties down your legs before looking back up at you.
You weren't even sure what you were going to say, but you knew that you wanted to stop. You no longer cared if it upset John.
"I don't know if I'm ready," You managed to utter, propping yourself up on your elbows as you held your legs shut.
"That's okay, sweetheart. You know Daddy will take his time with you. I'm always very careful with my little girl." John pushed your skirt up your legs and your hands instinctively pushed the fabric back down. "What's wrong?"
"I don't know," You weren't sure what to say.
You didn't want to out Sam or Dean for telling you because you weren't even sure if they were telling the truth, but you didn't know how to tell John that you no longer wanted to have sex with him.
"Don't get cold feet with me now, darling. Daddy really wants to fuck his little girl." John chuckled, palming his erection through his boxers.
You swallowed as John began to push the cotton down his legs, revealing his incredibly large member. You shuddered at the thought of it entering inside of you, even more scared of the fact that there was a possibility that John would be taking advantage of you.
When John's hands began to spread your legs, your body fought with little resistance. He pulled you so that your ass was nearly hanging off the bed and rested his cock over your heat, groaning as he slowly thrust his hips.
"It's okay, baby. Daddy loves you and he wants to take care of you. Can you let Daddy take care of you?" John leaned over you, reaching underneath your body to unclasp your bra.
John pulled the cloth off of your chest with ease, letting out a growl as his large hands palmed at your breasts.
You felt your throat constrict as your tear ducts began to fill, not sure how to tell your father how you were feeling. John didn't seem to notice as he bent over to kiss your lips.
Paralyzed with fear, you couldn't bring yourself to return his kiss and after a few seconds, John pulled back.
"I'm really trying here, sweetheart. I can't make you feel good if you don't want me to, and I know that's not the case." John chuckled awkwardly as he pulled back, his face hovering a few inches above yours.
"Is it wrong?" You choked on a sob as the tears began to stream down your face.
"What?" John reacted instantly, his body tensing as his eyebrows furrowed. "Who told you that this was wrong?"
"Nobody," You said quietly, looking up at him with blurred vision as your tears continued to fall.
"I don't know what you're talking about, baby. This is meant to be. This is why God let me have you." John stroked a few stray hairs out of your face, rutting his hips a bit as his cock slid up and down your slit. "See how good you make Daddy feel? Daddy wants to do the same for you and he doesn't know how much longer he can wait."
You stared at him silently, your lips quivering as you tried to think of what to say. Your body shivered as John began to align himself with your entrance, poking into you ever so slightly.
"Just let me take care of you, baby. Try to enjoy it, okay?" John did his best to be reassuring, but it only made your stomach churn.
Your eyes screwed shut as John began to push himself into you. You instinctively let out a gasp as you grabbed onto his arms, digging your fingernails into his biceps.
Your neck craned back as your body did its best to accommodate your father and John took that as an opportunity to reach down and nip at your neck.
John continued to slowly work himself in, sending vibrations through your throat as he groaned at the feel of you.
"You feel so fucking good, baby," John moaned into your skin, gradually rutting his hips into you.
You squeezed tighter onto John's arms when he finally bottomed in you, your body rejecting the intrusion as your walls clamped around his cock, attempting to force him out.
"You're so fucking tight," John let out an airy laugh, groaning as he pulled his hips back and forth an inch or so.
Tears were steadily streaming down your face, your mind and body in unison and at war against John.
"Does it feel good, sweetheart? Does Daddy's cock feel so good inside of your tight pussy?" John chuckled, bringing his face above yours.
You didn't have the courage to look up at him, instead opting to keep your eyes shut as John began to pull out further before slamming into you.
John didn't seem to mind your lack of words, instead working off of the gasps that fled your throat in reaction to his movements. He snapped his hips faster and faster as your body got used to his size, and before you knew it, he was nearly leaving your pussy entirely before rutting back into you.
You weren't sure why, because the last thing you wanted was your father to be inside of you, but your arms wrapped around John's back, pulling him closer to you.
A part of you wanted for him to finish as quickly as possible and a part of you just wanted to be close to somebody whilst you dealt with your emotions. You hated how good it felt to hold John in your arms as he fucked into you like there was no tomorrow.
Opening your eyes, you grimaced each time John let out a hot, sweaty breath into your ear. Although you hated to admit it, it was beginning to feel good. You had a gut feeling that what was happening was wrong, but after your body adjusted to John, it began to betray the thoughts in your head.
Your pussy clenched around John's cock as you felt that familiar rumble in your core. Your eyes had not yet dried and they weren't showing any signs of doing that anytime soon, but your uncomfortable gasps soon turned into genuine moans of pleasure.
It felt so wrong as your climax approached, but half of you was desperate for a release. Your body instinctively brought your legs up to wrap around John's body.
As John reached a new depth you didn't know existed before, you gasped loudly as your orgasm became imminent.
"That's it, baby. Cum all over Daddy's cock," John cheered you on, reaching underneath your arms and resting your head in his hands.
When John reached down to kiss you this time, you didn't hesitate to kiss back. With all limbs, you held him as close as possible, locking your lips as your walls began to clench erratically.
"Daddy!" You let out a choked moan, terrified tears turning into those of pleasure.
"That's it. Good girl. Cum for your Daddy." John chuckled, opting to kiss your neck as he began to snap his hips faster.
"Mmm," Was all you could manage to utter out as your climax peaked.
You bit down on John's shoulder, digging your fingernails into his back as you started to come undone around your father.
Suddenly, John's hips began to move erratically. As you bit down on his soft skin and your walls contracted on their own accord, he bottomed inside of you one last time.
John's elongated groan in your ear caused your body to shake as you felt his length twitch unpredictably. With your euphoria washing away with each passing second, reality settled heavily in your stomach and you knew that you needed to escape.

Request by: @theslayerofthevampires
*not my gif*
Summary: Your co-star meets your other co-stars
A/N: I didn’t really know how to end it- sorry!!
Please don’t plagiarize my work, you may reblog if you like but I’m asking that you don’t steal my hard work
Tumblr media
“-so, yeah, I’d say there’s lots of pranks going around on set.” You snickered into the microphone.
To each side of you, your co stars began sobering up after the cackling that had taken place at the story you just told in response to a fan question.
The panel was going smoothly, Comic Con once again a success in your eyes as you sat in between Jared and Jensen for your last interview of the day.
You played their younger sister in the show, Supernatural, for the past four seasons now, and it was safe to say that you loved working on that show with your whole heart. The actors just made it even better.
All of a sudden, before another person could move to ask a question, the whole crowd let out one large, collective gasp that had your eyebrows furrowing in confusion along with Jensen and Jared’s.
“What? What is it? Is something on my face?” You hurriedly began swiping at your forehead with the back of your hand.
Then, everything went dark and you let out a small shriek of surprise. Someone had covered your eyes.
“Guess who,” A british voice you knew all too well floated through your ears.
“Tom!” You squealed in pure joy, leaping from your seat- practically dropping your microphone in the process- and turning around to give the man a large hug.
Several ‘awes’ of adoration sounded through the crowd at the action.
You pulled away from the brunette man after a moment with a large grin, “What’re you doing here?”
He smiled back, “A little birdie told me that you had a panel going on right now. My interview just got out so I asked around with some of the staff and they said it would be fine to drop by for a moment.”
Tom Holland was most famously your co-worker in various marvel movies that you starred in as Peter Parker’s sister, and you hadn’t seen the man in over five months due to conflicting work schedules.
“You gonna introduce us?” Jared’s voice filled the area and you could practically hear the teasing smile behind it.
“Right,” You spun around to face the two of them, as well as the rest of the crowd, while some staff brought out an extra seat and microphone for the man, “Guys, this is Tom. Tom, this is Jared and Jensen.”
“Hey, man,” Jensen greeted, shaking his hand, “Good to meet you.”
“You as well,” He answered back politely, “I’ve heard many things about the two of you.”
“All good things I hope.” Jared hopped it.
Tom slowly turned with a mock awkward look towards the audience, leading them to roar with laughter, you and the others joining along with giggles of your own.
“No, seriously though, of course I’ve heard some great things.” He chuckled a little bit when he rephrased.
Jared pressed his lips together, acting as if he was mad, “I can’t say the same about you.” Before dramatically whipping his head to face the other way.
The crowd was going crazy.
Through the bright lights, you could squint and see people that were doubling over in laughter that never seemed to end.
“So,” Jensen spoke into a mic, a wicked grin on his face, “I heard that you and Y/n, have been working together for years… any embarrassing stories you have about her?”
Your eyes widened and you quickly flew from your seat and slapped a hand over Tom's mouth, “No!” You shrieked, “No! No stories!”
The poor crowd hasn’t seemed to have caught their breath once since Tom appeared on stage.
You threw a glare in Jensens direction, “Not funny.” You said through gritted teeth.
He just laughed though, knowing it was all for show.
Finally, you relinquished your hold on Tom and wagged a warning finger in his face, “Don’t you dare, Mister. Or I’ll call your mother.” You threatened.
His eyes widened, no doubt with real horror this time, “You wouldn’t.”
“I would.” You crossed your arms determinedly over your chest.
“She does the same thing to us,” Jared gaped.
“Always threatening to call our wives.” Jensen continued.
All three men shuttered in sync.

A COLD SUMMER
Tumblr media
Jensen Ackles x Daughter!reader, Danneel Ackles x Stepdaughter!reader, Jared Padalecki x Nephew!reader
SUMMARY: When Y/n can't stop the voices in her head, she finally finds the courage to ask for help.
NOT: Y/n 17 is years old.
Word Count: 4.300
“JJ, you make me so angry sometimes!!” you shouted at your little sister. You were intolerant these days and JJ was starting to get stubborn with you.
"GO AWAY!" JJ shouted.
You combed your hair with your hands, "you better go to your room, JJ. I'm the older one and you should listen to me!"
"You are not my sister!"
You took a deep breath, "now, I'm going to call my mom!"
"She's not your mother, she's mine and the twins' mother!" JJ continued to scream.
You were stunned by what you heard. "What?" You hummed. Your eyes started to water and you swallowed hard.
Hearing the screams, Danneel came down from his room, "hey what's going on here?" asked. The woman approached them.
You pulled yourself together with your mother's arrival. You turned around and wiped the tears from your eyes.
"I asked you girls a question. Now tell me what's going on." When no one spoke, the woman turned to her eldest daughter, "Y/n?"
You calmly began to explain what happened, "I warned him many times about something she shouldn't do, but she didn't listen to me. So I got angry." You said. You didn't look at your mother. What JJ said was going around in your head; 'She's not your mother!'
After listening carefully, the woman turned to her little daughter, "JJ, I told you to listen to your big sister, right?"
"She's not my big sister!" JJ shouted the same words again. You looked at him and your eyes started to water again.
Danneel was stunned by the little girl's words. "What did you say ?" Asked
"He shouldn't call you mother. You are mine and the twins' mother, not Y/n."
“JJ-” the woman began to speak as Y/n quickly walked past her and up the stairs. “Y/n, honey wait,” the young girl had already disappeared. There was the sound of a door slamming from above.
Danneel turned back to her little daughter, "JJ, what you did is so rude! You upset your older sister, yes your older sister. I'm her mother too. She's your older sister and the twins' older sister. Yes, I didn't give birth to her, but that doesn't mean I can't be her mother. Now go to your room, you're grounded."
JJ ran to her room.
After a while, Danneel knocked on Y/n's room door, "Honey, can I come in?"
“Yes,” you sat up in your bed and leaned your back against the headboard. You took the pillow in your lap and hugged it. You've been thinking about what your sister said ever since you went to your room. She was right, Even your real mother didn't want you
The woman entered the room. He sat on his bed, facing his daughter. "Shall we talk for a while?"
"She is right." you said, not taking your gaze off your lap.
Danneel was shocked. "No, Y/n, no. Please don't think like that. I don't know where he got that from, but believe me, I never see you as different from others. Y/n, look at me, please." The woman held the young girl's hands.
You knew this. Danneel was never rude to you, never hurt you. But these days you were questioning your existence to yourself. Your father was 24 years old when you were born. Your mother didn't want you. You were staying with your grandparents when your father went to Vancouver. When you were 6 years old, your father introduced you to Danneel. You loved him since you first saw him. A year later, your father and Danneel got married.
You turned your gaze to your mother. You felt your eyes filling with tears, you were trying hard not to cry.
Dannel understood his daughter. "oh, come here," he took her in his arms. "Honey, I love you so much." He broke the hug and looked into the girl's eyes, "Y/n, you are the one who made me a mother before a baby fell into my womb. I have never forgotten the first day you called me mom, and it makes me extremely. We are not biologically related, but that doesn't change anything."
You remembered the past and smiled;
…..
A few months after your father and Danneel got married, you walked out of your playroom and walked over to Dannel and stood in front of him.
Danneel looked at Y/n who was writhing in front of her "Honey, is there something wrong?" Asked. she stopped reading the magazine in his hand and focused on the girl.
You started playing with your fingers "I want to ask you something Dee," you said shyly. At that moment, Jensen entered the room and sat on the couch. He liked that his daughter turned to your wife to ask questions.
“Of course honey, you can ask me anything you want” She straightened the little girl's hair.
You looked at your father before asking and then back to Danneel.
Jensen noticed his daughter's writhing and squinted at her.
"I… I mean, can I call you mom?" you asked. Jensen sat up straighter. Danneel looked at her husband in surprise at the question. You worried, thinking you'd done something wrong. "I'm sorry-"
“Of course baby, you can say sure, I would love that.” She took the little girl into his arms. Jensen's eyes filled with tears. He looked at his wife and thanked her silently.
....
Danneel"You made me the happiest person in the world, honey," said. She smiled and combed her daughter's baby hair behind her ear.
"You made me the happiest child in the world, mom." you said. You smiled at him and hugged him again, but you still couldn't stop the voices in your head.
EVENING
You and JJ made up and decided to watch Frozen in the movie room. Again. The twins were sleeping. Danneel entered the room with popcorn in hand "Here, your popcorn is ready" He said as he placed the plate on the middle table.
“Thanks mom,” you thanked her.
Danneel, "have fun." said and joined Jensen in his study.
"Hey honey" she greeted his husband and sat next to her.
"Hey, what are the kids doing?" Jensen asked.
"The twins are sleeping and the other two have restarted the Frozen marathon." The woman rolled her eyes.
Jensen smiled. "Dee, Y/n seems a little different these days, Has she said anything to you?" asked.
"No, he didn't say anything to me, but as you said, he seemed a little calm and thoughtful. The woman took a deep breath. Jensen looked at his wife and thought something was wrong.
"Did something happen? Dannel, is there something you're hiding from me about Y/n?" Jensen was worried.
"No no, it's just that he and JJ had a fight today." Jensen frowned. "JJ didn't listen to Y/n's warning and that made her angry. But that's not the problem." The woman stopped. Jensen waited for his wife to speak again. "Oh, JJ told him I wasn't his mom and not to call me mom," she added.
