Okay okay okay so imagine this;

Teenager!Kunikuzushi flies to Sumeru to visit his beloved Aunt Buer and stay with her for the summer. She lives in a nice, cozy neighborhood where the locals are mostly lonely elders or large families, whose children come home to visit and spend time with them during summer break. The neighbors are all friendly with each other and generally know each other pretty well, visiting during the day, offering meals to elders who are too tired to cook, and helping each other clean or prepare for their families to come and visit.

It was a quiet afternoon in the house. Kunikuzushi had just finished unpacking his things into the guest room. The smell of fresh spices wafted through the air and graced his nostrils, urging him to walk to the kitchen where his Aunt Buer was standing on a stool, preparing dinner. He bit the inside of his cheek to prevent a smile at the way she stood on her toes to see over the pot.

"Aunty, do you need help?" He asked, rolling up his sleeves.

"Kuni, perfect timing! I don't need help here, but could you go and tidy up the living room, please? One of the neighbors is coming over with one of their children in an hour." Buer informed with a smile.

Kunikuzushi let out a sigh before he could remember to bite it back, "Okay." He nodded and turned to leave.

Kunikuzushi examined the spotless living room one last time before pulling his phone out of his pocket and falling back onto the plush couch with a soft 'oomf'. The sound of three soft knocks drifted through the house.

"Kuni! Can you come get the door? My hands are full!" Buer shouted from the kitchen.

"Coming!" He shouted back as he pushed himself off the couch. He dropped his phone in his pocket and smoothed out his clothes as he mentally prepared himself to socialize with some random person. When he opened the door, he saw your mother standing at the door with a kind smile on her face and her hair in a messy, low bun. Standing shyly behind her was you, holding a covered tray of desserts.

"Hello, Kunikuzushi! It's been a while. You're as handsome as ever!" Your mother giggled and pinched his cheek. His face slightly warmed and you looked away to ease his embarrassment.

"Please, come in. Aunty is finishing up with dinner." Kunikuzushi said warmly to your mother.

"Thank you, young man." She nodded and walked in first.

"Thank you," You said quietly, nodding at him as you stepped forward. You were shocked by the cold glare you received. Was this really the kind, sweet boy your mother and aunty Buer always told you about?! You cleared your throat as you walked past him, his eyes boring into the back of your head and sending a shiver down your spine. His coldness was quickly forgotten as you entered the warm yellowish glow of Buer's home and the delicious scent danced in the air. Kunikuzushi lead you and your mother to the kitchen, where Buer was washing her hands.

"Ah, [Mother's name]! It's so nice to see you!" She quickly dried her hands and walked up to your mother.

"Hello, Buer! How have you been?" Your mother beamed as she clasped Buer's hands in her own.

"Quite well, thank you!" She gave your mother's hands a squeeze as she turned to you. "Hello there, [name]! You've gotten bigger!" She excitedly skipped over to you, and you kneeled down so she could hug you and pinch your cheeks. You didn't get bigger at all, actually, but it made sense for someone as small as Buer to assume so, so you overlooked it.

"I missed you, aunty. We brought desserts for you and your nephew." In an attempt to get something aside from a disgusted look out of him, you smiled up at Kunikuzushi, who spared you a glance before dismissing you and looking back to Buer.

"How sweet of you! You can just leave them on the counter for now." She beamed.

"[name], why don't you two go sit in Kunikuzushi's room while me and Buer chat?" Your mother smiled at you, completely aware of the despair in your eyes at the thought of having to socialize with someone new, let alone the absolutely terrifying Kunikuzushi who was supposed to be 'the sweetest boy ever!', according to your mother and Buer.

Buer gave Kunikuzushi a firm look, her eyes telling him to 'behave'. You stood up and nervously pulled on the sleeve of your shirt.

"Okay, mama." You said quietly as Kunikuzushi gestured for you to follow him with a nod of his head. You gave your mother one last look, begging for her pity as you hurried to follow Kunikuzushi. She only smiled at you in faux oblivion before turning her attention back to Buer. You couldn't help but feel like a lamb, skipping mindlessly to the slaughter as Kunikuzushi lead you through the hallway to the guest room.

You whisper a prayer to the archons above as you enter the room.

