♕ What is their mood-killer

Kaeya: Being referred to by his captaincy title, any royal-themed names (Prince/Princess), or even so much as a 'Master/Young master' immediately put him off kilter. He's willing to forgive and overlook a lot of things, including receiving feminine petnames and insults, but the aforementioned definitely put him in a foul mood. Feeling a sharper surge of heat on him, especially from a Vision/fire abilities, will do so as well, except ( particularly in the case of the latter ) he might recoil so badly from it and accidentally hurt his partner in his panic. This is one of the reasons it has to be heavily spoken of before even engaging.

Wriothesley: Getting caught in the act or getting dangerously close to it. He likes certain risk, yes, but when it comes to that, he would end up focusing on potential consequences of it all than sex. As thrilling as it is, he does have his ( and his partner's ) reputation to think about. Another one is if he starts laughing, be it a joke they cracked or something that happened during that got him to. Get him laughing just a little too much, and he'll lose the urge immediately, bc his mind's focus will have Veered. This is perhaps far easier to remedy to get his head back in the game ( eventually ), but it would definitely throw off anybody who's not aware/expecting that of him.

Al-Haitham: If his partner starts crying abruptly, with no prior indication of/buildup to it, he will stop altogether. Esp once he's well aware he has a thing for his partner crying during sex–he needs to make sure he didn't actually hurt them. Another for him along a similar vein is drawn blood–it's less that he can't stand the sight of it, more that he would end up fretting too much about if he'd unintentionally hurt them to focus, unless they can reassure him they're into it. He will stop everything to patch them up otherwise.

♚ Most sensitive spot

Kaeya: Inner thighs. Caressing them works him up quite easily, mouthing at/along them even more so. Grabbing at them while kissing him and pushing him up against something will get the most shameless, wanton moans out of him. Especially if the grip is tight enough to bruise. It makes him far more pliant and willing for damn near anything they'd want out of him.

Wriothesley: His neck. Especially if his partner scrapes their teeth along his jugular. Biting him right over the scar his throat can and will arouse him like crazy, the more it hurts the better. Caressing his neck in general will always get a good shiver running down his spine, too. Grip the back of it? That there's the secret to getting the man SO damn willing to be bent over and beg to get wrecked.

Al-Haitham: His ears. Whisper or croon into them, or even outright caress them, be it with fingers or mouth, and he will be shaking. It's all too easy to draw a lil whimper out of him if he feels their teeth tug at his lobe or scrape the shell of his ear. The second most sensitive is the dermal piercing on his chest--messing with the gem gets him especially squirmy, particularly if they're messing with his ears at the same time.

❀ One thing they’re dying to try

Kaeya: Is really tempted to try wax plays. But he's also well-aware he doesn't handle heat based plays all that well. So it's a bit of a conundrum. He wants to try so many different heat-based plays in general, but his aversion is Massive, even partners he'd kept up for years would be hard-pressed to get him to agree. Very clear negotiations, planning, and Trust above all else HAS to go into it for him to even consider agreeing. Bring it up as a means of 'overriding bad memories' and he might be more inclined to agree though.

Wriothesley: Fucking in an alley up in the Overworld. But he would never agree so easily because he'd be so worried about their reputation taking a hit. Not his so much, especially if his partner is actually someone from the Overworld. He knows just how reporters could get, and if that got out via them? He couldn't bear the thought. But he can be roped into doing it anyways through his paper-thin defenses against his partner's whims with a well-timed puppy eyes look.

Al-Haitham: Cockwarming. He read about it, and thinks if anything, he would love to have someone sit on his dick while he works, facing him, arms wrapped around his neck, encouraged to bite down there if they need to stifle their noises whenever he shifts and moves inside them–the details are rather clear in mind. Though he doesn't realize how easy it is to get him worked up and lose any smug composure, with them being so close to his ears.

✿ In the morning or when night falls?

Kaeya: Definitely not morning unless he was already long since awake. Because that man is not a morning person. He can and will be prickly as a cactus unless really swayed otherwise or given the proper time to process the fact that he's awake. And even then, he has Knightly Duties to take care or, and if not, he would want to either sleep in for once or, most likely, head out and do his own investigations on things. So it's a no go on account of Duty unless his partner manages to get him horny enough to forget all about it. Best to save it all for nightfall or midday/afternoons.