"What? Oh," Jensen sat, not knowing what to say. "Have you talked to Y/n?" asked.
"Yes, I did. It's okay. JJ apologized to her sister and she accepted." the woman replied
Jensen, "We need to talk to JJ about this, where did he get that from?" said.
"I don't know, but I talked to him," Danneel said.
"Should I talk too?" Jensen asked.
Danneel, "no I don't think so, at least not right now." saying replied.
The cartoon was over Jensen and Danneel came into the room "yeah now everyone to bed," Danneel let JJ  kiss his fader goodnight before taking him upstairs. "Good night, daddy," said the little girl.
"Good night, baby," Jensen said.
“Good night Y/n.”
“Good night, JJ,” you said and waved at him. You grabbed your plate of popcorn and got up to take it to the kitchen.
Jensen, "Hey honey, how about movie night?" he asked his daughter. He wanted to spend time with her and make sure she was okay.
“Oh, I'm actually tired-” you tried to deny but your father cut you off.
"Come on, we're on summer vacation. Don't you have some time for this old man?" Jensen said playfully.
"But I'm going to the brewery tomorrow," you said. You were working there during summer vacation.
Jensen, "At 12 o'clock," Said. "So I think it's okay to sleep a little later."
You smiled "ok, old man" you said emphatically. Your father smiled. "Popcorn?" You asked, pointing to the empty plate in your hand before sitting down.
"Of course," Jensen agreed. He took the remote control and settled into the chair.
You came back with the bowl full of popcorn "what are we watching?" You asked as you settled into your seat.
"I thought we'd watch action. Do you have a movie in mind?"
"No. There will be action, I haven't watched it for a long time." You replied.
Jensen wanted to talk to Y/n about what happened today before the movie. "Honey, can we talk for a while before the movie?" asked.
You looked at your father, "About what?" you said. You knew what it was but you asked anyway.
"Your mother told me about what happened between you and JJ today,"
"Oh yeah, it's okay dad, he's a little kid. He apologized to me afterwards." You said. You shrugged and wanted to end the conversation.
Jensen looked at his daughter, he wasn't sure if she really thought that, but he didn't want to push it now, "Okay, I'm glad about that," he said. He took the popcorn plate from Y/n's hand and the girl looked at her father in surprise. When Jensen saw his daughter's look, he said, "you already ate," and popped a few popcorns into his mouth.
You frowned, "I can still eat it," you said as you took a handful off the plate. "Besides, you're an old man, you shouldn't be eating at this hour."
Jensen squinted at his daughter.
You when you saw your father's look, "okay it was a joke." You said, raising your hands in surrender and smiled.
“It better be,” Jensen said and started the movie.
When the movie ended, Jensen saw Y/n sleeping. She smiled at him and turned off the television. Being careful not to wake his daughter, he took her in his arms to take her to bed. Y/n stirred in her sleep "shush sleep honey" he said and carried her to his room.
TWO DAYS LATER
“Y/n, I'm home,” Jensen called to his older daughter as he entered the house. Danneel and the little ones had gone to their grandmother's, so the house was quiet. He put his keys in the bowl. When he didn't hear anything from his daughter, he went to his room. It wasn't there.
“Y/N ?” Jensen called out to his daughter again. She went out to the balcony and saw him sitting on the swing in the backyard. He pulled his knees to his chest and hugged his legs. Jensen went down the stairs and out into the garden "sweetie?"
There was no one at home and you couldn't hold back any longer and started crying. You couldn't cry in front of people because they kept asking why and you didn't know what to say. Even you didn't know exactly why you were crying. The voices in your head couldn't stop. You felt stuck and unnecessary. As soon as you heard your father's voice, you quickly wiped your eyes and sniffed. You put your feet down from the swing and without looking at your father, "hey dad."
Jensen could tell in his daughter's voice that she was crying. He approached Y/n and sat down next to her "Honey, are you okay?" He combed her daughter's baby hair behind her ear and tried to see her face, but Y/n was insistent on not showing her face.
"I'm fine dad, I'll go to my room." You said, you got up from the swing to go but your father stopped you.
Jensen held her arm without hurting her, "Honey, you were crying, what's wrong? Talk to me."
You are not wanted. Do you really think you're asking that? No! Even your mother didn't want you. Nobody wants you here. They will leave you.
"Nothing, I'll go to my room!" You said. The voice in your head started talking again. You quickly pulled his arm away and ran to your room.
Jensen stood there stunned, not understanding what was happening. He wanted to go after his daughter, but he stopped, thinking that would shut him down even more.
After a while Jensen knocked on Y/n's room door "honey can I come in?" There was no sound from inside. Jensen sighed and went downstairs.
"Y/n! dinner is ready" Jensen called out to his daughter.
You took a deep breath and walked out of your room. You felt bad for snapping at your father. Those voices were making you do things you wouldn't do. When you entered the kitchen, you didn't look at your father and sat in your usual seat.
When Jensen looked at his daughter, he realized that she was still upset. He sat down and started eating.
After eating silently for a while, you looked at your father out of the corner of your eye. He looked sad. You didn't want anyone to feel sad because of you. You didn't want to bother anyone with your problems. That's why you thought you needed to talk now and said, "I'm a little bored today.." You started playing with the food on your plate.
Jensen looked at his daughter, relieved that she was finally opening up, "Did something happen?" He understood and asked his daughter to open up.
You shook your head, "No, I'm just bored." You still haven't looked at your father. You stopped playing with the food and started playing with the skin around your nails as usual. You've had this habit since childhood. You start doing this without realizing it, and sometimes you can't stop when you realize what you're doing.
Jensen saw Y/n playing with her fingers andi “Honey, can you look at me?" asked. She didn't like that he did this because it hurt himself.
After pausing for a while, you turned your gaze to the your father.
"You're quiet these days. What's going on in that beautiful mind of yours?" he asked, feeling his worries returning again. “Look, whatever this is, you can talk to me about it, you know that, right?”
"I don't know." You said and he took a deep breath.
"Are you anxious?" Asked. He knew that Y/n had a hard time expressing herself in situations like this.
Your eyes started to water, “I'm sorry dad, I don't know why you came again.” You said quietly, a few tears came to your eyes and you quickly wiped them away.
"Come here,"Jensen stood up and picked up his daughter as well. She leaned her head on his chest and hugged her daughter tightly. He hated seeing her like this. “It's okay, just let it go, honey.”
You hugged your father tightly and started crying, unable to hold it back any longer. You felt the voices in your head disappear. As if it would never come again.
Jensen let Y/n cry. He knew that crying was good for him in such situations. After a while, when he realized that she had stopped crying, "Do you want to talk about it?" asked.
You shook your head no. You didn't want to talk.
"Okay whatever you want baby" Jensen said knowing it wasn't right to push her. "Shall we go out?" Asked. he pulled back to look at her daughter's face, "Maybe we can get ice cream." he said, smiling at her
You looked at your father and gave him a small smile. You were happy, thinking that the fact that he wanted to spend time with you meant that he wanted you. You nodded your head yes and hugged your father again.
Jensen returned the hug and looked down at his daughter's plate, where she had eaten almost nothing. "But finish your meal first," he said, as if to a small child.
You giggled and said "okay" as you continued to hug your father.
After wandering around for a while and eating ice cream, you returned home. Yourself were feeling tired.
Jensen looked at his daughter "are you okay honey?" Asked. He watched him carefully the entire time they were out, wondering what was triggering her anxiety.
"Yes, I'm fine, just tired. I cried a lot today and it's tiring." You said.
"Y/n," Jensen looked at his daughter tenderly and placed his hands on her shoulders, "next time you feel like today, come to me, okay? Or go to your mother. No matter what the topic is, no matter how ridiculous you think it is, come to us, Deal?" Said. He didn't want her to feel alone.
You looked at your father and shook your head.
Jensen,"I want to hear it, deal?" he said again.
"We agreed." You said and smiled at your father, but you weren't sure about it.
"Okay, now go rest, you look really tired." Jensen said as he playfully pushed his daughter forward.
“Good night, Dad,” as you walked to your room. you said
Jensen, "Good night baby, I love you." he called after his daughter.
A FEW WEEKS LATER
After talking to your father, the voices left you. Everything was going well after that day, but recently you started hearing voices again. You felt restless and tense. You were sitting in your room, on the bean bag chair in front of the window. It was late afternoon and it was a sunny, warm day outside.
Your father told you to come to him if it happened again, but you couldn't. That's why you decided to talk to your Uncle Jared. Actually, you weren't sure about it either, but you knew that he would understand you. You texted your Uncle Jared, told him you wanted to talk about some books, and he came back with a text saying he was waiting for you. You always did this but now you just used it as an excuse, that wasn't the point.
"Dad?" When you came downstairs, you called out to your father.
Jensen, "I'm on the balcony, honey!" he called out. He was sitting in one of the armchairs and looking at his computer.
When he went out to the balcony, "Hey, what's up?" you asked. You walked to your father. You saw the little ones and your mother playing in the garden.
"I'm checking my e-mail," Jensen said to his daughter. He could tell Y/n wanted to say something. "Talk," he took a sip of his coffee and started typing something on his computer.
You looked at your father, frowned and smiled, "how did you know?" you asked, You sat on the empty single seat.
"It's not difficult, you are my daughter," he said. He winked at his daughter.
"I was wondering if I could go to my uncle Jared's today, I want to talk about a few books," you said.
"Sure you can go honey, you haven't done this in a long time." Jensen said.
"Yes. Okay," you said as you stood up, "I'm going to get ready and leave, can you tell my mom?"
Jensen, "Okay honey, drive carefully." Said.
You left the balcony and went to your room to get ready.
Jared met Y/n at the door “Hey, I missed you kiddo,” he said, wrapping his arms around his niece.
“Hey Uncle Jared, I missed you too,” you said. You hugged him tightly and just stayed there.
Jared waited for Y/n to finish the hug, but she didn't. Thinking something was wrong, he asked, "lollipop, is everything okay?" Asked.
Jared named you lollipop when you were a kid. You were always walking around with a candy bar in your mouth. You still do.
You finished the hug, “I didn't actually come to talk to you about books, Uncle Jared,” you admitted. You couldn't understand why this was so hard to do; asking for help.
“What's wrong Y/n, are you okay?” Jared looked intently at his nephew.
"I'm fine, it's just ı," you took a deep breath and turned your gaze to the ground, "I can't stop it," you said. Your voice was hoarse due to the urge to cry.
Jared frowned in concern "what can't you stop, Y/n?" Asked
“Voices,” you said.
Jared understood and pulled her back onto his lap. "Oh lollipop, I got you"
The two of you walked inside and went into the living room. Gen and the children were nowhere to be seen. You didn't ask about them, for some reason you didn't wonder. You sat up, pulling your knees to your chest and hugging your legs, and started playing with the skin around your nails. Jared sat right across from you.
Jared stared at his nephew for a moment, it hurt his heart to see her like this. He knew what pain of the soul was like and he wouldn't want anyone to experience that, especially those he loved. Y/n had struggled with anxiety for a while and had gotten over it in a very short time. He could more or less guess what the voice inside his nephew's head was saying, but he was older now and maybe the topic was different, so he decided to ask.
"Y/n, do you want to tell me about the voices?" he asked gently.
"It's about my family. I feel like I'm extra, I mean, voices tell me I am. My mom and dad say they love me, but something tells me it's not like that, they're bored of me." You said. You swallowed and took a deep breath. You were going to say what worried you the most, but you didn't know how to express it, you felt like it would come true once you said it.
Jared's guess was correct, this was what he was worried about before. he knew it wasn't true, she knew how much Jensen loved her, how Danneel cared for her even though he wasn't her biological child, but he also knew how anxiety takes over.
He could tell Y/n was pausing, struggling to say what was bothering her most. He leaned forward and took Y/n's hands, "kid, whatever it is you can tell me, it's okay. You don't have to deal with this alone, you're not alone Y/n." Said. By giving him confidence.
You looked at your uncle Jared, you weren't surprised that he could tell because he was just as worried as you. "I feel like if I say it, it will come true." You said. You started playing with the skin around your nails.
Jared grabbed Y/n's hands again to stop what she was doing. He knew that ever since he was little, he had a habit of doing this when he was worried.
“Let it go, kid,” Jared said.
"I'm afraid they'll leave me." You confessed by saying. Your voice came out quieter than you intended and your eyes began to water. You bowed your head and began to cry silently.
Jared sat down next to his nephew and pulled him onto his lap "oh, come here," he said. "It's okay, it's okay, honey. I got you."
You let him hug you and continued to cry. You hadn't cried in front of anyone in a long time and you didn't want to stop it now.
A little later you said, "she left me and now I'm afraid that one day everyone will leave me." "I'm so sick of this, Uncle Jared." You added.
Jared realized that Y/n was talking about her biological mother. "I understand you, Y/n, but hey," he tried to look at her face, "trust me, this won't happen. You're a great kid and I wouldn't do this. Lollipop, we love you so much, your daddy loves you so much. That man misses you so much when he's away. That, You should understand from the fact that he is constantly video chatting with you." He said playfully, half hoping Y/n would smile.
You smiled softly, having stopped crying, and turned your attention to your Uncle Jared. His words were healing you, guiding you.
"None of those sounds will ever come true. You know how I know," Jared returned his nephew's smile.
You nodded your head "yes I know" you said.
Jared continued speaking, "Thank you for trusting me and coming to talk, lollipop. You can talk to me about anything, but if you want to go to therapy again, I can arrange that." He offered to Y/n.
You hadn't thought about going to therapy, but you knew it would be good for you. "It could be." You said. "Uncle Jared, my father told me to come to him if I was worried like this, but I couldn't and came to you. So, will my father be upset about this?" you asked. It suddenly occurred to you and you were worried about it.
Jared, "No, I don't think so, on the contrary, he will be happy about it. It takes courage to do this, Y/n. You don't want to live with this and you want help. Asking for help is not wrong, on the contrary, it is the right thing you can do and you did it, lollipop, I am proud of you." Said. He smiled proudly at her niece as he tucked her hair behind her ear.
You looked at him with teary eyes, jumped on him and hugged him tightly, "thank you, Uncle Jared,"
Jared laughed, surprised by her sudden hug, "always Lollipop." He said and returned the hug.
"When will you stop calling me lollipop?" You asked as you hugged.
Jared, "Hmm, when are you going to stop eating lollipops?" He answered the question with a question.
"Never!" You said and giggled.
"Well, then I'll just keep doing it." Said.

When It All Falls Apart - Chapter 14
Tumblr media
Pairing- ex!Jensen x Padalecki Reader
Word count- 4,754
Warnings- Some language. Dealing with a breakup. Idiots pining, Angst, If I missed something let me know!
