Plant of the Day
Saturday 20 January 2024
The evergreen self-clinging climber, Epipremnum aureum (golden pothos, Ceylon creeper, devil's ivy, hunter's robe, Joseph's coat) makes a great ‘easy to grow’ houseplant. This specimen is thriving in a glasshouse and with a large root system and room to climb is producing deeply lobed leaves.

House Plants: Pothos
I grow plants for many reasons: to please my soul, to challenge the elements or to challenge my patience, for novelty, or for nostalgia, but mostly for the joy in seeing them grow.

To trim Rapunzel or not to trim Rapunzel... stinker Toby crunched up some leaves by the bottom right of the radiator and now that part is a bit bare. Also, its growing up the wall on its own, which looks nice, but chips the paint.