Wriothesley: He can't really tell for sure what time it is half the time. As long as he and his partner planned it out, he's game any time, but put him in the overworld, and he'd say morning for certain, so he can admire his partner by the sun's glow. Lowkey also so he has an excuse to lay back down and sleep longer, sending notice that he's got a 'certain matter to take care of' so he can freely & thoroughly spoil his lover through the aftercare.

Al-Haitham: Genuinely any time. He has no actual preference. If he or his partner are in the mood and the other is just as down, he will absolutely engage, and would happily drop anything to do so. Tired and mildly frustrated from the day's work? Nope, not anymore, expect a bit of a rougher fuck from him for sure though lol. Sun's up and he has to get ready for work? Not before he's made his partner cum at least once, he won't, and will definitely prompt some of the most tender lovemaking out of him at this time, even with all the teasing.

“god, why did i have to fall for you?” al haitham slams his book down on the hardwood table in the living room. he ruffles his own hair with nothing short of a frown on his face.

“what?”

you stare at him from across the room. your eyes darted to his figure, and your breathing became even more shallow when you saw the disappointed look on his face. and when he looked up and stared daggers at you, followed by him immediately reverting his gaze.

“look, i didn’t mean that.” he scoffs and shifts his weight. despite his words, the way he says it completely breaks you. he barely puts any effort into his words, his voice is shallow and entirely monotone. al haitham treated you like a burden, a block in his path that he needed to get rid of immediately.

you take a deep breath before speaking. you knew your voice would tremble and your tears would start to flow once you opened your mouth, so you tried to stay calm.

“...you did.” you speak in a brittle voice, your sight becoming blurry and your nose feeling stuffy. you gulp and furrow your brows. “i was only trying to help you—” you manage to choke out despite your sobs, “this isn’t fair. you’re not being fair.” your words tie at your throat, trying not to tear up. you can barely see anything other than the sobs causing your eyes to be unfocused, making your eyelashes burn.

“i didn’t ask for your help.” his hand reaches up to his headphones and turns them on, cancelling any noise that would come up. that action makes you blind with anger, hurt, and frustration. everything feels so suffocating, too many emotions hit you at once, and you don’t know what to do.

“you’re impossible, al haitham.” you finally let your tears stream down your face and storm out the door. you slam the door behind you and just run. without a care where you’re going. as long as it’s not where he is.

al haitham falls to his knees, and puts his headphones down.

he didn’t want to shout at you. he knew that you were only trying to help, but he only let things get worse. you haven’t been able to see him because of all the stress and the burdens al haitham carries as the acting grand sage. being so, the time he could spend with you ended up lessening, and lessening.

he hadn’t seen you in so long, and he missed you opening the door of his office with a large grin on your face. all of the work and responsibilities on his shoulders rendered him tired and drained.

he was working late at the akademiya, finishing up some paperwork. that was until you opened the door, and attempted to help him. you didn’t think that it would end up in you ruining the piles of paperwork he’s finished.

al haitham gets up, and wastes no more time to go find you.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it's something he deals with on the regular

It's also not something you can hide from him (in fact you might go to him because he's a quiet person who has no issues telling anyone who would bother you to go sit on it)

The first thing he does is kick whoever he's talking to out of the room. Unlike Wrio, he doesn't bother wrapping up the conversation, he just tells them to leave

If you're at his house, Kaveh gets told to find a different room to occupy and Kaveh actually listens (I mean, Kaveh is a nice guy who isn't going to be mean to you just to give his roommate the metaphorical middle finger. Really, neither of them are.)

Once he's gotten rid of any annoyances, he's handing over his headphones

He also helps darken the room your in (modifications Kaveh helped with--I feel like both of them are far more willing to accommodate you than each other, even if it means working together)

After that, he just leaves you alone. If you have a headache, he'll find something to help, but he just goes to read

If you're in a place where he can't just shoo people away and remove any offending sensations, he goes out of his way to comfort you (which took him forever to figure out how to do, but he likes you so it's worth the effort). Even if it's just lending you headphones while he takes you by the hand and leads you through the city

Neuvillette

Honestly, it takes Neuvie a while to get used to a S/O who is prone to Sensory Overload

He's not human and is very much accustomed to the chaos of the Opera Epiclese, Palais Mermonia, and Fontaine City in general

