The Trancy Hospitality- 1/?
Warnings: Mentions of vore but none take place, mentions of broken bones,
This was inspired by one of the prompts I saw a while back on @thelittledovewriter’s account! I have a concept for the second part but haven’t got anything written yet.
Thunder rumbled through the dark and I flinched as lightning illuminated the massive manor towering before me. Rain hammered against the windows and I huddled into my cloak as I darted along the wall.
There had to be some way into the manor. A mouse hole or something! Anything to get out of the rain.
It was sheer luck I found a crack big enough for me to enter the grand manor. My clothes were still soaking wet and the chill had long since numbed my body, but it was better than being out in the storm.
A sharp pain ripped through my stomach and I winced, hissing in a quiet breath. I needed to find something to eat soon. How long had it been since I ate something? A day or so?
I couldn’t risk it. Trying to get food when I didn’t know who would notice was a stupid idea. The manor was the grand kind that probably had some crazy noble that would try and keep me as an exotic pet.
Instead, I looked for the best place to hide until the storm passed over.
Another crash of lightning startled me as I squinted at the shadows that seemed to shift. I shivered in unease. There was a strange quality to the darkness that set me on edge. It felt like they were following me, prepared to rush forward and devour me at any moment.
Shaking my head, I refocused on my task, glancing up at the dark hallway that seemed to stretch on forever. Without any light, I couldn’t judge how long the hallway was.
Behind me came a rhythmic clicking and my heart stopped.
No, no, no—
There was nowhere to hide!
“What a delightful morsel you’ll make unless you immediately tell me why you are here.”
I whipped around on my heel and had to crane my neck up to even catch a glimpse of the human who’d discovered me. I only caught the glimmering of amber eyes lit by a candelabra before a strike of lightning illuminated a gaunt, pale face and neatly combed black hair.
A fine eyebrow raised expectantly and I remembered that he was expecting an answer and I scrambled to get my frozen tongue to work.
“I-I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to intrude! I was just looking for a place to wait out the storm.” I hastily explained, choking on the words as I plunged into a bow. I could guess that he wasn’t a noble from the plain black of his clothes but he could easily take me to his master so I didn’t risk offending him.
Raising from my bow, I looked up, flinching as I saw that he had knelt in the brief second I looked away. The golden eyes felt like spotlights, pinning me in place as I trembled.
“How interesting.” In my distraction with the man’s eyes, I didn’t notice his hand until it wrapped around me in a surprisingly lax grip. “I suppose I should offer you the hospitality of the Trancy household for such a polite request.”
I barely bit back a shriek as I was plucked up, clenching my eyes shut so I didn’t have to face the all to real possibly of being dropped. When the grip on me shifted, I opened my eyes, relieved to just be sat in the butler’s palm instead of clutched in a fist.
Forcing myself to breathe, I tried to calm my racing mind. I hadn’t been hurt. All I needed to do was stay polite and not offend the butler literally keeping my life in his hands.
“What is your name?” The raven haired man asked, golden eyes watching me instead of where he was walking.
“My name is Elias, sir.” I answered, bowing my head where I sat.
“I am Claude Faustus, a pleasure.” His voice was monotone but it was better than him being angry.
I wondered where he was taking me but didn’t get to ask before we arrived in what looked to be the kitchen. It was too dark for me to make much out but Claude didn’t seem to have the same issue. He moved without even looking at his surroundings, still focused completely on me.
It was unnerving, to say the least.
“What would you like to eat?” Claude asked, setting his hand on the counter, where I quickly stepped off.
“I don’t have any preference, sir.” I watched as he started pulling out ingredients that I didn’t recognise. I didn’t know why he was even bothering to make me something to eat but I wasn’t about to question his kindness.
“I’ll be making crepes.” Claude explained and I nodded like I knew what he meant, “I was already going to come make them, considering I’m famished.” I resolutely didn’t comment on the way he stared directly into my eyes as he spoke. I tried not to shiver at the glimpse of his sharp teeth as he licked his lips.
It wasn’t much better, watching his hands that could so easily crush me, but it was preferable to the reminder that I was a one bite snack. Claude was efficient and it was mesmerising to watch.
As he started pouring the batter into a pan, he turned to me, “What would you like with yours?” he asked before listing off a few options. Fruit, chocolate and a few other things that I don’t recognise by the names alone.
“Chocolate, please.” I said. I didn’t get sweet things often and with the chance to have chocolate, it was too good to give up.
Claude managed to find a tiny plate and offered me a stack of appropriately sized crepes, drizzled with chocolate. My stomach growled but I stood to do a quick bow first. “Thank you for the food.”
“You’re welcome.” he responded, plating a few for himself. I quickly looked away when he started eating, taking huge bites and tearing through the crepes ravenously.
I tried not to think how easily the same could be done to me.
Instead, I focused on my own food, savouring each bite and trying not to make a mess out of myself. I mostly succeeded but my hands were sticky and I was sure there was at least a slight smear of chocolate on my face.
“I’ll draw you a bath.” Again Claude plucked me up, holding me by the back of my shirt. I couldn’t quell my yelp and my heart thudded like it was trying to break my ribs as I stared at the floor.
The drop would shatter my entire body.
I couldn’t bring myself to protest, terror again weighing on my tongue as I was dangled from Claude’s grasp like a doll. Struggling would only risk him dropping me and I just tried to ignore it. I didn’t know him and anything could set him off.

