Things I like about episode 7:

Hades immediately offering Percy, Grover and Sally protection upon hearing that Kronos was rising from the grave. Is it canon? No. But I like it. Listen, the bar is low, okay? And this has strong "protect Nico Bianca and Maria from Zeus vibes."

Percy being the one to figure out that Ares played them all, and deciding to do the right thing and come back for him mom after he gets the helm from Ares.

Ceberus!! Like that is my doggo!! I love him!!

The landscape in Hades. Boy that was awesome. I can imagine hades playing fetch with Ceberus there.

Sally dropping a match into a dirty/finished milkshake and Poseidon appearing like 0.1 seconds later. instantly. He was clearly watching everything going down. And the bit about him saying that it was literally torture? Ouch. No wonder he told Hermes to stay away in the previous episode. Everyone is miserable.

Things I hate about episode 7:

That whole scene with Crusty. No. Where is the suspense. Where is Percy tricking Crusty to lie on his own bed, and then get stretched by his own trap. Where is the beginnings of dark and manipulative Percy. I WANTED TO SEE IT.

What whole scene with Charon. I loved the bribery scene in the books. Percy just stacking drachma upon drachma as Charon muses about expensive Italian suits and his horrible pay.

The scene with Hades. I have mixed feelings about it. For one tho, they completely butchered Hades's character. Hades is an outcast. He feels the separation from the other gods painfully. He feels he gets no respect from them. He's struggling to keep up with the number of dead souls in his domain. Where was any of that?

Minor point but like. The whole thing about hades looking like the first god who actually seemed godlike + plus thinking hades looked like a panther (lithe and dangerous) + wanted to be owned on sight was weird in the books but I liked it because it was Percy's bi awakening AND IT WASN'T HERE?!?! I WAS WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT.

Annabeth going "I trust your dad." WTF. I did not just reread the entire lightning thief book front to back filled with Annabeth shitting on Poseidon just to hear this. What the actual fuck. This was so OC of her. The most OC thing the writers have done. That being said, I have to admit considering her relationship with Athena + the changes they've made and her watching Poseidon care and protect Percy, it kinda makes sense. Its still incredibly OC, but it fits with the adaptation, even if it doesn't with the book.

Hi pile 1! So I see that a lot of you are going through a difficult time in life. Some of you maybe are over thinkers and are feeling restricted by your own thoughts or a situation (for some I feel it's your environment that makes you feel this away). I think a lot of people here are going through end of cycles and has been really hard, especially because some of this ends are feeling like some kind of betrayal (I am so sorry Pile 1🥺) I feel like it is the end of friendship and relationship for a lot of you. BUT I have good news to y'all. This situation is because you are not seeing the BIG PICTURE, I know has been hard, believe me I know how it feels, but what I heard someone's guide say is "she is not realizing that SHE can figure it out! That's the lesson, it's all with her" and even tho not everyone reading this is a "her" I think this applies to a lot, really A LOT of you. Here me out: we can't control everything in life, endings can create space for new opportunities to emerge and hold on tight in this situation/relationship/thing will only cause you pain. April asks you go stabilize your energy, to try control less and go with the flow more. This month you bring you more balance and patience (for some it's what you will need to learn or work to be better at) and avoid extremes, maintain a sense of calm. I have a very good example: you know tiktok trend that "omg you wronged with me now I am the most BAD BICTH here me out are you seeing how bad I'm now?? Yeah now I hate you and don't care about anyone" it's what I'm talking about. Hate someone it's exhausting, and I'm NOT saying to have the toxic positive also, because this is a extreme too. Just.. focus on you in april okay? Focus on develope more patience, a calm mind and take care of yourself. April will be all about this, this "mind care" you know? And also to learn to go with the flow more, it's a big thing here.

April is about change, shapeshifting maybe, something is developing in y'alls lives. You know all this struggles and cycles? It's finalizing, and you know what the guide said about you can change the situation? This card here (it's from moonology oracle) says that YOU can still change the course of this outcome (you are in a toxic relationship and are thinking this is a sign that "ong I can change him/her blablabla" IT IS >NOT< but you can change the fact that you are in this relationship and put a end at it).

This card also talks about the need of more flexibility in situations.

I highly recommend to calm your mind because maybe will have some very emotional intense situations in this moment, maybe related to family issues (but don't worry, usually this card indicates the end of some challenge. It's also time to overcome your insecurities and stand up for yourself.

you stared up at the sky as you let the hot tub water simmer against the skin, its warmth juxtaposing to the very cold nights of the planet they were occupying at the moment. God why the hell does Jinsoul live here, it's cold as shit!, you thought to yourself, at least she got this hot tub. you sinked yourself further into the hot tub until only your eyes were above water. The blueish moon shone brightly onto the land. It reminded you of the long nights on Earth where you and Jungeun would drink and look at the stars, wishing there was more time.