A/N- A little off canon, SPN ended after 10 years. We still got all the characters in during that time though. Thank you to @writercole and @leigh70 for your help with this. You two are amazing!!
Summary-Y/N Padalecki loved acting on Supernatural.  Working alongside your older brother and your boyfriend, but after ten seasons the guys have chosen to hang up the guns.  Now the three of you are moving on to other projects, but that’s all that needs to change right?  While you have moved to Austin to be closer to your family and boyfriend, Jensen is working elsewhere.  Distance is only the start of your troubles.
Series Masterlist
When you pull up to Jared and Gen’s Sunday afternoon, you notice Jeff’s car is already in the driveway.  Your parents couldn’t make it up today, so Jared is going to Skype them when Tom is told.  Speaking of your nephew, he is right there when you walk inside.
“Is that cake? Can I have some?”
Tumblr media
“It is, and after dinner buddy.”
“What about some now and then more after dinner?”
“Good try, but no.”
Setting the cake down where he can’t reach it, you greet the rest of your family then help your sisters-in-law with dinner.  After dinner, but before dessert Jared grabs his laptop and sets up the skype call with your parents.  When they answer, Gen gets up and stands next to Jared at the head of the table and looks at Tom sitting next to you.
“Tom,” she starts, “you know Uncle Jeff is your dad's big brother right?”
Tom looks between the two men before looking back at his mom, “yeah.”
“You know how both dad and Uncle Jeff are Aunt Y/N’s big brothers?”
He looks at you.
“Yeah, both of them,” you tell him.
He just shakes his head at Gen.
“You know how Tyler is Katie’s big brother?” She tries going with someone closer to his age.
“Uh huh.”
“What do you think about being a big brother, too?  Would you want a younger brother or sister?”
“No.  Tyler says he has to share his toys with Katie now.  I like my toys.”
You try to hold back a laugh along with Jeff.  Jared is biting his lip and looking down.  Gen is a little shocked.  You don’t think that was the response she was expecting.
“You share your toys with me,” you tell him, trying to help.
“I like you.  Tyler doesn’t always like Katie.”
“She’s annoying,” Tyler chimes in.
MJ quickly works on quietling her oldest to keep him out of the conversation.
“I don’t always like your Aunt Y/N, but I’m still glad she’s my sister,” Jared says, earning a smack from Gen.
“This isn’t how I thought it would go,” you hear Gen mutter.  “Tom,” she says louder now.  “You’re going to be a big brother in a few months.  Mommy is going to have a baby.”
“Why?”
“We love you so much, and that won’t ever change.  We wanted to share that with another baby too.  Maybe not right now, but one day, you might really like having another sibling.”
“Can you take it back, like the ugly shirt?”
“That shirt was not ugly, and no.”
“Why not?”
“It doesn’t work that way buddy.  A new baby is not like a piece of clothing.”
“Why?”
Jared has to turn around and look away to hide his laugh.  His wife isn’t as amused and glares at his back.  From the way he jumped, you’re fairly certain she kicked him under the table.
“You’ll like being a big brother, Tom.” Jeff tries to help.  “You will get to teach your younger sibling all the neat things you know.”
He shrugs and looks at you.  “When do we get cake?”
“Guess that’s the end of that conversation,” Gen says.
“Um, you’ll have to ask your mom,” you tell him.
“We can have cake now,” she responds.
“I want a big piece,” he tells you, demonstrating with his hands held wide apart.
“Baby sibling he wants to return, cake he cheers,” your sister-in-law mutters walking into the kitchen.
Tumblr media
You get up to help her.  “Don’t worry, he’ll get there.  We’ll just have to make sure Tyler doesn’t tell him anymore sibling horror stories.”
Jeff and his family leave after dessert, you stay and help clean up before going back to your place. Tom is off playing when you leave, not another thought given to his future sibling.
You aren’t scheduled to film on Monday, so you spend the day tidying the apartment, doing laundry and working out.  Tuesday, you are back on set. You’re on the couch in your trailer that afternoon when Jared walks in.
“Hey, how’s it going?” you ask him, looking back over your shoulder.
He pauses by the counter before continuing to the living room area.    “Alright, I thought I’d come see what you’re doing.”
“What did you stop up there for?”
“Nothing.  What are you up to?”
“Just finished going over the scene for this afternoon.  What are you up to?”
“Nothin.”
“Jared, is everything alright?”
“Yeah.”
“Jare…”
“It’s fine, it’s just, nothing.  It’s stupid.”
“I doubt it, talk to me.”
“You don’t want to hear it.”  He notices the look you are giving him, and continues on.  “Alright, alright, I just miss having Jackles around.  The cast here is great, but it’s not the same.”
“You miss your partner in crime.  I get it, you two were always together up there.  I’m fairly certain you spent as much or more time with my boyfriend than I did.”
“I didn’t want to bring him up to you.”
“It’s fine, I can handle hearing his name.  Anything I can do to help?”
“What you’re doing now is great, it’s just been one of those days ya know?”
“I get it.”
The two of you hang out in your trailer until you are called back to set.  Jared gets up first and you follow him as he stops at the counter and retrieves his old gum he took out and set there.
“Jared Tristen, that’s gross.  This is not Jensen’s trailer, get a new piece from craft services.”
“It tastes better after.”
“No. No it does not.”
The rest of the week passes quickly, you make plans with Keegan for the weekend.
“How about an escape room?” Keegan asks, coming up to you on set Friday.
“What?”
“What do you think about getting some people together and going to an escape room tomorrow night?” he questions again.
“That could be fun.”
“Cool, I’m on it.”
You watch as he takes off again heading toward some of your other cast mates.  The next time you have a chance to speak you are both walking back toward the trailers at the end of the day.
“Your brother thinks he can make it, but he’ll have to check with Gen.   Violet, Lindsey, Matt, Colby and Mitch are in through.  Molly is heading back home with her husband for the weekend since she doesn’t film again until next Wednesday, and Odette won’t be back before the end of next week.”
“That’ll be fun.  What time are we going?  Meeting there?”
“I’ll check out the times available and send out a text.  Might as well ride together, we don’t live that far from each other.”
“Sure, I’ll pick you up this time.”
He laughs, before agreeing and turning toward his own trailer.
Later that night, your phone dings with a message.  Opening it there is a group text from Keegan.
Toby C- Hey, there are 2 rooms with availability. The Playground room has an open slot at 6:20 or 9:40, they all last an hour.  We could do the first and grab dinner before or after?  Prison break has 9 or 10:30, it’s rated as the most challenging one.  Thoughts?
Violet is the first to respond saying either one works for her.  Jared and Mitch are next both opting for the earlier option.  You send a text agreeing to that one.
Toby C-Moonshine Grill is just down the street.  Meet there at 5 for dinner?
Everyone agrees and the plans for the next evening are set.
You spend Saturday morning hitting the gym and then the pool before going back to your apartment.  There is a text from Jared when you get out of the shower.
Jared-Want me to pick you up tonight?
Me- Thanks, but I already told Keegan I would pick him up.
Jared- So anything you want to tell me there?
Me- Nope
Jared- Are you sure?
Me- See you at 5.
Throwing on jeans and a t-shirt, you dry your hair and put on a little makeup before turning on the television and waiting until it is time for you to leave.  When you notice it’s finally 4:30, you grab your purse, keys and a light jacket then head out the door.
It’s a quick three-minute drive to Keegan’s apartment complex.  You send him a text when you park out front, and he is down a few minutes later.  It doesn’t even take ten minutes to get to the restaurant.  Keegan heads in first to check on the reservation he made while you wait for the others near the door, but a crack of thunder sends you inside.  The rain moves the reservation from the outdoor Veranda to the covered patio.
Tumblr media
Lindsey arrives first with Violet, Colby is right behind them.  Jared and Mitch are next, Matt texted Keegan that he was running later.  The rest of you are seated and given menus in the meantime.  Your brother orders a few appetizers for the table to share before the waiter leaves with the drink order.  Matt arrives a short time later and you all get your dinner orders in so you will have enough time to get to the escape game.
It’s still raining so everyone runs to their cars to drive to the parking lot down the street. Keegan signs you in once you are all there, someone comes to lead you back and reads the group the mission for this room.
“You are all a group of 4th graders stuck in class on the last day of school.  There is a big game in one hour against the 5th grade class.  The first objective is to finish the class assignments, or the teacher won’t let you out.  Then you need to get a report card, after that make it to the gym all in one hour or you will be forced to forfeit.”
The rules are next.  Nothing can be forced open or unscrewed.  Cell phones are not supposed to be used for help or to take photos.  You look at Keegan for that one, he’s already been taking pictures of the group out tonight.  Before the clock starts he has everyone gather to get a group photo before putting his phone away for the next hour.
The pressure is on and you hit the classroom looking for the assignments that need to be completed.  Violet and Matt start on the first assignment when they find it, the search for the second is on.  Soon math, science, and social studies are done, leaving art to be finished and english still has to be found.
Tumblr media
Homework turned in, you have to search the room for the report card before you can leave the room and try to make your way to the gym.  Jared is the one who finally finds it and lets you out of the classroom. Trying to get out to the playground is next.
Tumblr media
The group makes it with just over two minutes to spare. When you all are outside with your escape passes in hand, Keegan gets everyone together for an after shot.
The rain has ended and the group is slow to disperse for the night, everyone talking about the evening and laughing.  You were happy to see your brother in the middle of it.  You and Keegan are the last to leave, as you are driving back to his place you make a turn he isn’t expecting and pull into another parking lot.
“Ice cream?” he questions reading the sign.
“Driver’s choice,” you tell him.
“Alright.” he gets out following you inside.
Once you arrive back at his apartment, he invites you out by the pool to finish your ice cream.  You sit in a chair near the water, while he takes one next to you.
“Sorry, I would invite you up, but the place is a bit of a mess.  I should probably clean it up tomorrow,” he tells you.
“It’s no problem.  It’s still early and it’s nice out here.”
The two of you talk for a bit after finishing your desserts, before you head home for the evening.   Sunday, you take the opportunity to sleep in, then run a few errands before spending a lazy afternoon around your apartment. Lying on the couch during a Hallmark marathon, you notice notifications on your phone, most from Instagram and one email.  The email was to confirm your flights for the convention this weekend, you had forgotten about that one.  Opening the social media app next you see Keegan posted earlier about the night before.  Pictures from dinner and the group escape photos, along with your ice cream after.
Fun night, great people!    You comment after hitting the like button.  Closing the app, you place the phone on the table before going back to your movie marathon.
Sunday morning, a tired Jensen quickly maneuvers through the Dallas airport toward the exit.  He pulls his cap down as he makes his way through the already busy airport, checking his watch he has ten minutes before the car service he arranged is set to arrive.  When the text comes in to notify him of his ride’s arrival he heads outside.
Once in the backseat he gives the driver his address and sits back trying not to fall asleep before they arrive at his parents house.  Filming had run until 2 am this morning, it was almost 3 before he was back to his hotel, then he had to be at the airport by 6, for his flight.  Now it’s just after 9, no 10, Texas is an hour ahead of New Mexico, and he’s ready for a nap.   He doesn’t know if that will be an option or not once he arrives at his parent’s place.
A little over twenty minutes later the car pulls up outside his parent’s home.  Giving the driver a tip, he grabs his bag and heads inside.  His dad is in the living room when he walks in, his mom quickly comes out to greet him.  He can’t help the yawns that keep escaping, and his mom is quick to send him to his old room for a nap before the others arrive.
Multiple pokes to the face wake Jensen all too soon, but a glance at the clock on the nightstand shows almost two hours have passed.  A giggle comes from the person behind the pokes draws Jensen’s attention to his nephew, Levi.
“What are you up to Mister?” he playfully questions him.
Levi just laughs again.  Jensen quickly gets out of bed and picks up the young boy who squeals as his uncle makes his way downstairs with him.  Entering the living room, Alan Ackles is watching his eldest son Josh, play on the floor with his son Brayden.  The youngest one is the first to spot his uncle, standing up and hurrying over.  Jensen sets Levi down before bending down to give his other nephew a hug.
Before the boys can get their uncle on the floor to play with them, Donna comes in to grab everyone for lunch.
“Oh, good you’re already up,” she says looking at Jensen.
“Yeah, someone made sure of that,” he answers as he tickles Levi.
He picks the boy up and carries him into the dining room where his sister-in-law is setting a platter of sandwiches down amid the other food.  Brayden and Levi both want to sit next to Jensen so he takes the spot in between the two boys.   Small talk fills the air until Brayden unknowingly opens a can of worms.
“Where’s Aunt Y/N?”
“Um, she’s back in Austin,” Jensen spits out after choking on his drink.
“Will she be here later?”
“No buddy she won’t.”
“How come?”
“Um, well because, um…”
“Because your Uncle Jensen made the biggest mistake of his life,” Kenzie announces as she walks into the room with Jeremy right behind her.
“How come?” Brayden still wants answers.
“Thanks Mack,” Jensen tells her with a glare.
“Hey, I speak the truth.”  She gives the rest of the family hugs as she sits down across from him.
Josh’s wife LeAnn, distracts the boys, and thankfully the topic changes.  After lunch the boys are playing in the backyard, while the adults watch from the deck.  It doesn’t take his mom long to revisit the topic from lunch.
“How come you didn’t want to tell us the  two of you were having problems the last time you were home?  It was a little obvious when you avoided her birthday.   Although she didn’t say anything when I called her either.  She made it seem like you were going to see her.”
Jensen sighs, “mom.”
“It would have been nice to hear it from the two of you then to be blindsided by some TV interview.  I can’t believe she would go up to Vancouver and do that.  That just doesn’t seem like her at all.”
“She didn’t,” Mack responds first.
Tumblr media
Jensen glares at his sister before speaking.  “It wasn’t supposed to come out that way,we were still together when I was here before.”
“Are you ever going to tell us what happened?  I thought you were going to marry that girl.”
He takes a deep breath to try and calm himself down.  He was hoping to avoid this, but should have known better.
“He turned into a scared jackass…”
“Mackenzie, language,” Donna interrupts.
“Well he did, again I only speak the truth.  He managed to break her heart and push her away because of it.  Now she’s living in a closet size apartment until she moves back to LA.
Jensen’s head snaps to his sister at that announcement.  “She’s moving back to California?”
“Oh shoot.  I wasn’t supposed to tell anyone that.”
“Kenzie, why is she moving?  When is she moving?  Next summer?”
“She didn’t want me to say anything.”
“Too late for that,” Jensen tries to stare his sister down for answers.
“Fine, but you can’t tell Jared this yet.  End of the year, she wants to leave her full time role on Walker for just a guest star.  She moved here for you, and you threw that all away so she wants to leave.”
Jensen’s quiet while he sits there absorbing that bit of news.  It looks like he has to figure out what he’s going to do quickly if you have already set a time table to leave town.  His dad and brother move inside to turn on the football game, and he doesn't notice his mom shooing Kenzie and LeAnn into the house with the kids.
