Being high energy while sick feels insane. Like my brain is telling me I should lay down and rest but is also telling me I should run around in circles and break things.

#i think im getting better tho. i mean i still can feel my warped sickyness but idk my hormones maybe have me all fucked up #but like i told my mum i get these insane little hypomanic-esque episodes and she was immediately like could b ur hormones #i know a number of ppl like that. and i was like YES. thats obviously what it is but nothing comes up when i try to google things abt it #so there must b others out there. and it also implies that theres sometimes fucked up about my serotonin receptors bc when im like kinda #positively disregard i feel happy and i never feel happy. my typical emotional state is indifferent and apathetic #and then dips into light misery and very miserable but not like clinically depressed. but i was even like that while on vacation so even #removed from the stresses in my life i still am not happy. which is y its so hard when ppl r like do what makes up happy. relax #and im like. ok but like nothing works??? its either fucked up hormones or my lantent anxiety just keeps me from being happy #but whatever. im gathering so much data. when i go see a doctor im gonna pull out a spreadsheet and graphs and notes like a lunatic #bwahhh i wanna run. i have too much energy. fuck being sick. fuck having to work on a day off. fuck this #also fuck my menstrual cycle for being so short. like so short its sometimes not listed with the healthy range but only sometimes #just to make me think. i should probably talk to a doctor but. like its probably fine. its consistent so its fine #annoying. annoying. got u can tell when out of wack bc i post too much and cant shut thr fuck up lol #unrelated

things about the call of duty fandom that ANNOY me:

- people overall just dismissing other characters like alex, gaz, farah , hadir etc (this isn’t the BIGGEST one on this list but i wish other characters; besides from ghost and konig, had more appreciation 🤷‍♀️

- when ppl mis-characterise the characters an example being that konig is a ‘softy’ even though he is LITERALLY a war criminal (u can ofc have ur headcanons but PLEASE don’t make out they’re canon🙏)

- the sa & p3d0 ‘headcanons’ are disgusting and NONE of the characters are like that + shouldn’t even be a ‘headcanon’ ethier?? (yes people do actually do this..) 😨

- people who try to ‘romanticise’ the game or dismiss it being about WAR, + the game should ofc be treated as a game and nothing more , but the creators of the game KNOW how to handle it properly and war should obviously be known as a very serious issue in real life 🤞

- jus overall the wierd cosplay’s & the CRAZY comments ppl make about characters , ESPECIALLY ghost & konig , which i’m not gonna start ranting and saying “d-dont sexualise them-!” but just like chill tf out ?? 😪

As far as I know they only real restrictions we have are no curse word names, and no names with numbers.

Still didn't stop that dumb ass Elon Musk from trying to name his kid Æ A-12. Like fucking imagine that you get a serial number instead of a name. I think he has another child named Techno Mechanicus or some shit like that.

Also, that thing about names like Rayleigeigh and shit? Turns out that comes from the Mormons! It's... Mildly fascinating, in a weird sense. As someone who's not very religious and very scared of cults, I become mildly fascinated by many such religions.

also im wondering... could u name two of ur kids the same name w different spelling? bc obviously thats forbidden here and u can only spell 99% of names one way (the ones that have variety are super minor and both forms have to be approved, i think we have stuff like both letícia and leticia). so would it be possible to have an ashley and an ashlee? and an ashleigh? could i have 3 daughters like that? but i do understand its wayyy easier to restrict naming traditions in a mostly homogenous country. and i am glad to see that we do allow foreign names to be spelled accurately even here (the bar is in hell i know). and i think if ur an immigrant and ur child is born here (thus is a hungarian citizen by default) u can go and request a name that reflects ur heritage but dont quote me on that. itd be rly sad if that wasnt the case,,

SO, yes, regulus was always going to just - show up unannounced. i’ve had a few ppl ask me about how he knew where sirius lives and it’s gonna be explained in the next chapter, but like, yeah - he’s had a weird few years while sirius has been gone. AND the mesh dress might make a comeback later xx

we will def see more of both of them - more lily than mary, bc her friendship & solidarity with sirius is so important. trans ppl seeing each other and just - knowing, is a thing i’ve experienced a lot and it just feels so good. to be seen in a way that matters like that. their friendship is really special & they’ll get to hang out more!

remus is down so bad like - we’re in sirius’s head, so we don’t know what’s going on with remus but like he is also starin at his phone all day, and leaving for work early to see sirius and has already told his parents all about sirius. they are so mutually into each other.