  “ What are you doing here at this hour?,” a deep, raspy voice had asked. “Wouldn’t you like to fucking know,” you replied, taking a long sip from your 5th bottle of beer that night. “I don’t mean to enrage you but it's late and you’re intoxicated. We're on a mission not a vacation.” “Why don't you suck on my ass huh Karina. Or maybe better suck my dick.”

    Silence filled the landscape and you thought you had won this battle. If you couldn't beat Karina in the brain or muscle department, you can beat her in being a jackass. "...oh! We got it, Jacq!!" Overjoyed that your carefully crafted "egg power" sandwich finally worked its magic, you gently took the spotted egg out of the picnic basket.

It felt somewhat heavier than previous ones you've hatched, but you didn't think much of it at first and eager showed your partner--the one and only Biology Professor Jacq. He agreed to come out today to study Pokémon habits alongside you.

"Wow..I only took my eyes off the basket for a second and it.....it just appeared??" He slightly gawked as he stared at it.

Once again, he was astonished at the phenomena that was Pokémon breeding.

Since Paldea lacked daycare centers, it took a while for trainers to learn that picnics were the substitute--which actually made things easier since it enabled their Pokémon to breed pretty much anywhere as long as the landscape was suitable.

But even in this region, nobody could explain where the eggs come from. No one has seen a single Pokémon lay them, even if they watched them very carefully and stayed up all night.

The egg would just....show up as though it appeared out of thin air.

It perplexed many professors and specialists for decades, even experts like Jacq. It'll forever be a mystery.

"What do you think it'll be, [y/n]?" He pondered.

"I'm willing to bet it's a Growlithe, since your Arcanine's been cozying up to mine lately." You chuckled, gesturing to the two fluffy fire types who were snuggling next to each other near a tree. "I'll go on a little walk to find out."

"I'll join you!" He insisted, grabbing his lab coat off the chair and putting it on. "Let's stay on the main roads. I'd hate to see the poor thing get attacked the moment it hatches."

"I concur." Nodding, you slipped the egg inside your bag, before seeing your Arcanines waking up and running over to you both. They must've wanted to accompany you--which was understandable given you had their egg. They didn't want it out of their sights.

And so the four of you began the long stroll, with him reading a pacemaker on his rotomphone to count the approximate steps necessary to hatch the egg. He was curious to see if it'll come out the same as other Growlithes..

Or maybe it'll be a Shiny.

He's heard of that phenomena too--where it's possible to hatch a Shiny Pokémon if its parent is paired with a Ditto. That was a popular method in the daycares of other regions.

But here? You'd rather not wait all day for a dozen eggs to appear.

The odds of that type of Pokémon hatching were still low regardless, so you're not pushing your luck.

After feeling like you've been walking for ages, you heard Jacq suddenly stop, and you looked back at him. He was observing the readings on his phone, eyebrows furrowed. "What's up? Is your Rotom being annoying?"

"Oh no, it's working as intended. It's just...we've already walked over a thousand steps. Why, we're nearly at two thousand!" He glanced up at you. "Did you feel the egg stir at all?"

"Hmm..no, oddly enough..." Being equally confused, you took it out of the bag to make sure it was alright. It felt warm to the touch, though for it not to crack yet was bizarre. "Maybe it's nervous to come out." You joked. "Let make it to two thousand and see what happens."

Nodding, Jacq caught up to you, still monitoring the steps you took before it finally happened-

The egg suddenly jolted in your hands, startling you as you quickly and carefully set it down on the ground. "It's time!" You backed up, standing beside him.

As its shell cracked, beams of light began pouring out from it, and both of you waited in anticipation.

Then it completely burst open to reveal...

Not one, but two Growlithes born from the exact same egg. And if that didn't surprise you, it was the realization that they're both Shinies as well.

Their yellow fur emitted starlike sparkles as they took their first breaths of air, taking a moment to sniff one another. Only then did they notice the two Arcanines who approached them, being just as surprised as their trainers.

With yips of excitement, the little Growlithes ran over to their parents, greeting them with loving nuzzles and licks.

Meanwhile, you and Jacq were standing there, still in total shock.

"I-I can't believe it.."

"D-Did...two just hatch from one egg?! In all my years of research I've never heard of this happening! This is incredible!" The biology professor laughed, before going over to examine the newborn Growlithes.

