This may be a controversial opinion, but I don't think The Collector deserves to be held to the same standard as Belos, Odalia, and Kikimora.
It's not just because The Collector's a child and therefore lacks much of the things which make the malicious acts of Belos, Odalia, and Kikimora far, far less forgivable. He's also a child that's been through a lot of hardship.
I mean, come on. He witnessed a genocide that was caused by his own kind, left them behind because of it and completely isolated himself in the process, not to mention that he was consistently being manipulated and exploited by Belos. Not to mention the fact that he can still show genuine care for those he calls his friends, even if the ways he expresses said care are problematic.
All I'm saying is even though the Collector's done bad things, I do think he deserves a second chance, much unlike the other three villains I've mentioned. Those three are BEYOND redemption.