“Do you want to talk about it?” she softly asks him.  “Tell me what really happened?”
He’s quiet while he thinks about what he wants to say, he knows however he phrases things, his mother isn’t going to be very happy with him.  He finally gets everything out, starting with his worry about being on set, how someone even told him they didn’t want to like him.  Doing what he could to not make any waves.  He lost track of a lot of things while he was there.   When he gets halfway through the weekend that you were there, his mom slaps him upside the head.
“Jensen Ross, I can not believe you behaved that way,” she scolds him.  “I did not raise you to act like that.”
“I know ma.  Looking back now, I can’t believe I did that either.  I royally screwed up.”
“Yes, you did.  What are you going to do about it?”
“I don’t know.”
He finishes up telling her about that weekend, what happened after, his talks with Jared and Kenzie.
“Do you still love her?”
“Never stopped.  But I don’t know, I told Jared and Kenzie I wasn’t sure if I would try and get back together with her because she deserves better than how I treated her, and I’m still busy with the new show.  She really does deserve better, but I’m also afraid that if I talk to her about it, she is just going to tell me I don’t have a chance in hell.  I would completely deserve that.  Then we really would be over for good.  I think she is already moving on with one of her new co-stars anyways.”
“She deserves to know how you really feel.  Most importantly, that girl deserves an apology.”  With that Donna stands up and makes her way back into the house, leaving Jensen alone on the deck.
He pulls out his phone and is scrolling through his social media when he decides to hurt himself a little more and search your name.  There are new pictures of you, he follows back to a post from Keegan Allen, your new costar.  Looking through the other man’s posts he sees multiple ones with you.  Some with other cast members, others just with the two of you.  Caught up in his thoughts, he doesn’t hear the sliding glass door open.
“As much as you deserve it, I can’t leave you to wallow out here all alone,” his sister tells him.  “What are you looking at?”
Standing behind him, she looks down at his phone and sees a photo of you with an ice cream.   Jensen flips back through a few more and she notices the same guy with you in a few of them.
“Who is that?” she carefully asks her brother.
“Y/N’s new costar, and I’m pretty sure boyfriend.”
“Are you sure she is dating someone already?”
“They look pretty close.”
“What are you going to do about it?”
“What can I do about it?  Besides, look how happy she looks in these.  Both you and Jared told me how awful I had made her feel.  Looks like I lost.”
He gets up and walks into the house with his shoulders slumped.
“With that attitude you did,” Kenzie mumbles behind him.  She decides it's up to her to find out what’s going on.  Taking out her phone she sends you a text about meeting up the following weekend, but you won’t be in town.
Jensen puts a smile on his face as they spend the afternoon celebrating Levi.  He watches his young nephew play with his new toys, and does his best to try and blow out the birthday candles.  Levi seems to have the most fun making a mess out of his cake.
As Jensen is grabbing his bag to head out, he is surprised his mom is the one to offer him a ride to the airport.  Before he exits the car, his mom reaches out and grabs his arm.
“You made a mistake, it’s time to fix that.  For both your sakes it’s time to have a conversation with Y/N.  You need to be able to move on one way or another.  If you’re lucky, it will be the two of you together.”
“If I can ever get her to talk to me again.”
After giving her a hug, Jensen gets out of the car and makes his way inside the busy airport to catch his flight to New Mexico.
You are sitting in your chair on Monday, going through the script for an upcoming scene when you look up and notice Keegan standing in front of you.
“Hey, what’s up?”
“So I saw this poster for…”
“What is up with you and finding posters,” you tease him.
“I look at the bulletin board in the apartment lobby, anyway, I took a picture.”  He holds out his phone for you to look at.
Taking the phone, you look over the picture he took of the poster. Bat Fest, it says at the top.  You can’t help the slight rise of your lip as you remember the first time that Jensen took you to see the bats a few years before.  This flier says there would be live music, children’s activities and a bat costume contest before it was time for the bats to take flight for the night.
Tumblr media
“Have you ever seen this? Do you want to check it out with me this weekend?”
“It is a good time or can be.  Jensen took me two years ago when I came down to Austin with him for the weekend.  It actually creeped me out a little bit.”
“Oh… I guess that’s a no then?”
“I can’t go anyways, we have a convention this weekend in Colorado. Thanks for asking though.   Maybe one of the others will be up to go with you?”
“Yeah, I’ll ask around.”
It isn’t long before you are both called to set and need to get to work.
Tuesday and Wednesday are long days on set, but the end of your filming week.  You watch Tom on Thursday morning while Jared and Gen are busy.  He helps, or tries to help you pack for the convention you’re leaving for later that afternoon.  You promise to take him to the park after you finish packing, and he tells you about his trip there with Uncle Jensen.
“Why didn’t you come too?.  I miss him, daddy says he comes back soon.”
“Comes back?”  That threw you off a little, not that you had been keeping up with Jensen’s whereabouts.  “Where is he?”
“He’s with work people,” Tom tells you as he tries to take a shirt out of your suitcase without you seeing.
‘Work people?  I wonder if that meant he went off to see Claudia’, you think to yourself.  Focusing back on your nephew, you see him dropping your shirt for karaoke on the closet floor.
“Dude, what are you doing with that shirt?”
“Nothing.”
“Thomas?”
“I don’t want you to pack lots and not come back.”
“I will be back Sunday morning I promise.  I always come back, don't I?”
“Not to my home.”
“Buddy, that was only temporary.  That’s your home with your mom, dad and new brother or sister.  This is mine.  It will only be a couple days, I promise.”
“Unca Jensen packed lots and was gone forever.”
“He was away filming a show, I’m just going to a convention.  It’s only for a few days.  I promise I will be back soon.”
He stares at you for a whole minute before retrieving the shirt back out, along with your pajama top and jeans.  Sneaky little sucker takes after his dad.
Once you think you have everything you need, you take it all back out and pile it on your bed.  Double checking as it goes back in the luggage that Tom didn’t take anything else out on you.  Finally done you grab two water bottles and a few snacks, throwing it in a bag to take to the park.
You are pleased to see it’s fairly empty when you arrive, most kids are back in school now.  Tom had you up with him on the slide a few times, but now he wants to do it himself.  When his excitement with that wears out, it’s over to the merry-go-round, but you pushed him too fast as you ran along with it, now he just wants you to sit down with him and push.  It’s definitely much slower.  Taking your phone out, you snap a picture of the two of you.
Before you put your phone back you notice an Instagram notification from Keegan, he posted something from set. After watching that video you go to search for Bri’s page to see if you missed pictures from her recent trip.  The first thing you see on the search page is a picture of Jensen, Claudia and Chase.  You can’t help but click on it.
It takes you to her page where you see she recently posted two pictures of the two of them and some other cast members.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
With the caption, Love spending time with some of my favorite people.  You can see Jensen has already liked it, what you don’t see are the various comments from the group about how those were good times during filming.  ‘Must be the work people Tom said he was away with,’ you think. You keep telling yourself to get over it, but you just hate seeing him with her.
A short time later, you need to get Tom in the car so you can take him back to Gen.  She isn’t back to the house yet, so you make him lunch while you wait.  When your sister-in-law returns you spend a few minutes talking with her before going back to your place to get your luggage for the weekend.
Thank you for reading!
Chapter 15- Coming hopefully in the not too distant future.🤞

Hey there! 😀 Can I request two sets of headcanons about being Sam and Dean's twin sister?
"i was with you before we were even born"
Being the boy's twin
Tumblr media
Dean
He’s older by like 5 minutes (he never lets you forget it)
You were both really close even as babies. I imagine there was a phase where if your parents separated you both for too long you would cry.
You both get closer after the fire. For the first few months, you would always curl up in the same bed together out of fear of the other one disappearing.
As a teen, you started to question your dad more and more about hunting. You're not as complacent as Dean is to John and his rules. This led to many arguments.
“Why can’t you just do as he says?” “Because Dad’s word isn't god Dean!”
He’d be just as protective over you as he is of Sam.
When Sam left for Stanford you and Dean started to take cases on your own.
You would try and sabotage any hookups he found in bars. You really hated having to go for ‘walks’ during said hookups. He got you back for it.
You both look very alike.
When it was just you and Dean hunting there were multiple times where people would mistake you for a couple of cases.
After your dad died you and Dean didn’t talk for a while. You both argued over why John did what he did and it led to one of your worst fights.
Bobby had to kick sense into you both.
You and Dean don’t fight often but when you do it's bad. When you were younger one time it got so bad that it took Sam yelling and walking out for you both to stop.
When Castiel came around you were unsure but after he saved you on a hunt you began to trust him.
Knowing Dean wasn’t ok after Hell and begging him to talk.
“Dean I know you're not ok.” You frowned and reached out to his arm. “You can talk to me, no one's gonna judge you.”
He did eventually tell you he remembered hell. He begged you not to tell Sam though. (You did tell Sam though)
Finding out about the whole vessel thing and freaking out.
“What do you mean vessels? Why is Heaven and Hell’s fight our issue?”
Since you and Dean were twins you both were classed as Micheal vessels.
You were adamant that Dean wasn’t doing it and he was the same about you.
This again led to another argument.
In the end, there was no way you were letting Sam walk into that fight alone so you ended up saying yes also.
Dean was pissed.
Dean begging for months after that Cas or someone would pull you both out of the cage. (Little did he know someone had)
You randomly appeared on Lisa’s doorstep 6 months later and Dean completely freaked.
After that, he barely let you out of his sight.
You didn’t tell him about Sam also being out (You knew something was wrong with your younger brother and you didn’t wanna worry Dean.)
Eventually reuniting with Sam and feeling so guilty when you found out he had no soul.
Dean insisted that it wasn’t your fault.
He helped you with nightmares from the cage. You found yourself sleeping in the same bed as him again.
Sam
You were older by like 10 minutes. You always teased him about it.
He got you back by teasing you over being short.
Neither of you have any memories of life before the fire so as children you used to both make up stories to help comfort each other.
These stories helped you both pretend that you at least knew your mom and what normal life was like.
You both kinda depended on each other growing up.
While you didn’t verbalise it like Sam, you also didn’t like hunting or the constant moving around.
You were a bit more of a social butterfly than your twin but you still struggled with having to make new friends constantly.
Like your brother, you were also quite smart and did well in school.
For a while, you wanted to be a doctor but knew realistically you had no chance.
As you got older you began to grow a slight resentment towards your dad for forcing you all into this life. One day after a bad hunt you snapped and told your dad how you felt. New’s flash it went really bad.
Your eyes widened as you realised what you had just said. Dean slowly pushed his arm in front of you urging you to move back as your Dad turned to face you. “What did you just say.” Your dad’s voice was hard as he took a step forward. You felt Sam pull you back further as Dean tried to defuse the situation.
After that things were awkward for a while. You went to go stay with Bobby much to Sam’s disdain.
You came back a year later when you were 17.
Things were ok until Sam left for Stanford. You were happy for him but also jealous that he was getting out and you weren't.
During that time you and Dean became close.
Reconnecting with Sam after your dad went missing and helping him when Jess died.
Feeling guilty when your dad died that you spent so much time resenting him (He apologised just before Azael came)
Unlike your brother, Azael didn’t do anything to you so you never had any issues with demon blood.
Convincing Sam that he wasn’t a monster.
When he died the first time you were inconsolable for days.
You and Dean arguing over Deans's deal.
Hating Ruby and knowing she was up to something. Her also causing you and Sam to fall out over his powers.
You and Dean both knew that while Sam was trying to do a good thing she was not.
Helping him with his guilt over Litlth and Lucifer.
Him and you making up after Rubys' death. This actually made you and Sam closer than ever.
Again having to convince him that he is not a bad person when the whole Lucifer and Micheal thing comes to light.
You’re the middleman in the situation. You spent most of your time trying to convince both your brothers not to say yes.
Convincing Dean but not managing to convince your twin.
Before saying yes Sam said that he wanted you to get out and have a normal life.
You were pretty heartbroken but after hanging around Dean and Lisa for a few months you ended up meeting someone  (Lisa set you up but you don’t know that)
You both moved in together and you found yourself actually enjoying this normal life.
Then Sam appeared and you had to choose. Dean told you to stay but you knew you couldn’t leave Sam.
When you found out about Sam having no soul you felt so guilty.
“How didn't I realise sooner?” You sat down on the bed placing your head in your hands. Dean gently rubbed your back with a small sigh. “None of us knew. It’s not your fault.
You ended up kinda living two lives for the next year until Sam got his soul back and you realised living two lives was too dangerous. You broke up with him but you both ended up getting back together a few years later.
Sam was happy that you'd found someone and pushed for you to stay with him. But you knew your place was always gonna be with your brothers.

You hopped off the back of Clay's motorcycle, following him into the dingy gas station. He walked up to talk to the clerk while you glanced around the store. You didn't find anything you wanted, so you walked over to stand next to Clay.
"She's gone missing, about a month and a half ago," he said as he pulled the missing posters out of his backpack, "would you mind if I maybe just put a flyer in the window or something?"
"Oh, I heard about that. That's sad. If it was up to me, you could wallpaper the whole place with them," as the clerk spoke, the man behind Clay tapped him on the arm, and Clay waved him off before turning back to the clerk, "but the owner makes the rules. And he's a real-" the man made a honking noise as he raised his eyebrows high on his forehead, implying that the owner was an asshole.
You and Clay both gave him a confused look, "um, well, is he here? Maybe I could talk to him. Maybe if he understood the situation-" the man behind Clay tapped him on the arm again, and you both turned to look at him.
"Um, you gonna buy something? I mean, you've been up here for quite a while yapping, so..." you glared daggers at him; you could not believe the audacity of this guy.
"Um, sure. Yeah," Clay said as he grabbed your hand and pulled you to the side before you could tell the guy off.
"Thanks. We'll have two waters and some gas," the guy said to the clerk once the two of you were out of the way.
"Guess I'm an asshole" Clay muttered loud enough for the guy to hear, while you continued to glare.
"You okay bro? Is everything good?" the guy asked with smug smile.
"Yeah, everything's fine. Thanks. But I'm not your bro" Clay replied.
"So you don't want be friends? You don't wanna hang out?" the guy teased, chuckling to himself.
"You better shut your mouth before I shut it for you," you said angrily.
Clay squeezed your hand, and you glanced up at him. He gave you a look you knew all too well, one that told you to stop while you were ahead. You only rolled your eyes at him before going back to glaring at the guy.
"Let it go, Trent," the girl next to Trent placed a hand on his arm, trying to diffuse the situation.
"It's not me. This guys being a dick," you and Clay both scoffed at him.
"Yeah, it's me. Obviously, I'm the one being a dick" Clay said sarcastically, "sir, thank you very much anyways" Clay said politely to the clerk.