Claude was rather enjoying this unexpected turn of events.
He’d never seen a borrower for himself before, considering they avoided humans like a plague. A demon was even more avoided, considering borrowers had souls and were much easier to devour than a human.
They were tiny, easily something Claude could completely encompass in his fist.
His initial plan had just been to tease them before devouring them. But then they’d actually answered his question and they were so /polite/. Even amongst humans it was a rarity to be talked to in such a well-mannered way.
It was adorable.
With their manners, he knew that they hadn’t quite figured out he was a demon and Claude found himself thrilled. This could very well serve an interesting game for the night.
The long game had never been Claude’s preference, but he figured he may as well play a game with the borrower. How long would it take for the fear bubbling inside their heart to spill over? How long before they snapped and broke?
It was subtle at first.
Picking them up only got a flinch but devouring the crepes seemed to have unnerved them and brought their attention his inhumanly sharp teeth. There was still no recognition and they kept their polite attitude.
They barely even screamed when he picked them up and dangled them in his grip. It was actually impressive, their level of control over their emotions.
Still, he took them to the guest bathroom and pulled out a small dish usually used for guests to wash their hands. He filled it with warm water and added a pinch of bathing salts, setting a small hand cloth by the basin.
“Leave your dirty clothes out, I’ll find you something clean to wear.” he said, already thinking of the most embarrassing doll outfit he could bring for them. Something they could still sleep in, considering the late hour.
For their privacy, he kept his back to them when he reentered the bathroom.
“Do you have any hobbies, Mr Faustus?” Elias asked and he was again surprised at the attempt at casual conversation.
“Yes. I tap dance.” He decided to humour them.
“I’ve never seen anyone tap dance. Is it difficult?” Elias asked and Claude found himself surprised at the genuine curiosity in their voice.
“I suppose, but I’ve had years of practice so it comes rather easily to me.” he explained and there was a hum and the sound of splashing water.
“That’s amazing!” And their awe was so sincere that he couldn’t find it in himself to snark at them. “Would you be willing to do a demonstration?” they asked.
“After you’ve finished with your bath, I would be more than happy to.” Claude found himself equally genuine in his response.
“Thank you so much!”
“It’s no problem at all.” And it really wasn’t. They were polite and the interest in his hobbies was foreign. Alois only took an interest if he wanted Claude to entertain their guests using his tap dancing as an oddity that guests could fawn over while complementing the young Earl for having such a talented servant. It was, quite frankly, annoying, but he put up with it for the sake of the soul he was to consume when his contract finished.
There was a brief pause of silence before there was the sound of dripping water and the shuffling of cloth. “Finished,” Elias announced and Claude glanced over his shoulder, seeing they’d wrapped themself in the cloth.
Setting down the nightgown, a frilly pink thing with extravagant silver embroidery and lace, Claude watched the look of sheer awe that came to their face. They didn’t seem offended by the gaudiness, looking more enamoured with the details of the garment.
“Thank you. It’s so pretty!” Elias bowed to him before he turned his back to give them privacy while they changed.
It was only when he stared at them, dressed in fresh clothes, that Claude wondered why he’d gone through the effort. Elias was just a lowly pest to be devoured when he inevitably got bored of them.
So why did he find himself hesitating? He should end the farce of politeness and take care of the pest already!
But he didn’t.
It was strange, but he found himself regarding their presence as… charming. Pleasant, almost.
He sneered internally. How could a demon like himself feel fondness on any level, especially for a vermin? It made no sense.
There was absolutely no way that Claude Faustus was going soft.

Writing Claude is interesting because obviously demons think in different terms to humans and, frankly, Elias is only alive because they’re holding his attention.

“My my! Never ‘ve i seen a bean like you before. It be a feat to fit you for a coffin!”

Even when threatened by your makeshift arrows he laughs
“My my! The rose has thorns!”
He does so enjoy seeing how you do things
Your inclination to nature and just all the nuances unfamiliar to him
But he finds the most enjoyment when you begin to be pursued
Either by avid mobs or determined showmen
He finds a newfound pleasure in eliminating them
“You all must be interested in coffins for yerselves. Its a shame I’m using all my wood for someone else.”
Sebastian Michaelis
“Well young Master, you’ve already invited a giant demon hound into your home I doubt whatever they are will be that much of a stretch.”
Your anomaly status garners his interest as it does anyone
But he relishes in the knowledge he has of you
Especially beyond your basic respiratory needs
Your habits, the English words you understand, your inclination to nature
“I for one quite enjoy their presence. They're almost better behaved than you, young Master.”
It just the cherry on top that you happen to attract the perfect dredge to defeat feast upon
“Come on then, we must be done by dinner.”

