I just finished this comic!!! If you can't read the writing, here is a short transcript of it:

"Contractual carnivores: super predators who will only commit acts of predation after granting their prey's deepest wishes...A near religious obsession with the contract...perhaps, they say, hard work makes the meat only sweeter. Or perhaps it is a way of puring their hearts of sin. The contract is sealed with blood, usually from a damning mark sliced into the flesh of the prey by the contractual carnivore...which also serves as an initial taste-test. Once that blood has touched their tongue, the deal is set. How such a tiny lamb managed to aquire one... that is just absurd! Pure rubbish!"

So that is what Sebastian is teehee-

I was thinking all of the 'super predators' are a type of unregistered species that has been commonly thought of as extinct. Basically like, ice age animals! Sebastian (I think) is going to be a dire wolf, while we might so some saber toothed cats and also oversized death birds. Just a small touch, especially since demons are supposed to be "older than time" and all that!

Hello! I have seen the first two seasons of Black Butler and I was wondering where does the first season leave off in the manga? Thank you so much for your time and I adore your Beastars au

OH GOD The anime really doesn't follow the manga at all HAH!

The curry arc, which is the arc with Prince Soma and Agni, ends differently in the anime than the manga. Season 2 is also completely not canon. BUT! If you want to pick up reading black butler, I'd advise to start with volume 5 (it's the one with Sebastian holding a wine bottle). That will show the tail end of the curry arc/how the adaptation is different, and then will go directly into the Circus Arc (which has an anime adaptation, sort of like a season 3? maybe you saw it) and then the Murder Mystery arc. After that, they'll have that one luxury liner arc that was made into a movie...and that's about it! There haven't been any recent additions :))