i didn’t want this fic to get heavy - at the core of it, it’s a lighthearted little romcom - but it was also important to me to talk about the day-to-day things that we deal with, and how sirius is navigating that.

to be honest, i literally just decided that last minute and stuck it in bc it felt weird that i never specify where the fic is taking place. there’s no real reason for it other than my wife loves seattle and wants us to settle down there someday!

ok but i don't think thats true. like yes everyone agrees boy division goes so hard. but i think there are actually a lot of ppl who might have wttbp as their fave! i know it has a special place in my heart even if its not my number one. like that song introduced SOO many people to mcr. and so many of us have just this emotional connection with it. since it was the first we heard. and like idk i just hadn't heard music like that before. when you hear wttbp for the first time ever you're just like. WOW. it can literally change a person. obviously most of us then get further into their discography and find other favorites. but i think its definitely some peoples favorite. and i cant even blame them. its one of the greatest songs of all time.

HIYA CHILLAY buckle up this is gonna be long ok basically. yesterday was election day. the 2 main presidential candidates are the son of a dictator and a woman who is Not the child of a dictator (lol ill explain more later)

the dictator implemented martial law back in the 70s and ruled for like 2 or 3 decades, stole BILLIONS worth of dollars and left our country in debt. in 1986 there was a peaceful revolution called EDSA People Power (u can google that) and then he was exiled to hawaii and then he died there i think. his son, whos running for pres now, had every opportunity to pay back all the debt but hasnt, paid people to attend his campaign rallies, and is rly just a bad person all around woohoo (also he didnt even go to college LL)

the other candidate is a human rights lawyer, and is also currently vice president. she's a critic of our incumbent president and early into her term she was removed from some cabinet positions solely cause she spoke up against him. even if she had limited funds and resources, the office of the vp was able to accomplish a LOT esp in the pandemic. soo yes

now the whole other thing is that our elections in general are a shitshow, son-of-a-dictator basically rigged the whole thing (like there are ballots prepared so that they enter as votes for him no matter what u put) AND. AND. 2000+ vote counting machines across the country have been sabotaged, or at any rate are not working, so there are ppl who lined up for literal hours to vote and then it turned out the machine was broken 💀 so mainly they were told to leave their ballots w staff to be entered as soon as the machines were fixed, obviously presenting a big chance to invalidate the ballots if a certain candidate isnt on it.

theres also video evidence of ppl being paid to vote for the son-of-the-dictator, and despite the evidence our comission of elections has done nOTHINGG to stop it also a lot of the people in comelec (comission of elections) are very close to son-of-a-dictator and/or are being bribed

ALSO son-of-a-dictator is alr acting like he won even tho the vote counting isnt done yet 💀

according to the official vote count son-of-a-dictator is leading by like. 10mil votes? which doesnt even make sense when u compare the number of votes from our previous elections to the ones now. also the 'official' vote count supposedly coming from comelec is actually from an unknown source, so most likely not real. people have volunteered to manually encode the ballots to make sure that the votes are fair.

and thats just the presidential elections; in our senatorial elections the candidate leading is a fOCKEN ACTOR with zERO political experience

its basically a shitshow circus and my only hope rn is the manual vote processing cause i highkey dont want son-of-a-dictator to win shahsfiew

10 Anti LO Asks

1. Lo stans using "age is just a number" excuse while discussing H&P age difference are the worst. Do you even realise how it sounds? And yes age gap is important even to the gods if it was brought up by so many characters. Hades controls her life now, knows about the age&power gap, likes her mainly for her looks (he doesn't know her character well yet) and already thinks of her as his wife. After a MONTH. Even if it's not grooming it stinks of it. I wish people stop excusing it in such a gross way

2. idk why rachel thought it was cute and quirky persephone cant even do basic computer work, basic office tasks, or know how to work a phone. like ive known very sheltered people before and even they still knew how to use all of that. it's legit strange rachel seems this characterization as cute and endearing over concerning. if she cant even work a computer, how can you seriously say she'd be a perfect queen / lawyer? like what??

3. the stans excuse the age gap as "well they acknowledge it" like ok?? you cant point out its bad then just roll with it. there is no reflection on it or showing of hades not going after her/setting up boundaries, he just goes "this is weird" then gets over it to still lust after/make out with a teenager. you cant make a point in comic ppl find it creepy then be mad readers also find it creepy? itd be like making a point you set your house on fire then being mad of being called an arsonist for it.

From OP: This!! That’s actually what bothered me the most. It’s acknowledged as a problem...then dropped?? It just sets the idea that the age gap DOES matter but the characters just decided to ignore it I guess. It feels like RS only wanted the credit for acknowledging the issue.