“Oh dear, must I care for another than your highness.”
It’ll be Alois’ interest rather than his own
Set to watch you learn the world as Alois presents it

“Here when you drink, hold it like this…saying this now I realize that you’re hands dwarf the silverware. My apologies.”

A blank slate he can enjoy be in the company of
When his plans are set in motion he’ll be sure to put you in a role he appreciates

He wanted to be the only one to give you that
So as long as you’re still oblivious he’ll begin restricting you
Locking you away as soon as the curtains close

Hi! could i request headcannons for claude faustus or sebastian michaelis from black butler developing a platonic father-daughter relationship with a maid at the manor who never really had a father. Nothing romantic about the relationship just pure fluff.

Sebastian Michaelis
• It started out as him finding out about a new addition and next thing you know, he's made himself your father!
• You first walked in to the door and he looked at you going " This is my kid now. "
• Now, he has no clue you never had a father growing up so when you get frustrated with him he has no clue why! (Very clueless demon dad)
• He's Suttle in being a father figure but still has no clue why you'll look annoyed at it
• When you get into a fight one night and scream why you get annoyed, This man is clueless for a week! (Has to ASK the others what it is)
• When he figures it out though oh LORD!
• He's very patient and will let you adjust to it (Since it's unfamiliar to you) when you do he has your favorite treats ready and a kettle of your favorite drink
• He is protective as all hell! Knowing your a mortal and can die is enough to make him keep you locked up in the manor! (Which has happened multiple times)
• Lots and LOTS of constant reminders throughout the day! " Don't forget to clean the guest bedroom! ", " Please be careful with the knifes! ", " Don't get lost now! I don't want to have a wild goose chase with you! " (Ciel will never admit it but he finds it funny)
• He will make you breakfast in bed before he has to tend to Ciel. He will put you above the person HE HAS A CONTRACT WITH!
• When you get hurt it's almost impossible to convince this man it's not that serious (He's a demon, your a human. He treats you like a fragile doll)
• Husky and doberman energy at the same time
• NEVER let him figure out your birthday! If he does find out, prepare for a fuckton of gifts and a giant party!
• Someone tries flirting with you? Dead before the sun rises. Get kidnapped? He will burn lodon to the ground to find you.
• He's not a very touchy person but if you need it or are someone who needs attention/physical touch for conformation on things it flips like a switch!
• You can get a nightmare and he will pick you up, make you a plate of sweets, and let you sleep in his room so you aren't scared
• Find someone you want to marry or date? Think of a dad that will shoot your date if your not brought home the EXACT time he gave (If he approves of them, don't let your guard down. Just don't.)
• 10/10 one of the best fathers at the manor
Claude Faustus
• Alois always needs more maids (mainly because a lot of them quit) so once Claude heard about the new arrival, he didn't think you'd last a week!
• First thought? " I give them 4 day's. Let's see if they can keep up with the highness. "
• By the 4th week, he has deemed you his kid (Also because your the only one to fight his words)
• Compared to Sebastian, he gives you no time to prepare or even be comfortable with this
• You can fight him every step of the way and he will not back down (Alois walk in with you holding a knife to his throat once)
• When it FINALLY hits him across the face (Literally, you slapped him) about why your pissed at him he is the most apologetic man the world has seen
• It's takes 4 days before you finally give into him wanting to be your (With many flaws) dad. He makes alot of food to celebrate (with Alois knowing)
• He is, in no way, the best emotional support person! (I'm leaning more into the anime version of him) He's very emotionless so, if you can, help him!
• Like Sebastian, He knows about your mortality all too well. But by the GODS is he worse! You can't even be let past the garden sometimes!
• The amount of 'Touch them and die' energy he puts off, he has probably rid any chance at marriage you have.
• He is very protective of you, especially around Alois, and him seeing a single tear about to fall is enough to make him want to commit mass murder (Which HAS almost happened)
• Just doberman energy. That's all.
• Nightmares are not a issue! He's there while you fall asleep making sure you get a good night's rest
• Get hurt? He has the others take care of you while he finds the source of your hurt (If it's not human he'll fume over a fucking chair. A CHAIR.)
• He cooks for Alois yes, but if your hungry? " Alright, but you'll have to wait. " 30 minutes later he's made something along the lines of a thanksgiving feast.
• He's not big on birthdays. The best you get is a single present and a cupcake.
• He has scared off every suiter in site. If not, they have 0 to no chance at even dating you. (Secret relationship is a no go. He finds out one way or another.)
• I'd have to rate him 8/10

I need to slow down with these requests lol. But your writing is just so good I can't help it! I don't wanna make anyone uncomfortable with this request, so maybe you should put TW or something just in case... I was having a strange dream(some might say nightmare) where I moved into new house and discovered a secret passage in my basement leading to a cave with giant talking spider! I wonder how would Grell, Lizzy, Hannah, Snake and Claude react if their s/o was friend with such creature and wanted to introduce her friend to them for first time? Whats their thought upon seeing the spider and s/o casually chatting while s/o sits on giant web?
That isn’t the weirdest dream I have heard from, not to mention that I have very peculiar dreams sometimes as well.