"Yep" the clerk replied with a tight lipped smile.
"I'm sorry," the girl said to Clay as you walked past.
"Thank you" Clay replied quietly before he gently tugged you out of the gas station.
You let go of Clay's hand to grab the helmet sitting on the back of his motorcycle, "god, that clerk was such a condescending jerk! How much you wanna bet he was the owner? And that fucking dickhead too! What is it with the people around here?" you ranted, annoyed.
You looked up when Clay didn't respond. You saw him taping a flyer to the back of a black SUV you hadn't noticed before. There weren't any other vehicles, so it must have belonged to the dickhead guy. You chuckled.
"What?" you only shook your head at him with a smile before putting your helmet on.
Clay swung his leg over the seat of his motorcycle, and you got on behind him, wrapping your arms tightly around his middle. You watched Trent and the rest of his buddies get back into their car. One of the guys got into the trunk, reaching up and pulling it shut. You watched them drive away, Whitney's missing poster stuck to the trunk.
Clay kicked the ignition and you felt the engine rumble to life beneath you before he pulled out of the parking lot. You were only on the road for a few minutes when a cop car flashed it's lights behind you. You felt Clay's chest rise and fall with a heavy sigh as he pulled off to the side of the road. You leaned back slightly and quickly ripped off your helmet.
"Do you know why we're getting pulled over?" you questioned him, "is it cause you're not wearing a helmet? I've told you a million times-"
He cut you off, "it's not that. Just let me do the talking, alright?"
You heard a car door open and close behind you, "welcome back, Clay," the police officer called out as he started walking over.
"You mean that, Officer Bracke?" Clay replied sarcastically.
"And I see you brought a friend this time," the officer said as he approached. He sighed as he pulled off his large aviators, and you knew he was going to try to sympathize, "son, I know you think we're not on your side, that we're just a bunch of dumb country hicks out here."
'That's putting it lightly,' you thought.
"I put two, ten year veterans on that case. We did three dozen interviews and ran a county wide search for your sister. You know how many thousands of people disappear every year, even in this state alone? There's no evidence that anything happened to Whitney or any of those other kids at Crystal Lake," the cop explained, and you rolled your eyes, not caring if he saw.
"There's no car, no witnesses. Nothing. One of those kids was her boyfriend, right?"
"Right," Clay replied with a nod.
"Well, they probably just took off together," it was taking all your self control to not start yelling.
Clay scoffed, "our mother just died of cancer. Did I tell you that?"
"No, sir."
"Well, she did. She was sick for a long time and Whitney took care of her every single day. And then my sister didn't show up for the funeral. See, you just don't know my sister. That's not possible," Clay explained.
"Well, she's not here, son. I would suggest taking your friend here, and try looking someplace else. That's what the other families are doing," the cop said as he placed his aviators back on his face, having used up all the sympathy he had for that day.
The cop turned and started walking back towards his cruiser, and you waited until you heard the car door shut before speaking, "what the actual fuck. The people around here continue to amaze me," you said as the cop drove past.
You looked up at Clay when he didn't say anything, or make a move to start his bike. You could see his jaw was clenched. He stared at the cop car as it drove down the the road, slowly becoming a small dot on the horizon.
"Are you okay?" you asked as you hugged him tight, leaning onto his shoulder.
"I'm fine."
You sighed, knowing that he was far from fine, "I'm sorry, honey. She's here, and we're gonna find her," you said before leaning up and giving him a kiss on the cheek.
"Thank you," he said softly.
He kicked the ignition on and waited for you to put your helmet back on before pulling onto the road. The cop car had already faded away in the distance. You hoped you wouldn't be seeing him again.
The sun was still high in the sky even though it felt like you had been out all day. It wasn't sweltering hot, but with no cloud cover the sun was beating down on you. The only breeze you were getting was when Clay was speeding down the road.
You were surrounded by cornfields and farmland on either side. There weren't many houses around, and there were many miles in between each one. It took many minutes of driving before you made it to the next house. Clay pulled up and parked at the end of the dirt path that led to the front door. You looked around at the junk scattered in the front yard as the two of you got off Clay's bike. You got a sense of unease as goosebumps spread across your skin. You noticed Clay walking up the path towards the house, and you hurried to catch up with him. You gripped his arm once you were walking next to him. He chuckled as he glanced down at you.
"What? You scared?" he teased you.
"Uh, of course I am! What kind of a question is that?..." your voice trailed off as you continued to scan your surroundings.
"Hello?" Clay called out as you approached the door.
The front door was open, but the screen door was shut and locked. You had full view into the house through the glass. You could see into a cluttered kitchen. There was a large wreath hanging on the side of the fridge.
"Hello?" Clay called out again before knocking on the door a few times.
After a few seconds of silence, you spoke up, "looks like no ones home. Let's get the hell out of here," you let go of his arm to wrap your arms around yourself.
"Hold on, I'm gonna leave a flyer."
"Good idea, but hurry up, please."
Clay knelt down to open his backpack and get a flyer out. As he did this, an all black dog jumped up on the screen door, barking loudly. You both jumped back, you letting out a loud, "shit!" as you reached for Clay.
"Christ!" he exclaimed as the two of you watched the medium sized dog jump at the door while continuing to bark.
The dog growled as an older lady with graying hair came to the door. She grabbed the dogs collar and opened the door, an angry scowl on her face. You gripped Clays jacket tightly as you stood somewhat behind him.
"I just wanted to ask you a question" the dog barked again, startling both you and Clay.
"Hush!" the woman yelled at the dog.
"I wanted to ask you, um, if maybe you've seen somebody. My sister" Clay said shakily as he held up the flyer, "she came camping up around here with some friends and she's gone missing," the woman looked down at the flyer before looking back up at Clay.
"She ain't missing. She's dead," she said, matter of factly.
"What?"
"People go missing around here, they're gone for good. Outsiders come, they don't know where to walk. They bring trouble. We just wanna be left alone! And so does he," the lady explained.
"So does who?" Clay asked.
She didn't answer, she just reached out and pulled door closed.
"Ma'am, please. So does who?" she ignored Clay's plea, instead she turned and walked back into her house, pulling the dog along with her.
You looked up at Clay, who looked down at you with a terrified and confused expression, "what the hell do you think she was talking about?" he muttered as the two of you turned and began walking back toward his motorcycle.
"I don't know. Some local legend, maybe? I think every towns got 'em," Clay chewed at the nail on his thumb anxiously, "she doesn't know anything. She probably got told some scary story as a kid because all these small town hicks don't like 'outsiders.' We're gonna keep looking until we find Whitney," you reassured him.
Clay nodded as he leaned back against his back, still chewing on his nail. You sighed deeply as you walked to stand in front of him.
"What now?" you asked.
"We keep driving. Hit every house we see. Then we can try to search the camp," you nodded before the two of you got back onto his motorcycle.
You drove a ways down the road, the sun was starting to get low in the sky as you parked in front of a large, red barn. You could hear some sort of machinery buzzing inside. Clay hopped of the motorcycle, setting his backpack down before pulling off his jacket. You quickly snatched it from him, wrapping it around you. The corner of his mouth twitched upwards in a lopsided smile.
"You stay here this time, yeah?" you nodded, not wanting to deal with anymore weird country folk.
He leaned in and kissed you quick before turning and walking into the barn. After about a minute he came walking back out, and you heard somebody yelling from the barn. You furrowed your brows in confusion as you stood up. You saw Clay walking back over to you.
"What was that all about?" you asked, and he shook his head.
"Just another weirdo. Let's go."
The next house you pulled up to looked somewhat normal, so you walked with Clay up to the front door. It was a large vacation looking cabin. You knocked while Clay reached down to pull a flyer from his backpack.
"Hi, we're sorry to bother you. We're looking for someone and..." your voice trailed off as you recognized the girl in the doorway; ur was the girl from the gas station.
"Hey" she said, also recognizing the two of you.
You smiled and nodded back as a greeting.
"No luck?" she asked with a frown.
"No. No, not yet"
"May I?" she asked, reaching out for the flyer.
"Yeah" Clay said as he handed it to her.
"She's pretty."
"Thanks" Clay said quietly.
"Do you guys wanna come in for a second, grab a drink?" she asked.
"Uh..." you and Clay glanced at each other before looking back at her, " I don't think your boyfriend would like that too much" you nodded in agreement.
"Don't worry about it. He'll be fine" you and Clay glanced at each other again before you shrugged.
"Thanks" Clay said with a smile.
The two of you stepped into the house, the girl closing the door behind you. You followed her into what looked like the living room. You saw two guys sitting at at table eating, and another girl holding up a video camera. She pointed it over at the two of you, but you could see her aim it at Clay. You felt jealously begin to boil in your gut, but it didn't have long to simmer. The guy from before came out from the kitchen.
"Hey, Trent, uh, you remember..." she trailed off as she gestured to the two of you.
"Clay," he said.
"Y/N," you squeaked out, feeling a mix of anger and jealously.
Trent did not look too happy with the two of you, "Of course I remember Clay and Y/N. Why are they in my house?"
"Hey, new guy, and new girl. Beer?" the girl who was previously holding the video camera held out a beer can in both hands.
"No, no," Trent put out a hand to stop her before you could snap at her, "they've gotta get going. You got flyers to pass out, right?" you bit the inside of your cheek as to not flip out on this douchebag.
"Yeah," Clay said simply, "right"
"Look, if you're hungry, we-" Trent cut his girlfriend off.
"Okay. Look, Clay, Y/N, obviously she's just trying to be nice. But you two can't stay here. No offense, but this is a private party. I don't know you."
"No, you don't know us." Clay said.
"That's so funny, I just said that. Like two seconds ago, that I don't know you. I would probably leave soon before I get pissed off and you know..." Trent trailed off, and you stifled your laughter.
"Yeah?" Clay egged him on.
"Yeah," he replied sternly.
"What happens then?" Clay continued to antagonize him.
"Hey, look. Take it easy, Trent, all right?" the girl stepped between the boys, pressing a hand to Trent's chest, "I'll just- I'll walk you out, the three of you turned and walked toward the door.
"Jenna. Jenna, come on. Where are you going?" Trent called out, but she ignored him as she slammed the door behind her.
"Sorry about that" Jenna said to you.
"That's alright. It's his house, you know?" Clay said.
"Where's your car?" she asked as she looked around.
"I do not have a car, but I do have her" he said, as you walked up to his motorcycle.
"Nice!"
"Thanks"
"I bet she's fast. My uncle used to have a bike just like this."
"Oh, yeah. She goes real fast," Clay responded with a chuckle.
"So where you off to next?" Jenna asked after a moment of silence.
"Well, we haven't been to the other side of the lake yet, so we were probably gonna go check that out," Clay told her.
"You guys want some company?" she asked, and you could see the pleading look in her eyes.
You glanced at Clay before looking back at her, "we'd love some company," you told her.
Instead of taking his motorcycle, Jenna suggested you walk down the trail that circles the lake. You happily agreed and the three of you made your way toward the trail. You walked on Clay's right, while Jenna walked on his left. You walked in silence for a bit before Jenna spoke up.
"So you and your sister must be pretty close?"
"Yeah, we were pretty close when we were younger. But we kinda drifted, you know. I mean, I bailed when I was 17, and she stayed with my mom. Um, she kind of had to, I guess. I don't know, she's always been the responsible one" Clay explained.
"So, when's the last time you talked to her?" Jenna asked.
"Uh, about six months ago. We got into a fight, actually. She uh, she called and said she wanted to see me. Said she was counting on me, and I never showed."
"Hold on," you said as you knelt down on the side of the trail.
You picked up the object from the ground, twirling it around in your hands. Clay and Jenna came over too look over your shoulder at what you had found.
"What is that?" Jenna asked.
Clay leaned down and you handed it to him, "it's a GPS," he said as you stood back up and continued walking.
Clay handed it back to you after examining it more closely. The screen was cracked and it wouldn't turn on. You shoved it into your back pocket and continued down the trail. You walked a few more minutes before coming across the entrance to a camp. The sign above the entrance read CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE in fading white pain. You felt yourself shiver as you read the words, and you hugged Clay's jacket tighter around you.
The three of you searched all the old cabins. They were decrepit and dusty. All the old furniture was still there. The bunk beds and dressers, old lamps and toys. It was eerie to see all of the old things. You wondered how long it had been since camp had actually been held here.
The sun had set by the time you had searched almost all the cabins. Fortunately, Clay had packed two flashlights in his backpack. You gave yours to Jenna, as you could see the fear is her eyes. You did your best to stay close to Clay.
"Let's just check out this last cabin, then we'll head back" Clay said as you walked toward the final cabin.
The cabin was just as old and dirty as the rest. There were dirty baby dolls and other toys scattered all over the floor, along with the the bunk beds that were falling apart. A matted teddy bear in the corner of the room made you want to turn back for the door.
"You really should call the police" Jenna said, and you turned and hurried over to them when you realized they had moved a room over.
"I've already called. They're not looking for her anymore. No one is, except for us" Clay replied.
"Then they should look harder because-" Jenna was cut off by the floorboards breaking underneath her foot, she gasped is surprise, "ow!" she cried out as her foot fell a few inches to the dirt ground below.
"You all right?" you asked as you reached your hand out for hers.
"I'm okay, I'm okay" she lifted her foot out of the hole, bringing it up to rub her ankle.
"You sure?" Clay asked.
She nodded, "yeah."
Clay reached down and picked up a dirt crusted baby doll from out of the hole in the floor.
"Please put that nasty ass thing down," you said, and he promptly threw the doll back on the floor.
"Let's get out of here," you nodded at his words.
"Yes please."
The three of you quickly made your way out of the cabin. You walked down the dirt path until Clay's flashlight began to flicker before turning off completely.
"Give me a sec, I gotta change my batteries," Clay said as he stopped to kneel down and get some batteries out of his backpack.
Jenna shined her flashlight down so he could see while you scanned your surroundings. Surprisingly, there were still some lights on the outside of the cabins that still worked. It didn't help much in illuminating the camp, though. Suddenly, you heard rustling in the distance behind you. The three of your heads shot toward the noise.
"Someone's coming," Clay said before he got up and grabbed your hand.
"Oh shit. Let's go" Jenna said, grabbing onto your arm.
Clay pulled the two of you along to a canoe holder a few feet away. You helped Jenna slide underneath before you followed quickly behind. Clay squished himself next to you and the three of you laid there silently. Jenna held a hand over her mouth to quiet her breathing. A tall, shadowy figure came walking down the main trail that cut through the whole camp. You couldn't make out many details in the darkness, but as they approached Clay's discarded backpack, it looked like a body bag was slung over their shoulder. You held tightly onto Clay's arm as you did your best to keep your breathing steady.
