Day 11: what are your flares like? In a word, horrible. Just coming out of a particularly bad one that had me signed off work for three weeks. For me it's heightened levels of pain to the point I can't handle it. Fatigue so bad that just doing something as simple as making breakfast makes me need to rest. The most I can manage those days is an hour of stuff that needs to be done, then bed or sofa. It sucks.