Friends with a giant spider
Elizabeth Midford
🎀At first Elizabeth was really excited to finally meet your friend you had so often talked about. Your friends are her friends and she really wanted to get to know your friend. She really wanted, believe me. That was at least until you led her through a secret passage into a cave with a giant web hanging in there. Not to mention the spider in there, looking more than capable of eating a human with no troubles.
🎀In this case I can see Elizabeth as a “girly” girl. She nearly had a heart attack when seeing the spider, instantly grabbing you and planning to dash with you back upwards in hopes that this thing there wouldn’t follow you. But you pulled yourself out of her grip and slowly balanced on the webs to the center of the web, sitting down and suddenly greeting the spider by it’s name, waving Elizabeth over and telling her to get to know your friend. She had been so excited to meet them after all. And that’s when Elizabeth understood.
🎀Elizabeth would be absolutely terrified when seeing you talking so casually to the spider without a worry in the world. What if it does eat you? She honestly doesn’t want to go anywhere near that thing, but her protectiveness would get the better of her and despite being disgusted to see the spider so close she would still climb her way to you and cling in a protective as well as scared manner into you.
🎀Lizzy isn’t the happiest with your friend and would always be warily around it. She really tries her hardest to be polite, she does because it’s your friend. But she would need a bit of time to adjust to the new situation.
Claude Faustus
🕷Claude would find out very early on about your friend and would also suspect very early on that they are most likely no human. If that would be the case he would have gotten rid of them a long time ago. And he wouldn’t be very pleased about this, worried that your most likely supernatural friend will try to take you away from him. And that would be a bit harder to deal with as if with a normal human.
🕷Claude is a spider demon and for that has somewhat a kind of connection to them. He’s most likely the type who wouldn’t kill spiders if he sees them somewhere, instead letting them live and is also someone who appreciates the webs, you can see the hard work in them. He would understand what’s going on the moment his gaze crosses the one of your friend for the first time. And he would be pretty stunned that you are friends with a giant spider.
🕷Be careful when balancing your way to your friend. Here, let him help you. Claude can sense when someone has bad intentions or not and trusts his instincts. He would most likely observe the way you chat normally with that spider very interested, amazed that you managed to make friends with a creature like this. I can also see him getting along well with it since he’s himself a spider demon. He’s also amused since the picture in front of him, you talking to a spider who could eat you in no time, not like he would let that happen, is almost a bit out of this world. What a peculiar and special mate he has gotten himself.
🕷Claude feels somewhat almost flattered that you’re friends with the animal he has a special connection with. Be glad that he likes spiders and your friend. It’s most likely the only friend he’ll let live and who you’re allowed to see. I can see him becoming good friends with the spider as well.
Hannah Annafellows
🟣Another one who would suspect your friend to be someone from the supernatural community because Hannah isolates you from all your friends. Just like Claude, she would start worrying that your friend would try to take you away from her and fighting against someone supernatural guarantees for a harder fight. So when you told her you wanted her to meet your friend she was curious, because she wanted to know who your friend was, as well as hostile, because she still didn’t know how your friend thought about the relationship the both of you had.
🟣Hannah would be surprised when seeing the giant web and the even larger spider in the middle of it, instantly getting who that thing is. She wouldn’t openly show her discomfort, but she’s a bit tense the whole time, knowing that these things here are known for eating whatever they can catch.
🟣She would the whole time keep a close eye on your friend, ready to attack anytime and protect her mate if necessary. But she can’t deny that it’s nearly ridiculous to see a small and fragile looking human and a meter-sized spider talking to each other as if nothing would be wrong with that. She would be as polite as always when talking to your friend, but the slightly narrowed look and the way she holds your hand protectively gives it away that she has some trust issues with your friend. But as long as it doesn’t attack you she won’t either.
🟣Hannah has some small boundaries when it comes to people, or in this case a monster spider, around you. I think there would always be a part in her that will be a bit on higher alert that your friend will eat you someday and she would feel much more better if she can be with you if you want to visit your friend again. As long as your friend doesn’t hurt you, eat you or tries takes you away from her she’ll let you continue seeing it. But do remember that she won’t hesitate to take your last friend away from you if it means having you for herself.
Grell Sutcliff
🟥Grell and your friends is a bit of a complicated story. On the one hand she’ll absolutely wants to meet your friends and wants to be friends with them too. On the other hand she can get easily jealous of them if you spend too much time with them or show them too much affection. But that only happens after meeting them and seeing them interact with you. Not like you or William would ever allow her anywhere near your friends. So she would be thrilled to finally meet your special friend who you talked about for so long.
🟥Grell isn’t dumb and the moment you led her down through a secret passage and down to a cave where a huge spider was sitting in it’s web and you didn’t look scared at all she knew what was going on. And she would be really hyped-up by this for the simple reason that you and William never allowed her to meet your human friends. But meeting another supernatural creature who is your friend would make her pretty excited. Now she has finally met someone of your friends!
🟥Definitely the most eager and thrilled one from all, asking excitedly questions about how long you’ve known each other and how you met and became friends in the first place. She would also feel damn proud when seeing you talking completely normally and I faced to the spider. Uww, you’re so though and brave. Many others would have fainted upon meeting such a creature.
🟥Grell wants to be friends with the spider, it’ll be the only friend of yours she’ll be able to see anyways, making it even more important for her to be friends with it. I can even see her starting to kill people so your friend down in the cave doesn’t have to starve. She would kind of use that as an excuse to continue getting here and there a bit messy.
Snake
⚕️Snake feels insecure about meeting your friends in general, scared that they’ll see him as ugly because of his scales or just as a complete weirdo. So you and his snakes needed to convince him a bit until he finally collected his courage and agreed to meet your friend you told him so often about. His snakes were most likely interested in meeting your friend to check out if they would be a threat to your and Snake’s relationship or not.
⚕️His snakes and Snake himself would get a bit alarmed when you suddenly dragged them down through a secret passage. Where were you going? But the moment they saw the monstrous spider down there all alarm bells went on in Snake’s and his snake’s minds, grip on your hand tightening and tending extremely up, wanting to get you away from this creature there.But when you laughed and told him to calm down, reassuring him that he didn’t have to be worried since the spider there was your friend, Snake was at first a bit confused as well as his friends. You were...friends with...it?
⚕️Snake would still be suspicious of that thing, not fully trusting it, but also very shy around the spider when being asked questions. He would much more prefer to let you do all the talking and can’t help, but think that you’re so brave, talking to the spider as if it was nothing.
⚕️I think the fact that you’re friends with a large spider would actually be really helpful for Snake’s insecurities regarding himself and his looks. If you’re friends with a creature like them and don’t mind then that could mean that you don’t see himself as ugly either, right? I also feel like Snake would make good friends with your friend as well because if someone understands how it is to be looked down and called disgusting and a ugly monster than it is this spider here who had to hide it’s whole life so humans wouldn’t kill it.

