Since penny’s fruit makes her symmetrical, what would happen if she were to lose a limb? Would it grow back? Would she lose the opposite one?
This is where that unreliable narrator tag comes into play. Penny was a grand One Year Old when she ate her Devil Fruit--she has no idea whether that claim about symmetry is true or not. She mostly said it to entertain herself. In fact, despite her mother getting very angry at her for eating it (or so the others said), Penny was never actually told what it was or what it did. Her first memory of actually using it was to "copy" a costume her mother had. Strangely enough, it was a perfect replicable other than being just small enough to fit Penny, which Lucy explained away as Penny simply scaling the copy like a real printer can. Penny's little story to Doflamingo about why and when she ate it are true.
Now, what happens if she loses a limb. Penny's clones basically have two categories:
Shadow Clone: these are the ones we frequently see her using and they pop out of existence at a fatal hit, but spiritually are exact copies of Penny. Easiest to make, not much energy required unless she makes a lot of them or keeps them active for a long time.
Full Clone: these are more like the clones that Dr. Vegapunk makes. Actual flesh and blood complete with lineage factor and everything meaning that they can also use Penny's DF. This is the kind that's currently active in Water 7. Even with a fatal hit, there's going to be a body left behind (this was what Penny meant when she was talking about Iceberg's fake-death)
She can't bring back what's already gone, so if she doesn't have a clone active before hand, any new one she makes are going to fit her exact image. Saving Ace from Akainu for example would be outside of her ability unless she somehow made a clone of him beforehand (and there'd need to be a doctor around to fit the pieces back together).
What we do know about Penny's fruit leaves it rather ambiguous but let's just say that Penny's fruit is about manifesting. 😂

Hey, so today KING IN LIMBO volume 1 came out, and I HIGHLY recommend it. Full disclosure: I’m the letterer on this manga. Kodansha paid me for that, but not to plug this book, or to gush about it with the editor. This is probably my favorite title I’ve ever worked on. The SF premise is very cool and the sense of place is spot on, but what makes KING IN LIMBO stand out is the multifaceted, layered main character. If you’re into grounded, character-heavy SF and want more comics for mature readers please check it out.
I just got the script and assets for the third and final volume and am so excited to see how it wraps up.

The first audiodrama I ever listened to was The Magnus Archives. It's what got me interested in the whole medium. If The Magnus Archives didn't exist, I probably never would have made my show.
When Rusty Quill contacted me to join their network I was at work and I dropped everything I was doing and, very discreetly, cried a little bit. Not a lot... but enough.
Fast forward a bit later and they ask the network members if they would be interested in writing for The Magnus Protocol.
I was excited but also completely and utterly terrified. I am well aware that my brand of horror is not for everybody. People will hate it! My anxiety almost made me turn it down. But I couldn't say no.
Working on The Magnus Protocol was a dream come true. I am now officially part of the universe that got me into the industry in the first place. Thank you so much Alexander Newell, Jonathan Sims and the rest of the team at Rusty Quill for the incredible opportunity.

imagine playing with your f/os hair while they nap – the texture of it on your fingertips, the scent of their shampoo, or the smell of wherever they'd been that day that sticks to them. the way they nuzzle into your hand because it feels so nice to them, comforted in their rest from your delicate touch.

CH lives in my head rent free, every freaking time i see the sky right before dusk i think of lucy like, "she had blue hair tooqhjfqn [ugly sobbing]"
what have you done to me sugiwa
dsajhfdkjdsafn, it lives in my head too, especially Lucy--tbh, I could probably do a while spin off on her life alone. The next chapter is setting the stage for an upcoming reunion, but it's so difficult to write, because we know so little about Shanks and there's so much lore that I want to squeeze in, but here's a sneak peek:
“Fought? What would they fight about?” asked Bear, face scrunched in confusion. “Though, with how Lucy was, I’m surprised he didn’t knock her head off a few times. What happened was that he left Lucy with his bar tab. She ended up in jail for a couple of days ‘cause of it and then went back to get even.”

My favorite anxiety filled weapon of mass destruction
She deserves better tbh. Idk why people hate her and idk why she’s so sexualized >:( she’s literally a child. I really dont like how she’s introduced, it gives me the ick.
I love her character though, she’s very charming

Food for thought but what if the house in Hateno was just Zeldas at first? Link wanted to give Zelda a place to stay where she can rest without being reminded of her duty every 5 seconds (which was why staying in Kakariko didn't work) and he knew he's not the type to sit around and rest. He does want to stay by Zelda's side however, but also felt awkward about living with her. So he does this thing where he just checks in with her every few weeks/months but travels around doing tasks for the people. Whenever Zelda wants to travel he's immediately by her side, but once she's back in Hateno he's just "...okay see you later......" and leaves. Zelda wants to tell him to stay a bit longer, but is too uncertain to break that boundary between them. Also she doesn't really want him to feel like he has to stay by her side. She wants him to have his freedom.
But suddenly him being gone for 2 months becomes 6 weeks...then it becomes 1 month...then 2 weeks....then a week...and one day he walks up to Zelda and just says "...can I stay over for the night?"
And so the house in Hateno starts to feel a little less lonely from then on.
