Exposing myself here a little and sharing the current rule-set for my CP2077 Discord I'm the process of setting up below the cut! Below the cut, cause this post it's a lot of text as is.

I think I got all channels set up how I want them for starters, but there will always be room for improvement :D First and foremost I want this to become a place of encouragement and sharing and fun... I really just want it to be an extension of my fandom corner on tumblr here and have a room to chat with everyone I love in one spacereally, that's the whole point XD

Still though, I think some basic rules are good, especially if I decide to open this up to more people down the line - but also, some might find a strict ruleset (or my specific ruleset) not to their taste, hence, before sending out invites, I wanted to put this here.

If we're mutuals, or if you're following me and like what I post, original content and reblogs alike, AND if you wanna be part of this server under the prerequisite of accepting the rules below the cut... Like this post or DM me or leave a reply etc. And I might send you an invite.

(I want to open this up specifically also to people I'm not mutuals with, since I don't always follow back for a variety of reasons. But I have a good memory for user-handles and will recognize you if you interact with my posts on a regular basis!) Important: If I don't send you an invite, please don't take it personally. I might not know you or your vibe well enough yet. Especially if we're new mutuals, or if I'm not following you. But I will check out everyone I don't recognize or don't follow who reacts to this post. I want to keep the server somewhat small in general and especially to begin with, but if all goes well, I might come back to this post here somewhere later down the line and send some more invites! I love you all lots, and especially with my semi-forced hiatus recently I missed interacting with everyone. Being welcomed back so warmly repeatedly by so many people in your tags and replies and all really meant so much <3

So yeah! Server-rules below, react to this post or get in touch with me if you're interested to join based on these prerequesites, invites will go out during the weekend most likely! :D

1. Don't be a dick and use common sense. Be kind to each other. Assume ignorance over ill intentions first and foremost, and when in doubt, stay civil and ask a mod or admin for help via DM.

2. Homophobia, Transphobia, Queerphobia in general, Racism and Hatespeech towards other server members will not be tolerated. Report any talk of this sort to a mod or admin asap if you notice it.

3. This is an adult/NSFW server. You need to be at least 18 years of age to participate and can expect respective content. This is not to exclude anyone younger than 18, but for legal reasons.

4. No 18+ content needs to be spoilered ||like this|| by default. If you choose to spoiler something, which you are always free to do especially in general channels, use a label/indicator describing the content you're spoilering (e.g. [explicit sexual content], [nsfw], [blood/gore], [xyz kink], [tmi]). No kinkshaming please, but also, note rule 5.

5. If someone asks you to spoiler a specific type of niche/extreme content (e.g. extreme kinks, dark and disturbing topics, (mental) health themes like self-harm or terminal illnesses, or any content that could fall under 4) please do so. Be mindful of each other's comfort levels with being exposed to certain darker topics. Being asked to spoiler content does not equal being kinkshamed.

6. Everyone's boundaries are valid and you are free to set them. Simultaneously, nobody should have to censor themselves or their creations either. Spoilering (extreme) content on someone else's request does not equal censorship but is part of being a community.

7. If someone forgets to spoiler a topic that has been previously asked to be spoilered, do not assume the worst and kindly remind the op to spoiler. If the same person keeps forgetting the same things though and you feel like it is on purpose or targeted, let a mod/admin know.

8. If a topic that makes you personally uncomfortable is being discussed in a group setting, stepping away from the conversation temporarily is an alternative to asking to spoiler something (also applies to rule 6). Simultaneously though, due to no blacklisting options on Discord, be mindful of what you post especially if others whose comfort levels you don't know are there with you.

9. Please keep discussions on the server civil. If you've messed up, apologize. If discussions get personal or touch upon server-external issues, please resort to DMs to resolve them. If you need a neutral party to listen, @elvenbeard is always happy to.

10. Do not post content that isn't yours without the explicit permission of the original creator (be it mods, VP, art, writing, etc.). This includes posting links to external works that aren't yours.

11. Start no arguments or spread negativity by discussing non-server-members and their activities.

12. Keep shippy content to the respective channels. Respect each other's ships and headcanons (exceptions: see 13), but also respect the source material(s).

13. If you notice headcanons that are queer-phobic, transphobic, racist, hateful or something similar, especially if they are being framed or discussed as positive, inform a mod or admin asap. Everyone is entitled to their own headcanons, but any falling under these categories will not be tolerated.

✩ Five Hargreeves x male reader ⚣︎

A/N: That's the part 2 I talked about, but it can also be read separate. That's the first time I write smut and actually post it. So please be gentle with me. XD

I have recently heard that Five is apparently canonly asexual. I know it's a spectrum and not every Asexual doesn't do sex at all. I also don't want to offend anyone. It was already halfway finished and it was asked for so I decided to continue it.

Part 1

tags/warnings: you're Five's fiancé, Five's and your bodies are aged up so we're not uncomfortable here, reunion sex, takes place after season 2, slight spoiler for season 3

After another hour of talking Five's siblings decided to go back the hotel and leave you two to your privacy.

You closed the door after them and turned around to look at your fiancé.

"I have to look into the garden shortly. You could come with me so I can show you what I've grown over the time."

"Sounds good", he placed an arm around you as you walked through the back door of your little house.

You'd had enough time to get a beautiful blossoming flower field as well as some fruits and vegetables. You showed him your raspberry bush.

"I named him after you 'cause he can give very sweet things but he's stubborn as hell and a little grumpy."

Five hugged you from behind as you continued to talk about your plants. You felt his breath fanning across your neck and his chest pressed against your back.

When you were already almost done talking he started leaving kisses up and down your neck. The feeling of his chapped lips on your skin made you shiver and stumble over your words.

"A-and.. uhm.. they're struggling.. a bit lately", you let out a huff and grabbed onto Five's arms who seemed to have slipped down to your hips, "but I hope that.. that th-they'll make it."

You sighed and let your head fall back on his shoulder when he bit into your skin. "Five", you murmured and shivered again as his grip on your hips tightened, "let's at least go inside."

He grumbled but then complied and nearly dragged you through the back door. You both giggled when your lips conected as soon as you were inside.

His lips firmly pressed against yours and you could taste the coffee that he had earlier. Normally you didn't cherish coffee as much as he did but on your fiancé's lips it tasted like heaven.

You reached up into his hair to pull his mouth even closer. A gasp left you when he grabbed one of your thighs to pull it on the side of his hips and therefore brushing your crotches against each other.

He used that to put his tongue into your mouth exploring it as if he couldn't get enough of you. His tongue played with yours and when you sucked on his you finally managed a strangled moan out of him making you smile.

He bit on your lower lip dragging it slowly between his teeth before parting your mouths to breathe. His mouth howered just above yours and you could feel each others heavy breaths against your lips.

"Bedroom?", you asked already knowing the answer. "Bedroom", he confirmed and then just picked you up. You yelped and tightened your arms around his neck.

He went up the stairs and through your bedroom door not bothering to close it again. He was too occupied with your lips on his neck leaving bruises and marking him as yours.

His nails digged into your skin through the fabric when you bit on his sweet spot several times and your name left his lips.

He let you down softly when he reached your bed and joined shortly after getting off his top. "Hi", you said glancing up at him. "Hi", he gave you a smile only you had ever seen.

You both dove into another kiss filled with adoration for one another. His hands went down your sides to pull up your top as well and you broke the kiss to get out of it.

You continued as quickly as possible and he pressed his chest against yours as close as possible. "I missed you", he wispered in between the kisses. "I missed you. Mhh~ Missed you so much. Fuck."

Your hands went down his back till you reached his waistband that you pulled on eagerly. Five broke your kiss to get out of his jeans and then helped you out of yours too at your agreement.

He went to lay on top of you again leaving a trail of kisses down your jaw and neck. When he started rutting against your still clothed dick you moaned and felt yourself getting harder.

"Five", you whimpered getting impatient, "please" "Please what?", he teased you with that shit eating grin of his. The blush on his skin and the heavy breathing as he didn't stop the rutting gave him away.

"I need you", you whined and Five knew he couldn't resist any longer. He pulled off your boxers finally freeing your aching boner.

You let out a strangled moan when he finally put his hand around you. He left a trail of kisses over your chest as he started strocking you.

"Please", you breathed out, "hurry up- ngh." He stopped his movement and looked up at you. "Where is th-" "Bedside table. Bottom drawer."

He reached over to get lube and a condom and placed them next to you. Then you pulled him down to kiss him again making him moan when you pulled at his hair.

You smirked. "So you're still sensitive at that." "Only when you do it", he whispered and kissed you deeply again. Five went down your neck and chest and grabbed the lube from beside you to pour some on his hand.

His fingers went down to your hole and teased your rim. A shiver went through your body and you grew impatient which you made clear to your fiancé with a pushy whine. That made him chuckle but he gave in and finally pushed one of his fingers inside you.

You gasped and let out a strangled moan when he moved it. It was like heaven to feel his touch again, to have him on top of you and you caring about each other. He hit your special point making you moan out loud while your head fell back and your back arched.

After a while he had three fingers in you stretching you out. "Five, hurry up mhh~ please." You couldn't wait any longer as your tip already leaked so much pre cum at just the thought of him inside you.

Lucky for you he obeyed and pulled out his fingers. You whimpered a little at the emptiness and he chuckled. Five kissed up from your stomach to your neck. "Don't worry, you'll get what you want soon."

He put on a condom and lube strocking himself before leaning over you again and guiding his tip to your entrance. "Ready?", he asked looking into your eyes with a look you hoped only you would ever get to see.

"More than that." He finally pushed in. Your brows furrowed and your mouth fell open a bit at the familiar feeling. Him stretching you out accompanied with the light sting was one of the best things you had felt in a while. Five was just as captured in this feeling as you. His eyes were shut, his brows furrowed and he was panting trying to keep control.

After a few moments you signaled him to start moving and soon enough you were a moaning mess. You hadn't realized how much you had missed this closeness, this intimacy, this deep trust you had for each other in those moments. And of course also Five's quiet moans next to your ear as his hot breath fanned on your face and neck.