I like the visual aesthetic of two out of three members of mad trigger crew, but sound wise, they are not my favorite group.
so to summarize the groups, theres the punk teenagers who are brothers, the young adults with wildly different aesthetics, the adults with weird jobs who are edgy and like skulls, and the less edgy adults with real jobs and two toned hair.

over half way through (episode 9) and we finally get to just the straight rap battles I was expecting.

Claude Faustus + 23(Halloween)?
Of course, sorry I missed the holiday itself!!
23] Gorging yourselves on Halloween candy until you’re simultaneously having sugar rushes and feel sick

Okay, so first off let it be said that you had to convince Claude to even try the Halloween candy to begin with
He was all ‘I’m a demon, I don’t require anything humans use for sustenance’
That then meant you had to explain to him the point of eating Halloween candy was not because you were hungry, it was something done for enjoyment
The look on his face told you clearly that he didn’t believe you for one second, which left you with no choice
You told him you were going to the supermarket, that you would only be a few minutes and asked if he needed anything
Again came the ‘I don’t require human food to sustain myself’ speech and you simply nodded along to it, heading off as quickly as possible
In truth, the only thing you had any intention of buying was every type of Halloween treat you could think of
You got a single pack of each thing you came across (the share packs of course, no point in buying these things if you don’t get far too many of them)
Jellies were first on your list
You got brains, vampire fangs, those giant worm things and Halloween tangfastics
Chocolates wise, you got a pumpkins, eyeballs, ghosts, scream eggs and basically everything in between
It didn’t matter one bit to you that all the chocolate tasted the same, the treats were clearly completely different to each other because they were decorated with different foil
And that was that
You got a massive pack of candy corn
Skull shaped biscuits with carefully traced icing on them
Gingerdead men (as in gingerbread men, but with iced skeletons instead of the usual Christmas patterns)
Halloween specials of every brand worth knowing that had brought any out - and really what brand is worth knowing if they don’t have a Halloween special?
Even you had to cringe at the size of the bill you were given, but this was absolutely going to be worth it
You arrived back at Claude’s place in but a few minutes, bringing a swirl of cold air and autumn leaves with you
You triumphantly announced your presence as you marched into the kitchen and waved the plastic carrier bag at Claude, who simply stared at you judgementally from behind his glasses and raised a single, elegant eyebrow at you
Rolling your eyes, you discarded your coat and grabbed the demon by his arm, dragging him into the sitting room behind you and plopping down on the sofa, holding out your arms to ask him to join you
You received a small huff, but he did as you asked and then drew you into a hug
Claude, to your joyful surprise, held you close to his chest for a moment and kissed you gently, gaze softening at the small smile that grazed your lips when he pulled away
You quickly blinked yourself out of your trance, however; must focus on the task in hand
“Right,” you stated decisively, “prepare yourself”
That was as far as your warning went and you were given another raised eyebrow for your trouble, though that quickly changed to a rolling of his eyes as you tipped the bag up and he saw all of the food
“How many times-”
“Nope! Not today. Halloween candy is not something you eat because you need to, you eat it for the sake of getting into the spirit of things (get it?)”
You laughed, but Claude looked decidedly unimpressed
“Never mind. Point is you aren’t eating this because you’re hungry any more than I am, and I refuse to let you go through the Halloween season without discovering the joys of these sweets”
You started with jellies, realising quite quickly that the brains were his favourite
You couldn’t help but fit a set of the fangs to your own teeth though, talking to the demon in a horrendous impression of Count Dracula that made Claude snort in spite of himself
Now that was what you called an achievement
Next were the chocolates
He wasted no time in pointing out that you had gone and bought a bunch of the same thing, just in different wrapping
You retorted that the wrapping made all the difference and the chocolates were in fact nothing like one another
He didn’t share your opinion so you agreed to disagree, though it was obvious to you that despite trying to hide it, the demon was actually enjoying the food you were giving him
Finally came the biscuits and before long, they had disappeared completely
In fact, you thought in building concern, everything you came home with had been devoured in a matter of minutes
It was when you began feeling sick and having that indescribable energy rush running through your veins that you knew you had made a mistake
When you glanced over at Claude, he looked more confused than anything else but his fingers were actually trembling