So when Sedene lets you in to Neuvie's office (he's left instructions that unless he's in a conversation you can't be privy to, you're just to be let in) and you're nearly in tears, he's very concerned

Anything he's doing is immediately set to the side so he can figure out what's wrong

When he figures out that your brain just can't process any more input without feeling like it's about to spontaneously combust, he's a little confused, but he focuses more on how to help you

First things first, he has you hydrate while he tells Sedene to not let anyone in unless it's an emergency and finishes up whatever he's doing. If you're not feeling well, he wants to be able to focus his attention on you

Then he takes you somewhere quieter and darker

Eventually, much like Diluc and Wrio, he sets aside a place for you to go. He makes sure you can keep it as dark and quiet as you want, while making sure any sensory things you gravitate to are easily accessed

On days where you decide to take a nap, it's not uncommon to see him wrapped around you, letting his naturally cool temperature soothe you

you banish your s/o to the couch.

part two

alhaitham always has to go saying something smart in the midst of a fight which leads to him sleeping on the couch for that night. the first time it happened, he was rather shocked. what do you mean he has to sleep on the sofa tonight? by now, he’s used to it. still, it would probably benefit both you and him if he just didn’t say something sarcastic in the first place.

“this is childish,” he grumbled as he hugged one of the couch pillows close to his chest.

overhearing his complaint from the other room, you reprimanded him once again, “your childish remarks are what got you there.”

with that, alhaitham shut up. if you were anyone but his significant other, he would’ve kept going but he wouldn’t want to upset you even more, consequently making his situation worse.

cyno knows he’s really messed up if you’ve exiled him to the small couch, in your cold living room, far away (or at least in his mind) from your shared bedroom. it’s worse than any other punishment, mainly since not only is he away from you, but he can never have a good sleep on that sofa. if he doesn’t apologize immediately, he’ll come in the middle of the night and wake you up to do so. just wanting to go back to sleep, you dismiss his expulsion and he swiftly joins you in bed.

“hey,” cyno mumbled, kneeling down at your bedside. he watched as you stirred awake with a confused expression on your face. he waits a moment for you to fully wake up. once you do, he wastes no time bringing up the matter that brought him to your bedroom, specifically after you had told him to sleep on the couch so he could be far away from you.

“cyno..?” you grumbled, pushing yourself up with your elbows from your sleeping position. however, you were quickly stopped by cyno who insisted that you stay laid down.

“i wanted to say that i’m sorry.” he stares at you with an expression resembling one of a lost dog. obviously, being told to sleep on the couch had done a number on him it seemed.��“i wanted to say it earlier, but i thought you would be too upset to want to speak to me.”

after saying what he had to say, he stood up to leave. “cyno, wait,” you murmured, rolling over so your back was facing him. “get in” that’s all it takes for cyno to nudge at you to scoot over.

itto is so confused whenever you banish him to the couch. the sight of you grabbing his pillows and throwing them into the living room always makes him furrow his brows in puzzlement. what did he do? whatever he did, he definitely did not mean it. he doesn’t care about sleeping on the sofa, he just cares if he upset you, and if sleeping on the couch will help make you feel better, then he gladly will.

“hey! what are you doin’?” he raised a brow with his arms crossed over his chest to show his displeasure as he watched you throw his pillow onto the sofa, along with a blanket (a small one even). “wait, what did i do?”

“do you seriously not know what you did?” you groaned in frustration.

“no,” he sighed out, looking around the room to see if something, anything, maybe an item would jog his memory. he didn’t know what he did to make you upset, but after some thinking he finally came to that conclusion. by then, you were already back in your shared room, locked in there. he curses himself for not realizing it earlier because he didn’t think it was a big deal. itto promises (to himself) to be more considerate of your feelings next time.

thoma’s banishment always leaves him more upset than whatever happened to make you banish him in the first place. the fact that he’s done something so horribly wrong that you don’t even want to be near him tonight is unbearable for him. in hopes of reversing what he did, he goes to extreme lengths just for you to forgive him— or at least until you are no longer upset to the point where you don’t want to sleep beside him tonight.

“i’m sorry,” thoma’s apologize had cut you off the moment you told him to sleep on the sofa tonight. despite its swiftness, you could tell the apology was genuine. “let me do whatever to make it up to you, okay?”

you can’t argue with that.