You put your legs around his waist tightly and your hands gripped into his shoulders as he sped up. "Fuck", your fincé groaned the rumbling going through your body too at how close you were holding each other.

Your body arched into his and you couldn't stop moaning as his thrusts grew irregular chasing both your highs. His hand on your aching hard on was enough to throw you over the cliff. "Oh~ Five, cumming cumm- mh~"

You came all over your chests with your legs holding him close and one of your hands tightly gripping in his hair. You didn't even know when it had went there.

Five rode you through your orgasm and soon after he came too with your name on his lips. His face was beautiful as he did with his brows furrowed, his mouth open and his eyes blinking rapidly as if he didn't know if he should shut them or look at you.

When he came down he collapsed on top of you. You were both still catching your breath and he pulled out to throw the condom away. He gave you a quick kiss and layed down closely next to you.

You turned to face each other. "I missed you." "I missed you too. So much." You drew patterns on each other as you shared another kiss.

"Next time, I'm gonna be in charge", you said smirking at him and pulling him closer on his waist. "Bet", he retorded with his typical grin again as he put his arms around your shoulders.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

After a few more kisses you both fell asleep cuddled up in each other. Both of you having the best sleep in a long time and you hoped you would now fianlly have enough time for these beautiful feelings.

I was casually rereading whtd, as one does, and reading the comments (because i love the extra insight you give about the information that we're limited to in Ga On's pov) when i stumbled upon this comment: "… sort everything out? (and no one dies along the way, hopefully) He'll be very happy for them." about lawyer Ko and that in combination with the "minor character death tag" has made me Extremele worried about him. (plus you have also said that the kidnapping tag is not the one we should be worried about!!) I know you probably can't say anything about this because of spoilers, but know that it has been noted!!

Also kind of want a scene wherein lawyer Ko, Yo Han and Ga On are all together. Their dynamic would be so exquisite!! (obviously no pressure to actually write this, just a thought)

Anyway, whtd remains so good even after already having read and reread it in its entirety at least 5 times (and some scenes/chapters much more than that) (my ao3 history says i've visited whtd 200 times… so uh. yeah. i'm normal). I love slow burn so much (to the point where most romance book leave me disappointed bc they MCs get together like 100 pages in), i just love reading/watching the build up of a relationship and you write it so well!

I guess i just wanted to thank you for writing! I hope you're doing well <3

I'm usually very careful not to spoil what's going to happen in future chapters but I'll make an exception this time and flat-out say that you don't have to worry — Lawyer Ko is not going to die. I would literally never forgive myself if I killed him xD Not to mention that you all would probably come for my head if I did. He's just too amazing to be killed off!

So, rest assured, he's not going to die :)

And there will be at least one scene with Ga On, Yo Han, and Lawyer Ko in the same room unless my plans change dramatically. Which they rarely do, but "rarely" isn't the same as "never" so we'll see. Truth be told, though, I'll probably try really hard to keep it because I totally agree — the dynamic would be SPECTACULAR. So yeah. Stay tuned for that, I guess? ;)

You've definitely read Who Holds the Devil more times than I have x'D At least in its entirety. I mean, I reread the chapters at least twice (often three or four times) but I rarely start from the beginning and read it all the way through. I did at the end of my long break last year to get back into the swing of it, but it's difficult to find the time for that since I always have to focus on the next chapter. Which is a bit stressful at times, I will admit, since it puts more pressure on me to remember things at the top of my head (or at least know where to look if I want to check any details) but I'm lucky enough to be blessed with a really good memory, so that helps.

Anyway, I'm so glad you're enjoying it 💜 I honestly didn't plan for the slow burn to be quite this slow when I started the fic, but I can't say I have any regrets. Much like you, I just enjoy it too much ;) There's something so incredibly satisfying about delving this deep into Ga On and Yo Han's feelings and slowly developing relationship. And I guess that's also why I can't help throwing out tidbits of information in the comments, since there's usually so, so much happening within this story that you readers don't see (especially within Yo Han's head).

And I'm still not sure how to handle the knowledge that some people read the comments specifically to find those tidbits. Like, I don't mind you doing so! Go right ahead! They're public and all that. But it kind of blows my mind that some of you are so interested in what I'm writing that you'll do that. It feels a bit surreal to me, but in a good way? Like I'm an ACTUAL writer or something xD

Anyway, thank you so much for this kind and supportive message 💜 I definitely needed it right now because things honestly aren't all that great. Partly because of overall exhaustion and restlessness — mostly due to work — but even more so since it's now been a month since I posted a chapter and the requests for me to please update soon are starting to come in. I swear, it happens like clockwork every time I don't post within a month. And, what makes it worse, is that it's often from people I don't see comments from when I actually DO upload more frequently. As in, they don't comment on the fic itself, only when they think I don't update fast enough. Which is pretty disheartening, not going to lie.

Tragically enough, once the month mark passes, I have to start bracing myself whenever I get a comment or ask because there's now a 50/50 chance that it'll be someone asking me to update soon. They usually try to be nice about it, but it kind of always fails.

So, again, thank you for this. Because while I know that I should take my time and update on my own schedule, it's not always easy to remember that when people start asking me why it's taking so long. This was a nice change of pace and I'm very grateful for your kindness. Thank you 💜

Tired

One thing that was certain was that my investigation was over. I hadn't really been able to justify it at least since my conversation with Peacemaker and now continuing was out of the question. Tired to the bone, I fell asleep pretty much the moment I fell into bed. I woke up the next day with a nagging feeling that I was overlooking something really, really obvious. I tried to ignore it, my investigation was over, I was done. There was nothing more for me to find.

(slightly edited to remove a major spoiler. Fun fact, this is the only instance of "tired" but I found nine instances of "retired" xD)

Truth

"What do you intend to do now?" Peacemaker was the first to break the silence. "Do you still wish to find his killer?" "I – I don't know. I just – I've been looking for the truth for so long and now – I just don't know." I didn't want to give up but I also wasn't sure whether I could stomach the truth if I found it.

(Okay, I am not surprised that I found this one 20 times. Michael is kinda obsessed with finding it x'D)

Tear

“Can you understand me?” The same voice again and my vision was clearing enough to recognize a black and white costume with some purple accents. Violet. One of Peacemaker’s sidekicks. I managed a nod and regretted it immediately. Moving my head made my already throbbing headache even worse. Things were still blurry and I wasn’t quite sure whether I could still blame the tears for that, but at least I recognized her brother, Emerald, two steps behind her.

Torture

... okay, I failed hard at this one x'D I tried torment and abuse as well and found neither. I found a bunch of instances of harm, hurt or injure but they all seem a bit mild x'D In the end I fled into the arms of "suffer" since that is kinda the other half, right?

Suffer

"You are attempting to talk to villains." Stating the obvious was not going to be helpful. Peacemaker took a deep breath, attempting to regain her composure. "A lot of whom were injured at his hands or lost people they cared about. Villains are people, they have loved ones who grieve for them and whom they grieve for. I do not know of a single villain or henchperson in this city who has not suffered under his hands. And while none of that justifies assaulting you, it remains a fact that villains as a group tend to favor violent problem solving strategies. Therefore, persisting in this investigation will put you at risk and while I will do my best to mitigate said risk, I cannot remove it entirely."

Try Oblivion's Thieves Guild! It's a really fun quest line. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Oh I definitely will! My character's a thief and I always intended to go through the whole questline but I got distracted with the main quest after only doing the first three. I was going to do the next one while I was in Leyawiin anyways for the Sanguine quest but it didn't end up working out.

I will get back to it at some point but I might wait until after the main quest for most of it. But I do have some thoughts already:

First off I absolutely love that I get to be Robin Hood. I love that they take care of the poor, that they're a community and you have allies in every town.

I do wish that there was more I could personally do to help, I feel bad only being able to give the beggars one coin and I wish something actually became of it.

I know there's only so much you can put in one game but imagine if there were projects we could invest in, separate from the quests. Like once you raised enough money a house would be bought for one of the beggars or an abandoned building could get turned into a homeless shelter. We could repair houses, help businesses get started, and other stuff! Or there could be mini quests like in Skyrim but instead of forging business ledgers they could be delivering medicine and targeting people who have been hurting the working class.

(Hello Bethesda, I have ideas. I don't see how I got in here is relevant.)

The quests I have done are really fun! I like stealing the book from Methredhel. XD It'll be interesting to see where her story goes since I'm pretty sure she moves up in ranks as you do.

And of course I liked stealing tax money from the watchtower. XD

I have a funny story about the Elven Maiden quest but I think I'll talk about that in another post, this one's already long.

And though I've been (somewhat) avoiding spoilers lately I've known what the last quest is for years and I think stealing an Elder Scroll sounds epic.

WWE Clash at the Castle - Quickfire Review

We start a hyped and heavy weekend of wrestling close to home as WWE's Welsh event Clash at the Castle kicks off. Thanks to being in my time zone (UK, I'm in England so I can't say hometown like WWE are trying to sell) I can actually watch it at a normal time.

So let's see how Triple H plans to set the bar for World's Collide and All Out

Spoilers for the PPV

Although it was a lot A LOT of promos, the fact that we had pre-show matches was a welcome surprise, shouldn't have waited nearly an hour though to do it

SP and AA did well to heat the crowd up, Moss and Theory didn't get as lot of time in the ring, bit weird to add Theory in to lose though, keeping eyes on it

Also it's not lost on me that they copied AEW's out the ring doomsday device/blockbuster dive they did for the Elite vs La Faccion Ingobernable

God the CGI has been ugly af, from the dragon to the castle overhead LED

Interesting that Asuka got the biggest pop of the very popular babyface trio

Damage Control, official christened, come to boos, which surprised me because even as heels how can you boo Bayley, Kota and Io (I know it's now 'Iyo' but she's still Io Shirai to me)

UK never forgets, that 'Hey Bayley' chant is still great

You telling me that Dakota and Io can't lift Alexa? I mean Bianca I'd get because she's the powerhouse but Alexa?

Bayley/Cole is still the best feud Bayley has on the main roster

Triple Tails reference in WWE?? Whoa, hey Cole can you next name drop Threedom?