You couldn’t help the grin that made its way onto your face at the thought that he had probably never experienced a sugar rush before and had no idea what was going on
You ended up just taking hold of his hand - he looked so lost!
The demon’s eyes locked onto yours as he frowned and asked what exactly you had done to him
You just had to laugh and explain that to him as well, telling him it would wear off soon and he’d feel sick instead
As it turned out, you were the only one who felt sick, which provided your partner with no small amount of humour
“Is this also the point of eating so much of your beloved ‘Halloween candy’?”
“Yes!”

How about “one falling asleep with their head in the other’s lap” for Hannamey? 💜💖
Most of Mey Rin’s life had felt like one awful outcome after another, riddled with stress and anxiety galore.
Becoming Maid of Phantomhive was certainly not exception, as she’d had to learn a whole totally different set of skills to the ones she’d grown up learning while surviving as a child on her own, and then in the Qing Bang mafia just after that.
But then.. something even more unimaginable happened about five years after becoming the maid..
A unique noble house had appeared out of no where, deemed Trancy, and only sporting a young man by the name of Alois Trancy, his butler Claude Faustus, and a head maid calling herself Hannah Annafellows with three other strange, identical servants following her but no other specific positions in the household.
And of course this lead to a strange bout of back and forth fights and such between the two similar young noble boys, involving the servants as well.
But eventually.. after Alois had suffered a deep wound in a sword duel between him and the young master Ciel, and then apparently Sebastian managed to.. get rid of Claude at some point and return to them with no evidence of said battle nor any other explanation, things seemed to calm down once more..
At first it seemed as if the pretty maid of Trancy had disappeared along with Claude.. and the maid of Phantomhive had found herself forlorn, as she had so wished to get to know Hannah on a more relaxed, level ground, where they didn’t have to aim weapons at each other for someone else’s sake!
She’d all but given up on waiting to see if the Trancy boy or his maid or butler would return..
When out of the blue.. Hannah did appear.
Right at their door.
...
Even Sebastian had looked wide eyed and slack jawed as he stood before her.
They and the young master shared some words, then, that night, and next thing Mey Rin knew...
Hannah was simply.. there.. with a Phantomhive Maid uniform... and quietly seeing to the household chores along with Mey Rin.
And so this twist in everything felt like an unusual bungle, a strange bump in the road... a wrench in the--
“Mey Rin.. careful!!” Hannah’s voice suddenly broke through the maid’s internal monologue, going through a montage of all her past endeavors up to that point, and blinding her to the present, where she’d been trying.. or attempting to dust a parlor.. and ended up smacking a large bust on the fireplace mantle, making it fall and next thing Mey Rin knew--
BONK! CRASH!
“...Oooohhh..” Mey Rin groaned, coming to at who knows when, and finding herself..
.....IN HANNAH’S LAP????!!!!
Hannah smiled calmly from above, looking down on the other maid with what Mey Rin assumed was.. a relieved smile? (She was almost harder to read than Mr. Sebastian when it came to emotional responses, yes she was!)
“Are you.. alright, Mey Rin?” The other woman softly asked.
“U-Uh.. I-I.. I...” Mey babbled, still staring... up... and unable to ah.. look away...
Hannah chuckled softly, though, and Mey felt soft fingers gently comb through her hair.
“It’s alright, sweet thing.. you’ve been very, very busy all day. You deserve a brief reprieve. Don’t worry about the mess of the broken bust.. I saw to it while you were still recovering.”
“O-Oh.. that’s.. that’s good, it is, I-I guess...” Mey mumbled out, and then.. finally let out of a breath while closing her eyes.
She was still a bit.. dizzy from that awful hit to the head from that heavy statue! But it certainly wasn’t the worst thing to hit her in her life, no it wasn’t...
“That’s it,” Hannah’s voice cooed, and again her fingers could be felt gently running through Mey’s wild, fluffy locks.
“Just breathe... rest... you deserve it... You must work so hard all the time as the only maid here in this giant manor... as well as your night time job as sniper... But it’s alright, Mey...”
Then Mey felt soft puffs of breath near her face, as the other woman had lowered her face closer, and her next words came out in a soft, tender whisper...
“...You’re not alone anymore.”
While half of Mey Rin’s mind managed to clutch onto those soft, sweet words, and she almost had enough energy to feel tears well behind her eyelids...
It wasn’t enough.. to stop... sleep from taking her.
As one tear escaped from behind her closed lids, from under light soft lashes... down over a flushed round cheek...
Mey Rin had had gone through so many stressful, scary things in her life...
But this new predicament didn’t... seem that bad.
Falling asleep on Miss Hannah Annafellow’s soft lap, while she pet her hair tenderly and hummed and whispered nice things...
Yeah!
Maybe Mey Rin could see herself getting used to this...
Yes she could!