And he kneeled down, he took a look at their stripes, making another surprising discovery before beckoning you over to him. "[Y/n], come look..their stripes are the exact same pattern!"

"Really? Oh, wow.." You joined his side, smiling as one Growlithe jumped into your arms and licked your cheek. "Haha! This is great! What are the odds that our Arcanines would rear twin Shinies?"

"It has to be astronomically low, but not impossible." He chuckled, petting his Arcanine's snout. "Arceus itself must've blessed you with luck, because this is phenomenal!!"

"Yeah." Smiling, you stood up and ruffled the fur of your own Arcanine, happy to see them becoming official parents. "You ready to start your own little family, bud?"

"Arc, Arca!!"

Just had a question, you don’t have to answer, if you don’t want to ofc. If the girls, Jackie, Lottie, Shauna, Nat, etc didn’t do Soccer, What do you think they’d be doing instead. Either other sports or clubs, whatever you think, I’m curious. Also have the loveliest day you deserve it!

JACKIE's only concern and goal would be getting chosen as prom queen, she gives me humble/himbo regina george vibes lmaoooo i feel like she’d do a lot of community service hours and force shauna to come with her so that she’s not alone. she’d be the type of girl to have more self-care items in her backpack than actual school supplies; she’d be asking everyone for a paper and a pencil on a daily basis, but would casually pull out her blush and mascara to do some retouches in the middle of class ☠️🙌🏻

SHAUNA would prolly not play any sports at all and just focus on school and extracurriculars—considering that she mentioned how she hated soccer. i feel like she’s naturally good at maths but likes writing better, or biology 🤔 if she played any other sports, i can see her playing badminton idky LMAO or volley.

NAT would spend half of the day in detention i just know it, my girl just doesn’t give a single fuck 😭 i also feel like she’d be a good drummer or bassist (i don’t think she’d have the patience to play an electric guitar, but might know a few chords on acoustic tho). i feel like she's good at history too, probably her highest grade—whether she likes the class or not.

LOTTIE would probably be class president or vice president—she's not as authoritative as tai, but i feel like she'd get chosen because she's very caring, a good leader in general and has good grades. if she didn’t do soccer i feel like she'd play tennis idky, probably cuz that's like a rich people sport lmaoooo i can see her playing volleyball too.

TAI wouldn't be class president cuz even though she's a natural leader and ended up persuing politics as an adult, something tells me that she doesn’t care much about her grades 😭 i feel like her average is 85% but a 70% doesn’t keep her up at night. i also feel like she’s terrible at drawing but would love painting in art class, she’d find it therapeutic and would actually paint cool landscapes and stuff. big bob ross fan (ironically). she’d make silly drawings of everyone; like she’d draw a stick man with a big dick and say that it’s obviously van 🤣

VAN would just stay at home scratching her balls lets be real 😭 but if she played any other sports i can see her playing basketball 🤔 i also feel like she’d be interested in film, especially the cinematography aspect of it. idky i feel like her average was a 60% LMAOO but then she improved her grades.

MISTY would run an anonymous gossip girl newspaper or something 🤣 i also feel like she’d be really good at computing or programming, not because she’s good at technology per se, but because she’s so nosy that it would be enough motivation for her to spend most of the day practicing, just so that she can stalk ppl and shit 🕵🏻‍♀️ i also feel like she’d be better at chemistry than bio.

MARI gives me silly bully vibes LMAOO she'd spend 50% of the time making fun of ppl and the other 50% judging them, she’d be a real homie to her friendgroup tho 💪🏻💯💯 i can see her taking advanced spanish every year cuz it’s her native language, so it’s an easy A—rather than learning another language and getting a lower grade. i feel like her average would either be a solid 80%, or maybe she’d actually be very competitive and get really good grades.

CRYSTAL would def do choir 😭 her friend group would be only like 3 people but everyone at school would think that she doesn’t have any friends cuz she’s very quiet during class. she’s very sweet to everyone tho so no one would hate her—but people wouldn’t notice her that much anyway.

Really bad one, I'd rewrite everything and it's kind of like, very mentally unstable teenagers that heal each other, sometimes they hurt the other by accident, and learn how to live a healthy life.

When the two of you first start talking he doesn’t give you that much information about himself. He’d tell you his birthday and favorite color maybe, but that’s really it. If he was annoyed he’d ghost you for a bit before texting you back.

Your conversations were mainly just him making you laugh or going out to eat. It was something you both enjoyed for a while until he asked you to be his girlfriend.