It took over 10 minutes to finally get Io and Asuka -_- and it lasted only a minute -___-

Good finish to the match, Bianca eats three finishers to stay strong (Kota Kick, Roseplant, then Moonsault), probably a bit long but the right outcome to push Bayley vs Bianca

Oh yeah, Cody, with a promo which TOTALLY doesn't fall flat given how he made a career literally spiting WWE

Tyson Fury cameo for the hometown pop

Bulldog's family don't get a camera showing like Bret Hart?

Vinci is back with Imperium, the only thing not to get a name change

Since I got nicknames for all of the Brawling Brutes I guess I gotta find nicknames for the Imperium guys

Evoking Smackdown, the minions brawl while Shamu and...WALTER, that's his new nickname, no bias there, stare down

Robbie Brookside reference runs flat given how Xia was released in the NXT UK exodus

Why would Shamu say he'd put him in the 'belly of the red dragon'? Wales isn't Ireland

Okay I decided, Ludwig will be called Wiggins and Vinci will be called Giodude, so we have WALTER, Wiggins and Giodude vs Shamu, Dutch and Sundance

Gawsh the welts

Wasn't quite 10 beats when he got 12 in XD

Undoubtedly the slugfest it was expected to be, felt like it still had more left in the tank though, the finish was a bit limp, Sheamus though needs an ice bath

It hurts that the cheers have gone a little lukewarm for Liv after the travesty which was Summerslam, sporting the nice white though

There is a daftness with the phrase 'Liv has to kick out with an injured arm'

Thankfully Liv won without shenanigans, I felt they may've turned her heel. This is the perfomance we should've gotten from her in Summerslam really. There were some slow spots and Baszler's 'injured arm' could've been worked on a bit more

Was kinda expecting Ronda to jump her given how much we were lingering on her still

It always warms my heart that Rey gets a big pop no matter where in the card he is but he deserves the same pop Edge got

Edge is wearing a mask too XD Matching black and red too, telling as well that Dom isn't matching, he's in yellow

Don't see that spot enough of tag partners cushioning the corner

The usual Three Amigos heat spot cut short for double heat

The cooing from Priesty during the nut spot was hilarious, but also well acted

Edge hit a 619! I mean he didn't have the swing so it's not the same quality as Claudio or Io but still impressive

Dom running interference I don't like, especially since it leads to JD losing AGAIN. Dom trips Balor to set up 619/Spear combo

Listen I get it, trust me I can't understate enough my love for Rey Mysterio as a wrestler, but Judgement Day NEEDED this win, and it is frustrating to hell that the BABYFACES need to cheat to win

Then Dom turns heel, attacking Edge with a low blow then hitting Rey with a lariat after while JD - the losers - laugh at him

Are we going the angle 'you could only win because of me'?

I've been waiting to do 'Buddy got with his sister so Dom's thirsting for Buddy's girl' too but Dom doesn't even join JD, he leaves on his own

And Rey comforts Edge? His son betrayed him and Rey is comforting Edge

Solo pulled the ref out (which I don't know how that stops a pin count but okay) and bounces Drew off the ropes into a Superman Punch, then Lil Naitch makes the count to keep the narrative consistency, but silly of me to think they'd send the fans home happy

The match itself was kinda meh, for the most part it was: wrestle for a minute, catch breath for 30 seconds to a minute, repeat, not exactly exciting for a most part, could've given us more, could've given us better

Fury then walks in to shake Roman's hand - in spite of 'knock him out' chants - then gets Drew to join him in singing American Pie, Drew did a promo and then they sang Don't Look Back in Anger (because Tyson wouldn't do Sweet Caroline)

Now don't get me wrong American Pie and Don't Look Back in Anger are bangers but this closer was weird

Conclusion

You can say what you want about the UK, but UK crowds in wrestling always give you the energy. It surprises me - and hurts me - that AEW has yet to tap into this yet.

The show was good, everyone performed very well and you'd get your money's worth out of the show, fan energy does add to this too. Given that this is technically Trips' first PPV show using storylines he's been developing I'd say it's successful - but not unbeatable. JD still lost, which is perhaps the only questionable booking decision I have with this show, and the pre-show could fit more than one match (given AEW's got FOUR), main card could've fit more too, Liv/Shayna could've had more creativity too. Think the MOTN for me was perhaps the IC title match. The ending still miffs me though, definitely did not shake that this was 'glorified house show energy', I mean why isn't Drew livid? He was screwed out of the world titles! And Roman's now-boring reign continues, unless they intend to give it to Zayn (which I doubt because it looks like they want him to tag with Owens instead) I guess we have to wait for Theory or Cody.

With 2 other PPVs there is the threat of upstaging, but it was a good show to start up on, the bar has been set.

Okay listen I'm gonna gush about age of calamity but seeing as I myself am only like,,, halfway I'm gonna tag spoilers so (lengthy) happy rant under the cut:

ASDFGHJKL??!! Oh my GOSH it's so GOOD!! It's so solid! Listen I was already squealing when I saw impa appear but I figured since she was a beginner character she'd have straightforward movesets and I'd be encouraged to move on, yada yada, but no!! She absolutely slams! She's so fast and agile, it's amazing!!! She's my third fave so far, Link remains my first of course, and darling mipha is second! Dude, I was SO happy to play as her! And baby sidon is adorable. She's so quick as well!

It didn't take long for me to figure out that my style is fast before strong, because I was so hyped to play urbosa and then her zl is stationary charging ToT, completely killed the momentum. I level her up of course, but I don't really play her anymore.

I had high hopes for maz koshia too! I definitely wish I played him more, but I think I'd need to spend a lot more time in the meditation shrine before I felt comfortable taking him on main missions. He's got the coolest sprint too lmao. Örb™

Sidon is SO fun to play as well, I didn't expect to have as much fun with him! His zl is so great to spam, it's an easy rhythm and deals loads of damage. (he's so big next to his sister ToT I love them both so much). Did Not expect the shark aesthetic but its cool XD.

The cutscenes where the future champions appear was INCREDIBLE!!!! I was like :O!!!! @0@!!! Squirming in my seat heavy rock playing on my phone it was the best! They get to MEET THEM AND HELP AND THEY SAVED THEM AND *CRIES*

Really, just in general, the story in this game is AMAZING!! The cutscenes are so well done, and it's great to see link in the outfits I pick out for him XD. I like being dignified, but I have put him in a moblin mask and nothing else to storm the castle with.

The world building is so good, the characterisations are solid, and it's so awesome to see 100 years ago when everything was still intact!

Ah, the castle mission. I tried to clear all the guardians out the first time, I really over level so it wasn't impossible, but then rhoam died :/. I don't really think much of him but that hit hard, watching poor zelda. I'm really glad they didn't give him a useless or cowards death, they could easily have done that given some opinions of him, but it felt so much more true to him. I tried a few more times to kill all the guardians but I just can't reach them :(. I want to save him at least once!!

Akkala was AMAZING!!! Both the quests I've done are SO FUN! Sooga was a great bad guy (I'm worried for him, WHERE IS HE) he felt like the closest to an equal warrior to link. Didn't stop me from trapping him in a corner and cheesing him for all he's worth, but that's the fun of it.

Speaking of fun fights, I was surprised by Teba! His aggressive speed and combos made him a good match for my style, he's easy to main! Needs levelling up if he wants to join my party proper, but so do the majority lol.

Ngl the fairy fountains I DID NOT LIKE. They're so funny and creative, but ehhhh I don't like the idea of them fighting at all, it really messed with me, alas.

I haven't gushed about the cutscenes enough, they're absolutely AMAZING. They're so well animated! It's incredible!! I love love love how they got all the voice actors back, and everyone gets to be a huge found family ToT. Even revali gets a goof or two (though mostly at his own prides expense lol). Little Egg is just cute enough to be comedic relief without being in the way or depleting the angst (the angst is SO GOOD, OH MY GOODNESS). I don't know if link gets microexpressions or I'm just projecting but his animators did him so fine. He looks BADASS. He's THE COOLEST MF AROUND AND THEY ALL KNOW IT. Putting him in a hood obscures him over the shoulder shots occasionally but it's worth it lmao.

I dont know WHO they have doing the lighting of those cutscenes but PAY THEM MORE. It sets off like EVERY scene, especially the ones on the divine beasts, and at night, just LOOK AT THEM.

The most recent mission I've done, Fort Hateno, AMAZING. INCREDIBLE. SO SO GOOD. Zelda!! Darling!! The interactions between riju and urbosa (she's so tall she has to bend like IN HALF to get to her level I'm crying) were so sweet and so neatly showed their dynamic, and really emphasises how riju is a good and capable leader but also still a child. We don't get nearly enough of that. Also her special is super fast and I love it.

ZELDA SHINING PRINCESS OF LIGHT YOU'RE DOING SO WELL HONEY, YOU'RE DOING GREAT TOT. The shiny light was so fun to play with :D. Underleveled, but I feel like I could finally let her safely on a battlefield by herself. I mean I could before, I mained her a bit, but now she's got eldritch weirdness under her belt, she's not gonna die like an npc escorts if she accidentally winds up in the middle of the field. I'm REALLY going to have to put her through her paces in the meditation room though, I have NO idea what she does now lol. What do the gold rings do??? Why is her zl that?

LINK I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT YOU BUT YOU'RE LOOKING FINE AND OP KEEP IT UP KING. His zl is sooooooo handy, I can whip it out whenever and knock the enemy flat from across the field, definitely think the rito should have that move wholesale but ig not lol. My build for him focuses on the full health sword beams, so I have to be careful with him. But he's so easy to mow down a battalion with, he's soooo overleveled.

Haven't had a chance to play with kohga but he's sure to be fun lol. I'd accidentally been spoiled on the yiga defection, but I didn't see anyone else with him... Respect for sooga, loved his character since I saw him, hope he's okay.... We'll definitely either see him make a dramatic escape or a corrupted boss, but we should end up with him in the roster so it shouldn't be too bad? Right????

Wonder what the purple colour is on wind blight? There isn't a wind element, but it's not malice either. Maybe it'll get explained.