Claude x Reader (lemon)
Reader's pov
I was walking in the woods with my little sister, (ss/n) in the woods. She was telling me about demons and angels that were in her dream. I heard a twig snap and told (ss/n) to go home. She left and I went in the direction of where I heard the twig snap. I was meet with a giant spider web.
"Wow, this is impressive and so beautiful too." I say quietly. The spider web moved a little and a little spider with golden eyes was in front of me.
"I didn't know there were spiders as beautiful as you and hell I love Spiders." I say to the spider. The spider lands on my hand and continues to look at me.
"(Y/n)! Where are you?"I hear my little sister call out for me.
"I'm over here by the giant spider web. "I call back.
"Mom said it's time to come home. We need to get ready for the ball at our cousin, ciel's manor. I hear that alois is going to be there. Oh he is so hot! (Y/n) you can have his butler, he is around your age anyways. You might find him to your liking anyways let's go." She says. The spider was no where to be found but I seen a message in the web.
'see you soon beautiful'
I went home and but on a beautiful (f/c) dress.
~time skip to ciel's manor ~
We arrived at ciel's manor and went go look for him. I found him with a little blonde boy with blue eyes. Next to the boy was a tall man with black hair, glasses and gold eyes. I walk over there and stand next to ciel.
"Hello little cousin and Sebastian. "I greet.
"Ahh...hello lady (y/n). I'm glad you made it here safely. Still play with spiders? "Sebastian asks. I raise an eyebrow.
"You already know the answer to your question Sebastian. Of course I do. I seen a very interesting one two hours before I came here. It was truly beautiful. "I say in a dreamy tone.
"You think every spider is beautiful, amazing, special, cute, fantastic, and brilliant. "My sister says.
"Well at least I don't go around talking about how hot you think guys are."I say.
"Cousins, this is Alois Trancy and his butler....."ciel starts.
"Claude Faustus, my lady." The golden eyed butler says and kisses my hand. I blush slightly.
"I think (y/n) is going to compare you to a spider. Let me guess he reminds you of the golden eyed spider you seen in the woods? "She asks.
"Of course he does. And what a beauty it was." I say. Claude smirks and leans towards me.
"I told you I will see you soon." He whispers in my ear. I excuse myself and go to the bathroom in the room I normally stay at. I walk out to see Claude on my bed. He walks over to me and kisses me. He takes off our clothes quickly and we made love non stop until morning.