4. yeah rachel being like "my style is flexible!" is not good for a long form project. if she was an animator that would be good so she could animated different characters in other people's style, but she can't even keep her own leads looking the same from panel to panel. that's a sign of being a weak artist, but she insists it's actually a good thing. also yeah, style does change in long projects, but usually for the better, not the rushed, inconsistent work rachel forces out now.

5. anon what LGBT+ couple is LO ripping off?? i thought it was more obviously ripping off fifty shades which is very straight (also yes rachel gets all the media deals bc shes in a privileged group and her story caters to that privileged group. theres a reason the doctors are out or brimstones and roses arent being published despite being some of the better written and diverse comics on the site. marketability to the group in power always trumps actually being the diverse company they claim to be)

6. rachel sending her rapid fans after private facebook groups for not being comfortable she was overstepping her bounds as a creator in fan space and a minthhe cosplayer for joking persephone is a mary sue is such a nasty look at her true character. she has such a huge platform and know they will defend her no matter what, so its not ok for her to use that to harass/silence others over something as minor as a cosplayer joking around or private fan groups not wanting her to control what they say.

7. to the anon asking why hxp "fans" dont acknowledge the orphic myths, it's because they don't care about persephone or her wants, they care about HADES and want him to have a doting wife and to fantasize about their "perfect goth husband". if they truly cared about persephone they wouldn't demonize demeter, erase her pain at the hands of hades, or rewrite her completely so her world only revolves around HIM. it's not about persephone and giving her a "choice", it's about making hades happy ONLY.

8. maybe its just me but incest is like the least of the issues in mythology much less the hxp myth. like idk if your only concern reading it was "hades and persephone are related" and not everything else thats just wild to me lmao. like just as other anon said too the incest pops up anyway? so like it just looks stupid rachel tried so desperately to get rid of it only for it to come up anyway when it could have just been there for the start and made a non-issue like pjo does.

9. lo eris is what you get when rachel thinks it's a bad idea to let hair color be any lighter or darker than their skin tones. you get weird simpson abominations like that. her art school should ask for their degree back because it was obviously wasted on her.

What pisses me off about Eris is not only her design and her relation to Zeus and Hera (she should be daughter to Nyx and Erebus imo) but the fact that she’s also “the goddess of wrath” in LO canon. In actual Greek canon, Lyssa/Lytta is the goddess of wrath (well, pure rage and unadulterated anger so close enough. But if you want to get technical, Ares is the closest to the god of wrath). Chaos/Discord are different from Wrath, you know.

It would make much more sense if Eris set into motion the events of Persephone’s AOW if she:

1. Disguised herself amongst the mortals digging the sacred flower field and kept using her power to make sure they ignored Persephone, thus angering her and making her more likely to commit it.

Or 2. Used her powers of chaos to influence everyone involved with little voices on their shoulders saying that everything was okay and to let loose.

But that’s just wishful thinking, I guess.

Genshin Characters as the Major Arcana

Gentle Reminder: I just based this on a surface knowledge I have about the Arcana from my fave game Persona 3^^ As such, I paired the characters to the arcana with the help of my sis bcos there were some characters that I don’t know much about~ And again this is just fanart :))

That was long ksksks Imma add a commentary under if you feel like reading my thoughts hahaha

Soooooo

Fool: Obviously i was gonna pick the twins since they’re the main characters ksks but other than that- it has to be them because they’re special in a way like they can wield different elements. Zero is an empty number but with vast possibilities.

Magician: It was supposed to be Albedo at first- but persona says magician speaks about immaturity and power. And those two words just fit Klee so much in a good way!! Although-- Klee was supposed to be fortune too but i stuck with magician

Priestess: A woman of wisdom- Ganyu. that’s it haha I was supposed to add Ayaka too but she doesn’t have an official art yet :(

Empress: Lmao do i have to explain why i chose Jean and Ningguang

Emperor: No questions asked- Zhongli is an emperor bow. I didn’t have second thought choosing him lmao

Hierophant: So this one here symbolizes education, authority, and something about divinity and understanding the world. I chose Albedo because as an alchemist he took it upon himself to uncover the truth of the world~

Lovers: EHE no explanation needed~

Chariot: We’ve got victory, self-confidence and command!! I dont think i should explain this that much bcos Diluc is pretty straight forward haha My sister said I should Amber here too and I was about to but didn’t put her here Chariot also means war and Amber is not a war person for me

Justice: I chose xinqiu bcos of his display of justice in his story quest :))