But UGH IT'S SUCH AN INSANELY AWESOME GAME!!! I've already clocked 50 hours easy, and I'm only on chapter six! It's just POW and WHAM and KABLOOIE! Each chapter makes me go OH MY GOSH SUPERB YOU FUNKY LITTLE CHARACTER and clutch my heart like a fainting Victorian maiden seeing a modern shirtless male model XD. Each time there's an amazing plot twist and I'm. Like

W H A T.!???!!!

I actually have the og hyrule warriors, so it's really good to see how far they've come since! More input from Nintendo has done WONDERS with their characters and setting lol. But the moves are creative, the maps are easier to work with, the camera angles aren't nearly so bad! I keep being surprised by the unexpectedly good graphics on such an old ds game, but that's neither here nor there. The fusing system is a million times easier in aoc, too, but it still took me a while to get the hang of it.

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲; Three years have passed, there was finally peace in Y/n's and Armin's life.

𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬; chapter 139 spoilers, mentions of violence and genocide, reader and Armin shower together but they don't do anything, profane, suggestive.

I didn't check for mistakes so I'm sorry if there is way too much!

THE LITTLE TWO YEAR old ran naked around the house once again, giggles along with heavy pants could be heard coming from his mouth as he ran away from his mother, who was chasing him with his clothes in her hands.

“Sweetheart!, Come on mama have to put this on you”

“No mama!”

The little boy refused while stopping running and looking at his mother who was panting with her hands on her knees, immediately thinking that something was wrong he ran towards her.

“Mama! You ok?”

The big innocent blue eyes looked up at Y/n with worry evident on them, he had gotten those big eyes from his father while he got her hair color.

“Yeah, mama is fine. There's no need to worry”

The boy now being more calm with the reassurance of his mother clearing up the she was in fact ok he nodded and looked over at the clothes in her hand debating if he should let her out them on him or not.

Finally he signed, while Y/n stated at him amusement on her eyes as he looked so defeated. It would always end up like this, him feeling guilty about making his mother tired and at the end letting her put him on his clothes for the day.

Y/n didn't like to brag about it, but it made her proud that for his age he was actually really smart and showed a lot of empathy for others, she obviously knew the that trait was passed down on him from his father, who was the smartest man she knew.

“Put clothes on mama”

The adorable little boy said, walking closer to her waiting for her to put on his clothes which she did, putting on his underwear first, the rest of his clothes following right after.

“There you go!”

The little blue eyed kid looked down at his clothes, before looking back up at his mother.

“Papa back ma?”

Oh Armin

He had gone to Marley with the others to hopefully set peace between Paradise and them, he was going to return soon.

Yes she had a peaceful life, but that didn't mean that the of Paradise did too, there were many things going on and with the birth of her child she decided to leave the scouts and everything having to do violence from her life, except for Armin who was willing to protect them in case of any danger.

“Yeah, Eren. Papa is returning soon”

The little guy, Eren, smiled at his mother before jogging to a conner of the living room where his toys were spread out.

Armin and Y/n decided to name him Eren, after finding out about their friend's (in y/n case ex-lover) intentions, they decided to name their child after him. Eren wanted to stop the war, even though the deaths weren't going to stop, he decided to end his life in order to free Ymir, therefore freeing the Eldians of the curse of Ymir. Even though by doing so he had to kill 80% of humanity, Y/n didn't agree with what he did but she did agree with the reason why he did it.

The birds chirped outside, the sound alerting her that someone was near. The birds always did this when something or someone was approaching the house.

“Eren, come here darling” walking and standing her arms towards the child who happily let her take him into the comfort of her arms

The door knob begin to move, making noice along with the sound of a key and she immediately knew who it was, she let out a sigh of relief knowing that it was just “Papa!”

Eren jumped out of her arms, running towards his father who accepted the boy into his arms with a big smile.

“Hey there! How are you? Have you been good to mama?”

“Yes!, Mama tell papa!” the little blue eyed boy demanded her to tell his father he was a good boy while he was away

“Yeah Armin, he was”

Walking up to the man she loved, y/n kissed him. His soft lips touched hers, the same butterflies that appeared everytime they kissed started moving once again around her stomach, Eren started making gagging noices, mimicking Ymir (Historia's daughter) who did the same everytime she saw adults kissing.

“No kissing!” he said grabbing his father's face and turning it back towards him

“Ok no kissing” Armin said laughing

“Come on Eren, papa needs to rest”

Taking the guy into her arms, y/n walked towards where he was playing before she had picked him up, and there she left him playing before returning back to Armin wrapping her arms around his neck.

“We missed you” she whispered putting her forehead against his

“I missed you too, my love” he responded while pulling her head down to his chest and kissing the top of her head

“Come on, not long ago I made food maybe it's still hot if not I can get it ready for you”

“It's ok, I'm not hungry. Just in need of a warm bath and peaceful sleep” he answered smiling at her

She nodded, taking the small suitcase he had on his feet “I'll run water for you, Mikasa is coming to pick him up by the way”

She got up the stairs of their home, hugging the suitcase to her chest appreciating the fact that Armin was back. His scent lingered on the suitcase the sweet smell of coconut and vanilla bringing her the comfort she needed. After leaving the suitcase in the sofa of their master bedroom she went into the bathroom turning on the water, half hot and half cold, just like Armin likes it.

When the bathtub was full enough, she turned off the water, and dropped a coconut scented bath bomb inside. Turning around she nearly had a heart attack when she saw Armin by the door with nothing, but a towel around his waist.

“Armin!, Don't do that!”

The blonde chuckle “Mikasa came to pick Eren up, she said we have all the time we need tonight”

“Armin, no.” it wasn't that she didn't want to, she did. But she knew that Armin was tired, he probably didn't even get enough sleep in Marley

“Why not?” he asked tilting his head

“Armin Arlert!, Stop it and get into the bath”

She started pushing him towards the water while he laughed.

“Ok, whatever you said Mrs. Arlert”

He said before taking off the towel and going in, letting out a sigh of relief.

“You should come in too—” she gave him a look and he quickly added “just to bath of course”

She rolled her eyes, but have in. Taking off her shirt and letting it fall to the floor, each piece of her clothes falling right after, when she was done she noticed that Armin was looking at her wish made her feel a little bit insecure.

“You're so beautiful, I will tell you that everyday until you remember that and stop being insecure about something soo gorgeous and unique about yourself”

His words made her self-esteem go through the roof and she smiled, before joining him in the tub sitting behind him and gently rubbing his back.

As she rubbed his back, little moans came out of his mouth, her hands were touching his soft skin making all the built up stress go away and turning it into pure pleasure.

After a while y/n stopped squirting some shampoo into her hands. Y/n started to massage him again and this time it was in his head, making the 22 year old man let out whimpers

“Y/n...” he softly said her name catching her attention

“Yes, Armin?” she asked

“I love you...” this wasn't the first time he said, but each time he did there was this tone in his voice that made her feel loved

“I love you too, Armin” she said planting a kiss into his back right in between his shoulders

They were each others peace, and their son was the light in their dark tunnel of tragedies and chaos. They might have not been each other's first live, but they were certainly each others last.

A/N: I watched this movie for the first time just last week. It's now one of my top 3 Cevans movies! While I'm all for a romantic, serendipitous, spontaneous trope...much like Before Sunrise *no spoilers*, the ending was great, but I wanted a different spin. No pressure...yah, right! You sniff and rub the end of your coat sleeve with your nose. Had to be the chill in the air, you thought. Not the fact that you just spent the most amazing and life changing night with a man you just met hours before and it was ending.

You stare out the train’s window; the gentle hum of the cart gliding across the steel tracks echoed in your thoughts. You shook your head in thinking that you made a mistake. I should have stayed...I should have told him how I felt…

“Nick. It's you again. Listen. I want to give you one more piece of advice. You're gonna be playing one night... Grand Central... thinking of every reason in the world to not go see the girl that broke your heart. Then, you're gonna meet somebody. And now, at first, she's gonna seem… icy. You're gonna know right away she's trouble. She's gonna take all your money. You're probably gonna get punched in the face. But stay with her; you're gonna need her a lot more than she needs you. And at the end of the night, you're gonna want to say some things, but don't. Don't ruin it. It's nothing she doesn't already know. Just give her a kiss. Wish her good luck. And thank her. Thank her for showing you that you can love more than one person in this life.”

He was unbelievably charming. You said so yourself. His raw talent with the trumpet was beautiful and different from what you were used to. The suburbia of the Boston bubble was what you were forced to live in now. You were from London, you were cultured and refined. Sure things with Michael were exciting at first, but the ho hum of the daily diatribe of routine became loathsome. Dépaysement. But you still never wavered in your marriage. Unlike Michael who had crossed that sacred line and lost your trust. It wasn't even fully the physical aspect that he went to another woman. It was the intimacy of telling her his deepest desires and then some that hurt the most. That he would want to share that with anyone else but you. But tonight. Tonight was what made you see clearly.

"It's possible, isn't it? It's possible that you could meet somebody who's perfect for you even though you're committed to somebody else," you asked as you bit your lip.

"No, no, see, I think if you're committed to somebody, you don't allow yourself to find perfection in someone else."

You found yourself blushing and cupping your cheek in thoughts of Nick. He was right. The whole night was a cluster mess of you trying to get home before Michael so you'd be able to throw away that wretched note. That he'd come to his senses and forget Linny. That he'd realized he was a fool and you'd start over. Just like old times.

However, slowly that feeling of reconciliation faded away little by little as each hour in the city passed. You couldn't pinpoint it exactly, but somehow the scrappy trumpet player Nick Vaughan etched his way into your icy heart and left an impression and stayed.

His fluffy, dark hair - so soft and inviting for you to rake your fingers through it was enough to drive you mad. His scruffy beard, which tickled when you kissed. You already loved ghosting your palms over it softly and imagined being able to do it whenever you wished. He said earlier into the night you weren't his type; you scoffed, but we're annoyed that it bothered you. You were a classic model of what guys were into, looks wise. Sure, your attitude was what rubbed some people the wrong way, but Americans really were too sensitive.

