Nature's Gatorade

Ingredients used:

1 cup peeled ginger

- 6 cups water

- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 cup maple syrup

- pinch of celtic sea salt

1. Add your ginger and water to a 2 quart pot

2. Get it to boil then turn off the heat, let it steep for 20 min

3. While that’s cooking, to a big pitcher or a 64 oz jar, add the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and Celtic sea salt

4. Once the ginger is done steeping, strain out the ginger root & add the water to your pitcher/jar

5. Serve with fresh mint leaves and top with sparkling water

6. Enjoy! 🤔

people on tumblr will literally post things like “you have to eat vegetables and expand your palate i dont care if you are a picky eater because of autism (if i can overcome it you can too)” and everybody will reblog it being like “yes this is true for everybody no matter what” and think its okay. like sorry but that wont work for everyone and there is no one size fits all and some people will never be able to eat these things no matter how hard they try. im only allowed by my doctors to eat recreationally and not for nutrition, because my ARFID is so severe that i get my nutrition solely from a specially made formula drink. your suggestions of “try vegetables roasted!” or “try them in soup!” and assurances of “i did it, you can too!” don’t work for those of us with more severe mental illnesses and disabilities. stop tying a person’s worth to their diet and stop assuming everybody has the ability to do what you can.

ACTUALLY I wanna make my own post it's actually sooooo fuckin annoying how many people are like "uhmm actually the tf2 men are TOUGH BADASS HARDENED KILLERS and they would NEVER do the thing in your cutesy fanart!" (both like. men on Twitter who are homophobic and some of you people!) because that is completely at odds with how tf2 treats the characters, the setting, and the things the characters do. Tf2 is a joke game with joke lore that treats violence with little weight. You're not supposed to treat tf2 characters the way you'd treat other characters for being murderers.