Let's hope Kunikuzushi isn't as mean as he looks...

cael turns his head — almost comically so.

rivets of soft intrigue holding the tiniest of smiles on his lips as he lets out a gentle laugh, ribbons of silver sparkling in the sunlight, contouring his face so delicately it makes your heart stop.

“why thank you, my dear.” he moves to slip his fingers under your jaw, tilting your head up to meet his gaze. “but.. i must say; you are more refined than any star i've ever come across.”

for a moment, his touch burns; and you're further drawn into it, like a moth to the flame. “how charming, my sun.”

his fingers glide down to your chin, turning your head a bit to his left — eyes flickering to yours in amusement. “my sun? how darling can you be, hm?” a sigh runs and falls from your lips at his words, cupping his hand in yours as you lean in and let the sun kiss you softly.

“as much as you need me to be.”

Now you maybe questioning how did you two even got together, honestly, most people ask the same question, however, the answer is really simple. You both are delusional, just kinda in a different way.

So, we all know that Shun lives in his own world, but let's all be honest, all of us do, at least sometimes.

So, you two are classmates, you, being the quiet kid who just stares out of the window, daydreaming, making scenarios, real or not. And then there's Shun who is, well, more vocal about his delusions, but can we blame him? No. (<3)

So once, you two get paired up for a project and you actually have a lot in common.

Later you start subconsciously (thats such a hard word to spell😔) seeing him in your silly little daydreams, and he as well, makes a lore for you, which in the end, makes you the over powered assitant of The Jet Black Wings.

My guy is very shy, so he probably wouldnt talk as much with you as you'd like, but, Yumehara would notice something between you, and ask you about it which made you wonder.

Did it make Yumehara sad? Yes. Did she set you two up for a date with big enthuisiasm? Also yes.

It was really just a simple café date, but it got you two together<3

It took him a while to really warm up to do even simple things like holding hands or even a kiss on the cheek, ma shy boi<3

But you got there, you often have study dates, because we know how his mom is, however, she adores you<3

You would tell the group pretty soon after he'd warm up to the couple stuff.

Honestly, Yumehara was probably the most happy, it stung, but she moved on soon, and no, she did not go back to obsessing over Saiki again.

I think he'd be a words of affirmation or acts of service guy, can't really decide.

Anytime you feel insecure, or sad, he'd tell you how awesome, gorgeous, and smart you are<3

And anytime you would feel sick or something, he'd be there, or, at least would try to be there<3

You either grow old together or decide to end it on good note after you graduate from highschool, no in between. But even if you would end it, you'd still be friends

my darlings, i’d be a very poor source of advice if i didn’t follow my own every once in a while! so with a heavy heart, i will be closing my inbox for the next few weeks while i focus on my own mental health and slowly getting to all the questions in the inbox. i’m going to offer a few quick words of advice here though, just to cover some bases!

1. having boundaries is not a bad thing. set them and do so freely. age limits, follower limits, blocking people who you’re not vibing with, just go for it. no hard feelings, no apologies. just set boundaries, make them known, and block anyone who crosses them.

2. you don’t want to be here 24/7. take breaks! take hiatuses! fight anyone who attempts to tell you that these things are wrong!

3. you are going to change. everyone does, and yet there are many who feel confused and hurt by these transformations. the thing is, we’re human beings. we will change, we will grow, we will adjust. you can’t force, control nor prevent these changes. all you can do is accept them, process how you’re feeling about them, and move forward.

4. if someone is sending you anon hate, you can actually block the IP address. the person sending stuff to you will no longer be able to send that stuff anonymously.

5. if you’re following someone and you’re sending anon hate to that someone, please seek therapeutic help. and stop following the people who inspire such intense feelings of hatred in yourself. do both. do both immediately.

6. you are not a bad person for blocking people. it’ll hurt for a bit, yeah, but you’re setting a boundary. there’s a saying. what’s for you, won’t pass you. it’s a nice saying. it makes the losses feel less confusing.

7. you are not a bad person for feeling upset or hurt or angry by stuff happening on the dash. stop thinking that you should only feel good things all the time. i’ve been on tumblr for just under eight years now, and let me tell you, it’s perfectly healthy to feel the negative things in life, too. i tried to be positive constantly, and it failed. i was a mess after it.

8. there is a difference between vaguing and venting. don’t vague about people. if someone on your dash is not on the same level as you, block them. okay? you’re helping nobody. you’re actually causing an insane amount of stress by doing it. just address the person directly, or block them.