He however...he was the full package. Every toothy grin, wink, and full hearty laugh. He was addicting. He was a dead ringer for a heartthrob, but you also couldn't hate the guy for it. He was the friend you'd call to bail you out of jail at 4am and the boyfriend that you could see settling down with. It was nauseating really.

And then his lips. His soft lips...you can’t believe you kissed him in the hotel room. And then again at the train station. But you would have kicked yourself for not doing so in the first place. The way your fingers interlaced themselves on his terry cloth robe, how desperately you wanted to press your body against his. All you wanted was for him to feel that burning need within the apex between your thighs and extinguish it all night. But it was more than that, he was what you were missing. But you were kidding yourself. You weren’t running to Michael, you were running away from Nick.

But why? Because of the unknown? Because he actually knew who you were deep down inside? How could a man you barely knew, change you? Change what you thought was true, what you thought was love?

You dove your hand into your wool jacket’s pockets to push any thoughts of self-doubt, when you realize there was a piece of cardstock. You were puzzled to find it and immediately smiled in recognizing the hotel survey card. You bit your lip as you read down the survey questions one by one and notice Nick’s handwriting at the bottom, ‘turn over’ with an arrow.

Curious you turn over the hotel card and he’s written the word ‘yes’. Yes? You furrow your brow and contemplate further what he would be saying yes to. You think about the night - the time at the bar, helping him with Hannah, when you went to the psychic reading. Yes? What in the world - and then you turn the card back over and realize that on the second to last question it asked “Will you be likely to return?”

None of the boxes are checked, but he’d written ‘yes’ on the back. Yes. Yes he’ll return? Where? To the hotel? But when? You look up and rush to think about stopping the train dead in its tracks to return back to Grand Station. You breathe out heavily and come to terms that this isn’t a movie. He’s not chasing you down the tracks, jumping on the train to find you. Or is he? You wouldn’t put it past him. The whole night was filled with serendipitous concourses, this would be icing on the cake. You dart your head around to see if he’s in the cable car. It’s like in every rom com movie ending, the man of your dreams will be right there. He’s somehow charmed his way into boarding the train and found you waiting like a princess in her high tower. The train car is dark and bleak, only a few passengers are riding it as it’s the first route to Boston on a Sunday. You peer over to see if he’s in the next cart, but alas he is not. You slump in your seat and rub your thumb methodically over his words.

"Have you ever had a feeling that somebody was going to play a major part in your life?” you ask.

“Yeah."

“Do you know the most interesting thing about hotel art? It's what's on the back.”

It’s then you realize you have to return to New York. This story wasn’t about you and Michael anymore. No, it was about the man who selflessly helped you while you were in need, not only at your dire hour, but metaphorically as well. This was meant to be. You were meant to miss your train, break your phone, and meet the handsome man named Nick Vaughn. You knew he’d still be in the city because of his audition for the day with Duke at least, if you could just get to him somehow...

Your knees bounced as you sat on a cushioned chair in the hotel lobby. You had planned to wait there all day, but then realized the $13 train ticket was your only way of providing you security back home. So you went home. Confronted Michael. Cursed, cried, and then relief rushed over you as he had read your letter and how you knew about the affair. How you wanted to throw fists on his chest and tell him how much you hated him. But once you saw him, you found it didn't matter to you anymore. Someone else was worth fighting for. Your marriage was over. The hatred and spite you once had for your husband had dissipated. Your world didn't end like you thought it would. This wasn't your only chance at love. You were choosing to be happy, whether it was with Nick or not. This was the first time you were going to jump without having a net.

And Nick was wrong. Michael didn't want to work things out, he was coming to tell you that he loved you, but that and he'd be returning to Atlanta for good. The house, car, everything was yours: Nick said so himself, you gotta be okay with not being okay. So you walked away. You made the choice just like the psychic said and took it in stride, you faced the music.

However now you found yourself back in New York. Not the once stranded woman at a crossroads less than 24 hours before, but the woman that made a choice. You were worried that Nick would see it as you running away again. Running away because Michael didn't choose you. But in reality you didn't choose each other.

Still without an ID, you took your car and better against the four hour drive to the city and hoped a cop wouldn't pull you over. You thought of the night in the hotel. The laughs, the closeness you two encountered. The playful and cheeky way he could make you feel seen. You were starting to get nervous, what if he doesn't show up? What if I missed my chance?

"I'm an idiot," you murmur to yourself. "I can't believe I'm here."

You stand up and realize there Nick was there in your path. He looked a little worn, obviously from staying up all night. But he had changed and showered from the looks of it, and his signature trumpet case held in his hand.

"Well look who it is. The biggest loser in New York."

You laughed and blushed at the sight of him. He slung his trumpet case over his broad shoulder and walked over to close the gap.

“Just admit that I’m right.”

"Admit what?" You ask as you find yourself touching his jacket sleeve.

"Admit that you couldn't get enough of me." You hitched a breath from his words.

"You can say that."

"I can't believe you came back," he responded. His blue eyes gazed into yours as he brushed away a tendril of hair from your face.

"I read your answer to the survey...on the back."

"The stay did exceed my expectations and I did say I would return," he smiles.

"And here you are."

"Here I am…" he pulls away slightly as he's reminded that you're married.

"I jumped," you replied.

He's taken back by your statement and furrows his brow.

"What? With what?"

"I told Michael it was over."

"Wow. I'm so...sorry, Y/N."

"Don't be. You said so yourself, at some point it was time to face the music."

He nodded, absorbing the information.

"Say what's in your head."

He shook his head and grinned,"I'm just glad you came back is all."

"Yeah? How'd you know?"

"I didn't. Just sure as hell hoped you would."

He intertwines your fingers with his and holds tight. Like a missing puzzle piece found, your hand fits perfectly with his.

"Whaddya say we get out of here?"

"What do you have in mind?"

"I may know a place," he smiles devilishly and gives your knuckles a kiss.

You grab his dress shirt collar and turn him towards you. He runs his hands through your hair and places his lips upon yours, kissing you deeply. It's a kiss so passionate, so perfect - that after you part, neither open your eyes for a few moments afterwards and he embraces you tightly.

"Good, because I'm not going anywhere."

Uhhh second part to a gift for @the-wereraven first part was a small scene redraw but I decided to put more dialog into writing. A slight warning for anyone reading this. I have bad grammar and this is my first time writing an actual fic. So I appreciate if you.. don't yell at me for that XD thats it also no tags because I don't want many people reading my bad writing--

Cw: guns, death, character death, arguments, implied teen pregnancy, Spoilers for squid game. Ahem. SPOILERS FOR SQUID GAME

Than the fourth game. This time they were in partners, of course having known each other the longest Croissant and Lobster decided to team up leaving Sparkling and Blackberry.

When it was revealed that the duo were going against each other, pure panic and grief struck Sparkling as he and blackberry looked at each other in confusion before the reality set in. One of them were to die tonight.

The two sat next to each other in silence before Sparkling spoke.

"...hey Blackberry... we never knew this but.. what do you need the money for?"

"...I was stupid enough to have an affair.." Blackberry mutters, softly. Shocked at her willingness to comply and open up. Perhaps that's the effect of being on the verge of death, speaking to someone so they remember your legacy. "I was a poor person in the first place... could never support the daughter I gave birth to.. she stayed with her dad while I worked for a house and food so I could have a place my daughter calls home.. recently her quote unquoute father gave her away to an orphanage.. if I win the money I can get my daughter, a home and food... what about you?"

"Ah.. well.. I.. opened my own bar... but my family wasn't happy with that I should've gotten a proper job they told me.. I just liked being around and speaking to people so the bar seemed like a heaven to me... my family dropped me and never spoke to me again.. the bar fell under and I became in debt.. its a silly reason but the reason I'm here is to save a bar.. because its all I really have left."

"...I see.."

"Yeah..."

"...there's only a few minutes left, let's just bet it all in one game and get it over with..."

"...a few more minutes please."

Gunshots and the sound of triumph and fear rung around as the duo sits in silence. Sparkling stands up and Blackberry follows him to a wall nearby.

"Whoever tosses the marble closest to the wall wins?"

"...agreed."

"Ladies first" Sparkling chuckles and pushes Blackberry forward. Blackberry half heartedly rolls her eyes and tosses her marble. Watching it roll about a foot away from the wall. Sighing she turns to sparkling

"Your turn."

"Yeah..."

"..." Sparkling grips his marble and smiles calmly.

[thud]

"...throw it again"

"Huh?"

"You heard me. You just dropped it." Blackberry turns to sparkling "Throw it again."

"No i mea-!!" Sparkling yelps as he is forced down to eye level staring right into violet eyes burning with fury

"What do you think you're doing?! DROP THE ACT AND THROW THE DAMN THING-! YOURE LIFE IS ON THE LINE HERE SPARKLING!! I DONT GIVE TWO SHITS ABOUT THE TIME LIMIT OR WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO SAY. THROW. IT. AGAIN"

"..." Sparkling grabs Blackberry's hand in his own and smiles. Tears welled in his eyes as he shakily hands Blackberry the pouch of marbles. "I... I can't... you have a better reason to get this money.. I just want a bar.. you just want your daughter.."

"..."

"Blackberry.. please-"

"No. Nono.. no dont-... don't talk. I--... just. Just-!!"

"You want to live right?"

"Of course-!! Of course I do i- I... I just cant-"

"I know." Sparkling smiles and places his chin on her head. "I know.."

Blackberry stares at the ground as the top of her head grows damp from tears, she sworn she would've cried too. Suddenly she hears the sounds of the guards and Sparkling tightens his hand around hers and let's go. Walking over to the other side of the courtyard he watches Blackberry being lead out by the other guards.

"Blackberry!!"

"..." she doesn't turn back but sparkling can tell she's holding back tears

"Go find your daughter."