Manga Adaptation:Black Butler (Kuroshitsuji)
Kuroshitsuji (黒執事, Black Butler) or Black Butler is a manga written and illustrated by Yana Toboso.
Kuroshitsuji follows the adventures of Earl Ciel Phantomhive and Sebastian Michaelis, his demon butler, as they take up missions Queen Victoria assigned in order to solve certain mysteries. Although complying with her orders is his preliminary task, Ciel also seeks revenge on those who have shamed the Phantomhives and risks his soul for consumption to Sebastian in order to fulfill this.
The manga series has been adapted into an animated television series (i.e. anime), musicals, OVAs, and a video game.
In a manor house on the outskirts of the Victorian era in London, butler Sebastian Michaelis serves Ciel Phantomhive, the head of an English noble family as well as a toy, food, and candy empire, Funtom Corporation. Sebastian obliges to any task required by his master and solves the problems plaguing England effortlessly due to his demonic lineage and Faustian contract with his master.
The anime and manga of Black Butler, also known as Kuroshitsuji, have a vast amount of differences, sharing few similarities.
The series has been licensed by Yen Pressin North America and published in Yen Plus ' August 2009 issue for the magazine's first anniversary.
A 24-episode anime adaption, directed by Toshiya Shinohara and produced by A-1 Pictures, aired from October 2008 to March 2009. The second season, Kuroshitsuji II, aired in 2010 spanning 18 episodes with two new main characters, Alois Trancy and Claude Faustus, following the aftermath of the first season. This series was the anime's own adaptation and did not feature in the manga." (Source: Wikipedia).
First off, I will state the similarities!
1.) Beginning
The first similarity is that they both start off about the same way. The first five or so episodes follow the manga almost perfectly. The series begins with the introduction of the main cast and plot. It is revealed that the amazingly perfect butler, Sebastian Michaelis, is a demon, and a thirteen year old kid has made a contract with him. All of this is the same in both the manga and anime.
2.) Jack the Ripper and Curry Contest story arks
The Jack the Ripper and Curry Contest story arks are almost the only to plot points that are the same in both the anime and manga. Jack the Ripper is the introduction of quite a few characters, as well as the Curry Contest. It introduces, Madam Red, Grell, Angi, and Prince Sohma, characters that are plot-relevant.
3.) Character and Their Designs
Most of the characters in the anime and manga look and act similarity. They all appear to look like they do in the manga, and act almost the same. Sebastian is still a sexy butler, Ciel an adorable eye-patch wearing kid, and Tanaka, a humble old man. Their all the same! Props to the anime for not changing it!
1.) The Plot/Story Arks
The story arks are almost completely different after Jack the Ripper, splitting off into two different stories. The anime goes on and changes many things, such as making angels and adding more demons, having Queen Victoria become young and decomposed or something. This all led to a different ending than what the author of the manga has planned. The manga developed the characters more and has much more interesting story arks that would've been amazing to see animated. For example, the Zombie Ark. It was very interesting and would've been great in the anime.
2.) Characters Added and Left Out
The characters aside from the main cast are different in the manga and anime. In the anime, there are characters that shouldn't exist for the better of Black Butler. For example, Claude and Alois. For me, they are the ones that ruined the anime and I love the manga for not having them. There are also some characters like Elizabeth's mother, John Brown, and Diederich that would've been great to see in the anime. Also, you could've seen more of Vincent Phantomhive instead of Claude and his little brat Alois.
3.) Ciel's Current Well-being
In the manga, Ciel is still his thirteen year old self. He has become more mature and possibly a tastier soul for Sebastian. However, in the anime, he was turned into a demon at the end of season 2. This, was entirely different from where the manga has gone and will go (hopefully). It was completely unnecessary. What was the point of the rest of the series if you just ruin it there? Sebastian will forever be tortured and possibly starve more. They took away his perfectly cooked meal. This difference made the anime into garbage for me, and was a horrible way to change the plot.
More so the Manga is more preferable over the anime since The continuity in the anime is truly bananas. If you want it to make sense, then definitely watch it in the order suggested by others in this thread. That being said, if you watch the only first season from start to finish, it's a well-written, cohesive, and self-contained story. It has a good flow to the episodes and has (in my opinion) a satisfying ending. It starts getting confusing in the second season because it's very hard to tell what is and isn't carried forward from the ending of the first season. The second season may or may not be worth watching. For me, its episodes are hit-or-miss, and the closer I got to the end of the second season, the more it felt like I was watching bad fanfiction. (I haven't seen/heard many others who dislike the second season so I might be in the minority here.) Since the "Book of _" seasons are taken straight from the manga, they're well-written and have continuity.
The manga has all of the story arcs (to varying degrees), and it has continuity so you won't be confused reading it (without having seen the anime). It also has more story arcs than the anime so if you're dying for more story, there's plenty there for you. There is, however, one GIANT advantage to reading the manga over watching the anime, and that's you'll be able to look for clues for certain upcoming story arcs and plot points.
The manga has a great art style and although may be somewhat boring in the beginning (because it's aimed to get the reader to understand the characters more), the storyline progresses further and is more intricate/elaborate compared to the anime. The anime, due to restricted time, lightly touches upon the story and can be somewhat confusing if you haven't already started to read the manga.