The figure walked up to Clay's backpack, and threw what they had been carrying to the ground with a loud thump. Now you were certain it was a dead body as you stared at the bloody stump where their head used to be. Your eyes widened and your hand flew to your mouth to stop the scream rising in your throat. Your heart was beating out of your chest. You held on tighter to Clay's arm, surely leaving imprints in his skin.
You saw the figure pick up Clay's backpack before tossing it back down. They then turned and walked off. You didn't know what he was doing at first, but it didn't matter. Clay quickly slid out from underneath the canoes and reached down to pull you out. You helped him yank Jenna out before the three of you then ran quietly to hide behind a nearby tree. You saw that whoever it was had turned on a large spotlight before walking back over to where you had been previously hiding. They angrily ripped the canoes off their holders, throwing them to the ground haphazardly. They looked around for a few seconds before they lifted the body back up and threw it over their shoulder. They grabbed Clay's backpack with their free hand and started walking towards one of the cabins.
"Wheres he going?" Clay whispered as he crept towards another tree, trying to keep the figure in sight.
"Oh my god. We gotta go," Jenna whispered frantically, but Clay shushed her.
"I gotta follow him," you grabbed Clays arm.
"Are you insane?!" you whisper yelled at him.
"He had a dead body. We gotta go. We gotta warn my friends," Jenna added.
"Jenna's right, we need to get the fuck out of here."
"Okay, okay" Clay said as he turned to follow you and Jenna.
You crept around quietly until you were a few cabins down, the. you started running. The three of you sprinted out of the camp, Jenna leading while you ran behind her. Clay took up the rear as you made your way back towards the house. You had only made it about half way when Jenna tripped over something in front of you. You stopped and helped her up.
"You okay?" Clay asked her.
"Yeah" she replied, breathlessly.
"What the hell is that?" you asked as you knelt down next to Clay.
He pulled up in a string that was at about ankle height across the path. Jenna grabbed your arm and tugged you up.
"Come on, let's go."
You continued running down the trail, following close behind Jenna. You ran for what felt like hours. Your heart continued to pound loudly in your ears as you struggled to breath. You crossed over a small bridge, a landmark that told you that you were getting close. You forced your legs to keep moving as you could see the house come into view.
"Thank god" you muttered, using the last of your strength to make it to the house.
You ran up the steps to the back of the house. Jenna shoved it open and the three of you rushed inside. Jenna went into the living room while Clay slammed the door behind you. You let out a sigh of relief as you turned the lock.
"Shit! You scared the piss out of me," one of the guys from earlier exclaimed.
Your relief was short lived as you remembered who's house you were in. Clay looked out the glass of the doors, scanning the tree line to make sure that person wasn't following you. You stood next to him with your hands cupped up against the glass as you peered out into the moonlight night.
"Where is everybody? T-There's a guy out there carrying a dead body!" Jenna told her friend.
"We need to find a phone," Clay muttered to you, "Jenna, where's the phone?" he asked her.
"Uh, I-I don't know. Over there?" she pointed toward the kitchen.
"You fucking with me cause I'm high? That's totally not cool cause I just finished smoking, okay?" Jenna's friend asked shakily.
Your eyes darted everywhere searching for the landline. You spotted it on the counter and you jogged over to pick it up. Clay was close behind as you picked it up off the receiver and passed it to him with shaky hands. He quickly dialed 911.
"Hi, I'd like to report a homicide. Uh, Clay Miller. Yeah, I'm at a house by Crystal lake. It's... Yeah, that's it. Hurry," he said into the phone before hanging up, "they said they're sending someone," he said to the room as he sped walked back over to the back door; you followed him close behind.
"Police?" you noticed Jenna's friend holding a bright purple bong in his hand, and you let out a sort laugh.
"Yeah," Clay replied as he brushed past the guy.
"Where is everybody else?" Jenna asked again.
"I don't know. I've been here all day. Chelsea and Nolan left, like, hours ago to the lake," the guy explained as was getting increasingly more panicked.
"Well, what about Trent? Bree?"
"They're in the bedroom."
You glanced over when you heard him say that, and Jenna gave you an annoyed look.
"Uh oh," you muttered, wondering if you'd have to deal with a breakup in the middle of all this shit.
"What?" Clay asked you franticly, not paying attention to anything else but keeping watch.
"Oh, nothing. Nothing" you assured him as you turned back to look out the window.
Jenna came back after a minute without Trent or Bree. Now you really hated this guy. You were just about to go over and ask if she needed you to get Clay to break the door down, when all the lights in the house went out.
"Oh fuck" you muttered.
"Who's messing with the lights?" you heard Trent yell as he walked into the living room.
"Oh shit. Chewie's still out there," you heard Jenna's friend say.
You watched Clay put the phone to his ear before shaking his head, "phones dead. Jenna, do you have a cell phone? Do you have anything?"
"No, nothing has signal" she told him.
"What the fuck are you two doing here?" Trent yelled as him and who you guessed was Bree walked into the living room.
"Trent-" Jenna tried to stop him, but he ignored her, continuing to yell over her.
"Get the fuck out!" he yelled at you.
"Easy" Clay yelled back.
"They're just trying to help us!" Jenna pleaded.
"Oh and you, you leave with them for eight hours, fucking all over the woods? You know what? Why don't you get the fuck out too?" Trent said angrily to Jenna.
You were running off so much adrenaline at that point that you couldn't stop the words that came out of your mouth, "are you fucking kidding me, bro? You say that like you and Bree weren't just up there fucking! We've been dealing with a murderer, so maybe you should shut the fuck up!" you truly didn't care what these people thought of you, so the burning embarrassment you thought would follow your rant, never came.
Clay backed you up, yelling just as loud, if not louder, "listen, dumb shit! There's a bigger problem-" Trent cut Clay off by pushing him back.
"Are you serious? There is a killer out there! He's the one who cut the lights!" Clay shouted as Jenna stepped in front of Trent.
You didn't make a move to stop Clay. You honestly wanted him to knock this guy out. You'd rather do it yourself, but it would be just as satisfying watching Clay knock the guy to the floor.
"Trent, don't you get it? Chelsea and Nolan never came back," Jenna continued to plead with Trent, "Lawrence, what are you doing?" Jenna questioned her friend as he grabbed a hanging frying pan from off its hook and headed for the back door.
"My boys still out there. I'm gonna go get him" he replied.
"That's a really bad idea, dude," you told him.
"Yeah, don't go out there. Please" Clay pleaded with him.
"Look, I told you, all right? You can't get a handle on me. I'll surprise you every time," he said with a confident smirk before heading out the back door.
'He's fucking dead,' you thought as you shook your head.
"Guys this is bullshit. The power goes out here all the time" Trent said after all of you had waited for Lawrence in silence for a while.
Suddenly, you heard screams in the distance.
"Help me!" you heard Lawrence scream from outside, "help! Help me! Please, help me!"
"Lawrence," Jenna said before running toward the back door.
Clay stepped in front of her put his hands out to stop her, "no, no, no. You can't go out there."
"We have to help him." she said.
"No, we can't-"
You cut Clay off, "he's just using your friend as bait. He wants us to go out, because the second we do, he's gonna get us too.
"Look, you don't know that," Trent said, but the shake in his voice told you that he wasn't so sure.
"Jesus, where are the police?" Bree cried out before walking into the kitchen out of view.
You could still hear Lawrence screaming for help in the distance, "I can't move!"
"Look, we have to help him," Jenna said, but you just shook your head no.
You all stood there in silence, other than Lawrence's screams, "I can't die like this! Help me, please! Trent!" you wanted to help him, but what help would you be to him dead?
"Somebody has to do something! Shut up, shut up, shut up!" Bree yelled frantically as she began to sob.
You heard one final scream from outside, then nothing. All you could hear now were the sounds of Bree sobbing. Jenna reluctantly turned and walked over to where Bree was sat on the floor with her knees hugged to her chest.
"Everything's going to be okay. The cops are on their way" Jenna said to Bree as she knelt down next to her.
"You hear that?" you whispered to Clay.
He nodded, "yeah. Nothing."
A shiver ran down your spine as you realized Lawrence was most likely dead. The realization made your heart begin to pound loudly in your ears again. You couldn't hear anything over the thumping as the events of the last few hours flashed through your mind. You felt warm hands on your shoulders before being turned to the left.
"Y/N? Are you okay?" Clay asked you with a concerned look on his face.
"Y-Yeah," you lied.
"Listen to me. I am not going to let anything happen to you. We are both gonna get out of this alive," he told you firmly, but still being gentle with you at the same time.
You nodded furiously as the tears began to well up in your eyes. Clay wrapped his arms around you and pulled you into his chest. He held you close, rubbing your back softly as you sniffed, trying to keep the tears in. You jumped when you heard sudden banging, and you turned to see Trent walking up the stairs. You also noticed the phone lying in pieces on the ground.
"W-What are you doing?" Clay asked him
Trent ignored him, continuing up the stairs. Bree went up after him soon after. You and Clay went back over to look out the back doors. Jenna came over and stood next to you, handing both of you a flashlight.
A few minutes passed when a knocking on the door made Jenna jump and let out a gasp. Clay shushed her. The three of you stood still as statues.
"Police!" you heard someone yell from the door.
"Oh, thank god" Jenna said as you let out a breath you didn't realize you were holding it.
"Go, go" Clay ushered you to the front door.
"Police, open up!"
Jenna pushed the curtain back to the window next to the door. Before you could pull the door open, a sharp object came through it, the tip of it just barely missing your eye. You were frozen in fear as Jenna screamed and sprinted away from the door.
"Oh shit. Oh shit. Go, go, go" Clay grabbed you but the waist and yanked you away from the door.
You were snapped out of your shock and the three of you ran up the stairs and into the first room you found. Clay ran over to shut any open windows.
"Get the door," Clay said.
"Okay, shit," Jenna muttered as you both turned; she let out a short scream when Trent appeared in the door way, making you jump slightly.
"What are you doing? Is he in the house?" Trent asked.
"He killed the cop" Jenna told him.
Trent cocked the pistol he was holding.
"What the fuck, you've got a gun? Let's go, now!" Clay gestured toward the gun then out the door.
You rushed quickly out of the room. Suddenly, Trent stopped and turned to shoot a few shots into the closet.
"For fucks sake!" you yelled as your hands flew up to cover your ears.
"Jesus! What are you doing!? Give me the gun!" Clay yelled at him.
You heard a thud inside the next room to your right.
"Someone's in there," Jenna said with a shake in her voice.
Clay pushed you and Jenna back as Trent turned around started shooting blindly at the closed door.
"Check it out" Clay ordered him.
Trent walked slowly toward the door before turning the handle and attempting to push it open. It seemed like something was in the way, but after one final push, it opened. Trent leaned in to check before he quickly out and shut the door.
"Bree's dead. He killed Bree!" he shouted before turning and running down the stairs.
The three of you followed him down the stairs and to the front door. Clay unlocked it and pulled the door open.
"Holy fuck" you heard the shake in your own voice as you saw the cop; a fire poker had been jabbed through his eye, and you shuddered at the fact that you could have suffered a similar fate. Clay patted down the cop, in hopes of finding anything useful.
"There's no gun, no keys, nothing. Let's go," you ran toward the cop car and Trent tried opening the passenger door with no luck.
You followed Clay to his motorcycle, "where are the keys?" he asked as he searched around for them.
"I don't know!" you replied, continuing to frantically search the ground for them.
"Help! We got officers down!" you heard Trent yell into what you assumed was the cops radio.
"My keys are gone. Where are my keys? Are they in my jacket?" you shoved your hands into the pockets of his jacket that you were wearing, finding them empty.
"No, I don't know where they are!"
"Hey Jenna, fuck these two. Let's get out of here!" Trent turned to grab at the radio again when suddenly, Bree's dead body fell on top of the hood of the cop car; the windshield shattered as Trent began to scream.
Jenna screamed too as Clay began pushing both of you you, "go, go, go!" he repeated as he pushed you toward the woods.
You ran down the trail that went around the lake, and back toward the camp. You jogged the way you had went earlier that day. When you got to the entrance of the camp, Clay led you off on a side path you hadn't noticed before.
"He was headed this way. Come on" you followed Clay to the large cabin you saw the figure walking towards earlier.
You snuck your way inside. Clay led as you held onto his hand tightly, your other arm linked with Jenna's as you crept through the cabin. The place was a decaying mess, just like the rest of the cabins had been. This one was bigger though, and it looked like it had been a counselor cabin. The more you looked around, the more it looked like someone's actual house. As you were walking through the house, you thought you heard distant, muffled screaming.
Clay stopped, seemingly he had heard it too, "did you hear that?" Clay asked and you nodded.
"What was that?" Clay shushed Jenna, and the three of you stood there in silence for a moment.
You heard another scream and it sounded like it came from below you.
"What the fuck..." Clay muttered as he began pushing debris aside with his foot. He used the small pickaxe tool he had found earlier to pull open what seemed to be some sort of basement or cellar door.
You shined your flashlight down to see that it was only a few feet deep. Clay dropped down into the hole before helping you and Jenna down. You crouched down and crawled into what looked like old mining tunnels. They were cluttered with old camping equipment, and other random junk. There was the occasional lantern hung up to keep the tunnels lit.
You walked quietly through the tunnels before coming to a fork. Clay looked at both of his options before turning down the right path.
"This way," Clay said before leading the way down the long tunnel.
The tunnel led to another cluttered area. Off to the right, you saw Whitney chained up and sat on a dirty mattress on the floor.
"Clay? Y/N?" she said in disbelief.
"Whitney? Whitney!" Clay said as he rushed over to her.
"Oh my god, Whitney!" you exclaimed as you followed him.
You were surprised to see her still alive. You were beyond thankful, but after seeing that headless body, your hope of finding her had diminished greatly.
"Thank god," Clay knelt down and hugged her.
"Are you okay?" he asked as he held her close.
"Yeah. Thank god," she echoed.
"You're okay. You're okay. Oh god," he said as he pulled away, holding her face in his hands.
You knelt down next to her and looked down at the chains holding her in place.
"Just get me out of here," Whitney begged.
"We will, we're gonna get you out of here" you told her as you aimed the flashlight down so Clay could see.
"Come on, you guys, let's go," Jenna said frantically from behind you.
"Can you break it? Just break it," Whitney said.
Clay picked up his pickaxe and Whitney held her hands up on a box next to her. You reached over and helped to keep her hands apart and steady. It was a futile effort, as all your hand were shaking.
"Hold still" Clay told her.
"Please hurry," Whitney cried.
Clay reared back then whacked the pickaxe down, missing the chain.
"We gotta get out of here" you heard Jenna whimper from behind you.
"I don't wanna hit you," he said, worriedly.
"Just fucking do it!" Whitney said.
"Okay, okay" Clay took another swing, missing again.
You heard a loud thud in the distance.
"Oh god" Whitney whispered.
One more swing and Clay broke the chain.
"You guys, I can see him. He's coming," Jenna said as she ran back toward you.