I have a question about Underlust(main story not fanart), and was redirected here by Alaina. What exactly sort of content does it contain that makes it 18+? Because even saying 'sexual stuff' or 'NSFW' covers a big range, I feel. I don't really like a lot of that sort of sex stuff but I have absolutely enjoyed stories containing it before, I know how to skim and self-moderate to some degree if the story is worth it to me. BUT, that's a lot harder for me with images than with just text. Thoughts?

underlust was made by @nsfwshamecave years ago, back when they, Niel, was using that blog for the sake of freedom of sexual and self expression. that was their horny on main blog. so, reason #1 that underlust is NSFW is because the creator of it was primarily NSFW and asked us to treat it that way so kiddos didnt end up crawling all over her lewds

reason number two is that Niel made a lot of lewd content using Underlust. a lot. it was super great. just- just the absolute motherload of undertale themed smut. (god i miss them). they shipped sansby, they shipped papdyne, they ESPECIALLY SHIPPED PAPYTON and in my opinion underlust is the BEST papyton ever! they shipped OCs and they shipped papcest and sanscest and occasionally fontcest but not as much and it was just- All The Ship Must Sail ok? ships everywhere and ships shipped with a cargo full of 5-star lewds

now we get into the meat of Underlust: the story. Niel never managed to write the full thing before they quit the fandom for personal reasons, and what they did write was out of order and fragmented between asks and disorderly posts, so i'll do my best to kind of sum it all up chronologically... Please keep in mind there may be some stuff in here that could upset you so i'll try to put tags for trigger warnings i think of as i go

Toriel and Asgore are about to have a kid, but the moment they are born, the child dusts. its implied its a miscarriage. In one ask, where someone asked Toriel about Asriel, all Toriel could answer with was "Who?" because she never even had the kid long enough to give them a name. So Uh. That kind of heavy content isn't necessary safe for kids.

The kiddo's dust somehow gets onto a rose that grows underground and thats how Rosie the Rose comes into existence.

At some point, a fully adult Chara falls and shows off a lot of horny on main energy. they are a huge sadist. I will say I am uncertain about the specifics of their canonical relationship with the dreemurrs.

Gaster studied the traits in Chara's soul, trying to make something to help with all the not-making-baby syndrome going on among the monsters (which, my phrasing aside, was pretty serious for a population of creatures with dwindling numbers). He tested on himself and his two sons, but only ended up putting them in a constant state of heat. thats LUST. Niel never went too deep into the lore of what exactly LUST is, so I have my own personal headcanons quietly on my side of the fandom haha.

Eventually everyone of adult age got the LUST. So now just about everyone in the underground, save the few kids, have horny on main syndrome. it doesnt actually help with the baby making though.

So there is another reason underlust is NSFW: constant heat, and human experimentation.

Fast forward and then the most fleshed out part of Underlust happens: The Events of the Papyton comic. You can still find these floating around online, reposted on pillowfort and in my discord haha.

Prepare for spoilers.

Prologue: Papyrus is lonely and super super wants respect, recognition, and love. So he goes to Undyne to train to get into the Royal Harem. Its implied that the job of the Royal Harem isnt just to fuck Asgore (who lost his wife at some undisclosed point- Toriel is in the ruins now) but to fuck everyone in the underground who wants/needs the sex. So like, its a government funded brothel? Undyne does train Papyrus (which apparently includes endurance training and edging- the one picture we got was pretty hot ngl- for a lesbian undyne knows her way around a dong), but she sees right away that even though he is amazing at sex, he doesnt have the right mindset to be in the harem. Pap is too emotional, too clingie. so she isnt letting him in.

On Mettaton's Side: Alphys builds mettaton a body that he loves and syncs with instantly. He goes on his quiz show to debut his body and hes happy with the attention, but after the show, two guys from the audience corner him outside and... uh... rape him. No sugar coating that. It is very violent and noncon. Tonton is permanently scarred in body and soul after that.

So theres more content thats NSFW and probably doesnt need to be in kid safe spaces. The whole rape thing.

Alphys finds him and even though he cant just leave his body, she helps fix him up and modifies his look so he is more comfortable.

But, uh... He is Not Okay. That was seriously traumatic and even though he pushes through it for his quiz show he has a lot of issues since most of his audience isnt interested in the science or history or learning part, they just wanna catcall him.

But he gets this one Fan who calls in correct answers and sends him really sweet fanmail.

And its Papyrus. Papyrus is Tonton's number one fan.

And eventually Papyrus goes to the show live and asks Mettaton out on a date. Its cute as balls. Just. A montage of fluffy respectful date fun and just- SCREAM. its great!

And then Mettaton's rapists show up. And they make to do it again. Papyrus tries to stop it but he gets beat up. He does encourage Tonton to fight back. which he does. and almost murders them. He's super emotional and says some mean things to papyrus too.

But stuff happens. Forgiveness. Healing. A kiss. Listen it's a story about how your trauma doesnt have to define you and it's definitely not for kids but its a good fucking story ok?!

Theres also a sidestory about mutual pining sansby which is also cute as fuck.

The themes of Underlust are sexual expression, how appearances can be misleading, how trauma doesnt have to define your life and how you can heal, and most importantly, that Love is more important then Lust.

The story was never finished, but there was talk and visual hints of adding themes of like how asexuality is valid and you can love people without sex, and how having sex and being unashamed doesnt making you gross, and platonic love being just as good as romantic love, and all this great stuff, but at the time niel was having more fun making lewds and just living her best life, so a lot of story and thematic elements were left unfinished

So... yeah. That's Underlust.

The designs are amazing and iconic af. I especially love Blooky being an angry stoner. Asexual Nonbinary (21yo) Frisk is great! Its a beautiful AU with a lot of love in it and it makes you feel like its safe to be as lewd or not lewd as you want to be. But it is NOT an AU for kiddos. Not at all.

Duskwood - What's next?

Probably soon we will get a new episode, so now I want to share my fanfiction written around two months ago, about my feelings and thoughts after 8 episode. (sorry for a little OoC Jake, I needed him to sort my theories) Also I'm not English speaker, this story is translated from my native language (Polish). Sorry for any errors!

Warnings: episode 8 spoilers!!!, description of "death"(?), my own theories Word count: 1509 Summary: It's about what my MC felt during MWAF call and how conversation with Jake would look after that. AO3 link As soon as Thomas and Jessy escaped safely from that house, I was overwhelmed with relief. It was unbearable when Jessy decided to go to the bunker on her own and ignore my message to wait for Thomas. It's unbelievable! Are these people crazy? They shouldn't ignore the threat, NEVER, especially when we don't know where the enemy is. They shouldn’t go anywhere alone. Cleo was watched when she was alone, Jessy attacked when she was alone and Richy was kil... He was alone then too. He did not wait for anyone either. That was the only reason I didn't want Thomas to go looking for Richy himself. Because we could have lost him too.

And now my worst fears have been confirmed! When I saw the hideout of the man without face, I wasn't sure what was wrong. Something wasn’t right. Only after a moment it hit me. Candles! The threat was near. If they weren’t together there, I don't know how it could have ended.

Lilly had barely written that she was calling the police when my phone rang. I had a feeling I might know who it was.

“It wasn’t enough for you, that I killed the mechanic?” – I heard a familiar hoarse voice. I shuddered. He want to tell me more threats, right?– “It’s over now. I will kill them all. Cleo. Thomas. Lilly. Jessy. And Dan. Every single one of them!” - Though it's hard for me to admit it, I was just waiting for him to say Jake’s name. Because if he does not know about his existence, does not know that he is important, then we have an ace up our sleeve. A wanted ace. In the hideout. But ace afterall. – “And. You. Will. Watch!” – I didn’t liked the sound of this sentence. Probably just a moment ago I received confirmation that these are not vain threats. That Richy is really dead. But I still didn't allow myself to accept that. I can't now. I can't be afraid. Not while talking to this man. – “And in the end. I’ll be coming for you.”

The caller hung up. I put the phone face down and exhaled a breath. The last threat didn't really scare me. All right, he'll come for me. It will take a while. I don't live in Duskwood, I'm not even close, I'm from another country. I wish him good luck finding me. I'm not even sure if he knows what I look like. I have never turned on the camera during a conversation, and my photos on social media are not under the same name which I introduced myself to the rest of the group. Why would I tell them my real name? I used a pseudonym. I’m sure Jake knows that. That's why I never asked him for his name. I didn’t have the right to know as I never given mine. Especially as he wanted to stay as anonymous as he could. I understand that.

But now is not the time to consider being anonymous. As far as I can tell I am, but the rest of them? They are not. He really knows them. He knows what they look like. He saw Thomas and Jessy running away. They're all in Duskwood. Only me and Jake are safe. But they are not.

My consciousness finally made me realize the full implication of the man’s without face words. He wants to kill them. Before my eyes.

When I spoke to Richy, I could see that he was trying very hard to let me see him. As if with the last of his strength he was forcing himself to put the phone in the right position. Maybe he wanted to say something. But the blood from his mouth must have surprised him, and he was unable to say anything clear. And then the phone fell down. Probably Richy released his grab when he passed out. Yes. Passed out. I still don't want to believe Richy is dead. If I do this, I will break down. Anyway, I really don't like the idea of seeing the rest of the group die before my eyes. I don't want to lose them.

Suddenly I heard a ping from my phone. The group or Jake. I bet on the latter.

Jake Tirada?

You Another threatening call.

He was definitely listening. He almost always listens. So he should know what was said.

Jake I know. I heard.

You He threatened them. He threatened me. That he would kill us. He said Richy is dead.

Jake He want to scare you. Nothing will happen to you.

You I know I'll be fine. I'm not from Duskwood. But THEY are not safe. He can attack them anytime!

Jake We won't let him do that. Look, he got scared. He want you to be scared too. That we would stop looking. It means we're very close to find Hannah's kidnapper!

I am well aware why the kidnapper called me. I agree with Jake. He got scared that we are so close and we found his hiding place. Although…

You How did he know Thomas and Jessy would be there?

Jake What?

He must have been confused by my sudden change of subject, though he should have been used to it by now.

You It does not make sense. Candles were lit behind the closed door. This is fire hazard.

Jake ?

You You saw how that place looked like. It would be really easy to set everything on fire. And why he used candles? Wouldn't it be better to use flashlights or lanterns? It was a hideout from a horror movie. Is it because he tends to be dramatic? That’s why he used a legend and impersonate himself as one? I sincerely doubt it. Jake, it looked like it was set up. Man without a face knew they would be there. I’m sure of it. Who is wearing a mask entering his own hideout? What for?

