I love the idea of using words and descriptions commonly applied to omo to describe someone who's really aroused
Like someone getting restless and fidgeting and anxiously fiddling with their clothes like they need to pee, but they actually just really, really need to get off. They try to act normal but their breathing is getting heavier and face is getting red.
They're rubbing their thighs together and squirming, avoiding eye contact with other people because of how embarrassed they are. Maybe they're even tempted to subtly grind down against their seat, hips rocking without their input. When they're standing they can't sit still and find themselves shifting from foot to foot. It looks like they're about to piss themselves but it's actually the just ache between their legs driving them crazy. Maybe they even start whining and whimpering in desperation.
