Since mysteriously gaining Archeops features, Emmet has taken a liking to all kinds of berries. Understandably, Volo isn't very amused.

(aka the first thing I drew regarding Emmet being a berry menace - I thought that it would be funny that, even though he's still Emmet, his Archeops features make him really enjoy any kind of berry sdflkj)

While I'm not a fan of fae as mythical creatures, I've learned to appreciate Holly Black's Elfhame with its bizzare colourful otherness and inhabitants that may possess human range of emotions, but their customs and way of thinking always remain strange.

That's why I can't connect with SJM's Prythian, whose characters are mostly high fae, which translates as magical humans with pointy ears and longer lifespan. Not only they can tell lies, they speak and act as straightforward as humans. Changing them into magicians wouldn't have much of an impact on the story.

if that is gabrielle in those storyboards and she's a brunette i will be a bit disappointed tbh. like i think it's important that her and lestat look a lot alike to the point where he becomes her male avatar to go out in the world and do the things she wants to do (before he makes her into a vampire and then she can do it all herself w/o him)

#first off i don't think we should be seeing so many tvl characters yet. like i don't want to see gabi or nicki from not lestat's pov #and like i know that both of those characters are relevant to armand's story but only insofar as it relates back to lestat himself #and i want s2 to mostly be paris and louis/armand and the tragedy w claudia and madeleine #like that's so much they have to do already and only 8 eps to get it done. i don't need tvl stuff yet it's not super important #i do think there could be something interesting about seeing armand's view on gabi vs lestat's but not enough that i want to see her yet #second of all i think it's important that the 2 blur. 'you are the man in me' lestat is an extra appendage to gabi #i think it's interesting in the books how much ppl are like gabi looks exactly like lestat but as a woman; they're 2 halves of one whole #i don't normally care about being faithful to book appearances in stuff but this one i'm a bit adamant about #amc iwtv #vampterview

what's with the bold choice to make blitz forest green and remove all animal traits from his facial anatomy

hes green because in my rewrite, all imps are colored from the rings theyre from!! ive also switched up the colors from how canon is. blitz is from envy, so hes green! hes ""green with envy"", if you will. millie is the only member of i.m.p who stays red!! as she is from wrath.

this isnt a rewrite thing i just hate how imps look in canon LMAOOOO. i dont even know if id call the facial anatomy ""animal traits"" ?? theyre just noseless (as are most of viv's humanoids) and are weirdly long and stretched out. i dont. see what animal thats supposed to represent. lizards i guess? i read somewhere therye supposed to be dragon-esque/reptilian but i dont see it at all. i hate drawing it anyway so i just got rid of it.

Ok so like I had an idea and I rly needed to draw it out once it popped into my head.

What if Black Pearl Cookie wasn’t the only one cursed when Oyster Cookie’s ancestor betrayed her? What if unfortunate things occurred to all those involved?

Despite the immense wealth of House Oyster, its heirs have always been known to pass on quite young at sea. Some more superstitious saltwater cookies have claimed this is their curse from mermaids of long ago, and they aren’t far from the truth. However the reasons are far worse than assumed.

Those who share their doughline with that original ancestor are doomed to become monsters over time, losing themselves to the monstrous greed of long ago. Most are given merciful ends by those of their House, but there were some who dove into the sea as their cursed finalized.

These cookies can hold the change back through sheer force of will but it only delays the inevitable.

The change always happens.

Despite knowledge of the curse being clear within the House, all mentions outside are forbidden to maintain its image. Of course, the source of the curse has become nothing more than legend and story.

Though there are many that still wish to break this centuries long torment.