Jake Wait a second. Aren’t you jumping to conclusions?

You What do you mean?

Jake Their car was parked in the driveway. Maybe he had the mask with him and he put it on because he saw the vehicle?

You Then why he left? Why he wasn’t inside?

Note: I am not part of so many fandoms so I filled the list as much as I could, but I still kept it relevant, considering I absolutely adore everything on the list.

Thank you so much @sherbetcoloured and @dialovers-translations for the tag, I know it may seem like nothing, but I'm actually really happy since I'm still quite new to tumblr ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

⚠️DISCLAIMER⚠️: I'm pretty sure no one will read this BUT just to make sure it is known, this top may include some spoilers. Also, the characters are in no particular order.

1. L Lawliet

Death Note was the first anime I have ever watched and I'm actually planning on rewatching it since quite some time passed (about 3-4 years?). I related to L a lot during the anime (especially to the fact that he has a huge sweet tooth) so I was very affected by the scene of his death T^T. And don't get me started on what a genius he was.

2. Matsuoka Rin

To get it started with, I absolutely adore Rin. My phone's theme is with this guy and I absolutely love it. I love how challenging he is, but still kind and caring. His character developmemt from season 1 had me shook to the fullest. Ngl, Free! has a very special place in my heart and made me cry several times through out the whole 3 seasons and the movies. It's just, their friendship is the kind we should all experience, but it gets rarer and rarer to find truly dedicated people. Free! also brought back my love for swimming (I could relate to the characters regarding this as well) so I really hope I get to go to the beach this year as well (considering covid).

3. Sakamaki Shuu

I swear this was the hardest decision in this top. Diabolik Lovers is the only place where I don't have a no. 1, but 3 no. 1's. Shuu, Laito and Subaru are my top favourites and even though I've been in the fandom for nearly 3 months now (wah, so much time passed. About Shuu, I absolutely adore how he's a not so desperate pervert and is so elegant(?) whilst doing it. He knows what he wants and has quite some self control and that's attractive as hell. Not to talk about his voice, that has me w e a k.

4. Jumin Han

I love him. And he's not what the usual me would go for, but I aboslutely adore him. I especially love his character development as well. His 2nd bad ending affected me quite a lot, since I really thought that getting as far as the 9th day meant good ending, but oh boy I was wrong. I was so sad thta I played the Valentine's Day dlc afterwards to cure my broken heart XD. Nonetheless, the good ending was a very nice one, this man is incredible and didn't fail to amaze me regarding the way he announced his and mc's relationship ♡.♡ . The way Sarah and Glam Choi were tricked was pure gold XD

5. Ichinose Tokiya

I'll start by saying that I didn't watch Utapri yet so I can't say a lot about Tokiya and it may sound bad, but I liked him immediately after seeing him for the first time because I thought he physically resembled Jumin >.< (and their personality, likes and dislikes also match?)

However, I really really can't wait to watch Utapri because it honestly seems amazing and I'm super curious of what will happen. (also, the seiyuus tho; ngl I got so much into Mamo after watching Free! And seeing he's Tokiya's seiyuu as well I was shoooook to the fullest; and the intros T^T , I absolutely adore Orpheus)

6. Dazai Osamu

Oh man, Dazai is something else (I know he's also voiced by Mamo, I suppose there may be a pattern going on in here). I absolutely love his personality a lot and added with his looks, he's d e a d l y to me. I have only seen a season and a half so far, but man, his past self was so cruel and it made me realize why many things took the wrong turn (for instance, maybe the way Akutagawa was after Dazai joined the Armed Detective?). The anime is soo good that I can't get enough of it.

7. Vera Nair (Perfumer)

I don't know how many of the people I follow know about Identity V, but I recommend this game from the bottom of my heart. Getting back to Vera, her back story is really interesting and sad; also, her in game skills proved to be useful. Her looks are very nice, though she kind of lacks skins, unfortunately. I remember when I started playing and started adding up clues for her, man that was quite a journey, but I absolutely adore her as a character and I'm not sure how good of a player I'd be without her perfume.

8. Usui Takumi

This boy right here was probably my first anime crush and I regret nothing. He is absolutely stunning and his teasing is amazing. The way he accepts to keep Misaki's secret is genuinely kind and their relationship is everything. I also like the fact that she's not your average anime girl, since she hates boys and is actually feared by them, thing that contributes to the funny side of the anime.

This is the most I could put in the top, respecting the rules as much as I could. I couldn't fill it completely. On another note, there were a few other mentions I didn't include. Other favourite characters: from Free!, Makoto, Ikuya, Natsuya, Kisumi; from Mystic Messenger, V/Jihyun; from Bungo Stray Dogs, Atsushi, Ryunosuke, Chuuya, Akiko, Kyouka (and I could go on with most characters); from Identity V, Joseph Desaulnier (Photographer).

These were fun! Well, most of them. For questions 21, 30, 42, 43, 49, and 50…they aren't things I've thought too much about before. I'm not in the right frame of mind to try at the moment and I didn't want to let the ask sit there unanswered until I did manage to think of something, so I'm just going to go ahead and skip them for now, sorry! ^^;

I love all my comments. ;u; I love the comments that go into detail about what they thought, the comments that are just a mess of flailing, the comments that tell me they stayed up all night reading, the comments that are just a line or two to say they liked it, and everything in between. Even if I could decide on one to use as an example, I wouldn't want to make anyone feel like I didn't appreciate their comment because it didn't look like that one.

3: what motivates you?

Being excited about an idea, getting to write a part I've been looking forward to, getting a nice comment on a fic, having the house to myself.

4: what time of the day/night do you like to write?

Either afternoon or at night once my mom's gone to bed.

5: do you write scenes in a linear fashion or do you write future scenes/dialogues sometimes?

I'll write snippets of future scenes if I think of something I don't want to lose, but otherwise I write pretty much linearly (aside from going back to rewrite previous scenes/chapters).

6: hardest/easiest character to write for?

I don't know if any of them are easy, exactly. It also depends on the scene and what they're going to be doing. Sometimes I know exactly how they'll behave, and sometimes I just can't picture how a character would react to a particular event or line of dialogue.

But generally Zoro isn't too bad. (Also Travis, because he's my character, though that still doesn't mean I know how he'll respond to things all the time, unfortunately.) Hardest is probably Flirty!Sanji and Franky. I've never tried writing from Franky's point of view, but he's hard enough from someone else's that I'm not eager to try. Chopper and Robin aren't too bad from someone else's POV, but I think I might have trouble writing from theirs. And Luffy can be difficult occasionally, depending on the situation. (Also Sven is hard, even though he’s my character.)

7: hardest/easiest verse to write for?

Well, I only have one at the moment, so… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Though once I actually start writing some of my other ideas, I have a feeling Mistyverse will still be the easiest, just because I've been working in it for so long.

8: (if you have either or both) how do you manage time with writing, work, school etc.?

Very badly. ^^;; I'm terrible at time management.

9: what tv shows, books, or movies inspire for this verse, if any?

Story-wise, I can't think of anything specific (there may have been and I've just forgotten, but). Character-wise, Archer from Fate/Stay Night and Furuya Rei/Amuro Tōru/Bourbon from Detective Conan were a big influence when I was developing Travis.

10: any writing advice?

I don't feel confident enough to give advice to other people, haha.

11: (if you use) what do you like about archiveofourown?

The tag system. It can be very helpful in finding a certain subject or giving me a better idea of what the fic is about. Also the "mark for later" option. And the ability to have a series. It makes it much easier not to miss things when there are multiple fics in a story. And I like that the author isn't sent a notice when someone subscribes/can’t see the names of people who have subscribed. I feel much less awkward about subscribing to fics that are years old or about a very guilty pleasure. :P

12: anything you would do to make archiveofourown different/change it?

I…kind of have a list…

– Add a way to sort subscriptions by fandom! Sometimes I want to reread fic for a particular series and if I don't remember the title(s), going through multiple pages of fics and opening them one by one is such a pain.

– Give us a way to mark main vs. minor characters and relationships in fics. It's really annoying searching for fics about a certain character or pairing and getting dozens of fics that focus on someone/thing else entirely, with whatever you were looking for getting maybe a couple of scenes in the background. I've seen authors try to tag things to indicate this themselves, but most (including me ^^; ) don't do it, and in any case, I'd like an actual option I can mark in a search.

– It'd be cool to be able to put spoiler warnings on tags. Click to view, highlight, something.

– Filter IDs are very helpful, but it would be so much easier if we could just click a button to exclude things like explicit fics, “multi” fics (I’m so tired of being overrun with smutty “multi” fics when I search for “gen” without a filter), NOTPs, fandoms I don’t like…and so on.

– Being able to choose whether or not crossovers are included in the search results. I like a good crossover, but sometimes I just want fics for the one series.

– Don’t have author replies count under total number of comments. Also a PM system would be nice.

(If any of this is possible and it’s just that I don’t know about it, someone please tell me. X’D)

I find it hard to put things like this into words (and I don't want to give spoilers), so…I'm going to pass on this as well. ^^;

I'm glad you didn't ask for any because usually I love giving spoilers but we're far enough into the story now that most things I could say are Big Spoilers for the climax/ending that I really don't want to give away ahead of time. So thanks for not tempting me. XD

16: do you ever hand write? why or why not?

Once in a long while, if I think of a line I don't want to forget after I've turned my computer off, I'll jot it down on a notepad so I'll remember it the next day. Otherwise, no. My handwriting is slow as molasses and makes my hand tired. ^^;

17: do you listen to music while you write?

Almost always. 8D Just instrumentals, though.

18: any fanmixes you’ve made for this fic/verse?

Not really, no. I have a playlist I use when I'm writing scenes with Travis, and I'm working on one for fight scenes in general, but that's the closest I've got.

19: any edits or art you’ve made for this fic/verse/any edits readers have made? if not, what visuals would you use for one?

All the art I've posted for Mistyverse is here (If I get any fanart in the future, that's where it will be, too). I have quite a bit of art I haven't posted, mostly of Travis or unfinished attempts to draw specific scenes (I have an attempted map of the island in OtMS that I'm too embarrassed to look at again X'D).