Hermit: This means self-honesty and forging your own path- pretty fitting for Mona and Fischl right? As for Beidou, “why is a pirate a hermit?” Yeah that’s what i asked too when my sister said Beidou should be a Hermit. It makes sense tho- Beidou is a pirate and pirates stay on the sea and far from land and land is where civilization is

Fortune: Qiqi is basically the Preserves of Fortune ^^ As for Bennet, why is our unlucky boi in Fortune? Im soft for Bennet okay I just want to give him more luck and fortune on his way T-T Bennet was supposed to be hanged man but no- My sis said hanged man bcos everything Bennet does might result to more injury and eventually death. So--- NO

Strength: Pretty self-explanatory ^^

Hanged Man: Originally was supposed to be Hu Tao but again- no official art sigh So I chose Chongyun (was supposed to be fortune) This arcana means to take the time necessary for self-reflection and this fits our exorcist bcos he really reflected on how exterminate spirits without the use of his positivity- he wanted to stand by the traditional ways of an exorcist bcos ppl doubt his status as exorcist- yes, reflection for self-improvement

Death: Mr-Bane-of-all-Evil obviously (im so sorry xiao) (I was thinking adding qiqi but thats too cruel for my heart)

Temperance: Balance, synthesis, and harmony- all those for our best girl Sucrose

Devil: Childe- because he was mean in the golden house. Yes he seems to be a good guy but his eyes speak otherwise and i kudos mihoyo for that bcos when i was staring at his eyes in his official art- Dude those eye are empty- you cant read whats he thinking and it bring a sense of mistrust and malice in my way--- Even if I already did his story quest with Teucer that malice is still there for me Fun fact: Lumine was supposed to be the Devil bcos canon-villain but meh still a Fool for her

Tower: Pride and arrogance- a symbol for bad omens (im sorry kaeya) I dont know... something about Kaeya’s aura just tells me somthing bad will happen to him considering his origin- be it bcos of his pride or other things, Kaeya sends me red flags sometimes

Star: A hope in the dark. Barbara is self-explanatory and Diona is a personal experience ahaha- my first time fighting a ruin guard gone wrong and diona saved my ass ksks

Moon: Creativity, inspiration, dreams, and fantasy- all of these which Venti personifies as a bard and the Archon of Song

Sun: Xiangling and Amber brings joy to everyone and anyone, making them the sun

Judgment: I had difficulty picking for this arcana- but it all came down to Keqing. Keqing is a very serious person. She basically personifies logic and rationality- Whenever she declares that the time of the adepti are over- I know she speaks this without baseless judgment as she observes the progress of liyue and humanity in general

World: Dainsleif knows everything and anything and i was kinda spooked out by that in his story quest

AAAAAAAND THATS IT- this was one long post but hey i enjoyed this mini project of mine. I lost my sanity cleaning these cards and characters but thanks to my sugar high I managed hahahaha if you have some thoughts, feel free to share them and if you feel like you wanna speak about your perspective which conflicts mine- pls be gentle commenting ahahaha again this just fanart

I understand some of the major concerns regarding characters like piper and the feather and hazels description but when you bring Leo and Reyna into the fucking conversation I have lost all respect.

i am officially diagnosed ““““high functioning”““““ despite not being able to function, because “oh no sky, thats OBVIOUSLY your anxiety, you dont know your own mind, ive met you for a total of three hours now and know EXACTLY why you have trouble socializing”

this piece of shit also told me very patronizingly, “have you ever actually spoken to a low functioning person? they flap in public! they cant pay attention for an entire doctor’s appointment! they cant even talk!”

yes deborah, i actually have, and 1) i also flap in public, autism isnt fucking all or nothing, and 2) i think you’ll find people who can’t speak are still worth listening to if you actually put in the effort to find out how they DO communicate.

i realize you're talking about his lyrics so yea. his lyrics. i was listening to sewerwolf today and reading along with the lyrics bc spotify gives them to you now and i was like wow yea he DOES have a way with words. he's not just some guitar player whos band broke up so he decided to try out the solo thing like he's an incredible writer and i find his lyrics to be more hard-hitting like. personally and emotionally than gerard's for the most part. which again i love mcr so much more than frank solo even though hes one of my top listened to artists. but gerard's lyrics as i have said on this blog like 239 times are a different style and yes they're incredible and i love them and 'juliet loves the beat and the lust it commands drop the dagger and lather the blood on your hands romeo' makes me go fucking crazy bonkers and i want it tattooed on my brain but that isnt like. emotionally devastating to me the way that a lot of what frank writes is.