"Just leave me alone. I don't need you bothering me, I deal with that enough already."

Diluc took a step closer to you, feeling guilt swallow him whole...how could he have said that to you...the person he loved so much. "You're never bothersome to me... I should have never said that..I'm so sorry." His voice was pleading with you, his hand reaching out to touch your face just like he always did, but before he could actually touch you, you pulled away from him...

"Diluc, you can't just say things like that...and then say you're sorry and think that makes it all better." You crossed your arms, covering yourself protectively as warm tears started to make their way down your cheeks...your heart hurting at the thought of being...bothersome...to someone you loved so much. He couldn't just say that and not mean it...right?

He swallowed harshly, racking his mind for some way to fix this...take away what he had said, "You're right, I just...is there anything I can do to make you feel better?" You looked away from him, unable to answer because in truth...you were asking yourself the same question.

𑁍༄Albedo:

"Could you please just get out of my way, I have very important things I'm working on and you're not helping."

Albedo reached out, grabbing you by the wrist harder than he meant to, in a attempt to stop you from leaving. His bright blue eyes looking at you with so much guilt in them, "Please don't leave...I like when you're with me, I was just having issues and I took that frustration out on you...I'm so sorry. I swear you're not in my way my love." His voice cracked as he begged you to stay, but you felt like you were just in the way now...and honestly you weren't sure if that feeling would go away easily.

You pulled your wrist out of his grasp, trying desperately to not cry in front of him..."Albedo, you never say things you don't mean and clearly I was bugging you,...I'll just leave for now." Your voice was barely above a whisper as you rushed out the door, leaving him on the other side of it, wondering if you could ever forgive him...if he could ever forgive himself.

𑁍༄Alhaitham:

"This isn't something you'd understand, not unless you've doubled your IQ overnight."

Alhaitham closed his book, sighing at his own ignorance when it came to love...to people, he could tell he had upset you greatly and yet he had no idea how. "I truly didn't mean to hurt you... What did I say that upset you? I'll make sure to keep it to myself next time..."

You could barely believe what you just heard...he didn't even realize what was wrong and he'd just keep it to himself next time...which meant it wouldn't solve a thing. "All of it Alhaitham. All of what you said, your tone of voice, that annoyed look you give me...you make...you make me feel stupid. Like I'm not smart enough to even compare to you...and it hurts because I already worry about things like that."

He stared at you, his eyes widening as you spoke...but he said nothing in return, what could he say, even he didn't know. In the end you left, not another word said by either one of you...

𑁍༄Xiao:

"Leave."

"No I'm not leaving...it's not your choice wether I stay or not Xiao, it's mine and I would rather spend all my days with you with that slim chance of you hurting me, then spend my life without you and always be hurting." Your words sounded so fragile now...your mind racing with the horrible thought of possibly never seeing him again. How would you even be able to stay in Liyue... everywhere...everything was showered with memories of the two of you together.

"You...you can find someone better. Someone who doesn't have that risk to begin with...I'm sorry. I shouldn't...I shouldn't have given you hope, I just...wanted so badly to love you, but my love is dangerous and even though you're right, leaving is your choice...it's also mine. I'll leave." As he spook your heart sank deeper and deeper, into a bottomless pit of depression...it was like drowning but so much worse. You opened your mouth, wanting to yell at him not to go but...he disappeared before you even had the chance...leaving you...

𑁍༄Scaramouche:

"I don't love you, honestly how could I when you're just a mortal and I have the power of a god."

You backed up more, your back up against the wall as hot tears rolled down your face... everything you once believed about your relationship suddenly wavering. "H-how could you..." You stuttered, unable to properly think as he apologized over and over...trying to take it back, but it had already sunk in. It was like a knife shoved into your stomach, twisting with each meaningless apology.

"I don't know! I just spoke without thinking, I wanted to hurt you but not...not that badly! I'm sorry I didn't fucking mean that, you're the only one I've ever loved." His voice cracked as he continued to move closer to you, his hands shaking with anxiety...if you left because of this.. he'd be all alone, again. "You can say something rude to me, or I can do something to make you feel better...just, just don't go. Please."

You shook your head, using your arm to wipe away your tears as you shoved past him, bolting towards the exit, why would you stay...for someone who didn't love you.