20: what songs were you listening to during this scene/chapter?Mostly I just shuffle my giant instrumental playlist. Or if I'm in the mood for something new, I go looking on YouTube or similar places for writing playlists. As far as music for specific scenes/chapters, I think I pretty much covered that in question 13 here.

22: favorite line/quote/inner monologue from this character?

Zoro… At the moment, probably:

Zoro's heart had nearly stopped when he'd seen those hands. Or it would have, if he'd still had one.

Damn it, when did I start stealing Brook's lines?

23: feelings on epistolary fic?

It can be interesting. c: I like it best when letters/diary entries/whatever are mixed with more traditional narrative, but they can make for a fun story.

24: do you outline?

Yep! Not super-detailed outlines, usually, but I prefer having some sense of where things are going.

25: if you outline, do you edit it frequently?

Not that often, no. I don't think I've even looked at the outline for FMaA in a while, actually, because things got very vague toward the end, outside of a few specifics, and I have most of the necessary info in my head at this point.

26: anything you’re planning to write in your fic that you’re worried readers might like?

I think this is supposed to be "that you're worried readers might not like". Because otherwise…why would someone liking my stuff make me worried? Barring creepy stalkers and the like. Assuming it's "not"…

Ohhh yeah. I might hide under the covers for about a week when I post those parts… X’D

27: when you read fic, how often do you comment?

Not…very often. ;;OTL I know how much comments mean to writers, especially now that I've had firsthand experience, but I still find it a difficult thing to do. And lately, when I do comment, more often than not I do it anonymously, even if all I have to say is praise. It's just more comfortable for me that way. If I leave a signed in comment, it usually means I really liked the fic.

28: any scene/line you wrote that you didn’t expect to write/that surprised you once it was written?

Uhh…first thing that comes to mind is when they were at the museum and got roped into playing themselves. I had planned for their disguises to be seen through and for it to be assumed that they were cosplaying, but the rest of it just sort of happened. Including Maya; I knew she was going to be in the story, but I didn’t know she was going to be on that island or working at the museum until she showed up in the fruit room. X’D I don’t even remember how I was originally going to introduce her, except that it was going to be a lot closer to the end.

29: do you eat or drink anything while you write?

Not while I'm writing, but I like to have a drink and sometimes a snack before I start. Most often chai. It helps me get in the mood.

32: what are your stats for this story/verse?

Is…this supposed to mean, like…number of kudos/comments/hits. etc? If it means something else, someone tell me and I'll adjust my answer. :P

33: favorite one-shot you’ve written?

Ah…hmm. I haven't actually written any one-shots as in "self-contained, stand-alone story" yet (I have plans!). Out of the one-shot extras that I wrote for Mistyverse…maybe Proof? It was the most self-indulgent of the three and the most fun to write.

34: a scene/paragraph you wrote that you’re proud of

I'm pretty happy with most of the stuff in chapters 18 and 19…and the scene in 16 where Zoro reveals himself…and Zoro and Travis’s fight in the museum in 15…and probably more that I’m not thinking of, but I’m not going to reread the whole thing again right now. :P

35: any foreshadowing/symbolism you wrote that you hope readers didn’t miss?

Yes, but at the same time I hope most people don't put the pieces together until things get revealed later.

36: any scenes you wrote that parallel the canon verse?

I guess maybe the stuff with Zoro and Chidori in 17? Kind of?

37: do you use quotes in the beginning notes/intro to your chapters? if so, what are some of your favorites/what are their significance?

Nope, I don't.

38: do you title your chapters? what’s your favorite chapter title? what’s its significance/why did you choose it?

Yes, I love titling chapters. Even when I can't think of anything good. Favorite chapter title is definitely Law and Order. Because it has a double meaning/pun (the structure and rules of Whitestone + Law showing up at the end).

39: any alternate fic titles you were considering for this verse?

I had a couple others I was playing with, at least for FMaA, but who knows what they were? Not me. XD

40: chapter you’re most proud of in this verse?

At the moment, I'd say it's a tossup between 15, 16, 18, and 19.

41: chapter that was the most fun to write in this verse?

Hmm. 12 was the easiest, and it's always fun when I'm not struggling with a chapter. The whole arc on Crinia (chapters 13 – 15) was pretty fun, even when it got difficult. 18 – 19, too. And I felt like chapter 20 was crap while I was writing it, but it was silly fun, and it doesn't seem as terrible when I reread it now.

44: have you shared your outline with anyone? if so, what did they think of it?

The outline itself, no. Parts of it are pretty different from what I actually ended up writing; it might be fun to share some of it sometime. c:

45: anyone you share excerpts with?

*pokes you* And I've posted a few here before, too. They're usually pretty short, though. Just a line or two.

*ignores the "ship" part* Hmm…I have no idea if I'll ever actually write it, but in my list of ideas for FMaA bonus scenes I have one where Zoro cooks for everyone (just because he can't eat anymore doesn't mean he can't cook—he lived on that island by himself for a long time before he died, after all). Also (for the benefit of anyone else reading this), sircerenade and I have discussed Brook and Zoro bonding over stuff before (being "grandpa figures", sharing skull/ghost jokes, etc.). Some of it may be more bittersweet than happy, but it’s a cute bittersweet, so.

My Highlights of ROH Death Before Dishonor 2023

In spite of injuries and other companies borrowing talent, Honor is still real

Death Before Dishonor's card has been subject to a lot of change, in part to injuries and Eddie being in the G1, but there's still the potential of a lot of good matches, as well as a couple of storylines established by ROH tapings. So let's see if the show could exceed expectations

Positive stuff only though

Spoilers for the PPV

Zero Hour

Woods' springboard suplex was pretty cool

I never heard that Nese was in a car crash saving a dog, props to him then and glad he's healthy

Workhorsemen got a good pop-up powerbomb combo

Action landing on Drake's back and backflipping off of it to his feet is still mighty impressive

A good match against the Workhorsemen will help soften the blow of losing to Bullet Club Gold on Collision

Clever little trick with Leyla stepping on Trish's foot

Gotta give props to those kids in the crowd they are making the noise

It was a great idea to finish the Zero Hour with AR Fox having a hard hitting win over Shane Taylor, got the crowd pumped for the main card

And really this should be what a Pre-Show should do, each match led into further implications either for ROH feuds, building to title matches or to Collision

Main Card

Gravity with the spacewalk entrance XD and the Buzz Lightyear colours

Commentary did sell the conclusion well, because Gravity won because he was going for substance over style

Plus 'I'm sure Gravity has not forgotten PAC' is a great comment

Dalton Castle has IT, we need him on TV more, put him against Christian, MJF or Bullet Club Gold, see who is more manic between him and Juice

I do like how we're continuing this storyline of Joe bullying Stoke to his advantage

Even though it was put together quickly, all four of these teams should realistically be tag champions, but you can say that a lot about TK-brand tag teams, I still hold hope for Butcher & The Blade, Iron Savages, Dark Order, The Infantry, Top Flight, 2point0 and Santana & Ortiz

Chuck passing Maria's hug to hug Trent is a most Best Friends thing to do

Mark Davis' deadlift piledriver is a work of art

Surprised but not upset to see Aussie Open win either, I expected them to win the ladder match, maybe we'll use it to cross paths with FTR too

Abnormally Large William watching Brian Cage? They did have magic together as a team, but Swerve eliminated him at Royal Rampage...intrigue glands increased

I should try to watch more NJPW, because Master Wato's growth has impressed me. And that does feel unbelievable to say given that this is a bowl cut boy in blue working under a non-Gunn Ass man XD

Also it needs to be studied on how it works as an assertion of dominance

Btw there has been a lot of good wrestling happening do not get it twisted, I've talked often about how I struggle to get into Pure rules matches but all of Shibata's matches have been winners

Garcia had one last dance in him but he proved himself in defeat, soon enough he has to accept he's a wrestler

Commentary has been stellar too throughout I just gotta drop it in there

Dark Order got their killer edge back in this match, we could've had this intensity for Anarchy in the Arena or Blood and Guts, but honestly, now I want the Righteous to join the Dark Order. It sounds odd I know but, Stu left because they weren't vicious enough, now they proved him wrong, they can still be The Righteous but Dark Order can absorb them into their group, regain the numbers they lost and that way we get now 2 trios or 3 tag teams who can mix it up for both companies, we don't have to split Stu and Uno up, and then all there is left is what the Dark Order have needed for a while: the main event leader. Hangman was that guy in Brodie's stead, but now they need another who can be charismatic but also vicious; Miro, Athena, Christian, maybe even Lance Archer or Powerhouse Hobbs with enough build

Seeing PAC and Claudio made me happy, albeit physically conscious because these guys are chiseled, because it meant one thing: Willow/Athena main event!

The energy for the match was apt for the short build, it is heated like a fresh wound

Gravity did indeed not forget as he watched PAC on the tv screen

Also appreciate that it's not the WWE angle of watching tv monitors

Gorilla press into a table!

Flipping flapjack was cool too, especially to roll into a Gotch Neutralizer

There have been some solid nearfalls in this bout

It was a good finish as well, it took 2 O-Faces and a Crossface but Willow never submitted, never relented. It's a shame she didn't win because the crowd were ready for it, but Athena is the Ace of Khan's ROH, they earned that main event spot

Conclusion

If you were considering skipping this show because of the minimal build, reconsider.

TK delivered a great night of pro wrestling variety regardless; it was entertaining, brutal, funny and dramatic, even the weakest match on the card was still fun. We set up more stuff for the future too and it is definitely worth the price of admission.

Match of the Night: Difficult pick but I'm giving it to Willow vs Athena Best Attire: Dalton Castle is often hard to beat when he's on the card but dammit Gravity did it with Buzz Lightyear gear Best Performance: Athena and Willow again for the tie, Evil Uno and Daniel Garcia are close seconds though they brought it, commentary probably up there too they were great this evening Spot of the Night: I'm not even joking it's Daniel Garcia's aggressive dancing, Dark Order/Righteous had some extreme and creative spots for sure but Garcia's dancing is just an enigma that cannot be ignored.