"We gotta go," you said as you stood up.
"Grab onto me," Clay told Whitney as he wrapped his arm around her middle.
You helped him lift her up off the ground and the four of you started running down the tunnel, the opposite way of which you came. You ran a few minutes before Jenna stopped in front of you.
"It's a dead end. What are we gonna do?" you heard her say as you saw the end of the tunnel, "Clay?Hurry," Jenna pleaded as he looked around for a way out.
"Here. Here!" Clay pushed on a grate that was above you; he pulled and yanked on it but it wouldn't budge.
He looked down in front of him at a pile of boxes, "we can get through here," you and Clay knocked them down to reveal a small opening in the dirt wall.
"Follow me," Clay said before he crawled in first.
He turned around and stuck his hand out to Whitney, and you ushered her inside. You quickly followed, taking Clay's hand and letting him pull you in. You turned around to help Jenna.
"Give me your hand, Jenna. Come on hurry. Okay, I got you," Clay said as he grabbed Jenna's hand.
Before you could pull her all the way in, a machete was plunged through Jennas chest. Whitney screamed as you all fell back.
"Oh my- fuck! Jesus, god, no," Clay tried to grab Jenna's outstretched hand.
"Clay no, come on. Clay!" Whitney said as you both tried to pull him back.
"Oh, fuck" he muttered as the blade was pulled back out of Jenna, and the man pushed her lifeless body to the side.
"She's gone Clay, we gotta go!" you grabbed his arm and pulled him back.
You ran down the tunnel as fast as you could. As you were running, Whitney accidentally kicked a box with her foot, knocking over a lantern. You heard it shatter on the ground and the loud whoosh of the flames you felt the heat behind you. You hoped that would slow the bastard down.
"Look. I think this might be a way out" Whitney said as you reached a wooden ladder leading up.
Clay climbed up, pushing floorboards out of the way, "alright. Let's go. Come on. Hurry," Clay said once he decided the coast was clear.
You let Whitney go up first, checking behind you as she climbed up the rickety ladder. Clay pulled her up before reaching down to help you.
"Come on," you climbed up and reached out for his hand, letting him pull you up and out of the hole, "let's go," he said as he turned and started walking.
You quickly realized you were in an overturned bus. Clay walked to the other end of it with you and Whitney close behind. The door to leave was above you, and Clay yanked and hit at it to get it open.
"Shit, it's stuck," Clay muttered.
Finally he was able to yank on the handle and it squeaked open. Clay climbed out before reaching down to help you.
"Give me your hand!" Clay called down to you.
You helped push Whitney up and out of the hole as she reached for Clays hand.
"On three. One, two-" before he could finish, something pulled him back.
"Run! Whitney, Y/N, get-" he was cut off as he was yanked away.
"Clay!" Whitney yelled.
"Clay!" you echoed her.
"Stop it!" Whitney yelled as Clays head was smashed through a window above you.
"No! Clay!" you looked up and saw the man who had been terrorizing you; his face was covered by a hockey mask, but you could see his wide eyes staring down at you.
"Shit. Shit, what do we do?" Whitney cried.
"We hide. Move, move" you pushed her toward the other end of the bus.
Whitney climbed up onto a small ledge above the hole you just came out of. You crouched down to the left behind a row of bus seats at the very back of the bus. You stayed quiet as the man walked slowly over to the hole before looking down into it.
"Fuck you," you heard Whitney spit.
You peeled out from your hiding spot to watch her use both her feet to kick him backwards, causing him to fall into the hole.
She hopped off the ledge, tripping and falling face first on the floor. The man came up out of the hole and grabbed onto Whitney's ankle. She screamed as she tried to crawl froward. Her nails scraped along the metal of the bus. She kicked at the man's face, but he didn't let go. She continued to scream as you looked around for anything to help. You noticed a plank and your feet, and you lifted it up over his head. You brought it down hard, knocking him down into the hole and forcing him to release his grip on Whitney's ankle. You jumped over the hole and helped Whitney to her feet as you heard creaking above you.
"Y/N! Whitney!" Clay yelled from above you.
"Clay!" Whitney called back, running toward the other end of the bus, you close behind.
The rain started to pour down onto the three of you as Clay helped you out of the bus. You helped push Whitney up before Clay pulled you up. He helped the two of you hop off the side of the bus before you started running off into the woods as the rain soaked through your clothes. You ran for awhile before coming across the barn you had stopped at earlier in the day. Clay made sure the coast was clear before waving you over.
"Hide" Clay whispered as you stepped into the cluttered barn.
Whitney grabbed onto your hand and pulled you to the left, the two of you crouching down behind a pile of random junk. Clay walked further into barn as you knelt down behind some boxes with Whitney. Suddenly you heard a loud crash. You couldn't see their fight from where you were crouched down. Whitney stood up slightly and peeked out to watch. You waited a few seconds before looking over her shoulder.
The man pulled out his machete and swung it at Clay. Your whole body tensed as Clay dodged the blade and pushed the masked man back into the wall. He was quick to flip Clay around and slam him against a huge wood chipper. It whirred to life, and you recognized it to be the machinery you had heard earlier that day. The man threw Clay to the floor before picking him back up by his hair, pushing his head toward the spinning blades of the wood chipper.
"Shit, Whitney, we have to do something or he's gonna kill Clay," Whitney looked like she was thinking before she stood up and walked to the center of the barn.
"Whitney, wait!" you whisper yelled, but she didn't listen.
You stayed hidden, looking around for some kind of weapon. You saw a metal baseball bat lying in the grassy floor next to you. You picked it up and readied yourself to run out if you needed to.
"Jason," Whitney called out.
You watched him turn and look at her. She held something up, it looked like a necklace of some sort. You peered out and watched the killer throw Clay to the ground.
"It's okay," Whitney said as she began to walk closer to him, "you can stop now. It's okay," you didn't know what the hell she was doing, but it was too late to stop her now.
You watched Clay charge him, hitting him with something in his back. You stood and rushed over as Clay wrapped chain around his neck. Whitney took the other end of the chain and threw it into the wood chipper. The chain got stuck, and yanked Jason into the air by his neck. He thrashed around in the air, trying to get free, with no luck. Clay walked around him and back over to you and Whitney.
Suddenly, the board snapped that the chain was wrapped around snapped, causing Jason to fall to the floor. He quickly got back up, grabbing a piece of the broken wood and hitting Clay across the face with it. He went flying backwards until he hit the wall of the barn, falling to the floor. Jason then turned and hit you in the stomach, causing you to fly backwards too. You landed in a pile of junk, every part of your body aching.
"Y/N!?" you only groaned in pain as you felt a pair of hands grab you, "Y/N! Are you okay?" Clay pulled you up and into his arms.
"I don't know" he held you up as he helped you walk back towards Whitney.
You looked over and saw Jason, laying back against the wood chipper, covered in blood with a machete in his chest. You then looked over at Clay, who had a cut on his left cheek. You reached up and cupped his cheek gently. You also noticed the bruise already forming on his chin where he had been hit with the plank of wood.
"Can you stand?" he asked you.
You nodded as you tried to put your weight back into your wobbly legs, "I think so. Let's get out of here, leave this for someone else."
"What if he..." Whitney trailed off.
"He won't. There's no way. Let's just get the hell out of here!"
Whitney nodded in agreement. The three of you started to head out of the barn, Clay keeping you upright with an arm around your middle. Whitney was on your either side, holding you up as well.
You couldn't help but take one last look behind you, and you could have sworn you saw him twitch. You ignored it, telling yourself that it was finally over.
"I told you we'd make it out alive," Clay said with a weak smile.
"I told you we'd find Whitney," you kissed his cheek before doing the same to Whitney, and she chuckled, which made smile.

A/N: This is where things start to build up...
You were finally settling into the routine, the filming, school work, life in general. You finally found balance in your everyday life, and you can definitely thank Jensen for helping you with everything that came up along the way.
You were excitedly counting down the days until you get to go back to Austin and be there for the twins' birthday. You haven't been that excited about something in a long time.
But as of now, you, Jensen, Jared, and Misha are walking to get some lunch. Of course, Jared was being Jared and pulled yet another prank on Misha. And of course, taking in the fact how serious y'all are, Richard got sick and tired of y'alls bullshit and sent you to have some lunch and cool off before continuing with filming, for sake of his as much as yours.
"You are a monster!" Misha exclaimed, Jared laughing,
"I can't believe that what, 12 years later, you still fall for his stupid pranks," Jensen said, all three of you giggling as Misha groaned,
"I just might ask craft and supplies to buy me some popcorn for next time, cause you guys are my favorite movie to watch," you laughed, Jensen's phone ringing,
"Oh, it's Dee. Get me some steak and salad, kiddo. I'll catch up with you guys."
"I'm so gonna put something spicy in his meal," Jared giggled evily,
"Jared Tristan Padalecki woke up and chose violence," you said, Misha rolling his eyes,
"That's his default setting, kid," he stated, Jared nudging his arm playfully,
"Oh I love you too," Jared stated, taking his phone out, "I gotta check in with Gen. I'll take my meal when I make it. You keep a seat for me, kid," he said, ruffling your hair and drifting away as well,
"I'll just drop by and give Sarah my trench coat so that she can wash it up since this is not presentable anymore," Misha said, "Keep me a seat too! Preferably as far from Jared as possible," he called out from the distance, making you giggle as you showed him a thumbs-up, leaving to get some food.
While you were walking to the catering, you pulled your phone out to read over all the texts your friend, well, more sister, sent you. The time zones are kind of messing with your friendship but oh well, it's not like she's a night owl anyways, so you get to text very often. You caught up with all the texts from her and swapped to discord, where you had a group of close friends you'd study with whenever you needed company.
As you were walking you bumped into something, or someone. You immediately turned around after bumping into whatever it was, wanting to apologize for being a clumsy idiot if it was a person you bumped into.
But when you lifted your eyes up from the phone, you froze.
"Watch your steps, whore," a voice called you out, making you gulp. You swore you felt all will to live drained from your body and soul right there and now, as you stared at the person you'd never expect to see here. You were speechless, hands shaking as they put the phone back into your pocket. The person smiled at you evily, making your blood run cold, "Awww, what's the matter? Are you scared of your own mom?" you clenched your jaw, all the anger accumulating in you slowly but surely.
If she left from set without a bloody nose she should consider herself lucky. Everything was coming down but you still didn't know what to do. Do you attack, talk back, run away?
"Since when do you speak English? You don't even speak Y/M/L properly."
"I want to show you that everything is possible. Even me learning this filthy language," she began, "To prove you that you could have done exactly the same. You could have studied and become a scientist in Russia and-"
"Did you seriously travel for more than 30 hours just to tell me all of that shit over again?" you asked, huffing a laugh, "I can't believe this. You're still living in the past. I'm done," you pointed out, "I'm done being a puppet you control. I'm done being a punching bag you take all of your anger out on. I'm done being your daughter. I'm done being related to you. For all I know, I shouldn't be talking to a stranger."
"Drop the bullshit, bitch," she spat out,
"No, I'm not gonna drop it. I've had it up to here with you," you said, gesturing, "I'm done being manipulated and controlled, I'm done being beaten and hurt and called out. I don't deserve what you've done to me. You brought me into this world only to blame me for everything that has ever happened and to make me into this robot you control. I'm not supposed to be what you want me to be. I'm supposed to build my own future and make my own choices, whether right or wrong."
"I see you're still blind," she responded, "Me controlling you? How can you stay blind after all these years? I'm giving you a future!"
"A future?" you huffed, "This is my future. For the next few months, this is my future. My future is to finish high school, to make my own choices and be my own person. My future is to heal from everything you've fed me with. But then, you don't know of the term mental health, so you wouldn't know what I'm talking about."
"Stop being a bitch or I make you shut that filthy mouth of yours," she said, taking a step towards you, making you take a step back as you flinched,
"Yeah, that's how you deal with everything. Beat Y/N up. That's the only card you know how to play."
"You little blind bitch. I'm trying to secure your future, to make you successful!"
"And I can't do that by myself, in a branch I choose? I can't be a successful actress, or a video game designer, or a mathematician or a musician? It has to be medicine, biology, whatever the fuck the thing is on your mind? You are not doing anything but wanting to make me into this super famous person so you can show off to others how smart your daughter is. That same daughter you beat behind closed doors. Have you ever bragged about that? How gentle of a mother you are?"
"KIDDO!" Dean Winchester's voice in full swing echoed in the air and you felt a stone rolling off your heart as you saw him run towards you. He immediately grabbed you for your arm and pulled you aside. Though it was rough, it wasn't meant for hurting you, but for quickly moving you back behind him, where you were safe and out of reach for your mother,
"Oh great. The old fuck."
"Who the hell are you?" Jensen asked,
"Oh, you don't know!" your mother exclaimed, taking a step back. You grabbed at Jensen's flannel and pulled him three steps back with you. Jensen looked you in the eye and you must have had such a scared expression that he immediately dropped the attention on your mother and immediately turned to you,
"Kiddo, who is that?"
"My-my mother," you breathed, feeling your chest tighten up, "She's-she's my mother."
It took Jensen one swift motion to pick you up and settle you on his hip, same way Dean did to your character numerous of times before,
"You're safe. As long as my arms are around you, you're safe. I promise," he whispered.
You couldn't do much but lean your head against his shoulder as you tried to take deep breaths and not go into a panic attack,
"I want you to leave," Jensen spoke up, turning to face your mother, "You have no business being here. Go your own way."
"Oh, but she is my business," your mother spoke up. You shook your head and Jensen squeezed you tighter,
"Oh, look how gentle and soft you are with her. That's how you raise a whiny bastard. My methods haven't worked quite well, unfortunately, as she's still a whiny little bitch."
"Yeah, when you beat your daughter up with whatever comes to hand she craves for a soft touch, something that won't hurt her," he responded,
"What I was doing was raising a strong independent woman. Now, only thing I have left is to kick that bitchy attitude out of her and make her into a scientist so she can finally contribute to this family and be useful for once."
"Oh no, you're not coming near her," Jensen shook his head, "You aren't taking her anywhere."
"Oh sweetie, that's not your decision to make. Besides, I have no problem showing you a few moves I've used on her. I'm sure she'll obey after she revises them with me."
"No," you spoke up, Jensen still holding you tightly, "You're not going to hurt him."
"You be a grown-up and talk to your mother!" she exclaimed. You looked at Jensen, nodding. He gulped, letting you down but tightly holding you, your back pressing against his chest, "Now, about the parenting preferences. Don't you have three kids of your own? You should start using some belt on them if you want them to grow up strong and independent."
"Oh you don't tell me how to raise my children," Jensen growled, "I'm never going to hurt my kids. Whatever they do, I'd never hurt them."
"Oh, you're making a big mistake."