He’d have a hate and love relationship with chez-itz. One day he’d eat a whole box of them the next he hated them. So every time you go to the store you specifically ask him if he wants them. He either gives you a scowl and say some shit like “Your supposed to know how my mood swings are. How could you?” or is happy you remembered he liked them and say “I swear you’re my wife.”

He’d ask Mikasa and Armin about date ideas. He’d want everything perfect for you, so he needed a girl’s perspective and someone who’s had a girlfriend for a decade it seemed (Only 2 years.)

Talking about Mikasa and Armin, you HAD to be at least cool with them. They’re one of the most important people in his life and if you had beef with them, he’d slowly isolate himself from you. ESPECIALLY if you had a problem with Mikasa, because yes girl best friends are normally a problem but he’s known her since childhood? And she’s in a whole ass relationship?? But Mikasa would love you.

When you met Eren’s family, he was shitting bricks. His mother was definitely one of the most important people in his life, and could read anyone like a book. She would know exactly what your intentions were the moment you stepped foot into her house. His father was honestly kind of quiet but nice more or less. His brother was weird. Zeke gave you creepy vibes and you didn’t know why. But Mikasa and him would make fun of Eren the whole night. Mikasa would definitely brag about you to his parents BEFOREHAND, telling them how amazing you are. She knew how nervous you’d probably be and wanted to give you a head start. (Btw they all adore you ofc. (Especially Carla, she wants you to come to every family dinner, maybe even early so she can teach you how to cook some dishes.))

Eren would be able to cook some things. A lot of the other times he’d burn whatever he’s cooking. He can’t help it, sometimes he gets distracted with anything and everything. Things he can cook are shrimp pasta, pancakes, and eggs. He can bake some mean brownies, but don’t ask him to bake cookies. (Carla asked him to bake cookies for his cousins the day before Christmas Eve and he burnt them to a crisp.)

He’d like nature sometimes. Like going on hiking with you. He loved when he’d get to the top of the mountain and see the landscape. Or when you two went canoeing. He thought that was one of his favorite dates. But he did not like bugs, except spiders?? Like beetles and flies he’d be scared of but if a spider was crawling on the wall he’d be fine picking it up??

He has a pit bull he loves to death. It was a big pit bull full of muscle and looked intimidating. You were even kind of scared to go near him, but you realized the pit bull was just like your boyfriend. The dog would run up to you and kiss your hands, jumping on you, everything. Eren would glare at his dog because you’d give him so much attention, but Eren was also grateful you loved him as much as he did.

Eren has a soft spot for coke. If you two got into a small argument and you bought him a coke, he’d honestly forget about it. Even after working out sometimes he’d get a coke just to chug it down.

He’d love going to the gym with you. He wanted to show off his girl and also to impress you. It was kind of embarrassing tho because a lot of people would come up to him to ask for help or to spot them. And you’re just looking like how does he even get anything done?

He would have the LOUDEST laugh. Like some one makes a small joke and he’s on the floor, laughing. But only to people who are close to him, someone he just met, not so much. He’d normally have that boyish laugh that adds to his charm.

Eren would also know how to make anyone laugh. Honestly he was just naturally funny. Sometimes he wouldn’t even try and the whole room would start laughing.

When he was younger he tried to start drawing but quit after Jean said it looked so bad and a kindergartner could do better. (Eren never picked up a pencil to draw ever again(unless you asked him to.))

He’d like picking up little trinkets for you to have. Like a pen or perfume. A lot of the times though he’d give you just because gift baskets. He thought they were so cute. AND WHEN YOU GIVE HIM THEM?? His whole face would light up. AND IF HE SAW FLOWERS IN THERE?? No no, he’d actually die.

His favorite flowers are definitely Daisies or Lily of the Valleys, but honestly roses are cool too. He’d normally get you roses in the beginning of your relationship but after a while he’d get you different flowers

His favorite genere of music would definitely be an rnb, his favorite song “Could’ve been” by Her & Bryson Tiller. His favorite artist is Bryson Tiller, but is very wary when playing it around you. (Let’em Know would be one of his favorite songs by him, and yes he knows all the lyrics.)

i'm going to the USA twice in 2024 and i'm so excited. i love americas big wide straight roads... tho i hate them in cities. very unecessary. i love ur big supermarkets (britain could Never). i think the landscape is beautiful. i love being in restaurants in rural areas and my wife and her family order and then i order and the waitress is like !! and i'm like yes! unexpectedly english! what a suprise! which is Really helped by the way I speak sounds like two steps away from a 1940s radio presenter. i also love how big the rivers and mountains are. i love getting actually good mexican food. i'm so excited!!