"Yeah, whatever makes you sleep better at night," he responded, "Children cannot in any way be responsible for whatever is happening in your life. Yes, they might break a glass, shatter a window, spill milk, crack their head open, but they are never doing things on purpose and when mistakes happen, you talk to them. You don't 'cure it' with a belt."
"Please, as far as I can tell, Y/N's grateful for my parenting preferences. Right?" you gulped,
"What's going on here?" Misha's voice rang, your mom groaning,
"You fuckers don't know what manners are, do you?" she asked, turning around to face Misha, "Don't interrupt a lady when she talks," Misha looked at her and Jensen was fast to drop on his knees and turn you to face him. You heard Misha talk back but all you were focused on was Jensen,
"Kiddo, hey, you're safe," he told you and you nod, "She's not gonna come near you. Did she hit you?" you shook your head, "You sure?" you nod, "Okay, that's good. How did she find you?"
"I-I don't know. I bumped into her when-when I was walking to-to get food," you stammered,
"Okay, we'll take care of it. Do you trust me?" you nod, "Good. Now, I'm here, and so is Mish, Jared will stumble up here as well. You're safe. We won't let her get you. Okay?" you nod again and he stood up, both returning to the pose you had before Misha showed up.
You could now tell Misha was in a heated argument with your mother.
"STOP!" Jensen exclaimed, Misha moving to stand right next to you. It seemed like he realized who she was and he took a protective pose in front of you as well.
"You know what, I should have hit you harder," your mother spoke, Misha gulping as he looked down to you for a second before looking back up,
"Yeah, mother of the year right here people!" he shot back,
"She's a sixteen year old child. She's got all the rights to be loved and to want a hug and to feel safe. Every single person, no matter their age, should be granted as much."
"She can't even do the right thing to save her life! That's where your gentle parenting bullshit leads. Now, I'm sure she's pretty useless here. Might as well hand it back to me."
"She's not an it," Jensen growled,
"Yeah!" Jared's voice rang and you turned around just in time for him to voluntarily pick you up and settle you on his hip, "She's our kid! So you might as well drop whatever plans you have with her because you'll have to walk over our dead bodies to get her."
"Wow," your mother huffed, "So despearate in need of a dad, you found three! But you never once cared about me, did you? I had to be alone for my entire life because of you! You drove your father away and I never got to be loved!"
"I was never responsible for anything that happened between you two," you yelled out, "Why didn't you abort me if he already didn't want me and you knew he was going to kick you out?"
"Well, I figured to make up for it by making you into a successful scientist and then we can go to him and-"
"So that is your brilliant plan? Rub it in? Do you understand that he has a wife and a daughter he loves. He doesn't care about you or me. And I'm sorry you went through that, but you had options and you chose to give birth to me. I had nothing to do with you and him. I was born and instead of being loved, I was all these years used as a puppet in your master plan of rubbing it in to him."
"What is it that you want?" Misha asked, obviously missing some context,
"Well, that idiot there is coming with me or she's going to suffer."
"I ain't letting her go," Jared spoke up, "So you might as well cross that off your to-do list and reschedule it for never."
"You've got a chance to fix all this," your mother warned you, "I won't beat you hard too."
"No," you spoke, "I'm happy where I'm standing right now and I'm not coming with you."
"Well, you had your choice. I can't wait to see you suffer," she responded, "The exact same way you made me suffer."
"She made you suffer? Because she wants to live her own life, make her own decisions? Or is it because she wants to be loved and cared for?"
"Don't you want what's best for your child?" she countered,
"We all do," Jared said, "But your definition of best seems to drift off from ours."
"We want our children to have a good life. But we don't dictate them," Jensen began, "We don't plan it all out for them. We let them be kids, let them play, learn, enjoy life, fuck up and slam against the wall and help them get back up. They are never going to have a plan they so blindly have to follow. What you wanted to do to Y/N, it's not fair. It's inhumane."
"Why won't you shut that ugly mouth of yours or I make you," she threatened, huffing, "No wonder you fit so well. Shit goes with more shit."
"You keep them out of your dirty mouth," you growled, "You wanna trash talk about me? Do it. Make the whole universe hear how bad of a daughter I am. But you don't dare talk about them like that. You don't know them."
"Oh, and you do? They'll just use you to get popular and then throw you out. That's when it'll hit you and you'll beg to come back," her mother began, "But I won't take you in then. You have one chance, and it's now."
"No."
Your mother gasped, fully not expecting the answer even though she's been given the same answer multiple times,
"W-What?"
"I said no," you repeated, "I told you I'm done. I'm not coming with you. This is where I stand, and I like it here. I'm done with you and your plans for me, for revenge on my father. It's over," you said, "We were getting lunch, guys," you spoke, the three nodding and walking away, brushing past your mother, but not without resistance. She jumped at you, presumably, but Jensen was in the way and had no problem grabbing her and pulling her away while Jared moved quickly, still holding you in his arms and Misha bolted, probably for security.
"You are not," he began, locking arms around her, her long nails scratching his skin, "Going to," he picked her up, "Come near my kid," he took a step back, "Ever again." he growled in her ear, dragging the two of them away, "You wanna make her suffer?" Jensen asked, letting her mother go and she immediately maintained a safe distance from him, "Huh? You wanna make a little kid suffer?" he repeated, your mother bolting to attack him again, long nails managing to get to his face before he grabbed her wrists, "Bad idea. Cause if you touch her, you have a lot of people breathing on your neck. And I am the first one," he said, going into her face. Only thing your mother could do is hysterically scream into Jensen's face until the security showed up and they dragged her away.
As soon as she's being dragged away, Jensen is running to you and Jared and you caught Misha with the corner of your eye. You couldn't be fooled, as all three had terrified expressions on their face,
"She's okay," Jared spoke up as soon as Jensen was within arms length. He took you from Jared's arms and hugged you tightly. You couldn't do much but return the hug and let both of you calm down from your high.
"How did she get through the security?" Misha spoke up,
"She-She probably paid her way in," you responded, going to hug Misha and then Jared, "I'm sorry for causing a scene."
"There's nothing to apologize for, munckhin," Jared shook his head as he squeezed you tightly, giving you one of his famous moose hugs,
"I scared you. All three of you," you responded, looking back at Jensen, "And she hurt you too."
"What's important is that she didn't hurt you," Jensen responded, smiling weakly for you, "Don't apologize. You didn't pick your mother."
"But still-"
"Don't," Misha shook his head, "We're all okay. And Jensen's right. What matters is that you're not hurt."
"What in the ever-loving fuck happened?!" Richard exclaimed as he walked up to you,
"My mother somehow managed to break through the security."
"She's fucking mental!" he exclaimed, "Are you guys okay?"
"More or less," Jensen responded,
"Oh man, get someone to clean that up," Rich frowned, "Listen, if she broke through the security that means we have a rat somewhere around."
"I'll fire the current security and ask Cliff to make me a list of most trusted ones," Jensen said, "I'll set it all up."
"But until that's set up, we're taking a break," Richard said, "I gotta look around people here too. I don't know who she might be working with. I'll need time."
"Guys, really, you don't have to-"
"All of our safety is compromised with that mental bitch loose. Yes, she'll be held for 72 hours or something, and yes we'll press charges, but whatever is the outcome, I have to go through all these people. I have to work with people I know are safe. I don't want insane parents breaking into the set and murders happening, and neither do Jensen and Danneel."
"But we'll fall back with filming," you pointed out,
"We'll be fine. Filming is postponed until February 1st. We have a few episode waiting for production. I order y'all to go home and take a break. You heard me kiddie?" you nod, looking down, not expecting Richard to come up and hug you, "Hey, I'm not mad at you. I can't be mad at you. She's the mental idiot, not you. I'm just glad you're safe."
"Thanks," you whispered, returning the hug,
"Don't thank me. Now go home, all of you."
The first thing Jensen did as he opened the door to his trailer was lead you to the couch and grab a bottle of water sitting on the counter, handing it to you. You took it quietly, your head bowing down.
"Kiddo," he whispered, crouching in front of you, "Kiddo, look at me," he tried but you shook your head.
How can I look at you? I put you in danger. I shouldn't be here.
"Kiddo, this isn't on you."
You gulped.
Of course he knew what's going on in your head. Of course he knew you'd be blaming yourself. And you still couldn't wrap your head around the fact that nobody is blaming you.
But then, they might be as well lying to you.
"We're going back to Austin," he stated and you shook your head,
"I'm not going."
"Yes you are."
"No I'm not," you began, finally looking up, "She's going to be out in 72 hours. She's coming after me. Save yourself and go. I'll find a place here and keep quiet until we return to film."
"No," Jensen shook his head, "You're coming with me. You're way safer in Austin than here. Either we both go or we both stay."
"Jensen-"
"No," he said sternly, "I'm not leaving you here."
"Jensen, you heard her. Are you seriously willing to sacrifice the safety of your family just for one person?"
"Yes," he responded, taking you back with it, "Cliff is in Austin. I'll ask him to watch over our place."
"Jensen you don't know her and the lengths she's ready to go. Just let her have her way with me and she'll be gone when she's done."
"Not knowing how far she can go is the exact thing I'm scared of," he pointed out, "You're coming. We're gonna keep you safe, and we'll have fun and think of how to get rid of her, besides suing her."
"I don't want to sue her," you spoke up, Jensen now confused, "I just want her to go back to Y/H/C as soon as possible. Besides, she's most likely not going to show up at the court anyways."
"Okay, but Chaos Machine is suing her, so she'll have some problems up her ass," Jensen said, "Now, we'll go home and pack. We need time to figure things out and if nothing, I'll feel better if all my kids are within arms reach."
"And that's exactly what I meant when I said I don't want to come. I want you to be safe. I want them to be safe. Jensen, I can't afford to be close to you now."
"She can be the queen of England and I still wouldn't give a flying fuck. She's not going to hurt me, nor you nor anyone."
"Y-You can't promise me that, Jense."
"You're scared of her," Jensen sighed, "Which is completely okay. But you're forgetting something. That is, you have me. You have Jared, Misha, you have Dee and little ones back in Austin. We're not going to let her win, kiddo."
"She will win. I know she will. Jense, she has ways and mind twisted like no one else. How far she's ready to go to make someone suffer..."
"Well she isn't counting on you having us and she sure as hell doesn't know I'd go even further to protect you, so she can stick it up where the Sun shines," Jensen said, kissing your temple, "Let's just pack up and go home."
12 hours later
When you step out of the car you are greeted by Danneel's arms wrapping around you to give you a hug. Your brain is such a wreck that you don't even flinch. You just return the hug numbly, everything in your head just too much to handle. Jensen gets a hug as well and you follow the two to the living room where they sit you down.
"Honey, you're safe here. She's not going to come near you again," Danneel tried to assure you,
"I shouldn't be here," you whispered, "I should go to a motel or something. I'm putting you in danger. How can you not see?" you asked, looking up with tears in your eyes, "I don't want to put you in danger. I don't want to put the kids in danger. Why aren't you getting rid of me?"
"Because you're family," Danneel responded, "No matter what she does, we'll go through it together."
"I shouldn't have left you alone," Jensen murmured, totally out of the current conversation,
"No," you spoke up, standing up to go after him after he began walking up and down the room, grabbing his hand and stopping him to look at you, "You don't do that. You don't blame yourself. It's not your fault she's insane."
"It's neither of yours fault," Danneel corrected you as she approached you, "So stop blaming yourselves. She's her own person, she has her own brain with questionable thoughts in it and you cannot in any way make her do anything because she's calling the shots. Now you," she turned to Jensen, grabbing his other hand, "I know you'd probably wipe Y/N from her mother's memories if you'd had the chance to, but you can't. So don't blame yourself for something that you didn't see coming. You can't see into the future. And you," she turned to you, "You're just a child and you're not at fault for having a crazy mother. So don't eat yourself over what happened and don't think about what's to come either. Whatever happens has its own reasons why and we'll go through it together, like a family. Now, I think a nice, warm bath will help you relax. What do you think?" you nod,
"Thanks," you whispered, looking at Jensen who wore the famous 'Dean feels guilty for something he had no control over' face. You shook his hand and he looked down at you, "It's okay."
When you're done with your bath, Danneel was waiting for you with a cup of hot cocoa,
"Here's something to warm up a little before going to sleep."
"I can't sleep."
"I know. I think Jensen's right there with you," she responded, opening the door to their bedroom where Jensen was seated against the headboard, playing with the blanket over him, "How about you two have some alone time and in the morning you'll fill me up?" she said and Jensen nod, taking your hand in his and sitting you down next to him,
"Thanks honey," he whispered, Danneel smiling as she leaned down to kiss his lips,
"Don't thank me," she smiled, planting a kiss to your temple as well before walking away and closing the door behind her.
The two of you sat in pure silence. You didn't know what to say, what could you possibly say to make this whole situation better. You knew Jensen wasn't going to get rid of you, and as much as you appreciated it, part of you really wanted to go and keep him and his family safe.
And Jensen obviously had problems forming sentences since all he did was hug you tightly. And you'd lie if you said you didn't need it. Everything he did the past 24 hours, he and Jared and Misha. You didn't think a loving touch could make all the worst things hurt a little less.
You didn't even realize you were crying until Jensen shushed you gently, assuring you that it's okay to cry. You were so unaware of your own body, surroundings, everything. This all put you back to square one, at the bottom of the hill again. You didn't know how were you going to climb up to the top this time. You didn't think you had energy in you.
"That's what that feeling was," he murmured, "Like you felt her coming, but you didn't know it was her."
"I wish I knew," you responded, sniffling, "I-I wish I knew so I could have avoided her. I'm scared."
"I know, and that's completely okay. We'll keep you safe. She won't get you."
The very next thing you know is you're jumping awake from a nightmare, panting and sweating.
"Kiddo, you're safe," Jensen spoke up, making you whip your head around and gasp at the scars on his face, "You're safe."
"She-she hurt you," you breathed, "No."
"Kiddo, you gotta breathe," Jensen tried, getting ahold of your shoulders, "Look me in the eye and follow my breathing. In. Out."
After a few minutes you came down from your high, still staring at Jensen,
"What was it about?"
"She... She hurt you," you breathed, tears welling up in your eyes, "She-she hit you. Same way she hit me. And-and I was there but I-I couldn't do anything about it. I couldn't move, I couldn't do anything."
"Shit kiddo," Jensen breathed, "I'm safe. I'm okay. She didn't hurt me. It was just a bad dream. I promise I'm fine. Okay?" you nod, looking down, "Here, drink some water," he handed you the bottle and you gladly took it, downing the content in record time, "You need to take it easy these next few days, okay? No school or anything. You have to put yourself first."
"How do I do that?" you breathed,
"We'll do it together. We still have a few days before the twins birthday. We'll help Dee set it all up and we'll do a lot of movie nights and play and talk. Okay?" you nod, "I think the kids are up. Wanna go say hi to your favorite Ackles?" you smiled,
"Sure."
